The yogurt they are using doesn’t have the perfect consistency for a 5 stars one. However, I gotta say it had a good flavor profile. For the main dish, I settled with the Soltani. The barg (beef) kabob was soft, perfectly cooked and seasoned. You can tell the meat cut was of good quality. The kobideh didn’t have the best consistency(too soft) but the flavors were spot on.
