Poppadoms were cooked to perfection and the sweet chutney was some of the most flavourful I've ever had. This is an absolute treat if you come to Bath. The pork bun noodles are out of this world good! The pork belly is so tender and flavourful.. definitely order this if you visit. We also had the fried mushrooms which were also great, and some Vietnamese iced coffee which was really good too - not too sweet how we like it. The only negative I have is that I’m far from a local so won’t have the opportunity to eat here often, but I’ll definitely be back 🤩

Their attitude was cold, judgmental and hostile. We asked to be seated in one of the booths on the left side, which was denied, saying that the area was “closed”. We were then seated on an uneven table, which made it difficult to keep food on. We changed tables & were given very nasty glares & staff were whispering to each other in front of us. It was very obvious and frankly appalling behavior. It’s a shame because the authentic, street style décor of the restaurant is really lovely and the we liked the food. Its not the best Thai food we have ever had but it was decent. The staff also refused to replace any of the pork with alternatives in their shared starter platters. When our food came, they asked us THREE times to remove one of the plates while there was food in it. We felt very rushed even though the restaurant was basically empty. My friend wanted to get the unlimited rice cracker. When we ordered, they tried to get us to order 2 portions and when we refused, the told me I could not eat any of the rice cracker. Yes!! I know!! I didn’t order them because I. Didn’t. Want. To. Eat. Them!! The sharing platter also had a sneaky price increase as it actually costs £20+ for two people instead of the stated £11 price. This increase was written in small fine print on the menu. Very money grabby! I would NOT recommend this place due to the staffs behavior. Please go somewhere else as the food is only decent.

This is despite me having pointed out at 5.10pm that they had taken all this long to come and serve and asked them for a solution to our meal being had in suitable timings. No solution was sought. It was so rude and horrible we even had to pay at the bar as nobody came to the table to charge us just to tell us we had to leave. After I was sick for a couple of days with this meal being what was coming out of my system quite clearly I sent a complaint about the whole thing and the response was even more horrid trying to blame the elderly grandparents entering the restaurant at 4.35pm instead of 4.30pm due to the pitch black uneven way from the car park as the reason why the service was poor and 40 min late, and trying to call us liars saying the food was served at 5.10pm when I showed my phone with the time to the waitress when ordering drinks and raising the issue of the lateness of the service. It was such an insulting response. The food was end to end perfect, unfortunately I didn’t take my glasses so can’t tell you what was on the menu but from a distance it looked good, my better half had a dish which was multiple dishes and she demolished the lot, loved it, popadom start and a mango dessert which was a squeeze but really nice. The whole experience was fab! Can’t thank the guys who served us enough for a great evening out, thank you 👍

We went in for a small bite to eat as we weren't too hungry but were told that there was a minimum order of 1 main and 1 side per person which was written in very small writing at the bottom of the menu. We ordered one poppadom and were asked if we wanted a pickle tray which was not stated on the menu so I assumed it was free which it is in most Indian restaurants, but imagine my surprise when the bill comes and its £2.95 for a pickle tray. We ordered a sag chicken and a chicken biryani. The chicken was so dry and overcooked that we left most of it untouched. The same can be said about the rice. Both the chicken and the rice left our mouths dry. We also has a garlic naan, which was probably the best part of the meal. The staff and environment were pretty nice and did give off a fine dining vibe, but when serving the food, was nothing like fine dining. It was by far the worst Indian food I have ever experienced, and yet the most expensive. I usually would not leave a negative review, but I must warn future customers. That being said maybe we ordered the wrong thing, but no Indian restaurant that charges that much should have chicken that dry. Would not recommend.

The big menu indicates a lot of the things on the menu most likely are defrosted and not fresh. The food was very bland and the sushi didn’t come with wasabi or pickled ginger that it usually is served with even in simple chain restaurants like itsu. Aside from not being able to taste the fish there was also just dollops of mayonnaise on everything. The soy sauce was extremely watered down so even dipping the sushi didn’t help with extremely bland taste. We also ordered some octopus balls and they tasted pretty good however the octopus inside of it was really chewy and paired with soft texture of the dough kind of off putting. The restaurant itself had no music playing and just not the best ambience so we quickly finished our food and left. Personally I would not come back but I will say the staff was friendly enough and the portion size was good.
