Besonders gefallen haben mir die vielen kleinen Details in der Anlage, vom schön eingerichteten Balkon bis zur passenden Musik beim Frühstück und am Abend. Es sind genau diese Kleinigkeiten, die den Unterschied machen. Am Pool und am Strand gab es immer genug Platz, und die Poolbar war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Auch abends wurde viel geboten: Jeden Abend gab es Aktivitäten oder Unterhaltung, alles sehr gut organisiert und mit Liebe gemacht. Es war nie langweilig! We ended up eating a couple of times at „Fourni“ a meat-focused restaurant. It served perfect food but it was always too hard to get a table - we were lucky that someone cancelled every time although another 10 tables stayed empty since they’ve had a limit on how many they do a night. This is mentioned on the listing, however it states it starts late June whereas we visited in the first week and it kept us awake all night. The villa is located at the southern end of the island in a lovely quiet location ten minutes’ drive from Gennadi which has a supermarket and loads of great places to eat. Regina is an absolutely superb host. She responds very quickly, and provided a perfect welcome package and breakfast for our first morning. She was incredibly generous with our checkout time (our flight home was late at night) and was very accommodating when we had to postpone our initial booking for a year due to covid. Her taxi firm recommendation (J&D) were also excellent. The pool is FABULOUS especially at night and the beach is a short walk across the road and is also great. We would all recommend a visit to the beautiful Platanos Taverna in Lahania. There is a beach bar ten minutes walk down the road which is also handy. The villa is lovely and private, modern and had everything we needed. Six stars out of five!

(원문) Stayed here for 2 weeks end of May with family, ages varying from 3 - 75. Overall the villa and pool are nice and spacious the villa is in need of a little maintenance here and there. There are loads of amenities, grills and tavernas within a short drive. Communication with the owner is not great, unless I called to follow up on issues raised. We didn't receive any info ahead of arriving on how to access the keys from the lockbox, ask for this ahead of time. There is no info pack either, were surprised when cleaning, pool and gardener services turned up unannounced. (원문) The villa looks beautiful and the outdoor area is fantastic. Great location for the fit and able (quite hilly and a walk to shops/restaurants/beach). Host was very welcoming. Lovely welcome basket and lots of pool floats/toys were left which was a bonus. Could do with a moveable shade outside for younger ones. Disappointed with the amount of things broken in the villa and basically told it's 'end of season' so nothing would be done. I would accept this for some thing but not, for example, the baby cot which had a large burn mark on the base and could have easily been replaced. All showers flooded as drains hadn't been cleaned. Middle bedroom had a foul drain smell throughout the stay. All in all a beautiful villa which will a little more attention to detail and care could easily be fantastic. Stayed beginning of October 2024.
