This is such a unique tour in that the bulk of the time is spent in conversation with Mark about the history of beer (not just in AVL but globally), the beer making process, the uniqueness of breweries in Asheville and so much more. We stayed at the Aloft downtown and partly picked this walking tour for proximity but mainly because it was the only one with all 5 stars and now I know why! Once my getaway weekend ended, they had even lost my clothes that I wore into their facility.
