Enjoyable dinner. Good food and service with a nice atmosphere. It's a great restaurant and overall development with the pool etc. So its great for any time of day. We went in a big group with a baby and there were families at almost every table. Just a strong, well-run rsstaurant with great pizza.

Our group chose the €15 daily special (pasta al tonno e pollo e patate). Nothing special, but everyone enjoyed it. The place looks very inviting with a beautiful pool, outdoor volleyball court, etc. In the summer and with more time on our hands, it looks like the perfect place to be.

We had the most wonderful time here, it’s such a brilliant place for the whole family, the kids were entertained by the park, there was a wonderful pool to cool down in, and the most delicious food. All the staff were so helpful and delivered brilliant service. Would highly recommend.

I am revisiting Fonti del Clitunno - Ristorante Pizzeria e wine bar for a second time to enjoy an aperitivo and meet my boyfriend’s friends. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, providing a comfortable setting for our gathering. While the pizza isn't cooked in a traditional wooden oven, it still satisfies our cravings.
We were very pleased with our lunch on a weekday. The restaurant is comfortable, the staff welcoming and attentive to everyone, and the meal was well-prepared, well-paced, and delicious. Portions were ample and the prices reasonable. We had the strangozzi alla spoletina, grilled trout, and grilled lamb.
James D — Google review
My family (two adults and one toddler) and I, plus a couple of friends, have been at “Fonti del Clitunno - Ristorante Pizzeria e wine bar” for lunch. We didn’t book, but it was easy to find a table since we arrived at 12.30. The staff arranged a very nice table close to the fireplace: Atmosphere & Place 5: We only experienced the restaurant. Thanks to the old-style furniture, the Spoleto festival posters, and the fireplace, the place is very cosy. The daylight gave the room a great atmosphere, and I enjoyed it a lot. A massive pain point is the quality of the restrooms. They are based on the upper floor, hence not accessible and not well maintained. The toilet is visible from the parking, and on top of that, the lack of hand sanitiser is not forgivable these days. Menu 7: We tried the suggested dishes such as the pasta with the black truffle, the fried tuna meatballs, the Fiorentina steak and the homemade tiramisu. To mention one of these, the tiramisu was a five-star dish. Service 6 ½: Everything was done according to the standard hospitality rules. We missed some empathy from the staff. Bill 5 ½: The wine was way too expensive. I would never choose a local wine for that price again.

Cozy place, pizza is not from a wooden oven but is okay.

3 euros to walk around a small pond. Ok its interesting to see the water bubbling a little, to indicate the underground spring, the (roadside) setting is not unpleasant, the 2 swans were ok, .. but that's it. And a few trees.

Ristorante Le Casaline is a charming countryside restaurant located in the green territories of Campello sul Clitunno. It offers a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal place to host wedding receptions amidst nature and delicious food. The restaurant is highly recommended by locals for its excellent and carefully crafted traditional dishes.
We ate here as we had been to their other restaurant in Spoleto the night before and had been impressed. We were treated like family. Nothing was too much trouble, food was exceptional, delicious little extras were brought to sample, great wine recommendation and beautiful surroundings. The family have owned the restaurant for 52 years. Great value for money and would highly recommend. Jo and Neil, Cambridge, England

As you walk in you know you’re in for a treat. The food (sirloin steak, eggplant parmigiana, gnocchi…), the wine (Montefalco Rosso, out of a wide selection) the excellent service (by Giulia) and the great finale (desserts and dessert wine, grappa, limoncello) made it a perfect first night in Umbria. Once Again.

Really lovely restaurant nestled in the hills of Campo Sul Clitunno. Beautifully rustic interiors and immaculately laid out tables. My wife and I ate here on a very quite Thursday evening in September, and were the only ones there for the most part We were served by a charming older Italian gentleman who provided us with excellent service. For starters we had an antipasto selection which came in 3 stages, first was smoked goose or duck, (can't recall as there were many plates) this had an intensely smoked flavour and served simply over a bed of leaves, next we had cured lamb carved at the table, this was one of the finest pieces of cured meat I had ever tasted, such concentrate flavour in each bite as if the best roast lamb had been squeezed into each bite, finally there were 3 additional meats, which were not as flavoursome as the preceding ones, bit very tasty nonetheless. Next we shared the ricotta and pinenut ravioli, which was vary tasty, the waiter also provided us with a sample of some salami which he had just carved for the only other table who had just arrived, paired with the ravioli this really brought out the flavours. For mains we had the wild boar Ragu, this was very similar to a beef bourgnoine, and one of the most delicious Ragu I had tasted, each mouthful packed a punch of rich, slightly salty flavour and the occasional burst of juniper berries were a delightful addition. My wife had the fillet braised in local wine, obviously this was not a fillet, more of cheaper cut suitable for braising, which was what we expected, again the flavour was so intense with a mixture of sweetness from the wine and saltyness possibly from some anchovies, all of which was washed down with a glass of Montefalco, which was the best wine we had tasted since our arrival in Italy one week ago. The only let down was dessert, a local Umbrian cake which was a bit too eggy in texture for me and could have done with some additional texture, but tasted good nonetheless. All in all highly recommended, if you are in the area, definitively worth a visit, the best meal we have had in Italy so far.

Stella Ristorante Vineria e Locanda is a popular Umbrian restaurant known for its traditional dishes made with simple and fresh ingredients. Located in Perugia, it attracts both locals and tourists with its lively atmosphere and a variety of seasonal options. Their menu features delectable offerings such as stringhetti pasta with homemade ragu sauce and linguine with roasted rabbit sauce. The establishment takes pride in using natural and organic ingredients, including their homemade breads sourced from nearby farms.
I can’t say enough good things about my recent stay at this gem of a hotel in Perugia. From the moment we walked in, we felt a genuine warmth from the staff who go above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a beautiful view of the countryside. Now, the restaurant is where the experience truly shined! Every dish was crafted with so much care, celebrating local ingredients and the local wine selection was spot on. Especially if you appreciate slow food, this is the place to be. What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail and the passion you can feel in everything they do – from the service to the food. They don’t just want you to stay; they want you to have an unforgettable experience, and they succeed. Whether you’re a food lover or just looking for a charming authentic spot to stay while exploring Perugia, I highly recommend this place!!

Very beautiful restaurant, serving quality dishes made with local produce, accompanied by delicious wines. The service was attentive and friendly (especially the woman with short black hair). The cherry on top is the stunning view of perugia that you get if you sit by the windows. I can’t wait to go back and try other dishes from their very capable cuisine!

A small wonder. Superb service, outdoor seating (and indoor), excellent menu. Superb veal, cut thick, flank meat. Semifreddo was perfect. Not expensive, views.

Splendid experience of food and wine in this Slow Food haven. The attention to the details of preparation, friendly and sincere service, and relaxed setting made for a memorable visit. Highly recommended for honest, traditional rustic foods of the area. To start with, the bread was wonderful, lovingly made in house with curated yeast. We were also lucky enough to enjoy the parmigiana sedano nero di Trevi, which exploded with flavor. The gnocchi were pillowy and light in the deceptively simple and delectable ragu of duck. The risotto was top notch, with obvious care to the texture of each ingredient, especially the butternut squash. Moving on, the grilled eel had a wonderfully crisp texture, and the rabbit was divine with it's sweetbreads and porchetta accompaniment. The broccoli flan was all at once inventive and familiar comfort food. All this accompanied by an excellent natural wine, selected for us in consultation with the resident expert. In closing, we very much enjoyed the semifreddo of hazelnuts, which left smiles on our faces. Bravo!

Lovely family-run restaurant just outside the city of Perugia. The owners take good care of their customers. Local ingredients and dishes, well prepared and fresh. Excellent wine list (Umbrian and beyond). Look forward to coming back!
Neil W — Google review
Stella distills Umbrian cuisine into one meal. Hyperlocal (fish from regional lakes, local grains, Umbrian wine), ethically sourced, meticulously and lovingly prepared. It’s like dinner at Nonna’s, if your Nonna happened to be Lidia Bastianich. The food was great - squash blossoms, “fish fries” (little fish fried like French fries), guinea fowl, white Chianina ragú. The wine list is extraordinary - mostly Umbrian, and mostly organic and natural. The setting is familiar and comfortable - it’s a former house. The crowd was a mix of regulars, locals and visitors. The whole effect is thoughtful and caring and authentic, and intended to showcase the best of Umbria. Italian, English, Polish and German all spoken fluently by the proprietors. Note for those with mobility impairments: the dining room is accessible, the restrooms are down a set of steps.

This restaurant is outstanding. We visited twice in the 5 day stay in Perugia and it took our prestigious last night slot. Sylvia is the boss. She is a 5 foot tall diamond. She welcomes every guest and makes sure they know everything about the food on offer. I loved the fact that Sylvia took time to get to know us. Where we were from and why we chose the area. It was genuine. Arek is her husband and he does the wine. There is an extensive selection but make sure you choose the Umbrian region wines which in general you will not see in the UK. We had several bottles and every one was exceptional. 20 to 25€ will see a very good bottle. The food is wonderful. Never met the chef or his team but they deserve a mention. Take a punt and try what Sylvia suggests. Many favourites with several local Umbrian dishes. They take delight in you enjoying the food. Favourites were wild boar gnocchi and fried aubergine with tomato and mint Sourdough bread is baked daily and very tasty. Service was mostly on the terrace outside with space inside in case it rains. The place was spotlessly clean. Stella is about 10mins taxi from Perugia. Not an issue. Well worth getting away from many restaurants that cater only for tourists. A taxi will be about 25€. A call or email will be answered usually by late afternoon. Don't think it is open for lunch. All in all one of our best ever local restaurants in Italy. 5 stars. Well done Sylvia and Arek.

This review is only about the restaurant. We went here for a simple lunch with friends. Our main objective was eating truffles and this is exactly what we did. Most of the menu offerings have a "with truffles" version. We started with a simple bruschetta and scrambled eggs, both simple yet very tasty. As first dish we got the strangozzi with truffles and as second dish we were evenly split between sausaged and scottadito lamb (with truffles). I was the only one who got a dessert, a very abundant portion of zuppa inglese. Overall service was relatively fast and cordial, the dishes, while simple in preparation, had no flaws and they were very generous with the truffle, which is grated on top in this area. The truffles were summer black truffles. Prices are very modest for the offering.

Overall excellent experience. Restaurant has limited seating and they specialised in truffle dishes. They also offer different grades of truffles. We had wine, gnocchi, ravioli and beef stew. All excellent dishes. The ravioli came in 2 different meat filling which is a little strange. Would visit again.

"La pecora nera - Polpette & Co." is a unique restaurant specializing in meatballs, or polpette, offering a diverse menu including vegan options, gluten-free choices, fish variations, and delicious salads. The establishment takes pride in creating special al sugo meatballs using products mainly from the Umbrian territory. Despite some minor service hiccups during peak hours, the staff remains courteous and attentive.
I came here by chance, when I was walking around, just to have a campari soda. I am here for two hours 🤩 I was not very hungry so was offered some fish balls. Yummy. Service and atmosphere is so good. Price / quality is more than perfect

Very good tiny polpette eatery close to the scenic aqueduct path. I had the eggplant polpette and it tasted good! The service is quick and the prices alright. I did not like the 2 euro for "coperto" (it's something you get added only in Italy) and there were 4 smallish polpette in my salad. I'd rather pay 2/3 euro extra and have a couple more polpette in the salad, because the food quality is good and the service is quick. Just a suggestion.
Marco D — Google review
Scrumptious! The restaurant was the only one that was nearby in the area we were in. As we went into the restaurant we get welcomed by a very friendly staff and ordering a ceaser salad and polpette. As these meals were very familiar to us we already knew how they would taste and didn’t expect much. But as we got our plates and tasted the dishes we were all shocked at how good these were. It was tasty, innovative, creative and underrated for what it had to offer. There is nothing more to say these dishes where scrumptious.

5 tasteless meatballs, in a worn enamel cup, with a paper inside to make look full 6.5euro. We sat outside in a small table and knife with fork , napkin 2euro. A bad review does not affect something that has become a tourist must I look forward to having fun with the answer and scientific explanation of the paper inside the cup.

(Translated by Google) A small but very cute and welcoming place. We ate outside with a splendid view of the aqueduct steps (one of the most beautiful views in Perugia). The food was delicious, all in the shape of meatballs. We had the cacio e pepe, pea, and ragù meatballs (I took the photo too late 😅) and the eggplant meatballs, excellent with the torta al testo (a kind of bread) for the obligatory mopping up of the sauce. For dessert, the tiramisu meatballs and the torta caprese (cake), all delicious. The staff was truly friendly and kind. I'll be back to try more meatballs 😊 (Original) Locale piccolo ma molto carino ed accogliente. Personale davvero cordiale e gentile. Tornerò a provare altre polpette 😊

Trout lunch for 3 of us, reasonable prices, good service in a park setting.

I took the starter "Burrata Battipaglia con prosciutto e bruscetta al tartufo" It was fantastic, good quality, very tasty though quite expensive - €14. And I took potatoes (contorno, patate con rosmarino), they were very good - €4. My husband took pasta - Strangozzi al tartufo. He says it was good, but not fantastic - €14. For dessert we took zuppa inglese. It was not impressing. One bottle of water and all together we paid €44, not little at all, considering we took only one main dish. The stuff was very polite and the view is very nice. We stayed in the terrace and we've seen the geese

Our dining venue for 2 days in a row. Cozy family run restaurant always packed with the locals, we were really lucky to get a table. Excellent meats (go for their plate of beef), pasta and pizza. Very good (and affordable) wine selection. Definitely recommended!

Such a beautiful and delicious place to eat! ✨ Osteria del Ravale is aesthetic and Instagrammable. It’s perfect for a romantic dinner with your partner or a lovely evening with family. The place is always full, so booking ahead is a good idea. They have a charming setup both outside and inside, plus a lovely garden. The meat was amazing, and I also tried the pizza and tiramisu, everything was delicious!

Food was amazing. Especially the beef and the papadelle with a ragu sauce….meat was very well cooked as we asked for (medium rare). Spot on!!! We wanted to go back right next day of our first dinner but they are closed on Wed 😭 Next time we are in Umbria, we know where to go again though. Lovely restaurant!

Good food... Strangozzi with tartufo very good, a bit too much oil for me but taste good and have salt on.... I say that because normally at umbria food is cooked with less salt

The Locanda dei Pescatori del Trasimeno is a cooperative of fishermen from the Trasimeno area, known for their adjacent fish market. The restaurant they have established is renowned for its exceptional cuisine, featuring exclusively fresh lake fish caught by the fishermen themselves and prepared using traditional recipes. Guests can savor dishes made with Tench, Persico, Boccalone, and other locally sourced ingredients in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
I came here for the best fish and i got the best lake fish. It is so gooooooood, so different and so interesting so if i would be around there again this is a definately place to visit

Unfortunately, we haven't encountered such indifferent service in Italy before. The waiter seemed completely disengaged, taking our orders as if it were a chore and serving dishes with little enthusiasm. This lackluster attitude was consistent throughout. Perhaps he was having a bad day or something happened, but unfortunately, it affected our overall experience. The food was mediocre at best, and considering the prices, it wasn't exactly cheap either. Regrettably, I wouldn't recommend this establishment.

A fantastic restaurant. One not to miss in Monopoli. We ate here many times leading up to the wedding of my son. The food was excellent and out of this world. Excellent service. Mimmo the owner is very charming and fantastic nothing was too much trouble. He treated us and our wedding guests like royalty. He even turned up at the Monopoli Cathedral on my son’s wedding day and took photos. A real lovely person. I would recommend eating here during your stay in Monopoli. All prossima. Tonino

Wery bad experience. The waiter persistently ignored us, perhaps because we were in biker clothes and were "less valuable" customers in his eyes. So I can't rate the food because we went elsewhere without being served

Terrible place if you are not a fluent Italian speaker. Waiter/host is extremely rude. At first refused to acknowledge us and pretended not to understand us. When asked what is good or he would recommend he answered nothing! If you are a tourist I would avoid! Might be an ok place but not for me.

Nestled in a charming setting, La locanda dello Stradino is a delightful find that combines warm hospitality with an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant features two cozy dining areas and an open kitchen, ensuring that the ambiance remains pleasant without any lingering cooking odors. While the service shines through with attentive owners and staff who are eager to assist, the culinary experience has its ups and downs.
(Translated by Google) We came across this small restaurant after a visit to the Clitunno springs and after looking for a place to eat. I would say that never was a more appropriate choice. Mauro, the gentleman who welcomes you, shows that he does this job and not only this with great passion and above all with love. He put us at ease by telling us all about him and his specialties. To eat, you eat very well with an open kitchen and this tells a lot about your offer. We left simply amazed by the service and the excellent food. The wine is also exquisite, the food is all locally sourced and cooked in the right way. We will be back and recommend it to everyone. Always open.... Rests from midnight to 12 as the very nice Mauro says. Sempre aperto....

(Translated by Google) We went to this place for dinner almost by chance. Sometimes chance turns into luck and this was certainly our case!! Nice small place divided into two rooms with a bar/cashier area and the main room with an open kitchen. In this regard I must point out that although the stay in the restaurant was decidedly long, no smell came out of the kitchen!! First point in favor.... Excellent food, very very local with unusual but excellent dishes based on Umbrian excellence. We ate a super appetizer for two, rich in very delicate local cheeses and followed by a first course (divided in two) of chestnut, mushroom and ricotta ravioli, white accounts with sausage, mushrooms and chopped chestnuts Excellent and unmissable Then lamb chops and suckling pig with wild fennel, both truly remarkable! Two good side dishes, water, wine, etc. Everything perfect Worth highlighting!! "Manic" CLEANLINESS and ORDER including toilet and a lot of friendliness and helpfulness from all the staff starting from Tiziana the owner who is always ready to fulfill any request! Congratulations indeed! Primo punto a favore.... Complimenti davvero !

(Translated by Google) Familiar but refined atmosphere, attention to detail, refined manners, recommended and pampered guests, kind and polite collaborators, perfect cleanliness. The menu offers dishes that enhance the local raw materials expertly transformed by the chef. The Stradino appetizer is a succession of aromas and flavors that bounce in the mouth and nose, inebriating you, a unique ricotta for its freshness and flavors with aromatic herbs and citrus peels, the buffalo mozzarella directly from Salento, and the cold cuts, the cheeses, grilled vegetables and last, but not least, honey with truffles: Sublime. The ravioli are an explosion of flavour, filled with red turnip and seasoned with cheese and truffle. Other ravioli, with orange, fresher in seasoning but no less good. Grilled meat, tender and cooked to perfection, as well as vegetables. The delicate and delicious limoncello dessert. A round of applause for the homemade local herbal bitters. I would add the great courtesy and friendliness of the owners and in particular of Tiziana. It is definitely worth trying all the Locanda's offerings. Highly recommended. The owners and the waitress are very kind and super helpful; the kitchen is very quick in preparing dishes. (Translated by Google) A historic event takes place in Foligno with a chivalric tournament: the Quintana. With the start of this event the taverns also open, each district has its own. We decided to go to the tavern of the Spada district, also known as the Taverna delle Conce, where we could taste traditional Umbrian dishes accompanied by wine. The environment is very suggestive, wooden tables, earthenware plates, with tables lit by candles. Even the waiters are dressed in theme. We took: - Spread with beard and sage - Medici lombello with figs and restriction of verjuice (competitive dish for banquets) - Sunflowers stuffed with braised meat with kitchen bottom - Chianina morsels with plums, cinnamon, orange and ginger - Tozzetti with Vin Santo - Yellow-black tart: with ricotta, hazelnut cream and chocolate chips Personally, it was generally a good experience, especially the barbozza and the Tozzetti are the two dishes that impressed me the most. The morsels are special as they remain a mix of sweet, savory and citrusy. I wasn't convinced only by the tart and the other slightly negative note was the quantity/price. For the rest, I recommend going to the taverns even just for the various events and games, the atmosphere created is truly magical.

High expectations did the kill. A very quiet evening only a few guests and no-one on the terrace outside. The food was average. Steak was not warm and the logic of serving was not there. I've decided to have a primi that was served at the same time as the main course from the other person. Resulting in eating alone my main course after finishing my primi. Weird situation. The bill was relatively high. 90 Euro was to much for this quality. I'm sure they can do better if I see other reviews.

I think we must have been incredibly unlucky as the reviews are all fantastic. Firstly our meals were wrong or had things missing, I know because we had taken photos of the menu to check. Secondly we asked for water for the dog but we're told it was not possible despite the place listing itself as dog friendly.. Thirdly I ordered a beer and was told they had ran out. No alternative, no beer. We ordered a coke and a beer mainly because my pregnant wife didn't want to drink and were not even given glasses to drink them from. There was nothing remotely resembling what any of the reviews were suggesting with regards to food quality it was all incredibly bland. Must have been the chefs night off. The views were fantastic and a wonderful sunset, if you drive and have a large car I would walk up from the church. Edited. The response to this review 😂 We're not a pub? Apparently resteraunts don't serve beer now, except you did serve me beer politely.. Just only one, two was a stretch too far. Apparently sitting outside in the sun in 30+C and politely asking for water for the dog Is too much. I'm totally fine when places don't want dogs but why say you're dog friendly and can't provide even water? But then you say if we call ahead you will give us a blanket!? Make your mind up I thought you weren't a kennel.... Let me be fair, you did provide a wine glass so we could have drank the coke out of that, or perhaps we were suppose to drink our water up and use that glass, honestly the glass was the least of our worries it's was just surprising given the great reviews and didn't seem very in line with a resteraunt with a tasting menu. You have great reviews, there must be a reason for that but be humble when the standard drops maybe 🤔

This Restaurant is a magical Place: Amazing Food! The Pasta was one of the best we ever had. We also had delicious side dishes like grilled Asparagus, Peppers and Radicchio. We can also recommend the fantastic deserts and the wine. Beautiful Place! The Restaurant is a hidden Gem: small and intimate with an amazing view across the beautiful valley, surrounded by the historic, small streets of Italy. The Service was extra friendly and amazing. We highly recommend this Place.

I had the pleasure of dining at the authentic Italian restaurant up the hill, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The stunning panoramic views were the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The ambiance was charming and cozy, creating a relaxed atmosphere. As for the food, every dish was a masterpiece of flavors and presentation. From the perfectly al dente pasta to the expertly cooked meats, it was clear that the chefs took pride in their craft. The wine selection complemented the dishes beautifully, enhancing the overall experience. The attentive staff added to the positive experience, making sure every need was met. Without a doubt, this restaurant offers a unique and exceptional dining experience that combines breathtaking views with delectable Italian cuisine.

Trattoria Passo d'Acera is a delightful culinary gem that captures the essence of local Lazio and central Umbrian cuisine. This charming eatery is filled with vibrant flavors, enticing aromas, and colorful dishes that showcase the quality of each ingredient. The welcoming atmosphere created by owners Armando and Caterina makes every visit feel like a warm family gathering.
We arrived early-ish, and it was empty... but started filling as we ate. The service was great on line menu (with wifi) in multiple languages! Lovely pasta and pizza, great food with nice local wine.

(Translated by Google) Chosen by chance on the internet, we (family of 4) were immediately convinced by the images of the dishes and by the friendliness of the owner Armando, which was already evident on the phone. As luck would have it, it was just us at lunchtime which made everything more familiar on a gray and rainy day. We had some first courses, all different: gnocchi with ragù, pappardelle with wild boar in white, fettuccine with truffles and their penne al pace dell'acera. Armando also wanted to welcome us with some bruschetta to let us taste the typical oil from there and a couple of sausages. After the first course we chose to have dessert: two tiramisu (made with ricotta instead of mascarpone), tozzetti and romanella and thousand leaves. What can I say, everything was delicious and a super welcome, completed by Armando's wife, Caterina, and their two sweet little dogs Rocky and Camilla. It's worth coming back, even starting from Rome, like us.

The homemade panna cotta with berries is delicious (I would have ordered another even if I was so full). I also recommend the coda alla vaccinara, the gricia, the beans with pork rinds, and the sautéed chicory. If you're the last to leave, you might be lucky enough to meet the owners' two sweet little dogs, who come down at the end of the service. It's a bit crowded, but I recommend stopping by. My son wanted the amatriciana, but due to an intolerance, he can't eat sheep's cheese. We asked for it to be made with parmesan cheese. Despite some resistance, it was kindly offered, but when it was served, the person who brought it to his table commented, "Here, you eat this disgusting stuff." If it was meant as a joke, we certainly weren't laughing. (Original) Ambiente familiare, direi troppo.

Intenso Asian Fusion Restaurant offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere with attentive staff catering to customer needs. The fantastic sushi is truly impeccable, bursting with a combination of flavors. The location is fantastic, making it an ideal spot for a romantic dining experience as well.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The environment is serene. You can even take a little walk along the river within the restaurant. It's a really good fusion restaurant in town. The food ingredients are fresh and with quality. The ramen is a bit too citrusy but other than that, the takoyaki, the gyoza and sushi are tasty and authentic. The onsen tamago were cooked quite perfectly. It's amazing the food were cooked in ways to capture their intrinsic tastes. For dessert we had the mango coconut pudding and pistachio lava cake which are both incredibly delicious. Highly recommended👍🏻👍🏻

(Translated by Google) Our experience at this restaurant was simply memorable. A unique and magical location, surrounded by greenery and adjacent to the Clitunno river, with a splendid terrace that offers an enchanting view of the water. The gem? A small island where, weather conditions permitting, you can eat in a context that seems straight out of a fairy tale. From the moment you arrive, order and cleanliness are evident, and the open kitchen immediately conveys a sense of hygiene and quality. The environment is refined, but without ever being excessive: a perfect balance to feel at ease. The restaurant's offering is surprising, ranging between fusion sushi with attention to the smallest details and very rare authentic Thai cuisine, prepared by a Thai chef. A detail that really makes the difference and can be felt in every bite. We started our journey with a focaccia accompanied by an excellent quality tuna tartare. A dish that, even without soy sauce, would have been appreciated, but which, to our taste, with that extra touch of flavor became irresistible. The dish that won our hearts was the Massaman curry, an authentic explosion of Thai flavours. The coconut milk was perfectly calibrated, giving the dish its characteristic aromatic sweetness without ever overpowering the other spicy notes. A real dive into Asia at the first bite. The spring rolls, reinterpreted by the chef, turned out to be a surprise: easy to taste, delicate and not at all weighed down by the fried food. A reinterpretation that makes them unique. The artisanal gyoza, both with vegetables and meat, were served on a velvety parmesan cream that added an Italian twist to the dish. Definitely superior to the classic Japanese ravioli that are commonly found. Returning to Japan, we let ourselves be carried away by the sashimi of amberjack, tuna, salmon and red prawn, accompanied by a Paradise roll. The fish was very fresh, perfectly processed and served at an ideal temperature to enhance its flavour. To close this sensorial journey, we chose mochi, a sweet and delicate ending that perfectly concluded our meal. Throughout the experience we completely entrusted ourselves to the expert hands of the chef, who was able to guide us on a unique gastronomic journey, demonstrating great competence and a profound knowledge of Asian culinary traditions. It was an exciting journey, with attention to every detail, which made us leave full of enthusiasm and satisfied beyond all expectations. I can't wait to return and share this gem with friends and lovers of good food. A place where you can live an authentic experience, unique in the area, and where each dish tells a story of passion and quality. Absolutely unmissable! Assolutamente imperdibile!

(Translated by Google) By now I can say that I am a regular customer, the internal environment is warm and welcoming while during the warm season dining outside is fantastic, with the Clitunno flowing alongside, the willows and everything else....it almost seems like a fairytale place. You will probably be welcomed by Edoardo who is a guy with an uncommon professionalism and kindness The food is sublime, sushi prepared with always fresh fish and dishes presented with great care. If you love sushi don't miss the opportunity to go there! (Translated by Google) Excellent restaurant overall, atmosphere, food and service always friendly and helpful The place is small and therefore has a very romantic and private atmosphere The dishes have a distinct fusion soul but blend well with each other There is free parking, both directly in front {not much} and just above with more spaces I recommend the Thai ramen where you can ask to thin the broth with coconut milk to make it less spicy; and the bao, with very abundant filling and particular but excellent combinations The desserts may not be the strong point but they are still good (Original) Ristorante ottimo in toto, atmosfera, cibo e servizio sempre cordiale e disponibile Il locale è piccolo e quindi ha un'atmosfera molto romantica e riservata I piatti hanno un'anima fusion ben distinta ma ben amalgamata l'una con l'altra C'è parcheggio gratuito, sia direttamente davanti {non molto} che poco sopra con più posti Consiglio il ramen thai del quale si può chiedere di allungare il brodo con latte di cocco per renderlo meno piccante; e i bao, con ripieno molto abbondante e accostamenti particolari ma ottimi I dolci forse non sono il punto forte ma sono comunque buoni

(Translated by Google) Let's start from the fact that restaurants like Intenso would like dozens of them: well-organized, thought-out and served fusion is something truly difficult to find. The location is unique as you will find yourself literally eating on the riverbank or even in a small piece of land that divides two streams. The restaurant, for this second option, charges €2 more cover charge, it is certainly worth it because it is immersed among the branches that grow on the Clitunno, but €2, for the exact same service seems a bit too much: given that the they call deluxe locations could highlight the difference with different equipment or perhaps with different 'pampering' for the customer. As for the dishes, good and not so good. A truly remarkable first round with excellent steamed dumplings with chicken, truly special noodles and an okonomiyaki that was perhaps a little too omelette-like, but still good. The tofu bao disappears in flavor in the face of so much goodness and turns out to be the first unwelcome dish on the table. Moving on to the second round, good but not great: noodles with little structure, you can smell many aromas and flavors but the dish doesn't have its own consistency, apart from the spiciness of the sauce, the noodles are practically white, in short, I wouldn't take it again. Ditto for the tuna Tataki. Arriving already lukewarm, you have the opportunity to appreciate the raw material but the tuna, the salad and the slice of bread on which they are all placed do not stay together, not even tied together. More than a composition of the dish, it is an addition. Finally, desserts: strawberry and chocolate mochi. A rice paste exterior containing a scoop of ice cream: why? Moki are not like that, it is much more similar to the fried ice cream of Chinese restaurants but less good. Really failed. Excellent service and excellent wine list. Honest account, with the above considerations for the deluxe location, but dishes to improve. Is it worth it? Anyway yes!

Fantastic sushi, truly flawless: a combination of flavors that explode in your mouth. The tacos and tempura are also fantastic 😍 Finish with the coconut mochi!!
