But the boys who attended to us, the guides, the drivers, were all wonderful at their job. The restaurant was decent too. My only gripe was the perfect see-through glass of the bath and toilet room. The glass has a curtain on the inside. However it doesn't provide 100% coverage of the glass "wall'. Wonder what was the idea behind this glass wall. Feeling sick on Day 1, I tried calling the reception at 4:00 AM but there was no one to take the call. These are but few of the gripes but otherwise I would recommend the hotel highly. It is also located within a 10-15 minutes drive from the Leh airport. Heating is also provided (at certain times of the day) which is good enough but I wonder how it would be during the harsh winters. Don't forget to switch on the white heat board plate in the wash room and avoid touching it or throwing water on it. It provides some little heating too.

Rooms were modern, fairly clean, also had USB port but had some dust on bedsheets and bathroom drain was slow due to dust blocking the drain but housekeeping was able to fix it. Ohh, like most places VIP culture was at play here, there was a family; looks like they knew the owner or senior management as all servers were on their table again and again… their child kept on changing tables every few minutes whenever they got a new food/drink item so it was a bit odd but not a gamechanger for us. We had an issue where our flight was cancelled and I spoke to Zaid again from the airport and came back, the price I was given was not honored as their boss rejected it, once I reached the hotel.
