I asked her why the difference and she stated it was tax and gratuity… which it was not because tax and gratuity was already in the itemized that said $160. Horrible server that is running some type of scam or fraud and should be fired. Blaming the two bartenders when they were making the drinks when they printed at the service well. I asked her for an itemized of the $189 she charged my card and she said she had closed my check. I asked her why she would do that if I didn’t even sign it. She needs to be investigated. I’ve ran multiple restaurants/bars and have the habit of everything going on with my service so watching her fail is just sad, either retraining or letting her go is needed.
