It's a black truffle cream of asparagus soup. First glance at the soup, it looked creamy and rich. The croutons on top were perfectly golden. After a couple bites, rich is how I would describe this soup. It was savory and thick. The croutons added a nice texture to the soup. I was able to eat about half. It honestly was too rich. And then you add the buttery croutons, it was overwhelming. It would have have nice to have small pieces of asparagus to help with the texture and less croutons. Dinner took a while to come out.
