Excellent country theatre. State of the art sound and vision, with quaint and charming service. Watch a film with a cup of tea and some home cooked slice (and a choc top). Also runs community events, forums, talks, celebrations, weddings, conferences and live music concerts.
This Venu was used for a funeral service today at Dungog It was a celebration of achievements for a dearly departed, with a large number of family members and friends accommodated to hear kindness shared

Stopped by here yesterday and had an amazing chat with David and Belinda who were working there. Both were able to provide us with heaps of local knowledge and suggestions of walking tracks to check out in the local and Gloucester area. Thanks David, and Belinda!

The Dungog Museum is a testament to the dedication of its volunteers. Nicely presented and engaging, it features an exhibitions room that currently showcases the work of Dungog artist Helene Leane. As a resident artist through an Arts Upper Hunter program funded by the Regional Arts Fund, Helene created this exhibition inspired by a beautiful vintage cash register that once served the community in a local grocery store during the 1960s. It’s definitely worth a visit! And I love the Bex poster! You can also check out Helene's gallery across the road. Gallery on Dowling.
A good museum with lots to look at, the search and find for kids was a great way to keep them engaged.
A very good local Museum something of interest for all age groups.
A fascinating look back into the local history of Dungog Shire and surrounds. Very interesting to read through the excellent compilations of district servicemen & women from the armed forces. Features include detailed accounts from the Western Front WWI, with medals and memorabilia. A smaller museum as you'd expect but with helpful local guides, some of whom are published amateur historians. Well worth the small price of entry - limited opening hours (by volunteers) so plan your visit. Told that larger groups can be accomodated by appointment.
Helpful staff and cheap entry price.
Great to talk to the volunteers about the ancestors.

Nice staff - including the swim instructor who was working the kiosk & had no idea about the computer & cant count back change.. Good food. Not as big as it looks. Amenities could do with some attention.
Brought grandkids this Sunday...no icecream or hot chips available!!!! Get it together guys
Nice little pool. Was driving by and had a swim with the kids. Not much food wise to purchase and slide was not in use (covid? Give me a break). Staff friendly and pool clean. Worth a visit.
Love the pool....the young girl at the entrance was cold and had no people skills. Didn' t look like she wanted to be there.
Amazing pool it's nice and big
Great little swimming complex that the family and I attend during summer while visiting the area. Almost a tradition for us now
Great place to spend a few hours on these hot days. Canteen food excellent, especially the Nachos and hot chips.
