It's still nice to visit. Close to creel (Original) Grato lugar para caminar por la orilla. También se puede rentar unas tipo lanchas para dar la vuelta completa en el. We had the most incredible 3 days with Ivan. He is a true historian, guide and entertainer! The tour facility is getting to the many places we wanted to see in comfort and with a true education of the history and background. Batopilas was our highlight and staying at the Riverside Lodge was like stepping back in time (but in a luxury way). We cannot give a high enough recommendation for The 3 Amigos Adventures. You won’t regret one minute of your time on any of the tours. We plan to return and explore more with 3 Amigos Adventures
We spent the most amazing 4 days with Ivan and Sebastian (two of the three amigos :-). Our days were full of adventure, stunning landscapes and fun along the way. Ivan and Sebastian have amazing knowledge and really do go the extra mile to ensure you do not forget your visit to this area. The Jewel in the crown was the overnight stay in Batopilas a beautiful old silver mining village at the bottom of a Canyon, stunning! We would thoroughly recommend even if you have only one day available to contact The 3 Amigos as you will not be disappointed. Beautiful people!
Rented a bike here for the day. Excellent service, and the bike was in very good condition: a Specialized Rockhopper. I am very glad that I had it, because a lot of the trails literally did involve hopping rocks. Creel is an amazing place to explore on a mountain bike. The forests have lots of trails: unfortunately it seems that most of them aren't on any map (I just roughly aimed in the direction that I needed to go, and ended up there in the end). In terms of the cycling - highlights would have to be a trail around the lake, and a cross country trail that leads from near Valle De La Montura back to Creel. Both aren't exactly clearly marked, but are great fun once you're on them. Occasional having to push the bike, but I am sure more accomplished riders would be able to do the entire thing without having to get off. The price for hire for a day was 600 pesos. It is perhaps slightly high, but as far as I can tell it's the only place in town to hire mountain bikes, the bikes are in good condition and come with accessories like helmet, gloves, backpack, and puncture kit, and the experiences that they allow you to have are priceless. I just wish I had more time: cycling to the hot springs looks like an excellent adventure.
We booked the three day tour of the Sinforosa and Batopilas Canyons, and we were so happy the entire time! Our bilingual guide, Gustavo, was well-versed in the particular history of the area, and his genuine passion for the land and people was contagious. We greatly enjoyed all out conversations with him. And Gustavo knows everyone! This is an incredibly beautiful area of Mexico. The eco-resort, Kokoyome, was situated in one of the most beautiful sites I've ever encountered. Absolutely magical. I would love to return one day. Our hotel in Batopilas made me feel as though I were in a Gabriel Garcia Marquez novel. Time seems to have stood still. We would not have come close to these experiences without our Gustavo!
Superb. Whilst we only used these guys for a transfer from El Divisadero to Creel and the Creel tour, they were everything we'd hoped for and more. They are communicative, helpful, flexible and efficient. The vehicle was of high quality, spacious and comfortable. The guide (unfortunately we didn't write down his name) was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and extremely interesting. Highly recommended.
I would definitely recommand this place to rent bikes. We had the best ride thanks to them. It was not too expensive and we had helmets included in the price. We would particularly like to thank Sebastian who was the best guide, he was very clear, very kind and he gave us lots of recommendations on the best way to visit the region which he knows very well. Hope you doing well Sebastian, we really enjoyed our stay thanks to you!! Alix & Pablo
Really enjoyed our Three Canyon Tour. Gustavo, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable about the Copper Canyon area, its history and the culture of the local Rarámuri people. Fascinating insights into the beauty and challenges of living in this remote region of Mexico.
I ran into this company accidentally when looking for some tourist info for advice. And I was lucky. I rented a bike for 2 days. It comes in great condition with all the equipment. Great experience, amazing advanture. Super nice service, helpful and friendly staff. Guys spoke English well too. They just charge a lot for paying by 💳. Better have 💵.
