I would say it was the best spa I’ve had in Wellington! I’ve booked a Yatra Spa Package that started with a relaxing lounge area with beverages then a lovely foot scrub and soak and finished with a full body massage as well as facial. Very relaxing atmosphere and wonderful, attentive staff. Thank you for making my day and will definitely go there again!

I had an unexpected turn of events happen and the lady who handled my phone call first was amazing! To follow that, the manager Barbara was even more amazing for being so accomodating and understanding for my circumstances. A massive thank you once again to you ladies! :)

Went here for a pregnancy massage. The massage was nice and my muscles definitely felt way more relaxed afterwards. The decor and waiting room are lovely. Would have been 5 stars if they had one of those tables with a hole in for your bump. They provided pillows to make lying on your side more comfy but would have been nice to lie on my front.

I came for a pregnancy massage. The massage and the atmosphere were both nice. Unfortunately the lift wasn't working which wasn't ideal. I was disappointed with the booking system. It would have been helpful for the system to list available appointment times instead of having to email back and forth to find a time that suits. I had a voucher and included that in my booking however they booked me for a longer massage without telling me which meant that I had to pay more at the end. All in all it could have been a better experience and I won't be coming back in a hurry.

If you want to go somewhere to feel pampered and special this is the place for you. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The relaxation room is total bliss and all of the therapists are warm and friendly. If you ever wanted to try a spa experience come here first

Fantastic Spa in Wellington! I had the Hydration Facial and it exceeded my expectations, the procedure was very relaxing and the additional shoulder massage was just enough to really remove all the stress. The therapists are incredibly skilled and they use quality products. Highly recommended!

Had a 75 minute Hot Stone massage here the other day, and it was honestly the best massage I've had. Calming music, the lady asked what type of pressure I wanted and checked if I was fine with the temperature of the stones. Would definitely go back!

Absolutely loved the pregnancy massage really got into all the tension and knots in my shoulders and gentle on the areas that didn't need to much attention. The room was quite small but once my treatment began It didn't matter and some calm music could be added to the room or as an even as a option because I could hear what was happening outside of the room. I'm booked in to return because it was the best massage I have had.

I’m really disappointed. The staff was nice whom did my eyelash extension yesterday. The type of my eyelash extension was classic as I would normally go with this nature style when I was in Auckland. However, even though I followed the instruction been given by staff that not to wash face till certain time of period or splash water on to them in the shower, when I woke up this morning and tried to brush them- quite a bit came off. I was so shocked as I never ever had this kind of situation before after an eyelash extension. The worst experience ever on an eyelash extension service. 😩

Bizarre experience with Sarah - paid for 90 minute deep tissue massage. Half way through asked if I could have more massage around shoulder blade - Sarah told me I should go somewhere else as it hurts her fingers to massage and kept insisting she had massaged me before though it was first visit. I asked if I could have another masseuse and she said no and then said she will finish one hour and refund rest. Though I paid in card could only get cash for refund. Incredibly rude if they had said upfront they can’t do deep tissue I would have gone elsewhere. Have had so many massages and never had this experience, ruined a relaxing experience

I had a fantastic 90 minute Thai massage there this morning. My masseuse was brilliant, firm when she needed to be and then gentle. It was so relaxing I fell asleep towards the end. The room was clean, welcoming and warm. I felt amazing afterwards. Thanks so much!

Booked online half an hour before the appointment time. Greeted pleasantly and seen too quickly. Massage was good! Great amount of pressure and the masseuse (I didn’t catch her name I’m sorry) was really helpful I’m trying to get me to relax and ease tension to get the most out of the massage. I work as a radiographer, always on my feet and carry a lot of my stress in my shoulders so always in need of a massage. I will be returning

Did the contrast therapy with a friend during a quick trip to Wellington. It was so clean and calm, lots of helpful little amenities, really beautiful space too! Enjoyed the actual therapy session however we were not greeted with a warm welcome. Our calls were consistently ignored, this was an issue as there was no access to the place. We had to wait for a couple to leave so we could enter the building and not lose our time slot.

I had a contrast therapy session at Float Well and honestly—what an experience! The mix of hot and cold therapy was intense but incredibly refreshing. As someone who lives with endometriosis and chronic pain, I found the sauna especially soothing—there’s something about that deep, consistent heat that really helps relax the muscles and ease some of the tension I carry daily. The space is calming and beautifully set up, and the team made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole process. You can tell they really care about creating a supportive, healing environment. I left feeling clearer, lighter, and way more in tune with my body. Highly recommend for anyone managing pain, stress, or just needing a reset!

Took a friend for a contrast therapy session. Such a peaceful environment, the private room for the sauna and cold plunge made for the perfect best friend date! Got in our girly catch and some recovery. Staff were amazing and we loved the experience. 100% recommend!!!

I’ve been to Floatwell a couple of times, using the float tank and cold plunge on different occasions, and I absolutely loved it. The float tank is so relaxing – it really helps me unwind, and I tried the sauna and cold plunge together, which was amazing for recharging. The space is gorgeous too – so calming and beautiful. Highly recommend it!

Floating has been fantastic for my pain management and mental health. Over the years, I've floated nearly 30 times, and every time I emerge from the experience, I feel physically lighter and emotionally supported. I recommend floating to everyone, especially those who experience emotional pain in their bodies. It truly is a wonderful tool for overall well-being. I used floating as a support during my fertility journey. It helped me process my feelings after my miscarriages, and I even realized I was pregnant with my now daughter while floating. I continued to float throughout my pregnancy, and it was incredibly beneficial.

First time went to Grace Patisserie and will definitely keep coming back! Lovely service. One of the best almond croissant I’ve ever had! Earl grey macaroons were amazing! Love the ambience as well. Will definitely try more of their sweet selections! Recommended!

So happy that we discovered this lovely dessert cafe. This is exactly what Wellington needed. We have tried something different on the menu every time, we are always amazed at the amount of flavours, textures and excitement every dessert brings us. The staff and owner is very welcoming. The atmosphere is bright, relaxing and there is always beautiful fresh flowers. What beautiful desserts! Every single one of them is no less than a piece of art. The flavours, finishing and texture are just wow. I took home some macaroons for my 3 year old and he instantly said "yummy" after having a bite. I am not a person who enjoys sweets. But even I enjoyed every mouth full of these beauties.

I took my midwife in for a Thank You High Tea. She loved all the food so much. Food was absolutely divine. I accidentally spilled all my mocktails and her staff kindly offered me another mocktail. Awww… thank you so much. Very thoughtful and kind staffs 👍 We were chatting happily and the staffs and customers didn't mind that we were being loud 😉

Best cafe / patisserie I've been to. Absolutely exquisite pastries , they were works of art, so many delicious flavours to choose from. And they didn't just look good , they tasted divine! Definitely worth the price. Had a lovely soda also.

I put 5 stars for food, even though there is no food (to my knowledge). My partner and I went there for a couple of 'after show' cocktails. Now..... neither of us are aficionados of the cocktail world, but yhe wonderful, friendly (and very patient!) staff were there to help and advise. Lovely vibe, awesome cocktails and fab staff. Quite a sleek and classic speakeasy. Had the Miss Scarlett and it’s absolutely yummy

There was no visible signage for this cocktail bar but I have been told this is one of the finest speakeasy in Wellington hence tried them out. The Interesting concept of Jazz bar and quality of the drinks were meeting expectations but felt the place was too crowded and price of the drinks were little too high.

The cocktails here are absolutely incredible! The bar has a very cool and inviting vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind. Each drink I tried was stellar, with unique flavours that really stood out. The amazing cocktail list is extensive, featuring a variety of innovative concoctions that makes me want to keep coming back to try them all. The creativity and craftsmanship in each cocktail are truly impressive, and the presentation is just as delightful. This place has quickly become one of my favourites, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch cocktail experience!

Real hidden gem of a bar in Wellington. It has that chill and mysterious kinda vibe, intimate ambience. They have knowledgeable bar tenders and have a broad understanding of taste and flavours. Would recommend 10/10

I first went to Buoy back in 1998 and I returned here a few years ago. The service and the experience they provide is awesome. From the moment you arrive and Eddie greets you and takes your jacket; to the latte with a whittakers chocolate and sparking water with lemon; to the actual hair colour, wash and massage, cut, and style -it's perfect. I truly enjoy my time at Buoy every 5-6 weeks. Everyone is kind and personable and the service is great. I would never go back to a generic salon!! Thank you everyone at Buoy!

What can I say about Buoy. Incredible experience every time. For a guy who gets a full colour every few months it’s important to feel listened to and not rushed through the process. This was really my first time getting my legs properly waxed and crikey! I’m obsessed! The lady I had was so kind, asked me if I wanted her to go slow or fast, also told me to let her know if I needed breaks, she created such a calm and lovely atmosphere and she also did an amazing job! incredible service with Hayley, came out with great eyebrows and she was very attentive to detail, let me know what she was doing at all points, gave me instructions for how to keep the shape after and asked whether I wanted certain parts trimmed or shaped and what the difference would look like!

Good coffee (also sometimes inconsistent, but there is quite a staff turn-over as it is student-run, I believe). Really good coffee actually, and the vibe of a university coffee also adds a lot to it. Good book selection. A daily must-go, actually.

First time here. We ordered Singapore noodles, fried rice and Beef with black pepper sauce. Was told it will be ready in 30min, they were ready in 20min. Phone was ringing non-stop and people were coming in and out, very busy take away. The food itself was good. Portion was large. Will visit again.

i was trying to remember why I hadn't ordered a favourite of mine for a while and I realized when I got home to enjoy it why I had stopped ordering it. Hot pepper beef, not so hot, and going as far as saying it was just bland. This dish used to be full of whole chilli peppers, hence the name "hot pepper" now nothing close to any hot pepper flavour.. This place has lost its quality to profit and cost cutting. Shame I won't go out of my way for an Asian dish at this place anytime soon.

Indulged myself to fish and chips for Xmas treat. The fish of the day was Warehou, a decent size compared to other shops and crumbed nicely. However the chips were no longer than 2" in length appearing to be cheaper ends/offcuts. A decent length chip would be nicer to savour the flavour.

One of the best fish and chip shops in Wellington, they also have tasty burgers and good Chinese food. Due to their popularity they get really busy on Weekends so allow for a wait when ordering.

The fish was fresh, really meaty and substantial and the batter was thin and crispy. Nothing is cheap these days, but this was a very satisfying portion. The hand cut chips were also delicious.

Extremely disappointed by the service. Made an order online. Went to collect 25 mins later, just to find out they thought it was a prank because of how large the order was (Over $100). They had my contact details and failed to contact me to confirm. Then waited an additional 45 mins to complete order (person behind counter said it would only be 10 mins which was an obvious lie). If you’re going to have “pay at counter” as an option at least reach out to confirm with the details provided if you have concerns. The fish n chips were mediocre. Attached a photo to show that I actually ordered. Cheers.

Had home assessed for heatpump and insulation. Everything went so smoothly. Andrew was truly fantastic, kind and understanding and got things done right away. The installers were super fast and easy to deal. Great experience dealing with sustainability trust.

The Sustainability Trust provides honest, unbiased information to help get your home warm and healthy. I have been very impressed with the service they offer. I also love the electricity company they have - Toast. The ethos is that all profits go back into the community.

I went to this organisation to get a subsidised heat pump. They were quite rude and said I didn’t need one because I have a gas heater (what’s sustainable about that?) and that the cost of heating my house was irrelevant. They also put me on their mailing list without asking.

When I moved into my house the 12ft stud made it almost impossible to heat. The Sustainability trust took my measurements for curtains, showed me several lengths of good heavy curtaining they had on their shelves, and sewed my choice into fitted warmth-retaining curtains that have made my house a warm and snug home. For free!

I booked a free home energy assessment with Sustainability trust and I found it incredibly helpful. I feel so grateful for this (free!!) resource for those who need it most. I am lucky that my landlord is pretty reasonable, so even things that I can't do myself, I will be passing on to her to see if she's interested in implementing things. The assessment has tailored advice that is helpful to your specific home and circumstances. I couldn't recommend this service more. I hope people will take advantage of such a fantastic resource. Rob conducted my assessment and he was amazing. Totally, totally recommend.

I'm a regular here , and certainly tried a few other shops in Wellington. AMARIN THAI MASSAGE are the best when it comes to traditional Thai style, and it helps managing my back pain and service is top. Longest serving massage in Wellington as far as I know. Keep it up ladies !

I got the traditional Thai massage here from Didi and it was just what I needed. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated

I highly recommend this place. I have been coming here for several years and have always been extremely happy with the massages I receive and the professionalism of their service. All of the therapists are trained in traditional Thai massage and provide strong or less-strong massage. They have always made sure to understand any problems that I have and to make sure that the massages are working to address those. I appreciate how they ask and adapt their technique in subsequent visits if I, or they, think the results could be improved. The additional stretching they can provide has been helpful to me. Since I have been coming most of the therapists have been Thai.

A few tips if you want to try out this place: 1. The place is buried under a narrow suspicious staircase next a parking lot. The interior is feeling unsurprisingly like a dungeon. If you are claustrophobic, this is not the right massage place for you. 2. Be aware, they do NOT take credit card, and they don't tell you when you book either. The nearest ATM is 10 min walk away. 3. Although their website says $75 for 60 min of Thai massage with oil, it is only the price of "relaxing" one. You will find out at the front desk the regular deep pressure Thai style is actually $85. So prepare your cash accordingly. Judging the massage itself alone, I'd rate it 3 out of 5. It was not authentic Thai style, but it was not weak either. I might be wrong about this, but I think the two masseuses we had were speaking Vietnamese instead of Thai (I got the impression from their website and the shop name that they are authentic Thai), and constantly chatting over the room separation throughout our session. All in all, if you have only one chance to try massage in Wellington like us, I wouldn't recommend this one.

In Wellington for a short holiday and decided to treat myself to a (hopefully) good Thai massage. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend Amarin. I've had Thai and other style massage all over the world, I mostly prefer Thai deep tissue massage (it hurts so good!). I always feel that an hour isn't long enough for my the masseuse to get through my big body but on this experience they did an admirable job. I recently injured my back and they were very conscious and obliging around my concern and managed to still work me I to a sweat, knead those darn knots our of my muscles and help me relax and recharge. The price was a bit higher than what I usually pay in Auckland ($65) but it was within walking distance of my hotel (5 min) and the only legit looking Thai massage place in the CBD. Which makes the price totally worth it. I will be back again.

Easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My masseuse was so kind, professional, and great at what she does. The other guy who showed up seemed a bit useless, but it’s a holiday and maybe he was filling in? No matter, she made it impossible to be anything other than delighted with the experience. I highly recommend treating yourself to a massage here. I did the 90 minute oil massage and I’m refraining from having another one tomorrow!

I have been here many times and continue to go back. This is because their staff are welcoming, friendly and put you at ease. There massages and facials are very relaxing. They also offer water and free lovely fruit tea for you to enjoy in their relaxation room before your treatment. They also offer vouchers and special deals throughout the year so make sure you sign up to their mailing list :)

Went for a back scrub (exfoliating treatment) and back, neck and shoulder massage today. The massage was the right amount of pressure to be therapeutic and the right amount of pressure to be relaxing. Thanks Jessie ( she is the new employee). Since Jessie is new you get a discount if you book in with her for your treatment... only for a limited time.

Haylo is my go to for beauty treatment - mostly massage and I've always had a great experience there. My last massage with Jess R was outstanding and I can't wait to book in for my next massage. Haylo is a haven in a busy city. Their staff are exceptionally lovely and tailor to meet your needs. The massage I had was professional and calming. They offer lovely tea complimentary and have great book and magazines to read in their relaxation area. Wonderful face and body products are available for sale in their recetion area.

Always a lovely reception when visiting Haylo for a treatment, the staff are professional and friendly, top notch treatments and I have to mention the delightful tea in the relaxation room. Would highly recommend a visit, no need to head into the city when this sanctuary is so close by!

After trying a number of massage places in welly, Quang tops them all. I knew it would be good when the first thing she did was ask what my problem areas were and took extra time on them. The Indonesian oils were an additional blessing on my tight muscles- so good. Definitely will be back!

My third time here. Have had the Boreh treatment. This was amazing for something a little different it still with a lovely massage treatment. Also I have had reflexology twice. The reflexology is wonderful and my whole body feels like it has had attention after this. I always feel very welcome and taken care of. See you next month

I get a facial here every four weeks. My skin looks much better after it and getting them regularly has helped a lot with aging issues. They are wonderful to deal with and very competitively priced. My massage was with Qwang, who was absolutely amazing! I had the 1 hour deep tissue massage and it was very therapeutic and calming - I really liked the deep pressure and that she made it clear that I could tell her if it was too much! Will definitely be back :-)

Yuki gave a great massage after 24 hours of flying to Wellington from London. She seemed to locate the areas that were tight without me having to point them out, which was great. She wasn’t in a rush like some massage therapists are- kept going over the tight areas with firm pressure. Highly recommend Thank you!

I had a whole body with oil massage was easy to book and very comfortable surrounds. The massage overall was one of the best whole body experiences and the therapist well trained and experienced. Have re-booked and recommended The Rub to others.

I was gifted a massage as a birthday present and was very excited to experience my first professional massage - but this was very disappointing. First my booking was double booked so after travelling into town from out past the airport, I had to wait around for over an hour to be seen. Next the actual massage (Neck, shoulders and back) was more painful than anything and I am still feeling pain in my shoulders two days later. No part of the massage was relaxing and when it was over, the lady left the room without saying a word and I had to figure out for myself that the massage was over. Very disappointing, will not be coming back.

Booked a time at 11:55 for two people where the board said there would be two therapists free, got a text 30 minutes later saying I would have to get them one at a time. That was fine. When I got there turns out two people booked AFTER us and they gave our booking away then told me that they could only fit one massage in for 15 minutes cause they were too booked. Do NOT come here if you want an actual confirmed appointment, horrible management and there is no one at the actual front desk to help you

Wonderful. I didn't have an appointment. A group of 3 of us all had the full massage and reflexology. It was wonderful, relaxing possibly the best massage I have had. Only thing that could have made it better would be the room temprature. But the automatic doors open when people walk past so this is probably quite difficult. Brilliant service would definitely recommend!

Consistently good, and often very flexible with times. Everyone seems to have consistent training as well as all the massages are of the same quality. The therapists always check in to see how the pressure is. Nice quiet environment too.

Great massage today 29.6.20.. Friendly staff, my masseuse had nice firm pressure when I needed it but always knowing when to back off, she checked twice the pressure was okay for me. Bed was comfortable. No appointment needed, I was lucky to be seen straight away but that's the chance you take with walk in massages. Only down side was todays music choice and hearing everyone outside the shop, while your trying to relax, be nice if they played something tranquil, calming rather that todays pop. And having a open barrier at the entrance to block some of the noise. Otherwise great would return.

Too hot and too cold for women - as the science says “women are not small men” - I used to love coming here but the temperatures have been altered and now it’s too hot in the sauna and too cold in the plunge -sad to see the Tuesday women’s only evening is shrinking to only 2 sessions and this could be why. It has become uncomfortable and actually doesn’t even feel safe anymore. But the people are lovely and facilities are great otherwise.

I visit Tory Urban Retreat for their sauna and cold plunge every week and I have to say, I’m hooked! The combination of the soothing heat from the sauna followed by the invigorating cold plunge leaves me feeling absolutely rejuvenated. My muscles feel relaxed and my mind clear. On top of that, the staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. It’s become a must-do for me now. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t already!

I've been meaning to try this place out for months. I was a bit of a chicken as I'm totally unfamiliar with sauna etiquette. The website is actually super helpful and detailed in this regard. I started gently on a woman's session. The young woman in charge, Jemima, did a great job of explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. The sauna is amazingly hot and the pool shockingly cold. Everything is very well organised and I felt SO relaxed after. I just went to a mixed session tonight and it was also great, a wee bit more social as I got chatting to a few folk in the pool but still very chill. You can go alone or with mates. A wonderful alternative evening out or start to the day. Thank you so much team!

This place rocks. I came here a bit when I was living in Welly. Ever since I left Welly I haven't been able to find anything as good. Was craving a session and being back here tonight reminded me how epic it is, I can't recommend it enough ! The sauna is properly hot with 2 doors to insulate. The plunge is properly cold 5-6 degrees. Etiquette is great. Staff are amazing. Whole process is mint. Gr8 value for money. Proper zen afterwards. ill be coming back every time I'm passing thru Welly. Chur !

I had a back and neck massage today from Chiharu, by far the best massage i have ever had! She paid attention to my trapped nerve and many knots. It was the most relaxing massage I have had and will definitely be back to see her :)

This place is pretty cool. lots of natural light in the room and the cold plunge is properly cold. only thing id say is maybe i didnt see it but I wish there were clocks by the sauna and the cold plunge with a timer for the seconds going by! esp by the cold plunge. but otherwise no critiques, its in a super convenient location and its nice and clean. The guy who I presume runs it is really nice, will say though you guys need to crack down on the regulars a bit, they talk too much and wayyy too loud lol. Regulars sometimes rly can act like regulars and be kinda obnoxious so i'll say it for you - u guys need to pipe down!!! but as for the actual place its pretty neat and ill be back, warning though girlies I rly recommend only going on a tuesday or a thursday bc you WILL see multiple nude men otherwise and it disrupts the flow state a bit cant lie, but tues and thurs is apparently women only which is so awesome that they offer that

I have been walking past Bali Jasmine's footpath sign for over a year and I keep telling myself to come visit :) I finally managed to spare some time for an appointment , and I am so pleased that I did. Bali Jasmine Massage is not like a clinic it is like visiting an aunts house and its filled with comfort and homely energy, if you are looking for something high end and fancy this place is not for you, but if you're looking for something cosy and relaxing then this place is where it is at. Jasmine (my therapist) is old school - her massage is very traditional and very authentic Bali !!!! - her pressure is amazing she worked into the pressure starting from a medium and then gradually worked deep into my tight spots. she knew exactly where to pull where to push and paid more attention to the places where I was having trouble. Im a massage therapist myself and my entire body ceases with tension from working full days. She managed to get every nook and cranny that needed relief it was amazing. Her energy alone is beautiful , its kind and loving and she gives a motherly touch to her massage. I am super relaxed and left in bliss. The Space is small but all you need - its warm and clean and the beds had electric blankets on them which made for an even more relaxing moment of peace. the linen and towels were also clean and the whole place just felt like a space of zen. My only complaint which really isn't a complaint is I wish the music was louder - but that's just me I enjoy having loud relaxing music in my ear. What a beautiful experience and also very affordable - I had the 90min massage at $135 which is a bargain considering the effort and care she put into my appointment. My partner and I went and got a couples massage and it was honestly so relaxing and so accommodating to the both of us. We felt so good walking out and so rejuvenated it was crazy heheh. Definitely recommend for busy parents or even busy couples who just want some down time. The ladies were so so kind

Lovely woman! Very very nice and I feel bad about posting. I felt like the pressure was all over the place, either it really hurt or it was really just rubbing my skin. It felt like most of the time she was hitting bone and tendons and not muscle (not the arms, she was fantastic on arm massaging). Also I bought the GrabOne one hour hot stone massage and instead I got an hour full body. At the end when I told her, she said I should have given her the voucher code first, but she never asked about that OR what kind of massage I wanted so I assumed she knew because she texted me my name which she could have only got from the voucher. Also I mentioned I had a voucher on the VM I left her to book the appointment. Lovely woman, I’m glad there are lots of great reviews, but I didn’t have the best time :(

I didn't want to leave this review as I felt guilty because I know it's tough for business currently but I felt that I should considering I reached out to the company and was told that it was my body not agreeing with the masseuse hands. We went for a couples massage. First time away from our baby in months so was super excited until the massage started. My masseuse who apparently has 30 years experience performed what I would consider to not be a massage. I have experience Balinese massage on many occasions and have travelled to Indonesia so I usually love the style. This was extremely erratic, rushed, areas completely missed and forgotten. It was almost as if though the masseuse was in a rush with the other masseuse. There was about 15 minutes of touching my back at random points through a towel without any actual massage. She completely missed most of my legs. I have multiple knots in my back and not a single one was found. There was rustling of paper towels every time she touched my neck and my shoulders only got massaged when I was laying on my back which was awkward and uncomfortable. All in all it was a very weird experience. I thought I was being punkd. My partner said that his was ok. I messaged the owner to let her know of our experience and she basically said it was because my body didnt react to the hands of the masseuse and it couldn't be her fault because she has 30 years experience. I'd be very concerned if she had 30 years experience. I get a better massage when I badger my partner at home.

Jazz is very skilled and knows what she’s doing and does it well! Usually waxing is very painful for me but with Jazz it was done quick which also made it less painful because of the right technique. I also had a recent scar from a surgery which she was extra careful around. She creates a very comfortable atmosphere where you can be yourself and let your guard down. Clean and pretty space, with lots of natural light. Overall highly recommend !! Thanks Jazz!

I have had a number of facials with Jazz, both relaxation and hydration. She is totally amazing! The facials leave my skin hydrated, and are excellent for lymphatic drainage, which I need around my eyes. Jazz and her studio are welcoming and relaxing. Highly recommend!

The staff are wonderful, surprisingly strong and good at communicating what you need. Friendly staff happy to chat or just enjoy silence as you drift off. These ladies know what they're doing!

Store of many wondrous, beautiful and functional objects, mainly in the NZ Studio Pottery area, lots of great potters represented, the Pauls Maseyk and Melser, Yvette van Raders, Scott Brough, John Williams, Max Thomas Edmond etc etc. Also, other stuff in the broad kitchenalia category - fancy French knives, napery, candles, glassware, etc etc. Really lovely owner and staff enhancing the already terrific vibe and atmosphere. A must visit whenever I venture into Wellington as my kitchen cupboards and shelving groan - "please, no more; we're already at full capacity"

This place is one of my favourite shops to buy unique gifts. Celia and Elizabeth are fantastic people and have a wealth of knowledge about their products. They are always friendly whenever I go into the shop. If you are looking for something special for a gift, check this place out.

Went into this shop with my wife who intended to purchase a hardcopy book and pay with applepay on her watch. The woman behind the counter says they do not accept this payment form and could a card be used. Unfortunately wife did not have a card so she left the shop to see me. Behind her back, shop woman sniffs to colleague ‘so much for the watch!’. My wife had come out to get my card, we did not go back in. The rudeness towards customers!
