Second, they make you pay first and I was going to add the tip on my card transaction which was inconvenient. Also the first place I ever get a massage at that makes you pay first. Third, they started my massage about 10-15 minutes before my husbands but they both finished at the same time-not cool. Fourth, the body scrub was not as thorough. I was laying face down and only my back and the back of my legs were scrubbed. Fifth, they did not massage nor scrub the chest/collar bone at all. Just head, face, and the front side of my arms. Sixth, I asked for Swedish massage and when I made the appointment over the phone I asked if they do Swedish she said yes when you come here we ask you what you'd like. Nobody asked us. Overall, the massage was GREAT to be honest but again I needed to not be sore and I ended up sore because they did what they thought my body needs and not what I asked for. The place was VERY clean. The ladies were very nice. But the overall experience was not as pleasant and also because of how much they talk to the customers and eachother, I could not recommend this place to anyone because people go get a massage to relax. Also, as a foreigner, I believe it would really help to have someone fluent in English working at a business that directly deals with customers at this level. I'm an immigrant myself and I have a lot of sympathy and respect for hardworking women that come here and build a business but the language barrier is just very unsustainable for a service based business.
