Gardaland Park offers an intense and unforgettable experience for the entire family. As evidenced by the fact that two days were not enough to do everything, the park's enormous size guarantees an endless variety of attractions and activities. Convenience and accessibility are the name of the game at Gardaland. Entry is exceptionally fast, and within the park, you’ll find food stalls and restaurants on every corner, so there’s always a place to rest and eat. Additionally, the park is technologically advanced and offers two useful apps: one for easy navigation inside the park and another for downloading photos taken on the rides, which adds to the experience and provides fun souvenirs. The variety of attractions is indeed for all ages, but it's important to note that most rides are suited for those 100 cm (3.3 ft) tall and above. Therefore, it's wise to plan accordingly. Even so, the park provides a diverse experience for both parents and children. As mentioned, the most worthwhile option is to purchase tickets directly at the box office. In conclusion, Gardaland is a highly recommended destination. It's a very enjoyable experience for parents and children, and it is highly recommended to take two days if possible, to have enough time to enjoy everything this vast place has to offer.
We had an absolutely fabulous day at the Gardaland! You feel like in a fairytale, and all the roller coasters are very exciting! 😍 I recommend going on a (rainy) weekday, so the queues are shorter and you manage to see everything. Feel free to skip the Jumanji Adventure ride though, it’s not quite worth a 40+ minute wait.
Another amazing amusememt park for kids and older as well. Rides get pretty busy with the nice weather, like in every resort. I wish there was a better overview what each ride offers - we waited 90 minutes for Jumanji adventure, which was absolutely no advanture plus it was all in Italian. Other than that, only 4 rides required height over 140, few over 130. Make sure to check these requirements before going. Also, buying tickets outside od the official venue office is cheaper so look for those selling points in the city.
We visited Gardaland on a Wednesday and had an amazing time! 🎢 The waiting time for each ride was less than 15 minutes, which made the whole experience super smooth. The official app showing live queue times was very helpful — it helped us plan our route efficiently and enjoy more rides. The park is clean, beautifully themed, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and organized, and there were plenty of food options and rest areas. Both the kids and adults had a blast — from the thrilling roller coasters to the fun family attractions. Highly recommend visiting on a weekday if possible — short queues, great atmosphere, and so much fun! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic for kiddies as there is a great balance of calmer rides with ease of motion while still holding very good production value. The adult rides too are equally fantastic. I hold the overall experience below Europa park however and wouldn't go too far out of my way to visit it.
So much fun, there's something for everyone. We also went during weekday in October, there was minimal queue and wait time even on popular rides. Absolutely recommended visiting if you have kids and are in the area.
We had such a fantastic time at Gardaland! The park is full of magic, excitement, and plenty of things to do for both kids and adults. There are so many attractions from thrilling rides to fun games that kept us entertained all day. The decorations and themed areas are beautiful and immersive, making it feel like stepping into another world. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well-organized despite the crowds. It’s also worth mentioning that the park is very clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of places to relax, grab food, or cool down.If you’re visiting Italy with kids, Gardaland is absolutely worth it. We left with big smiles and a new fluffy friend. we recommend
I am sure that a family would love this place...my wife and stayed at the Gardaland hotel, and rode the bus to the park in the morning (bus runs every 16 minutes) We love roller coasters and these did not disappoint. The atmosphere is very family friendly and the park is very well cared for (it's clean!) over all a great experience.

What a cool experience!! Definitely get tickets and go inside the house. Such amazing interiors! Definitely will be using the ceilings and frescos for quilting inspiration.
Despite what many believe, Juliet was not a real historical person. This house once belonged to the Cappello family — a name that inspired Shakespeare’s “Capulet.” The famous balcony was added centuries later to recreate the feeling of the legendary love story of Romeo and Juliet. Still, the place has an undeniable charm. Visitors come from all over the world to leave love notes, touch Juliet’s statue for luck, and feel the spirit of romance that Verona is famous for. A must-see, even if the story is a beautiful myth. ❤️
If you are a fan of the immortal story of two lovers, then you must visit Juliet's house. The house is constantly besieged by tourists, so think carefully about when you want to visit (preferably in the morning). I personally like the collection of artworks in the house, and the original wall paintings are also impressive. I recommend that everyone who visits the house also visit Romeo's home. It is completely overlooked, and only rarely do tourists stop at the memorial plaque on the site where his home once stood.
Still, this place has sadly lost some of its romance. The inner courtyard is flooded with crowds – noise, long lines to touch Juliet’s statue, and cameras flashing from every direction. There’s little real romance left; it feels more like a tourist ritual than a place of love. The museum is interesting to visit, with Juliet’s statue and a few authentic details, but you’ll feel the true spirit of Verona much more while wandering through its charming streets than standing amidst the crowds.
Casa di Giulietta in Verona is a romantic landmark linked to Shakespeare’s Juliet. The 13th-century house features a charming balcony said to inspire the famous scene from _Romeo and Juliet_. Visitors leave love notes on its walls, making it a symbol of timeless passion and literary enchantment. By the way it is very crowded.
Paying the ticket to see the house is much better than the experience outside. Even in low season was completely crowded to the point that the statue looked even nervous herself. There is the same statue inside the house with no crowd, and from the house you can take a picture from the balcony. Staff is kind of rude
This was a tourist trap. The balcony is way small and only 2 persons can fit. We did not visit the inside of the house because of the reviews on Google saying that it was nothing special. The yard was ok and we got to take pictures of the statue of Juliete and the wall of letters. There was a shop nearby that could costumise everything you wanted to by that was nice. The store inside the house has only overpriced magnets and pens for tourists.
Wow every romantic person women ,man or couple need to visit this place and even if you not into romantic things definitely take your partner there is famous balcony spirit is still there for 2 people who love eachother but can't be toghtether is nice fairy tale and you need to be part of it, try get there in the morning when is less busy and dont forget Mark pen to write down something on wall

A walk through Piazza delle Erbe in Verona is a truly magical experience! 🤩 I love getting lost among the colorful stalls and admiring the historic architecture that surrounds it. 🏛️ The atmosphere here is always lively and lively, a true beating heart of the city. ❤️ I hope to return soon to enjoy its beauty again. ✨ A corner of paradise that I recommend to everyone! 🇮🇹 #PiazzaDelleErbe #Verona #Italy #EmbroideryPlaces #ItalianBeauty#🇮🇹🫶❤️💯👍👌 27.09.2025
📍 Piazza delle Erbe – Verona, Italy 🇮🇹 One of Verona’s most vibrant squares 🌟, surrounded by historic buildings, frescoed facades 🎨, and lively cafés ☕. Once a Roman forum, today it’s full of market stalls 🛍️ selling souvenirs, fruits, and local goods. The square is always bustling 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ with both locals and tourists, giving it a lively atmosphere day and night. A great place to sit with a drink 🍹, people-watch, and soak in the heart of Verona’s old town. 🙌
Great Piazza. Market stalls most days with plenty to choose from. Restaurants along one side so great if thirsty or hungry. Historic buildings all around. Well worth the visit
Piazza delle Erbe is one of the most beautiful and atmospheric squares in all of Italy. Surrounded by elegant palaces, medieval towers, and richly decorated façades, it feels like stepping back in time. The square has been the beating heart of Verona since the Roman era, once serving as the city’s forum, and today it still pulses with life from morning to night. The architecture is breathtaking — from the frescoed façades of the Mazzanti Houses to the Baroque Palazzo Maffei with its statues of classical gods. Every corner seems to tell a story of centuries gone by, blending Roman, medieval, and Renaissance influences seamlessly. That said, it is incredibly crowded, especially during peak hours. Tour groups, market stalls, and cafés all compete for space, so be prepared for a lively (and sometimes overwhelming) atmosphere. Still, even with the crowds, the energy of the square only adds to its charm. If you’re visiting Verona, Piazza delle Erbe is absolutely unmissable. Come early in the morning or later in the evening if you want a quieter experience, but at any time of day, it’s a stunning place to soak in history, architecture, and authentic Italian life.
I truly enjoyed strolling through Piazza delle Erbe, Verona’s oldest square. It’s a vibrant blend of history and daily life—once a Roman forum, now surrounded by medieval buildings, frescoed facades, and lively cafés. The square hosts bustling markets and iconic monuments like the Colonna di San Marco and Fontana di Madonna Verona. The atmosphere was fantastic, and it was a real pleasure to take in all the beautiful historic architecture.
Piazza delle Erbe is a truly beautiful square. It's lined with a row of stunning buildings, with the most magnificent of all—Palazzo Maffei—standing proudly at one end. In the center, you'll find the impressive Madonna Fountain of Verona and a bustling bazaar full of life. The edges of the square are dotted with charming-looking restaurants, shops and cafés. We didn’t eat there ourselves, though, as the square was quite crowded with fellow tourists. That said, we did find a few quieter corners along the edges, perfect for sitting back and watching people pass by—it was quite entertaining!
A beautiful square that feels big but still quite cozy. In my opinion, it’s definitely more interesting than the large one by the Arena. From here you’ve got direct access to Juliet’s house, plus plenty of nice restaurants, narrow streets, and cafés all around. The atmosphere is fantastic – you could wander here all day.
Unassuming plaza with statues and fountains surrounded by beautiful buildings from times gone past. Several street cafes offering food and drink at reasonable prices. A great place for people watching and soaking up the atmosphere re.

We visited the park in April, right when the tulips were in bloom. The grounds are large, impeccably kept, and almost surreal. There are several distinct areas—including a farm, a hedge maze, and even a small castle—so you can easily spend a few hours wandering around. Bike rentals are available if you’d rather ride than walk. One tip: we found that tickets purchased through general travel sites were actually cheaper than on the park’s official website.
Parco Giardino Sigurtà is a breathtaking botanical paradise nestled near Lake Garda in Valeggio sul Mincio. A Garden Wonderland Spanning over 60 hectares, this meticulously maintained park offers a vibrant display of nature's beauty, making it one of Italy’s most stunning garden destinations. With highlights like the famous Avenue of Roses, stretching over a kilometer with 30,000 blooming roses, and the enchanting Tulipanomania, a springtime spectacle featuring over a million tulips in bloom. The Labyrinth, scenic water gardens, ancient trees, and serene lily-covered ponds add to the park’s magical charm. Whether you explore by foot, bicycle, or golf cart, Sigurtà invites calm and wonder at every turn. It’s perfect for families, photographers, or anyone seeking peace in a lush, floral setting. A visit here feels like stepping into a living painting — peaceful, colorful, picturesque, and unforgettable.
A beautiful botanical park not far from the southern part of Lake Garda. We visited in early June 2025. The park is lush with greenery, butterflies, and birds. It’s highly recommended to take the small train tour that runs through the park. The ride lasts about 35 minutes and circles the entire park, giving you a sense of its size and helping you decide which areas you'd like to explore on foot. Some of the highlights include a Japanese garden, a plant maze, an herb and butterfly garden, an educational farm, and more. We spent about three wonderful hours there — you could easily spend even more. Be sure to bring a bottle of water, as it can get quite hot during the day, even in June. Convenient parking is available about 250 meters north of the park entrance, in the supermarket parking lot.
Beautiful park and great family outing We went on a family trip to Parco Giardino Sigurtà and had a lovely day. We enjoyed a picnic in the gardens and drove around in a small golf cart, which the kids absolutely loved. The park is stunning and very well maintained – perfect for a relaxing day in nature. It is a bit on the expensive side though; we paid around 720 DKK for one golf cart for 2.5 hours. Highly recommended!
Amazing botanical garden, an absolute must see if you are in the area. Good paths to walk on, however, since the park is so big, there's also an option to rent a bike or golfkart. We rented a gokfkart, which is very convenient with small children.
Huge gardens with ponds, maze, castels, and other scenic beauties... Can spend days over there. Electric bikes and golf carts are available to rent.
The park itself is beautiful, but €46 for 2 adults and 2 kids is way too much considering the experience. Many attractions were closed, the park felt empty, and there wasn't much to do. It's a nice place to walk around, but with so little open, it should cost no more than €5 per person.
A well maintained, beautifully presented landscape garden. If on foot youll need a fair few hours to get round it all, but there are plenty of rest stops and small cafes to get you around. Golf cart rental was great, it only costs 20€ an hour and was well worth it with little children. Highly recommend the day out. There are plenty of farm Animals for the kids to see too.

We visited on a cloudy mid-week day and had a fun and pleasant stay. The place is very spacious, with multiple pools, and you can easily spend the entire day here. It’s especially enjoyable to swim in the warm water while it’s raining outside. One issue is that many people “reserve” sunbeds with towels, even though signs clearly state that it’s not allowed. Fortunately, we were still able to find sunbeds. Another downside is that the food is mediocre and overpriced. Aside from these points, it’s truly a great place to visit, especially on a rainy day.
After I bought the tickets, I was informed that the external heated pool was closed. I was not informed that the kids pool playground is closed, I only found that out inside. The indoor swimming pool, with a bar, was nice, great warm temperature, but very dirty with lots of hairs and strange things floating. The main swimming pool douches massage were all off. The outside river pool was amazing, warm, and the 2 stars are only because of that. Toilets, lockers, showers, changing cabinets were all very clear, lots of space, very comfortable.
Excellent experience! we had tons of fun. we bought tickets for 4 hours, for the whole family, starting two hours before sunset, so we experienced both day and night experiences (recommended). There are so many different pools to experience that we never got bored, and everything is top notch.
Aquarium Review We recently visited the aquarium and had a wonderful day overall. The variety of animals is truly impressive, and you can admire many fascinating sea creatures up close. My daughter absolutely loved the colorful fish and had so much fun! A special highlight was the opportunity to touch stingrays—a unique experience that we’ll never forget. It’s great that the aquarium offers such interactive activities. However, I did notice that some of the animals seemed to be kept in slightly confined spaces. It would be nice if some of the tanks or enclosures were larger to give the animals more room. All in all, it was a great visit, and we’d love to come back—especially since my daughter enjoyed it so much!
Nothing relaxing about it. I understand very well margin and profit but this place is not worth it, they will just rip people off for everything. The place is big but most of the pools are closed and even if all of them would be open i don't think the experience would be improved, it's not about the numbers but the quality. The experience is cheap but the price is high, this is my opinion regarding pools, food and drinks sauna's too. Never again for me, thanks!
Perfectly good mix of indoor and outdoor warm water pools with good depth for relaxed swimming and spa. There's even a whole section with cold water that was a good contrast to the warm pools. Water is at or above 35° C on the warm pools and probably around 17-20° C in the cold pool.
This is great place. Obviously some patience is needed as it may get crowded, I only visited on week-days so cant speak of week-ends wait times. There are many opportunities to relax and treat yourselves for as long as you choose! Love sauna rituals and variety of experiences offered. Food options are good as well. New areas are currently in the works so cant wait:)
Great place! Compared to other termas (Bucharest, QC terme Pellegrino) The good - Diverse, Good even for smaller kids Large pools area Live performances The less good - Single use swim suit for the sauna Food options were not good after/before designated the launch time. Pricier. The screen always showing future events, even in the live performance time.

Monte Baldo is full of trails and paths for trekking and Nordic walking: you can find the ideal route whether you are more experienced walkers or beginners. Thanks to the cable car, you can choose a one-way route and get back when you're tired, sitting comfortably in the cabin and enjoying the view.
A bit too windy on top and way colder than at the lake but the views were amazing! We could see the lake very well, and the mountains around us. You should definitely go to the top if you’re at Lake Garda! It’s a good spot for paragliding, if you’re interested in that.
Great views of mountains and Lake Garda. Cable cars are good. BUT, online booking didn't work so had to queue in blazing sun for 25 minutes and then join the main queue for a further hour and a half. I wouldn't bother going again.
Hiking with astonishing views on Garda Lake is amazing. Rout to Monte Baldo is not very hard but still demanding. Down is hot, up much colder. Not many tourists, no crowd. Only beautiful surroundings, nature and sun. 5 hours walk worth to make!
it is said - buy a ticket online - avoid the queue ! - but that is not true! - don’t bother! you enter the building and there is a queue for 2 hours! and everyone stands together - you can’t avoid queue at all! and it is super hot :( I do not recommend it in high season unless you have the whole day free and like waiting in a huge crowd:(
Great view over Lake Garda, you could take the cable car from Malcesine, or drive by car and then walk 30-45 min.
I loved the whole experience, went on a Monday and there weren’t lots of people so more fun and no queues incase you wanna go for biking, cable car or paragliding. Beautiful panoramic. I loved the cows 😆🥰
Splendid view in the lake and many ridges in the other side of the mountain. Paragliders made it a picturesque scene. We liked it all the way.

Great zoo experience at Lake Garda! We were genuinely impressed by this zoo. The grounds are spacious and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room for the animals. You can tell that animal welfare is a top priority here – the enclosures are large, clean, and provide lots of shade. The animals looked healthy and well cared for, and many were easy to observe without feeling like their space was compromised. There’s also plenty of shade along the walking paths, which makes the visit pleasant even on hot days. The layout is clear and well signposted, and everything feels thoughtfully arranged. The restaurants on site were a pleasant surprise – good food, reasonable prices, and a nice variety to choose from. One small suggestion: it would be great if the large playground had more shaded areas – especially for the little ones during the midday heat. All in all, a fantastic visit and a great day out for all ages. We’ll definitely be back
Gorgeous park! animals look happy and healthy. It's very large and unfortunately we couldn't see it all cause it started raining heavily and we had to leave 😔 but definitely worth a visit! There's also a fun kids park inside so you can have a bite while the kids play and enjoy some great live music 😊👌🏻
Took us 4 hours to complete as a couple walking around at a normal pace. If you bring your kids it will easily take an entire day, the place is massive and has a lot to offer. The animals have a lot of space and you can tell they are taken good care of. Can highly recommend visiting!
A must-visit! Parco Natura Viva is a beautiful nature park with great habitats for animals. I highly recommend adding the photo safari option (a small extra charge) – together the park + safari ticket is only €29 and absolutely worth it. My tip: go in the afternoon hours when it’s less hot, for an even better experience.
The park is huge and nicely organized, I was here during the summer so most of the animals were outside and visible. Some of the animals are hidden so you cannot see them, for example lions (there is only one window from where they could be seen) Overall, the zoo is great!
This is really one of the best zoos that we have ever been to. We were thoroughly impressed with the amount of space that the animals had and the quality of their environments. Most signs were in both Italian and English. The food was not only good but not overpriced like some zoos. It was very hot when we visited though and I do wish that there had been places to fill out water bottles. The Zoo was very easily accessible from Verona by bus.
Absolutely great park! We started with the Safari by own car and continued walking in the park. The park is decided into areas, with corresponding animals. There are sufficient places to eat, drink coffee and toilets. For a hot sunny day 90% you can walk in the shade. The animal areas are well maintained and cared for. Buy your tickets online from official website, saves money and ones you bought the park tickets, you get a link to book the safari. We spend 5 hours in total and still didn’t see everything. So we will visit again. Visited on a Monday within high season, still easy to walk or see animals front row.
The biggest ZOO in Italy! You have a 4 hours walk through the park and 40 minutes ride in the safari. Safari is a great experience and must see! We bought the tickets online for the park, safari and parking (in the application). Note: the walk in the park and the safari need to be in the same day. So, if you go one day in the park and want the next one in the safari it won’t be doable.

Incredible place to walk around on a sunny day. Interesting art from a huge period of time inside, and nice to walk the walls and see some of the architecture and how to had changed over time. Some very interesting weapons inside too. We bought a Verona card from the counter and had it validated for us to access cultural places around Verona for the next 24hrs. Well worth it if you're going to 3+ places.
The Castelvecchio Museum is an absolute must-see in Verona. Housed in a medieval fortress built in the 14th century, the museum is filled with incredible 15th and 16th century paintings, sculptures, and artifacts. Walking through the halls feels like stepping back in time, with masterpieces from artists such as Pisanello and Veronese on display. The architecture of the castle itself is just as impressive as the collection, especially the views from the bridge over the Adige River. We loved our visit, but be prepared, the castle is massive and requires a lot of walking. It’s a place where history, art, and atmosphere come together beautifully, and truly one of the highlights of Verona.
Be sure to visit if you are in Verona! 💯 percent recommended! The castle was simply amazing. The castle is perfectly lit at night, so it makes for very beautiful photos. There are a lot of interesting exhibits. The ticket is free with the Verona guest card. The castle is still being renovated, but it is safe to walk everywhere. Thank you for the great impressions.
Great museum with great art and statues. Goes throughout the whole castle, even giving a great view from the rafters. Don't recommend being scared of heights as one in our group. Very worth the cheap entry fee for the amount of stuff that's at display.
The museum is housed in a 14th century castle that was built by Cangrande II della Scala who was the ruling lord of Verona. You wonder through galleries with endless religious paintings and sculptures. At the same time you can see the castle inside and out. From the ramparts you have a nice view over the river and the red-brick bridge that crosses the Adige river.
The castle is powerful and compact in its size with very little decoration — one square compound built in red bricks, one of the most prominent examples of Gothic architecture of the age, with imposing M-shaped merlons running along the castle and bridge walls. It has seven towers, a superelevated keep (maschio) with four main buildings inside. The castle is surrounded by a ditch, now dry, which was once filled with waters from the nearby Adige. Castelvecchio is now home to the Castelvecchio Museum and the local officer's club which can be accessed through the left door on Corso Cavour 🇮🇹 verona
Medieval fortress with moat. Probably the best value attraction in Verona, beautifully restored. We spent 3hrs here, exploring the countless corridors and halls. You can also access the battlements and part of the tower. Which has beautiful views of the river and city. There are numerous pieces of veronian artwork including paintings and sculptures. With also a large collection of medieval items of warfare and everyday items. All very interesting with a rich historical significance. A must on your visit, whether your here for a week or just a few days. Enjoy!
A must-visit in Verona! The Castelvecchio Museum is absolutely stunning — a perfect mix of history, architecture, and art. The castle itself is beautifully preserved, with breathtaking views from the bridge and towers. The art collection is well-curated, and the atmosphere inside is calm and inspiring. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was no waiting time at the entrance. I highly recommend buying tickets in advance if you’re visiting during peak seasons to make the most of your time. Overall, an unforgettable experience that gives you a true feel of Verona’s soul.

The area and the lake is very pretty! We were staying in the city named Garda but we visited the northern and southern area of the lake, as well. The mountains around the lake are beautiful! Most of the towns, too, I recommend visiting some of the towns, not just the beaches and the mountains because they are lovely.
This was my favorite place that we visited. We rented a car and took a ride all around the Lake. The views are breathtaking! Highly recommended!
If you ever visit Italy, Lake Garda is your go to place. The beaches, the mountains, the view is so nuturing. You feel refreshed whenever you visit this place. Lake Garda is one of the best places in Italy.
Lake Garda is simply breathtaking. It perfectly combines stunning alpine scenery in the north with the softer, sun-drenched beauty of the south. The water is incredibly clear, and the towns surrounding it, like Riva del Garda, Sirmione, and Malcesine, are charming and full of history. Whether you're looking for water sports, hiking, or just relaxing by the shore, Garda offers something for everyone. Don't miss the chance to take a scenic ferry ride to fully appreciate its scale and grandeur! Highly recommended!
Amazingly beautiful location, we visited at the end of season (mid October) so not everything was open. Would definitely visit again, people very friendly, scenery was beautiful 😍
My favourite of All the lakes . Sirmione especially was magical . Pass by the Roman palace hotel Villa Cortina , share a small intimate boat ride with live saxaphone at the Goldenur and visit the museum On the ocean side of the lake . The gelataria offers the biggest fattest ice cream cones ive seen in my 40 years of travel . There is also an outdoor ruined fortress near the museum . Take time to stroll the pretty neighbor hood of lucky homes when you near the museum- they all face the lake and are to be admired . We drove to Malcesine , one of the few towns with any amenities but it was so overwhelming with all the German tourists and little space to sit down anywhere . A mob scene . We didn’t see Beyond the right side of the lake and will see the other side next time. But for me Sirmione and its castle was an outstanding pleasure .

This is truly a fun and unique amusement park, featuring complex rides unlike those found in other parks, many inspired by classic movies. You can take pictures with numerous staff members dressed as famous characters. We visited in April mid-week and experienced no queues at all. The park was clean, well-maintained, and we had a fantastic time. In addition to the rides, there are several entertaining shows that can be enjoyed even without understanding Italian.
I am extremely surprised by this park. For me it is unique. There are many details and entertainment. It is suitable for children over 100 cm. In total, there are 24 attractions in the park, only 3 of which are for over 140 cm. The shows they organize throughout the day are impressive and will leave you breathless. The US ARMY show was incredible. We visited the park on a hot day. Kudos to everyone who made the waiting areas for the rides shaded. There are cooling systems installed in various places. There are many restaurants and cafes in the park where you can eat. They also sell donuts, ice cream and fruit. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit Caneva Aquapark. If you are staying in Peschiera del Garda, there is a free bus to the park that you can catch from the station.
First visit but it was really good. Their staff is kind and helpful. There many food point with good variety and fair prices. We really liked the rides and military show was superb and worth watching. Sky parade at the end was beautiful and entertaining. We would love to visit again. 😊👍
We visited Movieland Studios on a Sunday and found it to be a great value for money hidden gem! The park may be smaller than some of the mega theme parks, but that’s part of the charm — it gives you a more relaxed, fun-filled experience without the huge crowds. Here are a few of the unique rides/attractions that really stood out: • The truck-stunt “Studio Tour Truck Ride” (also known as Magma 2.1) takes you through real stunt sets at high speed. • The “Kitt Superjet” speed-boat ride on the lake-set, part of their Waterworld themed area — something you don’t see at many parks. Other highlights: the queue times were very reasonable, the atmosphere was lively yet not overwhelming, and for families with kids (or with mixed ages) this park offers a nice balance of thrill + fun + show-elements. In short: if you’re looking for a less-touristy alternative and want something different in the theme-park world, I’d highly recommend giving Movieland Studios a go! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Definitely my favorite amusement park in all Italy! I saw it growing over the years and even though it already reached quite a lot of popularity long time ago, the owners are still constantly investing in new attractions, experiences and thematic areas. Basically, it’s like having a piece of Universal Studios near Garda lake. A true gem in Italy. This park has it all, from Thrill attractions to family friendly rides, even reaching Scare houses and live stunt shows! They literally have stuntmen who will take you for a boat ride or get you a lift on a military truck. Additionally, Movieland often organizes seasonal and special events like American Beer Festival, Halloween, Christmas… with no extra costs on the ticket! Keep an eye out for them as they’re incredibly worth it. A final recommendation, don’t miss the daily US army stunt show performance. I don’t wanna ruin you the experience saying more, but trust me, these guys are fire! 🔥
Visited during a weekday which was not very busy so we had time to visit many attractions and rides. Shows are professionally performed liked the KITT speedboat ride and the Rambo show. Disaster and Magma are also great rides. The price for a day is very worth it.
Caveat to my 5 star rating; It's for families (4 stars for everyone else) I did not have high hopes for this place seeing as it was so close to Gardaland i was thinking it would be a few false walled streets, a few Italian takes on American food (alla Wild Wild West, blah!) and a couple of rides for tiny kids and the rest that we wouldn't be able to go on. I was so wrong, the place is massive, the food was surprisingly good and reasonably priced (we ate at Daytona RACEturant and were served by robot waiters. I will say that I found it refreshing that there were places to sit everywhere, where people need to wait for others on rides, just random tables and chairs under shade and at every entrance and exit - I loved this even if I didn't take advantage as much as I would have liked (too busy!). Y'all people need to sit when they have been waiting in line and walking all day. We have a one child of 100cms and one of 120cms and apart from like 2/3 out of the 24 attractions (about 5/6 out of 24 for the little one) - we could at least in part enjoy them all. I will say that I'm not sure if 100cms is really right for some of the more action rides (magma 2) but my kids loved being whipped from left to right, just hold them tight and try not to shake the baby. Some of the rides were a little worn and old fashioned but there was a nice mix of more modern 5D experiences and classic rollercoasters/rides but the thing they excelled in was the shows. I was not expecting the shows to be any good but I was proven wrong in the first minute and they just got more spectacular as the day went on (don't miss the USA army show, they throw a plane - THEY THROW A PLANE!). There were stunt people, pyrotechnics and speedboats for that one, live singers and dancers for others and they were all very good. the spectacles were spectacular, some as good as anything I've seen in America in the big parks. As I said before, I think this place is great for families as a lot of the rides and cinema experiences are kid friendly and that worked for us. I've never been to a place where even our little one can do everything with us and we didn't need to try to manage our day around separate activities for her and her brother so this was a rare pleasure. For just older people on their own, it's still good but be prepared. We will definitely be going back, I loved it.
We had such a great time with the whole family. The attractions were fun and well-organized, and the staff were friendly. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in June—the sun can be quite strong, so make sure to bring sunscreen and stay hydrated. Definitely worth the visit!

The Bridge is attached to the Medieval fortress, it has beautiful views of the river and city. A must on your visit, whether your here for a week or just a few days. Enjoy!
Picturesque red brick bridge spanning the Adige river. Was built in 14th century but was destroyed by the retreating German army in 1945 and rebuilt using the same bricks by 1951.
There are so many beautiful bridges in Italy, that you can't choose from - but this is definitely one the best!
Walking along the Castelvecchio Bridge was like traveling back in time, admiring its elegance. The view over the Adige River 🏞️ is simply breathtaking, especially at sunset, a real spectacle. I highly recommend a visit to this gem of Verona 🇮🇹 for an unforgettable experience. #ScaligeroBridge #Castelvecchio #Verona #Italy #Architecture 🇮🇹❤️💯 27.08.2025
The Scaliger Bridge (Ponte Scaligero) in Verona is a stunning medieval structure that combines history, architecture, and scenic beauty. Built in the 14th century by Cangrande II della Scala, the bridge was designed as a fortified escape route from the Castelvecchio fortress. Its red brick arches and crenellated battlements reflect Verona’s Ghibelline heritage and military ingenuity. Though destroyed during World War II, it was meticulously reconstructed, preserving its original grandeur. Today, the pedestrian-only bridge offers breathtaking views of the Adige River and serves as a powerful symbol of Verona’s resilience and medieval legacy.
Iconic place! Free entry! The Castel Vecchio Bridge / Scaliger Bridge is a fortified bridge in Verona over the Adige River, built at 1356. The segmental arch bridge featured the world's largest span at the time of its construction.
What a great bridge. If you are in the area this one is worth walking across. Its delightful
Free to walk over and incredible views. If you have children they will play all day thinking it’s their castle.

I recommend getting a 4 church pass, which lets you onto the 4 main churches. The church on the outside doesn't look impressive, but nevertheless.the inside is very impressive. It took us about 20 minutes to walk from our hotel to the church. Unfortunately, you can not go up the tower. All the churches that we visited had lots of history. If you get the chance, go and have a look. I would definitely recommend going and seeing for yourself.
Unique and special architecture, very impressive, both externally and internally. The choir area, divided into a lower and upper part, is extremely impressive. The size of the building is amazing, especially when you consider the period in which it was built. In addition, on the left side of the site plaza (facing the entrance) are several local restaurants with amazing local cuisine! Don't miss the mushroom pasta dish!
This is an absolutely stunning basilica, the architecture on the interior and exterior is gorgeous. This lovely church also has a very unique feature as it houses a crypt. It’s very well preserved and maintained, it’s got lots of beautiful works of art and holy relics. The inside of the church is very tranquil and peaceful. Its courtyard and gardens are beautiful, I really enjoyed the time I spent here. I would definitely recommend visiting this Basilica when visiting Verona.
Beautiful cathedral on the edge of the town of Verona, not far from the Castile Vechio. It is one of the stops on the hop-on hop-off bus tours but well worth the 25 minutes walk from the centre of the city. The walk is mainly along the river so more enjoyable than just a march though city street. The staff at the entrance were helpful and knowledgeable. Admission is €4 for San Zano or €8 if you want a ticket that covers three other churches in Verona. The tickets are valid for 90 days so worth the money. Discounts are available for students and older people.
Set in a pleasant square, somewhat off the beaten track. The Basilica itself is atmospheric, the inner cloisters beautiful. Coming to this part of Verona is well worth it - quieter, atmospheric, Italian
Well worth a visit. This church dating back at least 1000 years has wonderful 12th and 13th century frescoes as well as wonderful brass plates on the original door. In tradition the crypt was the wedding location of Romeo & Juliet. Only €4 entry and you get an audio device to tell you of the key points of interest. Loved the 'graffiti' made by pilgrims 100s years ago on the even earlier frescoes. Shows some things don't change over the centuries.
Beautiful Basilica, with artifacts from many different areas (medieval, Renaissance, baroque,. Including nice fresco's ). Beautiful bronze doors, with scenes from the old and new testament. Despite the (starting) tourist season, nice and quiet. Nice lunches available in the shade in local restaurants on the square in front of the Basilica.
What a fabulous place to visit. The free audio guide is so helpful and allows you to get the most from your visit. We got a ticket for.4 church visits add enjoyed them all. amazing frescoes and art.

Museum
Verona's tallest Medieval tower, built by the Lamberti family in 1172 & offering panoramic views.
Slide 1 of 8
Super tower, not very expensive to go up. There are two ways up. You can use the lift, which takes a couple of minutes to get to the top or the stairs. There are about 400 steps up. But it's definitely worth the climb up. The views are amazing. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to go up.
Amazing...the most impressive view of the beauty of the beautiful city of Verona. The place is wonderfully organized. Don't miss a visit to the local museum up the stairs to the palace at the base of the tower.
€1 to take thd lift up the bell tower with wonderful views across thd city. Be mindfully that thd bells ring on the hour and half hour.
Lots of steps but pretty cool view! In hindsight I would definitely pay the €1 extra for the lift (beware it doesn’t take you the whole way up, some walking still required)
Fantastic view from the top, and walking the stairs up was refreshing after walking around the city. Nice even on a rainy day 😊 The entrance system was weird with just one cashier handling payment for souvenirs as well as tickets for the tower. Meanwhile, other staff are just sitting around. Overall it was still a nice experience.
Torre dei Lamberti is one of the best spots to enjoy panoramic views of Verona. The climb to the top is not too difficult, especially with the option of taking the elevator part of the way, and the effort is absolutely worth it once you see the breathtaking 360° views over the historic city, its rooftops, and the surrounding hills. The tower itself is an impressive medieval structure with a rich history, adding even more value to the visit. It’s a must for anyone who wants to capture the beauty of Verona from above. Highly recommended!
The Torre dei Lamberti is an 84 m high tower in Verona, built in 1172. The prominent clock was added later on 1779. It is possible to go up the tower for city view (for a fee).
Great place for only 6 euro. I want to warn you that the entire observation deck is draped in netting. So you'll have to reconcile carefully to take good photos of the surrounding houses. :) And try not to get there during the time when the bells are ringing)))) There's a warning about that at the bottom. Nevertheless, the view is beautiful. It's a lift up + about 90 steps on foot. But it's very nice. And it's only 6 euros.

Warm rooms featuring whirlpool tubs with thermal water in an upscale hotel within a thermal park.

I thoroughly enjoyed this place. The pool water is warm but not hot, then there are separate hot tubs inside the pool. There are lockers and a changing room, bar, coffee, and pastry shop. Lockers for rent for 3 euros. Bring your own robe, towel, flip flops, and change of clothes. Robes for sale for 30 euros.
Absolutely amazing!! Soo relaxing and enjoyable. The scenery is breathtaking, the baths are large and warm and the staff is very helpful. You can shower there before you leave which is very convenient. Highly recommend this place to relax and unwind 👌🏻👌🏻
After a telephone inquiry about the thermal baths and sauna area, when it was confirmed that they were open, we agreed to accept the price of €40 for everything. At the cashier's office, we were told that the saunas were closed, so we paid, saying that we accepted that. However, the impression of the entire thermal bath was very low, considering the price ratio. Yes, the park and location are very beautiful, but otherwise it is not worth the price, keep in mind that it is a natural swimming pool and even the buildings with changing rooms and the buffet are well below the level of what you would expect for this price. After 1.5 hours, we left in disgust. They do not have a lower entrance fee here, for example for 2 hours.
Why charge more at the entrance versus paying online?? If you search on Google Maps you can find sites online for about €6 less than paying at the gate. At the entrance the charge was €40 but online I paid €34.20 which I did on my phone as I stood outside. Management, do yourself a favor and charge everybody the same price. I'm sure you're also paying a commission when people book on third-party sites, so I really don't get why you are both giving away so much money to third parties plus charging less online when you could just charge less to begin with and everybody would be happier. If you're paying your employees to be at the gate anyway, why not just let people have some happier human interaction for once instead of pushing everybody to do everything online. That would certainly be more aligned with a theme of wellness that you promote with a thermal park. Not to mention the additional €5 fee if you want to use a chair.
Definitely worth every penny. My wife, 6 year older daughter, and my self enjoyed 6 hours here. The park is beautiful. The water is waaaaarm/hot. Everything is clean. Pretty. Comfortable. We were here in the high season (late July) and there were surprisingly few people, which was nice since we didn’t feel crowded in any way. Would definitely recommend this for somebody who wants to swim in beautiful clean chlorine-free water, in something that feels like natural lakes, with little waterfalls, caves, and beautiful fauna all over.
We found this place unplanned, when we could not access Lago de Garda beach anywhere because of camping or whatever… the June 11 was super hot 30 degrees, we was tired and hot, did not know where to swim and we came here around 18:30 both tickets for two 33 e each and had amazing, quiet Spa in open air ain termal water with 36, 37, 39 degrees sarounded by pain trees and almost no people, we had our spa chill afternoon, we stayed til 21:00 but ypu can stay til 22:00 or 22:30 :) you can take your own food and drinks, there is a snacks shop and cocktails inside, children family friendly, spacious and shadow ow sunn beds, all included in the price. Showers, wc, hair dryer. Just bring your towel, slipers, soap or shampoo, but it might be available there. Restaurant works only in the weekends. Just amazing chill place in the nature. You can choose other things packages with inside sauna, massage or other.
Thermal baths here are definitely worth the money for the day! If you plan accordingly, can enjoy the whole day picnicking in the park and lounging in the warm water and exploring the cave!
Absolutely not worth the 40 Eur entry price. Everything costs extra (+40 sauna, +10 pool, +35 salt cave… even the lockers cost 3 Euros extra, which is not even annoying because of the money but because you have to get in line for the keys!). There’s “only” an artificial lake in a big beautiful park, with the “pantheon” part, which is lovely, but again, not worth the price. The changing rooms are tiny and overcrowded, the quality of the food is abysmal. I have to say that we are used to Therme di Merano which is a million times better for a fraction of the price. Compared to that this place feels like a joke.
