Breakfast restaurant
The Buttered Biscuit is a cozy cafe serving comfort food with a New American twist. The namesake biscuits are served hot and are delicious, with cinnamon-honey butter and organic raspberry jam. In addition to the amazing biscuits, the cafe offers great breakfast and lunch options, including breakfast sandwiches, French toast options, meatloaf, corned beef hash, and more.
Amazing freshly cooked food and an equally amazing staff! A true gem of a place—my wife and I really enjoyed our breakfast here. Highly recommended!
Steven D — Google review
They serve a great breakfast, we ordered the breakfast burrito and the “The Big G” both were delicious, the potatoes were seasoned very well and cooked perfectly, and the fresh corn beef hash was amazing. Their iced lattes are worth a shot too. The service was excellent.I would highly recommended this cafe.

This is another restaurant along the Jersey Shore that I heard about through a posting on Instagram that I knew I had to check out. This restaurant is super cute inside, and it has a more upscale feel to it, not like than your typical average diner. My server Stephanie was friendly and attentive, and my food came out fast in spite of the place being busy. I ordered the Eggs Oscar, which was crab, poached eggs, and asparagus. The poached eggs on my dish were perfectly cooked, and I got a good amount of crab and home fries. I got this with the biscuit rather than the English Muffin, and everything turned out great. They have plenty of seating inside, including counter seating, and they do offer outdoor dining as well. They have a decent sized menu, with several specials, and everything is priced reasonably. They also offer souvenirs for purchase such as T-Shirts and Mugs. I didn't have an issue finding parking as there was plenty in the area on Saturday morning. Overall, I was very pleased with my first experience here and will definitely come back again the next time I drive down in this area.

Hands down my favorite breakfast spot DTS. The food is solid every time, the prices are on point, the quantity is just right. All around phenomenal spot. I like the “Big G”. Also their season French Toast and Pancakes are always super interesting and taste amazing. Can’t recommend this spot enough!
Sa'id K — Google review
Another delicious time enjoyed at Brandl’s. Several appetizers, great entree, and even saved space for desserts. On Sundays they have the Lazy Lobster 3 course special for $49 pp. it includes an appetizer , entree, and dessert. What a deal!!! Don’t forget, they’re BYOB!!!
Sharon R — Google review
Cool byob brunch place. I feel like the biscuits was the highlight. But nothing out of this world. Its okay but I would only return if I was in the area. It was average and thats perfectly fine. I liked the French toast idea with pecans, cinnamon, and cream cheese stuffed. The staff is friendly. Especially the lady at the bar making coffee.
Michelle P — Google review
I must be honest and say I wasn’t able to go and try the food as I had to stay back at the hotel with the dogs. However, my family is sending me endless pictures with endless praises of the sausage gravy. The portion sizes are spectacular for the price.
Mouse — Google review
The Buttered Biscuit has a fun, bustling vibe and was definitely busy when we arrived—a sign that it’s a local favorite. Despite the crowd, the service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and fast. The prices were very reasonable, which is always a plus. As for the food, it was a bit of a mixed experience. I wasn’t impressed with the pancakes or the biscuits and gravy—they were not as flavorful. However, the Signature Omelette was absolutely delicious—fluffy, flavorful, and packed with fresh ingredients. That dish alone made the visit worthwhile. Overall, it’s a charming spot with great service and good value.

Breakfast restaurant
The Mad Batter Restaurant & Bar is a lively bistro in Cape May, NJ that serves American cuisine from breakfast to dinner. The restaurant features a cozy atmosphere and often hosts live music. It offers made-from-scratch breakfasts, fresh salads for lunch, and uncomplicated European-style dishes for dinner, including options for vegetarians. The bar boasts a diverse selection of reasonably priced wines by the glass. This casual spot is known for its affordable eats and welcoming ambiance.
What a nice place. I'm more fond of the back area near the bar, it has a more relaxing vibe. The food was very good, the apple pie french toast was excellent. I'd go back any time. Very friendly staff. Haven't been here in 12 years but still as good as I remember .. I will mention i would have preferred not to hear the Rhianna album the entire time I was there but you cant always get classical or Sinatra
Andy A — Google review
Soild brunch spot in Cape May! Even with a 45 min wait, the experience was totally worth it. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff was welcoming, and the food delivered big on flavor. The corned beef hash was the highlight—crispy, tender, and deliciously seasoned. Breakfast potatoes were spot-on too. Portions were reasonable, and the chicken salad croissant was a pleasant surprise in both size and taste. Highly recommend for a laid-back, tasty brunch!
Will S — Google review
Not as impressive as expected This restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast options, so I had high hopes. I ordered the Brussels sprouts fritters, but they didn’t taste as good as I expected. There was still a strong, unpleasant green taste from the vegetables, and honestly, I don’t think deep-frying works well for this dish. I also tried the award-winning cupcake, but it was just average—nothing special. The pancakes were underwhelming too; I’ve had better at other places, despite all the hype in the reviews. The orange juice was supposed to be freshly squeezed, but I couldn’t tell if it actually was. It tasted overly sweet and artificial, more like something with added sugar than real juice. The one dish I did enjoy was the eggs Benedict—the thick-cut bacon made it really satisfying, and that plate was the highlight of my meal. Overall, it’s a place you could try, but you’re not missing out if you don’t. There are definitely better breakfast spots in the city.

Fruit flies fruit flies. if you close the does an turn the air conditioner on it will keep them dormant . Had breakfast here the day before, eggs a pancake were good enough so came back the next night for dinner. What a mistake. I had both specials massaged kale and couscous ok, the monkfish etouffee flavorless But the real reason for the review is the chicken breast with the cream jus. Cold dry chicken that was definitely a day old. Are waitress Joanna was the only bright spot of this place . Honest, polite, courteous It’s a shame she had to apologize for the food and the flies . Don’t fall for the FAKE Reviews

Highlight: ✨️Orange Almond French Toast✨️ One of the best flavored French toasts I've ever had! No reservations, walked up and were given a buzzer with 1.5 hour wait time. Told by staff to come back to area 45 min after receiving buzzer. We were ready and seated within 10 min of coming back (50-55 min total wait). Service was good. Food arrived after a short wait (we were very hungry so it felt longer than it was) All requests were accommodated quickly and food was well made.
Angel C — Google review
Yummy food! The Crousade was delicious and the Orange/Almond French toast hit the spot. I’m only knocking one star off because my friend’s latte was disappointing. Everything else was pretty great and would definitely recommend for a tasty breakfast spot.
Alyssa C — Google review
Pleasant brunch spot in Cape May - we did wait almost an hour for a party of 2 on a Saturday morning (no reservations accepted for breakfast). The inside is airy and bright, feels like a boutique and very clean. The food was good, especially the corned beef hash. Worth trying if up for the wait.
Laurel C — Google review
Great food, great staff. Been coming here for years now and I'll keep coming back. Love the Croustade breakfast. Picture of the mango mimosa after a few sips. Try the MANmosa. ITS FANTASTIC!! If you're in Cape May, this place is a must.

The breakfast restaurant Meemom's Brick in Wall and Middletown, offers a wide variety of dessert-worthy French toast options for customers. Kid-magnet toppings include Oreos and sugary breakfast cereals, making this spot a great place to bring the little ones. With traditional lunch items like salads, sandwiches, and more rolled into its menu, Meemom's is sure to please any customer looking for a hearty meal or sugar-rush fix.
A Must Visit Breakfast Spot If you have a sweet tooth like me, please go here. You can't go wrong with the Kitchen Sink or the Banana Foster. That being said, oddly enough my favorite dish is the El Matador, it is absolutely delicious with hot sauce. The potatoes are so crispy & everything in the dish compliment each other so well! This is my favorite breakfast spot.
Ryan D — Google review
Hello all! Super Expensive for typical breakfast food… very rude service. Judgmental, and snotty. I would NOT recommend coming here if you would like to pay WAY more than what you’re given, that you could honestly get at any other breakfast restaurant for good quality food and half the price. I decided to treat myself, and chose Meemom because it looked so amazing! I just paid 2.00 for extra sauce because why not if this food is as amazing as it looks and they gave me a clear container with a teaspoon of it. Keep in mind, the french toast is $15.00 and comes with barely anything on it that is In description. when I spoke to the manager about paying for extra and receiving a ridiculously small amount she says COME BACK into the store so we can look at the portion and decide whether or not to give you more? I’m sorry that is awful. Management and owners please do better! Will never come back to this place and am warning others in the community!
Julia A — Google review
I enjoy this place. The staff is awesome and the food is good. However, I will continue my crusade against the dishonesty of charging customers credit card fees. CC fees are a cost of doing business incurred by the restaurant, not the responsibility of the customers. Provide honest pricing for your food that reflects your costs rather than placing the burden of your business expenses into your customers.
Anthony P — Google review
literally the best food ever. Bringing the kids here soon! so worth the money! The flavors! The Dishes… Just everything is delicious!
Baked C — Google review
I have been coming here since 2024 know the food is very good like the French toast buffalo wraps and mustang pani and the seasonal fall specials pumpkin waffle and pancakes. I always just sit at the counter every time I come. My favorite servers Bianca, Paulina, Katlyn and Sara immediately acknowledge me every time I walk in. They know I like sitting at the counter and know my Name. My favorite servers are all very nice kind and polite I will always request to have them if possible. Just Beware their is a debit/credit card surcharge fee so bring cash. So far Meemoms is like one of my number 1 places to go. I generally don't write reviews. I recommend this establishment to anyone.

The service was quick and the food was great. Weekends tend to be pretty busy but it’s worth the wait. Great place for breakfast, brunch and lunch.

Took My brother here for Father's Day breakfast. It was our first time here and it was amazing! There was a little bit of a long wait due to Father's Day which was completely understandable. The food was so much better than I ever expected. I had the El Matador which I will definitely order again. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was very sweet, attentive and kept apologizing for the long wait which we were completely fine with. We will definitely go back.

Coffee shop
Gilchrist Restaurant is a long-standing eatery located in downtown Atlantic City, offering classic American breakfast and lunch since 1946. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere, reminiscent of traditional diners, makes it a popular spot for families. Known for its delicious home fries, hotcakes, French toast, crispy bacon, and eggs prepared to your liking with a side of grits. Locals highly recommend the signature blueberry hotcakes as the best in town.
Everything was wonderful. Loved the location. Came for lunch right by the aquarium in town. Very clean and felt like home. Ate lunch outside beautiful day for it. Would visit again when at the casinos. Or boat cruise. Only thing I didn’t like was the fish and chips were very greasy for like taste but everything else was on point.
Chris M — Google review
Big disappointment. The waiter did not bring us what we asked for and forgot about it. The food was so unpleasant and blend, we could not even finish it. French toast was saggy and not pleasant to eat. We also had to wait to be seated for 30 min. I think this place is “an emperor with no clothes”. The only great thing about this place was its location right on the water. That’s all. This place needs to step up their game! We would not come back.
Kosta R — Google review
The breakfast food was good, with nice portions, and they know how to make a perfect over-easy egg nice and white, waitresses were nice but to get everything we needed we had to flag 3 different ones down and the cashier for refills. Nice little place right on the water. Prices were slightly higher but we were on the water and close to casinos!
JOSEPH Z — Google review
Great Breakfast restaurant to drop by if you are in Atlantic city area. Coffee was fresh, French toast was just right, not too greasy, and the omelet was deliscious too.
Renee K — Google review
Pulled up for Sunday breakfast after catching a fire review on IG—and trust, it lived up to the hype. Place was packed, but we waited less than 10 minutes. Vibes were right, and the service? On point. Friendly, quick, and all smiles. She went with the spinach omelette—fresh, flavorful, zero notes. I skipped the signature blueberry pancakes and kept it classic with the buttermilk stack. No regrets—fluffy, buttery, and straight-up perfect. This spot knows what it’s doing. Definitely in the brunch rotation now the next time I'm in Atlantic City. (Apologize for the lighting on the video, my settings were incorrect).

I've always enjoyed the other Gilchrist restaurants and wanted to try this one. The fact that it is on the water is just awesome. It's so relaxing. In typical Gilchrist style, the food is always delicious.

Shut Up and Eat is a beloved diner known for its creative twists on classic American dishes and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Despite its seemingly rude name, the restaurant offers an inviting experience reminiscent of a cozy Saturday morning at home. The waitstaff even wears pajamas, adding to the laid-back vibe. Located in Toms River, New Jersey, Shut Up and Eat serves up unique creations like the Hawaii 5-0 Sandwich and the Day After Thanksgiving Sandwich.
We searched “best family restaurant near me” while heading back from the Jersey Shore, and this place popped up—and wow, are we glad it did! I let my son pick out my burger, and he went with the "Aye Bobby" burger. I’d never think to order a burger with disco fries on it, but there I was—gravy and fries right on my burger. Easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. 10/10. My wife had the stuffed French toast with Nutella (decadent and delicious), one of our boys got the chicken and waffles (crispy and flavorful), and the other had a tall stack of chocolate chip pancakes (they didn’t last long). Everything was fantastic—fresh, tasty, and perfectly cooked. The service was just as great as the food. Our waitress and the rest of the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Great place. Excellent and unique selections that included breakfast appetizers. The staff was very nice and attentive. We went two days in a row and it didn't disappoint.
Donna N — Google review
We stopped at this place in 2020 randomly found it on our way home from the Jersey Shore. Now every time I go down to the Jersey Shore, I make it a stop as part of the trip!! Its a family owned kitschy vibe. Their endearing purposeful rudeness is part of their shtick. The mismatched plates & chairs, along with the eclectic decor keeps this place casual & relaxed. The food is out of this world delish... simple grilled cheese served 20 ways, from burgers to breakfast this place is A++ 5☆s.
Nicki M — Google review
I really loved this restaurant! It was a very home-y atmosphere with their decorations, tablecloths, plates, & pajamas - plus the incredibly friendly and funny staff. I got the “Shut Up and Eat” waffle which was absolutely delicious! Definitely hope to come back soon :)

Inventive dishes- great menu, great service (in PJ’s!). Don’t miss the fruit bruschetta appetizer, Benny bowls. Good coffee in grannie-core mugs. Just loved the whole experience!
Darcie H — Google review
The food concepts here are great but with what I had it was missing ingredients that could have made them fantastic. 1 BIG issue is that the footlong hot dogs should not be served on a Hoagie Roll! 😆 What in the world were you thinking!? Definitely find longer hotdog rolls. I had so much room in that roll I could've fit at least 3 more hotdogs in there! That was crazy. The hotdogs are so skinny.. I had the Tart Apple, Bacon and Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese as well.. I couldn't even taste the Apples at all. It was just there for texture. This sandwich needs an apple spread inside.. That would bring that grilled cheese to life! It really just tasted bland for all that was included. I'll be back to try the breakfast items because they look more like a hit! Thanks for the experience.. Oh... And the waitresses look like they all work at a doctor's office . . Hahaha. Are they wearing scrubs?? It caught my eye..

My partner and I moved to the Toms River area about a year ago. One day, on a breakfast hunt, we came across “Shut Up & Eat”! We’ve been going ever since. The food is delicious and quick, and we love the unique atmosphere. Just a great family owned and operated restaurant! 10/10 recommend!

Such a great Breakfast spot! Food was really fresh and absolutely delicious! Our server Stephanie such a gem making sure we were ok and also making sure of any food allergies before ordering. I had one of their specialty coffees the Cold brew cannoli and it was so cute to come with a cannoli! A sweet treat for after such a great breakfast! The Omelette was The G.O.A.T. If you are a fan of goat cheese it was a perfect! Will definitely be returning as it was hard to choose from the menu because it all sounded delicious! Thanks again!

It was our first time trying it. We had received a coupon in the mail, so it was a good incentive. As soon as I opened the door, I really liked the decor. We were greeted and brought to our booth right away. The menu is not very long but you have multiple choices in each category. The prices were reasonable. We were served quickly. It wasn't busy but it wasn't empty either during brunch in the middle of the week. Food was good, service was good, quantities as expected. More bacon in the Wilbur Skillet would be nice and a lot of dishes have avocado in them. Soft drinks like Pepsi or tea are close to $4 with free refill. It might get loud when it's rush hour. There was a table of 5 or 6 people and the blonde waitress was talking loud, we could hear her conversation about a Fundraiser throughout the restaurant and we were in a corner on the opposite side. We will definitely go back and bring some family members along with us.

Absolutely delicious! I got the seasonal skillet & my man got the wilbur skillet. The kale juice was very fresh, but a little watered down by the amount of ice. I loved that the cold brew came with everything separate, so you could make it with the perfect ratio for yourself. Bonus points that the ice cube for the cold brew was made from coffee itself.

Toast Cafe & Restaurant is a family-friendly breakfast spot with an extensive menu that includes omelets, French toast, salads, burgers, and more. The owner encourages bringing kids and offers a children's menu with options like silver dollar pancakes and chicken fingers. Located in a nice plaza with ample parking, the modern interior features LED lighting and spacious seating. Despite being in its 'soft opening' phase, the prices are pleasantly affordable compared to other nearby places.
Delicious upscale café in the heart of Manchester. Great place to go if your looking for a quiet bite. I got the personal pie, for $13.99 which was delicious! It has a more mature taste than your average pizza. I also got the Pizza toast ($16.99) which was phenomenal. It did take some time but it was well worth it.

Mordechai P — Google review
The last half a year, I have been hearing a lot about a new dairy place in Manchester, NJ near Lakewood. I decided this week was the time to check it out. While I though Manchester was like a 20 min drive, it was actually just under 10 min from my house. Its located in a nice plaza with plenty of parking. The establishment itself is brand new on the inside, modern design, LED lighting and most importantly spacious and air conditioned. The manager/owner/chef Yehuda is usually at the front register. He was very welcoming and told us to order and find a seat. It wasn't long before the first dishes started to arrive. While this week was exceptionally hot and humid, with the air on I actually was comfortable enough to order their chunky vegetable soup. I happen to love soup, though I rarely order it in a restaurant. This soup had so much flavor and depth. Yehuda told us that there were no preservatives and its made fresh in house. I honestly told him to approach several of the wedding halls in the vicinity and offer them his soup since it was so much better then your average wedding fair. I paired that with some mozzarella triangles which came with some piping hot house marinara. First off they were quite crispy the way they should be, with a crunch. Gooey melty cheesy on the inside and that sauce... wow! The perfect bite! Next we moved onto some drinks. We got three. The Peanut Butter Cup milkshake, a Ferrero Milkshake and a Lotus milkshake. Each was unique and refreshing and quite flavorful. I have to say my favorite was the Ferrero. It was time to eat some food. We got three dishes. First was the Vodka Pizza. I know, I know, it sounds weird. Vodka Penne ON a pie of pizza. It might have been a little messy to eat, but the flavors were spot on! I highly recommend! Then we got the regular Penne A La Vodka, kinda like a staple you need to try in any dairy restaurant. It was really good. We got a order of the fettuccine Alfredo which I don't usually get, but I wanted to try. I don't like cheese heavy dishes, but this was really creamy and with perfectly cooked pasta. Lastly another dish that is a staple, Shakshuka with fresh sourdough bread. Its amazing how many places make the same dish but the each add something unique that makes their version different. I tasted the cumin immediately. It was hot and delicious. We even took some leftover for the next day. All in all, I highly reccomend, you will be pleasantly surprised. They open at 8:30am and close I think about 4:30 so its not a dinner place. On the other hand if you are making a bris or want a nice classy modern place for a sheva brochos with amazing food, call Toast today!

Oh it’s a vibe and the food looks good in the pics but it is definitely nothing to write home about. Don’t go there hungry because my simple brioche French toast took an hour to come out and o have for sure had better. So it’s a one and done for me.

Located adjacent to the renowned Congress Hall in Cape May, The Blue Pig Tavern is a long-standing establishment that offers a warm and rustic dining experience. Whether you choose to dine on the patio or in the cozy dining room of this 1800s hotel, you can enjoy updated American fare.
We had dinner at the Blue Pig Tavern during a recent stay in Cape May, and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable meals of our trip. The restaurant is lively and welcoming, with a bit of a buzz in the air. It’s clearly a family friendly spot, which shows in the higher noise level and the number of tables filled with multigenerational groups. We chose to eat indoors, but many diners seemed to love the outdoor seating area as well. Even though the restaurant has plenty of tables, it’s a good idea to make a reservation. They do take walk ins, but the wait looked long by the time we arrived. Despite being very busy, the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly, and especially helpful when it came to answering questions about gluten free options and how certain dishes could be modified. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and the scallops, both prepared gluten free. The shrimp were fresh and well chilled, and the scallops were the standout of the night, tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The rest of my family, who don’t have any dietary restrictions, were equally happy with their meals. One of the favorites was the lobster mac and cheese with added bacon, which came in a generous portion that made for great leftovers. My husband couldn’t stop talking about the mussels and the crab cakes, both of which he said were excellent. Dessert was another highlight. While the gluten free options are a little limited, the ice cream and sorbet are both very fresh and creamy. Everyone else at the table gravitated toward the apple pie à la mode, which was the favorite across the board. My youngest son had the flourless chocolate cake paired with a hazelnut gelato, and he absolutely loved it. The cocktails were just as well executed as the food. There was a small issue with the second drink my husband ordered, but the staff handled it gracefully and quickly. The fixed version came out perfect, and it was nice to see that kind of care taken in a busy setting. Overall, Blue Pig Tavern delivered a memorable dining experience for our whole family. The atmosphere is vibrant, the service is professional, and the food, especially the scallops, is worth the trip.

My partner and I enjoyed lovely dinner at The Big Blue Tavern located inside the beautiful Congress Hall Hotel. The rustic, old-school vibe gave it a cozy charm, and the location couldn’t be better- right in the heart of Cape May. We took advantage of their Restaurant Week deal ($50 per person) which was a solid value. The food was delicious. I started with the fried calamari, crispy and well-seasoned—followed by the chicken with mashed potatoes, which was tender and satisfying. My partner loved the steak and frites, cooked just right. The apple pie for dessert was a classic, sweet ending. Service was good friendly and efficientand the overall experience made it the best dinner of our Cape May trip.

My family and I stopped by the Blue Pig for an early dinner and had such a wonderful experience. We didn’t have a reservation and were a big party but they got us seated outside like we requested. It was so beautiful outside. The service was great. The parker rolls were excellent! We ordered a bunch of different entrees and they were all excellent! So happy we stopped by here and will be sure to come again next time.

We stopped at the Blue Pig Tavern for dinner after having drinks and bang bang shrimp outside in the famous rocking chairs at Congress Hall. We decided to eat outside in order to enjoy the gorgeous September evening. The atmosphere was perfection. The food and service left a little bit to be desired. The place was not overly crowded, but our waitress was not very attentive, as we sat with empty water and glasses, waiting for our wine. Given the prices, I was hoping for a better experience.

Went here for lunch, got the steak frites, the turkey bacon avocado sandwhich and sangria. Steak frites was on the money, I wish I had a better picture but I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. This steak could easily compete with a top rated steakhouse. The sandwhich was really good, fries were perfect, and the salad was good too. I cant say the same fornthe sangria, it wasn't for me but I did try it, it seemed to lack authenticity. Dropped in a few pieces of fruit and some red wine with a spritz of something from a bar soda gun (grenadine or maybe cranberry). Not horrible but not too good.

We had a fantastic dinner at The Blue Pig Tavern in Cape May and honestly can’t understand why this place isn’t rated higher. From the start, the fresh rolls and butter were out of this world, seriously some of the best we’ve had anywhere. We shared the lobster mac and cheese and calamari appetizers, and both were outstanding. The portions were generous, especially for a resort town, and the lobster mac was packed with meat, at least four full claws plus more throughout. For entrees, I had the gnocchi alla sorrentina (which was rich and perfectly cooked), my wife had the fish and chips (crispy and light), and our kids devoured the burger and mac and cheese off the kids’ menu. Every dish hit the mark, flavorful, fresh, and well-executed. On top of that, our server Laura was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend The Blue Pig, great food, great value, great service!

Attached to Congress Hall, this is a dining must when visiting or staying in Cape May. Much of their food is sourced from their other property, Beach Plum Farm, in West Cape May. We stopped in for lunch and were very impressed with both of our meals. The lobster roll was moist and delicious and the superfood bowl with salmon was also a great choice. They provide indoor or outdoor dining weather permitting.

We just arrived home from a week stay in Cape May. We had our breakfast at The Blue Pig five out of the seven days. The ice coffee is beyond perfection, each meal was delicious, along with great service. The female manger was so welcoming/happy, gifted my child a pig sticker each day and knew where we preferred to dine. Was very enjoyable and relaxing, we definitely will be back. My six year old who is a very picky eater enjoyed her variety of meals as well. The only restaurant who didn't clear my meal/drink when dinning as a solo parent with a small child. Thank you for the hospitality!!

The menu features a wide variety of traditional American fare including steaks, seafood, salads, and gluten-free options. I give vegas diner 5 stars across the board. As a local I've been going to Vegas Diner for 24 years and I can tell you they are consistent across the board, the food is always made fresh and is served hot and all at the same time, the service is always impeccable and the diner no matter what time of year is clean. I've gone for breakfast lunch and dinner, they make great burgers, chicken dish and the Italian food is even good for a diner. The breakfast is great, they know how to make a great omelet they are light and fluffy, full of flavor and stuffed. They have a great salad bar but they also make one of the best Greek salad, they have everything in this salad even the delicious stuffed grape leaves and pita bread and if you like you can add meat or shrimp, I usually get the grilled chicken and its so bug make sure you bring a friend. Overall I can honestly say that Vegas Diner is the best Diner not only on the Wildwoods Island but also off the Island. If you haven't checked out Vegas Diner and your looking for an authentic diner/restaurant check out Vegas you won't be disappointed.

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Diner & Family Restaurant in Wildwood, NJ — A Jersey Shore Must-Visit! As a Level 8 Google Local Guide with over 37 million photo views, I can honestly say Vegas Diner & Restaurant in Wildwood, New Jersey is one of the top-rated restaurants at the Jersey Shore — and for good reason. This iconic Wildwood diner is open 7 days a week, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner just minutes from the Wildwood Boardwalk. We started with a rich, smooth caramel & cold brew latte and an indulgent Oreo milkshake — both perfect whether you’re heading to the beach or ending a night out. Their famous Boston Crème pancakes are a Wildwood legend: fluffy, golden, and filled with creamy custard. The shrimp scampi was fresh and flavorful, while the chicken pesto sandwich and western avocado burger were hearty, satisfying, and made with quality ingredients. For dessert, the cannoli waffle and silky chocolate mousse are worth the trip alone. One standout feature? The full salad bar — one of the only ones left in the Wildwoods — fully stocked with crisp, fresh options. If you’re craving Italian classics, the chicken parm and portobello mushroom entrée hit the spot every time. Whether you need a family-friendly restaurant in Wildwood NJ, a hearty Jersey Shore breakfast near the boardwalk, or fresh seafood after a day at Morey’s Piers, Vegas Diner & Restaurant is a must-visit. Generous portions, welcoming staff, and a menu packed with crowd-pleasers make it a place locals love and visitors return to year after year.

We went to Vegas Diner for breakfast a couple of days ago, and it was absolutely amazing! I ordered the French toast topped with fresh strawberries — it was soft, flavorful, and perfectly golden. My husband had an omelet that was cooked perfectly, fluffy and packed with flavor. The portions were generous, the food came out hot, and everything tasted fresh. The service was friendly and quick.. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

This restaurant holds a special place in the hearts of many, who eagerly anticipate their visit throughout the year. Uncle Bill's Pancake House is renowned not only on the island but also across New Jersey for being the ultimate breakfast destination.
Hands down the best pancakes (chocolate chip) I have ever had. We came here to cap off our trip and my goodness wasn’t this the best possible way to go out with a bang. I love going out for breakfast and I swear to goodness this is on my top 5 all time breakfast experiences. (This is coming from a guy who has had many a sloppy plate in Rochester under Mr. Beenz previous ownership, aka the golden era.) I want to come back here already! 5/5 keep up the good pancakes

Got the special for the day, blueberry lemon pancakes. Absolutely amazing. No syrup needed. If you do use syrup, go light so the blueberry lemon flavor can show through. You will probably have to wait for a table, but it is worth it!

Had breakfast here on a rainy Saturday morning while down visiting family in South Jersey. Had previously eaten at the other OC UBPH at 40th Street. Long line out front, under the awning to keep from rain, but the staff really moves folks along so was only 20 minutes. Our waitress was fantastic. Had the awesome pumpkin pancakes with a side of scrapple. Others had blueberry waffle and gluten free pancakes. Thanks for the gluten free options--delicious. The UBPH Philly Sports merch is fire. Great meal and glad it has not changed from when I grew up here.

If you're on the hunt for a breakfast haven, look no further than Amy's Omelette House. This delightful eatery offers an extensive menu filled with over 200 omelet variations and a plethora of pancake styles, making it a paradise for breakfast lovers. Open daily from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm in both Burlington and Cherry Hill, it's the perfect spot for families looking to enjoy a hearty meal together.
I stopped in for breakfast this past weekend, and I think I found my breakfast spot to go to next summer before I head off to the beach. This place is super cute inside, and their menu is huge. There are so many great choices that it is so hard to decide on what to get. Desiree was my server, and she was so friendly and attentive. I even trusted her on some recommendations. I opted for one of the more popular items, which is the Florence Omelette, and it was really good. The portions are huge for the price. The only issue and it is a standard issue with most places is that the home fries need a little more flavor in lieu of salt. The coffee here is good too and is served in a very large mug. The restaurant is very clean and they have plenty of free parking in the front. Definitely recommend.

This is the cutest place. Music was 80-90's all bangers. Aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Booths were large and movable to be fitting. We had a server named Beck. He was hospitable and personable. We were NOT ready for the menu.. that thing is 7&8 pages of pure decadence. I recommend this place 10/10. Food was ROCKIN'. As far as I am concerned I've found my early am bfast spot before the beach!!!

First time here. The restaurant is very nice and super clean located in a small strip mall. Had the Soho steak and spinach omelette, which was very good. Spinach and steak were actually chopped into omelette fashion not just folded in the middle like some places. The toast was perfectly toasted, it’s the little things. Service and ambience were very good as well. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area. 🇺🇸

Beware of misrepresentation of food menu items and price gouging. Went there with 5 of my local lady friends proudly wearing my black Amy’s “Hangry” novelty tee I previously purchased there during one of our many dining experiences eating there. We had always had a positive experience at Amy’s; however today was disappointing and very disheartening. I ordered a small combo breakfast entree and side item of Fruit and Yogurt listed as a Side item on their menu for $1.99. I purposely pointed out the item on the menu and verbalized it to our waiter, Beckit. I confirmed the menu prices the side item at the time of my order with Beckit. The menu stated 1.99 for the side and when my bill came to pay I was charged $7.95. When I questioned Beckit he told me he was unable to adjust due to computer software that would not allow him to make adjustment and all items are preprogrammed on their computer. The place was very crowded and I politely and respectfully removed myself and went to the entrance to Speak with the Assistant General Manager on duty working the cash register. I politely discussed the discrepancy being overcharged prior to me paying my bill. The AGM asserted that the side item listed was for other entrees and not breakfast entrees. She asserted I was given a meal portion of Fruit and Yogurt and was charged appropriately. However, she was unable to show me this item/charge on their multi page menu.. I politely asked her to show me the item on the menu I was being charged. She stated that it is impossible to list all their items available on their menus. I politely paid for my bill and casually mentioned that I felt it was a misrepresentation item on their menu and the waiter knew in advance taking my order exactly what Fruit and Yogurt side I was requesting . I returned back to the dining area after paying my bill to meet up with my lady friends. Unknowingly the AGM followed me to my table and became very confrontational, combative and started To share our discussion with my lady friends who were not involved. One of My lady friends politely told her during her enrage episode to please not to get them Involved and this issue was between her and I and not them. At this time there was an audience of customers focused at our table due to the volatile behavior of AGM. I told here she was making scene and being very confrontational with me. We had already discussed our issue in private at the entrance. She told me to leave immediately and never come back again. I immediately left feeling embarrassed and confused with aggressive behavior. She followed me out the door continuing to yell at me. I will never go back again and refuse to continue advertising your business by wearing the Amy’s novelty tee shirt I previously purchased. I truly feel that AGM could had made amends and avoided this unpleasant scene by making the adjustment on the side item for the misunderstanding OR been more professional and courteous by allowing me to leave appropriately after paying my tab when I approached her privately at the register in the entrance way. Farewell Amy. Sadly….

We always eat at this location whenever we visit Seven President Beach. We have tried all three locations and I think this location is the best. Food is great with lots of choices on the menu for everybody. Service is excellent, the waiter was so nice and accomodate everything we asked for. We always ask for easy on the salt on our order, since we're on less salt diet and they made it happen for us. Portion is also good for the value. They just updated their interior, it's now bright, airy and cheery blueish restaurant, love it!

Stopped here for a quick breakfast take out, (pork roll and egg on a hard roll) and it came with home fries or French fries. Some places, I need to ask for double pork roll, but since this was my first time here, I took a chance and was not disappointed! Hardy sandwich! Satisfying. I recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience due to poor management and a serious lack of attention to food allergies. Despite informing the staff about a specific allergy ahead of time, my request was not properly communicated to the kitchen. As a result, I was served food containing the allergen. When I raised the issue, the management was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no apology or real concern. I expected better safety protocols and accountability. I do not recommend this place for anyone with dietary restrictions.
Erica S — Google review
First time at this popular spot and so very disappointed. The food is below average. It’s as if the owner has absolutely no interest whatsoever about the quality of the food. I ordered eggs. How can you screw up eggs??? No flavor at all. The chicken that came with it was dry. The vegetables that were part of the meal were dry. The entire thing was dry and lacking flavor. I guess the fact that there was a lot of food on the plate somehow makes up for this. Trust me it is not good. Yet perhaps this place is catering to a local population that doesn’t even know what good properly prepared food looks like or even what it should look like. If that’s the case then this place is catering to the lacking taste of it’s masses. Bless!

Asbury Kitchen is a cozy spot known for its breakfast favorites, creative salads, and hot sandwiches. Visitors love the fresh and filling food, especially the pancakes. The friendly and attentive staff make dining here a pleasant experience. With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, it's a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Customers appreciate the accommodating nature of the staff, particularly in catering to dietary restrictions such as gluten-free options.
OC NJ has so many great breakfast places that it is really hard to stand out, which Asbury Kitchen does effortlessly. The staff is cheerful and knows the perfect thing to suggest to a patron who is struggling to choose from so many tempting options. The Jersey Benedict with a side of Chipped Beef was perfect. The Goat Cheese Tomato and Basil Crepe (with house made Basil Pesto) was delicious. There is a bonus picture of their upcoming new menu item “Holiday Toast” which we will come back for.

Love Asbury Kitchen! Breakfast is my fav meal of the day, and OC def has a lot to offer when it comes to breakfast/brunch! My boyfriend has celiacs (gluten free allergy) and this is our go to! Equipped with a separate fully Gluten Free menu, gluten free desserts, and accommodating staff. There were so many options we’ve never seen at other places (gluten free eggs benedict— pictured) and so much more that we need to go back and try— gluten free almond pound cake- yes please! I got a regular Jersey Eggs Benedict which was absolutely delicious and he got the same made gluten free and we shared a stack of gluten free pancakes with fresh strawberry and crispy bacon. Everything was made to perfection!!! Cozy and clean atmosphere, friendly staff and lots of options! Highly recommend for breakfast/brunch and especially for any friends with allergies!

The Cracked Egg Cafe is a popular breakfast spot in New Jersey with charming decor and delicious food. The cafe is frequented by locals and tourists alike for its classic brunch dishes.
The food here was excellent. We ate outside and our main reason for coming was the sausage gravy of which I am a connoisseur and approve of. Different than your southern Hardy’s or Cracker Barrel but still delicious and recommended. We are outside though and the bees were pretty bad. I think the short trees attract them along with the syrup and sugar left over on the tables once the food has been eaten. I recommend eating inside if you have an allergy. Otherwise though, 5 stars! Thank you.

We loved this little gem in Galloway. From the friendly service to the delicious food - with a small town homey vibe, the perfect place for a great breakfast. Richard the owner and cook knows how to juggle all the orders, cooking up fresh eggs and home fries and pancakes like a seasoned pro. We loved the pancakes - fluffy and not too sweet with anything, and the sausage patties were so good grilled fresh to order. Great value with generous portions - definitely worth a stop.

The Cracked Egg Cafe lives up to it's great rating on Maps. The outside looks like a place from a storybook and then you walk inside and it opens up into a Cafe that feels much bigger yet cozy. The food was great and the environment was kept spotless. The gentleman in charge showed that he cared about everyone who was there. He especially cared about the temperature/air conditioning since today is extremely warm outside. The Cracked Egg Cafe is a must-visit for sure.

This is my favorite place to have breakfast. The atmosphere is comforting and cozy. I always have two eggs over medium and they are always perfect. The hash browns and coffee are great too. The most recent time we went it was quite busy. We sat at the bar and watched the cook who had order after order coming in. Everything came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. The omelets are sizable and flavorful. The corn beef was perfect and the pancakes light and fluffy topped with fresh fruit. This establishment is cash only so come prepared! It was the perfect start to our day!

Medical Test Thursday - stopped by Ocean University Medical Centers Outpatient Lab for Kit Dwight's Bloodwork and then here for Breakfast!!! Kit, chose the Bacon Cheese Burger Omelette with Rye Toast and Home Fried Potatoes... My choice was the Classic Pork Roll, Egg, Cheese with my signature request of Jalapeno Pepper Slices seasoned with SPK and Frank's Hot Sauce on a delicious roll. On the side I ordered Bacon, that were 4 slices of crispy deliciousness!!!

Absolutely love this place! The food is delicious, portions are generous, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Classic diner vibes with a cozy, local feel. The corned beef hash and pancakes are my go-to. Cash only, but totally worth it. A must-visit if you're in Point Pleasant!

A quaint breakfast spot a couple minutes from the beach. They have a nice family owned vibe going on and were very amiable. The pancakes here were absolutely amazing and by themselves earned 5 stars.

Always a solid breakfast with my man, Capt. Dee, when we go to Klotz. Great food, very fair prices, and outstanding staff and owner.

My husband and I just moved into town and have been here twice for breakfast. We will keep going back for sure! Food is delicious, well priced and service is always friendly. There are so many options on the menu!

We were seeking a new "place" to visit while in town. Our other "place" has changed owners and so we searched. I'm a sucker for a custom mug, so off we went. Klotz's Kitchen was inviting, friendly, tasty, well priced and clean. We will definitely be back! The barnacle pancakes were delicious. The sausage gravy was a HUGE portion and very filling. I love the hashbrowns. Perfectly made. I just can't say enough.

The Chicken or the Egg in Beach Haven is a vibrant 24/7 diner known for its signature Chegg chicken wings in 17 different sauces. The funky decor and casual dress code of tank tops and flip-flops make it a perfect spot to kick into vacation mode on LBI. This popular eatery offers a variety of foods for every meal, including stuffed omelets, eggwiches, flavorful peanut butter pancakes, jumbo wings, and extra-thick milkshakes.
Maddie took great care of us! Quick service and amazing food. Eggs, chicken, waffles were all delicious.

Had breakfast at The Chicken or the Egg, and it was fantastic! The portions were generous, and the menu had plenty of creative options that made it tough to choose just one thing. I went with an omelet that was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming, capturing the laid-back vibe of the Jersey Shore. Service was quick, even with the morning crowd. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a great breakfast spot in Beach Haven!

Chegg breakfast is a beachside legend for a reason. I had the crabby omelet and it was pure coastal comfort—rich, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The vibe is laid-back and lively, with friendly service and big portions that hit the spot after a morning stroll. Expect a wait, but it moves fast and it’s totally worth it. A must-stop on LBI.
Joseph I — Google review
Man I love this place. I came back here after almost a decade hiatus because I remember loving their wings, and they still hit the spot. I got the beesting (breaded) which were a perfect mild-med buffalo with a hint of sweetness to cut into the spice. The breaded option has a heavier coating than your classic wing, but adds a nice crunch if you don't mind some extra breading (which also holds more oil from the fryer). The boneless 'wings' are essentially chicken tenders, thinner in style. The atmosphere inside is an absolute vibe with all the decor, comic style tabletops and menus, etc. We also ordered the New England clam chowder simply because it was award winning -- excellent, although ngl I've had better in other spots on the island. Overall, really no complaints, and I will definitely come back here again next time I visit LBI (now living out of state).
Doug F — Google review
This place used to be amazing. It's kind of gone downhill and the prices keep going up. Wings are not crispy. Wraps are kind of soggy overall not what it used to be. It's kind of like a fallen hero but used to be amazing 10 years ago and 20 years ago, probably its peak but overall still OK for you know if you're late night food eating

Stopped in for a post-run Brekky.was my first time and it was wonderful! Had the lumberjack omelet, eggs Benny, chicken, and Bee Sting Sauce of course! Everything was delicious.

The Chicken or the Egg is a family favorite every time we’re in LBI. The food is excellent with something for everyone — our kids love the fun breakfast options and milkshakes, while my wife and I can never pass up the wings and sandwiches. Portions are generous and the quality is always top notch. What really makes it special is the atmosphere. It’s casual, welcoming, and perfect for families. Even when it’s busy, the staff is friendly and efficient, and they always make us feel at home. If you’re in Beach Haven with your family, this is one of those must-stop places you’ll keep coming back to. We can’t recommend it enough!

Marvis Diner is a classic spot with a tropical ambiance that offers a wide range of dishes, including breakfast options, burgers, soups, and wraps. The diner is known for its welcoming atmosphere and simple yet delicious menu. It's a great place to enjoy some tasty burgers with fries or indulge in their popular chicken fingers. Additionally, they serve delectable breakfast platters for early risers.
Excellent location, and I highly recommend it. During a trip with some relatives, we ate at this restaurant multiple times simply because the food was that good compared to some of the other local options. Both the breakfast and dinner menus were good, and the portion sizes were not lacking in the slightest. Potentially slightly expensive depending on what you order, but there is a good chance you won't be disappointed.
Creeper T — Google review
Big menu, big portions, huge kitchen, and a pretty big, modern but basic seating area, both indoors and out. Oh, and reasonable prices too. It’s diner food but a couple of levels better; my chicken gyro and fries was huge (couldn’t finish it) and the menu is all over the map, with everything from burgers to salads to chicken parmagiana, pasta and seafood. I sat at the counter and service was pretty dang attentive. I dunno, maybe they were bored (it wasn’t that crowded and there were like 5 servers on) but I’m cool with that. Seems kid-friendly (they have milkshakes), and there’s plenty of parking in the lot outside too.

Nice dinner. Was crowded, food was adequate. At least they know how to cook fried eggs over easy.. The service was good. Or waited was very cute and efficient. Lol.

Overall good experience, Tara was our server and she was amazing. Food was fresh and came out hot. Only reason for the 4 stars is for the small ants that were crawling on the window ledge.

Marvis Diner is a staple on our family trips! Fantastic portions, super tasty, awesome atmosphere. You can’t go wrong coming here for any of your meals. Bar & grill
Nestled in the picturesque Diamond Beach, Coastal Blue Oceanside Bar & Grill is a delightful dining destination that captures the essence of seaside charm. This casually elegant eatery offers a diverse menu featuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner options that elevate traditional American comfort food with a modern twist. With an emphasis on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, each dish promises to tantalize your taste buds.
Coastal Blue might be one of the best restaurants in the Wildwoods. This was a random find off Google, and wow were we surprised! They have some of the best calamari I’ve ever had, and the bread is deliciously house-made. The sushi is phenomenal, as is the lobster roll, NY strip, salmon, and spaghetti with clams. The bartender is great (with a delightfully heavy hand) and knowledgeable about the scotch that my father-in-law was requesting, the first one to be so on the island for us. Ashley, our server, was a delight and truly made our experience incredible!! Definitely will be returning and recommending!
Savi P — Google review
Our recent experience at Coastal Blue was anything but impressive. The restaurant itself it was pleasant enough. Small but inviting decorated on the more casual side. What you would expect from any seaside restaurant. The menu was limited. Without considering sandwiches there are only eight entrees available. Although we expected that going in as we had looked at the menu prior to our visit. Our server was pleasant and attentive although there was one concern that would be noted. I had been looking forward to ordering the crab stuffed Bass with crab imperial. After ordering our appetizers we then placed our entree order. It was only then that we were told that they were out of the Bass with crab imperial. A tidbit of information that should have been shared when presented with our menus. As such I had to make an alternate choice. I decided to order the crab cakes. That was a big mistake. As I saw on the menu that the bass was stuffed with crab imperial made with lump crab meat I assumed the crab cakes would be similar. That was far from the truth. The crab cakes were made with the much inferior claw meat. Adding insult to injury, as you can see by the photograph, the two crab cakes were more appetizer size than anything. Additionally the asparagus was limited to three stalks. The only impressive portion size was the potatoes. Looking at other reviews and photographs I saw, there were generous amount of asparagus. Not in this case. I can't imagine the chef being proud of sending out that order to a customer. My dining partner ordered the chicken bruschetta with risotto and tomato salad. The chicken was unremarkable, being a dish that you would expect at any basic restaurant. The risotto was rather basic along with the tomato salad. We also ordered two appetizers. The calamari was good, fresh, with a respectable portion. The pretzels on the other hand is another story. We received three pretzel sticks with three different types of mustards. As they were described as jumbo Bavarian pretzel sticks. I had hoped to have experienced a good German beer cheese with them Not a chance. Even the three muscles describe we're not those that we received. What I also noticed was that the pretzel sticks we're quite literally those you buy in a box at Aldi. At $14 for three pretzel sticks, it's an appetizer that I would never consider ordering again. You can purchase 25 at Aldi for the same price. Our visit was not over a weekend but during the week. The restaurant was far from busy. I can't imagine why they were out of various dishes other than due to improper inventory control. This restaurant is representing itself as a high-end culinary experience when in fact it's just another basic restaurant in a tourist area. I'm sure they rely on an overturn of tourists to visit their restaurant because I can't imagine any locals like ourselves having any desire to return. Our total bill was $99 before gratuity. This included only two soft drinks with no liquor. At any other restaurant I would expect to pay less than half. Save yourself the trip and disappointment and enjoy dinner at any other restaurant because you'll leave this restaurant disappointed and hungry.
Frank B — Google review
Very disappointed with the service, with the exception of the general manager Matt. He was a ray sunshine in this very underwhelming experience. It started when we approached the hostess stand at dinner, and were told there were no tables because they were booked up with reservations. Lo and behold, we go online and there were reservations available for that very time and multiple others. We’re then told they only have seating outside, though we spied several tables inside. “Reserved” tables I’m sure. Our server was nice, but our appetizers reached our table before our drinks. Our appetizers, the calamari and shrimp, were fine. The shrimp had good flavor but was definitely over cooked- hard and rubbery. I got the stuffed bass and my partner got the NY strip steak. Mine was good, but my partner’s steak was under-seasoned. Though it did have a nice crust on it. The veggies weren’t seasoned. Do NOT get the crab cakes. Not worth the up charge. It’s bad when the mashed potatoes are the star of the show. Overall, the cost was not worth what we experienced.
Sarah F — Google review
We stopped here for a late midweek lunch in September...and we had the place to ourselves! The hostess, Barbara, was attentive and amazing, our waiter was lovely...but even though we were the only diners, he was less than attentive when it came to refilling drinks. So much so, that my boyfriend (much to my embarrassment) banged his empty beer mug on the table...NOT COOL...but the waiter did come over, and Barbara checked in on us too. I apologized for my boyfriend's noise...which was louder than he intended...and they over compensated for the rest of the meal...even giving us the second round of drinks on the house (which was a very lovely, and much appreciated gesture!) Our tacos were delicious ( I had mahi mahi, and he had pork)...but the best part of the meal was our appetizer...the crab cake!! Absolutely delicious! We will definitely be going back! We even made friends with some locals ;)
Deborah S — Google review
For a hotel based dining experience we had no real complaints. There are not many decent spots around here when it comes to the various pubs and pizza places so it was nice to just try something new in the area. We did the three course dinner specials, portions could have all been slightly larger for the price. Apps were decent, the crab cake entree was tasty, the grilled chicken entree was hearty and left me full, the desserts were a bit bland but presentation on all dishes was satisfactory! Drink refills were consistent, the ambience is also very nice they were out of lemons at the time. Would return when we come down again maybe try something new.
Andrew C — Google review
We stayed at the hotel and ended up having one dinner and one breakfast here. As well as a couple drinks at the bar. Food was better than average for a hotel restaurant. The crab cake was delicious and the eggs Benedict was almost perfect ... I thought the hollandaise was a bit sweet. The bartender was excellent and offered some small shots to try his take on my favorite cocktails and we were able to enjoy some great live music. Fun, bright, comfortable space with awesome service and very good food and drinks.
Teresa R — Google review
We chose coastal blue for dinner because my kids love sushi so it was a great that it was offered. Service was great and the outdoor seating area was casual and comfortable. Calamari was great and we loved the sauce that comes with it. The grapefruit crush was so good! The adults had the crab cakes and the mahi mahi tacos. The mashed potatoes were the best I ever had. And yes, it was only 3 stalks of asparagus but they were thick and well prepared. Service was great, I believe his name was David!

My husband and I went for dinner and I must say the atmosphere, food, and service were phenomenal. Our server John was friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. Toast Asbury Park is a bustling cafe located in downtown, offering a homestyle breakfast, brunch, and lunch experience in a casual setting. The menu features an array of classic American dishes such as pancakes in various flavors like buttermilk, red velvet, and carrot cake. Additionally, diners can enjoy build-your-own burgers, signature sandwiches, and an assortment of egg dishes including omelets and scrambles. The restaurant also caters to vegan and vegetarian preferences with a separate menu.
5-Star Review for Toast – Asbury Park From the moment we walked in, the experience at Toast in Asbury Park was amazing. We were warmly greeted by Michael , and our server Hannah took the time to go over the specials — which many places don’t even bother to do. She was super sweet and made us feel welcomed right away. We ordered the Banana Plaster with bacon — the bacon was cooked perfectly (not burnt!), which we really appreciated. We also had the BLT with extra bacon, and the lemon poppy with blueberry — everything was presented beautifully and tasted just as good as it looked. The egg white omelet with bacon, ham, tomatoes, and onions was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Everything was very, very, very good. Toast definitely earned their five stars. Go check them out — you won’t be disappointed!

My two eggs over easy were excellent though a little over cooked yoke was not as runny as I expected. Wife loved her gluten free pancakes with blueberries. My good friend's carrot cake pancakes were also a hit and very much recommended by him. Service was good and professional. The atmosphere is upscale diner - nice.

This place is not only an amazing breakfast haunt, but you can come here for a great brunch or lunch as well! You can never go wrong with the pancake plate which always comes with carrot cake, red velvet, And lemon poppy. All the hashes are great, including the corn beef and the crab, but my personal favorite is the Santa Fe bowl add chorizo, and it literally becomes the perfect meal! If you’re in the mood for lunch, they have a great Thai wrap!

Four of us went for breakfast around 9:30 AM on a Friday. We were promptly greeted and seated. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive. My coconut latte was fabulous, and the others enjoyed hot chai lattes and a caramel latte. The lemon poppyseed pancakes were a dream! All of us cleaned our plates! By the time we were getting ready to leave the entire place was packed and everything appeared to be running efficiently. We did witness one unhappy customer who was displeased with the 3% surcharge for using a credit card (which we thought was petty since almost every place does this). The man seemed to want to cause a scene. The manager/owner handled the rude customer very well and remained calm and professional the entire time. Kudos to him! We highly recommend Toast and, if we return to Asbury Park, we will definitely be back to enjoy more delicious food!

I came for the good reviews and was not disappointed. The food is fresh, and is presented beautifully. The quesadilla may be the best one i have had yet, it was delicious. Pretty good not a perfect score for me but defiantly a good spot wait was way to long for a Wednesday like 45 minutes but alright I got my favorite thing a sausage egg and cheese and they had a brioche bun I asked for avocado on my sandwich and I didn’t get that much but it’s ok I got there pound of fudge coffee and omg to die for 5/5. Overall if there was less wait I would come here every time but it’s a nice spot to stop by!

This review is solely based on my experience and service given to me. I ordered one Beyond Burger with Swiss cheese, sweet potato fries, and one Veggie Sandwich with chips. I also made sure they are toasted. After 20 minutes of waiting, server came out and told me that they don't have beyond patty, then why would you take order and payment without inquiring. Then I was offered to select something else. So I selected another Veggie sandwich. However, when I got my order and drove away, realized that there was no sweet potato fries and bread was not toasted on both sandwiches. I called in to get refund for extra charges was made for fries but lack of service and quality of food is turnoff. I don't care how busy the place is but poor service and quality, I would not visit this place in future. I wish I could give 0 *. Google should add option to provide 0 or no * with review.

Food was delicious and the place is adorable. Yummy, cute drinks with dinner! We gave the waitress our order and unfortunately both items came out incorrect, but the waitress remedied it right away. Burger came out with lettuce & tomatoes which were asked to be omitted. (Not a huge deal) Ordered a chicken quesadilla and a steak one was served. But once corrected, the chickens quesadilla was delicious!! Would definitely recommend the place!! So cute inside and the staff was super friendly!

The Old Causeway Steak & Oyster House is a lively tavern located just before the bridge to LBI. It offers a raw bar, seafood, steak, and cocktails along with live weekend music. The restaurant is known for its steaks and oysters, but patrons also rave about the karate-chop pork chop with pineapple-soy glaze. Additionally, it provides a private shuttle service to and from the island.
We went here based on a recommendation from a friend, and loved it! Great casual and fun place, really awesome food, and super service. They don't seat until your full party is there, so don't plan on arriving in spurts for larger parties. Kim was our waitress and she was awesome and helped with some recommendations. We tried the deviled eggs because the menu said it was a must try, and they were delish. The asparagus was cooked perfect with a lovely light lemon flavor. Fish tacos were super, comparable to some of the best ones I've had in San diego, and the Pork chop special was to die for! We will be back when we are in the area again. Forgot to mention the rocky road bread pudding - simply scrumptious and this could easily appease a party of 4 to share!

Went there for 1st time and was meeting family member who was slightly behind us. Hostess was friendly and although she wouldn’t seat us until all parties were present, she gave us a fifteen minute window and held a table. Perfectly understandable. Place was packed. Jake our server was fantastic! Pleasant and quickly attended to us. Had the deviled eggs both ways to start. Better then mom’s. Pork chop melted in my mouth, salad entry was large.. we were there for late lunch. Can’t wait to go back for dinner. Ask for Jake, very nice young man!! Forgot—-the pork belly was as tender as cotton candy.

For our first visit here we started our meal with the pretzel appetizer, and let me tell you, it was enormous—definitely an impressive and delicious way to kick things off. It had an ok cheese sauce but would've been better with beer cheese. For the main course, the food only got better. The filet was cooked to absolute perfection and was meltingly tender. Paired with a side of their incredibly creamy mac and cheese, it was the ideal, comforting combination. Yum!!! Since it was my birthday, I simply couldn't resist ordering the creme brulee for dessert. It was the perfect sweet finish to a fantastic celebration! From start to finish, the quality of the food and the ambiance were top-notch. We had a wonderful time and I honestly can't wait to go back soon!

Still chasing that Fish Taco experience The Old Causeway is an establishment that I have frequented before. The first time I went, I thought their fish tacos were absolutely amazing, potentially the best I have ever had. This most recent trip, the food was still good but the fish tacos felt a little disappointing compared to the last time because of how amazing they were the first time. Overall I would say the Fish Tacos were really good, the Big Cheese was good as well, & the Pulled Pork Sandwich was great. This place is terribly crowded & the parking was awful. If not for the parking, this would get a 5 star review.

It's also a short walk to NJ Transit, and a quick car-sharing ride from Seastreak Ferry stops, making travel from the city convenient even without a car. The Molly offers a classic, old-school elegance reminiscent of Count Basie's heyday - timeless and stylish, without feeling overdone. The views of the Navesink river from the promenade and dining room are breathtaking, and elevate the entire atmosphere. Then, there's the food. I've been to The Dining Room multiple times for lunch and dinner, and every meal I've had there has been somewhere on the spectrum between wonderful and exceptional. The food provided for the wedding was no exception - the cocktail hour was so abundant that many guests thought that it *was* the dinner. From scallops with bacon, to duck ravioli and spring rolls, everything was top notch. Our dinner featured the filet mignon, pistachio-crusted salmon, and herb-marinated chicken, all cooked to perfection. Even the short rib - which unfortunately didn't make our final cut - is so good, we highly recommend it for regular dining. The ballroom comfortably fit our ~130 guests - intimate without feeling crowded, and not so large to ever feel empty. The Molly provided uplighting that really accentuated the color palette we chose and turned an already beautiful ballroom into an exciting dance floor. We were lucky to work with Lauren, the coordinator, who was professional, kind, and impressively organized. She walked us through everything calmly and with clarity, coordinating our vendors behind the scenes so we could enjoy the day without a hitch. On the day-of, Cristian, the maitre d'hotel, was attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. He paid attention to the little details, like a quick flute of bubbly right after exiting the ceremony, or ushering us to a separate space to get some food and libation before joining the guests, that made us feel so special. They have a bar/lounge semi-enclosed next to the dining room which we used as an after party space, which was a perfect cozy and relaxing way to end the big day. We used the Navesink room for brunch the day after, and once again the food was excellent, the staff was kind and attentive, and the river views and outdoor section made for a magical send off for our guests. Some reviews complain that the rooms aren't modern enough - to me, that's missing the point. The Molly Pitcher is historic and full of charm. Expecting minimalist modernity at a place like this is like booking a ski lodge and expecting an experience you'd have at a chain hotel. If you want great food, beautiful views, timeless charm, and a staff that makes your big day effortless and extraordinary - a place that's elegant, yet accessible - The Molly Pitcher Inn should be at the top of your list!

Debbie in the restaurant went over and beyond, she was awesome and worth the visit as well as Jake. Outstandingservice . The staff were also very accommodating and very friendly. The rooms were a bit old, small and could use some improvement, especially the bathroom. We were there for my nephews wedding Sept 26 and everything was so beautiful. Again I can't express enough of the Outstanding service from Debbie and Jake!!

The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance to a lot of places which made things very convenient. Rooms were comfortable but a little outdated. The highlight of our trip was going to the pool. The service was great and with how busy they were the drinks and food still came out amazing. But that pool would fall apart if it wasn’t for the bartender Kaitlin. She was awesome making sure everyone was being helped and always having a smile on her face. She makes a killer Orange crush. We would definitely would come back just to enjoy the pool and pool bar again!

The location is great as far as being on the water where the boats are docked. I didn't sense anything else was within walking distance, but I wasn't familiar with the area. Seems it's a popular place for wedding parties. The hotel is old (historic), but seemed clean and well kept. Breakfast was a bit slow, but really good tasting and friendly service. Nice bar and outdoor seating. Pool area looked very nice, but I didn't have enough time to give it a try.

We had our wedding at the Molly Pitcher Inn recently and could not have been happier with the experience! The staff were amazing. Lauren was so organized and guided us in the planning process. She is the best! Christian made the day of so easy and was very accommodating. The food was also really great. We loved our experience at the Molly Pitcher and definitely would recommend it highly.

My husband and I recently stayed here on the night of our wedding. We have both lived in the area since we were born and are very familiar with the Molly Pitcher. Upon arriving to the hotel to check in rather late in the night, we were told they did not have our reservation despite booking 8 months prior and calling twice that week to confirm. They were able to find a small room to put us in after 30 minutes of confusion. I called the next day to try and clear up the confusion and was told by the reservations manager that my reservation was at Oyster Point Hotel (proved that it was not) and that we were lucky we were not getting charged a no show fee. We would urge people not to stay here on their wedding night!

Came here for the first time on August 17 with a group of friends for brunch and it was absolutely divine! When arriving, I was completely astonished by the view of, what the hostess told me, is the Navesink River. There were two beautiful young adult hostesses who were the absolute sweetest. They were kind but were able to properly react to my husbands stupid jokes. I believe the girl who sat us name was Maddie/Maddy, she was so so kind and accommodating. Was telling us all the facts of the area when we asked and Gave us the perfect table! You can really tell she is great at what she does. Our server was the sweetest young girl who made the day even better. Food was incredible, best brunch I ever had!! The only downside is that I live three hours away, but I cannot wait to return! Another note I want to add is you can really tell the staff likes each other, I feel like that makes or breaks a resturant. But they all seemed to get a long on a personal level which made the environment so friendly and great

We were amazed by how beautiful the inn was. Even though our stay was short, we really enjoyed it. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the customary breakfast was a lovely local touch. The area was calm and peaceful, and the bar and dining area had amazing views—an ideal setting to sit back and enjoy the atmosphere

The classic Jersey Shore diner experience. Been going here since I was a kid and now I’m bringing my wife and kids. Everybody loved their food and the cool lobster design in the kids pancakes were a big hit. Always great, friendly service here, fun old school diner ambience, and really solid Jersey diner food.

3.5 Stars. Took a day trip with friends. It was raining so we went here to wait for the sky to clear so we can go out with our boats. Food was okay. Basic. Nothing Special. Foodwise.. hust don’t expect anything much. Service was very good though. Very attentive. All the servers were nice.

The only good thing about this diner was the service. The wait staff was very attentive. Eggs and bacon and sausage were great. Pancakes and french toast lacked flavor.

CASH ONLY. For a diner this place is fantastic!!! The food is fresh! The service is great! Clean! Open for dine inside or outside. Their omelets are wonderful. Our favorite was the liverwurst & onion sandwich! Second best was the potato skin omelette. My son loved the fried clam platter (I thought they were a little chewy). Thumbs up 👍 to this place. One of the best diners we have been to with regard to the food!

This charming spot may be slightly underrated, but it’s truly a hidden gem worth discovering. Locals rave about its relaxed diner vibe and the owner’s commitment to providing authentic and honest food. The menu features delightful modern twists on traditional dishes like California scrambles, carrot cake pancakes, and gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches.
This place is the best diner ever. Lots of people here but food and drinks still came out in around 15 min. Waitress Allie was so nice and pleasant. We had a iced latte and iced cappuccino and it was so so good unimaginably good. The food was also magnificent. If we could leave a 100 ⭐ review would of. Recommend to everybody even vegan and gluten-free options.

I've had good meals here before (try the pancakes) but you have to know what to order. I tried the Mediterranean omelet (spinach, tomato and feta), the egg was underseasoned, the veggies weren't incorporated into the omelet at all, just wrapped up in it at the end, and the chunks of tomato and spinach were still a bit undercooked. Had to reach for salt/pepper right away. Plate wasn't too bad to finish, but it was really just okay, I would not order an omelet again if I ever go back. Service and atmosphere were great though.

My husband and I went for breakfast on Sunday morning, we had about a 15 minute wait as it was very crowded, but the staff is very polite and courteous. Our server Catherine seemed very experienced and was pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious and we polished off our plates. The lemon blueberry poppyseed pancakes were to die for. Their special for today The Dubai latte, ( I got the decaf version) was delicious, not overly sweet, but very decadent at the same time. The Mediterranean omelette was very fresh and seasoned perfectly. We will be coming here more often for sure!

My bf and I went for breakfast on 3/29. It was busy at 11am. I ordered over easy eggs, home fries, rye toast, and deep fried bacon. Runners brought the food. It was cold. My bacon was grilled and light. I sent it back to be deep fried and got it grilled again. And this is the first place I’ve ever been that gives you one slice of toast with your breakfast. My bf raved about his strawberry shake though 🤷‍♀️If you want to roll the dice come here

The charming, comfortable cafe in Asbury Park has been serving the community since 1984. With a serene outdoor seating area, this eatery specializes in classic American breakfast and lunch options. Chat & Nibble continually updates its menu to reflect current culinary trends and ensure customer satisfaction. Located just off Main Street, locals flock here to enjoy generous portions of hash browns and pancakes while catching up with friends over newspapers.
Had a great breakfast. Prices are amazing for Asbury Park. Everything you'd want in a traditional breakfast menu. The Eggs Benedict was good. The eggs were poached perfectly and the English muffin was the perfect size and crispy. The pancakes were delicious. Hash browns were your basic square fried patty. Was hoping for traditional sherraded potato hash browns. The staff was friendly and warm. Plenty of seating inside. I highly recommend this place. The lunch menu looks good as well. Will definitely be back.
James N — Google review
The Chat & Nibble is a low-key spot where you can actually hear yourself talk — at least until a table of twelve rolls in at 10. We came for a quiet breakfast and left raving about their eggs Benedict lineup. The Jersey Benedict and Irish Benedict were our favorites, each with their own personality and perfectly poached eggs. The benny menu is way deeper than expected, and it’s all reasonably priced - considering the work put into the dish and the fact we're in NJ. Sides of banana and blueberry pancakes came loaded with fresh fruit — not just sprinkled on top — a detail we appreciated. One sticking point of the experience, though, was the service fee for parties of 6 or more, which was stealthy put on the check. The service fee for parties of 6+ is understandable, however, our 6th party member was a newborn of 3 months. It just feels odd because she took up no space, and can't even eat mushed peas yet, but still counted towards the service fee. Really just rubbed us the wrong way.

Delicious food with a variety of choices to suit all dietary needs. Reasonably priced as well! I had the Chicken Avocado Salad Club with a side of Sweet Potato Fries and would definitely be back again in the future.
James ( — Google review
I've been here for breakfast many times but finally decided to give their lunch a try. I was very pleased. I opted for the chicken salad club with a side of macaroni salad-- everything was nice & fresh, including the lettuce & tomato in the sandwich. It was clear the salads were homemade (and not too mayo-y, which I hate!). Very tasty! Service was excellent. I love the shabby diner ambiance. The walls could probably use a good washing & perhaps a new coat of paint, but it's places like these that are the heart of Asbury Park. More of this, less of the polished, Instagram-ready establishments. (I ate half of my sandwich before I thought to take a pic, btw!)
Matt P — Google review
I ordered an Egg Salad sandwich, no where does it mention the very thin bread being disgustingly toasted or that they were also going to add hot lettuce to the sandwich. Because it was strangely toasted the egg salad which is not made good anyways is runny and hot and melted. I am absolutely repulsed. They also advertised their pine apple Pineapple Juice as "fresh squeezed" and I got a DOLE can of Pineapple Juice. I am SO unhappy with this order and I will be making sure I warn others. Food is TOO EXPENSIVE for this terrible quality.

We were pretty disappointed because we walked from the beach all the way to another establishment in the area. We had been to the other place twice before and didn't realize they were closed on Tuesdays. I googled breakfast places and found this one and saw it had good reviews. Looking over the menu I didn't see anything that really stood out to me but decided to order something I like in general. I got the special with 2 eggs, toast, home fries, corned beef hash and an iced coffee. My daughter got french toast and my sons got bacon, egg and cheese on a hard roll. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD! My entire meal was awesome! My kids enjoyed everything! I wasn't sure if it was going to be "anything special" but it really was! It was such a good breakfast! We were all happy we went there! I've ordered what I had at other places but this was the best. Service was great and efficient! Definitely recommend and now when we're in the area we have another breakfast choice!

We enjoyed a delightful lunch in this charming 1880 building in Bay Head. The Cafe has inside and outdoor seating as well as a separate walk up ice cream shop. I ordered the vegetable egg omelette and it came with a side of pancakes. My friend ordered a lunch special with eggs and a mini hot fudge Sunday for dessert. The food was fresh and cooked to our specification. The interior is bright and spacious with decor to match the building. The owner, Mary, chatted with us and said the will offer dinners soon. What a great breakfast and lunch option for our community. Noticed a post explaining that Dune Grass would be opening up for breakfast and lunch inside of one of our favorite establishments, Used to Be's in Normandy Beach. We tried it out for breakfast and it was delicious. The coffee was amazing and the pancakes were perfect! Such a warm and inviting place and is worth stopping in to check out. What a hidden gem! Hope that they install some better signage soon so people know that they are tucked away inside of Used to Be's.

We had an incredible experience at Brownstone Pancake Factory! We visited on a Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised by the lack of wait time. The staff was amazing and made my baby sister’s 11th birthday truly special. The food was not only beautifully presented but also tasted fantastic. A special thank you to the wonderful waitstaff and the incredibly kind manager, Carlos. My family will definitely be returning!

Adorable atmosphere with a old time van in the middle, which you can actually sit at a table inside. Extensive menu that will have you wanting to go back to try something new. I had the short rib burger and fries for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious ( brought half home) and Tom had the pancake wrap with sausage, egg and cheese and bottomless coffee. My special came with soup, which wasn't exactly ready at 9 AM, so I got it to go. We definitely want to go back soon.

This place is an absolute joy. First off the building and locations are clean, in good shape and are very nice. It is more upscale than your local diner but just as casual. I took my Dad here and was wanting a really good classic pancake. i was able to get that and they were absolutely delicious. Fluffy, moist, and perfectly cooked and presented. I got mine with a side of Pork Roll/Taylor ham. I HIGHLY recommend them and they were so good I ate half of them without even pitting on syrup. That good!! My dad wanted pancakes with strawberry’s and settled for the deluxe pancakes which were classic pancakes with strawberry, banana and blueberries (and whip cream). Look at this dish!! it was absolutely amazing with a lot of great fruit. We both took half home for tomorrows breakfast :) Our server was friendly, attentive and seemed to be enjoying her work and service. She made us feel welcome. In addition to her service, she also offered to top our coffees any time she was passing by. We also had the manager come check on us right after the food was delivered to ensure we were satisfied. He checked back two more times during our meal. All in all, I would highly recommend Brownstone and I will be back to try many of their other dishes over the coming months.

Mister Freddie and his coworker came to Union, New Jersey with a very clean ice cream truck for a graduation party. They no doubt were paid enough to travel from Brick, New Jersey to the said location. So, don't get us wrong, the ice cream and fried options were "okay" but certainly were not worth Brownstone Pancake Factory's borderline criminal overpricing for all of their items. We have had better tasting ice cream experiences, fried or not. Save your money and go to other store options rather than throwing your money in the streets whether it is brownstone or not, as it were. At least, the truck was immaculate. It better be due to the exorbitant prices they are charging its customers. Lastly, we must state that, although there were over 25 people placing their order(s) for multiple items, their processing and wait time were amazingly quick (like less than 6 minutes per person). ■A Quyloon Reese Report on Experiences & Custom (QR-REC)®: •Food: 40/100 (it eats glorified greasy line items you can get elsewhere but has a very basic taste and is nothing to scream about; except for its heavily overpriced options that is borderline criminal) •Portion to Cost Ratio: 85/100 (slightly more than decent) •Comfortable: 75/100 (nice wide service widows and menu transparency) •Hospitality (Staff): 90/100 (Mr. Freddie seemed nice, despite coming from Brick, New Jersey area; excellent processing and wait time) •Clean: 100/100 (truck and service area were immaculate; not including restrooms) Overall Score: 390/500 (78%) ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ 🔵GOAL: "Our intent is to design innovative expository to provide daunting critiques that command attention and force heads to turn unapologetically."

The Bagel Nook is a popular and cozy shop known for its creative sweet and savory bagel flavors. Located in Freehold, it's easily accessible with ample parking, but be prepared for a wait due to its popularity. The friendly staff offers a wide variety of bagels and cream cheese options, including inventive choices like Doritos bagels with Cookie Monster cream cheese.
Great bagels and an even better staff! The bagels are fresh, huge, and very well made, probably one of the only bagel places around here that doesn’t skimp on their bagel size. My bagel was ready within a minute of ordering, and the staff were all so kind and made my day!! Such a fun atmosphere and amazing food. Definitely will be making this a weekly stop!

Freehold Bagel Nook, Sunday 3/2, 10:30am “Nook (n): a corner or recess, especially one offering seclusion or security”. Freehold Bagel Nook should definitely be tucked into a corner where no one can find it because this place and its bagels only made me feel secluded and afraid, and anything but secure. The bacon cheddar bagel toasted with cream cheese I ordered came out flaccid and room temperature, if not cold. I asked kindly if it would be possible to get it toasted one more time and the staff said unfortunately they’re unable to, but they can make me a new order. I appreciated their accomodation and asked for the same order, but toasted well done this time. The second bagel had to be a Flamin Hot Cheetos bagel since they ran out of the first. Somehow the teenagers behind the counter were able to burn a thin layer of the inside of the bagel, but not get a crisp toast anywhere else on the bagel. Charging $6.80 only to be disappointed with a bagel I’d expect to get in a remote Midwestern place not really known for bagels, like Minnesota, and instead I’m in New Jersey? I will take my business elsewhere.

Out of This World Bagels! 🇺🇸 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been fortunate to enjoy many great bagels over the years, but the ones at Bagel Nook in Freehold are truly out of this world 🌎. Everything about my recent visit was pure perfection ✨. The bagel itself had that ideal combination of a crisp exterior and a soft, chewy inside. You can tell they take pride in their craft, because every bite was a delight 🤤. The creativity on display is impressive, but even their classic offerings are phenomenal. The fillings were fresh, generous, and packed with flavor, taking an already excellent bagel to the next level 💯. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the service was quick even with the constant flow of customers. I can’t say enough great things about The Bagel Nook in Freehold! I stopped in for a quick bite and decided to try their BLT on a Davie bagel with cheddar bacon cream cheese. WOW—this was next-level amazing! The Davie bagel was perfection: fresh, flavorful, and with just the right amount of texture. The cheddar bacon cream cheese was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, elevating the classic BLT to something truly unforgettable. Every bite was a perfect balance of crisp, smoky bacon, fresh lettuce, ripe tomato, and that indulgent cream cheese. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the overall vibe of the place was welcoming. If you’re looking for unique and delicious bagel creations, this is the spot. I’m already planning my next visit to explore more of their menu! Highly recommend. 5 stars all the way!

We were visiting from South Carolina and were recommended to eat here for good Jersey Bagels. Looked online and was super excited about their fall pumpkin shaped bagel. Went there on Saturday morning around 8am and was told they did not have them and it would be about an hour wait to get one. Ended up getting just a regular old bagel. Came on Sunday to try again. They did in fact have the pumpkin bagels. I placed an order for 3 bagels, one being the pumpkin shaped bagel. Got home only to find out I did not receive the long awaited pumpkin bagel but some green and black bagel. Highly disappointed but the bagels were mid at best. Everyone else in our party got what they ordered and seemed to enjoy them.

Me and my boyfriend order from here all the time when we are in the mood for sleeping in and they never dissapoint. My all time favorite has been the french toast bagel with pork roll egg and cheese. Absolutely mouth watering! Me and my bf got halfsies so we can have a mix if savory and sweet. He got a fruits pebble bagel with birthday cake cream cheese which was also very good if you're looking for a more sweet option.

3/26 11:00ish... I ordered through DoorDash, so I can't even say they heard me wrong. I ordered a Plain Bagel with Egg Whites, Hashbrowns, and Bacon. I also wrote that I was allergic to Sesame and Peanuts since I know they have food with those allergies. I got an Everything Egg Bagel (Sesame) with regular scrambled eggs, no hash browns, and super undercooked Turkey Bacon. I'm very disappointed and won't be getting food from there again since they tried to kill me!

I had steak and eggs medium well with tater tots. It was good. Tater tots was very crispy and crunchy. I had coconut breeze drink which was sweet and little strong

Eh.. Won’t be going back. I got the Eggs Benedict. The eggs were nicely poached 🍳 but that’s the only good thing, they tasted watery. Could’ve used a little more hollandaise sauce but the sauce was good! The home fries had an onion flavor that was off-putting. The English muffin wasn’t toasted well even though it looked crisp on the edge, it wasn’t. My husband got the pancakes. He couldn’t finish them; he said they were so dry it was just chalking up his mouth, even when he added A LOT of syrup. He also got the 2 eggs with home fries and bacon. He said the home fries were okay, no crisp, just squared potatoes mixed with onions. The bacon was rubbery and not appetizing. HORRIFIC SERVICE. We waited well over an hour before we got our food. Waitresses were not attentive at all. We ordered an orange juice and they gave a dirty cup with crusty food on it, we had to send it back to get a new cup. The coffee was good though. It’s not worth the cost… for 2 of us including tip, it was nearly $100.. for bad service & bad food… Not worth it. It was also very loud & difficult to hear anyone in your party.

Breadsticks is spacious with ocean views. The breakfast was stellar. The bacon was thick and not too salty. The cubed potatoes were good but my salmon omelette with onion and feta was large, loaded, and downright phenomenal. Truly exceptional. My girlfriend loved her eggs and bacons as well. My girlfriend enjoyed her drink but my margarita was far too sweet and was far removed from being a decent beverage. Although the restaurant closes at 3 PM, the hostess made it clear that they would not sit anyone after 2:30 PM.

Hotel very nice. Walk to the elevator to the D level for dining. Then walk to the back until you see the sign. I had the Santa Fe breakfast. The omelette was VERY good but the home fries were not. Some of it was uncooked meaning hard. The seasoning was okay. The coffee was good. 4 stars for the service. 3 for the food. I travel different places for their food quality critique. Best breakfast?! Idk but the eggs were very good. The atmosphere is beautiful feeling walking to your table. The setting is wonderful especially by the windows. Thank you Breadsticks Cafe & Grill

The service was good. I appreciated the windows around the area to enjoy the ocean view. Unfortunately, the food is not good. I ordered the pumpkin crumb bread pudding based on the display they had at the entrance. I attached what I saw and what I got.

This place was perfect. We Got here late in the day and still enjoyed a terrific breakfast. The service was so friendly and food came out quickly. We started with some fun holiday drinks and I got the western omelette and my wife got the steal and eggs. I nice big cut of steal cooked perfectly. Everything was seasoned so well and tasted great. Would definitely come here again and again when we are in Atlantic city.

Breadsticks Cafe & Grill is an American restaurant located inside Resorts Casino. They are open Mon - Thu 8AM - 3PM, Fri - Sat 8AM - 8PM, and Sun 8AM - 7PM. I came in for the all day breakfast, which was a big draw. Our server, David, was friendly and attentive, but the food was mediocre and overpriced. I ordered the Eggs Benedict. The ham was grisly and the potatoes were undercooked and mushy. It was edible, but I definitely left disappointed. While the ocean view was pleasant, it wasn't enough to make the overall experience worth a return visit.

The food was great, the atmosphere was great, and getting seated was the only complaint we had. There was no one up front so there were a few of us waiting for a while and we had to ask to be seated. We got 2 mimosas and a mojito, and because I couldn’t decide between two entrees, I got both the Eggs Benedict (subbed ham for smoked salmon- it was amazing) and the red velvet pancakes- possibly a special for Valentine’s Day. The eggs were poached a bit too long, but it was still pretty great. As you can see from the pics, the pancakes were stacked HIGH 😎… I took them home after eating maybe 1/4 of the way through, and ate another quarter the next day. It was a TON OF FOOD. We also ordered the banana pancakes (cooked with bananas on the INSIDE by request 😏, with a side of turkey sausage patties (reminiscent of the turkey sausage at The Cracker Barrel that they no longer carry- so if you liked that, this is a great option for you) and crispy bacon. We were full until later that evening. The price was “tourist high” as expected, but the food portions were quite large and the food itself was delicious. Atmosphere was good, the view was great (forgot to snap a pic of the ocean), and we were swayed by the windows so we got to bask like cats in the sun ☀️.

Duffer's Restaurant & Old Fashioned Ice Cream Parlor is a charming, old-fashioned spot in Wildwood that offers a delightful experience for both food and ice cream enthusiasts. The parlor is known for its housemade ice cream, sundaes, and sandwiches, making it the go-to destination for those with a sweet tooth or craving classic American fare.
Great, just great. The atmosphere is awesome, and the service is great, and the food was excellent. The chicken cutlet bacon club sandwich was so good and so big it could have feed 3 kids or 2 adults the chicken was so juicy and the bacon cooked to perfection I could eat there everyday if my pockets could offered to not saying there expensive prices are great for the portion you get. The salmon sandwich was ridiculous so big so juicy so tasty my son has expensive taste buds lol but he really enjoyed it, so that's what makes me happy that he loved the sandwich. I didn't get a chance to try there amazing sundaes I was so stuffed from dinner I didn't save room for dessert 😫 but from what I saw there bowls of ice cream look like they are a meal in it self there huge cups they come in. See you guys next year for sure.

Came here because this place has a really good rating. I thought this place was overrated and overpriced when I ordered 1 Sundae is $8-ish but turns out the portions way too generous for the price. The taste was amazing! The ice cream also soft. Also they have a restaurant and an arcade right next to the store

Good ice cream with little wait time. Cool arcade that’s not to crowded. If you order an ice cream sundae, be prepared because there huge.

We went on a Monday night around 830pm and was told a 30 minute wait. Since there's an arcade on sight it wasn't difficult to pass thr time. When it was our turn to be seated, I ordered the caramel apple sundae. It was delicious, but the apple pie and caramel mist have been very hot because the ice-cream melted. The caramel added a great touch too. I'd order this again. My spouse had the strawberry stack. It was 2 thick slices of pound cake with a pint of ice cream in the middle with strawberries on top. We ordered a strawberry scoop sundae off the kids menu too. Definitely recommend. The servings are huge so this is meant to share or be prepared to eat it.

Pancakes were not what they used to be, the taste and color was WAY ABNORMAL , inexperienced staff that stare into space, apparently not happy about working there ! Expensive !! Loud Train Noises ! Great for a noisy family breakfast ! No Scrapple on menu. Hardly anything cheese on my omelette’! Need I say more ? I can say the Atmosphere is Exceptional!

We love duffers. The food is delicious, the miniature golf is fun. But I gave 4 stars for service because both times that I have been there food was brought out for half our table and we had to wait well over 5 minutes for the rest of our table to receive their meals. So those of us who received our meals early feel awkward eating in front of those still waiting. A table should be served together. They should wait until everyone's food is ready at a table before serving. Other than that, everything was great.

Homemade ice cream. I picked chocolate soft serve as the homemade flavor I wanted was out. (Nutella). They did not have Kit Kat topping 😞. My hubby got the Cookie Monster and Cookies & Cream. It was all very good. A little on the expensive side, $17 for ice cream. The servers seemed bored. They were not rude but they didn’t go out of their way to be friendly.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would came here tonight with my family to get ice cream not only did I get bad service. The ice cream came out melted and disgusting and the pregnant manager with the blonde hair. Wouldn’t even give me her name she wouldn’t even take it off the bill stay away from this place. The service is horrible. My server was Emily. She messed up our order stay away from here and if you do come, don’t ask for the pregnant manager with the blonde hair because she’s not a manager and she’s not helpful.

Wally's is a long-standing establishment known for its American comfort food and casual dining atmosphere. The restaurant offers a diverse menu, including seven different burgers served with fries and pickle chips. Additionally, Wally's serves breakfast with options like peanut butter and chocolate chip pancakes. It caters to various dietary preferences, offering gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian dishes marked on the menu for easy identification.
We chose Wally's for its convenient breakfast and lunch service. The staff provided a welcoming and positive experience, seating us promptly and serving our food in a timely manner. The restaurant's atmosphere was fun and relaxed. Wally's extensive menu, featuring many standard, vegan, and gluten-free options, made it quite the challenge to choose something. It all sounded ao good! Ultimately, our selections included the Aloha burger, pancakes, eggs, potato medley, and a strawberry poptart, all of which were exceptional. Wally's surpasses the typical dining establishment. In addition to dog-friendly outdoor seating with water bowls and bike rack outside of the restaurant, a percentage of proceeds from select menu items is donated to various charitable foundations and organizations. Overall, we highly recommend Wally's.

The food was great! Loved the Cobb salad as the ranch dressing was homemade and the bacon was crispy. You’ll most likely need to get on their waiting list on a Saturday. We went there for lunch in July. If you’re on the waiting list and your table is ready. They won’t seat you unless the majority of your party is there. In our case 5 out of 6 were there. The last person was parking. It took at least 30 min to get served our food and my husband’s meal came late about 5 min after everyone’s else. It was busy during lunch. Great atmosphere and the waitress was friendly. The are only two single restrooms. There was line. They are pretty good but seem to get toilet paper on the floor a lot. And the area near the trash cans gets wet on the floor since that’s where they have the paper towels.

I didn’t think anything was amazing, but everything was pretty solid as far as flavor and presentation. The soups were disappointing honestly, I expected more. They were just bland and needed salt or something. The scallops were very tasty. The way they were cooked was impressive. A great spot to go with a group. They more so specialize in breakfast meals, but the dinner is pretty good if you happen to be there during that time and they have something for everyone with the wide selection of well thought out dinner entrees.

This place is an absolute LBI gem. The menu is good. The best part is the appetizers and small bite menu. The appetizers are glorious. They are delicious, flavorful, craveable, and fun to share. The gochujang pork belly with kimchi was awesome. The cream cheese stuffed dates were awesome. The best deviled eggs in NJ, they were perfectly balanced. The pierogies have a great story attached and were delicious. The tuna entree was a lower quality previously frozen tuna steak - they tried, but... no one was conquering that dish... ironic on an island surrounded by the sea... Overall, very good, and thrilled it's BYOB!!!

The food here is always good and the staff are very attentive. They are well staffed and keep things moving. I love the spinach artichoke dip and the chicken avocado sandwich. I also love the fries as they are crispy and perfectly salted. My only complaint was that the bathrooms were a bit dirty, and there were a bunch of flies buzzing around. I did let someone know so hopefully that gets taken care of cause this is a really nice place. Their outdoor patio is beautiful and dog friendly!

They accommodated our large group of 16. While it took 30 minutes after the time they told us to get us seated, it was not entirely their fault as another table they were going to use was being rather slow. Once we all sat, our waiter Ryan was very attentive and bringing us water, wine glasses, and silverware immediately. Our appetizers were delicious and came out quick. We didn’t get two salads that were meant to come with the apps but they did come out with our meals. The meals were amazing. Something on the menu for our vegetarian and gluten free members. Ryan once again made sure everyone had everything and retrieved missing items. He even offered to take a picture of us all together. The manager came over to apologize for the longer than expected wait and for the salads coming out late, and even helped make up for it with a free small plate. Some small hiccups, but this was a great family outing with delicious food and great service from Ryan.

A very nice place for the shore to attend breakfast one of the most popular places in the area. Overall, the food was very good and it came out really quick considering we were a very large party. We attended a basketball tournament and a bunch of the families got together afterwards and decided to go here through recommendation. We were not disappointed. We did not have to wait for a table and we enjoyed the company. They do offer you coffee every five minutes, which was a bit much.

We (3 people) were seated quickly on a Saturday morning Thank God because people were waiting outside. The food and coffee was good. The orange juice was freshly squeezed! Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The decor was from the late 80's but maybe that's part of their charm because Uncle Bill's is NOT hurting for customers!

It was great to visit this iconic location, after 30+yrs of not being here. Like so many have mentioned our breakfast was perfect. We would have ordered more but were on our way out of town. Even on the drive home, we all wanted to go back, stuff ourselves and crash in the hotel room. Scrapple, cream chipped beef, pancakes, eggs Benedict, and Wildwood Plate were great. Waited 15mins in a line of about 40, which just kept moving. Service was fast and professional. The only complaint was there is only one handicap spot in a lot of 36 behind the House and the parking lot they own on the opposite corner to the restaurant. Super clean bathroom. It looks like they recently removed a small fence by the parking lot/sidewalk, however they left stubs of the cut off pipes sticking out of the ground. Such a liability for flip flops, sandals or disabled people stepping out of their cars or walking.
JHenningfish — Google review
We had to wait about 25 minutes to get a table. The pancakes were delicious, but what truly impressed us was our server. He was incredibly polite and attentive throughout our meal. There’s ample parking available, with three small lots. We enjoyed not only the pancakes but also the juice, coffee, and lemonade.

Such a wide arrange of different breakfast foods! Wait times for a table can definitely range but it went quick this time! They definitely do their best to be quick in servicing tables and rotating the people in and out. Food was great and hit the spot.

This place is a MUST if you are in the area. Upon arrival, it looks like a long wait but the system they have in place is quick and effective. You will not wait an excessive length of time (and the food is worth the wait). There are 3 parking lots, making the parking process way easier. Gavin was an excellent waiter ensuring our drinks were always full and our questions were answered. I needed to order gluten free and he took extra steps to make me feel confident the staff did everything they could to avoid contamination/keep me safe. He chatted with us letting us know suggestions for our trip. Truly went above and beyond. Their gluten free menu has great options. I was very nervous to order pancakes off this menu as any gluten free person knows pancakes are a tough one to get good. These pancakes were outstanding!!! I was almost worried they weren’t gf. The gf pancakes were served on a dark green plate to ensure no mixing up and a separate waitress brought it over with the rest of my party’s food to avoid any touching. Butter was served on the side in containers and Gavin went as far as to let us know that they have a dedicated scooper for that. I’ve seen some reviews with concerns for their gluten safety in the past but it is very evident they took that feedback into consideration and actively read these reviews. The rest of our party agreed their food was delicious noting the bacon was perfectly cooked and the hash browns were delicious. We had a great experience and we look forward to coming back in the future!

This location was busy when we arrived, line out the door when we left. I think it really depends on the day of the week and your timing. Our waitress was super patient, very busy and so were most of her co-workers. We got some hot chocolates (even though it's summer time) and enjoyed sipping from the diner style mugs. This is not the original location of Uncle Bill's. In fact, there's a restaurant sign on one of the inside walls, paying homage to the original/past restaurant. The walls are decorated with conversation pieces. The food came out and was delicious. We had several dishes including French toast, peach pancakes, and piggies in blankets. We did not save room for breakfast dessert. When you get your bill, bring it to the front counter to pay. We did not worry about parking as we walked from our motel but most of the parking was on-street parking for those driving.

I really loved this place. Probably because I love Jesus. I enjoy the fact that they have Bible verses around. The hostess was really sweet and our server PJ was such a nice dude. Offered suggestions and came over and asked how we were. The food was good. I got the Mahi mahi with shrimp and it tasted fresh but I just didn’t think it was flavorful but not bad. It is a nice place to go to after a long day. You have service that is nice and even funny with the little thing they gave us in the image. The place is also quite fast with delivering the food, I've been to other places that don't even have that many people, but are still way slower than this place was. Overall, the food was great! I ate absolutely everything and had no problems whatsoever. Definitely would recommend.

The food here was decent, but a few things missed the mark. The burger, which I ordered medium, came out well done, which took away some of the juiciness. The fries were disappointingly scarce.. I definitely could have used more on the plate. On the bright side, the shake was absolutely amazing, thick, creamy, and full of flavor. The service was efficient, and the food arrived in good time, which was a plus. Overall, it was an okay experience, but with a few small tweaks, it could have been much better.

Burgers were dry and not hot off of the flat top. Service was fast so it’s not like they sat waiting for pick up. Onion rings and fries were average at best. Milkshakes were no better than any fast food restaurant. Bill was $56 for two doubles, two milkshakes , fries and onion rings. The restaurant wasn’t very clean nor was it vibrant. Seems like it needs a refresh. Not going back anytime soon.

My friends and I came here for dinner on the second night of our visit. I frequented one of these establishments a lot in my childhood, so we were excited to revisit the burgers we grew up with! The overall experience was okay, with some room for improvement. I think the experience was limited because they were short staffed, but I will get into that later. We ordered our food and were clear about the order. We wanted bacon cheese fries for the table as an appetizer along with drinks, and we wanted our burgers with a side of fries served after that as main courses. This was broken down so that the order of our meal made sense, however this was completely botched. We were served our side of fries, and bacon cheese fries before we got our drinks. I do not want to see my plain side of fries unless it is served next to my burger. I did not want to PAY for a separate side of fries either, but that is beside the point. Since I was, I expected it to come out in the order we requested. We were thinking what is going on here because we did not even receive our drinks yet? I sat in front of these hot fries for over ten minutes as they cooled down before I had to flag down the server to get us our drinks we already ordered. Our server was running around left and right as if he was working out, so out of respect I am going to leave his name out of this because it is not fully his fault. You may be thinking why did you not ask for the drinks when the fries came? This is because a different worker served us our fries and we felt weird asking him for the drinks. As a customer, I am not eating french fries without my drink and I want to see my appetizer FIRST, before my main courses. This brings me to my next con, just throw the fries in there with a burger meal. I understand this is a vacation spot and things will be a little more expensive, but their serving of fries is not that big and the restaurant would not lose a ton of money adding this to a meal deal; might even bring in more customers. I would understand if this place served a mountain of fries like 5 guys, but this was a normal puddle size. The portion was not BAD, but it screams “include me with the burger this cost is very little”. I did enjoy the burger even though it was cooked a little above my liking, that said it did the job. We ordered them medium, but figured at a place like this they all come out the same way. This place also gives free soda refills which we greatly appreciated. Given the amount of time we waited for our drinks, this plus came in clutch. We enjoyed our food, but the experience was a little bit weird because of the delays and missteps. Not sure if I would come back as the boardwalk is filled with a ton of spots, but not a bad choice if you are craving burgers. One suggestion is to not have just one server do too much. It was clear this guy was all over the place and as I said before, not entirely his fault. This might be a better takeout experience, but if you are around and want to sit down for a burger you may need to wait a little bit.

Johnny Rockets is so nostalgic for me, and it makes me sad not to have one close to home anymore. When I found out this one was nearby during my trip, I had to come, and it was like a blast from the past! Great food and atmosphere and our server was great.

Nestled in a cozy corner of the Island, Scojo's Eatery is a beloved family-owned gem that has been delighting locals and visitors alike since 1998. This informal diner is renowned for its hearty American breakfast and lunch offerings, making it a go-to spot for those craving comfort food. With an inviting atmosphere that's bright and airy, it's perfect for gathering with loved ones over delicious meals.
O Joe’s was awesome! I had the Monte sandwich and it blew me away – French toast as the bread made it super unique and delicious. Everyone at my table loved their food too. The staff was really friendly and made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!

Scojos, where brunch is a foodie's paradise but watch out for the "Express Exit" server! As soon as I entered I noticed how airy , bright, cheery, and cleaner than my grandma's approval checklist the establishment was ( always a PLUS). The eggs Benedict and French toast are practically celestial , and my boyfriend's veggie omelette and turkey bacon were cooked JUST RIGHT without sacrificing taste- all of that plus , affordable ingredients that don't break the bank - brunch jackpot 🎰 ! Now, let's talk about the server, who must have a personal vendetta against chill vibes or had somewhere to be ? This person approached our table like they had a brunch stopwatch hidden somewhere. Zero sense of humor, and their mission was clear: eat, pay, evacuate Feeling rushed at a brunch spot is like finding out your favorite brunch spot serves decaf coffee - a major buzzkill. Scojos, your food is brunchalicious, but next time, let us enjoy it at our own pace. If I wanted a sprint, I'd sign up for a 5K, not brunch. 4/5 - deducted a point for the brunch police on duty! Aside from that I highly recommend this delightful spot on the island !

Clean and modern atmosphere with a bustling team of staff. Service was slow as a result of a busy Sunday morning but the food was definitely pretty good. No issues overall, large menu with plenty of options for just about any budget or tasting preferences. We enjoyed the Chicken and Waffles along with the Boardwalk skillet. Nothing to write home about but definitely would return. Expect a small wait for smaller parties and a longer wait for larger, the later the better and parking also a little tricky.

Don’t know why I had never been here before now but it is great! Had the Lemon Zest Ricotta Berry pancakes and oh my gosh, beyond delicious! The blueberries were super sweet! Service was excellent! Can’t wait to come back again, who knows maybe illl be back on Sunday!

On a busy Labor Day weekend, I expect a longer than usual wait time. My wife, myself, and my two children walked into the front door for the first time, excited for breakfast, and we were immediately greeted by a seemingly frustrated man with a tablet. It was the most unwelcoming experience I’ve ever had. We could not have been more pleasant and excited to eat there. Very willing to wait. We ultimately decided not to wait just because of the way we were greeted. Lifetime, year round local, will never eat here again or refer this place to anyone. I don’t usually leave Google reviews, this one felt personal

This is one of the best brunch spots around! As locals we wait patiently for a table mid summer, but enjoy those slower morning at the end of season. Best lattes, fresh, real orange juice, and the homemade cinnamon buns are scrumptious.

Haven't been on LBI in some time. Had such a great brunch meal at ScoJos. Our server Haley was lovely as were the rest of the staff. In spite of being extreme busy, always a smile and friendly. Three in our party and there was a 15 minute wait, but we'll worth it. Food was phenomenal. We had the Cali Benedict, Power Wrap and Confetti Silver Dollars. Everything was perfect. We will definitely visit again when we're next on the island.

Had brunch at Scojo's after reading great reviews about it. I had the lemon ricotta pancake and it was delicious!! instead of using regular syrup, they have this lemon spread for the pancake and so good! My friend had Eggs Benedict with spinach & mushroom which is also highly recommended. Service was great and would definitely be coming back here

Food was delicious! Older people sitting behind us only let their phone ring loud once… very mindful!!! Finished whole breakfast!!! which I rarely do. 10/10 we got French toast/bacon & Cajun omelette

Food was delicious, all staff were polite and attentive. Great atmosphere, definitely recommend. My friend got cream chip beef over home fries with 2 eggs on top, said that’s one of the best CCB in a while. Not heavy with sodium which is always a plus especially for health reasons. Check these folks out

Lots of options for breakfast and nicely located very close to boardwalk .. their breakfast is good . Quick service and lots of seats inside to dine in. I’m just not that happy with their coffee . It’s watery and tastes less like coffee. Wish they had latte or other l coffee styles . Good overall. Parking is a bit crazy .. tough to get in peak hours ..

The menu features an array of mouthwatering dishes, including pancakes, waffles, French toast, eggs benedict, and biscuits and gravy. Uncle Will’s is a charming spot with delicious breakfast and friendly service—definitely a Beach Haven favorite. The pancakes and eggs are always on point, and the quirky pig-themed decor adds a fun touch. Just a heads-up: it can feel a bit tight and crowded during peak hours, so plan accordingly if you’re not a fan of close quarters. Still worth the visit!

They got us in relatively quickly after a large group of ppl ahead of us all got sat after they turned the dining room. The food came out really quick and tasted fresh! Had an amazing takeout breakfast from Uncle will's but just from picking up to go I could tell the atmosphere inside was great. Busy for breakfast on a Monday, servers working quick to turn the tables and keep people fed, and the best part the food. Amazing breakfast quesadilla fed two.of us, the fruit side was remarkably fresh! Update went back for the pancakes they were incredible and huge! Chocolate chip banana!

Classic breakfast (and lunch) spot in Beach Haven. We went off season and it was still buzzing by 9am. Huge menu of selections; omelettes, eggs Benedict, eggs, pancakes, waffles, many kinds of each and then there’s the specials. So much to choose from. The food is all made fresh, with generous portions. The staff is friendly and prompt. Highly recommended for traditional eggs, coffee, pancakes, breakfast in general.

The Edward Hogger Omelette was really good. I personally am not a lover of eggs but this omelette was really good. The eggs were really thin almost crepe like. It was really stuffed and cooked perfectly. It comes with pancakes, French toast or toast. My daughter got hers with chocolate chip banana pancakes and I got the apple French toast. Neither one of us used syrup and they were both delicious. Prices were reasonable. We'll definitely be back.

Located in Long Branch, Turning Point is a popular daytime cafe chain offering a stylish and comfortable environment to enjoy breakfast, sandwiches, tea, and coffee drinks. The restaurant has received high praise for its attentive service and delicious menu items such as the G.O.A.T omelette with gluten-free toast and the Nolla skillet. Despite minor glitches like timing of drink service, guests have had pleasant dining experiences at this top-notch establishment.
From the moment we arrived, Lorelei made our entire experience unforgettable. She was not only incredibly welcoming and kind, but went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, cared for, and truly at home. Her energy was warm, genuine, and attentive, the kind of presence that instantly lifts your mood. Lorelei anticipated our needs before we even asked, offered great suggestions, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. Whether it was making sure our seating was perfect, or simply checking in with the sweetest smile, she did it all with grace and heart. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. Lorelei didn’t just serve us, she made our day. We left full, happy, and already talking about when we’ll come back (mostly to see her again!). Thank you, Lorelei, for your kindness, care, and radiant spirit. You’re a gem!

During my recent visit to Turning Point of Long Branch, I found the experience to be a mix of delightful and disappointing elements. The restaurant boasts a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely brunch by the ocean. The menu offers an eclectic array of breakfast and lunch options, catering to diverse palates. The food quality was commendable; my meal was fresh and flavorful, reflecting the establishment's commitment to using quality ingredients. The coffee was particularly noteworthy, providing a rich and satisfying complement to the meal. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, I experienced extended periods of being unattended, and the overall service was notably slow. This detracted from the otherwise pleasant dining experience. In summary, while Turning Point of Long Branch excels in ambiance and culinary offerings, improvements in service efficiency and attentiveness are needed.

Warm, welcoming and attentive service, generous portions - perfect, classic brunch for my family while on vacation in Long Branch. We came here on our first morning in town, right as they opened. We had the breakfast combo - pancakes, eggs, sausage and bacon with milk for my toddler. I also had a latte that was delicious. Their kids menu has a ton of options, super reasonably priced. He loved it, ate a ton and was so happy! We sat in a large, comfy booth overlooking the ocean. There was plenty of space for the whole family and since it was early, even the toddler got to walk around a bit, when he was getting antsy. Very unpretentious and exactly what we needed. Will definitely be going back!

THIS PLACE! Been to a few breakfast places in the area each time we come to AC. Value - check +++ Flavor - check ++ Customers - check ++ Service - check +++ Slipped into a small shopping center. Plenty of parking. Found this place by looking at reviews and the 5 star reviews can all be believed. The pros all overshadow the cons but I will mention the unavoidably small bathrooms. If you are large and in charge, you may have a tight fit in these 3.5 foot-wide rooms. Portions were shocking. SOS was not just a dollop on some toast, but we had to actually LOOK for the toast in the gravy. A sausage egg sandwich here has 2 eggs and 2 sausage patties but let me slip in a suggestion here to butter grill the brioche roll. The breakfast sampler - Edge to edge food! Patty - you made our morning. Witty and quick to notice and suggest what se wait staff would just gloss over (crispy means flash fry our scrapple bites). Coffee always full and her coworker also checked on us. Other customers also engaged with us through out. A nice sign of good people in the area!

Food was good. But the service was not very good, I asked for a root beer and didn’t receive it for a good 10-15 minutes, after I had to ask again for the drink to our waiter. Our waiter also came back only once to ask for if any refills were needed after our food was already finished. And then when the check came it was for 61 dollars which they said was correct but we checked the math multiple times and never got 61 dollars, then we check the same menu they hand out in the restaurant that is online and they said that is the wrong menu and was still 61 dollars.

You can tell locals love this place. We picked it for dinner on Friday night, I tried the special, chicken pot pie, which was delicious, definitely home made. Hubby got the burger, also good choice. It's byob and cozy. Not fancy but comfortable. They don't skimp and use quality products. Worth a visit, we are going back to try the prime rib. Yianni's Cafe is a lively and relaxed restaurant that offers a range of familiar Greek and American dishes, along with the option to dine on their outdoor patio. This eatery stands out in OCNJ due to its scarcity of Greek cuisine options, but Yianni's fills that void exceptionally well. Their menu boasts authentic and delicious Greek food, including delectable baklava and falafel that surpass the ordinary.
Delicious lunch outside with my daughter. Staff got to us quickly. Food was delicious. The hummus and tzatziki with pita was the perfect appetizer. I highly recommend the ocean city blues salad.

All the ocean city food options with Greek twists and choices. I have been to Yianni’s plenty of times growing up in OC. Smoothies were always a go to and the French fries are always delicious. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken gyro but the beef/lamb option had some delicious flavors. I know a lot of people in the area have their daily lunch here so the menu will satisfy just about anyone. Try it out, sit outside, and enjoy the ocean air.

We have been eating at Yianni’s Cafe every year for the last 3 years when we come to Ocean City. The food is delicious and the service is great. This year we ate there again for dinner and ended up there for breakfast the next morning due to our usual place being on a really long wait as and my son being so hungry he could not wait. Next year we will be back for dinner and breakfast.

We had a voucher for free breakfast. It was our first time here. The food was very very good. Large portions. Food came out quickly. Our waitress Angela was awesome and on top of things. Prices were very fair considering the portion size. It was a very nice morning so we opted to eat outside. There is only metered parking on the streets, so that can be an issue. We will be back and I recommend Yianni's Cafe if you're in Ocean City NJ.

My family and I visited Yianni’s for dinner recently while on vacation in Ocean City. We could not have been more satisfied with our experience. We went on a Sunday night at around 6:30 and waited only 20 minutes for a table. The outdoor seating was pleasant and our server was friendly and courteous. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Pictured below is the Crab Cakes Santorini. It was expertly prepared and a very generous portion. If you’re in Ocean City, Yianni’s is definitely worth a visit. They also do breakfast and lunch. Try it!

Absolutely one of the best meals I’ve ever had in OC. EVERYTHING is tasty, fresh, and plenty of it! I had the salmon, with rice, spinach, carrots and peppers. Dynamite! I also had an appetizer of spanakopita which was great as well. Three huge pieces filled with spinach and cheese. Delicious! Add in a side salad with your entree and you will be so full! A wonderful breakfast experience! We were lucky to have Shelly as our server—she was incredibly attentive, and her smile was contagious. Our table tried the piña colada pancakes (perfectly sweet and tropical), the green eggs (a feel-good breakfast packed with bright, fresh flavors), and the huevos rancheros (delicious with just the right amount of spice). Our daughter loved the puppy pancakes and the green smoothie—she devoured both! The menu has a fantastic selection, and we can’t wait to come back and try more. Note: It’s cash only, but don’t let that stop you—it’s absolutely worth the trip! They also have the option to use Venmo.

Great breakfast spot in Cape May. Pretty popular so you might have to wait, but we only waited about 10-15 minutes to be seated. We started with some coffees, the hot latte was good but the iced pumpkin lattes were too sweet and didn’t have enough espresso to balance the sweetness. We shared an order of pumpkin pancakes as an app, which were quite yummy. For my main, I had the curry omelet which was absolutely delicious if you are a curry fan. Would definitely recommend. Service was great.

There are not as many breakfast places as there used to be, so Dock Mike's was the closest dine in place to where we stay. And, it's perfectly fine. It's a bit loud since it is so busy, young adults and families. Feels like a hometown place AND a place where the hangovers from last night are nursed. The prices are average and the portions plenty. We had a Mike's combo, pancakes, eggs, breakfast meat. The pork roll was thick, the eggs cooked perfectly to order, and I added blueberries to the pancakes but was disappointed they weren't as fluffy as I'd hoped. My daughter had the apple pancakes, which were fluffier pancakes but topped with something like apple pie filling, none IN the pancakes. The sausage links were good. The latte tasted like an instant mix and the raspberry iced tea was tea with those coffee flavoring syrups...both too sweet. The fresh squeezed orange juice costs extra, but was truly freshly squeezed. It's a nice enough place, but I'll try Carmen's or Marie's next...a little further from the beach, but on the back bay do nice waterfront vibe. I wouldn't NOT go back to Mike's, it was perfectly fine, but would give another local joint a shot.

This place is a gem! I truly loved it. I didn't go inside, because the outside patio was just so nice! But I'm sure its just as nice of a place inside too. I saw a lot of bad reviews on this place and wanted to try it for myself. I'm glad I did those other reviews were extremely picky and in my opinion undeserving! The food was amazingly delicious and presented beautifully! I had fresh squeezed orange juice which you could definitely taste the difference! And a caramel latte that was surprisingly better then a Starbucks or just other coffee shop. The food felt fresh and organic and the taste was spot on me and my fiance had such a a good meal we are telling our family for their coming up trip, and will definitely be coming back at least yearly on our vacations. Now if you only dine at the finest of establishments and require porcelain and crystal this is not your place. Besides that it's homey and the quality of food is well worth the price. This is Cape May so enjoy yourself and stop by the next time you want a great breakfast or lunch!

This is lot better place than Uncle Bill’s Pancake House. Very good service. Nice staff. Good food. Friendly and quiet environment. They have tables both inside and on the deck. Very beautiful. You should visit it.

The food type here is definitely comfort style american food. There are no alcoholic drinks served here. There was an outside seating area which was really nice. The plants are decorated throughout the exterior. I would do away with all of the extra signs and scary fake chef statue in the front. I would definitely recommend and return. The eggs benedict had a nice thick slice of canadian bacon with a yummy hollandaise sauce. The cappuccino was okay, the icy espresso drink was expensive, but my family said they liked it.

Nestled in the charming Wildwood Crest, The Jellyfish Cafe is a delightful neighborhood gem that serves up classic American and Italian dishes for breakfast and lunch. Whether you're craving a hearty breakfast or a light lunch, The Jellyfish Cafe provides a welcoming atmosphere perfect for relaxing with friends or family while savoring delicious comfort food.
Jellyfish Cafe offers a fantastic dining experience with a relaxed beach vibe that’s perfect for a coastal getaway. We were seated quickly, with just a small five-minute wait. Our server was exceptionally attentive, especially regarding our son’s nut allergies, and even brought a sample of the creamed chipped beef for me to try. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed a delightful array of pancakes, turkey sausage, waffles, and the standout creamed chipped beef on toast—all incredibly delicious. Beyond the food, the service was top-notch. The staff was kind. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend Jellyfish Cafe for anyone looking for a great meal in Wildwood.

Great place, great price, and decent portions. They say this is the best place for breakfast in the crest and with how busy it was, we didn’t have to wait too long. Be sure to get here early so you can get a table and don’t have to wait, but it is worth it.

We were in the area for Memorial Day weekend and wanted to try this place since they had so many great reviews online. And boy, they were right! It was only a 15-minute walk from our hotel, and when we arrived, there was no wait at all, despite it being packed. We were also greeted by a very friendly gentleman at the front desk (I believe it was the manager/owner). Actually, all of the staff we met there were like that and helpful as well. The man also thoughtfully offered our youngest an Etch-A-Sketch to play with while there. To his delight, he was able to draw a jellyfish and share his creation with the friendly man when we were on our way outside after our meal. As for the food, they were all very delicious. The pancakes were nice and light, and the bacon and sausages, cooked well. I also tried their Creamed Chopped Beef on Toast and Tater Tots which I enjoyed as well. The place was also nice and sunny, and had a warm, family-like vibe. We highly recommend this place if you're in the neighborhood. Try to get there early if you're planning to have breakfast or brunch because it will get crowded. But you will not be disappointed. 😊 We hope to come back next time.

Everything was great ; the atmosphere was so cool, and best of all, the food was amazing. we will be back whenever my family comes down to the beach. Food arrived at the table quickly. It was only a 15-minute wait to be seated, which is fine considering how popular this place is. I can't say enough good things about the Jellyfish Cafe . Great food, great staff. See you guys next year.

Nice little local spot at the shore. We stopped in for breakfast late September. Promptly attended to. Service was very good. Food was pretty good too. I didn't care much for the turkey sausage but everything else was very much to our liking. Pancakes, eggs, pork roll omelette all came out as expected and the bacon was perfect. Inside is a bit outdated but I think it lends to the whimsy and the charm of it all. Definitely recommend.

All around amazing experience. Most importantly, the food was exquisite: the pancakes, sausage, bacon and breakfast sandwiches were so delicious. On top of the food, the service was outstanding. The owner greeted and spoke to us even though it was our first time there. We witnessed him helping a small child who was crying by showing him toys and tricks. A family-owned vibe that makes you feel right at home. Fair prices and our waitress was so kind and helpful. You will love this place!

All Seasons Diner is a bustling eatery that serves up a wide range of dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including options for kids. The chicken pesto wrap is described as juicy and flavorful, while the corned beef and cabbage dish receives high praise. The diner is accommodating to large groups and provides great service with attentive staff who keep drinks filled.
This is a great diner, my parents go-to for many years. We had some Greek diner classics: pasticchio and meat loaf. For dessert, lemon coconut cake and bread pudding.

A favorite brunch spot for our family. The garden omelette was delicious as were the home potatoes & toast. I am finicky about toasts as I find then either under toasted or almost burnt. All Seasons had them perfectly toasted! Our server was very friendly & ambience was lovely. Coffee was good.

(congrats you are my 100th review) local family owned Greek Diner, showed up a rainy saturday morning around 9am. parking lot was very full, but the restaurant had plenty of seats available. I was greeted by one of the employees, and was SEATED without wait. Typical menu for diners, since it was my first time i decided to try the 3 egg “colorado” omelette (aka meat lovers) Coffee arrived quickly and the waitress got down to business swiftly but politely. 8-10 minutes later my plate came out (picture), decent size, the house potatoes were a timid warm temp and so was the Omelette… please note that the omelette looked and tasted a bit overcooked.. so why wasn’t it hot? I will leave that to management to decipher. I strongly suggest using some butter and possibly cheese to bump up the bland potatoes, the omelette was just dry although it should have been greasy due to the contents of it. the atmosphere was pleasant, not too loud, enough to have a nice conversation with your party. checkout was easy and typical for family owned diners, you pay the owner or relatives on the way out, the lady collecting was a bit dry and to the point, typical greek older lady? Overall I recommend this eatery but I say it’s average and in par with can be found in the area.

This is one of the true treasures of Ocean Grove. The best breakfast in Ocean Grove. Great staff and lovely outdoor seating. I fell in love with this place a long time ago. Arnold is the best! We love the outdoor tables by the windows overlooking the "Greek" garden. The "Starving Artist Breakfast" is great value! And, of course, it is right next door to Days Icecream.

Delicious food, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. I ordered the Crabcake Benedict , it was delicious and very filling. My son ordered the French Toast that was on special with an orange drizzle. He let me try it and I wished I had ordered it too, it was so good. The coffee was hot and good. I had a great view out my window that was completely open and let the ocean breeze in. Really love this place. Parking can be challenging, but it's worth it. They also have you scan a QR code for the menu .

Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The tables and bathrooms were super clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. About 2 weeks ago, my husband and I were looking for a breakfast spot, and we came across this quaint breakfast/ice cream establishment. Our service was exceptional. Our server Shay was very attentive to our needs. Our meals were cooked to order, hot and appealing to the senses. My husband had the blueberry pancakes + bacon and I had an egg white omelet w/turkey sausage and veggies! OMG Delicious!! We both had omelets on our second visit and they didn't disappoint. We sat outside on both visits, which was very comfortable, beautiful garden atmosphere! So come hungry, we plan on returning. We found our new breakfast spot!

We were staying at a vrbo in Ocean Grove to participate in a charity bike event. We had breakfast at the Starving Artist and were very satisfied with the food, service and friendliness of all of the workers. We each got the 2-egg breakfast over easy; I had the pancakes, and my son had the french toast. Our meals came with bacon and a sausage link. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. Finally, our server, Sean, was extremely attentive and friendly, keeping our water glasses and coffee mugs filled. We will be back.

The crumb cake , and banana walnut pancakes were good. You had a choice of short stack (2) or large stack (3). The crumb cake reminded me of eating a crumb cake with a crunch, with a good cup of coffee. Excellent service. Nice patio set up for warmer weather.

My experience is limited and also was my first time, but I can say without a doubt that I was served one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had in my life. A smoked sausage, egg and cheese on an English Muffin and a coffee. Amazing. I wish I had brought two. I was the only one in there and ordered to take out, but the staff was friendly, engaging and made sure I was good to go. The next time I will eat in and try other offerings, but this is now my official breakfast sandwich spot if I'm staying at Caesars (or Trop with a little further walk). Can't wait. And they serve liquor to go too. PLUS!

Was looking for a restaurant that could fulfill my desire for breakfast & my husband's desire for seafood. My breakfast consisted of French toast, turkey bacon, and eggs with cheese. My husband got the ultimate seafood platter. I LOVED all aspects of my food. I tasted his fried fish and thought it was good. He felt that his meal was okay.....rated 3/5. Looking at the menu makes me want to return to try other options. Was taken off by the paper plates, but the good food made me not care as much.

I can't really say I enjoyed my visit. It was right on the boardwalk. I think the place has been around for a long time and people just go to see all the dollar bills taped all over the walls and chairs

This was our first visit here this year while vacationing. We normally dine at our traditional stop further north on a Saturday night but a friend recommended the Court House Diner and they were right! This place is really good. Starting with our server who was very sweet and attentive, then the food which came out quickly and was delicious. The clams and linguini had fresh clams, the chicken Marsala was made with all fresh ingredients including loads of chopped garlic. Our son enjoys a good panini and he said it was one of the best he has ever had. This may be our new spot when we are in the area!

I hate leaving bad reviews and was really hoping this diner would be as good as it used to be years ago! We brought a family member here for a quick birthday dinner. Ordered cheese steaks, chicken cheese steaks kids Alfredo and kids tenders. The sandwiches were all roll literally no meat at all. Tasted good though. Now the Alfredo, I’m not sure if it’s because it was a kids or what but my daughter is a teen and always get Alfredo everywhere and she said it wasn’t great, I tried it and she wasn’t lying….what is the Alfredo? It’s more like a butter noodles… and the tenders for kids was so tiny! It never used to be like there. Our plates were so empty besides the Alfredo was a decent size. I always thought the kids were offered ice cream at the end? Used to be that way? Sadly…this place has went down hill.

We came in for a roughly 6:30ish dinner on a Saturday. There was no wait, we were seated quickly (less than 5 mins). Then, we proceeded to sit for about 10-15 mins looking over the menu and never bring approached by a server. My parents said this was unusual, but then laughed about how this had happened to them before, too. Eventually, my mom made eye contact with the hostess, and we were waited on by a very friendly server. No apologies about being essentially forgotten about (people who were seated after us were being waited on before us) or anything like that which I guess is fine, but then after taking our orders it took over 30 mins to get the food. No one has anything involved it was wrap, salad, chili, burger, omelette, so something that shouldn't have taken over a half hour. Also, as we sat, the diner slowly dwindled in activity so it's also not like the kitchen was slammed. My dad made a comment about it taking an unusually long time for the food to come out. Eventually we were able to get boxes and packed our food. My husband, son and I left to the parking lot while my parents hung back for the check. After a few mins my dad joins us, and after several more minutes I go back inside to see if my mom's gotten the check yet. No. I want to say something to the hostess bc it seems like she's also management, but I can't because she's deep in conversation with customers who are paying and leaving. So deep in conversation that after another several minutes my mom is able to wave down the server and request the check. Never once did the hostess say "I'm sorry I'll be right with you" or anything like that. Quite honestly, the food was great, but the service sucked so bad you couldn't pay me to continue patronizing this establishment. Most any diner can make a decent wrap and burger. It's the people, the atmosphere that keep you coming back and if I'm going to be ignored and forgotten about for an hour and expected to leave good tips and keep coming back for more, then I'm the only one losing out here. We sat down sometime between 6:15-6:30 and I started this review at 7:45 complete exasperated with this diner. So save yourself the headache and hit another diner. Or get take-out, or roll the dice and maybe have a decent experience.

It was a pleasant surprise to find such a gem in Atlantic City! The food was out of the world. Our server Adam went far and beyond to make us feel at home. Excellent staff and service. No issues here, just a classic style diner with a limited menu compared to others; but plenty of desserts and of course all the classics still which meant no complaints. The pricing is slightly higher than a traditional diner due to its proximity to the shore but the food was tasty and came quick. Very interesting to see a full bar and cocktail menus as well. Would return but wouldn’t go out of the way for it.

My personal favorite spot is the half indoor/half outdoor counter in the front with the stools – perfect for enjoying the gorgeous weather and soaking up the morning vibes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone looking for a tasty, welcoming breakfast! I work at the Boutique Hotel, Coastal Chateau, which is a 8 minute walk from there and we go at least once a week!! SO GOOD!!!!

After spending the day at Longport Dog Beach, we were fortunate to find the perfect spot to unwind with our family and our dog — Varsity Inn. The experience was beyond what we expected. The restaurant offers outdoor seating with high-top stools that give you the feeling of dining inside, all while enjoying the open air. The food was excellent, and the service was even better — friendly, attentive, and welcoming to both people and pets. Our dog was treated like a guest, with fresh water and treats brought right to our table. There aren’t many truly pet-friendly spots in the area, so finding a place that combines great food, a comfortable atmosphere, and genuine hospitality toward pets made this a perfect ending to our day. Highly recommended for dog owners looking for a quality dining experience!

The Varsity Inn is an Ocean City breakfast staple. The environment is upbeat with college sports pennants adorning the walls. They have a good sized breakfast menu, and I ordered the a special that included two eggs, two pancakes, two bacon strips, and a sausage link. It was a nice portion and tasted very good. I really enjoyed my meal. There’s a reason why this restaurant gets very crowded. I highly recommend a breakfast at The Varsity Inn.

Cozy little diner style spot with on street parking in the area. Good food and service at a good price point. Didn't wait long for seating or food to arrive. Great breakfast option if you are staying in the area.

Perry's Cafe & Deli is a family-run diner located on Pacific Ave. They are open every day from 7AM - 3PM. After looking over the menu, I found myself torn between breakfast and lunch. There were so many tempting options to choose from! I went with the 7 oz sirloin steak and eggs. It was decent, but nothing special. The steak was cooked medium instead of medium rare, and it lacked seasoning. My friend ordered the hot jumbo biscuit with homemade sausage gravy and the pastrami Reuben, both excellent picks. The gravy was some of the best I've had, and the pastrami on the Reuben was tender and full of flavor. Our server may not have been the most personable, but she was prompt and made sure we were well taken care of. Pickup and delivery are both available.

I had the cheesesteak omelette. the home fries were chunky but so good. The stuffed french toast I was able to try a piece of was really good. Affordable pricing.

Perry’s Café is a true Atlantic City gem! I had the crab omelette and scrapple, and it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. The omelette was fluffy, loaded with fresh crab, and seasoned perfectly—every bite was delicious. The scrapple was cooked just right, crispy on the outside and tender inside, exactly how it should be. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere had that classic, cozy diner feel that makes you feel right at home. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to again and again. If you’re in Atlantic City and looking for a hearty, flavorful breakfast, Perry’s Café is the spot. Five stars all the way!

I come to Atlantic City pretty frequently. I'm always sure to stop at Perry's at least once. I've only had breakfast but is fast and a great deal.

The best breakfast I’ve had in Atlantic City! The price was also a relief from the overpriced casino and resort prices. 10/10

The food fresh and the service (Sonia) was flawless. Over medium eggs were the best. We eat here every time!

THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD!!! 5/19/2025 we got breakfast (one of the yummiest breakfast sandwiches i’ve ever had + “these fries are perfect. all other fries have been ruined for me” + pancakes and an omelette that we Devoured) and everyone is really nice :3

Ate here for breakfast on Sunday. It was nice they had a outside porch to eat and inside. We chose inside because it was really hot that day and we needed air conditioning to say the least. Although it is a bit tidy and crowded in this place especially when it’s packed with people. Me and my son got double cheese omelette to us we don’t see it as doubled but to them it is doubled but overall the omelette was really delicious and yummy and the home fries were different but very good. The toast was good and everything else. Everyone liked there meal that they got which is great. Although my mom’s breakfast bowl she got her home fries weren’t seasoned. It’s nice that you get one free refill with coffee and hot tea. Overall it was a nice experience and I would eat here again for breakfast when I come back to OC.

The lunch I had here was very good and very reasonable pricing. I'll also add that they had some of the nicest staff anywhere on the Boardwalk. Very happy with my experience. 8/2022 update still the same great food and great service 8/2024 food was mixed this time some of the items were not that great. The staff was very nice however there was a guy hovering over our table for our plates like a seagull waits for a fry to fall on the boardwalk. The restaurant had plenty of open tables and I felt a bit rushed

This is one of my favorite spots on the island for breakfast. Everything is fresh and the service is excellent and so friendly. We went for the sunset dinner on Friday, June 27 and I got a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup because it had been drizzling and I was a bit chilly. My daughter got a burger and fries and we really enjoyed our food and the prices are reasonable! I love sitting outside and people watching while I have my meal!

I've been spending parts of my summers in Ocean City for the last 44 years and i can say unequivocally that there is no better breakfast, lunch, or dinner to be had on the island. They serve really good food at reasonable prices and the staff is friendly as well. Go early one morning and have breakfast out on the porch. You will not regret it. Update - June 2023 - I still stand by my review from four years ago. This place offers the best food on the boardwalk. Great service, a friendly staff and a chef who knows how to offer great food. Pictured here is the Cinnamon Bun French Toast. On the side are home fries with sautéed onions which are fabulous. If you’re in Ocean City try this place. You will not be disappointed.

Great place for breakfast. Had the vegetarian and Mexican omelettes and they were both delicious. We also had french toast, pancakes, waffle, bacon, etc. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. Prices were reasonable too. Wait time for a table were typically not long. Great view to the ocean too from both of inside and outside. Probably best place on the boardwalk for breakfast.

Mya said it was the Best Waffle she had ever had! And the fruit bowl was amazing!

My experience was disappointing. The staff seemed unwelcoming and lacked proper training in customer service. The food was nothing special, the soup, in particular, was far too salty. Overall, the visit felt overpriced for what turned out to be mediocre food and inattentive service.
