They weren't that great & they were even less great the time before this visit. The pretzels were over cooked & dry. Not enough butter on them. I like to eat the leftovers the next day, but not this batch. Even after I warmed them up a little bit, they just weren't very good. The staff are definitely working hard, but it seems like there are issues with consistency. Maybe more training for everyone or spot checks by the owner. I think somebody should be checking the quality of the food they are putting out. And I wouldn't be coming down on the teenage kids that are working for you. I think they are doing their best.
