Fantastic lunch at Boem. Starter of kontatsu chicken with slaw was especially good. Thai inspired mojito was delicious. Lovely interior and attentive service. We would love to return.

We were very pleased with our meal. The ingredients were fresh, the quality excellent, and the flavors truly outstanding. The wine was perfectly paired, making the whole experience even better. We had a wonderful dinner and would happily come back anytime.

A very talented chef producing beautifully presented tasty dishes from a short menu. Uses seasonal produce . Short list of well priced local wines. Very charming waiter / Maitre D but his young female assistant was charmless , barely smiled and was obviously too cool to work there. It spoiled an otherwise perfect dinner.

Excellent restaurant in Aigues Mortes, we were there on the last evening of our Camargue holiday and we couldn't have finished better. We tasted two appetizers (bull carpaccio and goat tartlet), two main dishes (false-fillet of bull and leg of pork) and two sweets (profiteroles and floating island). When we shared this feedback, we have been told "there is something for everyone", which is not the type of reaction I was expecting from a professional. As my husband hates coriander, and as there was some in the mise-en-bouche, so we shared to the waitress , which didn't prevent us from getting the next dish seasoned with ... coriander. We had a special event planned, and Jeff Nicolas and his staff made our evening wonderful. We have been here twice in a month and the food was excellent both times. Both times I we opted for the Signature Menu, which is a five course meal selected by the chef. So it is a fun surprise. You do get to pic your desert. we picked the chocolate magnum built to look like an egg. You can also order a four course prix fix or just ala carte. Yesterday it started with à amuse-bouche that included a whipped avocado based tasting. We then had a wonderful Toro tartare that had fresh herbs, diced vegetables, and spices in a marinade. That was followed by 3 perfect scallops (Coquille Saint Jacque), which was followed by three perfect shrimp served in a banana leave in a coconut curry sauce. The wine was local and wonderful. We interacted a few times with the playful but focused chef, and the rest of his staff was efficient and fun. We had a great evening. :)

Wow! The amuse bouche was fantastic and the Signature menu went uphill from there. Either the best, or second best restaurant meal I have eaten. Thai flavours but with the subtlety and refinement of a high end establishment. Bravo allo chef!

Fantastic food and service. This restuarant has a lovely courtyard away from the main throng of tourist streets, and its definately worth the visit. I had steak and foie gras and it was most sumptuous with a glass of house red. We felt we were charged a reasonable cost for such fine dining. Would definately go again and sample some of their fine wines.

Very limited food choices, some of which weren’t even available, which left us with 2-3 options to choose from. The portions are small for what they cost and they could have tasted better (risotto overcooked, squid was bitter and hard to cut). I had to eat bread in order to get full. The waiters were friendly and the ambiance was nice.

We had vegan lunch at Aromatik - stopped by an hour earlier and asked if they could make a vegan meal and to give them time to prepare something not on the menu. It was really wonderful and definitely a highlight of our trip to Aigues-Mortes.

I was disappointed though that I could not even get fries with my burger even though other dishes have them. Apparently, they make set meals. Hence, if your dish is accompanied by mashed potatoes, you cannot ask for other things. Sorry, but this is not my idea of a good restaurant. The burger tasted ok, but not that great. However, it seems to be a popular place as it was full. Doesn’t mean though that I have to like it. I much prefer its neighbor.
