I was underneath him yelling telling him to stand he's panicking trying to rip it off here comes this guy again. He picks him up and helps him .he did not at first because my nephew was facing a different way realize about his harness but I got his attention he ran right up to.him and tightened it back up. Afterwards my nephew was so shook up all that confidence and running around was now out the window and he was tangling around people, shaking when he walked, basically having a panic attack and proceeded to fall multiple times and the guy was right there untangling him, picking him up, getting him from one side to another. I had been telling my nephew to come down and i finally started yelling to the guy please id like him off and he escorted him throughout the course for me.
