I ordered “to go” so I could sit by the harbor and was honestly shocked at what was served. A chef cannot just toss some random vegetables with cheap blended oil and mix in plain bucatini and call it “Pasta primavera” - especially for a mid $20s entree - yet that is what I received. No sauce base, no cohesion, just a spoonful of oil barely reminiscent of olive oil with a bad aftertaste. Yellow asparagus, two grape tomatoes, no flavor, no detectable spices… at least the mushrooms were okay. I will eat just about anything and everything but I couldn’t stomach more than a few bites of this dish. I had to take it back and management was nice enough to comp me a side salad. Very disappointing. A cheap Chinese takeout place would have done it better. On a positive note, the new hostess was polite and helpful.

This was actually a surprise visit. We started at another restaurant, and left after one cocktail for several reasons. This led us to DeWolf Tavern as it was almost next door. The ( specifically Lobster Popover and Steak and Mushrooms) were amazing. The server was friendly, knowledgeable and a delight. We sat on the patio with a view of the water the beautiful summer like weather in October. We will definitely be going back to try the brunch. Definitely recommend.

My now husband and I recently celebrated our wedding at Bristol Harbor Inn, catered by DeWolf Tavern, and we truly could not have asked for a better catering experience for our wedding. The coordination and communication with Sherri (DeWolf’s Event Manager) and her team was exceptional. From the initial planning stages to the final bite of dinner, the service provided by DeWolf Tavern was nothing short of outstanding. Every detail was meticulously handled, ensuring that our guests were not only satisfied but truly impressed. The caterer was also very accommodating to multiple guests with allergies and food restrictions. On the day of our wedding, the staff went above and beyond to personalize every detail, making sure that our preferences were met without any compromise. I was very confident that our wedding day would run smoothly and seamlessly with Sherri and DeWolf Tavern and they exceeded my expectations! The whole team truly understood our vision and made every effort to ensure our day was exactly as we imagined. Came on a Saturday, place was pretty empty inside. The food was great and the young hostess was exceptional!!! She was pleasant, professional and attentive, we were all very impressed with her work ethics. However our waitress was quite absent during our entire service, which was really disappointing and can be overlooked if was so dead inside.

Good size portions, with an Indian flair. They are very accommodating with switching the sides. The vegies were a little oily, and the fish had a heavy dose of pepper. They were able to meet our needs for gluten-free options, but we needed to ask about each dish as the menu didn't mention it. The sauces on the swordfish and tandoori chicken were very flavorful. Service was great.

We came for an anniversary dinner. Food was all delicious and our waitress was incredibly attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and great for a date night. We got a table upstairs with a window overlooking the water which was beautiful.

Two words: THE FLOUNDER. Omg, what a dish! Kudos to the chef on this one. I'm from New Jersey and was recently visiting my friend, who RAVED about this place and about the flounder in particular. Man, she was right, as she was about the historic atmosphere. The Bloody Marys are great, too -- thank you, bartender! Nice job all around.

Visited Bristol today! Had to check out The Beehive cafe. They give you animal figures as your table marker. I ordered the not your mom’s meat loaf. Definitely, not my mom’s meat loaf. The flavor had a lot of anise seed in it. I am not a fan of anise so it tasted like licorice to me. The onions were sautéed, still had a bite not very caramelized. There was too much onions as well. The white bread was toasted to perfection. The spiced ketchup was very odd. It tasted very overly sweet bbq sauce and did not pair well with everything. My hash was not seasoned and only one side was crispy, and the other side was cooked just not as appealing as crispy hash browns. My partner got the Beehive mixed salad. There was more mixed greens than ingredients, no balance between the ingredients. The balsamic vinaigrette was nice and complimented the greens. Service was great! There’s a seat yourself dining room. They only maintain the bus bucket, not really the dining room or restroom. Chia latte was excellent! Maybe they are more appealing for breakfast.

Absolutely love The Beehive! I’ve come here so many times and I can’t believe I’ve never left a review. The food is always consistent and delicious. My go-to is the avocado toast, it never disappoints. I’ve also tried several of their lattes, and every single one has been great. Lately, I’ve been hooked on their watermelon mint tea refresher; it’s so refreshing and perfect for summer. This weekend, it was super busy and we had quite a wait, but the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We ended up taking our food to go and enjoyed it at the park by the water. Such a great brunch experience. Highly recommend!

Finally stopped by the Beehive after passing it many times while in the area. Went with a breakfast burrito and added sausage. Thought it was okay. Not a fan of the sausage, would likely try bacon or something else next time. Gets a little pricey when you add and use the online ordering. $24 for a breakfast burrito needs to be a home run. Burrito and side of hash browns was filling.

This was easily our favorite place to eat and hang in Bristol, RI when we visited. The atmosphere was both fun and it was buzzing even though it was raining on the day we went. The egg sandwich plate was filling, but was not too much. The bacon strips were well seasoned, cooked well, and were thick. Eating upstairs was a fun experience and there's even a little deck with seating. One minor thing they could do better is orange juice. They give you a small 8 oz bottle.

One star off for hungry hungry yellow jackets buzzing around us non-stop while we ate outside. The Beehive can’t control them. We even offered them the bacon they were after but the three of them wouldn’t leave 🤣. I had the BLT, so so so good! Daughter had the butternut squash sandwich! She wants to try to recreate it here at home. The pan fried, spiced chick pea side was good, but dry. I know it is tricky to keep them warm but prevent them from drying out. My chocolate espresso cookie was ok. Could have tasted both more chocolatey and more espresso-y. Daughter’s lemon square wasn’t as lemony as she would have liked. But, we will be back if we are in the area again, to try other items!

We were in Bristol for a bike ride and decided to walk over to the Beehive because it looked so cute and inviting. The menu is great and we had a hard time deciding but went with the meatloaf sandwich and falafel wrap. Both were outstanding! We love little places like this--cute patio, lots of personality, good food, not crazy expensive. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed everything about our visit. We will definitely visit again.

I was in twice this weekend. Popped in with a friend from out of town who actually told me "hey there's a good cafe we should try in Bristol." We both ordered specialty drinks and they were delicious. The carrot cake latte was particularly tasty. Also snagged a chocolate chip cookie for the road and it was good too. On the way back to the hotel from something in Little Compton, I decided to detour back into Bristol and picked up just a regular large drip coffee. It was good. Not too hot either - I could drink it right away.

Our family of three came here for dinner. They are extremely short-staffed. The thought of having to tip for such poor service makes me very angry. We finished our appetizers and waited at least half an hour for our main course. During our meal, no one refilled our water, and only one waiter asked, ‘How is everything?’ We had to wait or call a waiter to clear our plates. When we needed the bill and takeout boxes, we waited another 10 minutes. What’s more outrageous is that an elderly person at the next table fell off their chair, and none of the staff helped them up; it was another customer who helped. As for the food, the dishes were fresh, but the lobster meat was a bit tough, the pasta didn’t have a strong creamy flavor, and the seafood lacked freshness, making it very bland. The crab cake was pretty good though. 😅 We spent over $200 on this meal, plus an extra tip. I respect all service industry workers, but I feel I should receive the service and value for what I pay. I probably won’t dine here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

After twenty years of driving by, we decided to stop in. Service was very pleasant. The day was nice to sit by and enjoy a window bay view. Spoiler alert, we ordered lobster and we were not disappointed.

It is consistently a nice experience. Food is fresh and nicely prepared. Highly recommend the jumbo shrimp cocktail as a starter. My husband recommends the fried whole clams and I the pan seared scallops. Very nicely prepared. And our servers were very polite and attentive.

Welcoming and inviting! Pattie sat us at a table with a lovely view, Kenny took great care of us. We started with the French Onion soup and the Bang Bang Shrimp, both took us by surprise at how tasty and generous they were. Then we got the pan seared scallop special and the baked fisherman's casserole. We went home so full and happy that we took a four hour nap! Absolutely loved the whole vibe and we'll be back soon.

The Lobster Pot was a bit disappointing. The view was lovely, but unfortunately, the food was bland. My friend and I both ordered the pistachio salmon, but we both thought it was underwhelming. We had to add lots of salt and lemon just to make it work. ☹️

I had an incredible experience. I started with an espresso martini, cocktail shrimp and a wedge salad, finished it off with surf and turf filet mignon with lobster tail. The food was amazing, service was great and atmosphere was so enjoyable. Great place for a date, family gathering or just a leisure visit. I will be back for sure

Trusted the reviews so tried it for lunch. The hostess was very pleasant as was the server. However, service was very slow and rather inattentive. The food was just ok. Unfortunately server (Tiffany) brought salads, bread, soups and entrees all out together after a long wait. The lobster bisque was very salty (inedible) and tasted pre-made. The salads (even entree salad) were basic and drenched in dressing. The fish and chips were fine and my companion liked the salmon. Bread was basic sliced bread. The restaurant itself is showing wear and tear and looks tired. The view was fine, but could be achieved by simply walking around without spending $150 for lunch.

This place has an amazing view. The steak sandwich was so good. Good drinks and service too.

We had reservations and were seated immediately. Our server was , Riley and she couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. The food was delicious with ampful portions, enough for another meal . Our bar drinks were great and not watered down. The whole experience was delightful .

Staff was efficient. Food was decent, not over the top. Portion sizes on the small size, but expected. Atmosphere and view were the ultimate reason for the visit.

Food was very good. But service was terrible. Our waiter forgot to put our desser order in. And when he did, it took 40 minutes to get to our table, and forgot half the order. I ordered salted caramel Gelato, and my friends brownie sundae's. The sundae's has the caramel ice cream and mine the vanilla. Whole order messed up. Terrible service.

Great spot right on the water in beautiful Bristol. Been coming here for years and just seems to get better all the time. Very easy to get reservations so they get you right to a table, excellent menu selection and reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. This place had been a favorite for years. We speculate that they either have been sold and/or are cutting corners. The setting right on the water is wonderful, and service has ranged from very good to excellent. However, bad food and other issues do not compensate for that. Our first visit for the season was a few weeks ago. My partner got a lobster roll that was a disappointment that did not even taste like lobster. I got the steak-and-cheese, which was average at best. I simply choose to not drink alcohol, and I find regular soda too sweet. However, a health issue requires limiting my diet soda intake. We returned for dinner last night. I did not want Diet Coke because of the health issue and because I did not want caffeine that late in the day. Our server told me that they usually have bottled flat water, but it took a bit to learn that they were out. I asked for seltzer and received what they told me was that beverage. It was a weird water that had electrolytes and minimal bubbles. It was room temperature at best. I had to ask for a glass. At that point, I did not want to make an issue of the fact that they brought me one with ice, which defeats the purpose of ordering bottled water. I always have enjoyed their pizza. My partner ordered the sausage pizza that looked very odd and had a mountain of melted cheese. Only a couple of pieces gotten eaten. We took the rest to go but ended up through it out outside the restaurant. I ordered the ribs. They came out room temperature at best. I liked the sauce, but the ribs themselves were not at all fall off the bone and tasted odd. On top of that, the cole slaw was a weird looking salad that I did not even try, My partner speculated that the ribs were microwaved. On top of this, I requested wet naps and was told that they were out. I am the more fussy and vocal one in the relationship. My partner was on the edge of complaining last night. Dessert was another source of unhappiness. I LOVE the cheesecake that Thames has served for years. I was told last night that they no longer sell it. On top of that, the bathroom smelled far worse than could be attributable to someone before me having an issue. It smelled like the essential outhouses in the middle of national forests. My partner and I were in total agreement that we enjoy eating out in Bristol but will be going to one of the many other restaurants near Thames in the future.

What is there to say- Bristol Oyster Bar exceeded my wildest expectations! The oysters were delightful, local and freshly plucked from the sea. Also they were shucked to perfection, expertly separated from the shell and without any gritty fragments. The calamari was perfectly cooked and prepared with a unique and absolutely delicious combination of flavors- Thai chili lemongrass and sweet soy. There were chopped peanuts as well that added some lovely texture to the dish. Next was the beef tartare, a first for myself. It was expertly diced, and marinated in a wonderful vinegar based dressing with thinly sliced shallots. The focaccia toast was a smart addition to the dish and added a perfectly placed crunch to the experience. Lastly, the swordfish with sticky rice and coconut curry simply blew my mind; I will be thinking about it for many days to come. The curry broth was a complete flavor bomb, the rice was expertly cooked, and the swordfish was grilled to perfection. When everything was had together in unison as a perfect bite, it was unlike anything I’ve ever had in the best possible way. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding, and Chef Tom made a point to come and talk with us throughout the evening. Our server Samantha was sweet as can be, informative, and attentive. And Steven, one of the cooks, also came to deliver our dishes and give detailed descriptions of what we were about to dig into. I highly recommend Bristol Oyster Bar, it was one of the best meals I’ve had in dare I say years, and I cannot wait to come back and try the rest of the menu! Thank you for such a memorable experience, we won’t soon forget it!!!

I love being able to try a variety of things when dining out, that’s why this new menu is right up my alley. I started with some oysters, and then got a few small plates to fill up. I ended up leaving full and still had some leftovers. Highly recommend the crudo trio, beef tartar and brandade! If you’re an espresso martini fan like me, you will be happy to find an entire section of flavors to try, plus the bartender, Nadia, and the entire staff is wonderful! Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.

Bartender sam made amazing margaritas and was a little cutie patootie! Bria was super attentive to her tables and Ian is just a vibe. The shucker was fast but still gave us clean oysters and had a smile on his face all night! Host Lydia was adorable and very accommodating to my seating preferences. Food was a 10/10 and the kitchen staff even came out to see how we were doing. Love this place, will be back again!

I went for the $1 oyster special and explored some of the dinner specials as well. We tried the mushroom fried rice, steak, and grilled swordfish in curry sauce. All plates were small tapas style but delicious and filling! We had a gentleman as our server and he was great!

I had such a great experience at Bristol Oyster Bar! The service was fast, and the bartenders and shuckers were incredibly friendly, which made the atmosphere feel so welcoming. The oysters were some of the freshest I’ve ever had, and the small plates really stood out especially the tartare and the smoked fish pate. Everything was prepared with such care and flavor. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to and recommending to friends!

Went here for brunch. The vibe was nice, it was very busy with a long wait. The food was really good but I didnt like the homefries, they were a bit dry and flavorless. Corn beef hash was amazing. Martini was very nicely made, and waitress was very sweet. I would recommend. We had to find street parking

Animated cafe abuzz with charm. They have a good sized beautifully wallpapered dining room as well as a bar you can sit at if seating is limited and you don't care to wait. I had avocado toast with a poached egg, arugula, bacon, and hot honey! I've never seen hot honey offered on a breakfast/brunch item before, but it really should become a thing. It was delicious! The Sunny Spritzer was refreshing and tasty too, IF you're a fan of coconut. The staff is super friendly and efficient. If I was staying in the area, I would definitely make this my regular haunt.

Bristol Sunset Café is a great breakfast place! The breakfast here is unbelievably good, with fresh, flavorful dishes that never disappoint. Not to mention their delicious espresso drinks. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The only downside is the wait time, which can be long during peak hours—but it’s well worth it. Highly recommend checking in online to save time. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area!

Stopped by Bristol Sunset Cafe for some breakfast. Pretty busy for a Friday. Sat at the counter. Grabbed a coffee, water and Sriracha Benedict. Coffee was good, regular cream and sugar. Would have liked to have seen some Stevia. The Benedict was good, comes with a good amount of Hollandaise sauce. Was expecting a little more kick from the Sriracha. The eggs were cooked perfect. Comes with very good breakfast potatoes. Look forward to my next dish.

We were lucky and got seated right away! The food was delicious and the pancakes are huge, we had a nice experience and the restaurant is very cute. I prefer my chorizo with a little more spice, but otherwise - good breakfast!

Was excited to try this place - very nice decor and atmosphere, seemed clean as well. But our waitress was in an openly lously mood the entire time. She was condescending and seemed annoyed by any question that was asked about the menu. Her answers were rude, at one point even mocking my question. She knew it too because she stopped herself mid-sentence. It was uncomfortable. The meal overall was bland and lack luster, and combined with our waitresses attitude it was disappointing. But my friends meals looked good. I also think its bad form to take a person's plate away when they are still eating. I had food in my hand and she took the plate away so quickly I had no where to put it back down. Will not go back, and do not recommend. Such a shame, its a cute place with a nice menu, and all the other employees I encountered seemed pleasant. This waitress really undermines the place.

I think my expectations for this place were too high. It's a good breakfast/lunch spot but food was just average. The waitress we had was very good. She was attentive and pleasant but the hostess was not very friendly or welcoming so was a not so great vibe walking in. The atmosphere wasn't bad but not great either. This was our first time trying this place so maybe this was just an off day for them and it was a good place so will definitely be back to try again.

The restaurant located along the street. The food was served in a timely manner. The food was excellent overall. The service was decent. The cost is reasonable. The moules frites aren't that fresh, but the sauce they poured in was great and creamy. It was enjoyable to listen to the locals chatting on the street in front of the restaurant. The KOREAN BBQ WONTON NACHO was the highlight of our meal.

Went here for dinner and it was such a nice vibe. Waitress was so friendly and drink was good. Be warned, you only will need the one drink because they are very strong. Food was really good. I recommend the calamri app, and the pork chops with the mashed. I would come here for a quiet/ date settings. They have paid street parking across the street

Our food came out in a reasonable time. The meal was very good all the way around. It was also fun to hear locals gather on the street in front of the restaurant to gossip, but it was hard to hear people at my own table sometimes.

Nice place to bring the family. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Booths for kids indoors. Good beer selection. Food is great. We've been here a dozen times and each time we have had a really attentive and nice waitress.

We had a walk in group of 18 on a Saturday afternoon. Not only were we accommodated quickly, our server (I really wish I remembered her name) was so friendly and accommodating. I have celiac, and she was confident in understanding the need for accommodations in the kitchen… which made me feel comfortable eating there. Everyone food was great, although the fries were a bit stale. 10/10 experience, would absolutely recommend

Classic tavern feel with a more upscale menu than traditional bar food. The two appetizers we ordered were delicious, and the lunch entrees were almost as good. The only food critique I had from this experience was that the fries were not good at all. It always makes me stop for a second to think, how could you put this much effort into all you other food items, but fries is where you draw the line, a staple of tavern/bar food. Seems like an easy fix though. A nice spot overall.

Waited 10-15 minutes at the bar for someone to at least greet us, nothing, not even "we'll be with you in a moment". Two couples came in after and were immediately greeted with menus. We still waited. Couple of locals, directed us toward other places. It's not hard to just acknowledge the customer when they sit.

Quitos is the perfect spot to go to get dinner if you are in Bristol. I would recommend having a reservation because it is normally packed during the warmer months. This restaurant boasts a nice seafood menu with many options. I would recommend getting the lobster roll. There were big juicy pieces of lobster in it on a warm roll. You can decide whether you want to get it cold or warm. Service was great despite it being a busy Friday night. I would recommend going if you are hosting someone from out of town or for a date night. Nothing beats being on the water.

While the food is hit and miss, the view is spectacular. We were seated right on the edge of the patio by the water at sunset and got great pictures. I loved the lobster bisque, but my burger and salad were underwhelming. My wife had the cod with broccoli and it was a lot of food. We took more than half of it home. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive.

While vacationing in Rhode Island for the weekend, my fiancé and I decided to eat here one day and this is one of the best seafood restaurants we have eaten at! The food was amazing, as well as the service and atmosphere. It’s located right on the water and the scenery is perfect. The service was also great. I highly recommend the lobster bisque!! Easily the best I have ever had with CHUNKS of lobster 😋 I wish I didn’t live in New Jersey because I would definitely frequent here more often. The only negative I have is that for some reason my card wasn’t charged the full amount of the bill until 4 days after visiting!! 😳 our total bill was like $154 and for some reason only $48 was charged the day of with the remaining balance not being charged until 4 days later leaving my account to be overdrawn! Not sure why because I’ve never had that problem anywhere else, but the food was amazing so if I ever find myself in Rhode Island again, I’ll definitely go back! Only giving 4 stars due to the issue with charging my card late, but I’d still recommend the place!

What a gem in Bristol, RI! We sat on the patio right by the water and loved watching the boats go by. The weather was perfect, the breeze made it even better, and the seafood was incredibly fresh! Drinks were delicious, and the place was very kid-friendly, which was a huge plus. We’ll definitely be back soon—highly recommend!

We came here to celebrate my son's birthday. Although we were seated pretty quickly. The wait for someone to come and acknowledge us or take drink orders was quite long. The food was just ok, I enjoyed the views of the water and the park outside the restaurant was great. Parking is a bit tight but we were able to find a good spot. I would give this place another try

Ok, let's start off with my server Lauren. She was at my table immediately after I was sat, got my drink right away. I knew I wanted the lobster roll, I was undecided on what soup or chower to get.. As she returned with my drink, I said which one.... she chimed in right away... lobster bisque... you want a bowl... if you get a cup you will want another.. Just get the bowl... I listened to Lauren and shortly there after, the ridiculous bowl of meat shows up with a light, very flavorful bisque type broth covering the insane amount of lobster meat... a hint of sherry perhaps? Bar none, no other bisque has ever come close to this quality as well as quantity of lobster.... not just random pieces, full claw meat chunks... insanity I tell you. I also ordered the lobster roll with the mayo. The roll is dwarfed and almost hidden by the illegal amount of lobster covering it, stuffed inside it, next to it... with a very very light mayo coating... perfect!!!! If i had a second empty roll, I could have made a second giant roll with the amount of lobster claw meat from the original roll. The lobster was firm and crisp in both the bisque as well as the roll.. not limp , not soggy... I believe that the meat in my roll and bisque was living a happy life in the bay until I ordered it... that's how fresh this meal was!!!!! I can't say enough about the service from Lauren as well as the obscene quantity and quality of lobster that I just consumed. It wasn't cheap, BUT it was absolutely worth the money I paid no question. Thank you my friends for an unbelievable lunch.

As out of towners due to fly out Boston in just a couple, we took a tip from a local friend that Quito's was the place for Lobster Rolls, something I'd only heard about. We got there early, and Chef Drake and crew got us squared away with excellent takeout where we each shared both the New England and Connecticut style rolls. Both where excellent, and the debate raged on over which was the best. Would absolutely recommend supporting this local small business which welcomed us with warm, inviting hospitality on a Monday morning. Wishing you continued success! Thanks for a great lunch!

I went here for a Valentine’s lunch with my husband, and it was a wonderful experience. My neighbor recommended the Shepherd’s Pie, so I ordered it along with a Guinness beer—such a great choice! The food was delicious, and the cozy ambiance, complete with a fireplace, made it even better. It was quiet and comfortable for lunch, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time. The waitresses were lovely, providing warm and friendly service. I’d definitely come back for another meal. Highly recommend!

This is a local pub first and an eatery second. We ordered takeout and had to wait about 20 minutes past the time their website said it would take. However, as I waited I was surrounded by a crowd of merry people, most of them seniors. This must be a favorite of the old guard in the area. This pub has something planned every night for entertainment. Lot's of beer and lots of fun to be had there. By the way, the bartender was very hospitable. She showed a genuine interest in me even though it was so busy.

A few very delicious gluten few options. The staff were attentive and the bartenders even came out to recommend a gf cider since my choice was not available. He even provided a taste sample. I had the shepherds pie and it was to die for. They even brought out a warm gf bun with my meal. We will be back soon!

2nd time at Aiden’s, this time in summer sitting on the deck with the view of the water. I had Shepherds Pie and it was amazing. They’ll always be super hot so make sure you don’t burn your tongue like I always do. Flaky crust and the veggies and chicken tasted fresh and homemade. Delicious! Also had the New England clam chowder which was good (not #1 in the state but in my top 5). Husband has the baked cod and steak fries. Daughter had a burger. It’s always great food for the price at Aidan’s. They never disappoint! From the Rueben to the meatloaf mountain , we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Late lunch today and the Chicken Enis with a Baileys sauce was tasty and cooked just right. The chowder was very good and not clogged up with excess flour, just the way we like it. Onion rings were a marvel. Tasty batter but notably crispy and flavorful. And our server, Alicea, was quick professional and fun too!

So i know resturants are busy, especially on holidays.. but we got there to try it. We got seated outside in the sun and then waited 20 to 25 minutes to decide to leave. Not one server came over or even gave us water. We did get eyed a few times.. but no one helped us. On top of that we saw others getting seated well after us and then getting service. The place looked nice and we wanted to try the food. But the service was not there...

This restaurant is such a summer vibe. The views of the water are stupendous. There's not a bad seat in the house. The staff's beyond attentive and kind. Our waitress we usually get is so lovely. Loved chatting with her. She made our visit that much better. And let's not forget the food...OMG! I don't have the right words to describe how fabulous the food was. Every bite sent my taste buds dancing. Will most Definitely be back! It's a must check out spot.

Stunning waterfront view, nice patio seatings and bar with clever plant arrangements. Very much enjoyed relaxing lunch, our server was very attentive , although kitchen was a bit slow. They have ice cream store downstairs as well. -Be true to your school $10 interesting mocktail with mango , Thai basil, pineapple, coconut lime -chicken tenders $17 in buffalo candied bacon dry rub -Baja chicken sandwich $19 Perfectly grilled chicken with Pico de Gallo, mozzarella avocado, smoked tomato, onion aioli -Rustic Flatbread Spicy sausage and eggplant $17, mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, basil. Mozzarella was very fresh and creamy and tasty, but dough was too chewy. Think this place will become one of my favorites!

7.26.25 What a gem! We were biking, and the flowers and outdoor seating caught our eye, so we stopped for a bite and drink. The staff was cheerful and friendly. The fig flatbread was amazing. The views are stunning from the outdoor bar area and the indoors. Great place to people watch, too.

The main attraction of the Beach House is that it's next to the water and away from the foot traffic of the main stretch. The food is definitely great, plenty of lobster and crisp greens. I wouldn't say we found a defining dish on the menu though. You will spend a little more here than at some of the other establishments in the area. We ate on the patio at sunset and it was stunning.

My family and I had a great experience, from service to food!!! We went on a Sunday afternoon, they had live entertainment. I don’t recall the name of the entertainers, but it was two guys that sang and one played the guitar. We sat outside, enjoyed the water views!! Will definitely return again!!

We recently got married at the Bristol Harbor Inn and DeWolf Tavern and hosted our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks at The Beach House — and it was absolutely perfect. The dinner was phenomenal. The menu The Beach House team put together was outstanding, and the food exceeded everyone’s expectations. They reserved a private section at the back of the restaurant, which created such an intimate and comfortable setting for our group. After dinner, we seamlessly transitioned into a welcome drinks event in the same space. The staff handled everything flawlessly, making it so easy to bring all of our guests together to kick off the wedding weekend. Eric, the manager, was incredible to work with — attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend The Beach House to anyone planning a special event in Bristol.

Very cute restaurant. We dined outside and it was very comfortable. Appreciated that we could bring our own wine. Loved the eggplant rollatini, and pasta with Sunday gravy. The Casar Salad was nice. The lasagna however was very over baked and I couldn’t eat it. Prices were reasonable with large portions.

The food was delicious from the appetizer to meal. The atmosphere was nice. We will definitely go back but the service was not good. We ordered Sunday gravy with linguine and bolegnese with rigatoni 2 sausage and 2 shrimp. She brought out the wrong meal then sent another waitress over and said let me clarify your order we are a little confused I said what is there to be confused about, I repeated our order. Then my husband's meal came out first and I had to wait for mine. She never came over and asked us how are meal was. And I new party sat across from us and waited 10 minutes before she even greeted them. We will go back but I hope the service is better next time.

I'm not one to write a review, but after dining at Pomodoro, I had to share my experience. My girlfriend and I had a little date night, and the atmosphere was perfect on the covered patio. The food was amazing, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. If you're a fan of Italian food, I highly recommend checking out Pomodoro. This was my first time here, but it certainly will not be my last!

We’ve celebrated many occasions at Pomodoro and usually love it here. Our recent takeout order was disappointing, the wrong pasta was substituted without notice, salad dressing was missing, and the response when we called felt dismissive. After reaching out, management quickly followed up directly, apologized sincerely, and refunded the items. I really appreciate how they handled it once it was brought to their attention, and we’ll absolutely continue to support them in the future.

Pomodoro is on my top 3 favorite Italian restaurants in RI. Hands down some of the best food. You will not be disappointed if you come here.

It's a very cozy and comfortable French restaurant. The server was very kind and attentive. The only reason I took one star from 5 stars even though I liked the atmosphere, service and foods was because of a little bit of less variety of Lunch menu. I started with French onion soup. This was so good! Most of times, I couldn't finish my soup as it was too salty for me. The french onion soup here was just good enough! Not salty. I finished all. I wanted try more French like foods like Duck confit but for lunch, they serve salads, soups and sandwiches. ( There were foods which was made with duck liver mousse but it was too adventurous for me but I want to try next time!) I'm not a big fan of sandwiches so I ordered Moroccan chicken salad which was very healthy and light but good portion for me. My husband ordered Salmon which served with nicely cooked vegetables and it was delicious. I liked that they gave us several options the size of drinks. I love to have a little bit of wine with my food but I can't drink a lot and always left half of glass. But they served 3 oz of wine which was perfect for me. We had Waffle as a dessert which was delicious too. I want to come back for dinner to have French entrees next time.

Nice cozy place but has an air of sophistication with its parisean flair n food. Get the bread for two..hot crispy bread with softened farm butter n a multitude of olives. You can have as much bread you want after first order. Bread is about 6 small slices but delicious. Onion soup very sweet, with a strong wine taste, endive n roasted beet salad delicious but could use more beets. Monsier sandwich - good size n delectable, steak frites- salted fries that comes with it are so good as well as the arugula, steak is cooked to its tender state and made in wine- so good. An enjoyable experience..

Little brown feeling, diner like. Burger was cooked medium, flavorful and the fries were crispy. The steak and fries was delicious, simple seasoning with a tasty onion flavor. The onion soup was a nice starter to share.

The restaurant’s air conditioning was uncomfortably cold. We asked the server to lower it — she agreed, but nothing was done and the room stayed icy despite us being the only customers. I felt ill after our visit. The salmon we ordered was also disappointing.

I’d heard whispers about Le Central’s “charm,” so I stopped in on a quiet evening expecting classic French bistro fare with a touch of New England polish. What I experienced instead was a masterclass in culinary complacency and managerial absence. The dining room was mostly empty, but you wouldn’t know it from how long it took to be seated. The host (I believe also our server?) greeted us with all the warmth of a damp sponge and deposited us at a table directly next to the swinging kitchen door. The smell of scorched butter and fryer oil wafted through with every pass. Très authentique, if the goal is to evoke a strip mall brasserie in decline. The wine list leaned heavily on markup and nostalgia, offering middling bottles priced like collector’s vintages. I chose a chenin blanc that arrived room temperature and tasting suspiciously oxidized. When I politely asked if it had perhaps been left open too long, I was informed, without irony, that “it’s supposed to taste like that.” My entrée, the duck confit, was presented with all the flair of a microwave dinner. The skin was flabby. The interior was dry. The plate was ringed with an inscrutable smear of something orange that I was informed to be sweet potato puree. It might as well have been squirted out of a Gerber pouch for all the flavor it lacked. The side of pommes frites arrived limp and pale, with all the texture of cafeteria hash browns left under a heat lamp. I left most of them on the plate, though our server didn’t notice or didn’t care. Dessert? A crème brûlée that had clearly been torched in a rush. The top was patchy and barely crisp, while the custard underneath was ice-cold in the center. Charming. When the check arrived, it felt like the final insult: $70 before tip for one person, one disappointing meal, and one long drive home wondering how anyone in charge here feels pride in this experience. I’ve eaten at bistros in Paris, Boston, and even tiny Vermont towns where the food is plated with love and served with presence. Le Central seems content to ride on its past reputation, and it shows. Would I return? Non. Would I recommend it to anyone who actually enjoys food? Absolutely not.

My wife works here and has a great deal of respect for the owner/chef. We are a military family and have moved around a lot. Hearing the praise of the chef and trying the leftovers that she brings home after the end of her shift--his dishes are incredible. My wife has been telling me to come in, and we were finally able to do it. I asked her if this is his form of artwork, and she replied, "yes." The combination of flavors is perfect. My wife praises this place because everything except the dinner rolls is farm-to-table. He makes everything, even the ice cream desserts. I've never seen that and I've been all over the world! This place is well deserving of a 5 star rating, just knowing the quality of product and the care given to his artistic creations. Amazing!!

The food I'd fantastic. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, and some dishes are Roberto classics (don't pass on the cod, it is amazing). Paula, our waitess is a wealth of information. We had only been in Bristol for 5 minutes before we dropped in for dinner and were prepared for our stay after chatting with her. They also have a great selection of whisky and selection of wines. Ribertos is a must if you are in Bristol.

Fantastic Experience at Roberto’s! Roberto’s is a true gem in Bristol – amazing food, cozy atmosphere, and top-notch service. A special shoutout to Paula, who made our evening unforgettable with her warm, attentive care and great recommendations. The pasta was divine, and the whole experience felt personal and special. This place is phenomenal! My boyfriend and I made a reservation the day of on our anniversary. When we first got there the staff was so nice and even opened the door for us 😊 We got seated and the vibes were so good! Our waitress was extremely nice (too bad we don’t remember her name). I think the food is fairly priced, you get a good amount for what you pay for. I even have leftovers! The bread is so good with the oil and roasted garlic aswell!! At the end of the night, we were too stuffed for desert. But, one of the lovely waitresses gave us some to take home with us on the house! It was such an amazing experience and we’ve decided to definitely come back, especially for special occasions. The food was good, but the staff was even better. too bad i can’t rate this place a 100/10 lol!

Service was excellent, the food is decent but very small Bar menu. No real dinners . Bathroom on floor one only had one stall. Second bathroom is on 3rd floor glad I wasn’t drinking. Overall cool location!

Favorite bar and restaurant in Bristol. Great food and great people. Smash burger is fantastic but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Nice place to stop by and hang out. They also have music some nights and it’s always been really good when I’ve been here.

Came here after Blythwood Manor. What a treat. The owner and Erin were very hospitable. The food was excellent. They were out of the tots so we ordered Mac and cheese. I loved it that it was penne pasta but my husband would’ve preferred that they were traditional. He had to stop me from eating the whole plate. Good thing I took a hard nap at home. Great place and can’t wait to come back.

Small local bar and pub like menu. Server was friendly and attentive. Place wasn't too busy yet around 6 pm on a Saturday so we got right in. Small menu selection, mostly sandwiches and small plates. Food was pretty good. I really enjoyed my burger. Wife had a chicken sando and she said it was ok. Fries were really good too. Decent beer selection. I think the prices are a bit on the high side but probably pretty standard for the location in downtown Bristol. Would go back another time and try to catch some music. Cool spot.

Stopped in during my first and only trip to Bristol - I'm a big fan of Thai food and pretty picky about it but I saw the good reviews and gave it a chance. I'm happy I did. If I'm ever back in town, I will absolutely visit Tong Phoon again. The tom yum soup was great and I loved the spicy cashew chicken. Both were delicious - and the portions were generous too! Got the drunken noodles and pad Thai. Best I’ve ever had. This is our new spot and already thinking about eating here again. Mild is spicy so be mindful when choosing the spice levels. It was a good spicy to me but I like spicy.

Super tasty bagels, great pricing and friendly staff. It seems like this place is super popular with the locals. The only thing I think could be improved is efficiency of the behind the counter staff. The wait for the bagels was insane, and according to a local is very common. I think he said “if you want to kill an hour, come to Bristol Bagel Works.” While we didn’t wait an hour per se, it was probably a good 20-30 mins with only 6 people ahead of us. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

They truly have the best bagels, fantastic coffee drinks as well. A lot of places do one or the other well but not both. They have iced chai tea, green tea fruit refreshers and brewed tea which a hard to find for those of us who can’t have coffee. Great place to sit inside our outside on a nice day. A must visit when in Bristol.

I don't enjoy complaining, leaving a poor review or even a bad one. I've enjoyed coming to this location for years and as of late it has not been great. Today especially. I come in at least 1x weekly order a couple of bagels with cream cheese and they have barely any on either. So today I ordered my usual, and then asked for extra cream cheese on 1. I paid I believe $.75 extra even and furthermore provided a tip. I additionally purchased a 16.9oz Vitamin Water and am appalled that I paid $3.25 when this is not even the regular 20oz that I would expect to pay that price for. What I received and what I paid for was less than the "barely any" in recent weeks. I do not mind paying a little extra as long as I receive what I paid for. Today the staff seemed unprepared and overwhelmed. Its unfortunate because I absolutely love to support small local businesses and it's more so unfortunate to be overcharged, unsatisfied and unhappy with what I paid and what I received. I will likely give this place probably 1 more shot but it certainly won't be for a very long while.

A basic coffee and bagel place. Small coffee and a (your choice) bagel , sausage, egg, cheese cake just under $10.00. Breakfast sandwich is made fresh to order. The coffee was hot! Inside and outside seating located in historic Bristol (the tourist area). Well staffed. Looks like 4 staffers. I’ll take a photo before I eat everything next time. No thrills & no complaints. I’ll be back!!!!

Years and years coming here, raving about it. Then a remodel to the establishment did more than face lift the interior. For months now, It seems to have affected the quality of both service and food. Week after week, ordering the same two bagel breakfast sandwiches, they have yet to get it right. The eggs are underdone, cheese is cold, bagel barely toasted, and missing add-ons that I’ve paid for. I love the local business, small town vibe, and local regulars I see there, but the quality to price ratio is keeping me away now. Sorry. Good luck with your experience.

First time eating here. The pizza is better in NJ. But the rest of the food was excellent. My Greek Salad with grilled chicken was unbelievable wonderful. I would co.e back for that salad.

We ordered from Bristol House of Pizza for an outdoor baby shower at Colt State Park. They were very helpful when I was ordering (and guesstimating the amount of food we would need). The food arrived promptly and was delicious. The pricing was very reasonable, too. Well done!

I went to this lovely restaurant for lunch with my 3 year old granddaughter. I ordered the Greek salad that was delicious and huge. My granddaughter had pasta with butter and cheese, which she devoured! The staff is so nice and the owners were beyond kind! They gave my granddaughter a coloring book and crayons in a zippered bag to keep her amused. It felt like a BIG hug! Look forward to returning soon.

Waited 90 minutes for pizza, never came Called 3 times and was told something different every time. I can respect if you have issues, but lying to someone isn't the way to go. Just tell me that we aren't getting food and I'll go somewhere else

Small little whole in the wall, downtown Bristol. Went here for lunch and the staff was extremely nice. Ended up getting a small pizza that was amazing! Would recommend. The couple guys I went with got a Buffalo chicken salad and that looked really good aswell! Highly recommend

Absolute worst breakfast experience ever. Took 20 min to get acknowledged when we walked in. They have 2 underage kids taking orders and waiting tables. (10-12 years old). Breakfast took over an hour to come out and was all cold. Then the toast must have been somebody's leftovers. Its so hard as a rock. Definitely retoasted leftovers. Not once did anyone ever check on us or refill any drinks. Then we get a bill for almost $90.00 for 4 nasty breakfast plates. Just very bad service and food. Never ever again. 😡

Terrible experience last weekend! We arrived at 9:45 AM We had a party of 4 and waited 20 minutes for a table, which was fine. We knew they were busy, it took about 15 minutes to order. Someone did come around with coffee thankfully because by 11:30, almost 2 hours after arriving, we all left . We noticed a table sat after us and received their food first. Our food was not even being prepared yet we ended up going home and in 20 minutes I cooked the same thing we ordered. Will not go back. All the hostess said to us was that we should have known there was a wait.

Waited over an hour to receive 2 new pieces of toast and 2 old pieces of toast that were clearly retoasted and crumbled like a cracker. Must’ve been old toast that a previous customer didn’t eat and it was retoasted then gave to me. Didn’t come refill drinks one time.

6/23 Green eggs of Bristol, MA. Nice breakfast restaurant of Metacomet Blvd tucked up on the inside corner of strip mall located one light south of Stop & Hop. This place has expanded into the space next door, plenty of seating and servers, many and pleasant. I had 4 egg white omelette with Italian sausage and provolone cheese with raisin toast and coffee. I was focused on eating and did not notice what the others had. Truth, hungry this morning, give this little gem a shot.

I noticed when I went inside that I was warm. after 15 minutes I said to the waitress that it was hot inside restaurant. I was told the A/C was not working. It was not right for the owner to not worn customers of the situation before entering establishment. I had a party of 7 family members and was not happy. thanks for ruining my family breakfast.

Great portions, not expensive The special (The French toast in the pictures) was hands down the best I've ever had, it feels like love and soul was poured into our meals, my fiances Omelette was stuffed with cheese as described (The mousy omelette) and she loved it; The staff were filled with great attitudes and the wait wasn't long at all This restaurant deserves 5 star ratings across the board; I will return and that's not just words that is a promise.

A bit slow on service but gives you time to chat. Coffee refills offered plentifuly. Great portions. Good choices. Definitely a place to go or return to.

I will say this, everyone is very nice and I have had very pleasant customer service experience. Unfortunately I feel that the chefs don't take pride in what they serve. I've had many overcooked meals including a chicken sandwich with burnt and inedible chicken. I know mistakes happen but if a cook sees that they have burnt the food they should make it again instead of assume it will be fine to serve. I also had a turkey sandwich before that was so overcooked the turkey was disintegrating into tiny bits. I'm unlikely to order food from the wave again Unfortunately. Not trying to be mean because everyone there I'm sure works hard and is very nice.

Speechless… the saddest wings I’ve ever seen, looks like they came off patient zero of bird flu. Also checked to make sure they were full wings (drums and flats) because $14 seemed expensive for 6 individuals, and was assured “yes, they are drums and flats”. Probably 3 oz of meat for $14… despicable…

When placing an order over the phone for a pick up and specifically telling them how you would like your order apparently the cooks don’t listen. I asked for a hamburger medium with ketchup and mayo on the hamburger. I received my. hamburger cooked well and the ketchup and mayo on the side of the box squirted on the side of the box. This has been a frequent frequent issue and now I know that if I want a cheeseburger or a hamburger, I might as well just go to Burger King or McDonald’s

The common pub is located in Bristol Rhode Island. It's where most of the locals in this neighborhood go for food, drink, and live music. It's a very casual atmosphere. The food and drink menus have plenty of choices. The severs are friendly and helpful. You will feel comfortable and welcome. Check it out.

We had shrimp plate, scallop plate and shrimp Mozambique. Everything was absolutely delicious. I had a pumpkin Martini with cookie included. Delicious. My Sister-in-Law has a white Sangria with not only decorated fruit, but also beautiful fresh flower included. The service was impeccable. I recommend you go there. You will not be disappointed. A true neighborhood pub and yes, “where everybody knows your name”. Down home kinda place with a good menu and Extensive beer selections and VERY good prices. The bar is surrounded by old time diner type stools- the wait staff hustles and still finds time to talk with you. We live in Walpole MA but will be returning soon!

I've been hanging out at this place for the last 30 years, graduated Rodger Williams University in 1997. This was our staple on Friday and Saturday nights. It is great to see that the food and drinks have gotten better year over year, kudos to the management team. We'll be back soon! Also, try cohog.

This was going to be 1 star review if the food wasn’t so dang good! We understand how busy things can get on a Friday night especially considering the stated wait time was already over an hour but we waited well over half an hour extra standing patiently and we were only spoken/acknowledged once when we first arrived and paid. It would have been nice, especially considering how relatively large and expensive our order was (and given COVID concerns) if we were at least told to wait in the car and called the number we provided when we made our order. Instead we were ‘hangrily’ waiting around by ourselves. In all, this place has AMAZING food, GREAT portions but could maybe work a bit on their customer service to prevent ‘hangry’ customers from a 30 minute standing wait. To say the least, we will definitely be back.... on a better day. 4/5 rating.

We walk in to a nearly empty restaurant only to stand in front of the door for almost 10 before we were even acknowledged. Then we were asked if we had a reservation. I said no and after I was given a lecture on how i should have had a reservation, I was told it was going to be a 20 minute wait. A 20 minute wait just to be seated in a dining room that was 85% empty. She brings out one piece of bread for two people, the food was mediocre at best, and the dining room hasn't been dusted since the Regan era. Nothing like it was years ago. It's a shame.

The seafood is incredibly fresh. Well prepared. The steamers, seafood pasta and fried fish were delicious. And the Portuguese soup was very tasty- great balance of kale and cabbage. We will be back.

I wish there was a zero star rating for the fact that this place treats their employees. The owner there has a double standard where one of the employees was wrongfully terminated because she had a Dr appointment for her child and had her shift covered. The owner down right was rude and the way Cora talked to the employee was down right degrading forcing her to come in. The employee did everything they had to do and got stuck in Providence traffic and wasn't able to show up but her coverage did and for that the employee was fired.

I had never been to the casual inn before. I went with my boyfriend and a group of friends. It's their local hangout. The food was fantastic, the service was friendly. I got the fried clam plate and everyone's eyes bugged out of their heads when it arrived. So many delicious full belly clams. Needless to say I took a doggy bag home. Other dishes included the fillet and scrod Newburgh. I will definitely return and can't believe I've never heard of this place before! What a local gem!

Charming Tavern in-town with indoor dining and outdoor dining with views of bristol harbor. Excellent fine dining with a nice balanced menu of meats and thoughtful vegetable offerings. Contemporary cocktails with old fashioned flourishes such as spiced peach chips, rosemary, gin, and flaming presentations. Definitely worth a visit. Open during pandemic Wednesday - Saturday.

We love all their dishes and especially "steak night" on wednesdays! We have always had friendly servers and bartenders. On our last visit we had take out and it all traveled well (burger, fish sandwich, calamari, clam cakes and fries) and it wasn't soggy like some take out can be, it was soooo delicious!

A wonderful dining experience and a must for your list. We enjoyed brunch and looking forward to going back for lunch and dinner.

My first time in Rhode Island and I just can’t get enough of it. This location is great for food, dates, bar sitting etc... you must try it out. And the host and our waitress were awesome ladies!

BBQ and Blues night, brisket was delicious, and the BBQ sauce was wonderfully tangy! Definitely have to make it back soon!

Went to the statesman tavern for the first time tonight and its one of the better places around Bristol, especially for the prices. The food was very good. I had the butternut squash bisque and the chicken sandwich. I didn't want it breaded or fries so the chef was accommodating and made a nice plate with salad and grilled instead of deep fried. Atmosphere is nice and the soundtrack is awesome. Great place for anyone that wants to have a nice night out...solo or with people.

This place has been around for years! Great spinach pies and chourico pies too! Awesome chickens roasted. Empire local soda as well!

A hole in the wall spot and amazing food. Best fish and chips, best meatball subs, French fries and can go on. Definitely worth trying out. There’s so much to choose from so have to try something every week as and so far has been amazing quality and consistent

This place is top notch for rotisserie chicken. Wings? The wings are unbelievable, crunchy outside and tender inside. This is truly a Rhode Island treat and one of a kind. You must order ahead and order early on football Sunday.

Best chicken in town! Everything else is delicious - chouico and peppers, mac and cheese, bacalau, ribs, stuffed quahogs, and their house sauce. Local spot that has never disappointed. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

i believe there was a young adult named logan patrick cabral to treated me extremely rude, told me we could eat cabrals famous chicken. then proceeded to chase me out the door with a giant club of cabrals chicken. when i got to my car, he then threw the infamous tuna salad on my windshield.

The chicken tastes like chicken like it should but the rest of the I did not like at all it was like an average person's home cooked food I wasn't impressed it's not worth the try if you ask me they just have the locals that are loyal the first time I had this cabral's chicken was in 1996 it was good then but I was told that they sold a place to somebody new and that could be why it's not the same The Taste and quality I think went downhill the people are nice yes the own is very nice but does not mean their food is good sorry just given my honest opinion I had a whole chicken Chinese pie stuffy macaroni and cheese egg potato salad you can get a chicken at Stop & Shop and you won't taste different it's really cheaper at Stop & Shop

I had the worst turkey and cheese sandwich from this place. The turkey was so thick almost like a burger and had minimal toppings. There was more turkey little to none lettuce and tomatoes. Mayo was barley there and I only took two bites because I’m starving hoping I could finish it but i was too grossed out. Tasted horrible! The employee was very nice though and professional.

Stopped in for a Chicken Parm sub and an Empire Orange soda to wash it down. The soda is locally bottled, made with 100% cane sugar. The sub was perfect! Served hot and the gravy and cheese were delicious.

Grandkids was hungry at 9:44. They made us a delicious pizza quickly as they were closing. Very nice service with a smile. Should have gotten a large because the pizza was fantastic!!!

While I understand cost going up everywhere, for the price I could have gone out for dinner. Specifically asked for and was charged for extra tzatiki on the side. Not the first time. I delivered for 10yrs as a living. I called and was told it would be about half an hour to get what I asked and paid for. I don't mind paying the delivery fee for the convenience of not leaving my house. However, as my food gets cold waiting it is upsetting. I drove to the restaurant and got what I asked for on my own because it was a heck of a lot quicker. I tip very well because I know what it takes. Food is still good and pretty consistent. Not sure I will order delivery again. Driver very courteous and polite as was staff when walked in. Just not a fan of paying delivery fees and still having to drive myself to restaurant.

🔥 Warning: This place serves buffalo chicken medium rare and not on purpose. Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza twice (because I believe in second chances)... and both times the chicken looked like it just escaped the coop. I gave up and went for the cheese pizza, but even that dough was giving "still rising" energy. They made me wait over an hour just to hit me with, “Oh, we thought you were picking it up.” Really? Y’all couldn’t call or text? Service was as raw as the meat. I still tipped $3 (because I’m too nice), then saw a sneaky $6 charge hit my account two days later like a ghost tip. Safe to say they can keep their mystery meat and surprise fees. I'm all set. ✌️🍕🐔

Grade A I love the Pizza here. When I come to Boston, I have to drive Providence for the Lobster at Hemenway's & Bristol, for the pizza from Classic Pizza 🍕. Amazing crust and even the small is large enough to share. This time one of the pizzas we tried was a Bacon and Tomato 🥓 + 🍅 pizza which was amazing, it was the owner's (Vatche) recommendation. I definitely recommend you try.

Stopped here on our way back from Bristol. It was a very good typical Greek style RI pizza. Dough was cooked well with a crunchy crust, and sauce was also nice. If you are in the area and looking for a bite to eat, I would recommend Classic.

Very good service. Our waiter was nice and friendly. They had sagres beer . The Portuguese soup was tasty. The grilled cod was Ok. They're Brad was really really good. Overall, I will give it a 5 stars

Authentic Azorean cuisine! Must try the Chicharros (Stickleback Fish), packed with flavor! Raw Littlenecks on the Half Shell for a starter are a great price compared to other local restaurants. Free Papo Seco's (Portuguese Bread) and butter basket. Get a house bottle of wine to share, it is worth it. They offer a side salad or soup with most dishes. Their Bife à Casa (House Steak) is packed w/ flavor, heavy on the garlic and delicious. The Carne de porco à Alentejana (Pork & Clams w/ Potatoes) is good too, but the pork is usually a little dry. Sandwiches are a great price for what you get. Don't forget to add some of the House Steak sauce to dip your fries! Overall 8.5/10. Dining room is typically a little warm for comfort, but other than that it is clean and servers are prompt.

The people are friendly, I had a great Portuguese meal there. I ordered the pork and little necks, the meal was delicious! It’s perfect for a night out with a girlfriend or a wife, or family. There’s lots to do in the area and clubs as well. I can recommend them.

I can't believe I haven't been here before now. The food is amazing and everyone is so friendly. I'm blown away. Also, I am extremely picky when it comes to beer. I'll only drink 5 different beers, and they have one of them. I've come here 3 times this week. I love it.

Excellent ramen bowls. Had read about this place & definitely wanted to try it . Recently had the opportunity to stop in for lunch after finishing up an appointment in Bristol. I ordered the miso pork ramen with garlic oil. What flavors. The pork slices are so good. They marinate the pork then use a cooking torch to char the meat. It is so good & tender. The broth is soothing with that umami touch. Staff is friendly & very attentive. Will definitely try it again. If your in the area it’s worth the trip.

This place has a nice calming atmosphere. Big enough to not feel tight but still cozy at the same time. Ramen bowls are pretty good. In comparison to other places over been to I’ve had ramen with a richer pork broth. The pork, while good, wasn’t as tender as other places. Overall I would recommend this place if living near Bristol and needing a ramen fix. The staff and atmosphere are great.

The experience started so/so where the women who seated us was giving a bit of a time with seating 2 people with a baby, we requested a bigger table for the extra chair an room for bags. Eventually we were seated at a bigger table. The shrimp an veggie tempura was great and had a light crunch but held together nicely & cooked very well. Honestly I've tried alot of them and here easily the best. The Kani salad was really good another item I frequently have. My fiance loved it and pointed out that it not having a leaf of lettuce was better while I thought it needed the leaf so ur last few bites can roll it to a hand roll. The sushi was better then good but not great. All the flavors where there but the sushi would not hold together. So we ditched rhe chopsticks and went in with the all hands teams. The ideas and concepts behind the sushi were great and flavors stood out. If they made the sushi more sturdy and not falling apart would be a 5 star place for me Service was absolutely excellent as far as our waitress and was great with our baby really the whole atmosphere on the deck was great and relaxing. I recommend an will come back

I had the greatest service. The bartender Mack was very attentive of her customers, and servers Grace, Amanda, and Dylan always checked in on their tables. Highly recommend this location for a night out.

My sister and I love sushi and are always looking for new places to try. Well today we found a gem! We started with the spicy seafood salad. Perfect blend of spices not to hot but a nice bite and an awesome portion! We also had the tiger eye roll,another great choice and one we will be having again! Up next was sashimi tartar, another awesome dish and great portion. To drink we had the sake sangria! We are already looking forward to returning as this is our new go to sushi place! Also want to give a shout out to our server Makenzie, she was excellent!

Baba is not just the best sushi in Bristol RI, it's also the best sushi in the Newport/Bristol area. The prices aren't even that bad considering the quality of fish you get. The service never disappoints -- you get your takeout when they say it'll be ready -- and the in-house service is very good as well. I've had a surprise birthday party there and it was a wonderful memory. I look forward to dining on their back patio overlooking the water with my family this summer.

A good friend recommended this place. I have to say the miso soup was some of the best I have ever had. I tried a smattering of rolls, hand rolls, and some nigiri. Octopus nigiri was spot on. Rice roll was a bit plumper than I'm used to, but that seems to be a theme. I tried a shrimp tempura hand roll. It was very good. Visually it was huge, I discovered this particular hand roll for them is wide at the top and doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the nori cone. Beautiful and flavorful. The spicy yellow tail was very nice. Again presentation was a ten. They had a heavy hand on the wet mix, but it had solid flavor and still let the fish shine through. Avocado tuna roll was probably the best one I have ever tasted, and that says something because I eat a fair amount of sushi. The tuna was a bit blockier and shorter than I expected in my hand roll. Again a solid roll, just not portioned the way I expected it, but a pattern of better than average portions is emerging.... Tried a special called the firecracker roll. Basically a shrimp tempura makimono style with an amazing seemingly beefed up siracha sauce. I considered asking for more on the side, but really had nothing to put it on. Then I had a yellowtail jalapeno roll, I think called the Celtic, it was tasty, and visually very nice. On a whim I asked if they had green tea ice cream, they didn't, but the ginger ice cream was great. It had a custard like consistency, and was literally sundae size, and had whipped cream and chocolate sauce. To be fair I didn't look it up on the menu and just requested it adhoc, but never expected it to be served like a huge, and I do mean huge sundae. The serving vessel was kind of cool looked like an over sized ladel gracefully made of white china, and as a bonus was clearly chilled. I did have water, but saw some awesome looking drinks being slinged out from the bar. I didn't look at the drink menu, but suspect I missed out a bit. My only complaint was the service, they were rocking, it was just after dinner, and they had most every table on both floors and decks filled except for two in the upper dining area. I was a single diner (at a two top) and I wasn't drinking from the bar, BUT... I really did feel left out in the cold. I waffled on my tip amount and still went generously, because I am hoping it was a fluke. I will try it again, I might bring my spouse, but I would be sure to set a fair expectation that it could be amazing or it could be amazing and have just ok service. For the pricing I kind of felt it should be amazing with amazing service, but again the food was amazing, delightfully different then I expected, but amazing. My only other pet peeve was the drink menu and specials were handed to me and a little table tent of plastic with a qr code was handed to me for the rest of the menu. I know it's on trend these days, but honestly I wanted to sit and enjoy the atmosphere and not have my darn phone (digital leash) in my hand. I would have preferred a menu be offered. The bowl for soy sauce was adorable. I have never seen one this shape before and although I usually don't use the bowl I tried it just to see how I liked it for my octopus nigiri.

Sushi was excellent - great quality fish and the rice was very well done (something many places in the US don't do well). We had some beef as well that was quite pricey - maybe too much - but very tender and well-prepared.

Service was great, food was served promptly. I paid 11 dollars to add chicken to my 24 dollar pasta, and it really wasn't that good. I'd rather have had papa Gino's. Would give them another shot if they cut their prices by half but the pricing is completely unwarranted

We booked a private event in the Stone Room & Patio and we had a fabulous time. The food, bar, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. I would absolutely come back for a meal or host an event here again. The food was delicious, the rooms and restrooms are well-kept, their team was attentive and so polite, and we had a fantastic time. Our guests enjoyed all the dishes, and the Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Vegan guests all said they were able to eat with no problem and were happy with their dinners. Our servers and bar staff were just fantastic. Thank you for a great evening!

The crab rangoon pizza is amazing!! A must try if you are a fellow crab rangoon lover like myself. I only got take out today so I can’t speak on the service and environment that much, but the staff was welcoming and the space looks beautiful. I can’t wait to come back and dine in with my girlfriends soon!

Ordered gnocchi alla vodka; was served *pasta* alla vodka. The pasta were nice and chewy, but they definitely weren’t gnocchi. Sauce could’ve borne significantly less salt; required more water refills than the wait staff were offering. On the other hand, the pizza with hot honey and ricotta was pretty tasty.

Yesterday was Bristol porch fest and we went with a party of nine to brick Pizza afterwards. We had reservations for 6 PM and we were seated right away. The food was delicious! The drinks were as well! Our waitress Lilly was very efficient! It was such a positive experience, dining there, and reveling in the local community spirit. Keep up the good work!

Having to be gluten free, I was happy to see that they have options. My boyfriend and I both ordered gluten-free pizzas and they were delicious. The crust reminded us of flatbread. We also had the perfect night, eating outside with our dog and getting to hear live music in the distance. Because it was July 4th weekend, there were even some fireworks going off nearby. Was a wonderful night with delicous food!

My fiancé and I have been dining at Foglia since we started dating in 2023 and each experience is somehow better than the last. This restaurant is a vegan haven for lovers of Italian food. What’s more is the service! From the hostess to the servers, each employee makes its guests feel like you are at home. Come to Bristol and join the Foglia family!

Visiting the area and had the most wonderful meal at Foglia. Everything about it was wonderful from calling and making a reservation and having Linda make me feel so welcomed and excited for us to come to arriving and getting what felt like royal treatment and unbelievably delicious food. They have really gone all out with attention to detail here. It’s not often you find a restaurant that has dialed in all aspects: ambiance, food and service. But this place has it all and does it well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This restaurant is amazing! We came up from Brooklyn to go to RI VegFest and made sure to get a reservation here before we went. Everything was delicious and the staff, including the chef/owner, are great! Fresh homemade pasta is delicious (whether you're vegan or not). Husband said that his lions mane mushroom filet's gravy was amazing and the tenderness of the mushroom melted in his mouth.

OMG! Run don't walk here for one of the most incredible meals you could have. Vegan or non vegan you will be blown away by what can only be described as pure artistry on a plate. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful in selecting the perfect combination of dishes.

Celebrated my dad’s 85th birthday at Foglia. The food and service was wonderful. It was a pleasure working with Linda on the menu and It was awesome to have the opportunity to be able to reserve the entire restaurant. Hailey’s carrot cake was a 12/10! ❤️

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Everything was prepared freshly and plated exquisitely. The homemade pasta was perfectly cooked, And the peppered, roasted mushrooms were as good as any steak tip I’ve ever tasted. Truly cannot recommend this place enough. At the end of our meal, Chef visited the table and you could tell how much love and passion he put into the operation of this restaurant. A really special place.

We can only explain our experience at Foglia as amazing. We drove an hour and half to be met with the best in service, a welcome from Chef Peter and food that can only be described with a wow after every bite. Our drinks were delicious and every single course including dessert had depth and beauty in every way possible. Truly amazing experiences are hard to find, Foglia is one of them. We will be back!! We went here 3xs during our visit in Bristol and I have no idea how this place does not have 5 stars because it was the best food I have had in so long! The honey pot coffee and the watermelon mint refresher brought me back by to life after my sisters wedding along with the egg sandwich and the hash. Loved the vibe inside and the staff was so nice and sweet. I wish I could move in! I love it -its a must go!!!

Get the tomato & pesto egg pocket- it's all the flavors I want wrapped in a thick brioche-type bread. There's four small tables outside but otherwise this place is to-go. The line can get long in the morning but it moves quickly.

Simply a beautiful and perfect place for any time of the day! They do have seating on the second floor. Super super cozy environment and gorgeous views.

This airy outpost of the downtown location offers ready to eat quiche, Stromboli, salads and other quick bites along with their many baked in house creations and brilliant hot and cold beverages. My favorite is the Choco-banana- buzz (why has this not existed before?!?) alongside a cupcake. Yum! The bakery sells pies and sides during holiday seasons that are lifesavers for the home cook also. Have a sip and a seat outside next time you need a midday pick me up !

A ton of bakery items that looked really good. I just had a London Fog and a cookie I enjoyed what I had but there’s only outdoor seating (it was really cold that day) so I had to get my items to go and wasn’t really able to dine in (but it’s probably great when the weather is nice!)

This is not a place to sit and enjoy your food, this is a take away kind of location. That being said the staff of friendly and helpful and the food is delish! We had the quiche, a frittata (pictured) and a scone with the vehicle elixir (pictured). Completely delicious, would strongly recommend and will be getting these in the future. Our only disappointment was not to have seating on location to eat. There are some tables and chairs outdoors, but this obviously only works if the weather is gorgeous.

When I walked in I was immediately drawn to the chocolate chip cookies. I had to buy some. Then i saw the Butternut Squash Calzone which was just like their cafe locations sandwich. Amazing! We used to live in Bristol but this was my first time in this shop in over 5 years. They do an amazing job. Ali, one of the bakers makes incredible goodies! I will be back more often! Thank you to the BeeHive for being a constant gem to Bristol.

Would love playing pool here if it weren’t for the confederate flag on the wall. Seriously don’t feel comfortable giving you money because of the flag. The vibes of the bar are great otherwise (for me, a white person) but I have several friends who avoid this bar because of the flag and what it represents. Please take it down!

A great neighborhood bar with a nice selection of ice cold beers, TVs, pool tables, and dart boards. I have never had the food, but other patrons seem to like it. It is also one of the only bars in Bristol that will turn the music down and TV up so you can see and hear a sports game. P.S. Not meant for snowflakes like Nimby Pimby.

Seriously?!? A confederate flag hanging on the wall? I was considering this place and checking out reviews and then confirmed through the pictures that you apparently have a large confederate flag hanging on the wall. Unbelievable. Take it down and be more considerate and welcoming of all.

First time in my 59 years living in the area that I checked this place out. I love a good hole in the wall and this place is all of that. Went specifically for a fund raiser. Nice crowd, good people hosting, excellent music. With that being said, if you're hosting an event and expecting a crowd, you might consider having adequate staffing and staff that is not totally miserable and rude.

I just found my new favorite Chinese Restaurant!❤️ service is amazing, friendly and fast!. Price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get (you will have leftovers) and the food is of course off the charts! Do yourself a favor and eat here.

Order came out before I could take a sip of water. Both apps and entrée were served within 5 minutes of ordering them. That's a red flag, Sign that the food being served was pre-made and kept hot on a food warmer. The taste was bland and noodles dry. A 1/2 star is closer to a true score. Never again.

Lynn is my server and I started with an order of egg rolls. Delivered to the tablefresh,hot and crisp, perfect! My main is Moo Shu pork, and as usual a huge portion with 5 pancakes, including hoisan sauce. Perfect!

50/50 chance the chow mein noodles are stale and inedible. They know this is an issue, attribute it to the heat, yet it seems they haven’t changed their storage methods after many complaints. When the food is good, it’s GREAT but they are a huge letdown lately

Food is pretty good came here a few times and for first time they charged for a soda refill 3 bucks each soda thats crazy charging for refills you can go to a nice sit down place and drink as many sodas as u want and pay for one kinda not worth it

For $15.99 per combination plate the portion size should be bigger. Also, food was not hot and we only live across the street from the place.

Absolutely beautiful design with plants and modern decor. The food was absolutely amazing, love the unique and creative menu options and the staff were just as good! Helpful, kind and personable. It’s a must try!! I only took one photo but we got almost one of everything, the to go set was well put together and all of it was so good!

“ Wait…it’s vegan?!?” Oh yes, and I was incredibly stunned by how DELICIOUS my meal was 😍🤩 I’ve kinda been thinking about it a lot actually. My cutie had a wonderful breakfast sammich that was raved about. Presentation was beautiful. Saw a few other plates around the dining room, each looked so good. Amazing food! The best I’ve had in as long as I can remember at this level!! I will revisit every trip to Newport. I had the Buffalo bunn and, growing up in Buffalo NY, I do miss Buffalo wings (46 year vegetarian) periodically and this took me back, back to Buffalo and back to my childhood. My guests, whom are not vegan/vegetarian never “missed the meat” which is high praise coming from folks on a standard American diet 🤩 literally 5 stars in every facet!!

This is a hidden gem in Bristol, RI. Unbelievable selection of vegan/veg items, the most delicious variety of foods and flavors. The atmosphere is very welcoming, unique with good vibes all around. I got the Bunny Blake burger and sweet potato waffle fries, my date got the Buff Bunny and fries. Everything was UNREAL. It was very busy and the staff was working incredibly hard to get orders out, so please be kind to them. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

Wicked Local Nutrition has the best shakes and tea in town. My daughter and I love going there and enjoying the shakes and chatting with everyone. Such a great environment!

Recommended for seafood and they didn't disappoint. The clam chowder was excellent, paired with clam cakes I really enjoyed. They had a friend outside with a soft inside, great texture and flavor. We got the baked seafood platter and the Quahog, scallops and shrimp were standouts. There is a lot of breading/cracker crumble on the different items. More than I'd like but I suppose that's a key component of baked seafood here. Delicious none the less. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is modern and aesthetically pleasing with a big vibrant aquarium with live coral. I'd eat there again. They have a large outdoor patio and bar.

We were in town for a hockey tournament and decided to stop here for lunch. We had the most amazing meal and a great time. We were lucky To have Dave and Kaitlyn as bartenders . Such nice people and great sense of humor . Food was amazing and great view of the water . In nice weather they have a nice outdoor bar and seating area !!! A hidden gem off the beaten path !!!

Food is outstanding. Our waitress was awesome. Very nice place. Recommend making a reservation first. I started with red sangria, very tasty. For an appetizer we got the Portuguese stuffy, which is the best stuffy I've ever had. Got the fried scallop and fried clam combo which comes with two sides. I picked onion rings and cole slaw. For dessert I got the canoli. Everything was great. Can't wait to hit this place again.

I was only in town for one night and was staying at a hotel near the airport. I chose the Crow's Nest (10 minutes from the airport via Uber) because it was next to the water. Next time I am in town I will go back for the food, the service...and also because it's next to the water. My server, Olivia, masterfully guided me through the must-have Menu items if you are a first timer in Rhode island. I started with the RI Little Necks (1/2 price during happy hour) and NE clam chowder. Then, Olivia suggested/insisted that I have my first lobster roll. Boy, am I glad she did! For my fellow Pennsylvanians, the lobster roll is basically a hoagie on a grilled bun stuffed with chopped lobster "salad" (think chicken salad but with lobster). AMAZING! If providence finds me back in the area (see when I get there), I will definitely return to the Crow's Nest!

If you leave hungry, you ordered wrong! The clam chowder was delicious—especially with clam cakes dunked right in. Fresh bread and butter to start was a simple but perfect touch. The lobster roll was an easy no-brainer along with the meaty supersized shrimp. Everything hit the mark!

Lovely setting; we are outside which was MUCH quieter than inside. However, trains and planes pass nearby so occasionally loud. Waiters were friendly. Food came pretty quickly. It was ok.

Great food on the bay in Warwick. The recently added outdoor bar is fun and love the fish tank! The bar is nice and views of the marina. Recommend the chowder and the Lobster salad plate has large chunks of lobster for $30. Great location and food.

This was pretty good! The waitress was super polite and attentive, the Shirley temples were delicious and we got super soft complimentary bread with butter! The appetizers were great as well. The Caesar salad was good, just nothing remarkable. The wait was also pretty long, but I don’t think that is a normal thing. Overall, if you can’t find anywhere else I would stop here however I think there are better places in the area.

My friends and I were up there for a Porch Fest and we went in to check the place out and grab a drink. We needed to use the bathroom first and they gave us the evil eye. The manager was really rude. Inside is dated, unattractive, and no bar area, so we had drinks outside. My friend decided to get food. Some of our other friends joined us. We moved two outdoor tables together, to accommodate 7 of us. The manager came out and said we can’t do that. My friends all ordered food and seemed to like it. I just ordered Prosecco, which was a good choice. Small portions didn’t impress me. The waitress made a mistake and and gave my friend regular fries with her sandwich, we had clearly asked for sweet potato. She came out with a plate and scraped the wrong fries off my friends plate with her other food on it, and brought out a separate plate with the sweet potato fries. Honestly, ANY good restaurant would’ve left the other fries. I’ll never go there again. Way too many great restaurants in the area to waste my money there.

The Italian Baked Fish was outstanding! I was hesitant to order it as I don't like an overwhelming marinara sauce. Instead, it was light, yet very tasty letting this perfectly cooked fish stand out! I ate every bite along with the mashed potatoes and excellent spinach side. The calamari appetizer was also very good and the sauce was perfect for dipping their lovely bread.

My wife & son stopped by while passing through beautiful Bristol. We had a lovely lunch with superb service and a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, the waiter was excellent and the food was delicious and very fresh.We loved the music and ambience of the old building. Definitely worth a repeat visit in the future.

Leo’s in Bristol has quickly become our go-to spot for a great meal out with our family. The Italian food is absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and comforting. But what really sets Leo’s apart is the people. The staff and owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they always go out of their way to make us feel at home. We love bringing our three-year-old daughter here. Can’t recommend Leo’s enough—Bristol is lucky to have a place like this!

Sorry about the bad review Leo's Restaurant but every word is true. Just want to add that my girlfriend and I aren't food critics but go out to dinner at least twice per week and have logged some serious time at Italian restaurants from Providence to Boston (but mostly on the South Coast). Arrived to be seated outside with reservations. Chairs were located in a pile of dried leaves from last fall. Had to move them away from the building to see my feet. Waiter was OK but at times inattentive. Bread was brought with a small ball of butter. Girlfriend and I didn't have side plates or utensils /napkins so we waited... and waited until I finally got up after 15 minutes to chase down waiter's assistant to ask if she could help us. Meals were not up to par with the ravings of other Google reviewers. Chicken Parm and Chicken Marsala had all the moisture pounded out of them. They were tough chewing and neither on of us finished out of chewing exhaustion and bland taste. Girlfriend had to search for any sign of melted cheese on her Chicken Parm. The sauce on my Chicken Marsala was watery and I was unable to discern whether it was made with dry or sweet Marsala wine. Needless to say, we didn't stay for dessert. Very disappointed on a beautiful night at 7pm last Friday. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Small restaurant, fresh food and plenty of GF options. The restaurant is small and was short staffed (holiday weekend), but the staff was upbeat, friendly, and accommodating. We had a delicious meal of lobster ravioli, linguine in clam sauce, fish and chips and GF Buffalo pizza. I felt like I had been invited to a delicious home cooked Italian meal. We will definitely visit on our next visit.

The complimentary bread served upon arrival was a delightful beginning. Soft and fresh, it paired wonderfully with the butter and spicy sauce, setting a promising tone. The highlight of the meal was unequivocally the chicken wings. These were among the best I’ve ever had—tender, fall-off-the-bone meat bursting with flavor. They easily earned a perfect 5/5, showcasing the kitchen’s potential for excellence. We opted for the sirloin steak, accompanied by pasta with marinara sauce and fries. The steak was cooked to perfection as requested — Medium rare. While the accompanying mushrooms & sauce were rich and flavorful, the blue cheese addition was overpowering and similarly disagreeable. The pasta, however, redeemed itself with simplicity and consistency, earning a solid 4/5. The fries were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and equally deserving of a 4/5 rating. I will definitely be back but for their seafood options.

Pleasantly surprised!! The menu was a little challenging for us to read. Lots of words we didn't recognize and honestly nothing was really jumping out at us for some reason. But then we started to see some food walking by to other tables (we needed a visual menu lol) and knew it was gonna be good. Ceasar salad was insanely good. Came with smoked blue fish it was the perfect meal. Fantastic clam chowder. Homemade bread. Everything was homemade or local and you could tell they take great pride in everything they make and serve, including an espresso martini made with so much love. As soon as we walked in the door we were promptly greeted by Mandy and Neely! We had the best table in the house on the porch. I believe our servers name was Sadie (not positive) but she was so knowledgeable and professional. The food was absolutely delicious (as always). We had such a wonderful evening! Amazing food and great atmosphere! Service was quick, friendly, patient, and helpful. Not very often you see a restaurant offer gluten free options for almost every item on their menu, especially in a pasta focused restaurant! A little pricey, but worth every penny. Worth a detour if you’re even remotely in the area.

We had excellent service for dinner that included Chittara, a combination of shellfish and seafood on top of homemade pasta. Delicious dinner.

Today we ordered take out. The food was good . The service not so much. Our order came with no condiment sides; soy, duck , etc. We ordered Nime Chow that as a standard is served with a peanut sauce, chopped peanuts and a sweet Thai chili sauce . Those sides basically make the dish, those were also excluded. We called ahead to inform them of the situation and when we returned we received no peanut sauce, the gave us chopped peanuts to go in a Thai sauce and said that is peanut sauce, not true! When asked for hot mustard they said it was an up charge….When I asked them why no peanut sauce after we received none at home, I received an apology and a future credit for nime chow. The idea of takeout is simplicity not a return for items that should be included at first and then not to receive the proper items and asked to pay for items that are usually free. My chickens enjoyed the no sauce Nime chow.

Edit: Still excellent. Great service. 2nd trip here was as good as the 1st. Friendly waitress, who did an excellent job both times she served us! The food was delicious, and we tried at least a dozen different things in our 2 trips! Restaurant could use updating, lots of wood paneling, and a bit outdated, but very clean.

There used to be a good bar tender but no longer do they have one. We like to sit at the bar and eat and now the woman bartender who is serving there is rude and gives poor service. The drink she made for my husband was not made correctly . We will not be going back.

Jacky's was our "go to" Friday night meal since we moved to Bristol in 2005. We've since moved away but when we're back in town we eat here. Warm, inviting servers and hosts. Great food. Just delicious 🤤

Went to this location for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Great set up and service was friendly and accommodating. Food was good and atmosphere was pleasant. I sat near a big fish tank and enjoyed that.

This place was phenomenal. Our waiter was the most courteous, friendly, and accommodating person we've ever encountered. We ordered the house combo udon noodles and they were amazing. We also ordered three different rolls, and while we ate the sushi, our waiter offered to reheat our udon. It was the first time I've ever experienced a waiter/waitress ask to reheat something at the table. We bagged our noodles and were suggested the green tea fried ice cream. I have never had an ice cream make me smile every bite, nor ever had greenntea ice cream. Wonderful menu of eclectic seasoned or new sushi and Japanese cuisine. Would HIGHLY recommend.

First time and the place is great! This is their Chocolate Churro Martini - Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, Stoli Karamel Vodka, Rum Chata, Topped with a Chocolate Drizzle. We shared the Mediterranean Plate but we were so hungry & impressed we dove right in without a picture first. I have ended with their Dark Espresso martini which was actually made with Godiva Dark Chocolate liqueur and it was great! Huge martini glass full. I swear an 8 oz glass! Great place to try bar side if you can, FCFS. Otherwise quaint cozy and inviting place with tapas style options for a great time out.

We had a nice dinner outside. My salmon portion was smaller than other restaurants we frequent. Was given sweet potatoes instead of butternut squash. Sides came out late. The au gratin potatoes weren't very cheesy. A woman was begging for money on the street and went up to other tables but luckily didn't approach ours. My boyfriend loved his meal! And the food was really good - cooked perfectly and delicious. Happy we found this little gem and will be back!

I had the privilege of going there for the first time last night. Very friendly staff, and the chef came right out to greet us. The food was phenomenal, and they were happy to prepare it any way we like. It seems as though they gravitate towards small plates that can be easily shared - which I love. Who wants to choose just one flavor when you can try several? Be sure to check this place out!

The food here is terrific. So is the service -- and the chef loves to see people enjoy his creations. You'll often find him in the dining room asking folks their reactions (that was my experience pre-pandemic; I've been getting takeout over the past year and the food is still excellent and the process for takeout is easy-peasy). I just ordered a large cheese pizza here and whoever made my order doesn’t know how to build a pizza apparently. They didn’t put the sauce on the pizza. So instead of making it correct they just drizzled some sauce on top and call it a day. I ordered this for my kids. And they wouldn’t eat it. Money wasted. This is the last time I’m ordering from here.

If you want to get nasty chewy expensive calamari then definitely go here! Horrible customer service. Don't give them constructive criticism unless you want Cory Vargas to insult you like he did to me. I tried to find out who the owner was and Cory said he owned the place. Two wraps and two sodas for $38…..we will not be going here again. Wraps were both very “wet and drippy” and fell apart. Not much flavor and two special requests were not taken care of. They do not have turkey as an option which blew my mind. Food was bland and very underwhelming. Slow service and very blah inside did not make for a good experience overall. Plenty of other spots around for food at the same or lesser cost.

I remember about 20 years ago when this place had good quality food. Stay away from the calamari at this place...chewy as hell and disgusting! I brought it to Cory the cooks attention and he gave me an attitude about it and told me not to come back lol. Unprofessional and sucks at cooking!!

Absolutely love the Hope Diner! We visit Bristol once in a while from Providence and this is our favorite spot hands down. Wonderful service, friendly atmosphere, and the food is great quality and cost. We recommend the chicken liver and eggs, the corned beef hash, and the grilled muffins.

What a fun place! My wife had the Portuguese Sweet Bread French Toast and I had the Chourico Sausage Sandwich with sauce and onions, and both were delicious. This is the sort of place where you can really get the local flavor. I swear the staff knew the names and regular orders for everyone. The staff are a hoot, and there may or may not be a parrot in the back that talks back and sings songs. If you are going to the Audubon Nature Center or Colt State Park, you owe it to yourself to get breakfast or lunch at the Hope Diner.

My parents started coming here before I was born. I grew up coming here. The food is awesome, and the staff is family. This place sets the standard for everything a hometown diner should be. I get the Portuguese sweetbread French toast every time. I cannot overstate how special this diner is.

I ordered the chili verde. My food is just some fired chopped pork with some green sauce made it right there. I like to order this dish because I enjoy the flavorful and soft meat that comes from slow cooking. But what this restaurant offered apparently does not honor their own tradition. The menu is ordinary and common. I won’t go again

Frankly, it's pretty much bog standard Tex-Mex. Pretty limited menu with your typical decor and ambience. That being said, the service was great and the margaritas, though a little pricey, are pretty solid. The chips and salsa are also tasty. So if you're more into drinks and apps, this is definitely worth checking out. For food, it's hard to say since in general Mexican food in Rhode Island is lousy at best.

I found this place online on YUR NE according to them they have the second best margaritas in RI which they are not lying since I went there to try it and they are pretty awesome. Also, their margaritas' menu has a good variety of flavor. If you are aver in Bristol give casa margaritas a try and you won't be disappointed.

Great authentic Mexican food. The best Mexican food I’ve had in Rhode Island and I️ consider my self a Mexican food fanatic. I️ got the Piña loca, which is a mixture of steak, chicken, peppers, onions, and grilled pineapple drenched in chipotle sauce served and stuffed in a half pineappple. It was delicious!!! The place was very empty for a Saturday brunch, service was great and quick! My husband and my daughter will sure be back!

I like my meat medium rare but this is blood red rare needed to ask them to refire both of my kids meats then they came back looking well done my knive on my table was dirty and the girl gave an excuse of water reside from the dishwasher no excuses even from water spots to have it placed on table the fresh foods were fresh but anything that was prepared is far from being anything excellent

Took my mom out to lunch after reading the reviews, we went before dinner service that starts at 4:30. Let me start by saying WE WILL NEVER RETURN! the food was absolutely disgusting and had been sitting there for hours, the waitress knew because she had told us if there is anything we see and it's dry to let her know and they'll get us something fresh! REALLY?! everyone raves about the prime rib, seafood etc.. that may be good I would not know, but I do know that the lunch food was absolutely terrible! Old, dried out, salty just all around bad! We told our waitress and she acknowledged that the food had been sitting out for too long and that she had informed her manager, and suggested they only do lunch service for X amount of hours because of this issue. Our bill came and I paid and left. And yes the manager knew of the disappointment and how horrible the food was, but never said anything to us. The waitress apologized repeatedly but it is not her fault!

Food was on point!!! The bartender was very nice respectful good mannered and most important made us feel welcome. Oh ya and let me tell ya he made the perfect strawberry daiquiri. It was very clean including the bathrooms and I will be back for sure with more of my friends. It wasn't a five-star was more like a 10 star. Great place to take your friends in your family

Food was hot and delicious. They had a wide variety of food . Sushi ,finger food, American,and Chinese food.The employees were very pleasant especially one named Tuesday. She was so kind and attentive. The only thing i would say they could improve is ice cream. It taste good, they have desserts, and toppings ,but the ice cream has to be scooped out. It s really no biggie overall great place to eat.

The food is superb and cheap, two things that rarely go together these days. The owners are two of the nicest people you'll meet. They take a genuine interest in their customers, whether they are regulars or first-timers. The bacon egg and cheese on a bolo is a winner. This place is a gem.

The buffalo chicken pizza is an all-time favorite! Nello and his wife are kind and work hard, despite managing difficult health conditions, to make great food! The restaurant only has a few small tables so I would recommend getting the food as takeout.

Hands down the best pizza in the state. When the owners (who cook the pizza for you btw) see me with my kids they always offer them a free soda or chips. Owners are generous, and family oriented.

Come here all the time, very affordable compared to most subways and great service. Only one time I had to wait in line 20 minutes during lunch because of online orders. 9 times out of 10 always a great experience with plenty of seating.

A solid location. Food is always made well, staff is always in a good mood and friendly. My only knock is that this location rarely participates in the coupons Subway runs, so the coupons on the app will rarely work. So, just be aware that you'll almost always be paying full price.

The only good Subway is cheap Subway. This place doesn't take any of the online coupons.

No soups or eggs. But the service is so good they got my favorite orders memorized when I come in. Not as messy as other subways I went too and I actually get the right amount of meat. Even in the middle of a busy lunch hour stuff looked pretty clean and presentable.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. I ordered a meatball sub and It’s basically, all bread.
