So anything that we wanted which required frying, was automatically out. Their food isn’t cheap, and they give a very small portion of the sides. The place isn’t exactly “clean” and there is a bit of clutter/unused equipment around. There is no public restroom, which is a complete bummer especially considering we have a toddler. You never know when they have to go to the bathroom. There are no tables to eat inside and I guess that is why they are not required to have a bathroom available to the public. The service was mediocre. The lady had dark sunglasses on at the front counter while taking our order. We did go late in the day, so maybe they were just over it for the day and it didn’t take too long for the food to be ready. Our 2yr old really enjoyed the chopped beef. I doubt we will be back, they have very hard hours of operation to keep up with and the food is a little pricey for the amount that they give. Plus, it’s not overly delicious or anything. I ordered online for drive thru pick up thinking that it will be a grab and go. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! First, they handed me my drinks and told me to pull over and wait in the parking lot, and they were doing this to EVERY car! Then they come out with an incomplete order. Then I go in and wait even more for the rest of my order, but it was wrong so I had to WAIT EVEN MORE for them to correct the order. Not to mention their drink machine was missing many drinks plus it had a mind of it's own and the nozzle was spraying everywhere and giving me a free soda shower. It took forever like an HOUR to fulfill a simple app order. I was perplexed at how many issues there could be. And I wasn't the only one. There were other angry customers as well!
