I called ahead of time for more information about a room same day and got voicemail. Left a voicemail and no one called me back. We saw that they were down to one room and needed a place to say so we attempted booking online (since no phone call back) but were shuffled through to booking.com which we found out later overcharged us by about 50.00. We chose the only bed in breakfast in Asheville without an actual breakfast. We have had nothing but great experiences with other B&B options in the area.

We rented out the entire hotel for our wedding weekend and it was truly special to be at the Princess Anne with our family and friends. While staying there, we loved getting to know the staff (especially Acorn), the rooms were so comfortable, and the grounds were lovely. We have stayed at numerous B&Bs throughout the years, and this one, by far, was one of the best. The place settings were elegant and the breakfast was equally as good. Cherie made some delicious snacks that included coconut chocolate chip cookies and cheesecake brownies. Our room was well appropriated but we really didn't spend much time in the room as there are so many things to do in Asheville. There is also a happy hour from 5-6 on the porch which has a fabulous view of the surrounding mountains. This establishment is conveniently located close to downtown. We walked (about 1.5 miles) to enjoy the outside to go downtown and not have to deal with parking.

Bug spray is provided, but it was time to go pick up some dinner a few miles away.
