The Four Points by Sheraton in Kuwait is slightly on the higher end of Marriott hotels. Unlike other Four Points by Sheraton elsewhere, they are considered budget hotels. The team here is very professional and running hotel as per the international standards. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They even offer a fax/printer in every room. It's not very common elsewhere. The breakfast was vast and versatile. You could even find an entire shelf for gluten-free pastries. This was my 2nd time staying here, I would definitely recommend it for others. Note: their prices are like 4-5 star hotels. After all, they are trying the charge as per their level of service.

I had an excellent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Kuwait. The location is very convenient, and the service exceeded expectations. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered all the necessary comforts. The hotel operates at the standard of a five-star property and even provides complimentary transportation to and from the airport, which was a great added benefit. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Last week, I had the opportunity to visit Four Points by Sheraton. It proved to be an excellent venue for both family gatherings and business meetings, offering a very pleasant and welcoming ambience. The property is well-maintained, and the staff are courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this location, though I found the car entrance to be somewhat congested.

Firstly the location of the hotel is really good and there's a lot of parking available. Secondly, the hotel staff were very helpful and respectful. But the room were something else, there was no electric outlet available in the room at all, I found only one that was supposed to be for the lamp but only one in the whole room. And in the morning around 6 am it starts to get very loud. You can hear people talking outside sometimes a loud thud that wakes me up.

They give us the room without cleaning, was too much dirty, food inside the fridge from last day or 2 days clothes inside the drawer also sucks, bathroom was used and not cleaned. They let me pay full amount Without any compensation.

Totally didn’t like, sockets located down and behind furniture, if you call room service no one answers, WiFi is totally useless, you can’t even use WhatsApp. Honestly it’s 2 star hotel

Good location with a nice outside view. We took apartment with one bedroom and it was spacious and clean. The room service is fair but TV channels condition is of bad quality.No cooker machine, only a microwave.

The hotel was way better then expected. It was big and clean. There were enough parking. Service was fantastic. The hotel is close to any main attractions. And the price is phenomenal. The morning breakfast was absolutely amazing, the hard work on breakfast makes this hotel one of the best honestly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to whoever is looking for a nice place.

Great hotel for its location, no crowdedness, parking is easy in front of the building. I got a junior suit which is spacious and clean, not that luxury but you get what you pay for. The staff is so nice and friendly. Highly recommend for people who wants to explore Kuwait.

Very nice place, very clean, with very nice hospitable staff. You get sea-view in some rooms, and generally, the location is excellent. Walking distance to the sea, and a few minutes by car to Kuwait city. Great rates too. I would recommend this place anytime

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent Long Stay with Friendly Service! I had a great 3-month stay at Grand Majestic Hotel, Kuwait. The overall experience was very comfortable. Room cleaning and laundry transportation services were well maintained and always on time. A special thanks to Mr. Ragu at the bell desk and Mr. Akbar, the hotel driver, for their constant support. They were always polite, helpful, and truly made my stay more convenient. One kind suggestion: it would be great if the hotel could add more South Indian food options to the menu and slightly improve the food quality and variety. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

Very poor experience as compared to others. I had a very uncomfortable stay at this hotel. The air conditioning was extremely poor, which made it very difficult to live in the hot weather of Kuwait. The room never cooled down properly, even after several complaints. For a country with such high temperatures, good AC is essential, and this hotel failed badly in that regard. The overall quality of the stay was disappointing.We informed the reception and requested a solution, but their response was shocking: "This is the best we can provide." No effort was made to fix the issue or offer a room change. In a country like Kuwait, where temperatures are extremely high, a working AC is not a luxury — it's a necessity. Sadly, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations. It was very difficult to sleep or relax in the heat. I do not recommend staying here during summer.

On office visit for 2 weeks ! Good and descent hotel ! All attenders are very polite and helpful! Govind is very nice and does the work at his best ! Breakfast is awesome with multiple options. Totally i recommend this hotel for pleasent stay

The Sky Restaurant staffs are so nice and friendly. We celebrated my friends birthday there and they even gave a cake.. It is highly recommended.

Had a blessed time today at a gathering in this hotel. The staff were very courteous. Thankfully, for the first time in a long time, the AC was set at the right temperature. Good food 👍🏼👌

I don’t know why there is many high reviews on this hotel, it was really bad experience with them, The AC in the room is very bad, the weather outside is 50 c and the AC was not operating well, even in the reception and the restaurant it was bad also I found hair between the bed sheet and the back of the bed The iron was not good, but can be used .. There is no parking slots, you will be asked to park in a neighbor free parking, or you can give the keys to valet (which i don’t prefer) + there is a place for 6 cars in front, i got lucky to park on them There are some staff are professional and some are not professional at all They allow me a late check out until 5 PM (good point Breakfast was good, it’s a set menu not a boufet for the summer. The view is WOW, but the window are very dirty, so you will never enjoy it

Victoria Secret cancelled my order and I applied for a refund request since August 20,2023 in amount of 2kd only. I've called and did multiple follow-up calls more than 10 times. The customer service keep saying a supervisor will call and I have not receive a single call from your customer service department. I called my bank and checked my bank statement I have not receive any refund from your company. Someone from your department might have played and manipulate your internal refund system specially if it's 1,000 customers like me who have not been refund for only 2kd.

My stay at Marriott Executive Suites was excellent in every way! The place was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making the experience enjoyable and relaxing. The service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Room service stop at 10 PM that’s too early for me. However, one small issue that might be important for those who prefer total darkness while sleeping is that the air conditioning control panel lights in the bedroom were extremely bright and quite distracting at night. It would be great if there were an option to dim or turn them off. Overall, the place is definitely worth staying at, and I would love to return in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel really nailed everything, well worth the price premium. Room quality is extremely high, everything feels high-end and interiors are tastefully designed. Ventilation and AC were great. There’s a quiet mezzanine lobby separated with elevators from the ground-floor security. Direct indoor access to a premium central shopping mall with a 24/7 hypermarket. Service was friendly and includes airport transfers. Only minus was the staff rushing in to the room 8.30 in the morning (Saturday). Would be a good practice to pause any kind of unsolicited service between 9 pm and 10 am, no matter the weekday.

The beast exclave hotel I saw it and the manager was very kind and welcoming and respecting and happy. Very easy to talk with him. Very easy to ask him very easy to order from him. This is what awesome about the room. It's very big and the kitchen is very nice and the colour of the room wonderful and the view is very very nice on the bathroom was very big and clean and there is everything to use it even the kitchen and they bring for us one exhibit and we pay we paid that but was very easy and very fast and very nice nicely about the swimming pool and the sauna. now we will talk about the barking and the place near for everything and it's contact with the mall and very big mall with the cinema and there is a supermarket 24 hour work and this what make me happy thank you very much bye-bye Ali

We had one of our best hotel experiences at this hotel. The communication was good and fast. We arrived late and could still get dinner in the restaurant at the top floor. Breakfast was amazing with all the staff so friendly..I can fully recommend this hotel .

Had a bit of a hiccup at the start due to a booking error on the hotel’s part, which was frustrating initially. Thankfully, the staff handled it professionally and resolved the issue fairly quickly. The hotel itself is quite nice – clean, comfortable rooms and located in a convenient spot with easy access to the main city and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay, which definitely added to the experience. However, if you’re relying on WiFi – especially as a tourist – be warned: it’s a nightmare. The connection is painfully slow and frequently drops out, making it very difficult to use for anything beyond the basics. Definitely something the hotel needs to improve. The room was clean and well-maintained, though a bit of a let-down that they don’t provide bottled water daily, so you’ll need to stock up from outside. On the plus side, breakfast was enjoyable, with a decent spread including fruits, yoghurt, and a mix of Arabic and Indian dishes. All in all, a good place to stay if you’re not dependent on the internet. Would recommend with some caveats.

Hotel was good for the rate. Room was clean and tidy. Only issue faced was the drain in the shower wasn't good so everytime we had a shower the entire restroom got flooded.

Bad experience & stay! Building is debilitated and falling apart, plumbing is bad (sink faucet loose, rotating, leaking), furnishings are old, broken, and dirty. Parking spaces and access are very limited, awkward to reach if available. Front disk impolite and not helpful; not even coffee & creamer packets are provided with the room kettle (they requested paying for it!) Location is central in the old Kuwait neighborhood where access is difficult & risky due to double-parked cars in both directions and very narrow streets flanking 3-sides of this miserable hotel. Getting to the hotel or out of the hotel is a difficult & risky chore indeed especially for guests’ expensive cars! I was, unfortunately, mislead by good reviews in travel apps and made the mistake of choosing it. But I’ll never make this mistake again.

Wonderful Stay at Kuwait Continental Hotel! I had an amazing experience at Kuwait Continental Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The service was top-notch throughout my stay, and I really appreciate how attentive and professional everyone was. The restaurant deserves special praise – the food was delicious with a good variety of local and international options. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served beautifully. A special shoutout to one of the pregnant staff members (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) – she was exceptionally kind, cheerful, and helpful despite her condition. Her dedication and positive energy truly stood out and made my experience even more memorable.

Entrance fees to visiting sites are very expensive. Food and other goods are on the higher side of prices. Many places other than the city are left neglected of infrastructural development and are very shabby and dirty. People are very friendly. Roads are not pedestrian friendly as almost all drivers don't stop at pedestrian crossings.

The hotel I stayed at during a short trip to Kuwait. The location and view are very nice and the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is until 10:30. The food varieties are sufficient and there are almost the same varieties every day. The staff was very kind and polite. Thank you for everything.

I was here for a day. I took here for 2 reason. Food and fun for kids. Food was good. But for kids nothing available. Gym is not working. Swimming pool is full of dirt. Ground is full of sand. Just for state is OK.

I recently visited Al Hamra Hotel for their dinner buffet. The salad selection was impressive, offering plenty of variety and fresh options. However, compared to the salads, the main course felt a bit limited, and I believe there should be more key items to choose from. Another concern was the lack of name tags on the dishes—for example, I don’t eat seafood, and it was hard to tell whether the pasta contained tuna or chicken. The dessert section was excellent, with a good variety of sweet treats. However, there was no staff around to assist guests, which made things a bit inconvenient—there really should be someone available to help with plates, serving, or guidance. Overall, it’s a pleasant buffet experience, but clearer labeling, more main-course options, and attentive staff support would make it even better.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were very nice and welcoming. Big shout out to Jay and Rhamel they were excellent staff and very helpful. They welcomed us in a very kind way and made our experience better. Also the house keeping were very polite and helped my needs. The hotel restaurant was also excellent. I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at hotel, the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping the room and area clean. Surprisingly I got the room number 1304 , which is same my House 🏠 number in India A -1304. Which was unexpected for me!!!!!!!!!

It is a boutique hotel on the Gulf road with quite a few successful food and other outlets that attract a lot of clientel to the hotel. It has a men's hairdresser and a small fragrance kiosk in the lobby. Friendly staff and well appointed rooms that make the hotel highly regarded

Great location with nice beach view and an option to go for a walk along the beach road. The rooms, toilets/wash rooms are spacious with nice furniture and beds. The room was with a big screen TV as well which made me enjoy the Rugby world cup semi finals between NZ Vs SA and AUS Vs ARG. Has a very nice and variety breakfast buffet which will leave you with many options. More importantly, the hotel is staffed with very friendly personnel with an always ready to serve attitude. Finally, don't have to be in rush to catch your flight as it is just 20 minutes drive from Hotel to Airport located within the Kuwait City.

Only because the hotel is not far from the bay and the beach you can put him three stars. As soon as the residence was immediately changed, the hotel was offered to their company. The room is small, the bathroom is so small that the door does not open and is awful. A view from the window on what that construction and construction debris. Maybe for a hotel with two or three stars is normal, but for a hotel with four stars it's bad.

Very nice & comfortable hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. The only let down apart from the poor internet is the iron and Ironing board used for in-room. It was something you would expect from from work camp, damaged and the iron leaked water. This is my 2nd stay for business and I would stay again, but leave the iron alone if you don't want water marks all over your clothes.

Good and helpful staff. Nice hotel. But some aspects need relooking into- eg if you want to sleep in late, you will have a hard time. Too many knocks on the door and shouting - first newspaper, then house keeping, then minibar check !!! wish they were more discrete and take into account guest need to relax and recharge. But the atmosphere was friendly and I would recommend this hotel.

Food is very bad. Also no much options for Vegetarians. Only 1 or 2 dishes are available for Vegetarians in breakfast, when requested to provide at least bread and salted butter in the breakfast, the same was not provided. Even Wifi facility is said to be free but in my room there was very very poor connectivity. When I complained for the same, I was told that vendor has fixed the problem, which is incorrect. Not expected this kind of services

the rooms wasn't well cleaned and the towel was not white enough and too old, i didn't see the staff well trained to meet the hospitality standard , they even had zero knowledge in the hotel surroundings. it wasn't that pleasant stay as expected.

The main reason why i always come back and patronize St. Regis/Sheraton each time i come and visit Kuwait, is that they always give an excellent satisfaction with their guests. I never expected to have this Topnotch and luxurious room that makes me feel at home and relaxed. Plus luxurious bathroom kits and a complimentary fresh fruits from FAHED ABUSHAAR🫡🫡🫡 i will definitely recommend this hotel with my colleagues and friends if they come and visit the beautiful country of KUWAIT.

In my opinion, one of the best hotels in Kuwait. A wonderful room, the staff always supportive and taking care of each detail, trying that the gast feels like at home. The breakfast has si many soecialuties! AND they have a free-of-charge transfer from the Airport!

I’ve stayed in a few St Regis around the world, but St Regis Kuwait just became the best of all so far! The hospitality demonstrated by each and every staff definitely made an impression. I was given early check-in, late check-out and room upgrades during my one night stay. Room is super comfortable, fresh fruits everyday, superb breakfast, and almost a private pool to myself. Not to mention the butler service is above and beyond too. The attention to detail is unmatched. For example, right before I could ask for a spoon for my yoghurt at breakfast, I’ve already seen a spoon on the table. They checked in constantly with me to make sure I’m all satisfied. In all, highly recommended to stay in St Regis Kuwait. They just set a very high bar for St Regis and Marriott around the world.

The Tea Rooms were recommended by a colleague for a birthday treat… and oh what a treat it was. The service was excellent and so was the quality of the food. Picture worthy and terrific taste… I was so full I took half of it home 🥰. I will be sure to return.

A very basic st regis which is originally half of the old sheraton they renovated it and changed the name to st regis, i dont recommend it for vacation because there is nothing special in it or even around it, also it is massively overpriced for what they have and provide.. it worth only 70-80kd as max for the room but they are charging the double for the night.. also they didnt value the highest tier in bonvoy membership which is ambassador elite tier.

I had a fantastic stay at Swiss-Belboutique Bneid Al-Gar Kuwait! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and the team was welcoming and attentive. The room was modern, and clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was comfortable. I also loved the stunning views of the sea and city from my window! The hotel’s location is excellent—easily accessible and close to major attractions, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The dining experience was with a good breakfast options and good selection of dishes and friendly and helpful staff. One of the best new hotels in Kuwait, i do highly recommend and suggest this hotel to family, couples and friends groups, since their rooms are very comfortable and clean and their furniture are very new and the location is great since its in the heart of Kuwait near to all the attractions.

We stayed in this hotel 22 days. Clean and tidy. We used restaurant on first floor for our breakfasts and dinners.good choise of food. All staff is very friendly and helpful. I visit Kuwait periodically and all the time I book the room at Ibis. First time it was bcoz this hotel was close to business district but later I appreciated other additional advantages. Always friendly reception assist to resolve any common concerns, perfect team in restaurant (Especially thanks chef Ahmed), delicious breakfasts and positive attitude every single day, daily cleaning room service .... In other words, Ibis in Sharq provides the ideal place for business visits to Kuwait.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and I would like to highlight that the staff at the reception were welcoming and helpful. However, my main concern was with the room service. The cleaning was not up to the expected standard and needs improvement. The rooms themselves felt average and could benefit from more attention to detail and comfort. Overall, I appreciated the efforts of the staff, but I believe that enhancing the housekeeping service would greatly improve the guest experience.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner here! The ambience was calm, clean, and beautifully set up. The food exceeded our expectations, and the hygiene was top-notch. The staff, manager, and operations manager went out of their way to accommodate our requests—even preparing special vegetarian options for a friend. Truly excellent service and hospitality. Surely one of the best hotels to stay in the area. But what truly makes the experience memorable is the service provided by the team. The front office staff always greeted me warmly, acknowledged my presence, and were extremely helpful with all my needs. Moustafa at Concierge went above and beyond in assisting me with exploring the city and arranging a car rental with Ahmed. The Atrium team also deserves special mention. At breakfast, the ladies were outstanding always friendly and attentive, even remembering the coffee preferences of me and my colleagues. The dinner team was equally impressive. The ladies and the supervisor made sure a welcoming atmosphere with his chat while also giving the right space for a peaceful dinner. Housekeeping was equally remarkable. Krishna, who primarily looked after my room, never missed a detail. He was attentive with amenities, ensured the beds were perfectly made, and even noticed my pillow preferences without me having to ask. Thank you, Courtyard team, for making my stay exceptional.

Very central location. Large rooms, good gym and an all day dinning restaurant that will serve you something to keep you smiling. Friendly staff and connected to a small mall which is handy.

All in all just perfect for a business trip with a better oiled machine than any of the easily twenty different 5* hotels I stayed in the entire GCC so far. Ok, it's only a 4 star hotel with the charm of the 90ies - like Kuwait in general (and I liked it!). Rooms are hence a bit outdated but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast of decent quality. A nice, large rooftop pool with refreshing and clean water - just perfect after a hot day. Quick check-in and -out. High-quality laundry service. Complimentary airport transport (with Wifi in the car). Central location. But what I loved most was the exceptionally authentic and friendly service (Raj from Reception and Sanjay from Healthclub deserve a special mention).

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Kuwait City. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade as a Marriott Gold Elite member. All the staff were warm and welcoming, and a special thanks to Front Office Desk Manager Ramy Ashraf for being so friendly and accommodating with my late checkout. Breakfast was also excellent with a great selection. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

I don't normally take the time to write hotel reviews, but I wanted to acknowledge that Mustafa went above and beyond during my stay. I didn't realise that Uber wasn't active in Kuwait, and got in a taxi from the airport. Upon realising that the driver was cash only, I asked to get out but he refused and kept going. When I asked Service Manager Mustafa if there was an ATM, he promptly paid the driver in cash and this was simply added to my hotel bill. He also helped me set up Careem for my meeting the next day. Service in general was very good, as was breakfast and the on-site Indian restaurant (although I could have done without the irritating loud fountain). Upon leaving, staff arranged a free airport shuttle even though I hadn't booked in advance. A very positive stay.

Ramada Encore might be a 4-star hotel, but the service is 5 stars!! I can't say enough about how much i love this Hotel and it's people. Bikesh - Really friendly IRD Waiter assisted us with heating our food and bringing it up to the room quickly. Sunil - He was in-charge of the night shift reception, He was the nicest person and this hotel is lucky to have him, He truly is the definition of a 5 star service. He was understanding and kind at every request and it was always a yes. Riza - She's the star of the hotel, she shines bright like the sun in the morning.. Her spirit brings joy and fun to this hotel. Thank you Ramada for being an amazing experience, Great view, Clean room, Quick service, safe, Best prices. Minor things that would make the experience better: Chromecast on TV, Window is rusted، Lack of parking.

I had an extremely positive experience with the hotel personnel. Due to my flight, I needed to check out early and accidentally left my favorite tailored shirt at the cleaning services. They took care of it and sent it expressly back to my home address with no additional cost. I was really happy about it! Not always will you experience this type of kindness to a client. I stayed in Kuwait for business, and the hotel's location was very convenient. The food was very good too. The hotel staff helped me with anything I needed. Very lovely experience! 1/5 – Terrible Experience from Start to Finish My stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait Downtown was far from satisfactory. The experience started off poorly with the airport transfer arrangements. Despite arriving along with my colleague, we were both made to wait over an hour at the airport for three passengers to arrive on two different flights, so the hotel could cram five people into one vehicle. Frustrated, we eventually decided to take a cab on our own to the hotel. Upon arrival, the ordeal continued. The front desk experience was dismal. Cherish, the receptionist, kept us waiting for 30 minutes even though we were already running late for a business meeting. No sense of urgency or professionalism was displayed. The rooms were substandard — far below expectations for a hotel under the Wyndham brand. The breakfast was another letdown, with a limited selection and half of the items needing replenishment, which took far too long. Overall, this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I will certainly not be returning to this property and would not recommend it to anyone seeking a smooth and professional stay in Kuwait.

I stayed for 10 days in the hotel. Overall, the experience was great and the hotel was nice. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Chef nassef, Chef Sheena and dear Laxmi, those three went the extra mile to deliver exceptional service and hospitality.

I wish I could give five stars, but I had a terrible experience in my room! It is in 19th floor, and there is a kitchen and breakfast area in the upper floor. The noise of washing pots and pans after midnight is unacceptable!!! I changed the room at 02:00 to wake up at 07:00!

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Kuwait City. Overall, it was a good experience, but not perfect. The location is okay — if you get a room on a high floor, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Kuwait Towers and the sea, which is definitely a highlight. However, if you’re on a lower floor, the view isn’t as nice, and the surrounding area itself isn’t the best. The room has a good design and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. That said, the furniture feels a bit old, and the AC wasn’t very clean, giving off a slightly dusty vibe. The service is where this hotel truly shines — the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with fresh, clean, and tasty food, along with great service. The lobby area is also welcoming and well-maintained. If you value great service and good food, this hotel is worth considering, but the rooms could use some updates.

Hotel Stay Report This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I truly regret booking here. I chose their so-called “best room,” and it turned out to be a nightmare. • Room Condition: The bed was filthy, dusty, and completely uncomfortable. The entire room smelled like burnt smoke, making it unbearable to stay in. The closets were ancient, the furniture was falling apart, and the air conditioner did not cool at all—despite the thermostat being set at 18°C. This is unacceptable. • Noise Issues: The walls are paper-thin. I could hear every sound from the next room, including loud music and cooking. Sleeping was impossible. • Cleanliness: The corridors were dirty, smelly, and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. It felt disgusting walking to and from the room. • Overall Impression: This hotel is a disgrace to the Marriott brand. The 4.4 rating is completely misleading and undeserved. I would strongly warn anyone against booking here. Don’t waste your money or your time—there are far better options elsewhere.

I would like to share my great experience with the outstanding service provided by Khalil, a receptionist from Algeria working at the Residence Inn Hotel by Marriott. Khalil welcomed me warmly and assisted me at different times during my stay. When I arrived, I faced an unexpected issue as my reservation had been cancelled due to a technical error in the booking system. Khalil handled the situation immediately and resolved it smoothly, which made a huge difference for me after a long trip. He also supported me with a late check-out and arranged transportation to the airport, which was extremely helpful. Throughout my stay, Khalil was always very polite, respectful, and genuinely caring. He truly represents excellent hospitality and made my stay much more comfortable. All services in the hotel are excellent including the breakfast and location. Thank you, Khalil, and all staff for your outstanding service! Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The location is excellent, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. From the security at the gates to the reception and housekeeping teams, everyone was warm, professional, and welcoming. I have absolutely no complaints. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the staff in the dining area were incredibly helpful. A special mention to the chefs for their great work. I’d especially like to recognize Sharf and the rest of the reception team for providing the smoothest check-in and check-out process I’ve ever experienced. Their support throughout my stay was outstanding.

Rooms are nothing fancy, but they are huge and well maintained.

We used this place to stay for 1 night with my sister. In short, excellent staff, excellent rooms and excellent service. On the day we left our belongings, we wanted to leave and tour and they happily accepted. There is everything you need in the rooms. The price is also very reasonable compared to the surrounding area. The location is 15 minutes walking distance to Al-Mubarakiya Market. I definitely recommend it, you will never regret it.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. Despite its 4-star rating, the reality is far from it — it barely deserves a single star. The room was filthy — thick layers of dust everywhere, especially around the vents, under the furniture, and on surfaces that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The furniture was extremely outdated and worn out, with visible scratches, stains, and an overall neglected appearance. The walls were scuffed, peeling in places, and made the entire space feel depressing and unkempt. Even the common areas felt poorly maintained. Carpets smelled musty, lighting was dim, and overall, the property gave off a very tired, abandoned vibe. It’s clear this hotel hasn't had a proper renovation or deep cleaning in years. This place urgently needs a full overhaul — both in terms of cleanliness and facilities. I’ve stayed in budget hotels that were in far better condition than this supposed 4-star property. Definitely not worth the price or the rating. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or hygienic stay.

The location is good, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. It's great value for money and I will definitely come again.

One of the best experiences ever, especially the hospitality of the staff on the top of them is Mr. Sajad from the reception, very friendly and kind, he even got us some water and stuff because of the heat :). The cleanliness is great, and the location of the hotel is outstanding, especially that it is in downtown Kuwait City, Souk Al-Mubarikiya is near so as Al-Muthana complex, and the beach view is great. Clean yes Wifi is really bad, called reception to bring it to their attention and they said it's working but it really slow. There was horrible construction noise above my floor and also brought it to reception attention and they managed to make it stop. The cold water in the shower was super hot. I usually take my own shampoo when I travel but didn't this time and I used theirs, and its is horrible quality!.. If You’re a girl who takes care of your hair, make sure you bring your shampoo with you. The A/C is really really cold, even on low, and it's pretty hot if I turn it off, as we're in June, so I keep turning it on and off, and that's not comfortable when you can't manage the temperature. I'm only staying for 1 night in between flights, but I won't stay here again. Although the view of the sea is nice!

The place is well maintained. Its clean. When you enter the lobby, it is beautifully coloured and designed. The staff are polite and courteous. Location wise is ok for taxi amd private car but for public transport its quite hard.

The hotel have 2 types of rooms old dirty with 24kd as shown in booking sites and others **New type Rome with different rates about 35kd In general the hotel old rooms type badly and very dirty! Maybe need to renew all !!

Very bad. Room was not clean. Cold weather was coming from windows. Floors were so so dirty. You shouldnt go there really. But reception and workers were so polite with me.

I recommend city life cafe at Al Bastaki international Hotel at the 14th floor. If you smoke (Shisha), it is the place to be at. The modern style of the cafe is attractive.

My stay at the Sheraton Kuwait, a Luxury Collection Hotel was truly memorable. This hotel stands out not just for its elegant design, but for its exceptional service and rich heritage. It’s clear from the moment you enter that you’re in a place with a long-standing reputation for quality. The rooms are tastefully decorated, combining classic style with modern comfort. The antique furniture and marble finishes give it a regal charm, while all the amenities you'd expect from a luxury hotel — including high-speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable work desk, and luxurious linens — are right at your fingertips.

It has good potential, very expensive for what you get.. rooms are very old, carpet smelled horribly, electricity socket was out of its place, closet doors not closing, overall not the best experience. And I paid 110KD a night lol. A joke. The phone in the room was from January 2000! Yup that's how old the furniture is I guess. Even the AC looks like some technology from the early 90s. P.S: they are currently "renovating" so my comments will be outdated in few weeks I hope.

Stayed here for a business trip, and it was super nice. Architecture has a bit vintage feel to it, staff is super nice and location is closer to most places in the city.

This place has the best staff ever! I was there for work for almost a week and they were all so attentive and so kind. The hotel is going through a renovation so it's a strange mix of old and new right now but it's a wonderful place to stay for the staff alone. And the rooms are still great just a little old school until they finish redoing everything but I also like that it had it's own flavor as opposed to most modern places that all feel the same after a while. It's got a really nice feel and a distinctly Middle Eastern style.

I can’t put it in words how amazing each and every employee of this hotel is. The attention to details and the whole guest experience is so fantastic that I haven’t seen in such a long time. I agree that the decor is dated and it’s a bit travelling back in time, but because of the service provided and the people from lounge to pool made a huge difference.

We’d like to thank the entire Four Seasons team for a memorable weekend. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday there and the details and surprises were plentiful - resulting in amazing lifetime memories. We were upgraded to a larger room, the staff called my kids by their names, we had a stream of goodies prepared at various times. The bathtub was adorned with my daughter’s name and the list goes on. My kids already miss it. The coordination between the whole team was phenomenal as if they were all working to make our stay unforgettable ❤️

I visited the Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait looking for a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee. I ordered Arabic coffee along with a slice of cheesecake, and both were absolutely delightful. The ambiance of the hotel was elegant and serene, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional. I would especially like to commend Lea, a member of the staff, who kindly assisted me when I asked for directions to the parking area. She not only guided me with clear directions but did so with a warm smile and a genuinely kind demeanor. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly enhanced my overall experience. It’s small gestures like hers that reflect the high standards of service at the Four Seasons. I look forward to visiting again soon.

The staff always go above and beyond to make every stay feel personal, comfortable, and seamless. From the front desk to the concierge to housekeeping, everyone is warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The rooms are beautifully maintained, and the hotel overall has a real sense of calm luxury. I want a Christmas holiday at a seasonal hotel that is luxurious calm and has a fabulous view. The hotel was surrounded by towers and there is a mall nearby. We take a room on a high-level floor we have a park view that is under construction. The service was amazing the people who are working there from the reception even the cleaners are very friendly and helpful. The room design was in a modern style luxury and it was very clean. The service came every morning. The breakfast was an open buffet you had whatever you wanted and the waiters were friendly only one chaf I didn't like him he was always angry and shouted at me. The food was great the service a good. One thing I didn't like is that the food have to be free with a hotel reservation because the hotel is not cheap too expensive At least the breakfast has to be free because I traveled a lot and I know the system in every hotel If the hotel is expensive the breakfast has to be free.

Flawless Four Seasons hotel . Best indoor pool at any hotel I’ve been to and the spa club is very luxurious with snacks and fresh juice options . Rooms were impeccable. Just a shame that the weather sometimes doesn’t allow the guests to enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool area . The Lebanese restaurant there is great , best in KUW.

A great experience - Pools - Specialty restaurants - If you want to have the most beautiful vacation with your spouse with its scent and ambiance special design values, you should definitely choose this hotel. It was our first time in Kuwait and we didn't even want to leave the hotel The sin toho restaurant upstairs was great. Also the Lebanese restaurant inside was very good and very good in terms of price performance. We also liked the fact that they offered us water as soon as we entered and did not make us feel the heat of the country instantly. We left very happy. They introduced Kuwait to us with a very nice experience and we thank you very much.

I stayed twice in this hotel. It’s pretty clean, the rooms are good in size. The reason I’m rating it a 4 stars is the air conditioning system keeps turning on and off every 7 minutes. I personally find it difficult to sleep especially during summer. Other than that there are no sound proofing on the windows if you stay on the bottom floors as I kept hearing a lot of noise on the outside. Including the housekeeping staff keeps talking too loud during early morning hours while cleaning the rooms. I had to open the door and tell them to lower their voice as I can hear them. I do it on daily basis upon my stay there. I think if they add soundproofing on the doors that could probably help to solve this issue. The second time I checked in, I asked to stay on the top floors and I gotta admit I did not hear a thing. However like I said the housekeeping staff kept talking loud upon cleaning the rooms. So yes, the hotel is great, housekeeping staff needs to be trained to avoid making sounds. If you are a heavy sleeper this hotel is an excellent choice because you won’t notice anything. Would I stay back here? Yes, if they improved a bit.

My stay at this hotel was completely ruined by an unacceptable and unprofessional incident. At exactly 12:05 PM — just five minutes after the official checkout time — a staff member walked into my room without any notice, permission, or communication whatsoever. This is not just bad service — it's a blatant invasion of privacy. There is absolutely no excuse for such disrespectful behavior, especially when I was still packing and preparing to leave. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and I’ve never experienced something this inconsiderate. I will absolutely not return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you expect even the most basic level of respect and professionalism.

The hotel has a strategic location and offers plenty of parking spaces with shaded areas. I booked through Booking.com, but upon arrival, I noticed that the photos in the app did not match reality. Thankfully, the hotel management quickly resolved the issue by upgrading my booking to a larger suite, which I truly appreciate. However, there were some drawbacks: •Weak internet connection most of the time, making it unreliable. •Soundproofing was acceptable, but I could still hear noises from the hallway and the street since my room was facing the main road. •Service was generally good, and staff responded to requests quickly. However, after 10:00 PM, I called reception multiple times and received no response. •Hot water took too long to arrive in the shower, and after contacting reception, a technician was sent. He advised me to let the water run for at least 10 minutes before showering, which is wasteful, especially since the hotel asks guests to conserve water and energy. •Special requests made through the app were not fulfilled, including stable internet for work, a high-floor quiet room, and a smoking room. I highly recommend this hotel after they fix the hot water issue, update their online photos to reflect reality, and pay more attention to guest requests to ensure a fair and satisfying experience.

I stayed here for two nights without prior arrangement, but thanks to the kind Alaa and Ahmed at the reception, it happened. They are very kind and cooperative, in addition to the bright smile. I will come back again because of the elegance and kindness of the treatment, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel.
