And then I tried one of her cupcakes and was immediately sold. They are SO good that the price is completely worth the quality of cake that you are getting. The cupcakes are different from a larger cake in the sense that they are topped with whipped cream rather than frosting, however, the coconut cream cake we got was the best thing I've eaten. My sisters and I are guessing that she does a Swiss Meringue Buttercream as it is incredibly smooth and not overly sweet. Her cake is super fluffy, and very flavorful. The coconut cream cake comes with a coconut filling/pudding that is to die for. My sisters got the raspberry cupcakes and the lemon curd cupcake. They were all raving about how good they were.
