The bed was like a concrete slab, the pillows were basically filled with air. The sheets had faint blood stains on them. There was no trash bag in the bathroom garbage. No handsoap in the bathroom at all. No microwave. No coffeemaker. Not even water in the mini fridge. Absolutely none of the amenities you’d expect at this price point. It was also extremely hot and humid in the room and the thermostat was of course locked. For a one bedroom suite with a king bed and pullout couch that’s supposed to sleep four people it was an absolutely tiny space. The only redeeming quality was the nice staff. This place was so uncomfortable we left at 6am even though we had two more days left in our stay. I would like to follow up this review by adding that after we explained this to the GM we did receive a percentage off of the bill and they did not charge us for the other night we had booked. All of the staff were wonderful, I just wish the hotel were as wonderful.

Toiletries, linens and amenities were purely luxurious. My stay there felt like an extended spa experience. I stayed with my sister but will be sure to come back many times with my husband and children to this absolutely gorgeous space. What a treat my overnight stay at the guest house was!
