I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the science museum Sabina Escola Parque do Conhecimento, as it offers a comprehensive range of educational and entertaining activities for families. This all-inclusive venue is ideal for weekend outings, providing an immersive learning experience in a single location. The museum showcases an array of captivating exhibits that both educate and entertain visitors. Overall, Sabina Escola Parque do Conhecimento is an excellent destination to expand knowledge while having a great time with your loved ones.
I really loved this place!! Everything in one place! Your family will learn a lot and have fun together.

The place is cool but attendants should inform customers about the closing hours at the front desk. Me and my son got there 1h30 hour before it closes down and had not enough time to enjoy the activities. Moreover there's too many attractions out of order and the "Planetario" was not available although we're on school semester's break...30 bucks that could be spent better on another day earlier.
Roger M — Google review
The place is closed since a year ! But no one has updated this on the website. Many families went all the way till there but saw the place is closed only after reaching there. This is sad. At least the website can be updated saying the place is closed.

Cycling park
Parque Deputado José Cicote (Central) is a spacious park featuring a network of biking paths, grassy lawns ideal for picnics by the serene lake, and walking trails perfect for unwinding. Families can enjoy the kids' playgrounds while fitness enthusiasts appreciate the outdoor gym. It serves as a community hub where laughter and joy fill the air, making it an excellent spot for walks, runs, and sports activities.
Nice place to walk and make a picnic
Franklin S — Google review
I am giving four stars because this is certainly the best park in Santo André. It's also a nice park and well-maintained with great birdwatching opportunities. There are a few things that could be improved, however. It's quite crowded on the weekends and kite-flying in the park should be PROHIBITED. The remnants of kites are stuck all over the trees and it is quite ugly. Also, dogs should remain on their leashes. Too many people bring misbehaved dogs here. It is reasonably safe, but you should be a bit cautious at times.

Theme Parks
Nestled in a lush green area at the heart of São Bernardo, Cidade da Criança is Brazil's first theme park, originally inspired by the sets of the 1960s TV show 'Redenção.' This enchanting recreational haven offers around 35 attractions tailored for children up to 14 years old. Kids can enjoy thrilling rides like the Ferris wheel and Turbo Dropp, or explore themed areas such as the Dinosaur Valley.
Amazing place for kids and adults. To enjoy the most ride for your kids your kid needs to be atleast 80cm and above. The staff at all locations like at the rides, entrance restaurant cleaning etc all are very kind and friendly. Very clean and well maintained place. If you donot want to have rides you don't need to pay to enter the Park. You can pay each ride 6 reais. And if you are full adventurous person I would advise to go for Passport payments or online booking for discounts which allows you all rides unlimited except visit to the Farm which is 15 reais each person from age of 2. The ride to Dinosaur is 6 reais person and is one kore ride which I am not aware but the rest you can enjoy unlimited whole day long. Cable car is included and is amazing. The food in restaurant is very fresh and also you can carry your food if you don't want to use the restaurants as there is a place with benches. There are various timings for entry but u would prefer to start 10am as easy to park your car outside and can enjoy the most as is not crowded till noon. And also is better to enjoy rides before lunch to avoid dizziness who feels due to rides the rides. Parking is free on street but local people can ask for tips. There is one ride which you go through water splash where you get wet so if you want to enjoy it make sure carry a towel or extra clothes if you do not prefer to be wet but also along with sun you get dry quickly. I am putting images of prices for reference can change or update as time. Highly Recommended
Mandar P — Google review
The park is in good conditions, variety of attractions and meal options for kids. Some of the park members give a great attendance, but most of them were in a "bad moody". Meals and fast food are simple but enough. Prices are reasonable for a theme park. Parking lot is not private but im good conditions and have a good amount of parking spots.
Hugo Y — Google review
Park is in a good condition, with good staff and well prepared to give you instructions and answer questions. Good options for meals and parking are available. Price is reasonable.
Rosemeire P — Google review
Some attractions could have been better taken care of.
Rodrigo M — Google review
Save your money and take your children somewhere else. You've been warned! Unhelpful staff. Aging, boring and seemingly unsafe rides (just my opinion based on the noises they made). Disgusting bathrooms... At a park for children? Unforgivable. The entire complex is in a fairly shabby state. Even the ticketing process and lines for rides are disorganized and chaotic. Several rides not functioning and our four year old was either too big or too little for several rides. These rules seemed to be enforced arbitrarily. Ridiculous. I don't think I've ever given a 1 star review before but this one it's well desererved. What a joke. What a rip off. São Paulo is really in trouble if this is a 4 star attraction in the eyes of other Google reviewers.
Scott H — Google review

Museums
The Museum of Art of São Paulo Assis Chateaubriand, also known as MASP, is an iconic building that houses one of Latin America's most important art collections. Designed by Lina Bo Bardi in the mid-1960s, this glass-and-concrete gem is located on Avenida Paulista and offers a wonderful collection of European and Latin American art.
The Museum of São Paulo is a great place to spend a few hours if you enjoy history and culture. The exhibits cover many aspects of Brazil’s past and present, but the highlight for me was the art on the second floor focused on racism. It is powerful, emotional, and thought-provoking—something everyone should see. The museum is well-organized, easy to walk through, and gives you a deeper understanding of the city and its people. Definitely worth a visit.
Gaurav J — Google review
The long, Brutalist structure looms over Paulista Avenue, its weighty monumental form seemingly suspended on flaming-red concrete piers. More than just architecture, it’s an urban sculpture—bold, functional, and commanding. Beneath its vast undercroft, a public plaza unfolds, a space carved from the very air it hovers over. The top floor houses the museum’s permanent collection—where space and display become their own form of functional art. Hundreds of paintings—modern, avant-garde, contemporary, and classical—seem to float on crystal easels, creating an eerie, almost transcendental effect. This unconventional display allows viewers to see both the front and back of each piece, transforming them from static, two-dimensional works into dynamic, almost sculptural objects. It’s an experience that feels refreshingly out of the box. This museum is idiosyncratic and breathtaking at the same time. Highly recommended.

This might be the most exciting fine art museum I’ve ever seen — and not because of its extraordinary collection, but because of how the artworks are presented. Take a moment to read about why the architect chose to display them this way — it’s truly unique, and the experience stays with you long after you leave.
Máté S — Google review
Third time here, always a great experience. Tons of art from different time periods and cool exhibitions, and I love how the permanent collection in the “original” museum on the top floor is staged in clear boxes. Worth going every day but especially when free on Tuesdays!!!

A great museum to visit in Sao Paulo. If you just have time only for one museum this should be the one. A stunning architectural structure by the modernist Italian born Brazilian architect Lina Bo Bardi finished in 1968. In the first and second floor the paintings are just hold by a very clever glass structure which makes them look like they are swing from above. The glass structure gives you also to see the back of the painting and enjoy the piece of art from every side. A very unique display and I must say the best way you can present paintings. A beautiful must see museum of Art which accommodates Picasso, Mattisse, Monet, El Greco, Velasquez, Rubens, Tintoretto, Max Ernst and many more.
Marios T — Google review
It's nice museum and worth visiting, only I think they could put little bit more things there.

Histories of Ecology climate change exhibit in the shorter building and lovely paintings hanging in rows on level 2 in the taller building.
Kayla S — Google review
Perhaps the most iconic building of São Paulo, Lina Bo Bardi’s MASP was a total shock when it was constructed in the 1960’s. The unparalleled design mixes a suspended main body which frees up space for a public plaza which serves as well as the roof for two more floors that opens to the opposite side of Avenida Paulista. The iconic open space of the second floor’s gallery once again holds the Works of art in glass and concrete bases.

Awesome park. Lots of shades and things to do in the park, you can run around the park, there's places to exercise as well, you can play soccer or tennis also Lots of places for the kids to play with bathrooms and lots of fresh water(water from the tap) available around the park. To park your car inside the park you need to get in there very early or be luck and to park around the park is possible but you'll have to look around and watch out for people that "hang" around the park Be mindful of your belongings and you should be fine. Park very busy in the weekend. Lots of restaurants and bars can be found around the park and on its neighborhood.

Marco Zero de São Paulo is a significant geographic monument located in downtown Sao Paulo. Erected in 1934, this hexagonal marble milestone stands in front of the Sao Paulo Cathedral, symbolizing the city's center and serving as a reference point for street numbers. While it is an interesting tourist attraction, some caution may be necessary when visiting at night due to safety concerns.
The cathedral is beautiful, inside and out. There are some homeless people but that doesn’t take away anything from the cathedral itself. It’s in the centre and there are a lot of shops around.
Sreejit D — Google review
The start of the city of Sao Paulo. The cathedral is beautiful and of major importance. Unfortunately the downtown is full of problems of poverty, drugs and homeless people. I think the mayor and the governor of the state have the moral obligation to take care of this bad situation, at least in front of the cathedral, starting some kind of economic project and helping those people somehow.
Staniel — Google review
An area of São Paulo that houses the center cathedral. Lovely architecture. The area is somewhat sketchy, however. It's also near the isotonic Japan town of São Paulo.

Great to see where Sao Paulo started existing. Good place to go to Anchieta museum, Solar da Marquesa de Santos and see Sé Cathedral which is unfortunately surrounded by beggars on its stairs. Pity the priests don't let authorities deal with them. It's safe even though it's kind of scary. There is policy all over in uniform or disguised.

The cathedral is really impressive. But although this is a touristic area (there is a gift shop IN the cathedral) the place around is full of homeless and drug addicts. Because of that some corners smell terribly like urine and even worse. It's hard to fell comfortable there.
