Make sure to save PLENTY of time to take it all in! We were on a tight schedule of the many things we wanted to do while in Kelowna from Alberta. But our greatest regret from the trip is not allowing more time at the kangaroo Farm. First of all, the amount of love, dignity and respect they show to the animals is why why the animals are also chill! It was a little bit pricey to get in for a family of six but worth every penny! Everyone from the adults to teenagers and toddler all had a wonderful time. They could have stayed there all day! But they do close at 3:00 p.m. so make sure that you keep that in mind. Most of the animal handlers were very friendly except for the bird guy.. he took his job a little too seriously. But once again care for the animal is their primary concern, which isn't the bad thing. All of the staff were knowledgeable and genuinely loved the animals. I think 4 hours would probably be a good amount of time to spend here. Just like most places, the snack stand is outrageously priced. But it's really nice that they supply little treats to feed the animals, for free. I know some zoos and such make you pay coins for treats. We had an absolute blast and would definitely go back!
It's a fun experience for the entire family. Being able to walk between the wallaroos and kangaroos is enchanting for all ages. The place is beautiful, lots of space for a picnic (although they do sell snacks and beverages). You really need to come during the low season and on a weekday. The place can get packed fast.
Came all the way here from Maple Ridge to see the kangeroos because it’s cheaper than flying to Australia. It was for my daughter’s birthday as she loves animals and especially kangeroos. We had a great time. The capybaras and the sugar glider were surprising fan-favourites. My kids (9, 10 & 16) all liked the rabbits and pigs too. We got bored around the two hour mark. The animals are pretty docile and pretty much just lie around. I hope they’re happy here. Although we can feed them they don’t really want to be fed (must be full). One pig had a tantrum at the end and got really loud. Coming here is something you must do once but probably would never come again. Some of the staff were great and others seemed a little harsh with kids. Prices are a little high but if it’s mostly going towards the animals’ care that’s fine.
From the moment we arrive, the atmosphere feels fun, friendly, and full of energy. Getting up close with the animals is such a unique experience, and every corner has something exciting to see. A perfect spot for creating great memories.
I love kangaroo creek farm so much. I’ve been there many many times and I’ve never had a bad day there. They have local honey as well available for sale outside the grounds (also delicious). I love that you can interact with so many different species. They have capybara, kangaroos, bennetts wallabies, a Patagonian Mara, a porcupine, sugar gliders and more. This is one of my favourite places in the world. @katjaspov on Instagram for more of my favourite spots 🥰
I recently visited Kangaroo Creek Farm in Kelowna, and honestly, it’s such a fun and unique spot, especially if you have little kids. The farm gives you the chance to get up close with kangaroos, wallabies, capybaras, parrots, and even some exotic animals you don’t usually see in Canada. It’s hands-on, interactive, and way more personal than a traditional zoo experience. What makes it really special is how relaxed and welcoming the vibe is — the animals have space to roam, and you get the chance to feed and pet them at your own pace. The staff are super friendly too, always happy to answer questions and make sure the kids are having a great time. Tickets are about $20 per person, its about 1 hours trip. And they have shows at 11:30 and 1:30 every day i believe. I’d say it’s the kind of place where kids can learn, explore, and have fun all at once, and adults will definitely enjoy it too. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Kelowna, Kangaroo Creek Farm is definitely worth adding to your list — it’s one of those experiences you’ll remember for a long time.
Been here twice now and both times were amazing! Our family loves this place. The animals are incredible. So nice to interact with them and see how content they are here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Another bonus were their sprinklers and misters on a super hot day.
We went to the Kangaroo Creek Farm in July and were so excited to see the animals. The farm was busy when we got there but parking was easy to find. It was a very hot day and we were worried the animals would be hiding or not around for us to see. Upon entering, we went to the capybara and sugar gliders. They were out, and although the heat made them lazy, we got to pet and hangout with them and even hold a sugar glider. The kids enjoyed the show we watched, which was quick and engaging. The bird exhibit was fun and they were all hanging out. The emu feeding was awesome and we enjoyed watching it interact with people. The kangaroos were pretty lazy and weren’t interested in eating our treats but we couldn’t blame them because it was +35. It was fun to see the babies and watch them be bottle fed. There was even a momma with one in its pouch, which was cool to see. The facilities were clean and we enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend to anyone going to Kelowna to check out the farm and hangout with the animals.

My First Wine Tasting – What an Experience! This was my very first wine tasting and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Tony was our wine advisor and he was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience relaxed and fun. The wines were delicious (the whites especially!) and the setting overlooking the Okanagan Valley was stunning. Highly recommend Gray Monk if you’re new to wine tastings or just looking for a great time with amazing views and even better wines!
Took my family for lunch/tasting for my dad’s 70th birthday. Definitely had an great experience today. Our servers Morgan and Steph were superb and so attentive. Really enjoyed the tasting trio and would absolutely recommend it. The views are of course stunning. The only “negative” was that the menu was very limited. But we shared charcuterie plates, truffle fries, and pistachio ice cream. All 10/10.
Excellent food and fantastic service. If they had more staff front of house it would be amazing. We were there early and were treated to all kinds of information on the wines, the food and why they were paired. We tried wines we never would have because of this. We hadn’t even considered wine! When it got busy around 6:30 with only 3 servers on the floor they can’t do that. From a business perspective that is a huge mistake. Our server, Cassandra, was a delight. Let her shine with a reasonably-sized section and you would increase revenue. Food was amazing and also able to accommodate my wheat and dairy avoidance. It was also nice to have a menu that doesn’t look like every other menu in town. Scallops were amazing and so was the steak. And the view can’t be beat.
We had a wonderful wine tasting experience today ! Rachel was an absolute pleasure and very informative! We choose the $20.00 taste of the Estate which included 5 different wines! We really enjoyed all of them and talked about our favourites with Rachel! We chatted about ours and Rachel’s travels that included some fantastic wine regions! The Pinot Gris was our favourite wine today and we had just been to the Alsace Wine Region in the Spring where the Gray Monk owners were inspired from! What a great story to hear! Our other two favourites were the Rose and Pinot Noir. Rachel made our experience really lovely! She was friendly, educated on the wine and the history of the winery! She genuinely wanted to interact with us! We will definitely return when the patio and restaurant is open! Great experience! We bought a bottle of Pinot Gris to go!
My friends and I great time at Gray Monk Winery on our tour. Our guide, Karen, was fantastic. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable with all our questions. Sadly the vineyard was closed due to spraying for crop protection, which was a little disappointing to miss out on as part of our tour, but we still got to see the wine tanks and learn about the process and history. A fun and informative experience overall with gorgeous views of Kelowna that I've never experienced before!
We did a wine tour with Stef and she was friendly and personable, made our wine tasting a great experience! We also had dinner here - we had the feature pasta and pan seared steelhead (the favourite!). Views from the patio were also great.
Enjoyed our experience immensely. Stef is clearly very knowledgeable on the history of Gray Monk Wines as well as great descriptions and pairing for all their various wines we tasted.
Excellent wine and a great overall experience! The tasting was both enjoyable and informative — we learned so much about each variety. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates good wine and great service! Thank you Rachel!

A view equal or better to all wineries in Okanagan. I think it's super interesting and a wonderful community event that they have a weekend market/craft fair for local crafts people. Hopefully it's repeated for several weekends over the summer because I thought it was brilliant. The wine is also well regarded from this establishment but true draw is the outside sitting and the view.
I visited this place last Friday—such an amazing location with a beautiful view, just what you need at sunset. This time, they had the Apero food truck on site, and it was my first time trying their tapas. The food paired perfectly with wine and tasted absolutely delicious. A lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the evening!
I'm usually a food blogger, but I also participated in the wine tasting here. We visited 5 wineries this day and out of all of them, Arrowleaf was by far the most beautiful and most fun. The man that assisted my group with the wine tasting was extremely outgoing, knowledgeable and approachable. You could tell he loved what he did. Now onto my favourite thing I tasted my ENTIRE trip... THE HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE CREAM PUFF ($9.5). This cream puff was delicious, fresh, masterful, beautiful, flavourful... did I say delicious? Whoever makes these is through and through a pastry chef. They know what their doing. Don't miss out on visiting this winery for the great wine, good vibes and the phenomenal cream puffs.
Opens at 11am. The speciality creme puffs will sell out quickly. And they are a must try. Mango was delicious!
We stopped by for a wine tasting. This was one of the best wine tasting experiences I’ve had! It was fun but very informative. The staff are happy and made us feel like we were important. The wines are delicious and affordable.
Had an amazing few hours at Arrowleaf. We enjoyed a glass of Pino Gris outside on the patio. Simply stunning views. Great and welcoming staff. Will be back.
Lovely family owned brewery and Tracy who facilitated our tasting was a blast. She knew all her wine info and had no problem keeping up with a rambunctious ladies trip! She’s a serious asset to the company!!!
It's one of my favorite wineries in Lake Country. Love their wine. I recommend getting their wine flight and sitting at their patio to enjoy the view. Winery is small itself, but it has a huge outdoor area, including picnic tables. I highly recommend visiting this winery while visiting kelowna.

What a little gem of a location. I stopped in with my girlfriend and her family for a tasting. Everyone was so nice and the space was really cool. We tried the tasting and grabbed the cheese platter. Just to die for!! it really is the little touches that people add that make or break an experience. This place has a ton of charm and I can’t wait to come back again and see what they’ve got in the summer.
We did the regular tasting here. Our server was so friendly & knowledgeable on the wines. It was our anniversary so he added a sparkling & rose tasting on the house. Good wines served in a pretty serene atmosphere- recommended
Had a great experience here ! The hosts had been very kind and provided great wine! The cheese board was delicious. We had the signature tasting which includes 5 tastings & a cheese board with chorizo which was delicious. The property is very nice and the seating area is shaded. I highly recommend this winery!
This was our second time ExNihilo and it again spoke to our souls. This place makes you feel like family and delivers wine that is second to none in the Okanagan. Honestly we have tried dozens of wineries in the area and this one tops all, year over year. We look forward to staying for dinner here next time and indulging in the culinary art of these talented chefs and sommeliers.
Had a great time being hosted by Kayleen, Trevor and the team! It was great to share the excitement of the wine season and get to know about the winery! It was a great Mothers Day experience!
We were there Sunday for a tasting…didn’t expect that great seated tasting! First of all, what a well organized and comfortable place. We had the privilege of being served by Nena, beautiful, interesting and well spoken young lady; her first year as a tasting server and she’s doing great! We had a wonderful time and of course, bought some great quality wine! Try it, you won’t regret it!
Ex Nihilo was one of our stops during our wine tour and we had a good experience. The venue is beautifully maintained and the wines were good. We were happy to try their reds as Lake Country is more known for whites. I am not sure if they were just short staffed or if it’s common practice but our wine guide was shared with another group that was there and it just didn’t flow. Will be back.
Nice location, friendly staff, good service. We enjoyed the wines we tried. Specifically the pinot noir and the sparkling. Happy hour made the price appealing as well. We sampled a salad, pizza, and main (short rib). All were well prepared and delicious. Comfortably casual attire was the norm. I would definitely go again.

Went here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was just incredible! It’s worth the trip. The design and ambiance is 10/10. Views a decor are top notch. The service is also second to none. Quick, friendly and knowledgeable. We had the trout and duck wings and both were some of the best we’ve had. Fresh, flavorful and cooked to perfection. They also have solid wine pairings for most entrees. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend, we will be going again someday.
Had a wonderful wine tasting and dinner here. The food was fantastic and I really enjoyed that there were many options. The water buffalo tongue was really good. The service both for the tasting and the restaurant was excellent. Would definitely come back, especially for dinner. Really beautiful at sunset.
Block One never disappoints! Service is always amazing and every meal is an epicurean delight. We were greeted by Anthony was a perfect host who made us feel welcome as if we were really good friends, (wicked set of boots too Anthony). Mirella was our server and exemplifies everything that is good in that role. Did I mention how great the food is? Treat yourself, you will be glad you did.
We’ve been coming here often, and the menu has improved exponentially. The food is creative, contemporary, and full of flavor — beautifully presented and thoughtfully composed. There’s something for everyone, with plenty of dishes that are perfect for sharing. The location is absolutely spectacular, and the service is consistently friendly and welcoming. A true gem that keeps getting better every time we visit.
Our first time here was an amazing experience! We came a bit late and missed the wine tasting, but they were able to give us a wine flight during our dinner. Everything from entering to the meal was amazing. The overall experience left us wanting to come again
Had a lovely Dinner at Block One at 50th Parallel Estates while on vacation from Ontario. Beautiful views, great wine and excellent food - delicious, fresh and well presented. Service was spectacular! Warm and welcoming, and our server, Mark was very knowledgeable and engaging, making our experience very enjoyable. Thank you Mark!! My husband tried the “Newly Fashionable” cocktail…really impressive!. We also enjoyed the Duck Wings and the Citrus Crudo as a starter- both amazing and paired very well. For mains, the Lamb Rack and Halibut both great, and for Dessert the Baked Alaska and the Chocolate Bar - Yum! Highly recommend.
We had the pleasure of being served by Mark, who was knowledgeable, kind and super fun (we would have loved to have him sit and drink the great wine with us!). The food was incredible.. we had soft shell crab, tomato salad, corn bread (#1 dish), aguachile, and finished with a delicious chocolate log of sorts. We love supporting local and appreciate that the 50th owners do as well! Definitely worth the visit. Great food, service, views, wine and atmosphere!
The staff were wonderful — friendly and professional. The tasting experience was absolutely outstanding, and the overall vibe of the place was unique and very enjoyable. It was a great experience overall! My only criticism is that in such a beautiful and upscale setting, I was expecting the restaurant to be just as amazing. Unfortunately, while the space looked fancy, the food itself didn’t live up to the atmosphere.

First time here, Ashely did our tasting. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly. There is a nice spot outside with comfortable seating. Highly recommended this winery.
Nice wine and picnic area is very nice. You can't take your dogs inside the bar area about allowed in the picnic area.
Maureen Postinkoff made our entire experience a great one!! Went to Intrigue for my best friends birthday and she truly ensured everyone left with laughter and big smiles. She is amazing at what she does and recommend this Winery to anyone looking for a fun experience. The wines were AMAZING as well - was the cherry on top.
We did a wine tour through lake country and everyone in our party all voted this winery as the best! Our wine hostess Minirva was awesome, engaging and fun to talk to! Highly recommend if like us you don’t know anything about wine, additionally the wine slushies are to die for!
Absolutely 1000% best stop so far on the last day of a 3 day winery trip. Stellar tasting fees, great stories and fantastic small vineyard selections. Katrina was knowledgeable, funny and honest! We will be members and ship their product, which is 100% CANADIAN, back home to Alberta. You have a lot to be proud of Intrigue crew, fantastic work!
It's been 3 weeks since we visited Intrigue Wines and I'm still reminiscing on how incredibly funny, entertaining and knowledgeable Maureen was. I bought 2 bottles of "I do" to take home and am seriously regretting not buying more. Maureen, if you're reading this, thank you for being the bright spot on our otherwise awful tour with Mike and Sip Happens. We can't wait to come back here on our own!
Intrigue is such a gem! Katie and Arder are phenomenal, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Cozy vibe, great gift selection, and dog-friendly outdoors. Definitely recommend trying the wine slush—the wines are delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend stopping by!
Came here with couple friends to do some wine tasting before Christmas as they recommended I try the Intrigue wines. We didn't stay long but had a good time trying different wines and they were pretty good.. Ended up walking out with couple nice reds and overall it was a fun experience. Like the Intrigue reds better the the white, but that's just my taste. Lovely lady helping us out was very nice at chatty.

Great park that has it all. Playground, sports field, picnic area, beach, lake, change rooms and washrooms. Went on a busy summer weekend, and this park has lots of parking, space, and shade to enjoy the park. Came back on a summer weekday and there's plenty of space and calm environment to relax and enjoy the view. Nice family oriented park.
While Beasley Park in Kelowna has potential with its scenic lake views and open spaces, I found it challenging to fully enjoy the experience due to the overwhelming presence of geese and their droppings. The abundance of geese poop scattered across the area makes it difficult to find a clean spot to sit or set up for a picnic. The park feels more like a haven for the geese than a welcoming spot for visitors. If you're looking for a place to relax by the lake or have a fun picnic, you might want to consider other options. The geese seem to have claimed Beasley Park for themselves, making it less than ideal for a pleasant outing.
A hit with our kiddos! They enjoy the variety of play equipment and adjoining soccer fields. It’s a clean, very well maintained park and playground. Just be aware there is a lot of goose poop on the grassy areas.
Beasley Park in kelowna, this park have big lake it's good for the whole family espicially for the kids they swimming the water was warm. it's look like a small beach. They have a big park and a siccor field. and this park was very clean everyday they had a staff to clean the sand. you can see a lot o people boating and kayak at early in the morning. it's so hot at this place. recomemded this place to the whole family👍 they can enjoy the summer and water.
Beasley is a great place to take kids. Usually there is a huge playground (under construction), parking is close the beach area, and there is clean public washrooms with flush toilets. My only gripe is that motorized boats are allowed to come so close to the beach. The kids love the waves but I prefer clear water.
Lots of nice shades areas on the grass to set up your beach day base camp. Nice sandy beach. The water is usually nice. It's warmer then okanagan lake. Good parking. In May the water is grosse and grass has lots of bird poop on it.
Great place to go to get out of the house and enjoy the environment. Rarely any people here and it's not hard to clear your mind with the gentle sound of the calm waves brushing against the shore. May smell like weed on occasion. Don't worry about it
Nice field for soccer with lights for those late night games. Lots of parking and beautiful sunsets. Only bad thing is there's quite a lot of mosquitoes if you stay late.

Such a beautiful park and trail that meanders around the point. Quiet, scenic. Beautiful photo ops of nature and the gorgeous Kalamalka Lake. We’ve been here many times and plan to again soon.
This is an amazing spot for paddle boarding. Beautiful lake and grass area for a picnic. It's a rocky beach, I suggest water shoes. My kids wore crocs and it was perfect to walk in the water.
Love the colour of water!! The lake is beautiful with the crystal clear water, an ample amount of space to spend sunny days and summer evenings! There are lots of benches , people can hangout here to celebrate birthday get together and picnic for kids ! Kids can play in the water too , the base of the water is rocky!
My favourite lake in the Okanagan so far, crystal clear and beautiful water, lots of space, not a lot of boats. Ideal for paddle boards. The water is not warm but is also not unbearably cold. There’s washrooms and a lot of green space to sit for a family picnic. Out of every lake and park we visited in this region, this is the only one that gets a 10 out of 10. With a paddle board or kayak you can easily reach the other side of the lake too, which is pretty nice for chilling away from other people.
Clean with nice grassy areas for families and picnics though there are quite a few families of geese there as well. Secluded spots can be found along the pathway but those tend to be taken up quickly. Washroom is a pit toilet and the door was broken at the time which was unfortunate.
Park is open on Sundays Absolutely beautiful spot with lots of big picnic tables and large trees for shade bring water shoes because the beach is pebbly but the water is super clear nice and clean. Bathrooms are clean even though they are more of an outhouse type but they are clean. Lots of parking and easy access to the water for all kinds of sporting activities. Nice park for kids too.
Sort of sandy beach but round rocks in the water. Water shoes advisable. A very large swim cordoned area. You can see people water skiing and tubing. At times, you may see a float plane landing or taking off. Water temp when we visited was not too cold. Lots of shady places to sit under. Some benches available. Washroom facilities on site. Playground for kids. Lots of places to park.
Gorgeous lake! Lots of places to explore on a boat. Definitely perfect for paddleboarding!!! New favorite spot!

Blind Tiger is beautiful! Outside seating in comfort with lots of shade. Everyone there is so nice. Their wine slushies are a must try! They've got their chickens in the vineyard and a happy little winery dog. Their pizza is delicious as well 😍
The view is probably best under the tent but from where we were sitting, which was a ways back there is only a partial lake view. If you like very thin hard crust then you may like their pizza, just a selection of pizza on this menu for the most part. The chicken pesto was tasty. The preserves, cheese and meat on the charcuterie board was very delicious and well worth the price paid for it. The service was not the greatest as our plates and dishes remained on our table until we were asked about desert.
Me and my coworker went here for a wine tasting today and we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Brooklyn!! She was very lovely, fun, knowledgable, and made us feel really special — making it be an overall wonderful and memorable experience!! If you ever visit the winery, I recommend requesting her! I will be coming back again and will be asking for her for sure (: Huge thanks to Brooklyn!!
Had a lovely experience at Blind Tiger Estates - Marno’s Woodfire Pizza. Had our pup with us, and ordered their Pawchuterie! Amazing! She loved it! 🐾Enjoyed cocktails, wine and ciders; Vegan Pizza, Arugula & Prosciutto and the daily special pizza, all great! Ended the meal with a Sticky Toffee Pudding! Delicious! 💕Our server, Victoria was amazing. Thanks Victoria! Highly Recommend!
Someone’s been hiding this place from us ! I call conspiracy. I have lived in the Okanagan for 11 years. I do not like going to wineries for the feeling of “snooty” food and drink. There are no wineries I gladly go back to. Until… I love Blind Tiger. I loved the place. The food was unreal. The drinks were slushy and delicious. The staff was genuine. This is the type of place that it feels as if the money you’re paying goes right back into making the place better.
Stopped by after our stay at Sparkling Hill and found this spot to be such a gem! I loved the Pinot noir ice wine and speakeasy red. Nice smaller winery with pleasant and helpful staff.
Great wine tasting! Nice area with a covered dog friendly patio. The pizzas were good as well. We would come back for sure
Absolutely loved our experience here! Dropped in for what was meant to be a quick tasting and stayed for the views and the service. They even serve “barkuterie” boards and pup cups for the dogs.

Really enjoyed the musem- got a guided tour- a wealth of info on the history of Lake country.
Went to a free event hosted here. The staff are lovely and friendly. I enjoyed the building and the historical artifacts they have on display. They have a playground outside for the kids and outside heated bathrooms.
Cute little place with a scavenger hunt for the kids to keep them engaged. If you're in the area stop in on a hot day to cool off and see some neat things :)
An amazing local museum highlighting the various history and industry of the area. Exhibits are extensive and well curated. Major highlight is the extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff that has an amazing understanding of the collection and are great at sharing it with visitors. A bit out of the way but definitely worth the excursion.
We went for a family day event and the staff were all so friendly and helpful and happy!! Such a fun day. Highly recommend
An interesting and eclectic collection of Kelowna area artifacts. The museum director is very friendly and will show you around himself. The cafe attached is relaxed and has a good menu. Recommended stop while visiting the nearby wineries!
Not the museum but the little cafe. Reasonable prices. Fresh home made food and coffee. Best part is view. Little tables overlook the lake . Peaceful and a fun motorbike ride from kelowna

We had a very pleasant stay at Super 8. Piyush at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and so was the Chinese lady—she gave us some great local travel tips! The location is super convenient, with a Save-On-Foods, McDonald’s, and a liquor store just across the street. The hotel also provides free breakfast, and some rooms come with a kitchen, which is great for families. Overall, a comfortable and easy stop for anyone traveling through the area!
I had a wonderful stay at Super 8 Lake Country. The room was clean and comfortable, and I noticed the new flooring, which made the space feel fresh and updated. The breakfast was very good with nice options to start the day. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and my whole stay smooth and pleasant. Great value, great service, and I would definitely stay here again!
I had a really good experience spending five nights staying at this motel. The room was Spacious, clean, and had all the facilities I needed - microwave, fridge, TV, Keurig coffee machine, Blackout curtain curtains, really comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi and the AC worked well for me. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. When I had a minor maintenance issue, they came immediately and resolved the issue with no problems. Plenty of parking, and an adequate breakfast is provided in the breakfast area. There is a Save On Foods across the road, which was great for going to pick up snacks. I found this motel to be excellent value for money and will definitely stay here again.
I have a few complaints about this specific hostile. First off, the rooms are as bad as people make it seem. We’ve had to deal with damp sheets, it’s not the fact they’ve been put on wet, as we instructed them to leave our room how it was, without clean sheets. It’s been wet every night. The AC’s knobs are also ripped out from every room, and the thermostat doesn’t work. Also, the walls are in rough shape, scratches everywhere and wall trim is falling off. Both microwave and TV lights are very bright at night. The hot tub hasn’t been working for approximately 2 months. It also isn’t possible to get into parking lot coming from the south side, however not hotels fault. It isn’t worth $200 a night. However, the staff is very friendly which is good. Other than the damp sheets, the beds are also comfortable.
The only good thing about this place is the workers. The lady at the front desk is very nice. Polite and helpful and housekeeping works very hard and does a good job. However, there was Wolf spiders everywhere in my room. There was little black bugs everywhere. And the room overall was in very poor condition
I stayed at the Super 8 in Kelowna and honestly, it needs some work. The room had a noticeable smell as soon as we walked in, and overall, the place could really use some updating and maintenance. That said, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which helped make the stay a bit better. One thing I’d recommend is moving the microwave — the bright display light shined right onto both beds during the night, which was super annoying when trying to sleep. With a few improvements, this place could be much better.
So very quiet..large rooms, comfy beds, linens smelled so fresh, and all those big fluffy pillows..great ice machine.. delicious breakfast..Starbucks coffee.. Really nice staff..will return
It's a No Frills hotel but it's super comfy and the staff are super nice. My only concern I had was finding parking and fitting in the small parking spots. After a very long drive the bed was very comfortable the water is hot the TV works the air conditioning works. That's all I needed

5 stars all the way, but with a little heads-up! First off, the view of the Three Lakes from the top? Absolutely and utterly **spectacular**. Seriously, it's one of those vistas that just makes you stop and go "wow." You get this incredible panorama of the shimmering water nestled amongst the trees, and it's just pure Okanagan beauty. The elevation gain to get there is a good workout, enough to feel like you've earned that view, but nothing too crazy. Just be prepared for a little bit of loose gravel in sections, so wear decent footwear. Now, here's the friendly advice part: **bring your GPS or a reliable trail app**. This isn't a straightforward, single-path kind of deal; it's more like a delightful little maze of trails winding through the forest. While that adds to the sense of adventure, it also means it's super easy to take a wrong turn if you're not paying attention. Trust me, my phone became my best friend out there! But honestly, that little navigational challenge is a small price to pay for the reward at the top. That view of the Three Lakes is truly worth it, and the feeling of being out in nature, surrounded by the trees, is just fantastic. If you're up for a bit of an adventure and want to be treated to some stunning scenery, lace up your boots, charge your phone, and head to the Upper Lakes Trailhead. You won't be disappointed!
The views are fabulous, you can see 4 lakes and I don’t think you can do that many other places! The reason I can’t give 5 stars is for the design of the trail network. It is worse than a medieval church labyrinth, really unnecessary. And the trail terrain is either dirt or a rock quarry; would be great for mountain biking but on foot really annoying. Improving the terrain and simplifying the network would make this area fabulous.
Great hiking and walking trail. Highly recommend as the views of the different lakes and mountains is really worth the hike to the top, and bring a picnic as there is a bench at the top to sit and enjoy the view. 3-3:30 hour hike round trip.
A wonderful hike. You can make it shorter or longer with different view points. There are multiple trails to chose from. We started with the Orange marks and half way through fallowed the white marks. It is a easy hike I have no idea why this is categorized as hard. If you are not in a good condition the hike might feel moderate but definitely not a hard hike. With a long stop on the top and a few short stop on the way to enjoy the view it took us around 3 hours. The view was stunning. It has a panorama view on the top and a picnic table to relax and enjoy the view. There is only one toilet on the trail head by the parking lot. Overall Loved it and I really recommend it 🥰 If you are reading this review go and enjoy the hike 😊
This was a beautiful hike. Definitely pay attention to the map (available in paper copy) as there are many trails. Lovely view at the top where you can see four lakes.
A scenic forest hike with plenty of lake views. A short climb leads to a wonderful view of lake county. Even on a cloudy day in winter it's pretty spectacular.
Great hike with a great view of surrounding lakes! We enjoyed munching on saskatoon berries along the way, and the wind helped to keep the mosquitoes at bay. Enjoyable evening hike!
Great hiking when not over run with dirt bikes. Seems this is getting to be a popular dirt bike track and the dirt bikes use the marked hiking trails allot. They also expect you to get out of the way.

200 under 200 ..amazing event...we are so lucky to have this in Lake Country!
Great gallery featuring local and regional artists. Excellent used art book store, as well.
Well run by manager Petrina McNeill and a bevy of volunteers. Nice little gift shop with local art and crafts. For a small provincial gallery they have amazing top quality exhibitions.
A hub for some of the Okanagan's most talented artists, creative people, and community volunteers. This place is such a positive highlight of Lake Country.
Tiny space, cute tho :)
Such a great community space! The shows are top notch!
I was very impressed with the art on display. I wasn't expecting such high quality art in a small community gallery.
Great show of Miniatures. Just in time for Christmas.

The best! I proudly live in Lake Country and love this spot. My kids grew up enjoying the splash park and now we rock the Friday night concerts. It's a park, what can you complain about??
Went for a concert in the park lovely evening. Also snacks and foods sold there at there little market outside.
Nice venue for outdoor concert. Ground level stage to large Grassy area.
Great park to have a picnic and fun!
Great covered outdoor stage where free summer concerts are held. Locals and visitors bring lawn chairs or blankets to listen to the musicians. Water park and skateboard structures for younger and youth respectively.
We go to the free concerts on Saturday nights in the summer, they are great, wonderful talent performing. I think 5 of them are going to be at Swalwell Park this year. Great place for kids as well, lots of open space and a sprinkler park for them.
We checked out the Saturday concert night, it was a lot of fun. There is lots of space for a picnic or running around. It has a neat skate park, decent bathrooms and a fun spray park to cool off in.
Went to the Parks Alive event, saw Ben Klick, awesome park, lots of green space; was a nice family event! Had a roam around the market right next to the park definitely worth a visit!

Great beach area .. love going there for down time and zen 💓
We got to the beach around 9 a.m. and it was almost deserted. They've done a good job of grooming the beach and it was beautiful. The views of the lake and the mountains are exquisite from this park. My son and I had a great time playing in the sand and look forward to coming back again.
Great place in Lake Country to relax and have a good time. Been there a few times during Canada Day's weekend and it was never busy! Always nice and friendly people around, very clean place with exceptions for the lots of geese, but I'm a fan of them so can't complain. There's also a public washroom there that's really well maintained. Parking is easy, with lots of space. Playground available for kids and lots of trees if you prefer the shades.
Nice park. Good view. Playground for the kids and washrooms. Beware of geese ;)
A nice and relatively less busy park (at least when we visited). Very peaceful, serene and seems to be well maintained. There are bathrooms available as well as plenty of free parking. Saw people using jet skis etc., but not sure where those are available from. Might be private.
Beautiful family park! Nice playground, decent beach, fairly sandy but some rocks. Water can be murky/muddy. Tons of fantastic grass to play on or lay on! Picnic tables , washrooms/changerooms. Lots of mature trees for shade. Beside ball fields.
Clean and well cared for lawns and play areas. Good parking.
Lots o' parking, and easy access to the water, nice swimming area. Has washrooms.

Best cookies ever!! Great pit stop after riding the lake.
Cute place a little over priced compared to other farms but overall happy with my purchase
We go quite often during the summer season and they never disappoint! The staff is lovely, the selection is local and the prices are good! The staff is wonderful and always find time for a little visit! Today I picked up “inglorious “ peaches… I asked staff what made them in glorious and they said that they are less than perfect… I laughed and said “so am I, I’ll take them! “ Amazingly low price!
This is a pretty nice place to make a pit stop if you're on your way to or from Penticton. A bit off the beaten path so perhaps a bit easy to miss if you don't normally stop in lake country. It's worth making the detour for. The wait staff are always amazing. The menu is also nice - the pizza is really the standout naturally but it's really all about the ambiance & enjoying a unique spot to eat under the grape vines.
Pretty , local goods but it's a tourist trap, if you want tourist thing them a great stop, you want to spend alot of money, there's your thing, can find local fruit way cheaper at small local venues if money a issue
A little over price..when I got home I looked at my bill..they charged me a extra 1.26 to use my credit card...I did not see a sigh anywhere that they.. Omg most places charge maybe 50 cents .but a 1.26
Take the backroads for a good time Good fresh produce and local products Recommend that you have some time to check out the grounds
The fruit market is closed which was disappointing but still some apples and pears to grab on a honor system with a box to put your payment.
