This is the second time ordering a birthday cake here and the first time wasn’t the greatest either but I thought maybe it was our choice of cake so I decided to order a red velvet cake since the the red velvet cupcakes are to die for but to our surprise the cake was not fresh and the red coloring was too much it was literally bitter. I had order the previous week from Smith’s bakery on White Lane for my youngest son and it was a blue velvet that tasted way better than this cake. Their frosting also wasn’t sweet considering it was for a child, I would think Sweet Surrender would have at least kept that in mind. A total waste of $85. I’m so disappointed.
