I work right next tenders literally 5 minutes from this location. Ordered about 75 bucks worth as a christmas present for my boss around 8am for same day delivery. By 3pm I still got both I nothing so I called. The guy Terrance on the phone said it was delivered and I told him it was not as I'm at the location it needs to be delivered too. He said apparently they use Uber now to delivery packages and so he would have to contact uber. He told me coworker who called after me that it's ubers fault for the mix up, she told him that blaming Uber does nothing for us currently. It's the businesses fault for trusting Uber and not their own employees to delivery the package. He told her he's wasting time arguing with her as he could've had the package out by now but then said he couldn't guarantee it could be delivered before end of business at 5pm due to needing to get an Uber again. He told her he was going to just refund me. This is a loss in profit for the business which clearly happens often. Im shocked the owners are okay with this. As a manager with experience the package should've been remade and delivered by the employees working. This was supposed to be something for Christmas and definitely ruined the whole christmas mood. I called back this morning because we never received anything at all and they tell me that there was nothing that they could do because they were had too many orders since it was Valentine's day. She then gave me a fake number to call for corporate customer service (the number was not a working number). When I called her back because the phone number didn't work she gave me a different number. This number worked but the guy just transferred me back to the store when he heard my issue.
