They need an experienced and dedicated shisha attendant as these two staff were making the drinks/ shisha/ cleaning up tables/ going down to podium level kitchen to bring the food and drinks to the rooftop which lacked in service overall as they seemed too busy, but kudos to them for always keeping a smile and being polite. The photos of the Hotel posted here feel like an illusion compared to being physically present as the ambience and environment isn't great (I assume this is due to Covid as the furnitures were mostly covered, etc) Food wasn't as great, we ordered the mixed grill (3/5) as a starter and had the juicy burger (2/5) as a main course, not sure if they're understaffed in the kitchen too as each meal took 30 to 40mins to be prepared.
