For the main course we had the Green curry Short rib , a Pad See Ew and Larb, This was where I felt the food did not fully deliver. While flavorful, it lacked the flavor burst that one expects . The larb was not as tart as excepted. And the Pad See Ew while packed with vegetables and protein did not have the slight sweet profile one expects from the dish. The green curry was good with the meat tender . Desert was sticky rice with mango that was well executed. The rice was warm and flavorful with a hint of sweetness that allowed the flavors of the mango to shine through.
