It's a good place to go for day tips or camping. The place has lots of picnic tables that you can use, but you need to be there early as they get filled really quickly. Access to the river is easy where you can float (bring floaties) or just waddle.
Lovely! Well maintained showers, drinking water, trails, lots for RVs or tents, dog friendly and must be on a leash. Grills and picnic tables on each lot. Quick and easy service at front check in. 1 night stay $47.
I had a wonderful experience visiting Pembina Valley Provincial Park. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, with rolling hills, wildflowers, and peaceful forest trails. I walked the Pembina Rim Trail and was amazed by the breathtaking views of the valley, especially from the lookout tower. The trails were well-marked and not too crowded, making it feel like a peaceful escape into nature. I saw birds, butterflies, and even some deer tracks along the way. Although there are no washrooms or camping facilities, the picnic area was a nice spot to relax and enjoy lunch. It's a perfect place for a quiet day hike and to disconnect from busy life. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves nature and peaceful walks.
It's a beautiful small to mid size campground along side river. The river is at very safe distance from the campground. The day use area was a star of the show for the tubbing fans. The pebble beach access from the campground was a cool place to hang out, with low water level at most of the place, considering kids in mind. 2 Water tap available per campsite loop. The only downside i felt was the washroom, they didn't get cleaned properly during our stay from Friday to Sunday.
Little pricey but honestly nice area. Depending on the site you pick there is more private areas or more grouped up. Bathrooms where perfect. Roads nice. Everything went well no issues.
Great spot for either camping or day use, I’ve done both. Plenty of trails and multiple spots to go down to the river from the day use area or campground. Also a good spot if you want to go tubing down the river.
Beautiful and well maintained. Would be nice to have more beach area and more seating near the river rather then the trees hiding a beautiful view from the picnic areas that are available. Wear water shoes as the rocks are very sharp and slippery. Great for tubing!
A wonderful playground right on the river, tubing. Beautiful natural scenery, fish from the shore

One of the best golf courses around Edmonton, very good shape, perfect place to own a lot on course ,near lakes, all kinds of recreation for adults & kids. Tennis, water slide, zip line, soccer ,ball diamond, miniature race car track, walking trails, very friendly . First class operation. Will be going back, golf is a good price. Thks
Course is nice, staff are friendly, bunkers need maintenance. I walked 18 but the pro shop & starter did not inform me there is no rakes on the course, only in carts so I was unable to rake anything so I'm sure the people playing behind me weren't happy with bunkers not being raked. I was I passed/ignored by the drink cart 3 times and it would've been nice to get a cold drink on the back 9. Good course, poor experience
Beautiful course and setting. Every tee box and green is so well maintained and mowing throughout makes this a picture perfect course. Even the golf carts are clean and well maintained. As a very recreational golfer, the greens were challenging and fairways allowed you to roll into trouble if you miss. An enjoyable experience.
Great course, fun layout and the greens are some of the nicest I’ve played. The marshals tho need to not take their job so serious. The one wears a “badge” which I thought was a joke at first but after realized he takes it very seriously. Other marshal was telling us to pick up our pace 4 holes in, we continued to play at the same pace and finished 18 in 4 hours. If it wasn’t for them trying to rush us it would’ve been a great round.
Golf course is amazing. If it was just golf I’d leave a 5 star review. The service at the restaurant was really bad. We weren’t even acknowledged. I had to approach them to even get a menu. Then I had to ask again if we could get service and then after that we were left for 30 mins before our order was taken. The food was good but the service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.
We had a greater time , lovely water slide . Great Driving range we enjoyed verymuch . Beautiful Golf course. Family oriented friendly place It’s a place where you can enjoy with your Family We will be back more often. ❤️👍
Updated: 29-Jun-2020 Trestle Creek is always worth the drive. The course is in good condition with the exception of a few rough spots on some of the greens and fairways. The course is not very old and is still maturing but very playable. The speed of the greens was quick but sticky, you had to give it an aggressive stroke as the ball came to a quick halt if you did not hit it firm enough. But be careful, too hard and they would run by quite a bit. Kudos goes out to the pro shop staff. We had a 9 a.m. tee-time but had flat tyre on the way out to the course. They were very accommodating and were able to get us out when we finally arrived 3 hours late. It was greatly appreciated and made a frustrating morning in to a pleasurable afternoon.
The golf course is amazing. Challenging and well taken care of. With at least a handful of holes that could be considered "signature" the built in GPS on the golf cart means you can leave the range finder in the bag. There is a hitting net and putting green to warm up on. And the proshop has a nice little selection of apparel. Will definitely be back with friends.

Staff was friendly and shuttles were efficient. If you don't have reservations, its best to come early to avoid a longer wait time. Also if the river water is low, make sure to avoid hitting rocks (particularly during the rapid parts) Overall its a fun summer activity and service was great
If you can swim & Like to play in the water on a hot day, this where to go! They give you tube, paddles, life jacket and more check out their website. They also bus you back to your car after 5 klm down the river. When you book you pay for 1 around $45.00 then you can bring up to 8 guests with you and pay for others when you arrive.
Had a great time! Took my best friends elderly dad. The walk wasn’t bad until the very end where it gets steep into the bank. But he made her down for the float! 14 of us went and we all got back in one piece. Prices are fair in my opinion For $40 ish dollars you get a good quality tube (rash guard on the bottom so you don’t pop it) The 3 hour float and a bus ride back. I’ve taken this float with tubes I brought from home and because of the nature of the river. They ve all popped. So to me the $40 is worth it and you’re supporting a local business. We are a pretty loud and obnoxious group, so we decided to go as soon as they open to avoid the rush of people. The workers were quick, efficient and responded with our immature jokes with some laughs and smiles. We ll be back again end of August! Your favorite biker group 🩷🤪 SIDE NOTE: BRING WATER SHOES. Be careful going under first bridge that trains cross. There will be rocks coming down. They do horn to heed warning. But make sure you can stop or get across fast.
The staff were super friendly! They have their services streamlined and are super energetic but informative . Props for having a floating waterproof phone case available for purchase to keep valuable assets safe but still able to take photos! Not to mention change room areas so no soggy bathing suits for the car ride back to the city. Definitely a right of passage for Alberta summer activities . We had a blast and will absolutely be back !
Our group from The Boxing Club Spruce Grove Fitness 24/7 had a blast! We had such a fun time tubing—even a few minutes of rain didn’t ruin the mood; it actually added to the adventure and brought out a lot of laughs! We were set up at the day use area with our BBQ waiting for the floaters to arrive, which made for an awesome, relaxed day in nature. One small suggestion: it would be great if there was a rental option for just tubes without the shuttle for groups who are already set up at the lake. It would give more flexibility for people doing their own float setups. There was 12 of us so we didn’t need the shuttle because we stayed at the beach but we needed to send the tubes back ! Overall, a fantastic experience and a memorable summer day! Highly recommend!
Went there with a group of 16 people. Floating down the river was fun in itself and it came with an adventurous experience except the company lacks proper management and efficiency in providing the proper instructions/signage at some distant point along the river which should say how much route one has completed and how much is pending. After the last bridge crossing there should be a proper sign or an arrow indicating to keep on right side such that one can safely make it to the shore to end the floating session. We unfortunately ended up being on the left side after the last bridge crossing by no means to make the tubes to go in the right side direction as the water flow was high on the left end side making us unstoppable but somehow we got our tubes to stop on left end side holding the tree branch and had to wait for the rescue people to come and take us to the exit point. By Gods Grace, few Men came to our help and were kind enough to take us to the other side of the shore where bus shuttle service would come to take us to the vehicle. Of course no one would remember all the instructions that they provide before you start the session. So they need to have proper markings at some distant points along the river for people’s safety. And one more thing i would mention that they should not allow kids under 7 or 8 to ride along with an adult. We went with our 8 year old on her own float and 4 year old on our lap riding along with an adult which turned out to be very risky, as at times it gets very hard to float holding your kid. When we asked if it’s safe to ride with a 4 year old, they said it is very safe to ride along with 4 year old but it is surely not safe. I would also note that they should have 1 or 2 of their people stand at the exit point to whoever needs help getting out of their tube. We were doing it for the first time and were not aware of what to expect. People who does it regularly would have no issue but for the first timers would definitely need some markings where needed along the river. Hopefully the company can make a note of it and implement proper measures for people’s safety.
I absolutely loved this quaint family run small business. The river was high enough to make the float enjoyable with a few rapid areas that made it challenging and fun.The price is affordable which is hard to find these days. The path down to the river is a bit difficult for the elderly . And slippery after a rain. The staff was great, the scenery was beautiful. I highly recommend this float.
Great experience for a hot summer day! We were able to drop in, coming earlier in the morning. Definitely call and see if there are spots, as it is a very popular location and you might not get to float if you come in later. Some may find it challenging to descend into the river when the water is low, as there is a steep drop down.
