This is a very busy open branch located in Marina Mall. There is a lot of seating and a nice place to people watch. The biggest issue for me was trying to get served. I felt like you had more chance of winning the lottery! I understand they were busy but apart from one gentleman, they were unfriendly and rude. I stood there waiting, they saw me and just ignored me. When I eventually found a table, I had to ask them to clean it. Floors were filthy and I saw a hair under my table just after I had finished! Had I seen it before, I would have left. Once I did get my order, it was fine. I had a plain croissant and a black americano. Both were perfect. The croissant was flaky and buttery as it should be and the americano was perfect with it. They need to improve on service and cleanliness.

I would love to take this opportunity to post this review for the Paul Bakery located on the rear side of the Kuwait Marina Mall. The minute I found out that they could cater a Christmas menu I jumped right on it. I placed an order over the phone for Turkey, roasted potatoes, and Asian style rice. To begin with, the customer service over the phone was very good and the staff member was very nice. The biggest take on this experience was the day I went to go do the pick up. I sat down over coffee as I wait and observed how the manager and staff were very professional, in my eyes Michelin quality operation. When they brought my order out, the chef along with the staff was very merry and welcoming and wished a happy holiday season. When they helped me load the order into my truck, another staff member took the time and effort to walk over to me to shake my hand with a smile and wished me and my family a merry Christmas. Their welcoming efforts, professionalism, and ability to put on a smile on someone’s face during the holiday seasons are the trademarks of excellence in customer service. Their efforts exemplifies the qualities of selfless service and because of the nature of how they served people and treated them with respect and like family, is all I need to be a loyal customer here and would recommend this place to all my personal and professional contacts. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for the wonderful and friendly experience. Christmas is my favorite time and you and the staff made it brighter! I went for Brunch at Paul and my experience was pretty good. Little bit pricey but food as good . They have good varieties of Frappe and the the bakery items are fresh and amazing.

The new breakfast menu is overpriced and disappointing. A breakfast for four people cost around 30 KD’s. The new breakfast menu is and doesn’t reflect pose authentic identity. Unrelated, the service and atmosphere where up to the standards as always.

Food is okay and i have been regularly visiting for years. Love the food but service can imrove. Love the dessert spread. The breads were not warm and they served with margarine and did not feel like butter. Its usually crowded and service can be delayed.

We waited for at least 15 minutes for someone to approach us to take the order. Onion soup that I got was nothing special and was missing flavor, however the tenderloin was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing with the gravy.

Worst experience ever i had today I will never go back again the service is very bad the waiter ignoring us and they don't want serving us we have to wait and wait and even a apology we didn't hear after all the food was a disaster the chicken was cold and the salmon not good.

Unfortunately would not recommend. The savory pastry box is all bread which was u fortunately dry and and barely any filling. You get better value for money in another pastry shops. The Japanese bread was also dry. Would not recommend

The staff 🥰here was very nice.🇰🇼 Before we went out with Vaniya Bakery items🍕, they gave us 2 freshly cooked dishes to try, I don't remember the name. 🌮But it was a very delicious experience.🍱 Everyone should come here at least once.🌺🙏

Coffee served in a good looking cups but it doesn’t taste as good. I had focaccia cheese sandwich with no taste. The Victoria cake full of sugar and I couldn’t taste the cake at all. Not pleasant experience with over priced products for mass production.

So many options to choose from 😋 weather it’s pastry, lunch, or desert. We really enjoyed the freshly baked pastry 🥐 🥖 They have a branch in Daiya supermarket, but smaller.

Place is smaller than I expected, quite snug. The tables are so close together and walking space is limited. The decor and atmosphere nonetheless are amazing. The food was quite good, bagels were awesome. The iced matcha latte however was bad, wouldn't recommend. I recommend the pizza bagel!

I ordered the zaater bagel halloumi sandwich with Rocco and fresh tomato. Unfortunately, the sandwich was too salty with the add-ins. The latte was also disappointing. The coffee was very strong and had a burnt coffee bean flavor. The small size of the restaurant makes it better to order takeaway.

Enjoyed this cute little cafe nestled in the residential area of bnied al ghar. I made my own bagel (every thing bagel, Sriracha cream cheese, bacon, egg, and tomatoes) and the manager was kind enough to let me try a new cake offered only next weekend. The cake was delicious! Will definitely be going there to try the other items on the menu. One con is the lack of protein options- for instance the pastrami was not available. But overall a must try!

One of my favourite go to sandwich places. Super fresh and really nice atmosphere, really underrated matcha also.

My first time in this famous coffee and bakery shop , because i visited late I didn’t have coffe .. but tried the burrata croissant it was amazing, and thier pecan pie was so moist and perfectly sweetened, i wish they serve the hot drinks in ceramic cups .. the atmosphere is so nice loved the indoor garden 🪴 definitely coming back again

Such a lush and cozy place. I ordered Cappuccino with almond milk and Cheese Danish. I was overwhelmed with joy the moment I walked in because I saw the staff baking those goodies from scratch! It’s currently 9:00 am on a Friday morning, the place is literally empty (good for us early birds). Love the openness of the place, smart move with the glass roof and big window panels. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the other baked goods. Honorable mention: Gorilla with a torch.

Tried the Turkey croissant 🌟 The croissant was puffy and soooooo crispy.. It has some pastries as well, coffee & fresh juices.. I tried also the enormous cookie (sooo chocolaty & gooey), brownie (good) and cinnamon roll 🌟 One prob is that its kinda difficult to fine parking around the place

Small bakery and coffee shop. They have one size for any order of coffee. My order was cappuccino with oat milk. The coffee was not as strong to my liking however, it was nice. Parking is a hassle. The garden like seating was pleasing and enjoyable. Keep in mind while paying, it’s on the expensive side. Updated: after tasting their cinnamon bun, I’ll rate them 4 stars. It was scrumptious, fluffy and fresh!

As pastries and drinks all good. However, over priced for coffee. As I explore market prices of coffee on same basis, paid KD 2.750 for flat white with oat milk. That was way beyond range of equivalent and superior quality specialty coffee with price ranges from KD 1.700 to 2.300.

I really wanted to like this place but it wasn't all that. The coffee was good but the cinnamon roll was cold and so was the icing. I did ask for a warm cinnamon roll. The outside seating is nice and it appears to be handicap accessible. Slight social distancing.

I think it's overrated. Went there to try a crookie and it was OK. Not sure what I was expecting but it was just that.. a cookie and croissant. Mixed berry danish was just blah. Hard, not enough filling and the whole thing just crumbled on to the plate and the floor. Also, the turkey pretzel was just average. The atmosphere is great upstairs to relax, especially after all the stress that went into not being able to park your car anywhere close to the cafe.

Not fresh baked or I don’t know the danish we ordered was very hard and we changed it and still very hard. Disappointed. We didn’t eat it. The espresso was very very sour weird. Good service thanks.

Mr.Baker is coming up with many new varieties. Very tasty and fresh items. Love their cheese cakes & Danish pastry! Did not like a coconut based ice-cream cake. Only take-away! Enough parking place. Must go place.
