Iconic oceanfront boardwalk featuring views & a variety of shops & restaurants since 1870.

We had a family vacation, 10 of us. It was our first time here ever. We didn't have a hard time getting into restaurants and not a noticeable wait. Family members were vegan, so our eating choices were scaled down. But the restaurants we chose were great. The water was scary. Riptides every where. Swimming was not a beach option. The lifeguards were very attentive. We swam at our inside pool resort. The boardwalk was not greatly crowded and very clean and well policed. It was a very nice experience.
The Atlantic City Boardwalk is a classic slice of American seaside culture. Stretching for miles along the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, it’s the perfect blend of nostalgia and energy. Whether you’re here for the casinos, live entertainment, shopping, or just a peaceful oceanfront stroll, the boardwalk has something for everyone. The views are stunning—especially at sunrise or sunset—and the salty ocean breeze makes every walk feel refreshing. You’ll find plenty of places to grab delicious food, from classic boardwalk fries and funnel cakes to upscale dining. Street performers, souvenir shops, arcades, and the iconic rolling chairs add to the charm. It’s both family-friendly and lively enough for a night out. If you’re visiting Atlantic City, the boardwalk is an absolute must—equal parts history, fun, and relaxation by the sea.
Suitable for all age groups.. They said it’s Las Vegas of Eastern. Slightly yes.. Had a pleasant time here on Saturday evening with a variety of options to explore. Vibrant Casinos, delicious food, pleasant and wide beach, shopping, board walk, amusement park, memorial park etc. Transport service from one end to the other at affordable prices. Street parking is a bit difficult to get but if you get it’s affordable. We can extend our bookings as per the requirement. Definitely a great place to take your kids, teens, friends and your parents.
This is a wonderful spot for watching the sunrise. Walking along the boardwalk, where you can take in the ocean view, the shops, and the backdrop of the casino buildings, can also be a great experience.
Great for a family getaway or romantic date. You can stay several nights or just for a day trip. There are plenty of restaurants and food. There's a water park, arcade with a race track for kids, and plenty of entertainment for adults. You can enter any casino to play in or the beach. Definitely a must do in the summer
An entertaining time on the boardwalk. I recommend walking between Hard Rock Hotel, the Steel Pier, and Tropicana. Plenty of great people watching, food, drinks, and scenery for a full and fun afternoon with friends ir family.
The boardwalk itself is excellent. One side there are beaches and the other side shops. There is also transport on the boardwalk with $5 per a ride or $13 for multiple rides. The only downside - air was filled with weed smell everywhere.
We had a great family trip to the Atlantic City Boardwalk! The atmosphere was lively and fun, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The beach was beautiful and perfect for relaxing, although the waves were a bit rough, so swimming was a bit challenging. Overall, a fun and memorable experience for the whole family!

Traveled to the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa to see Sara Brightman at the Event Center. Fabulous night at the Casino and the Event Center. We did not spend the night. The Borgata is easy to get to, the parking garage is clearly marked and once inside the building from the parking, access to the casino and the restaurants is clearly marked also. We spent a few hours walking about the hotel and the casino area admiring all of the lights and holiday decorations. There are many stand alone restaurants offering many food choices in addition to a food eatery with a food court layout and more options for dinner. Restrooms are easy to find and clearly marked, staff are extremely helpful, just an overall pleasant experience.
Casino is still lovely, with some new refurbishments, carpet and such. Hotel and casino is very clean with Modern games, plenty of table games and slot options. Food at buffett is spectacular along with some good eats at restaurants. Food court has some fast food type options. Not as nice as in its hayday but still our choice When we come in from Florida. Clientele is much more casual these days used to be such a hip spot to go now just a spot to go. Overall kinda meh.
I would rate my stay here a 8.5 out of 10. My husband, mother in law, and I stayed here for a few days. Our room had an amazing view. The casino was nice, tho they had sections for smoking and non-smoking areas, but I felt like the whole casino floor smelled like cigarettes. Parts of the casino slots were closed off when we went, but our last night there they did open that closed part off.
I love going to Borgata! I always get excited when I get a chance to go. When I used to stay overnight, the rooms were fantastic! They were clean, neat and felt like you were in your own home. TV has ok stations, but could be better. The Buffet and the Club restaurants are always great and the staff is always friendly. I love eating at the buffet as they have so many different foods to choose from and the desserts are out of this world. Now to the Casino....I love the variety of machines. My favorite are the older ones with the actual reels and not the computer animated machines. It's extremely fun to play but can obviously be addicting (which please seek help if you have a gambling problem). Deciding what machine to play is always an adventure, because you can find yourself at one end of the casino and end up on the other side before finding your machine to play. I also always used to get carded, all the way up to my mid 30's (which always made me laugh). The only problem is with the Casino is I found with Borgata is that you put more in but really less comes out. You probably spend $100 before you actually hit something big. Which means the machines are pretty tight. Location can be a fiasco if you miss the ramp. You'll end up down by the other casinos if you miss it. There's no real easy way to get to Borgata, it's just if you miss the ramp, you have to go pretty far out into AC to make a U-turn just to get back to the ramp. Otherwise garage has many spots to park, whether you like being in the lower levels or the higher levels. Elevator areas are always clean. Borgata does have a pool and spa, but I haven't been to either one, so I can't say how they are. There is not much to do for kids here, so if your looking for something for the kids to do while you play, there are some shops and pool area, but that's pretty much it. But this is mostly for adults to enjoy a night life. I would highly recommend Borgata Casino if you're looking for a fun night in Atlantic City. Definitely check it out!!
Beautiful hotel. We'll appointed. After mgm took over the atmosphere changed from very friendly to all business. Over the 20 years of coming here, I became friendly with some staff and they sometimes throw their hands up saying it's corporate. Still, a Beautiful place. Just remember, all you get is a room to sleep in. Everything else... you pay.
The room was excellent Except for cobwebs on the sealing, bed was very cosy and comfortable, The hotel was very clean. The refrigerator was small & wasn’t cooling.. The hand blown glass chandeliers were amazing. The staff was friendly, The lighting in the room is very dark so bring your own light for putting on make-up.. overall The experience was great! But the hotel can improve on the rooms.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable hotel that provided an exceptional experience focused on relaxation and rejuvenation. After several years of considerable stress and fatigue, this hotel offered the perfect escape. The ambiance was incredibly inviting, creating a serene environment that allowed me to unwind fully. The soothing sounds of the ocean added to the overall tranquility, enhancing my stay significantly. The combination of a peaceful atmosphere and stunning surroundings truly revitalized my spirit. I am immensely grateful for the positive impact this experience had on my well-being. The attentive staff and the quality of service further contributed to making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a restorative getaway that prioritizes relaxation and rejuvenation. It’s a destination that truly delivers on its promise of tranquility and comfort.
The lobby of the hotel is pretty. I liked the fact that the cleaners always made sure to keep the common areas clean. The Starbucks on site is great. They claimed they upgraded my room but it was a standard room. The hotel is very pricey for us hear the neighbor in the rooms next door talking. Parking is $10 per day. The indoor pool was okay and all restaurants on site were super pricey.

A recent excursion with tickets in hand for boardwalk hall prompted my booking at Ceasars, mostly due to the close proximity to the venue, but also because I fulfilled a promise by my late grandmother of the pleasure of the Ceasars experience & treatment. I pulled up for their convenient valet option and exchanged my key & tip for my ticket to keep for retrieval while a bellhop took my luggage and coat in exchange for my retrieval ticket & tip to hold while I proceeded for my requested early check in. The entry is absolutely grand! Separate lines are available for Ceasars rewards members, Check in was fast and easy, although the magnificence of the lobby with statue of Ceasar & the Gordon Ramsey restaurants were very extravagant. Whoever built this place was over the freaking top with the attention to detail! My room was exquisite! The shower was nice and hot. My room service and restaurant visit and spa day were above any bar I could have set for a memorable experience! I'd definitely go back, if at least for a spa day and early dinner. I dont gamble, but the casino was all kinds of lights and action if that is what draws you in. Highly recommend their Qua spa experience and Roman baths. My entire stay was filled with exceptional service.
First tine in AC @ Caesars. Beds are super comfy. Casino is decent. Some younger dealers/staff were upbeat making things fun, others not so much. Overall trip was exciting and I'm greatful for the opportunity. Loved the Cafe on level 2, delicious baked goods, coffee and subs. I loved taking with the employees there. All of then were so polite and nice.
Location is right on the boardwalk, which is great. The service on the floor for drinks is almost non-existent. Don't expect offers of drinks despite gambling for many hours and days at the slots. They seem to cater to the tables, not slots. The bartenders at the main bar are great. But no service from the servers on the casino floor, so disappointing. The casino bathrooms have been consistently filthy. The rooms are fine in the Centurion Tower. The view is great. Ceasars just needs to work on floor service and cleanliness of bathrooms. The Ramsay pub is always good for any meal. Visit the 'Hook' show and the Horse pub, they are so friendly, and the show is amazing. We've had Superfrico pizza, it's delicious.
This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The place looks good on the outside, but the rooms are absolutely disgusting! First we accidentally booked a smoking room when we made the reservations online and they would not change it when we checked in and realized our mistake, but that wasn’t even the bad part. The room was appalling. There was dirt, dust, crust and hair all throughout the room. It was obvious that a vacuum was not passed over the rug and surfaces weren’t even wiped down. We started to clean up ourselves and stopped as we noticed all the areas that needed to be cleaned. Eventually we called the front desk to complain and they sent someone up who actually did some cleaning, but the front desk refused to give us the name for the head of housekeeping. Apparently it is well known that the rooms are not cleaned properly and “the head” is friendly with the housekeeping staff and does not get on them about cleaning or lack there of. Do not stay here as expensive as it is, pay for another hotel like the HardRock, Oceans, or Resorts. Avoid Caesar’s AC hotel at all costs. If I could give negative stars I would.
We paid for our room once the first time here a few yrs ago. Since then, room is comped to us for 3 night stays. Only pay taxes. Rooms are very clean, and that is in the older towers too. I don't care if we get the new or old tower rooms. All way above expectations. Can't seem to lose here either. We come twice a year from 470 miles away. I'm not a big gambler at all, but I have won every time here. Always the o home with more cash than when we left. That includes eating once a day at Gordon Ramsay pub. Food is insanely good, and no way can we eat twice in a day after going there. Yes pricey, but sooo much food. Actually all relative for us when you factor in only eating brunch all day and night. Will always come back to Caesar Atlantic City at least ok once a yr. ThAnks for another memorable free time!
This place looks nice on the website but let me tell you. The room we stayed in looks like a hotel in the city. I thought for all the money my husband paid for was gonna be upscale. The place needs to be updated. Carpet is nasty, they have to cut the hot water on. When you come bring snacks, drinks, etc.
We enjoyed our stay and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of dining options, shops, and of course the casino all within walking distance. A couple of downsides — our room only faced the main hallway, so there was no natural light, and the pool was a letdown. The website listed it as available, but it came with extra charges ($20 for bar seating or $80 for a lounge chair per person, per day), and the pool itself was tiny — really only fitting about 5–6 people. Still, for a short getaway, it’s a decent spot.
My husband and I just had the best weekend at this amazing hotel! Checking in was a breeze, and the ladies at the reception were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was gorgeous, and the bed? Super comfy! We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great getaway!

This past July I got to experience Cape May for the very first time w group of friends for a week long vaca. The beach is absolute heaven though I will say because we stayed at the nearby Ohana Beach Resort we already had the day tags so did not have to deal with any of the purchasing. I love that those of us at the nearby hotels would set up the umbrellas early in the AM & lay claim to the spots closest to the water. This beach is large & though it def looks crowded it never felt it. There were singles, couples, families, lil babies, teenagers - you name it -- I saw it. But everyone is very respectful of one another, no loud music, no loud noise, great life guards - just a lovely peaceful beach where you can enjoy the water. Can't wait to go back!
Nice location, but overpriced and poorly managed. Cape May Beach has beautiful views, but the experience was disappointing overall. They charge for everything — entrance per person, beach chairs, umbrellas — and yet offer none of the basic amenities you’d expect. No toilets, no showers, nothing. For the price, you’d think they’d provide at least the essentials. Definitely not worth the cost.
I don't mind paying, since there are lifeguards.... But some people charging at the entrance are rude. Plus there is no bathroom or any facilities... Bring cash, if you use QR code there's an additional $2 charge.
Very clean beach. Soft sand. Very relaxing. My mom and dad are from Brasil and they love it. They can't wait to spend the day here. Family friendly. $10.00 for day pass per adult. There are $40.00 season passes and weekly passes. Definitely worth it. I do the day passes.
This beach is always very nice! The water is great, life guards are always very atent. Love this place! Great for families, as mine has been coming here for nearly 20 years.
Clean beautiful beaches. All you need is a good spot and some sunblock. Lifeguards do a great job of watching people and making sure everyone is safe. However, keep in mind that lifeguards are only available during the summer season. See you next year Cape May beach!
The oldest beach community in the US. Clean quite, family 👪 friendly. The views are amazing and the residents take care of their community. The beach is well maintained and the access to the beach in the summer one must purchase a beach tag. It's worth the price. Great waves amazing sunsets. It's a little pricey but worth the trip
Cape May has great beaches and an awesome town to explore! A lot of history there!

We didn't climb the lighthouse this time because I believe we did in the past. The fee to climb is $12 per person (adult). You can see the area near the lighthouse for free. They have a little garden type of place and a boat which used to be a rescue boat back in time. It's a beautiful place, very well maintained. There are 2 accesses to the ocean nearby, but that's not for swimming. High free parking lot. A food truck can be found during the summer season in the parking lot. I recommend visiting the Cape May lighthouse. I love climbing them. Lighthouses have individual histories. It's a nice place. Cape May, New Jersey USA 🇺🇸
We visited on 8/20/2025. Climbed with 5 boys aged 3-7 years old and they had a great time. The stairs inside are pretty wide and there are stopping points by the windows, as you go up/down, to rest or let others pass by. The views at the top are definitely worth it!
Must see attraction. Beautifully preserved site. Managed by super polite people. The climb is worth the scene from above. Also must visit the souvenir shop, the older gentleman is so adorable. The museum alongside is very interesting. Hike on path trails and time your visit with sunset to watch from the beach. It's breathtaking Plenty of parking available
The Cape May Lighthouse is such a stunning spot! Even without going up to the top, the surroundings alone are worth the visit. The area around the lighthouse is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm — perfect for a relaxing walk and to take in the scenery. It’s a great place to enjoy nature, history, and the coastal views all at once. Definitely a highlight in Cape May!
The Cape May Lighthouse stands out as a remarkable historic site. Although we couldn’t climb it because of mobility issues, the area around the lighthouse impressed us. The grounds are well cared for and feature informative plaques, picnic spots, and nearby nature trails. At its base, you’ll find a museum and gift shop with exhibits about Cape May’s maritime past. Combining history, beautiful scenery, and educational experiences, the site has something to offer visitors of every age.
This is a great family activity with a cherry on top - great views from the top or this well maintained and still working Lighthouse. This place offered a great exercise climbing 199 steps up and then going down but the most impressive thing is the amazing views of all of Cape May, the ocean, and the Delaware Bay. Highly recommend this experience when in Cape May on a clear day!
What a neat place. Don't like heights much, but going down the stairs wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. 199 steps. Each window alcove had pictures and explanations about the structure and what life was like. Nice view from the catwalk(?) that you are allowed to traverse. Wish the gift shop had lighthouse pens! There was access to the beach from the parking lot, a mini museum, and boardwalk trails around the ponds, with opportunities for birdwatching. Ran out of time to do all three trails. Worth visiting!
Fun place. You can go up inside the lighthouse too. It was free for us to visit. It was a great place to take photos. They even have a gift shop and oil house. The beach is right behind it so it’s a nice spot. They have a play area and lots of parking. We went in off season though.

We've stayed here a few years in a row for Roofing conventions. They do a nice job of hosting it. The snacks are nicely done, with attendants constantly monitoring them. I have to add that the coffee was very good - coffee is so important! The "after party" was hosted at The Pool After Dark and that was also nicely done. It's a great venue with a very cool aesthetic! The rooms are clean and comfortable and very nice.
Harrahs is near Borgata and MGM and walkable if 1/2 mile isn’t too far for you. Our room in the Coastal Tower was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great set up with drop down bench. The closet needs to be taller and enclosed, however. It works for one night but if staying multiple nights, it wouldn’t have been ample for storage of clothing. I wanted to give 5 stars but elevators took forever at checkout. A kind employee directed us to a less crowded elevator in another wing which had no lines. The worst was exited the parking garage. Since everyone is checking out at the same time, something needs to be done to move cars out faster. Since the room key gives free exit, more than one employee standing at the gate, with the gate open, collecting room keys at checkout time until at least 12:30pm, would speed up the process. At the minimum, 3 employees at each gate helping to open the gate is a must.
We chose Harrah’s mainly because the pool looked amazing in the photos — but nowhere does it say that the beautiful “main” pool is 21+ only. We came with kids expecting to enjoy that one, only to find out at the entrance that children aren’t allowed. That was a huge disappointment and something that should absolutely be made clear on the website and booking sites. There is a family pool, but it’s honestly quite small. The chlorine smell is so strong it burns your eyes, and the water was freezing cold. The deepest part is only about 3 ft 6 in, so don’t expect much swimming space. If you’re traveling with family for the pool, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere — most guests we saw left quickly once they realized what it was like. Pool hours are another issue: 10 AM to 6 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — and completely closed during weekdays. Even then, don’t expect them to open on time. I called ahead and was told 10 AM, but when I arrived, staff said 10:30, then 11:30, blaming “management coming in late.” It seems they just open whenever they feel like it. We stayed in the Laguna Tower, and to be fair, the room itself was clean and seemed recently renovated. But overall, Harrah’s is very much a casino-first property, and it really shows. For families, the lack of clear information and unreliable service made this stay far more frustrating than relaxing.
⭐ Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City – Extremely Disappointing Stay I stayed at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City recently, and my experience was far below expectations. I booked two non-smoking rooms that were supposed to be next to each other, but they ended up being down the hall. One of the rooms (Room 912) smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, even though it was listed as non-smoking. As someone with asthma, this was unacceptable — it’s one thing to be in a public area where people smoke, but it’s another to have to sleep in a room that smells like an ashtray. The pool area, which cost $24 plus tax per person, was also disappointing. My husband had to kill a large waterbug that was walking toward our section, and about three feet away, there was another dead waterbug that stayed there for the full three hours we were there. No staff came by to clean the area at any point — we had to report it ourselves. On top of that, the lobby floor between the conference and spa section leading toward the Gelato area had a strong smell of vomit that lingered throughout our stay. It was unpleasant and unprofessional for such a well-known hotel. Good thing I only stayed for three days, because the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail made it very difficult to enjoy the visit. Between the poor room conditions, unsanitary pool area, and unpleasant odors, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be returning and hope management takes immediate steps to improve conditions
If you’re considering staying at Harrah’s, don’t. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, the service was subpar at best. Our room had clearly not been cleaned properly, and when we asked for a new one, the room they gave us was run-down, dingy, and far below the standard you’d expect—especially from a Caesars property. I also had an issue with my reservation, and the front desk was less than helpful. The staff had a nonchalant, dismissive attitude that made the entire situation even more frustrating. For a place that prides itself on hospitality, there was absolutely none. Even the food, which people hype up, was disappointing and not worth the price. Honestly, it’s not worth your time or your money to stay here. There are plenty of other nearby properties with a far better atmosphere, cleaner rooms, and staff who actually seem to care about their guests. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.
It was the second time for my wife and I to Harrah's Casino. This was a special occasion, we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a nice and quiet getaway from it all. Wasn't busy at all. We kind of liked it that way because it made it seem like we had the casino to ourselves. We are already making plans for our next anniversary next year at Harrah's!
I have never experienced anything as unprofessional, aggressive, and downright traumatizing as what happened to me at Harrah’s Atlantic City. I was at the casino enjoying myself, dancing, having fun, and yes—a little intoxicated—but absolutely not causing trouble or doing anything that justified what followed. Out of nowhere, one of their security staff approached me in an extremely aggressive and hostile manner. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they escalated everything for no reason. Before I even understood what was happening, multiple guards grabbed me, threw me to the floor, and handcuffed me so tight I lost feeling in my hands. They treated me like a criminal when I was literally just having fun minding my own business. The way they slammed me to the ground almost broke my neck. Ever since, I’ve been dealing with serious neck pain and constant headaches because of how violently they handled me. To make it worse, they acted like I deserved it simply because I was intoxicated, instead of doing their job responsibly and safely. The staff is completely untrained, unprofessional, and reckless. There was zero concern for safety, zero respect, and zero reason for that level of force. I left feeling humiliated, injured, and honestly shocked that a major casino would allow a security team like this to operate without accountability. If you value your safety, avoid Harrah’s at all costs. This place is dangerous, and the staff clearly has no idea how to handle situations without resorting to unnecessary violence. Never going back
Went for a weekend trip Nov 14 to 16. The group had a total of 6 rooms . No rooms in any of the towers had a microwave available. The small refrigerator they put in the rooms were not cold . The little convenience store closed early like 8pm and doesn't open until 8am in a casino???. The food was a bit over priced to me and yes I can say tht. I lived in Las Vegas 14yrs and it's not even tht high in their casinos. I do feel as they did not hold up to the "Harrah's" standard I've always been accustomed to. I did enjoy the Starbucks tht was my affordable breakfast solution. Didn't even see a buffet in the casino either. Definitely enjoyed the room minus the microwave deal. They could definitely do better. If give total room a score of 6 could have been 8 but no microwave . Total experience over all 7

We went off season in April so we missed all the traffic and high schoolers😅 not sure if you need tickets or anything for admission, I don’t think you do? But we definitely didn’t because nobody was there! Great place to take pictures and hangout for a bit to enjoy the weather!
Fun spot to grab pictures that commemorate your trip. Kids young and old enjoy hopping on the beach balls and into the Wildwood sign. The sign is open to the public without reservations or tickets, though it is popular so you might need to wait if you want pictures without others.
We went for a weekend. The beaches are nice and clean. The boardwalk is large with lots of shops. I enjoyed running in the mornings. There are more motels than hotels. Plenty of places to eat
The Wildwood Beach Ball Sign is such a fun and iconic spot! 🌊🎉 It’s colorful, cheerful, and the perfect place to snap photos with family and friends. The giant beach balls capture the playful spirit of Wildwood and make for a great backdrop, especially with the boardwalk and ocean right nearby.
This is a great photo opportunity while visiting Wildwood. I love the design and the setting of this. This will be crowded in general and lesser during evenings to get your picture. Parking will be a challenge so cover this while planning your boardwalk. For better pictures go closer to the sunset and will get amazing lighting or an overcast day.
The Wildwoods Beach Ball Sign is a must-visit photo spot! It’s colorful, fun, and instantly puts you in a summer mood. Perfect for snapping vacation pics with friends or family. It’s located right by the boardwalk, so it’s easy to find and makes a great starting point for your beach day. Definitely one of the most iconic spots in Wildwood—don’t miss it if you’re in the area!
Wildwood is a nice getaway for the family. There is a long Broad-walk and a tram car if you don’t want to walk. You have to flag them down and it’s 5 dollars per person. There’s rides and pies for every age group. Plenty of food and treats and games.
Walked four miles down the board walk to get to the sign and it was very nice. The sign and beach balls are all very clean, and there is a big area for people to stand and take pictures.

Great for a morning bike rides, an evening walk, or night shopping. It’s a safe and clean place, and shines above other boardwalk locations if you enjoy less crowds, and a more organic atmosphere. A lot of the shops are fun to explore and plenty of interesting events to come across.
Loved it! Was very clean. The beach was PACKED but on the boardwalk it wasn't. Like that at noon bikes and the cart thingys had to get off the boardwalk so you could just walk without worrying about people zooming past!
Less seagulls and very enjoyable walks. The longest boardwalk in NJ didn’t disappoint. There are less seagulls because the city employs falconers to work to protect the people due to the amount of people and a previous incident. Great views and great food options and stores. Had fun and would recommend for any one who likes to walk and enjoy a beautiful scene with lots of action and fun.
This jersey shore town was on my list to visit for this summer. 1st make sure you get here early before 12 if you can. This is because the parking lots in the area will fill up very fast due to its being a popular destination for the summer. I arrive after 1pm due to traffic so all the lots were full so I had to park on the street which have meters. Meters are $2/hr and the max is 4 hrs. So plan accordingly. Once on the boardwalk each street has single person restrooms. Here youll find a variety of eateries, arcades and other establishments. Pets or bikes are not allowed nor is alcohol or smoking. You'll have access to the beach which is free after certain time. Boardwalk is kept clean with visible police. Here youll also find activities like, mini golf, ko karts, amusement rides and much more. Overall is a great place for summer fun with friends and family I had a great time here definitely worth the visit.
The Best Boardwalk on the Atlantic coast! Shriver's Saltwater Taffy, Manco & Manco's world's best pizza, Kohl's frozen custard, amazing Ocean 7 motel, Music Pier, best beach walks, very best people watching, better than my wife's oatmeal oatmeal at George's Surfside Grill. What's not to love. Come on over to OCNJ.
What a beautiful place to spend the day. Sad that the amusement park was closed. Still beautiful sights to see and watch everyone doing there thing. Surfers taking the waves and 5yr old getting surf lessons. Walking the beach collecting shells. Can't wait to go back again.
This is my absolute favorite south Jersey boardwalk. A "dry" town so no bars or drunks to deal with. Music Hall Pier has many acts. Check out their schedule. Fun amusement rides and boardwalk shops. Don't forget to have Johnsons caramel popcorn and Schrivers candy and Gelatto.
Interminable space to explore on the boardwalk. With numerous activities to do on the boardwalk, there’s something for everyone, from food and golf to restaurants, souvenirs, and the sights that the boardwalk offers. Even if you’re there simply for the view, the boardwalk offers marvelous scenery at times.

I got the water park and rides combo wristband deal for an adult and child for under $250. The awesome part is they let you split up the days you go to the rides and water parks. We were able to ride all the water park rides on both separate piers. That was a blast and the next day we got into the rides as soon as they opened and got to go on all of the rides that allowed wristbands. The major /tall rides like slingshot and tall swing was not included with the wristbands. The deal and parks were so worth the money if you like the thrills I would highly recommend Moreys piers. The workers are very safe, nice, and helpful. I love this place every year we come back for more fun!
All the staff is extremely friendly. The rides are fun for all ages. I bought the all day pass for a family of 4. We more than made up the cost. We went on a Tuesday night towards the end of the summer. Lines were extremely short and we went from 1pm when the first pier opened up to 11pm when they all shut down for the night. Plenty of games for the kids to win every time. I also recommend the games package that gives you 10 games for the price of 8.
Great pier with lot of rides, games and entertainment. Definitely check it out. The purchase of tickets is challenging and tricky. Less wait times for ticket but longer for rides. The vibe is great. You can also buy the tickets online and get some savings. There are some quick food options closer and within the pier.
Morey's is more expensive than many other amusement or theme parks, but it's an experience to be at the shore and at a park! The rides are extremely well maintained, even better than a lot of parks that are far inland. The ticket system is kind of a bummer but a wristband makes the process a lot smoother. The atmosphere is great, combined with the boardwalk and live music. Can't wait for next season!
I used to love coming here as a kid. Just went back for the first time in probably ten years. The price tag still has me in shock. Most of the good rides cost 8-10 tickets. Each ticket costs $1.50. so if you're riding the Great North Easter for 10 tickets, that is a FIFTEEN DOLLAR ROLLER COASTER RIDE. They have slight deals (92 tickets for 82 dollars, brings the price tag down to $1.15 per ticket) but it's still just not worth it. You'd end up spending all 92 tickets on like 9 rides. And of course, they have an absolutely laughable wristband option: $115 for a wristband. The rides are fine. But you should honestly just go to Six Flags instead. They gotta figure this out.
Its awesome to be able to enjoy the pier without admissions. For non-riders it's great. Plenty of seating, fun food and beverages and shopping too. Kids love the rides, we do tickets since they never expire. There is something for everyone at Morey's pier.
Went here last August for a nice vacation with family, and safe to say I enjoyed it! The atmosphere was extremely clean, tidy, sometimes a wait for rides but it’s usually only during the night. The area is huge! Food is delicious, and rides are magnificent. I recommend coming at night (if you can deal with wait times, and its the best time to be there).
We love Morey’s piers. We get the season passes every year. The waterpark staff is amazing and the ride operators are so nice. The clean team is always nice and out and about keeping everything clean. We love playing games and visiting the food vendors. We had one issue during Octoberfest where they denied my kids a win on the quarter game and we left upset but hey every operation has a bad day and can’t keep all patrons happy. Just wish it didn’t affect my children.

I’ve visited Cape May Zoo with my baby three times in the past two months, and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with this place! ❤️ I travel 150 miles one way just to come here, and it’s always worth it. The zoo has so much open space, plenty of animals, and never feels cramped; you can see how happy and relaxed the animals are. ✅ The elevated walkover to see the bison, giraffes, and zebras is the best spot in the zoo; a must-see for everyone! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of space for kids to play outside with swings and slides; my little one loved it! The huge parking lot, picnic tables, and shaded trees make the outside as enjoyable as the inside. ✅ Restrooms are available at several spots inside and outside the zoo. ✅ And the best part; it’s completely free entry for everyone! Truly one of the best family-friendly spots we’ve discovered. Highly recommend! 🌟
Cape may zoo is a great place for family fun. Let me start off by saying that the admission is free. As you enter the gates you will be greeted by a team member and offered any advice you need and a map for your convenience. It is here that you can make a donation of your choosing. There are also boxes that you can drop your donation in if you wish to do it that way. Cape May zoo is a non-profit organization so please be generous! This zoo has so much to offer! There is so much to see including lions, prime mates, giraffes, capybara‘s, red pandas, reptiles, and so much more! All the animals look healthy and well cared for. The grounds are spotless. There are places to rest and even grab a bite to eat inside the zoo as well as covered picnic areas and a huge playground for the kids near the parking area. You can literally spend an entire day there for a donation! Our family has people from ages 7 thru their 80’s and we all had a wonderful experience. Go! You won’t be disappointed
This zoo is a standout on the East Coast! I loved the free entry and spacious free parking. My kid had a blast, and we enjoyed seeing the animals and birds up close. We spent 3-4 hours exploring, and the numerous picnic tables were a great perk. The zoo is impeccably maintained and clean - a definite must-visit for kids!
Had a great time! Free admission (donations welcomed!) and offered a great zoo experience. This was also the day of 'Boo at the Zoo' - so many kids were enjoying the zoo in their costumes. The exhibits were well planned and offered great visibility and education. A great beach trip activity!
My husband and I took our younger kids to the zoo in late October (for the first time) and we all had an absolute BLAST! It was set up Halloween themed and was so fun to look at! We had the most exciting time talking with the monkeys, and having a very educational conversation with one of the zoo workers. We learned so much about these animals and how they're cared for from him! This destination is now a must when we come back on our yearly trip to Atlantic City!!! It was well worth the hour trip and the admission runs on donations, so that is also a plus! We cannot wait to go back!
I came here with my family on vacation in the area. Honestly this is one of the best zoos we've ever been to, and it was free?! There are a ton of different animals to see here, and many of them we were able to get closer and see better than at other zoos I've been to. The park is large enough to accommodate all the habitats but small enough to walk around and see everything in a couple of hours. It wasn't too crowded and everyone visiting was in good spirits. The animals all appeared healthy, happy, and relaxed in their enclosures. We loved seeing them. We drove about an hour to come to the zoo and it was well worth the effort. We'll definitely be back here if we visit New Jersey again.
A must see when you're visiting 7 mile island or the surrounding area. The zoo is run completely on donations, no admission. The animals are rescued and spend the rest of their lives in the well maintained grounds of this zoo. The reptile house is a highlight with alligators, frogs, tortoises and more. It usually takes us about 2 hours to walk through before heading to the large children's playground. The zoo is open year round so when we visit the beach in the fall during off season it's a must. Don't miss is on your next trip!
One of the cleanest and friendly zoos I have ever visited. Habitats are pristine and very large for each inhabitant and it is clear that the staff are dedicated to the wellbeing of the animals. Food was surprisingly good too! It’s free entrance but please leave a donation. They depend on it to keep the zoo in the amazing condition that it is! There is also an amazing treetop adventure course (tickets required) and a great playground!

Always remember the old mall here and any updates along the way as well as it always being awesome in the future. That's the only way permanently forward. Everyone misses the water show and the stuff they closed down and they love all the new stuff too. This mall always needs to find a way to do everything that's ever been here. The lounge upstairs where there's beach chairs and beach sand and you get to look at the beach out of the windows is completely AWESOME 💯😎💯%
I went here once in 2012 and it was so cool that it is the only positive thing i remember about the godforsaken atlantic city board walk. I returned 10 years later and the place was mostly abandoned bar a few failing stores and the entire place smelt like sewage
There is no longer place of cleanliness. A lot of places are closed or rundown. The beach itself is okay.
Place is dead with no stores and top level closed off. Owner doesn't care, needs to be demolished as its a shell of its former self. The glow golf and water feature was amazing. Now this eyesore is taking up space.
This was a fun place to visit with our family. We visited shops and enjoyed the games and beach, though some maintenance could be done on the planks on the boardwalk. The view and experience is likely to be a repeat vacation for us again. The food everywhere we ate was tops!
So. This place is a dead mall since many years ago. I remember going there for the fountain shows, but then they closed them and it would soon be the turn of the majority of thr stores and restaurants. Today there are like 3 or 4 stores open, the rest is empty. However you can still go visit around, unlike some other places. I love dead malls but I know it's not the case for many so yeah don't go there if you want to shop. I might add pictures from camera to this review one day.
Nice looking mall, but barely anything to do. There are only about 3 or 4 stores open in the entire mall and the restaurants were closed too. I'm not sure if more things will open up during the summer but I was here during April 2023 and it was pretty dead. Definitely do not go out of your way to come here. It's nice to stop by if you're passing though. I still gave it a very high rating because there was good music playing, the views are nice, and I managed to get myself a ring from one of the stores that was actually opened. I've wanted a cheap, silver ring for a couple of years now but never actually got around to purchasing one so I'm glad the opportunity presented itself here. The store owner was nice. Basically everything in the store was $10, but because we purchased a lot of things, he told us that we can pick out 4 rings for $10 so I ended up getting my ring for only $2.50. My sister picked out the other 3 for herself. I hope more places open up here and it becomes busy again because it's honestly a really nice building and has a nice ambience.
I would highly recommend a visit but the place is incredibly sad. You can see what was once a great looking mall, and it almost appears it still could be, but it's largely empty now. Why the high rating? It's a nice spot in the AC that sits almost directly on the water. Just head to the third floor and all the way down the hall for a great view. Seeing the 70s theming is neat as well. Overall, another great location with absolutely great potential that has been left abandoned and empty. I hope someone can find a good use one day for this awesome spot.

I saw a lot of reviews that were negative and understood how to make this experience better with the help of speaking with the front desk representative prior to booking and staying: STAY IN THE BALLYS TOWER. DO NOT STAY IN THE DENNIS TOWER. THOSE ROOMS ARE OLD AND DATED. BALLYS IS THE RENOVATED TOWER!!! The rooms were modern and the bathroom was beautiful. No issues with anything. I only stayed 1 night to attend the John Legend concert at Ocean Casino. I don’t have much feedback regarding the restaurants or casino area in there, but the concern mainly seems to be about rooms. The difference is night and day. I hope this helps!!
Enjoyed our stay here at Ballys, hotel itself is ok but could use some improvement with answering guest needs, stayed here 3 days and needed towels and trash picked up, no one answers phones, so you have to go downstairs to front desk and still just hope and pray you get what you need. Lots of smoking inside hotel casino area so I stayed away from there, had my lil one so did not like that at all. location is great…we did have nice view and direct access to a beautiful beach, very walkable with food, drinks and several venues for shopping. Walked up and down the boardwalk very fun.
I've read reviews after I booked my room. Good thing I only stayed to shower and sleep for a few hours. I couldn't stay here for more than a night. Check-in was super fast. The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable of the area. There's a lovely bar located right across the front desk, but I didn't get a chance to use it. There was a little bit of a weight for the elevators, but not that big of a deal. You have to scan your room card for the elevator to work. That's a plus. The hallway on my particular floor had tape on it and that was a turn off. The room was dated. The table in the room where one would usually eat something had crumbs stuck in the crevices. See pics. I slept well. The shower water pressure was average. The toiletries they provide was average. They provided a large amount of towels and that was good. The bed was comfortable. My view was horrible. When I come to Atlantic City again, I will never stay at Bally's. Security in the lobby were all friendly people. Parking was great. For $10 a night, you can't beat that compared to other hotels in AC.
I stayed at Bally’s as its location was the most convenient for me to get to and from the convention center. My hotel room was on the 42nd floor. It was OK, but there was some mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and it looked like it hadn’t been updated since it was built. The dark blue carpeting had a lot of stains on it I needed to be vacuumed a lot better. The television didn’t work in my room on the majority of the stations which was fine cause I just watched Netflix on my iPad. Fortunately, the room smelled clean. I was grateful no one smoked in it or had a pet in there and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The check-in process was very long as they only had two people checking in and about 30 people on line. Good news, on the side, there are two stations that you can do express check-in. Just make sure you have your ID and it matches your reservation number Exactly as it states. It would be awesome if I could pick my own room based on the pictures that you show on your website. I went to breakfast at the only restaurant that was open and had a wonderful omelette. My server Wills was kind and respectful And did exactly what I asked. I tipped him 30% of my breakfast order in cash and he was very happy. The price of my hotel room was fantastic. I paid $140 for one night, including fees. I thought that was a deal. The hotel itself was dead so it was a little creepy walking around at night by myself. Having music playing would be a great addition as it would live in up the hotel. Especially the walkways to and from the casino from the parking lot. Parking lot could also use a lot more lights. If you are a workout person note that the gym is not open this time of the year during the week. Nor is the pool.
I usually never leave a review, however this was a very different trip. So many things went wrong. But the biggest problem I have is I stayed at Ballys the 19-22nd and on the very first night my car was broken into. The person stole 3 pairs of shoes totalling $1000, my NOCO Car jumpbox which was another $400 and my Beats studio3 headphones. Its not as important but they also stole my weed and papers (i dont really care about that). I realized in the morning and reported it straight to security. Their was no sense of urgency or care regarding it. It was like a shrug on the shoulders. Of course they will do their “report” and get back to me. I was pissed that morning because I knew that nobody cared except me because its my stuff. But I went on with my day and said it wont ruin the trip. Well I returned to the hotel and at 6:30pm me and my gf was in the car someone tried to yank as hard as they could on my door to get inside. couldnt see me inside because of my tinted windows and windshield). And when he realized he couldnt get in he moved on to the next car and the next one. Tugging on any door that would let him in. This is less than 24 hours from the original incident, so this time Im even more pissed as I went to security because its like wtff. And AGAIN no sense of urgency. And, Still they can’t do anything. Now Im usually easy going and tell myself its all materialistic as long as im safe thats all that matters so I tried talking to the staff about what could be done to make this right. Again this is the second time in less than 24 hours, I was told they wouldnt reimburse or offer anything complementary or anything, not that they couldnt but they wouldnt. At the very least not a complementary night, or complementary valet parking or nothing at all. I don’t know if its because Im a little younger, but they treated me as if it was all my fault with no hospitality and I am staying under their roof as a guest. Its been days since, and I havent heard any update or anything not even “the investigation came up short” or anything to even let me know they tried. Ive never felt so disappointed, angry, and unsafe while staying at a hotel. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO BALLYS, AND WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STEER VERY CLEAR AWAY FROM BALLYS.
Rooms are dark and back to the 70's requested a wheelchair accessible room but you can't even turn around in wheelchair very small and not accessible! Then we went the restaurant on the 6th floor and they weren't accommodating at all for a wheelchair user and someone who is on a blended diet, after they tried to put us in a booth that wouldn't work for us they put us in the dining area that was closed and forgot about us I ordered a beer and a water and after a half hour still didn't get it, them someone else came over to take a drink order and have bread and didn't see that person again, so after about an hour of nothing and still waiting for a beer got up and left. Then we went to the food court area to at least get a sandwich, got a "homemade meatball sandwich" it was horrible and right out of a box and cold. Also the whole hotel casino area is very dark and no signs to let you know how to get to an elevator. Don't recommend to go to this place never again! Just horrible
Been going to Bally's for a few years now and always a great time. Park Place Prime has excellent food and I highly recommend staying in one of the ocean view rooms. This place isn't perfect by an means, but I will say its a 3-3.5 star hotel casino that I've always had 5 stars of fun at.
My first time staying at a Bally's. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I think the location is great. Everything that u would want or need is pretty close. The people at the hotel from the front desk, to security, to housekeeping. Very kind and helpful. The rooms were cool, but very small and dated. However they did some renovations to the bally tower and those rooms seem pretty nice. They are still renovating so I the side I stayed was not that nice. However once I got in to the room and seen it had a tube I had to request to be put in a room with a standing shower. As I just had knees surgery and could not get in and out of the tube. They did switch my room for no additional charge and that room was very nice. So I would go back and recommend people try it. Just be prepared if you use to 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ hotel this ain't it. This place was awesome and it had a lot of really great restaurants in it. I wish they offered a little bit more for shopping... But For Food/ Atmosphere this place is a complete 5 and a great place for you to take your family to visit in Atlantic City. Definitely worth going in for nightlife... Three floors of really interesting shops and places to get awesome things. The restaurants are the true gem.
Awesome place! Our room had great views too! I enjoyed staying in this hotel!
Cute little inside place. I loved the vibe. I enjoyed walking around, and grabbing little gifts from the boutique stores. Variety of places to eat, drink, shop and hangout. My 2 kids felt welcomed and we had a great time
One of my favorite hotels in AC because they have a lot of stuff going on inside all hours of the day, hahahhaha. Even stopped by and picked up some Mrs. Field cookies 🤤
Room nice, clean and spacious, good view of the ocean. Close to the boardwalk and beach!
Everything in one building, great gym with sauna ...the sauna is hot and smells great inside Taco restaurant is good as well ...
Great time at the Trop in A.C. my stay there was even capped off with a beautiful rainbow
Our first visit to the Imax theatre inside The Quarter. Almost impossible to find. They give a boardwalk address and there’s nothing there. Via GPS for The Quarter we thought we would have to take our bicycles into the parking garage to get there. After asking directions three times, “See that little group of people…” (on Pacific Ave outside a stealthy storefront) we finally found it! 20 minutes late. They have Imax banners on the boardwalk to try to increase their very small audience. I suggest adding a What’s Showing sign with show times and a good link for where the heck the theatre is.

My visit to the Asbury Park Boardwalk was amazing! The boardwalk has a great mix of classic charm and modern energy. I enjoyed walking along the ocean, checking out the unique shops, and grabbing some delicious food from local spots. The live music and street performers added a fun vibe, and the whole area felt clean and welcoming. It’s a perfect place to relax, people-watch, and soak in the beach town atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back!
Beach Day Bliss: A Perfect Spot for Everyone! I recently visited this beautiful beach, and it truly exceeded expectations. From the moment you arrive, everything is well-organized — there's an entrance fee, ample parking, and a helpful enquiry desk to guide you. The beach is fully accessible, with wheelchair access, clean restrooms, and a shower area to freshen up after a dip in the water. Safety is clearly a priority, with beach guards actively watching over all areas. You’re welcome to bring your own mats, tents, and chairs, but there are also plenty of benches and designated seating areas to relax and take in the view. What really stood out was the lively atmosphere: there are numerous stores for shopping, food courts with a variety of options, and a spacious boardwalk perfect for a stroll. Whether you're with family, kids, or friends, this beach is clean, easy to access, and incredibly relaxing — the perfect spot to enjoy the sun, sea, and some shopping too!
This is one of the first beach and broadwalk that appears along the NJ shoreline after exiting north Jersey. Of course that makes it really popular and crowded destination in summer months. There are lots of parking lots and paid street parkings near the broadwalk. The lots are far more expensive than street parking, so better to go early to find one. The beach area is nice. There’s a $8 entree fee and they do check for the tickets time to time. Rental chairs and umbrellas are available but super expensive, $35 for an umbrella and $15 for each chair. Lifeguards actively monitor the designated areas. The broadwalk is huge. Plenty of shops, restaurants, restrooms, fun activities and a convention hall reside along it. Inside the convention hall, there are more shops, local artisan market, and restaurants. We spent about 6 hours in the area. I found this beach friendly and safe. The food was decent. Restrooms were well maintained too. Overall a really nice place to go for a beach day, but be prepared to spend some, unless you come fully prepared from home.
It's Beautiful 😍 place to see the sunrise .. I was very happy to visit this place and to see the nature , sunrise , beach .. challenges are to find a free parking place.. if you need free parking place there please start early by 1 hour One of the best place or view point for Sunrise in and around New Jersey
Gorgeous place. Calm, friendly, clean and not a massive tourist trap. Lovely food spots and shops. You can see that the area is loved and looked after. Highly recommend checking out the the Asbury Angels benches commemorating musicians and those who worked in the industry.
Rated best beach town in the country. Asbury is always a great experience. Nice and quiet family friendly beach. Wide and long boardwalk with plenty of food options and small shops.
The nicest boardwalk we have ever visited. So clean and well taken care of. The people in the area are super friendly. Lots of shopping and beautiful beaches.

My first visit to Ocean City Beach was a memorable and enjoyable experience. The combination of a beautiful beach, a vibrant boardwalk, and a friendly atmosphere made it a perfect getaway. I look forward to returning and creating more wonderful memories in the future. I appreciated the variety of activities available, from sunbathing and swimming to beach games and kite flying. The presence of lifeguards also added a sense of safety and security, allowing everyone to enjoy the water with peace of mind.
The cleanest beaches and town , any time of day/ night, and safest beach boardwalk. I have been on many long walks on the boardwalk past 11pm and approached the surf in near solitide. No one has made me feel uncomfortable or unsafe in the dead of night. Actually while walking with earbuds alone back through town I have passsd many people on their porches and overhangs in the evening without incident. It is a very quiet town at night. It is a dry beach, so no alcohol crowd to be found. The memorial plaques on the boardwalk benches all comfirm a very special sentiment. This is a unique area with a huge impact on those who live here in generational gratitude for the ones that have passed. Having lived on Florida, beaches in the tropics are very different. There is a lot to be said about the lack of bugs here. I wouldnt suggest this place for the party croud at all. This seems to be a completely chill and civilized backdrop to dining and various recreational endeavors. Biking, kiting, swimming, orchestral performances, thrill park rides, mini golf galore indoors and out, car shows etc.. Little kids to full on retirees are well adjusted and I havnt seen a single outburst or confrontation of any sort. You are on vacation here and they know it. Fully expect to pay double except in rare occasions. Prices in shops are dropping now in September but food is crazy. $7.50 for a slice of pizza, 7-10 dollars for any small thing like french fries, a cone or small gelato, pretzel, funnel cake. $20 bucks and up per person to eat on the boardwalk adds up to a couple hundred bucks for 4 in no time. Thats one meal and a snack. Im not rich so 2 weeks of that would bankrupt me. Sorry OC, shop inland and find locat gems when you can. Support the beach culture if you can afford it. They dont need it as much as you think. If you pass a fri shop then spot anther just down the boardwalk and another still further it begins to dawn on you. These family owned businesses running 50 plus years have played monopoly with boardwalk. Some families have multiple candy shops, fri shops, dairy shops, clothe shops, pizza shops etc.. The one shop owner we got great end of season deals on clothes and backpacks exclaimed to us how she put all her kids through medical school and was planning another trip to Hawaii this December. They are not broke but you will become broke if you dont go inland for some meals. God bless OC for its sanity and safety. PS, its a smoke free beach and shops on the boardwalk.
Ocean City Beach in Maryland is a stunning destination with a fantastic boardwalk that runs parallel to the beach. The parking is conveniently located at the beginning of the boardwalk, and if you prefer, a local shuttle can transport you to any point along the beach effortlessly. This beach is not overly crowded, and you can easily find beach umbrellas, lounge chairs, and boogie boards at reasonable prices. While the food prices may be a bit high, the convenience is worth it. Additionally, there are plenty of shops selling clothing, snacks, ice cream, and delicious funnel cakes. The area also offers a variety of nice hotels nearby. In my opinion, this beach is the best on the East Coast. It's always well-monitored by attentive lifeguards. Just keep in mind that the water can be chilly, so make sure to bring an appropriate amount of towels.
It's the most beautiful place on earth, best beach in new Jersey but I am very biased
Loved going to the beach in September when it was less crowded but overall this beach is great. Really enjoyed time with my family and I'm so blessed I live so close to such an amazing shore town!
One of my favorite beaches in the country to go to! I've done quite a bit of travelling and so far none compare to the Jersey beach & boardwalks done right. Lots of entertainment value! It has everything from the eateries to the amusement rides, with arcades, clothing stores and carnival type games interlaced inbetween. Want a fun day at the shore? If you want to find street parking that is close to the boardwalk, come here before 9am or else you might need to park farther or park in the parking lot, still not bad for $15 daily early bird and $30 normally, parking lot get filled up fast! Clean beach and nice boardwalk with lots of stores! $10 for beach tag after 9:30am, make sure you get one even if you come in early, they will check your beach tag randomly at the beach! Public bathroom with climate control.
I should have done a review a while back, but my husband and I have a family connection that have a small house they allow us to stay at for a week here each year. we love this tourist town. it's so great to just walk around and enjoy the atmosphere. It's worth visiting, with family or just a group of friends.

Great food and good wine. Amazing scenery, and superbly pleasant staff. Had Dylan as our waiter and he was knowledgeable and courteous. The buffalo chicken dip is great, the willow whip is really fun and tasty. The best part was probably the setting; indoors and out the place is beautiful. The reds are nice, but a nice icy drink like the willow whip or sangria will be great with outdoor seating.
What a great experience at Willow Creek Winery - it’s a beautiful place with really good food and wine. I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating - tons of photo ops. But it was Heather who went above and beyond to make sure the wine flights we selected were suited to our tastes and our experience exceeded expectations. She was spot on, also. We all enjoyed our picks! She was so friendly, knowledgeable (answered all of our questions about grapes, barrels and more) and patient (explaining and re-explaining)! A total hidden gem in Cape May. Will be back for sure and thanks Heather!
This was my first time visiting a vineyard, and Willow Creek Winery & Farm truly impressed me. The drive in already felt special—passing through rows of beautiful vineyards before arriving at a full parking lot, showing how popular the place is. The winery offers two styles of service: one with table service and another where you order and then find your own seat. The atmosphere is absolutely lovely, and I highly recommend going around 4–5 p.m. when the sunlight is soft and perfect for photos. Normally, I’m not a drinker, but I had to taste their wines, and the menu I tried was so delicious. Overall, I really loved the experience here—it’s not just about the wine, but also the relaxing vibe and the beautiful setting.
Heather was the best server with the best suggestions. Our visit was extremely pleasant and we will be coming back to try the combo platter and have the highly-recommended, signature willow whip again (our favorite for the day). The Wilde cock white bottle was good for crispy white wine lovers, and the wild cock prestige white bottle was even better if you are a Chardonnay lover.
First of all, this winery has some very good dry wines (I was more prepared for NJ sweet stuff, but their Malbec was truly exceptional); they have wonderful premises with lots of picturesque vines to stroll through; food menu is solid, with some great highlights: bacon wrapped scallops were incredibly flavorful, pulled pork sandwich juicy, and burger a perfectly balance mouthful (sadly, fries was very good, too!). Highly recommend to anyone in the area
My group had a wonderful time at Willow Creek. We did the educational wine tasting and it was fantastic. Ryley was our wine educator and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the ambiance was stunning. I would highly recommend Willow creek for a day out and wine tasting. Ask for Ryley! Terry
We had a wonderful day at the winery for the Veteran's Day celebration! I recommend their Willow Whips & sangria flight! We had the Whiskey Cheddar charcuterie along with the Bavarian pretzel, Buffalo chicken dip, fish sandwich & burger , everything was delicious! Wait staff was great! Such a wonderful experience!!
A lovely winery!! Tons of seating both indoor and outdoor so you don’t need to worry about having a reservation. They also have a fun Alice in wonderland theme going on. Perfect scenery and location, especially being so close to beach plum farm. The food was really good- one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I’ve had! Only complaint is completely my opinion and I’m probably being picky but the prosecco was SO sweet (too sweet for a prosecco) and a bit hard to put down. The drink prices in general are steep for what you get, the wine is decent, but not amazing (I also tried the white wine my husband ordered). I would still definitely go back since it’s a beautiful property, staff were pleasant and attentive and the food was delish. 5 stars all around because I didn’t try enough of their wine selection to have a reasonable opinion.
