HOB has done a good job with taking it over, and I was generally impressed and really wanted to linger longer, but time was wasting. I still had to pick up & save excess eats at four other places. Later on, the mixing and matching of all sorts of baked goodies was fun. Adding a little butter or jam after toasting some items really enhanced the pleasure...and sadly, the calories. HOB surely has a fairly extensive bakery menu and some interesting breakfast/brunch choices. Lots of items really appealed to me for the future, such as a pie, or bagels. Good bagels are really hard to find in SLO. I looked forward to more visits here, since I live in nearby Shell Beach. If they have any "mistakes", I can stop by anytime :)
