DELICIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL! My new hidden gem! So easy, just placed an order online and scheduled a pickup. Boom - done and done. Not only was the cake absolutely delicious it was beautiful! So affordable! Honestly I would pay more! 10 out 10 would recommend!

We’ve been getting our cakes from Pastiche for years and we swear by it. They only get better and better with time and stay true to their commitment to quality. It elevates any event to have these scrumptious cakes. They’re a core memory for us all.

Our family love the fruit tart from here. This is the second tart we have gotten in 2 weeks. Today while my brother is eating, he saw something moving inside of his raspberry. Got my phone out a bit slow but the spider just crawled out of the raspberry onto the tart, you can see raspberry residue on one of its legs 🫠 And this was us bringing the cake back and cut up and serve right away…

My go to dessert place for years in Pvd. First you got rid of in person dinning. No more after dinner dessert and coffee with friends. But this is the worst, why why why, did you change your cannoli?! 😡 it was perfect before. Please change it back. (Response to owner) Yes, it was tiny it was loud, and you had to wait for a table forever, but it had charm and nostalgia. The new filling is completely different, I preferred the older version. I see you’re a business owner who cares about their business and you at least saw my comment and responded quickly. So I will change my review because the rest of your desserts and service are very good.

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. We walked in and the workers did not even look at us the entire time. We were trying to decide on what to get, as everyone was raving about this place. We chose the tiramisu. They gave us half of what was displayed for basically $10 after tax per slice. The workers did not even acknowledge us this whole time. All that and the tiramisu was not that great. Big disappointment with rude staff.

Iconic dessert has been a household name in Rhode Island for decades. This is my first time here but I really love this place! Pre-order online is easy and fast. Service was friendly. Bought several cakes, the Fruit Tart is still my favorite😍 will definitely comeback to RI for this tart🥹🥹🥹

We were celebrating a birthday for my wife’s cousin, and the entire staff made sure it was a special evening from start to finish. The food was absolutely incredible—from the appetizers to the entrées, everything was prepared perfectly. The flavors, presentation, and quality of the ingredients were top-tier, as you’d expect from a place like this. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and delivered with care. What really made the night stand out, though, was the service. The attention to detail was above and beyond. The manager personally came to check on us multiple times and made sure everything was just right. It wasn’t just a quick hello -- She was genuinely involved in making sure our evening went smoothly, which made a big difference. Mr. Tom, who took care of us during dinner, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. I was so disappointed in my experience here. I had a reservation for 7pm. I arrived a few minutes earlier. I came in and they said we will seat you in a few short minutes. Didn’t offer me a seat, didn’t ask me to sit at the bar and have a drink while I waited. Nothing. 25 mins later they found me a table. At first they offered me a table this establishment should not have which is a throwaway table. This table was next to the door so basically everyone is gonna be passing by you. It should not exist. After I turned it down that’s when they found me a proper table. Nobody that was waiting with me wanted that table. I had the roasted chicken with a side of creamed corn. The corn was not creamed at all. It was just boiled corn with a water sauce on top. Super disappointing. The roasted chicken was okay nothing special. I was mostly excited for the creamed corn but that was a disappointment. I had the coconut pie for dessert and it didn’t taste like anything. The only good thing about this whole experience was my server Dami. Such a professional and a pro at what she does. Treated me so well. All in all I probably won’t be back. It was a mid experience from beginning to end.

I recently returned because the first was outstanding. It was the chip and caviar dip that got me. The chips, fresh from the fryer were hot, crispy and salted to perfection. The dip deep rich flavors with an umami undertone, we gobbled it down, swiping the last dip with the last savory chip. This time…a complete 180! Unrecognizable from my previous experience: chips no temperature, in fact some bordered on being soggy. The dip was delivered in a mini ramekin instead of a beautifully little chilled silver pot, absent of any flavor and the paucity of a mere 5 (yes, I counted) dots of caviar. I waited five minutes before the waitstaff inquired about my meal. I informed him I needed the appropriate cutlery (not a butter knife) for my burger. The unasked question …why did I wait so long? Not the crime of the century of dining etiquette and I hesitate to say my visibility as an unassuming demur Black woman in the entire bar section had anything to do with it but one can draw whatever conclusion fits the facts. Lastly, why are televisions in an upscale restaurant on sports?!

My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner. He thought I booked the reservation and I thought he had booked it 😅 so they had no tables available but luckily they promptly were able to sit us at the bar. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Some of the best we’ve ever had and we’ve been to Italy 3 times. I got the lasagna and my husband got the short rib ravioli. We also shared a caeser salad and arancini for an app. While everything was amazing, the real star was the ravioli. We also appreciated them seating us despite our lack of reservation (luckily we arrived just as people were leaving) and we will definitely be returning! We loved it so much that we have recommended Camille’s to our family and friends. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful atmosphere, felt like family immediately upon arriving with an upbeat and friendly host. All staff were great, knowledge of the menu was extensive with amazing with their suggestions. I was debating between several entrees and left the decision up to the server who chose wonderfully. Everything from the Eggplant starter to authentic Tiramisu and Thick Pistachio Cheesecake was well balanced, full of flavor and presented beautifully.

I went to Camille's without a reservation and was able to get a seat at the bar. All the servers were kind and attentive and the food was very good. The portions are large and the bolognase was delicious. I highly recommend if your in the area and want old school Italian food in a nice environment.

If you’re looking for authentic Italian-American classic dishes on Federal Hill, Camille’s recipes are the perfect way to satisfy that craving. I had the Oysters Rockefeller and Veal Parm, my friend ate the Arancini di Roso and Chicken Francese. The veal and chicken cutlets were perfectly crispy but the meat was still tender enough to cut and chew easily, their gravy isn’t too spicy or salty. The oysters were fresh and delicate with buttery flavor and the arancini had a comforting texture with bold flavor. I indulged in two glasses of Prosecco and my friend had two Bikini Martinis. Curtis, our waiter gave us fantastic service. In fact, I requested him for mine and my husband’s upcoming date night in the upstairs dining room by the window. Thank you Camille’s!

Absolutely incredible meal. We decided to sit at their gorgeous bar to watch some college football. Request Jessica P, she has incredible bar keep skills. We started with stuffed squash flowers, Mindy had the pork chops (old school vinegar pepper style), I had the veal parm Camille's style, and finished with a coffee and creme brulle! Fantastic night!

If you’re looking for the best European- Italian cuisine then look no further than Capriccio’s. This is hands down the best restaurant Rhode Island has to offer. Whether you’ve been here since it opened in the 70s or current, the food is amazing. From the steak Diane to the beef Wellington to the best Veal parmigiana in the Northeast if not the country, every dish will be memorable. The wine selection is top notch with one of the best selections in the country. Sal makes every one feel like they are apart of the Capriccio family with his hospitality. Make this a must try destination!

8/22/24—As I sat sipping a great cup of Colombian coffee at El Paisa, I decided it was the perfect moment to reflect on my visit to Capriccio last night. Now, I hadn’t set foot in that restaurant in over ten years, and I wasn’t even planning to go. I figured it was a dinner meant for the boys—my husband and our adult children. But when one of them couldn’t make it, I decided to step up and take one for the team. Capriccio is an upscale Italian restaurant that's been around since the '70s, and it shows. I figured, what better occasion to flaunt my new Louis Vuitton bag? Yes, it’s real, folks—second-hand but in like-new condition. I got dressed up, put on makeup, and felt like a million bucks. I even drove my husband there, treating him like the sultan he thinks he is. We pulled up to the entrance, and of course, we valet-parked. Why not go all the way, right? The magnificent doors were a sight to behold. I love history, and these doors, massive and imposing, looked like they were made only for titans to pass through. After paying my respects to these shiny giants, I descended the stairs that led to an Italian paradise. The lights on the ceiling sparkled like stars, as if they were eagerly awaiting my arrival. The first thing I noticed was the sea of white—waiters dressed head-to-toe in white, reminding me of when I used to work at the El Panama Hotel back in the late ‘90s. Those white-clad angels stood at the bottom of the stairs, making you feel like a star as you walked down. My husband, ever the groupie, had explicitly asked for his favorite waitress, Kristy, who had recently transferred to Capriccio. When we arrived, her smile lit up the room like a thousand diamonds. As we walked to our table, the shiny wooden floor felt so smooth that it was like gliding on ice. I took a quick detour to the bathroom, which was really just an excuse to explore this Italian wonderland. The bathroom had an arch made of rocks that made me feel like I was stepping into a scene from "Lord of the Rings." After my brief adventure, I continued my little tour, checking out the bar in the back. Kristy, our angelic waitress, even gave me a mini history lesson, mentioning that they used to have a piano by the corner of the bar. Her dad used to visit here back in the day. When I returned to our table, I couldn’t help but admire the adorable decorations. The wine menu was extensive, but I opted for a house margarita—it was better than the one I had at Mis Jalisco in New Hampshire. Kristy mentioned that the decorative dishes on our table were from the '70s, way before I was born. The place was steeped in history; you could almost imagine the types of people who dined here back in the day. It was the “it” place for all the wise guys, if you catch my drift. My stepson joined us later and regaled us with stories about his recent trip to Japan. Between the dinner, drinks, and dessert—Victoria’s cake was divine, by the way—we spent the night sipping wine, watching people fill the room with chatter and the sound of clinking glasses. They even had decaf, and I was thrilled to learn they could make it into a cappuccino. I was told one of the men visiting our table was one of the owners, but he didn’t look the part. More like the Stephen King of Capriccio—a man with a mysterious air, carrying all the secrets and gossip from an era long gone. All in all, it was a night to remember—full of history, mystery, and a dash of comedy. And, of course, I got to flash my Louis Vuitton, so it was a win-win!

Capriccio’s is truly a cornerstone of the Keystone community and one of my absolute favorite places to go. The owners, Rob and Mike, are incredibly welcoming, and the entire wait staff is just as friendly and attentive. On top of that, the food is consistently amazing—there’s nothing on the menu that isn’t delicious. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick slice, sitting down for a more refined meal, or even hosting a party, Capriccio’s delivers every time. In a world that often feels chaotic, this place offers a little peace, happiness, and a sense of community. That’s what I feel every single time I walk through the doors. Highly recommend!

What an outstanding meal! We showed up fairly early in the dinner hour without a reservation. We were kindly told there would be a 2 hour wait unless we wanted to sit at the bar. We chose the bar and we were so glad! The 2 bartenders, [sisters named Brittany and Kelsey(sp?)] killed it the entire time, hustling and keeping up with the waitstaff! There was a never ending stream of drink orders popping out, and we watched with admiration as they handled it with grace and efficiency. Then, our food came out and it was hands down the best Veal Parmesan and Chicken Piccata we have ever eaten. The manager popped in and out to the very just bar area despite how busy the restaurant was. Our only regret was not having room for dessert. Sure wish we lived closer, we would become regulars!!❤️🤍💚

This place is not high-end as they claim. The atmosphere is noisy and hectic, with waiters sweating and running around in a very unprofessional way. The food was mediocre at best, and the service was terrible — nothing close to the standard they advertise. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. It feels like a scam and not worth your time or money.

Fantastique! We celebrated my birthday and had an exceptional experience. From the friendly and attentive staff to the delicious food and intimate ambiance. It was a great experience all around! The Soupe a l’Oignon Gratinee was incredible and definitely one of the best we’ve ever had. For dinner, I had the Canard Roti et Confit Framboise and loved it, as well as a French martini and, of course, the creme brûlée. My husband loved the Pot au Feu aux Fruits de Mer and claimed it was one of the best seafood dishes he’s ever ordered at a restaurant. My mom ordered the Boeuf a la Bourguignon and enjoyed her dish as well. All around we had a great experience with top notch service, and I even had my leftovers elegantly wrapped up in the shape of a tin foil duck, which I found to be a lovely touch. From start to finish, it was very evident that a lot of thought was put into every aspect of the dinner’s experience and it truly brought us back to our own dining experience in France years ago. We highly recommend!

Felt like I was in the woody Allen movie Midnight in Paris and was transported to another time. Lovely - delicious, warm and charming. It’s not every day where you can eat authentic French cuisine lauded by Julia Child. The owner was welcoming and kind. Coming back. My new secret spot to impress. I could have sworn I reviewed this ages ago. But anyway... I revisited Pot au Feu last night to finally (after decades) try their excellent version of Pot-au-Feu. Beef, chicken, cabbage, potato, celery, carrots, onion, and broth (on the side). It is basically a peasant dish. No fancy sauces; just a mélange of meats and vegetables braised (or stewed) to a perfect consistency, to allow their natural flavors to shine. I should also mention that this venerable establishment serves French bread that is absolutely delicious: fluffy, yet substantial on the inside, with the most wonderful delicate crust I can remember having, so you must have plenty, buttered up for dipping in the broth. Classic French cuisine. In the past, I've also had the Boeuf a la Bourguignon (incredibly rich and delicious), and Tournedos Bearnaise ou Bordelaise (opting for the Bearnaise sauce), perfect beef medallions, with the perfect sauce. Being a creature of habit, I've had both of these many times. I've also had some of their savory crêpes, some years back, and they were just great. I look forward to trying the crepes that are now on the menu on my next visit. For dessert, I wanted to try the Crêpes Suzette, which is one of my favorite desserts, and it didn't disappoint. Lovely soft texture, cooked in a sweet sauce with orange tones, with a cup of good coffee making it a perfect finale. If that dessert is not to your taste, it's no exaggeration to say that Pot au Feu has, far and away, the best Crème brûlée I've found anywhere, and I've had literally hundreds. A rather simple concoction, yet usually eluding perfection, they have found it here. The owner is a very welcoming and friendly gentleman, who may just visit your table. Service, as well, was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Always a pleasure. Thanks again, to all.

Wonderful service, amazing atmosphere, beautiful crusty bread! I had the tournedos bordelaise, the texture of the beef was phenomenal! I also want to mention how friendly and charismatic the man who greets & seats you is - I wish I had caught his name, but I believe that’s actually him (a couple of years ago 😉) in the photo with Julia. A great encounter overall.

Very disappointed by the food. Owner and server checked on us a few times and we told them it was fine, and it was, everyone has an off night and I didn't want to raise an issue at a place I've only been to once. The real issue came right before we left we heard the chef yelling at servers. We brought this up to the owner on the way out and he immediately defended the chef, told us that we should feel lucky that we sat that close to the kitchen. I don't care whose fault it was, if the servers were messing up or the chef. At the point where we're paying $100 per person we should not have to listen to workers yelling and cursing during our dinner.

Food was exceptional Service was swift, kind, and knowledgeable. Gentleman with glasses, who seemed to be the owner or manager, checked in on us and other diners to ensure we were satisfied. They graciously accommodated our large party celebrating a graduation. Would not hesitate to recommend. Will be returning soon.

Very cozy and intimate atmosphere, perfect for an anniversary. Service was attentive, and our meals were perfectly timed, with bread being presented, then appetizers, then our meal, followed by a dessert menu once our plates were cleared away. The food will not disappoint. The Jarret d’Agneau Jardiniere, or lamb shank, was highly reviewed by my partner, who noted how tender the lamb was- nearly falling off the bone. I can confirm, after stealing a bite, that it was cooked to perfection, and had a wonderful, comforting vibe. My own meal, Canard Roti et Confit Framboise, or oven roasted duck, was amazing. The flavor of the raspberry sauce with the duck was extremely complimentary, and definitely worth recommending for someone with a sweet-tooth. I found it to be a perfect balance, never being too sweet, but with the perfect amount of flavor to accent the dish. If you're looking for a spot in Providence to share an intimate dinner, I highly recommend Pot Au Fue.

I got a ricotta cake, pear tart, flourless chocolate cake(2 pieces) and cassata(1 piece). The cassata cake was very good. It was different than anything I’ve ever had. I would say you just have to look at the ingredients and if you like the ingredients, try it. Would definitely order again. The pear tart was ok. I can’t say it was anything special. It was too dry for me, and not enough pear taste. The flourless chocolate cake was excellent. I would definitely get that again. Now as far as the ricotta pie, I thought it was delicious. It had more lemon flavor than other ones that I’ve had, but that turned out to be not good because it gave me heartburn later. Now believe me I love lemon. I drink organic lemon water. I love chicken franchise. I make it with fresh lemon and lemon juice. The only thing I can think of is they use artificial flavor. That I get heartburn from especially if I have something blueberry flavored. So maybe it’s the same thing with the lemon. I can’t say for sure, it tasted delicious. I would have to know if they use artificial lemon flavor instead of fresh.

Classic Italian bakery. Pumpkin cheesecake was delicious, macaroon cookies were decent. But the reason to go are the cannoli. Freshly filled. Not too sweet. Very crisp also wonton like shell. We also got cupcakes that were dry and had shortening frosting and hardly any flavor besides sweet.

Glad this authentic bakery has survived these unprecedented times it’s always nice to browse the delights they craft here. I picked out the lemon cheesecake and date bars along with cinnamon and raspberry twists impeccable quality and craftsmanship.

The Cassata and the Apricot cakes were fantastic. The crust on the ricotta pie was a little undercooked. I would go back every day for the other 2 cakes! Wish I had more time to try more!

Not my first trip to Scialo and won’t be my last! Never disappoints! My favorites are their maple walnut roll (seasonal), carrot cake, and apple turnovers! Their cookies are to die for too! My husband and I love their chocolate chip cookies and macaroons! A must try if your in the area.

The cake was a 5th birthday show stopper!!! Not only did the cake look amazing, it tasted amazing. Everyone we interacted with (from design to picking up) was polite and helpful. We won’t use anywhere else now.

I really enjoyed the food here. However, I didn’t care for the vegetable samosas. They were bland. I LOVED the chicken and potato vindaloo. The cilantro and garlic naan was good. My husband said the chicken tandoori tika masala was delicious. Def a must try!

When I first came to Rhode Island, I made it a mission to find the best food, and this is it! I’m someone who find comfort in ordering the same thing but this restaurant has me coming back to try many different things!!! Maddy and everyone here has been so very welcoming and they are always spicing things up with new additions! It’s rare to find a place that feels so consistent, welcoming, and downright delicious every single time. Kabob and Curry is more than just a restaurant… it’s a reminder of how powerful good food and amazing people can be. If you want recommendations for your first dish here, korma mushroom chicken is my favorite. P.S, the windows here are amazing on any day but a rainy day in particular is so beautiful

I have been coming here since 2016 and it is my favorite!! The food is still amazing, the naan is heavenly and it’s my top Indian choice in RI! Medi is an amazing server, and such an ins person, he has even memorized my order to make me feel at home.

The naan flavor combinations are sublime (honey ginger and paneer-stuffed 🙏🙏🙏), and many of the dishes are just fun and creative such as a chicken tikka poutine and a zingy tamarind mocktail (for only $5!). And every dish is made fresh to order so you can customize spice level, allergies etc and everything tastes warm and fresh

I go here with my girlfriend all the time, and wow, the food and service is absolutely amazing. Our waiter Savio is truly a gem and always makes sure we are treated like kings! Go here on Mondays and Tuesdays for the $35 dinner for two special!

Simply stating that you’ve been in business for 35 years doesn’t make it acceptable to treat customers the way we were treated. A generic apology without fixing the actual behavior means nothing. I’ve read your other reviews, and it’s clear multiple people have faced the same issue with your server, so please don’t hide behind “standards” and “guidelines.” And yes, there may be a thousand ways to cook Biryani, but the way you served it was still extremely bad and a disgrace to the name of Biryani. Years in business should reflect in respect for customers and quality of food, not in dismissing valid complaints.

This food truck is unfortunately amongst the worst in RI. The hot dog is low quality, barely cooked l, and served on a cheap bun. The hamburger is similarly low quality, dry, and bland. Clearly a food truck for a drunken evening, otherwise don’t bother.

It was fine. Good option for a late night hunger craving. It was very pricey tho. 2 hamburgers and fries was $30+ even with cash payment. The fries could have used more seasoning for the sweet potatoes. The buns were soggy but seems like that goes for all the burger places in RI, must be a thing lol.

Don’t waste your money on the chicken strips. They’re basically giant McDonalds chicken nuggets. You get plenty of fries with the basket, but they’re the soggy cafeteria variety. Wasn’t cheap either. Nice staff though.

Haven’t been here in years maybe 10 or so. Blwhat I just got served was straight trash for the prices your charged for a dog atleast give a freshly cooked hot dog nothing from last night. The meat sauce tasted burned and old. The cheese sauce comes from a can. Need to out more effort in atleast common. I’ll never be back. Coney Island in Attleboro is levels above this.

Never been disappointed here. So historic. Well-priced, fresh bread for the hotdogs so they're super tasty. The milkshakes could probably be thicker though. Cajun spice doesn't taste like anything at all.

Great midnight snack place or munchies stop after the club! Quick service, cheap, open super late and nestled downtown off the main strip of a few bars. We got the churros, a burger, 2 sodas, and split onion rings for $30 and we couldn’t finish it. Portions were huge! Great idea to have a food truck like this in a city.

A great place to get a bite to eat right on the streets of downtown Providence! The rodeo cheeseburger was amazing! So we’re the onion rings, cheese fries and regular hamburger! Service was great! Very fast and friendly! Walk right in, order and pick up your food at the window outside. Prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend trying this place out! You will not be disappointed!

Went here for the first time in maybe 15 years for the RI Food Fights big burger blowout and it was better than I remember. The burger was good. Not life changing but slightly better than a typical sit down chain restaurant. The $2 drafts and $3 margaritas are a good reason to come back.

The service is always good here! The steak was quite plain. Definitely well done - how we ordered it but no seasoning. My daughter was putting salt and pepper on it for flavor. I would not order the steak tips salad or steak here again.

We like Chelo’s for their stuffies, clam cakes, and white chowder. In my opinion, they make the best. The stuffies are packed with flavor and don’t taste like ‘Thanksgiving,’ like many places do. Nice creamy chowder. Decent clam cakes. For dessert, we love a CHUDGE (the name cracks us up, it’s also just super fun to share). We also had their pistachio cake, which was good but lacking in pistachio flavor. ‘Gansetts (beer) is cheap - great place for beers and apps with friends. They carry Yacht Club soda (BIRCH is the best flavor). For dinner, however, we find the entrees quality to be pretty mid. Similar to an Applebees or Chilis. Not impressed with our burgers, sandwiches, or salads. The baked scrod I had once was an absolute mess - goopy, soggy, and almost impossible to find the fish. Prices are reasonable and it’s definitely a family-friendly, casual setting. Service is usually good except when they get slammed (parking can actually get full when they are super busy). I’ve only had one weird experience with a server, who brought up their politics and conspiracy theories unprovoked. Other than that, it’s not a bad place if you’re not expecting a whole lot.

Was there on Monday and we had the best experience we've ever had there. The other guests were nice to us. The service was the best. Bella our waitress was attentive and friendly. I don't think we've ever had such a great experience prior. And all the food was delicious. Finished everything and took home dessert. It would be wonderful to have such an experience every visit

Great place! Excellent wait staff, all were so friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Elsa, a wonderful and informative "guide" to the area. She gave us many tips of things to do. The lobster rolls were so yummy. French fries were perfect. Great margaritas too! If you are there, you should go Had we been in the area longer, I would go daily.

The staff was polite and friendly. Gabe, our waiter was fun and capable. I had the lobster roll, cold, which was good. Chelo's is consistently good. Great place to spontaneously go to lunch with your girlfriends.

As a regional chain, it has a slightly corporate feel, but the clam chowder was delicious, and the crab cakes were flavorful and well-prepared--with a lightly fried golden exterior and a soft, dumpling-like interior. The service was reliable and consistent. My only complaint is that the crab cakes were quite a bit larger than what our waiter indicated, thus we were unable to finish them. But for those of you with vigorous appetites and no qualms about take-out containers, more bang for your buck!

Loved the catering! The ravioli was so good and the stuffed mushrooms were a big hit with everyone. Kevin made ordering super easy and I’ll definitely be recommending them.

This is an Italian market in the heart of Little Italy. The food is delicious, the service is good, and the employees are helpful. It's a really fun experience to just walk around the store and see the offerings.

Ordered the Venda Italian Grinder and it was delicious. The mortadella with pistachios and the roasted peppers brought great flavor to the sandwich. I went with the soft roll, but liked how they had a few bread options. The sliced cheese and meats were clearly freshly cut and authentic.

Ive been a loal customer their for the past 3ys and I used think this place was wonderful until accused of stealing my own mints out of my purse. I was shopping had a coughing fit took mint out of my purse put one in my mouth and then returned the tin to my purse. Then after I pay the general manager informs me I put one of there products in my purse. Said he had me on camera , I was not in trouble but the new I took something . I don't appreciate my reputation being put in to question with no proof. They wouldn't let me prove anything .Also an man should not be bring a woman out of a business by herself and accusing her of a unprovable theft. That I never committed.

I love this traditional Italian market with fresh bread, gelato, coffee bar and homemade tiramisu as well! They provide seating area indoor to enjoy the food that you order from the market. Variety of homemade pastas and ravioli to choose from like a jewelry box! Good quality of meat and cheeses as well. Homemade pasta sauces to pair with different pastas. Highly recommended!

Went for takeout. Atmosphere had always been casual, but now eating in isn't happening, unfortunately. This place has been a neighborhood fixture for decades. Great pizza, spinach pies, and broccoli pies. That's what I've always gotten here and I have not been disappointed. Do they have other things? Yes! Sandwiches, and other typical 'pizza place' items are on the menu as well. If you are in the neighborhood, drop by and bring your appetite.

Well I'll my family and I have been life long customers at Tommy's pizza, the last couple oforders have been a bit disappointing. I always order my pizza light on the sauce and well done and fries well done, extra crispy. Either person taking the order is not relaying it to the cook, or the cook doesn't care if customer is satisfied with their food. Either way it's not good business. I'm just super disappointed.

I’ve always loved Tommy’s Pizza. Up until today . I ordered their French fries and was so upset they changed the type of fry they serve. They WERE the regular straight cut fries , flat smooth texture , the BEST kind . Now got them today and NOT so much ! They are the crispy textured kind , and I could just through them out my window ... HORRIBLE if you are someone like me and likes a good French fry.

This an awesome local pizza place that's been serving the neighborhood forever - long before we moved here. They have thicker bread style pizza and their large is a rectangular sheet pizza. We love eggplant and onions or pepperoni mushroom from here.

Trattoria Romana is the perfect spot if you’re craving great service and amazing homemade pasta! The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome from the get-go. And the pasta? So good. Each dish, whether it’s a creamy carbonara or rich bolognese, is packed with flavor and clearly made with care. If you're in the mood for some delicious Italian food with a cozy vibe, this place totally delivers! I believe there is a pizzeria connected if you are in the mood for pizza. Across the street from the Courtyard Marriott and is great for visiting hockey families, although the main restaurant is in the quieter side.

Bad experience all around. Couldn't even hear the waitress speak with all the noise. I requested gluten free pasta because of an allergy. They served me regular pasta! I only knew because it wasn't ziti. I HAD to TELL them! I've been to this restaurant many times and the food is usually spot on but tonight was awful. Won't go back for a long time. Started with warm fresh bread with oil. Then had the calamari, which was done properly, not overly fried. I had the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken and it was delicious, my friend had the shrimp dish and loved it as well. The cheesecake dessert was just the right consistency, and I felt the value for dollar was really high. Solid service, everything came out very quickly. It was great weather so we ate outside.

This was my 2nd trip to Trattoria. My review is on this most recent trip taken on a chilly Saturday night in January. Had a large party of 8 with 2 very young children (my grandkids ❤️). Food was exceptional, Tried 2 apps, traditional fried calamari which was good. And a large plate of fried smelts which was excellent. Entrees then came and they were all excellent. From steaks to veal to my wife who had a rack of lamb special which she said was superb. All were cooked to order perfectly. They had a nice dessert menu that unfortunately could not try. The youngins were just overtired and it was time to go. At last I want to give a shout-out to our wonderful waitress Krissy. She always seemed to be there whenever any request was made by our party. And her patience & personality was just so genuine. Besides the food she was the MVP of the evening. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy atmosphere and great Italian food to give Trattoria Romana a visit you won’t be disappointed. And ask for Krissy 👍 if she may be working that night.

We have been going to Trattoria Romana off and on for over a decade. It's fairly reliable, if a little expensive for the area. The service is really where they shine - they try their hardest to make sure that you have a great meal. I had an issue with my entrée last time and they made sure that I had something to eat while it was being remade. We will continue to go back for good meals.

My new favorite Italian restaurant in the Providence area. All our food was top notch (and I know good Italian) and the service was excellent (charming and professional). Not cheap, but very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommended.

This Harry's restaurant was good. Their service was also good. I'd say the sliders were alright; the meat could have had some flavor added. Some seasoning, or salt and pepper, would have helped. Their fries were pretty good. I wouldn't order the fries with the yellow cheese only. The flavor was weird. Overall, it was alright.

There was a fun atmosphere upstairs. The burgers were good, but beware! The burgers are sliders. When I was trying to decide if I wanted two or three sliders (the portions offered on the menu), a person from across the room told me that he chose three a d wasn't full, so he ordered two more. The waitstaff were friendly and on top of things.

First meal in RI and it was great! The prices are incredible, $7 for a meal so no complaints. My boyfriend really enjoyed the nashville hot chicken sliders and I had the turkey ones, very filling. You get 2 sliders per order. We were seated pretty quickly on a Saturday afternoon in the upstairs area, and had a really nice server- would return.

The staff were super friendly. The hamburgers were subpar but that’s me coming from the west coast. The other places and this as well had soggy buns. And maybe I should have read closer that the burgers are bite size lol. Almost thought “hey that’s a gear price for their burgers”. It came in 2 sliders each lol. It was fine. The burgers aren’t for me tho. The sweet potato fries were fine. The kid liked her burger sauce so that’s a plus and she was full.

Slow to sit but the service was fast!!! My girlfriend really liked her veggie burger. I got the mother of all burgers and it was phenomenal. The sliders might sound small, but they really filled me up. Definitely will go back!

I stopped by Harry’s and Burgers and had a great experience overall. The service was friendly and attentive. The drinks were okay—nothing too special—but the food really stood out. The sliders were delicious! The buns were soft and buttery, and the meat was flavorful. With all the ingredients together, every bite was perfect. The fries were fresh, crispy, and nicely salted. Great prices and good food—definitely worth checking out!

Me and my girlfriend went today to try what’s supposed to be the number one burger spot in Rhode Island. The service was great and the place looks really nice inside. We tried 5 different burgers, a milkshake, and the animal fries. The fries were good, and the turkey burger was definitely the best one full of flavor. The rest of the burgers were just okay, kind of bland and all tasted pretty similar. The Bam Bam shake was way too sweet. My girlfriend only took one sip, I tried it after and ended up throwing up 😅. Overall, it was a good deal for the price, but the food didn’t really live up to the hype.

The crab wonton here is fantastic—absolutely delicious! I also tried the Orange Chicken, General’s Chicken, and Sesame Chicken. While the sauces are enjoyable, they tend to be quite similar, and the chicken itself could use some improvement. It often comes out a bit hard; I would love for it to be more juicy and tender.

Their food was amazing!!! Everything that was ordered looked exactly like the menu pictures, and tasted even better!!!

Clean, casual modern restaurant. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Their Chinese food is one of the best if not the best in Rhode Island. I first went about 15 years ago. My first visit I had the Orange Crispy Beef! It has consistently been a favorite ever since. They do a great job with all of their food. A few of the many highlights is their delicious Hot and Sour Soup! Very traditional, full of flavors and has a nice kick. Their Egg Rolls are old school with celery, pork, cabbage. These are top notch! If you like wings, they have Asia Wings with a sweet, garlicky, sticky, finger licking good sauce. The wings are crispy in the right places and juicy on the inside. Another favorite of mine is their Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. Shrimp is always fresh and the sauce is delicious! Definitely one of my favorite places in New England!

I ordered beef teriyaki, orange chicken and white rice. It did NOT come with beef teriyaki, and it looks like my food was just eaten out of given the portion they provided. 6 pieces of chicken, really??!? The chicken was hard and chewy. It was inedible. I was extremely disappointed with this place.

I've been here before, years ago. On my recent visit, we had a great experience. Service was quick and attentive. We were able to get a high chair for our little one. There were plenty of parking and the restaurant interior was spacious and clean. We started off with crab rangoons (came with 10 for $11.00) and those were perfection; definitely top 3 favorite crab rangoons for me. The wrapping paper was perfectly crispy and tender and the filling was creamy, flavorful, and plentiful. I like that the duck sauce was in a container that you can pour limitlessly. For my entree, I had the appetizer combo; it came with pork fried rice, Asia wings, boneless ribs, and Beef teriyaki for $11.75. The meal was huge and full of flavor. Overall, a great Chinese spot in the area, they also have a location in Garden City Cranston. They are also known for their scorpion bowls, which were large and delicious the last time I had them.

We were seated promptly & our waitress was attentive until our food came & there was a problem. I had ordered the appetizer combo & frankly it was awful. The fried rice was cold & tasted like it had been reheated from yesterday. The spareribs were burnt & dried out. I mentioned to the waitress more than once that I wasn't happy with my food. I wish I had taken a picture. I was offered nothing but a promise of a price discount. When she brought the bill nothing had been deducted. I asked numerous times for the manager & they claimed he wasnt around. He was in the kitchen ignoring me only after I started raising my voice for everyone to hear & causing a scene was I given my discount, no apologies or acknowledgement from management at all.

On February 15th, my boyfriend and I dined at the Twin River steakhouse before the Brian McKnight concert. The evening started well—great drinks and appetizers—but quickly went downhill with the entrées. His well-done steak arrived nearly raw, though our server took full responsibility and sincerely apologized, which we appreciated. However, the redo took ages, and my medium-rare prime rib was the toughest I’ve ever had. We intended to request the check early to stay on schedule, but our server vanished. I left for the restroom, expecting the bill to be settled when I returned, only to find my boyfriend still waiting. Service was painfully slow, his beer went unrefilled, and by the time we finally paid, we had to rush to the concert. The beef carpaccio was great, and we appreciated the server’s accountability, but the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.

First off this place should not be called a “steakhouse”. For most people that name implies a higher quality of food, service and atmosphere. This place has none of that. From the start there is apparently no regard for appearance. The hostesses are shabbily dressed and unkempt. The decor is outdated and needs a serious upgrade. The tables worn and are so close that it’s very loud. The Service is hurried and rough. The drink round was slow and my G&T has a rotten lime wedge. Beyond that let’s talk about the food. Another major disappoint from appearance to proper cooking to quality. The NY sirloin was supposed to be medium rare. It was medium to medium well. When asked by the waiter “how was it cooked” I showed him how dry it was and he actually said “is it terrible”. In addition, the cut was not tender and shredded when cut. I asked for another and he said it would take a while as the kitchen was busy. My wife’s petite filet mignon looked like a hanger steak. Very thin and poor flavor. The only reason the service received 2 stars was because he sent the manager over to apologize and take the steak off the bill. Third rate restaurant - huge disappointment!

$52.00 Petite filet was tough. $14.00 Baked potato was reheated and barely warm. Second time we've eaten there We figured the first time we ate there might have been a fluke when the mashed red potatoes were gluey and the filet was not very good so we thought we'd try it again. Very disappointed. Service was exceptional.

Food was great but it took a while to come out. They bartender was accommodating but very clearly working hard to manage an entire bar. One of the waiters was disruptive… kept bumping into our bar chair when grabbing drinks and literally spilled a tray of glasses which all broke on the floor next to us, the bartender attempted to make up for the mistake with a free dessert which was so thoughtful. However, the conversations from staff and their behavior made it seem like they just really didn’t want to be there and were being over worked to a point of misery. The broken glass laid around us on the floor while waiters crunched it under their shoes for our entire meal until they found someone to clean it up while we were boxing our food. On the bright side … Food was great!

This location is located on the second floor inside the Bally's casino in Lincolne, RI. The inside is a dark stained wood. Fred & Steve's is decorated tastefully with sports memorabilia from when Smerlas and DeOssie played (DeOssie's son, Zachary has items too)...Reservations on a Saturday seem to be a must. We tried for 8:30 at 7:30 and were given 8:45 by the hostess. My party of three was not seated until 9:00. Our server, David was really really great. We did not do apps having eating them at another eatry close by. We started with drinks. I had an unsweetened ice-t which David kept full the whole time we were there. My friend had a rum drink with some type of dry ice effect. His girlfriend had a lemonade that she said was very sweet. There were a great number of specials. David brought over some very crusty bread with a three well dish of: a pesto oil drizzle, whipped butter, and a red-orange dip. David allowed us quite a bit of time to review the menu. We were able to talk without any problem. There is a function room where a large party was occurring. When it came time to order, I opted for the lamb. As did my friend. We both made sounds of approval followed by the soooo gooood. The lamb came served with sweet potato mash and spinach. The rasberry demi glaze on the lamb was fantastic. Sides were very well seasoned. I had my lamb prepared rare...it came out medium rare...did not distract at all. The lobster bisque was prepared table side. Maine steamers served with drawn butter. A highlight besides the lamb was Fred, the owner came to the table to chat. Very down to earth guy who was very humorous. Dessert was the house signature. It was fruit bomba?...it was like a deconstructed cannoli. This was a great experience. Oh I saw someone order a tomahawk. What a feat of strength that must be. It looked really delicious.

Well...if you've ever read one of my reviews you can see that I tend to be on the higher side as I really like to promote places so a 2 should tell it all. Here we go... Attending a show at Twin River and there are only a couple higher end options to eat. Booked a 545 pm reservation for an 8 pm show. Picked Fred and Steve's because like many sports fans, I was obviously aware of them from football and sports radio plus we love steak houses. Started strong with a great corner table for 2 in the back of the restaurant and an excellent server (Danielle) but that's about where it ends. Drinks were fine but bread basket had mostly crusty/burnt ends of the bread. We shared the Wedge salad special which was basically a hard head of lettuce cut in half with the usual dressing and minimal bacon, onions, etc. Not very special and probably 3 out of 10 on the wedge salad rating scale. We finished our salad around 615 pm and had another drink assuming the steaks were coming. NY and filet special (oscar with stuffed shrimp). About 30 minutes later our server stopped by to say it was taking a bit longer than usual due to the event. My guess is they get busy during events typically and should be aware of those situations but whatever. Now about 705, our server is apologizing and saying she is going to send her manager over. We were certainly frustrated but did not ask to see the manager. The manager came over to us and proceeded to lecture me on the standard 2 hour expectation for a steak house. The table next to us was having a similar issue with the wait but said "wow, why did she come in so hot?" Needless to say, not a pleasant manager visit to our table. Steaks arrived a little over 60 minutes after the salad. Sadly my med rare NY was well done but my wife's steak and stuffed shrimp were very good so she gave me one of the shrimp because my steak was like shoe leather and I only ate a couple pieces. Our server felt so badly as she looked at it saying "that's well". She said she would get the cost removed (which we did not request) but we told her to not send that manager over again or this will end poorly. At this point we just wanted to leave and go to the show. We'll, I guess we had the 2 hour steak house standard expected experience...😉 Overall, very very disappointing in terms of food for a "high end" streak house with an unbelievably disrespectful manager. Fred and Steve should be embarrassed and maybe should check out any of the pletera of excellent steak houses in Boston, etc. to learn from them. Side note, no restroom in the restaurant so you need to go back out into the casino to use the bathroom.

Great atmosphere. Phenomenal service. Great food. We had a large table with about 14 people and we could not have asked for better service. The ribeye on the bone was great and I was told the surf and turf was quite good as well. All around it was a great dinner!

Menu below show crab stuffed sole and was delivered with a cream sauce. Two of same meals were ordered. When asked the server about the menu her comment was she had not serve any and would need to read the menu. Came back and said she would take it back. What they did was throw bread crumbs on top and bring it back out. At that point we should have returned it. We were hungry and ate . Needless to say the meal was horrible. Both the chief on duty and server agree that it was not written clearly and the sauce left it tasteless. The head chef was home and the server contacted him. No credit given not even a small percent off. The name of this restaurant should be “Wicked Bad”. Bad service, horrible food and terrible atmosphere. My advice is to look at food on other tables before you order. Because the staff has no clue of what you are they are serving. Better still go to their food court cheaper and better atmosphere.

Never had been here before. Honestly we didn't know what to expect with so many negative reviews, but we have it a shot. We had no issues at all. Our waitress Kim was awesome 💯! Totally on point, the chili nachos and the bourbon 🍔 were delicious! Prices were a little steep, but we definitely enjoyed our food. Awesome job. 🍔🍟🥤🥗

Fish and chips! 2 piece's of square fish. Like the frozen ones. Full plate of fries, coleslaw and tater sauce. Worse food I have ever eaten! Mentioned it to Carol who was very rude and disrespectful and she said it's the way it comes out! Do better if you want customers. Place was very slow. Now I know why....

Got food poisoning twice from here! DO NOT ORDER OFF THE SPECIALS! I am starting to think they dump all the old food into the special menu! Haven’t been this sick from food since the last time I ordered off there specials menu years ago!! (Small spot in casino w not many other dining options)!!!Not sure why I didn’t learn my lesson the 1st time!! Called to speak to a manager and CRICKETS…just spent 36 hours in the ER and they could care less!!

Don’t waste your money eating here. Two days ago we ordered the fish sandwich (bun was ice cold, literally) fish was piping hot, dry, no tartar sauce, also ordered the pot roast sandwich(roll was hard as a rock, I actually tapped it on the table to get the unfriendly waitress attention) meat was hot and tender. We spoke with the waitress and she told us “oh well “. Most rude waitress!!

The restaurant smells like cigarettes. The fries with the fish and chips are very greasy and the fish was overcooked. Next time i'll stick with Johnny Rockets. Encore has much better food options but the machines dont pay out.

This was one of the worst meals I have had in a long time. Ordered the potato soup bowl w cheese. They took grocery store cheese microwaved it and put it on top of the not so great soup. Menu is way overpriced. Drinks are weak and atmosphere was dead on a Friday night at 530 pm. I will never go again.

Came for dinner, extensive menu. Lots to choose from. Definitely a place where the locals go for good conversation and food. The place is quite large. Would be easy to host a larger party size or a small family. Everything from seafood to steaks to sandwiches. Drinks were excellent, service was good. Food arrived to our table pretty quickly and hot. Ample parking, very log cabin esque.

Editing my Review from 9 years ago* I love it here! My whole family has such a nostalgic love for this place. Such a fun atmosphere ; just like being in a lodge in the woods. Plenty of parking. Tons of different types of seating. You can play checkers at the bar tables and they have deals on wings and stuff on certain nights. All you can eat Clam Cakes and Chowder every night (but some flavors of chowder are only on certain days) They have patio seating in the summer when it’s nice out. A very casual bar seating area and a more home-y feeling booth area in the back (that I feel like has remained unchanged since the 90s but I love that about it) We always get Roast Beef French Dip Sandwiches, extra rare with Au Jus but you can heat them up warmer if you want! I’ve always loved the soups they have here and they have a popcorn machine every day They always seem to hire great people who stay at this job for a long time so I would imagine it is a healthy work environment here since they always have the same staff who want to stay.

Been going for years and never had a bad experience. My favorites are: Seared tuna, any swordfish dish, clam cakes and chowder, French dip, onion soup, and turkey club.

I recently had lunch at The Lodge Pub & Eatery in Lincoln, RI, and it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant offers plenty of parking and a spacious interior. The staff is friendly and efficient. While the decor, designed to resemble a rustic lodge, feels a bit dated, the quality of the food and service more than compensates for it. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a casual meal.

We were there for lunch today at about 1:30. Sat in the bar section at a hightop table. After about 15 minutes I asked the host if there was a waitress to wait on us. She came over and took our drink and appetizer order. The place was not busy the service just sucked. I played KENO and one ticket wasn't filled out properly so the bartender gave it back to me without asking if I wanted to fix the ticket. Needless to say, I had to find the waitress and ask for the check. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. We ordered a cup of red chowder but the waitress brought a bowl, one margarita and one glass of ice water w/lemon.

Haddock and Lobster Casserole was disappointing. It missed the mark; it did not have a cream-based sauce that usually makes it a casserole. It was basically a baked piece of fish with 5 small shredded pieces of lobster on top with very little crumb topping in a casserole dish. The baked potato was damp, meaning it was either steamed or microwaved. Dinner partner had Teriyaki Chicken that had cherries with stems still on them -- never ever seen that. Did they get them from the bar? The rice pilaf was very dry. The waitress was friendly and quick to take our order. We dined closer to 3pm on a Saturday so it was a quiet dining room. Not worth the price for something that isn't a casserole.

It took quite a while to get our two sandwiches but they were delicious. Our waitress was not very attentive. We had to ask other wait staff for condiments, extra napkins and check. The salad bar is gone.

We visited this location of chilli's last night and everything was very yummy. My boyfriend had the Chicken Crispers with the Nashville hot sauce, french fries, and asparagus and I had the three for me with the crispy chicken sandwich with french fries and a house salad. We also both had drinks and they were very good. I had the Tito's punch and the merry maker and my boyfriend had the Captain Castaway. Unfortunately, when I looked more closely at the receipt after we left I realized we were overcharged. Instead of being charged the 10.99 for the three for me (that I specifically asked for when ordering). I was charged 13.59 for the sandwich and fries and a whopping 6.69 for a very small side salad. I was very disappointed to find we had been overcharged by so much☹️

I had a fantastic experience at Chili’s! The service was spectacular—friendly, attentive, and quick. The food was not only delicious but also incredibly affordable, making it such a great value. The mozzarella sticks were a standout, perfectly crispy and cheesy. Although heavy on the celery powder. The soup was flavorful and comforting, and the burgers were solid, especially for the price. Honestly, the value here is unbeatable. If you’re looking for a satisfying meal that won’t break the bank, Chili’s is definitely the spot. I’ll be back for sure!

To start, it’s best to come here if you are really hungry because the portions are big and cheap. The food was okay, I would recommend to get a burger or chicken tenders. The 3 for me is very good bang for your buck so I’d recommend getting that deal. The triple dipper also looks good. I tried the mozzarella sticks and they’re good but if you’re sharing with 2 or even 3 people it’s best to the 3 sticks option because they’re big. The ranch I thought was very watery so I don’t recommend getting that as a dipping sauce for anything. Bathrooms were nice and the everyone was friendly. I didn’t like my boneless chicken wings though, they tasted like a frozen meal I’d get at a supermarket. One more thing to add is it’s confusing where the main entrance is.

We were seated right away, but it took at least 10 minutes for the server to come over to greet us and possibly to get a drink and appetizer order. We ordered our drinks and appetizer and that took at least 10 minutes to get our drinks. The appetizer took longer than expected...we ordered our food, nothing that would take longer than expected but again it took longer than we expected. My food was fine, but I was with my nephew and he ordered Mac n cheese and he said that the pasta was under cooked. We didn't bring up our concerns for the fear of not getting a speedy response. We ate, paid the bill and left. Probably won't be returning to this particular Chili's.

Great service. One of our burgers was very customized and it came out perfect. Everything was delicious. The only reason I wont give it 5 stars is because the spicy shrimp tacos were not spicy at all!! They were fine for regular shrimp but definitely no spice.

Popped in for a last minute planned lunch, food was super tasty and delicious. I had the steakhouse burger which was divine, my only gripe was my burger patty was cooked well done not medium as requested but I am from the UK so it really was no different to home as we have rules on cooking meat. Not sure if we will ever return as we are on holiday from England but I sure hope we get to one day!

Had a great meal at Tavern in the Square. We ordered the fish taco with fries and salsa, the sesame salmon bowl, and the chicken avocado club. The portions were generous, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend!

Our waitress Ashley was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel comfortable and welcome. She had such a great balance of friendliness and professionalism—it honestly felt like she cared about making sure we enjoyed our night. She was quick with service, had a great sense of humor, and never let our glasses go empty. The sun was in my eyes on the patio and she made a point to move us somewhere more bearable, super thoughtful. What stood out most was how genuine she was—no forced smiles, just real kindness. Service like that makes all the difference, and she definitely went above and beyond. We will be back in hopes of having her again.

Waited over 45 minutes for a Caesar salad with chicken and it was a kids meal with a side fries. Once I did receive my Caesar salad, the chicken was extremely oily considering that this is a salad that does make it a big difference. The customer service was barely after getting seated. Our server barely came to check on us overall definitely won’t come to this location. I had my hopes up as the location was a lot better but definitely will stick to Attleborough from now going forward.

Food is always good, different from other Chinese restaurants for the better. Place could needs a facelift looks the same as 30 years ago. Our waitress wasn't very pleasant bit of an attitude. Overall there for the food give it a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed, enjoy!

The best ribs around. Ask for their crispy wings. They take a little longer to cook but we'll worth it. Service is amazing and everyone makes you feel like family. And if you go on a weekend, ask for Jessica. She's a hoot!

This restaurant is in my neighborhood and we go there often. We just love the food. My ex-husband would get the pork boneless pork and it's the only place that is ever tender. Any place else we go. I've eaten in before and it was pretty good. We got a couple sandwiches for take-out. They put toasted sandwiches in plastic containers, so by the time we got them home, not too good. Eggplant parm fresh out of the oven is the way to go. The plastic container ruined the meal. Great Eggplant fries though. I think there needs to be more separation between takeout and the dining area, but space is limited.

The real deal! Real Brick oven pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh tossed dough, with excellent varieties to choose from. Im simple, I love the Pizza Pomadoro Mozeralla with extra sauce, well done. Then, I add a tossed salad on top when I get home. I'm never disappointed and the prices are very reasonable. It reminds me of my favorite pizza place in Brooklyn, NY, called Knapp Street pizza.

Worse Johnny Rockets I’ve ever been to. Staff acted like they didn’t want to do anything. Food sucked. First time I ate one fry and was grossed out at a Johnny Rockets. NOW the worse part I was just going through my credit card statement before I paid the bill and the lady charged me twice! Two different amounts which makes me wonder how they were able to do that without my card for the second charge. I put a lock on it and will be calling my credit card company first thing Monday. If it was the same amount I would give the benefit of the doubt and say maybe computer messed up but two different ones means it was ran a second time. Really weird and will be investigating it. Be Careful and to be honest at Ballys there are other places to eat just do that trust me this place is the worse place I’ve ever been to in all categories.

What time do people usually eat, 5:00 maybe 6:00, we’ll don’t go to this restaurant. They were closed for an hour and a half. Then the snotty, ignorant, assistant manager gets cocky! I felt bad about this review, I had to go back and try this restaurant again. What a bad idea that was. I went 5 months ago and had a bad experience today. I don’t know how they stay in business. Our 1st time eating at this chain & I have to say I was blown away at how amazingly delicious the food was! I had a burger and I’ll tell ya, it was the BEST burger I’ve ever eaten at a fast food place, & by FAR. My hubby had a hotdog & was equally impressed w the quality & taste. He actually said it tasted like his moms! (His mom is an amazing cook!) Though it is a bit pricey, IMO you def get what you pay for, especially regarding food. I would much rather pay a little more if it means I’m def walking away full & satisfied.

This is SERIOUS: Bread is hard/ items missing/ Low quality/ Don’t expect refund or replacements just expect the food as if they are donating and never ask: We ordered online for breakfast sandwiches of 4 : 3 egg white avocado sandwiches and 1 chipotle avo sandwhich, but these 3 avocado egg white sandwiches doesn’t contain avocado tomatoes atall they just kept bread and egg white for all three sandwiches, when asked the manager and staff they want to refund for only one? And they refused for neither refund nor the resolution.. just for 20$ we ordered thousand of dollars value from this Panera and how these people behave for customer service and value is unacceptable they are arguing for this small thing .. they only asked us to come so that they would give refund or replace but when went there they did this unacceptable behavior.. we thought one picture would be enough but they need all pictures . Never faced with any others like this. So are these pictures enough? I still have rhe bread with me just to give you today, my husband also went there he forgot bread at home and the picture was not enough for them, The bread is so hard as well atleast with avocado we could eat this hard sandwich.. it was with breakfast package we are ordering or else i would never.. you lost 4 people just from us as your favorite customers. Went to pick up my poppyseed salad on Sunday afternoon to get a bowl of lettuce and 3 strawberries when I question who I believe is the assistant manager why I only had 3 strawberries for a $14 salad she said to me the manager is trying to cut down oh OK but still charge me the same!! That was her response and that was it .. I walked away with a bowl of lettuce and 3 strawberries for my strawberry poppyseed salad that cost me $13.79. First off, I got the agave lemonade & I'm gonna go back again for another one. Also, I got the Smokehouse BBQ pulled chicken sandwhich & honestly, I know what smoked meat tastes like. I've had some good smoked/pulled meat in Texas but this was NOT it. It was good as far as tasty & edible but the smoke & bbq flavor is 99.99% from the good but not special bbq sauce. Also, the sandwhich could have been a bit more toasted. The chicken chipotle avocado sandwhich was super tasty. It didn't look like there was much on the inside but the sandwhich was SUPER pack full of flavor & it was super tasty. I got the regular mac & cheese for this pic with bacon & it was not worth the extra money paying for MAYBE about a quarter of a piece of bacon to essentially be added to my order but the mac & cheese honestly was good as heck. I even tried the broccoli mac & cheese and that was worth it as well. By the way,, their kettle cooked chips smack as well & I'd personally say better than Cape Cod brand chips. Overall, Panera does not give the biggest portion sizes. If you eat a lot, you'll be disappointed but the taste of their food is worth it.

I went there this morning and had their breakfast I had their early bird special I found the breakfast to be very salty . A lot of us older folks cant take the salt. Ordered 2x in first week of opening And wasnt impressed but decided to try a second time to knowing they just opened. Went in to place a Togo order was told 45 min that turned into 90 min Homefries were burnt hard as Rock. They couldn't take lunch order at all even though menu days they offer lunch and then ran out of bacon and compensated all sausage without asking if this was acceptable. They are extremely understaffed and the quality of good just isnt there hopefully they can hire help yo accommodate the volume and adjust the food I'm pretty upset I've wasted 70$ on food this week that went to the trash . Also their idea of corn beef hash is chunks of corn beef an home fried tossed together smh 🤢

Then an employee told me I can’t place delivery orders on the app (???) and their job is to hand out DoorDash orders, they don’t have to verify they are giving them to the correct party….refused to remake the order that I paid for and make things right, and hung up on me

Sorry to see the service is going way down as well as the quality of food. Wish KFC could re-evaluate there items and return to the old way of doing business. If there is a problem, fix it not argue with the customer and act like the customer is the problem when their order is incorrect. Poor customer service.

My colleagues and I was excited to try this place earlier this week because we got one of their menus in the mail. The sandwiches were so cute and already cut in half and already and boxed. The fried pickles were soggy. We ordered the willow tree chicken salad sub, the pastrami sub and the Italian sub. The subs were mediocre, nothing out of the ordinary. We told them we had a coupon and totally forgot to give the coupon for the appetizer when we got there, it sucked that they didn’t remind us. Altogether, it was almost $60 with tip.

I loooooove this little restaurant so much. The chicken wings are SO GOOD. They are also consistently good…crispy and rich in flavor. I often crave them! These chicken wings over Buffalo Wild Wings any day. The pizza is also spectacular and I have to say… the gluten free pizza is AMAZING. Anyone who is gluten intolerant knows how hard it is to come by decent gluten free bread let alone pizza… THIS IS THE SPOT. I’ve also had their strawberry cheesecake milkshake and it wasn’t overly sweet, just perfect. Truly a great spot. The vibe is very casual and you can totally sit and dine comfortably alone. Service is quick. You can easily call and order for pick-up. I don’t know how they maintain such a large menu but I am impressed and really like what I’ve had so far.

I tried the Rodeo Cheeseburger Pizza and wow — it was amazing! The crust was cooked perfectly with just the right crunch, and the toppings really tasted like a cheeseburger in pizza form. The smoky BBQ flavor with the cheese and beef was such a good combo. It’s different from your usual pizza but in the best way. Definitely my new favorite to order when I want something filling and unique. Highly recommend!

Manville Palace is hands-down one of the best pizza spots around. Over the years they’ve always taken wonderful care of our family — starting with our parents and their friends, and now us. Every time, the food is hot, fresh, absolutely delicious, and generous. We always call in for delivery, no matter the time of night they are happy to take our order. The delivery drivers are so sweet, and if you’re lucky enough to have your food personally delivered by the owner, you’ll see just how hard working and dedicated he is. He answers the phone, makes the food, delivers it himself — pouring heart into every step. That kind of passion shows in the crust, the sauce, and the way this whole place is run. And the white pizza? Easily my all-time favorite. I’ve had my share of white pizza and theirs is genuinely unforgettable. Try a milkshake too!

Ordered late night due to working an overnight shift. Many options to choose from. Ordered a white calzone with spinach. Arrived hot and tasted absolutely amazing. The cheese pull would put the competition to shame. Delivery driver was very nice too.

Called for a modest take out order hoping to get a nice meal. And I was told " we don't do take out orders on Friday and Saturdays". Good luck I guess..... to a new restaurant turning down business. Not a very good way to get a good word out.

The reviews were mixed so we we're uncertain what our experience would be. And while there was one service error (two of three meals arrived together - a bit of a wait for #3), our evening and meal we're well above average for a 'tavern'. The menu is very strong including the two apps we had - fried pickle spears with a collection of dipping sauces and one of the BEST tavern buffalo chicken dips we've ever had. Our son had one of the specials, an incredible combo burger that included fried mac & cheese, buffalo aioli and a chicken wing on top. I had the special prime rib grilled cheese...ridiculously good AND cooked to my requested med-rare. My wife picked from the menu and loved the shredded pork tacos. They have a diverse beer selection (which I explored) while my wife had a Tito's sangria. Stacey was our server and she did a nice job (except for the aforementioned error). She was a great communicator and we were prepped for every part of our meal. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Service is awesome (we hold a business networking meeting in the back room and they accommodate us without any issues every month) food is great. You will be burried by the nachos. The grilled cheese is upscale and huge!

Chef came over and said he was not surprised he saw the 2 steaks cooking and they did not look good to him. Don’t know why he would serve them to us. I’d recommend the corned beef Benedict. The waitress was so nice and friendly. Our baby wasn’t on his best behavior here and she found some squishy toys to give him and they were perfect! He was so much better after.

Took the Boss out for breakfast and decided to try Shanna’s. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. The boss had the blueberry muffin and she loved the piping hot coffee! I had the scrambled eggs and the fruit crêpes. Both meals were good but we would change the way we ordered them next time. We definitely will be back.

Great family place for breakfast. Fast friendly service. Same family has owned and ran it for years and it's nice to see familiar faces. Food is reasonably priced and always up to par(and I'm picky!) I love their home fries and although I prefer their canned hash there is a homemade option. Cash only can catch you off guard if you're not a regular.

I came here with my friend after the gym because we were craving some wings. We ended up getting a small pizza and 20 buffalo wings. The pizza was actually pretty good. What got me was the wings, not that they were necessarily bad, but they were just way too salty. The service was nothing special; it was basically, “What’s your order?” and that was pretty much it. The atmosphere was just a regular space with tables and chairs, good natural lighting, and children’s colored drawings on the wall, which I kind of liked, it was creative. That was my experience at Hercules. The only reason it didn’t get 4 stars was because I couldn’t overlook the salty wings, but then again, it is a pizza spot.

We've been ordering from Hercules for years, never had a bad experience. There was a small mistake with our order tonight, and they went way above and beyond to make it right, even though I told them I wasn't upset and it wasn't necessary! It was appreciated though.

It’s one of our regular spots. It’s a great place to take people that aren’t from around the area. Everyone always enjoys it and wishes they lived closer. Clean and great service go along way now in this world highly recommend giving it a try..

Stopped I'm before we went to casino, reviews looked good so we gave them a try. From when we 1st entered it was wonderful, friendly not pushy staff. Good was ready quickly and super fresh & delicious. I will be back

I have soooo many people that recommended me to this place. First and foremost, the staff are SO friendly. They really do have some great workers here. Secondly, the food is spot on. I haven’t had anything i didn’t like. You can’t really mess up a grinder but you can surely make it excellent and that’s exactly what they do here at Hercules. Oddly enough i haven’t tried their pizza yet, so that’s next. I always go to this place for a quite bite to eat. Food comes out hot and fresh, always. Don’t get me started on those fried pickles with chipotle mayo! Love it!

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered French fries and a pepperoni pizza. The fries were good. They were the battered type and were fresh and crisp. The pizza was OK. I liked the crust but I couldn't really taste the sauce, it was overpowered by the cheese. The lady running the front end was outstanding. I would rate this place 77/100.

I called to place an order. Got put on hold for almost 5 mins. Not sure why, they didn't seem that busy cause our food was to be ready in 20 mins. Got our food...it wasnt to bad but not super great. Pizza and chicken strips is what we got.

This is my third time here. The all halal food was amazing. People are very friendly and polite. Took my wife here and enjoyed the buffet. The Chicken Tikka Masala was so good. And the chilli flavored chicken with roasted cashews was really delicious. Not too spicy, great mixture of flavours. Nice variety of food to choose from and you have to try the fruit pudding which is a combination of fruit and mango lassi. Fresh fruit and veggies come with the buffet along with a nice drink of lemonade. Absolutely love it. I'd definitely come back. ❤

Went there for their momo's(dumplings) special. First time in USA i had such tasty dumplings. Service was great, very humble staff and environment is very homely. Restaurant was very clean and fresh. Will be back soon.

The lunch buffet is okay. Everything was hot and fresh, but some dishes lacked flavor and they didn’t have many options. However, I’m sure their weekend buffet offers a larger variety. I went during the week which was $16, during the weekend it’s $17. Their chili chicken, chicken vindaloo and chana masala was very tasty. Their chicken tikka masala lacked flavor and there was only one option for an appetizer and dessert. For the Indian buffets open right now, I highly recommend Godavari in Cumberland.

Decent Indian food. They have an all you can eat lunch buffet. There’s also a fully stocked bar too. The place actually looks like a restaurant in India with the decor being minimal and the vibe being homely. Attentive staff and attractive pricing make it worth a visit.

Me and my husband have visited this place couple of times now . It’s all pros pros and pros The food tops the list ! The taste is great. The host is so accommodating and polite. They do remember your specifications in dishes the next time you visit is impressive. Love their service You get all varieties of Indian cuisines (and everything tastes great ) Be it chat , indo-chinese or tandoori curries. Prices are not too steep as well. Ambience is great , they do have candlelight dinner and soothing music in the background (just at the right volume ) We stay quite far and our one hour drive to this place is still worth it !

This will be my first long review for a food ever. I am a decent cook myself and I seldom go out to eat, I have good knowledge of what to expect in Indian restaurant in the US. This one has been a nightmare not just with the taste of the food but the attitude of the host himself. I ordered food at 7:30 PM and I was asked to come to pick up in 20 mins , I reached there by 8:10 PM. Restaurant was not busy just a few guests dining in and a couple of frustrated customers waiting to pickup their orders. I was asked to wait and I waited till 9:15 PM which was almost the time it’ll take for me to shop grocery and cook Briyani myself. I was told that the food is being cooked from the scratch hence, I was hoping the taste was going to be excellent. My friend and I ordered Samosa chat, SPECIAL chicken Briyani, AUTHENTIC DUM Briyani, Chilli chicken Punjabi style . All stated by the host. After 2 hours of exhaustive wait time, when we tasted the Briyani , it shot up my frustration because, it tasted nothing . None of the food we ordered seemed to be cooked by someone who knows cooking or someone who had any intention to cook good food. Called up the restaurant and explained the situation , there was defense but no apologies or remorse for annoying the customer. It was late so I was asked to call the owner of the restaurant the next day morning. I called up the host the next day , and he asked me to bring the food back so he could refund !!! The reason he asked to bring the food back was to put the blame on his cooking team , regardless of the reasons I did take the food back to the restaurant which I don’t think can ever happen in any part of the world to a customer who complains about the food. Poor customer service! Insensitive comments about the South Indians tasting North Indian food ! Lack of accountability, blaming the cooking team! Defending that the food is the best! Despite explaining everything that is bad about the food! Reject this place!

An interesting take on the Indian themed restaurant ambiance. The first thing that strikes you when you enter Curry Kitchen is the hukkah lounge and the blue light. Not a typical Indian ambiance but it is surely intriguing. Food was quite good, especially the chicken biryani. The food is certainly leaning towards north Indian style and the host did mention that the chef is north Indian and that they tried to serve south Indian earlier but then struck with north Indian, as the chef can prepare north Indian dishes in a more authentic way. Prices are a bit on the higher side but it is well worth it . Food comes in large portions, served well and tastes great.

Tacos were awesome! The drinks were great and the service was fast and friendly. Loved the empanadas too! On the smaller size of a restaurant with a decent bar with metal chairs. The decor cool, but not as much heavily Wizard Of Oz as I expected. The daily deals cannot be beat!! Will definitely be back!

My third stop on the RI Food Fights trail brought me to OZ Tacos and Tequila. And after the day I had today at the office ...tequila was needed. It's a bustling Friday night, but I was able to find a seat at the bar. After a few moments I was brought a menu and I immediately ordered the house margarita. It came quickly, strong, tart and a little sweet. For the fight, you get your choice of two tacos, minus the lobster esquites. They have quite the creative combinations but I went with two Mojo Pork. You don't have to do two of the same but I chose to. As I waited for my food, I noted the decor. Oz is aptly named, it has a Wizard of Oz theme...if it was located in a Mexican cantina in the 60s. Andy Warhol style art, grass walls, an extensive tequila selection and Nancy Sinatra singing about her boots give a chaotic vibe in the mostly complementary way possible. I loved it. My tacos arrived and after quickly getting my pictures out of the way, I squeezed my lime and dug in. Holy moly was it good. Succulent roasted pork tenderly shredded with the tangy sweetness of the tamarind glaze juxtaposed against the heat from the cherry peppers delights the taste buds. Then the herbaceous cilantro cuts through to lift and brighten the taco to a truly delicious experience. I am so glad I got two of them because one wasn't enough. My only regret is I didn't realize one taco had four slices of cherry pepper and the other only had one. I would have distributed the peppers accordingly but the one slice was big enough that I could stretch it across the whole taco and enjoy it just as much as the first one. I was still hungry after the tacos so I ordered a side of the Mexican Street Corn (served off the cob) and a side of chips. Now, a lot of times when people say Mexican Street Corn off the cob it's just esquites and they use an Americanized term for marketability. In this case, this was like they made an elote and then cut it off the cob into the bowl. Salty, cojita cheesy and tangy with the extra lime, it hit the spot with some chips. They have the thicker style tortilla chips, great for holding fat bites of corn! You could see the clusters of kernels confirming freshly shelled corn. I ended up taking the rest home to enjoy another time. With my time here at an end I left full and happy I found another tasty spot to visit again.

I loved this place. Wizard of Oz themed, Mondays 5.00 margaritas ( multiple flavors) . Quaint amd friendly. I happened by it when I went to H & R Block on the side of it I was excited to see Wesley that I knew from Chelos working as manager. I haven't seen in him a long time. He reminded my name and he remembered my name. Awesome. Victoria the bartender was beautiful and friendly and made a excellent drink, that included homemade margaritas mix. Joel was the waiter and he seemed very friendly. I took a picture of the patron on the side of me food. Looked delicious. Everything very affordable and just recently opened on Mondays. Definitely going back.. Taxes were expensive, but this place wasn't and made a bad day good. Patrons were very friendly

You walk in and you’re received with a warm smile. Drinks are amazing and strong. Food is amazingly delicious. We had the chicken quesadilla that is honestly the best I’ve had in a long time, chips and salsa with queso it’s so good, and the carnívoro bowl with chicken al pastor which was also delicious. I recommend this place and I give it a 10/10. BTW I drove all the way from Southbridge, MA and I’m already planning on doing the drive again because I honestly fell in love with this place.

Didn't realize I came on Taco Tuesday but, was happy surprise. $3 tacos with a drink purchase and I had to try and assortment! Enjoyed the carne asada and pork taco and didn't think I'd love it but surprisingly liked the pastrami taco. Have a seafood allergy so unable to try the shrimp tacos which I hear are phenomenal but, they were accommodating and service was excellent as well.

Loveeee this place! Love the drinks, the shrimp tacos, the street corn, and don't even get me started on the lobster taco. Riley is AMAZING! We love to see her every week or two especially during happy hour. If you don't usually sit at the bar... I recommend starting just so she can serve you! 10/10. (P.s please bring back the fish tacos!!!)

We went for an early dinner and sat at the bar. Sophia took care of us, and was attentive and helpful with recommendations. We had the carne asada tacos and California burrito and both exceeded our expectations. The street corn was beyond delicious too. Everyone was super friendly and the music was fun.

I’ve gone to this subway 10+ times since I live really close by and it is by far the best subway I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in many places and been to many subways, and this is the cleanest subway with the best service and freshest produce. The owner is incredibly friendly and all the employees are kind and helpful. I get a TON of veggies on my subs and they’re always crisp and fresh. And when I say this place is SPOTLESS, it’s so clean. Every time I walk in an employee is cleaning. I love it and will continue to go to this location.

Chicken had pieces so tough and with grissel could not even bite. Not always like that.

Just a takeout. Sometimes only Subway will do. 😊

I love this location! I recently met the owner Katherine and she made my sandwiches and they looked like art work lol. No sloppy sauces coming out just fresh neat and delicious. The girls that work out front are always extremely nice and the facility is very clean and newly renovated. Give this location a try if you haven’t already!

The store looks like it's been recently modernized which Subway's new graphics and looks. Everything looks fresh and clean with new food choices. I found what I wanted on Subway's website, I held my phone up and said make this. Very well done and tasty. The employees were quick and made the sandwiches right. Indoor seating and a public restroom are available.

Great service & food today

Almost all of the time I’ve been here the service is slow, and you get parked when you do a mobile order. I do a mobile order all the time so why should I get parked. What’s the purpose of a mobile order if they are catering non mobile orders but they don’t get parked!! I did a mobile order today; and 29 minutes in advance and it still wasn’t made, and they had the nerve to park me; and the food was awful and the order was wrong as well. Never again am I ordering and eating at this McDonald’s.

Tried asking about the number 5 tiny tan toy and the lady was being rude for 1 and 2 her microphone was terrible. Then I was trying to be helpful and tell her where the number on the box is and she's like "we're very busy." With so much ATTITUDE!!! Like I work in customer service myself I get it but the "busy" she mentioned was two cars in the drive thru. Even the McDonald's near my house was very nice about it even the McDonald's in Woonsocket on diamond Hill Road was very nice about it they actually went and looked for me because I asked nicely which I did with her and they either told me I'm sorry we don't have it or they told me when they'll get the next shipment in. The McDonald's on Eddie Dowling Highway is always busy and they took the time to go look for me there's no excuse for her poor attitude if she doesn't like working there she should quit or be fired. I work in customer service myself but having a lazy attitude does not get you anywhere. I will definitely be calling the manager tomorrow to complain.

All of the food was the quality we expect except one item. We ordered a double cheeseburger (only the patties) for our dog. The container was saturated in grease which saturated everything else in the bag and ruined a brand new pair of pants when dripping coming out of the bag.

I've never been to an establishment that ignores its customers as much as this place does. Not sure how the management handles training, but they need to work on customer engagement. Even just a "hi, someone will be right with you" works fine.

They took a burger that they messed up in drive thru that a customer had opened and examined with his bare hands to show the mistakes the manager Jake tells a cook that to hurry wrap it up and put it the next or instantly I snap a young Caucasian women says oh them People always complain I asked what that meant Jake the manager asked me not to raise my voice because she’s a kid after 3 minutes of bickering I finally decided to leave with Kelly bundy clapping her hands like she wanted fisticuffs 🤣🤣this McDonalds sucks bottom line

This place has become a hangout for disruptive behavior all the way around. The staff is atrocious. They allow unruly people to settle there for the night. It's horrible.. I'll never go back there again.

Absolutely terrible McDonald’s. Terrible customer service. I’ve never had a good experience here. They either mess up an easy order or take 25 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and a fry. I will NOT be coming back here which sucks because it’s closest to me. I will go out of my way to not have to come here again

I was pleasantly surprised! Much better than I remember. Seems like they have stepped up their game. The food was good. Great gluten-free options and accommodations for various menu items. We stopped by for "Breakfast for Dinner" on a weekday around 6pm. It was a GREAT experience!!! Our Server, named Jamin, was also acting as the maître-d and he was the nicest young man your ever going to meet. The place was busy, but quiet and clean and quick. The food was good and the prices are right. We recommend!

I just ordered today and I get home with my food and the sizes of the omelets changed completely I’m very disappointed and my toast was hard as a rock :(

One of the waiters was sort of obnoxious. The store can definitely use some detail cleaning.(spit balls on ceiling, tons of finger prints on window and ceiling tiles can DEFINITELY be replaced). Aside from that the food did come out quick and hot!

Usual IHOP food and atmosphere. Service was great and quick. Prices were very reasonable! The place needs better aeration, too greasy.

It's as good as it looks. Country fried steak and gravy on a bed of hash browns, so flavorful. Pancakes are always good, hard to mess up. The French toast was the best french toast I've had in a while. Eating here again for sure!

Never Order food To Go They never give butter or syrup on there to go orders. Even when requested. Inflation must be getting out of control for IHOP

I had a coupon for a donut but wasn't sure I was going to go. I'm glad a did. It wasn't the same as the honey dew I have been to. The donuts looked amazing. I tried one of their specialty a peanut butter and fluff. Soo good but you definitely need a drink with it. The server said they make them weekly. To bad it's kind of far from home.

Sometimes those sandwich orders slow things down. This store seems to be heavy on the cream in an ice coffee. Tastes more like coffee milk. And the individual creamers are not the same cream you put in the coffee. I'll put 4 in a large and they do not really change the color much. Next time I'll have to ask for half of usual cream. Bakery products are excellent and very large, lately I'm a fan of the coffee roll!

This honey always has the best selection of donuts! DD has been a hit or miss lately, always run out, but I can always depend on Honey Dew! Coffee is good too

My mom works here and makes me pizza and her boss does too but I only go here for my pizza drink and chips I don’t like other places. My favorite place is here because the pizza is delicious. The workers and boss are fun to. Love this one better than the other ones my mom has worked at. Pizza pizza. 3 months ago! Had a party today for my sons! This location came in clutch (other location) FORGOT MY PEPPERONI *cough* *cough* 😂😂😂 food was great 90% gone everyone took the rest home. The driver was on time walked it to the party room for us. Overall, Job Well Done! ❤️

Update: Thank you Victor for remaking our order! This time the pizzas are awesome! The cheese is gooey, the sauce is present and the pizzas are cooked and cut perfectly! The BLT Sub is amazing, the bacon is present, the mayo is a great amount and very tasty overall. Our 3 year is yelling "I love this pizza!" 🍕 Again thank you for the remake, you definitely redeemed your store! We will order from you again and feel confident in recommending you!! Well, I am very underwhelmed by this pizza experience. Where to start? The pizzas were over cooked, barely any sauce, thankfully we ordered extra cheese (otherwise there wouldn't have been any) the pizza dough was pretty tasteless and the texture was "unique" . Neither of the pizzas were cut all the way through. The BLT sub was not much better, although I did choose it over the pizza... mostly lettuce. Very expensive for what you get. Over $58 for 2 pizzas and a small sub....

First time eating here. I'm impressed. I came in thinking I'd get a few slices. Well, they have more than just pizza: subs, calzones, even fries! Our order taker was pleasant and brought the food right to the table. My small Buffalo Chicken calzone was delicious! I even had leftovers to bring home for later. My wife ordered a BLT sub. She said it was light, but filling. Bottled sodas and chips available. A good amount of tables available if dining in. The only thing I didn't like was that there were no prices listed on the menu for anything. I do sometimes order based on price, so this was not helpful. Food was amazing, portions were big enough...I'll be back.

I work in the plaza &’ we all love going to piezonis . The staff there is awesome ! Especially sharai ! She is awesome &’ the food is always fresh !

It was really good but the tables were really sticky I definitely recommend the chicken bacon ranch pizza it was really good and the grilled chicken salad is really good

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a few things ahead of time through their website but minutes later ran into some personal issues. So I called the store requesting a refund because I would not be able to pick up my order on time and the “owner” said No refunds allowed. Okay cool so I asked for store credit or any other way to accommodate me. He says I cannot get a refund and there is no other way to accommodate me. He also claimed I had an attitude when I did not. I was put on hold for about 30 seconds in which I thought he would find a solution to the issue but he claimed it is store policy that they cannot give refunds and that they have a sign in the store that says that. So of course after back and forth for some time, he hung up on me and I went to the store. When I get there the owner says the same thing but there is no sign posted. After trying to get my refund (which I didn’t) I just took the chicken wings that seemed to be made out of 100% fat and chicken stomach, and the nice round cardboard with cheese and cheap tomato sauce and left the store. Jim (the owner) is such a terrible person and has the worst customer service skills I have probably ever witnessed in my life.

Disappointed in this location. After enjoying food at the plainville location for years we called in and ordered a large calzone and some other stuff. When we showed up to pick our food up they gave us a small. When we mentioned we had asked for large they said they only sold one size at that location. They didn't mention it at all when we placed the order! When we checked the 2 apps we ordered one was a smaller portion than the plainville location offers, but for the same price. We ended up going somewhere else for more food rather than give them more business and wait another 20 minutes because they couldn't show some courtesy.

Always a great meal at Thai Cafe! Had to visit our favorite waiter and get our usual Crispy duck--because it's just AMAZING and if course we can't skip their awesome apps (like Dim Sum)! Today we tried the Appetizer Sampler--lil bit of everything and it was great at well! Family owned & operated--definitely nothing but good vibes ❤️ Make sure to stop by and check them out.

Food was amazing. We actually couldn't get past the appetizers and soup pages, it was that good. The best part was the awesome young lady who waited on us. We accidentally dropped water all over the table. She rushed over and quickly brought napkins, a mop to clean the floor, new plates, she did everything with a huge smile on her face. Nothing fake, nothing, OMG look what these people did, she was absolutely the best. We are definitely going back to try more selection because of the food, but also because of the service.

This place is 100% amaaaaazing! Big yummy portions!! Great drinks, friendly staff and customers as well. I went in to just order take out for my girl and I. Had a beer while I waited. After chatting with everyone I Wound up staying eating there, having my girl meet me there and just had a great time with good food and great ppl!

Unusual place. Thai food and pizza/subs/wings. We've been twice, and everything we've had has been excellent. I really appreciate that the food marked as spicy has serious heat. We're going to put this on our regular rotation. Great specials too!

Incredibly delicious time were had at Thai Café tonight. I brought some friends over after playing at Governor notte Park for dinner and we had a feast! This is by far my favorite Thai spot with the most delicious and authentic food!!! Best curry around by far!! Creative specials!! Best Thai iced tea!!! ( try it without the milk )There’s no reason for me to go anywhere else after tasting most of their extensive menu…. It’s a must try spot!!!!

Disappointing food. No peanuts or bean sprouts in my sugary mess of a pad thai and the chicken was dry. The portion is way too big for 1 and it should be noted on the menu. No way 1 person can finish this hot sweet mess and the bell peppers only make it that much sweeter. I would not order this again. Nothing about it reflected "Pad Thai" except the noodles. Also ordered mango with sweet sticky rice. Did not look appetizing at all but tasted pretty good. I would work on the presentation since everybody knows we eat with our eyes 1st. If I saw this at the restaurant I would not order it based on appearance alone. And $9 for this dessert is not cheap.

So I'll say first I had been eating at this restaurant before it was acquired by the new owners for years. The food was great and the owners and staff were friendly. This is my first time back since they re-opened under new management and here is my take. The food, is still very good. The service is excellent, and the new owners could not have been any friendlier. I will throw a small caveat in this which is I ordered the drunken noodles and for years their "crispy chicken" drunken noodles was always a pan fried chicken (I know weird naming), but now it is a fried piece of chicken like katsu. This is not what I was expecting, but it is true to the name so if that's something you previously ordered, that's the only big change in my normal order. I will say its still very good and there are only pretty minor changes to everything else that are still very good. I think next time I'll get the drunken noodles with the crispy pork instead just because I'd prefer that to breaded chicken (again it was still good)

INSTANT MASHED POTATOES!! My bf and I went for Valentine’s Day. They had a special menu. I ordered the drink special, they said sorry we don’t have the ingredients for that. Ok, things happen I understand, so I ordered a different drink which was delicious. Stuffed mushroom app was overcooked but not horrible. I ordered the steak special medium came with mashed and asparagus. Steak was overcooked, no asparagus on the plate and the potato’s were instant!!!! To me this is absolutely absurd!!! This place is charging $60 for a meal and serving potato flakes out of a box!!! I asked for my asparagus, sorry we don’t have that, would you like something else they asked. Dessert special was pistachio cheesecake which I was very excited for….guess what?? Yup they didn’t have that either. Bill total $200 I was very upset that we had to pay that for mediocre food at best! Save your time and money !!

This was our first time here Food was delicious we both enjoyed our dishes Service very slow 10 minutes for our waiter to come over 15 to get drinks 25 minutes to get our appetizer 35 minutes to get our meals. Atmosphere very nice place I would highly suggest if you want to eat here RESERVATIONS required when we were there about 15 people got turned away. We reserved our table 30 days out .

Not what I was hoping for for a first time experience. The interior of the restaurant was nice, the server was a bit slow. It took 15 mins to get our initial drinks. Appetizers came out normal time , and the food came out shortly after. So that was ok . The server didn’t seem to come around that often. As far as the food goes, it wasn’t a great as I was expecting. The meatballs were ok , and I really didn’t care for my chicken piccata. The food just lacked in flavor to me. Maybe we just caught an “off” night here, but for the money and location I expected better quality all around. Probably why all the reviews seem to be about the same.

Dude. I should have known when I got sat at the table 5ft from the entrance how it was going to go. If I didn’t have to smell the cigarette smoke from the casino, it might have been better? But when I got my watered down drink… either that or it was cause a good amount of it got spilled on the table in front of me. I started to check out. The food was okay… like it wasn’t bad… just bland; not worth what I paid. Honestly, don’t bother. It took us longer to get our food than it did to finish it. The reservation was for 6:15… we left at 8:30… even paying was a process. A table was seated about 15/20 minutes after us, ordered, ate, paid, and left in the time it took us to even get our food. I honestly don’t care that someone quit before you opened. I work retail, this isn’t new to me, life goes on, do your job and MANAGE. It also doesn’t explain HOW A TABLE SEATED AFTER US was done and gone before we even got our food when we ordered before they did. Worst of all, if not the biggest problem, I wasn’t even drunk enough to look past any of it cause my second drink was just as watered down as the first. Edit: I lowered my rating. Thinking back on it, this was BY FAR the absolute worst place I’ve ever been to, and I’ve dined in and eaten at the Buffalo Wild Wings at the Warwick Mall with that monstrosity of a wait staff, and THAT wasn’t even as bad as this.

I found both the food and service to be excellent. The portion sizes were very large and served hot. No it’s not inexpensive as a casino restaurant but you will enjoy your entree.

Honestly, don’t waste your time or money. I’ve had better chicken palm at Burger King. Very small portions, no taste, actually left and went to eat again because we were still hungry. Should have known when the place was mostly empty. Next time for about the same price we are going to the steakhouse next door.

Our service from Joe was excellent! Here now first time. Eggplant on the Hill was amazing! Can’t wait to taste my entree !

I ordered two sandwiches through the Subway mobile app, and from the moment I arrived, the employee was unhelpful and dismissive. I asked for assistance with the app order, and he immediately refused to help or even acknowledge the issue. Things got worse when I politely pointed out the small portion of meat he was putting on my footlong sandwich — only three slices of meat. When I questioned it, he gave me major attitude and claimed he couldn’t add more because “proportions are portions,” which makes no sense. Subway is supposed to make the food in front of you so you can ensure it’s right — isn’t that the point? I took a picture to show corporate what I received, and the employee refused to give me my sandwich unless I let him go through my phone to delete the photo. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. He ends up giving my sandwiches halfway done I left the store. I’ve never had an experience this frustrating at any Subway before, and I’ll definitely think twice before returning to this location. Corporate needs to be aware of how poorly this store is being run!

I went in yesterday to get a footlong and a 6 inch, we ordered and as we got to the veggies we were greeted with a sign that says they are out of every veggie i could even think of putting on a steak sandwich personally, and so my boyfriend and i both left because they had literally nothing and didn’t tell us. I come in today hoping for a better experience and the rude tall girl who was working told me off and said i’m no longer to be served there because i was unpleased the day before. Will not even consider coming here even if i was paid unless she’s not working. She is rude i miss the other two ladies who worked there a couple months ago.

The only reason I give a 5 for service because the night people are so nice but putting 4 pieces of turkey on a 6 inch or 7 pieces on a foot long is a big scam. I asked a local subway and they said a foot long should be getting 12 to 15 pieces depending on how thick they are . And we all know how thin yours is. Stop screwing your customers out of there money so you can make more in your pocket and give them what they pay for

The worker said come back in 15 minutes because that's when she will reopen. Came back 15 minutes later and she was walking out the door as we came back to order. She made our wait double. She was also rude in her tone.

Food was decent, everyone working there should be fired, and the atmosphere was a bit ruined after I bombed their bathroom.

Horrible service. I was in here around midnight last Friday. One gentleman was stocking the chips very slowly while the other employee was preparing sandwiches for the line of 6+ people. The gentleman was rude and both workers were very unenthusiastic. Coming from a food service worker it was surprising to see the lack of urgency to get people’s food out. The gentleman also complained to one customer about the long list of things they had to get done while preparing orders.. they might be done the list by then if they hadn’t been so slow! Sandwiches I received were okay but it took 15 minutes to get them. Overall bad vibe

Very disappointed in this place. Went with 3 people to the food court. First time he went up they said they were closed. How are you closed in a 24 hours Casino. After sitting down and eating my own food I noticed one person get in line not 2 mins after and order a sub then 2 more people got in line and ordered a sub. I insisted on having my friend get what he wanted so I got up for him. Asked for a combo. She never asked me what bread I wanted threw all the ingredients together then the cashier rushed the person ahead of me and then rushed me to pay. When I got back to the table and opened the wrapping I was shocked to see a sad 3 inch piece of bread the crumbs of the steak slithers of onions and barely a handful of lettuce. I have been to many subways and have NEVER encountered such carelessness with food. It was pathetic. Ended up going to get his funds back and found amazing quality service from Nathan's on the other side of the Casino. Whoever the two women were that were working at 2pm March 9th 2019 had nasty attitudes and do not deserve to be there. :\

Feb 17, 2024 - I came here to get a bowl. It is FILTHY. Plenty of staff.... lounging ..... the filthy glass entryway, the splattered glass in front of the food line, the spilled rice and beans..... sickening. I left without ordering. I have never seen a Chipotle look like that. Gross! It is 5 pm - before the evening rush. Clean the place up! It is not busy and there are plenty of staff. No excuse! Whoever owns this franchise should be appalled. Just read the other reviews. This place has had issues for a while. Chipotle clearly has not fixed the problem.

Came by to pick up my food and my whole order was cold, had a whole confusion when picking up my order due to the app mishaps reversing the order names then they made my burrito so small knowing I asked for extra everything but never got that my burrito was cold the rice was hard same for my bowl I always order from their and this the 3rd time I had a issue just don’t understand where peoples working hard money goes too?

awful staff. i came in on a friday at 7 and got chips and queso. my entire bag of chips were disgustingly stale. when i went back inside to get a new bag, i was ignored by the first employee i spoke to. the second employee took my bag, grabbed a new one, looked inside and GRIMACED before handing it to me. i said “are these stale too?” and he said “they’re all stale.” i asked if they had any not stale chips and they said no bc they make them all in the morning. not sure why they didn’t tell me this before selling me a large bag of chips.

We’re out of steak with like 5 pieces left and no carne asada at all. Some swearing heard in the back of the kitchen. Relatively clean and good customer service though. Portions could be better.

First time eating there since they reopened. I should have had McDonald's. Place was a mess tables not cleaned trash overflowing and counters all messy. Soda machine out of all products beside flat coke and one keeps staying on ??? This place all done in my eyes. All teenagers running the place no adult manager on site.

workers got one heck of an attitude! also some piece of meat (idk what meat) was in my queso? my bowl fell apart cause it had a rip at the bottom so i had to put it on a plate. and there was a FAT onion in my food!! idk what i was expecting

Portions have gotten so much smaller since I was here two weeks ago and the employees argued with full on attitudes when we asked for more. They said no but they have no problem charging their high prices for a bowl. We will take our business elsewhere. X

Got cheesy quesadilla with no cheese. Cost me roughly $5 for tortillas , sauce and looks like a pinch of cheese .

First off when ordered they made 2 order that came in after mine .when confronted the manger about the issue he was very rude and said I don't care farther more when I asked for my money back he shrugged it off.never dine in or have out from this taco bell location.

The young lady who waited on me was extremely nice and helpful , the food was good too but that young lady's willingness to help, smile and demeanor made this a pleasant experience. I was about to order thru the kiosk when she asked me if I would like my order taken...yes I would!

Amazing food! Very good portion sizes for a great price...way better than other places in the area. Workers are always fast and kind too! Always fresh, it never disappoints me!

We often like to over and get bowls when we are in the area. We noticed the portions are getting smaller and smaller every time we get it . And rice takes about 80% bowl. The protein scoops are really small where we ending up paying extra for an extra scoop. The food taste good. But charging almost 20$ for a bowl is now overpriced, specially when there's a stop and shop across the street it makes more sense now to get the ingredients and make it ourselves. I don't recommend getting bowls there. It's just overpriced giant bowl of rice with some toppings.

Never disappointed. I've ordered numerous times, different bowls. Always love what I get! (Including today's lunch #2 with salad base and marinated tuna)

Great service and quality! The making of my bowl was quick and simple. Most importantly, the food was fresh and delicious! The fish is always amazing, though especially the spicy tuna.

Horrible customer service experience. I came here and felt a little rushed by the woman at the counter. It was my first poke experience so I didn’t know what all of the options were. The next time I came there was a dealbreaker. I asked the male employee for two half-and-half bowls which included salmon and tuna. When I got to the tuna section he pointed down and I confirmed yes as in that’s part of what I requested. Well he up charged me for both bowls four dollars each and when I asked the extra charge he said you requested the extra tuna. That is not what I requested. Due to the language barrier it was a clear misunderstanding. He then removed most of the fish from both bowls. When I asked what he was doing, and he did not reply. He was moving in an aggressive manner. I asked if he was the manager and he said yes, but he had no name tag on. I told him to just forget the whole order, and as I turned and walked away, he yelled “hey you!” My boyfriend and I will be taking our business to other establishments in the area.

Super yummy! Good portion sizes for a reasonable price. Great staff, they were super helpful. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

The staff were friendly here which was nice to walk into. Overall, the food was very up and down. My friend's Burger and bacon was burnt to a crisp, you couldn't even tell it was bacon. So I asked for mine rare, and it came that way. So mine was tasty and fresh, but my friend's was awful. The skinny fries are good and the tenders were not oily and weren't dry, so they were good too! I think the music was too loud for a restaurant atmosphere though.

The Cool Pickle is such a great place. Caitlin makes an amazing margarita! I highly recommend it. Tasty, fresh, and a generous amount. Caitlin is so attentive and tuned into customer’s needs. Her friendliness and professionalism (& yummy drinks!) is why I keep going back to this place. Love it!

Amazing Bugers! Ordered Take out 3 times in the past two weeks. The burgers are delicious! I has the paradise burger with a side of delicious sweet potato fries. The Staff are all so nice! My goodness what a great place! Spent a Saturday night here. Had a great meal and drinks. My wife had a pickle martini which was very good! They have something going on every night. Saturday night was live music. Give them a try!

Went over to Cool Pickle after seeing some reviews online. Went on a Sunday afternoon, around 12:30 or 1. The restaurant was empty when we arrived albeit one waitress who was fantastic and attentive. Ordered drinks and food. Food took a long time to come out but that is my only negative about this place. It could be a one off experience but I would definetly not let that tarnish my review of this place. The food that came out was SOLID. My hot Italian sandwich was perfect and delicious. Directly related to the name of the restaurant, they do not hold back on the pickles. Most restaurants only give you 2 pickle slices with a sandwich but this place gave 6 with my meal which I loved. If you like pickles and good pub food this is the SPOT. Enjoyed it thoroughly. However the wait time for food affected my score. Would go back 100%. Thank you!

We stopped here while out riding the Blackstone River bike trail with a group of friends. We loved it! Very casual low key atmosphere - service was great, appetizers were great. They have pool tables, darts, and Keno. We will definitely be back for one of their trivia nights. The owner Lisa was super nice and a great host.

This place ROCKS! Currently here while there’s a live band and the band is just as good as the food. Atmosphere is perfect for younger and older crowds. Pickle martini was an adventurous choice but definitely a fun one. Owners are super friendly and I’m overall so happy to have found the Cool Pickle. Support local businesses!

I love subway because it's fast on the go. I was there around12:30 for lunch with a friend. The older lady made my sandwich and was business friendly. Well next my friend just stood there and waited for the lady to take his order and she said nothing so he told her what he would like and again she said nothing he said I would like extra meat and again nothing she just stood there looking at him.. So not business friendly .. Very rude and for that service we won't go back.. RUDE

Awful, I brought the sub of the day only to be greeted with the attitude from the girl at the counter. So she refused to ring my order and I also purchased a drink, sprite, which tasted really bad and I approached the same girl which she had to have the manager involved just because I wanted to swap the drink. Poor service

They need to reopen and make it better. Used to get a sandwich, drink and chips before seeing a movie. Now there’s no place to eat inside the mall.

Six of my friends and I were celebrating two birthdays on a Friday night (last week). I was excited to try the Mediterranean-Latino vibe and food. This review is both mine and what I heard from the girls… The margaritas were great! They had a Halloween themed drink menu and the Ghost Margarita had an ‘eyeball’ made of lychee fruit with a blueberry- very clever and delicious (imagine my surprise when I returned from the restroom and my drink had been cleared before I was finished with mine). My friend happily offered me her eyeball- Lol. The shots of White Tea were a pleasant surprise. Thank you! The mussels had a tasty sauce we liked but they were difficult to open. Once opened, there wasn’t much to them- a bit disappointing. The sea-bass with quinoa and vegetables was sooooo delish! I loved it! One of my friends ordered the same dish and thought the fish was too salty. I like salt and it didn’t reach my “too salty” meter. I found the dish was light yet filling. The chicken and potatoes, steak (without the sauce), and octopus were also reportedly good. If you like a hearty portion- the octopus is small, seemed like it could be an appetizer. It’s plenty though if you desire something lighter for dinner. The stuffed salmon looked great, (all the food did) but the salmon was “dry.” The complementary pumpkin soup was absolutely delicious- we all enjoyed that. The service was variable, always friendly, at times excellent- I could see the waitstaff was trying. When the live entertainment (solo singer sounded great; their songs were bit sleepy for a Friday night ) wrapped up for the night; the waitstaff indulged us for a bit with our choice of music. Plenty of room to celebrate with a big party of friends and family. We sung, danced, laughed and reminisced when 80s hits came on. Overall, I’d return here and I believe my friends would too. We had a great time.

Our first experience and it didn’t disappoint! Starting with the upscale ambiance with live acoustic music and fabulous decor. Welcomed by the owner, Henry himself and amazing service by Erin. The diversity on the menu of food and cocktails satisfies every pallet. A very special touch with the chef coming out to serve our plate and ensure exquisite taste. We look forward to coming back to this hidden gem in Rhode Island!

Came here for dinner on a Saturday night and the place is absolutely deserted. No signs in the windows indicating why they are closed. Too bad. I would’ve liked to have tried it. EDIR: Stopped by again. Permanently closed. How about putting a sign in the window?

Had an excellent time here with the attentive and charismatic staff. Incredible, cozy atmosphere/ decor. Latinos should definitely check it out. Very, very good menu and the chicharrones are to die for. A must visit for fusion cuisine.

It wasn’t just us..saw three other tables get up to check on the status of what they requested. One to get plates, one to check on his wife’s wine, one other a trip to the bar and I held my husband back from going to order a second beer from the bar. The atmosphere is beautiful. However the service was awful, with the restaurant at or below 50% capacity on a Saturday night at 6:30 (left at almost 8 and still empty). Food presentation was very nice however empanadas were dry, Kobe burger also over done and dry, short rib was tough, polenta was good and the quesadilla was good. Disappointing as we live nearby however for $128 it’s not worth a second chance. Won’t be back. Consider who’s managing the floor and checking the food!

Nathaniel’s Bistro offers an exceptional dining experience. We had the pleasure of being served by Angel, an amazing bartender who crafted a bartender choice martini and the most incredible Mai Tai I’ve ever had. The service was impeccable. The stuffed salmon was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend!

A friend of.ours recommended we try this place, and it did not disappoint! The food was seasoned well, plentiful, and the presentation was excellent. Our server was friendly and attentive. The star of our evening was the Branzino, which is hard to find. It was delicious and prepared to perfection. You must give them a try, and you too will not be disappointed.

My wife and I went to this location after going to the Capriotti's in Wilmington Delaware while visiting some relatives. My wife chose the "Bobbie" and I chose the "Capastrami". Both our sandwiches were as we had ordered and were made with fresh ingredients that were put together nicely. Their staff was friendly and courteous and took only minutes to do our order. We were very pleased that it was as delicious as the original Capriotti's in the Wilmington Delaware location. We'll definitely be back.

Very friendly staff! I was 10 minutes late picking up my to go order and the guy gave me a new soup because he was concerned it wouldn't be hot enough. The large sandwich was huge. 18 inches long and stuffed with fresh carved turkey and fresh veggies. The price was also great.

The people who work here are super nice and the food is delicious, but the order accuracy is terrible. My sandwich was made incorrectly and I don't have any more time left in my lunch break to go back. This has happened consistently the last 3 times I have ordered online. Tried calling 2 times, the phone rang and rang for over 3 minutes. I think I'm done.

First trip and was very disappointed. Had heard many good things about this place too. There were only about 2 people ahead of us in line. Placed our order and sat down and waited and waited. Watched several customers bring their food back saying the order was wrong. 30 minutes later and we finally got called to get our food. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly. Went back and brought them up. We then waited another 20 minutes and finally our food was ready, we were given two FREE cranberry raisin packages for our almost hour wait!!! Opened them up at the table and they were correct this time but looked disgusting. After several bites my daughter didn't want anymore and a few bites later I felt the same. Almost $20 for a small sandwich, a half sandwich, and an apple juice and soda. Took both of our sandwiches and tossed them in the trash. As we were leaving a woman was on the verge of mental breakdown with the cashier, because she brought her sandwich back for a 3rd time that was incorrect. I'm not one to complain, but when the service is that slow and the food is not what it's cracked up to be, I figured I would let people know.

First time there and the Italian sub was very tasty. The meat, cheese and veggies were crafted nicely. I only wish the roll was better. Had it not been for the roll, this sandwich would have been five stars.

1st time buyer and I Love this place! The young gentlemen that was working tonight around 6pm on Friday 8/6 were amazing!! I had a pretty difficult order because my son is autistic and doesn't really eat anything other than mc'donalds. But he was willing to try a ham and cheese from here. He absolutely loved it!! You guys just gained a customer for life! Thank you guys for being awesome, see u next friday!!!

First time there...probably last also! Food a little above average. The place needs to be cleaned up. Bathrooms were a mess. The ovens were dirty on the outside. The deli cooler with meats looked awful. There was a shelf falling down. There was a small delivery (8 or 9 items) sitting on the floor which detracted from the restaurant.
