The food is really very good. Definitely better than Denny's or IHOP. I asked for my bacon crispy and eggs over medium. They delivered both perfectly. I'll be honest, I got too much food. I couldn't finish my pancakes or potatoes. We brought a scone home and I'm looking forward to eating it. The interior was a little dirty. We were the first customers so no one had sat at the table before us and there were crumbs on it. I was a little surprised.

Same old favorites - can't get enough of this place. We always get the pot of gold, such a great meal. The pancakes are seriously the best I've had. We had a great family brunch here, come early, it gets busy!

As a foodie from CA imma just focus on the food, hands down since I been out this way in Utah, this little family owned restaurant is the epitome of Americana food! Pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, I could taste the sweet and saltiness of the oancake mixture, not to mention, there are a plethora or options when it comes to toppings for your pancakes, french toast, etc.. Imma try the dubai chocolate topping next time 🫡 I ordered the philly cheese steak skillet and tbh I dont know how it works, but the wiz cheese topping on top of the eggs works in a way that will make you rethink your life haha.. kinda like when people dip their fries in a vanilla shake.. its crazy.. but the flavors were there! And I like how cripsy the potatoes were in the skillet and well seasoned too. Service is phenomenal, these waitresses and waiters are on top of their service probably most likely due to how packed this place can get, so its a fast pace restaurant vibe for these workers, nonetheless they were attentive and very welcoming. Be sure to get in early, they do get packed, but rightfully so! The food is bomb and the service is great! Dont sleep on this little spot! Go check them out!

Standard breakfast spot. Nothing too different from anywhere else. The food was consistent, ready fast, and the service was pleasant. We were shocked that there were so many people here on a Friday morning at 9am. There was actually a wait, on and off, while we were there. Take note - they won't seat your party until all members of your party are present. If you want toppings on your waffle, there are hefty extra charges for all of it. We appreciated that they had decent ketchup at the table, instead of Heinz. They have some items (shirts mugs, etc) for sale but we didn't actually see them displayed.

It’s quite crowded, so be prepared to wait for a table, but once you’re seated, you won’t have to wait long for your order. I like that homemade fries come with almost every dish. The waitress, a girl with piercings, was very friendly and helpful. The place is clean, and the food is really delicious! The kids got obsessed with the hot chocolate topped with cream:))

Went for lunch last week and it was really yummy. The hash was quite salty but tasted good. I absolutely loved the french toast! Service was pretty slow with us having to wave down our server a few times. I'd love it if they were more attentive as we also ran out of water. Can get expensive too. The restroom could definitely use a good deep clean. I'd definitely come back as it was delicious.

I had breakfast with my mother here for her 70th birthday. The food was delicious and the service is perfect. The staff move like a well oiled machine. Our food arrived quickly and piping hot, with everything cooked exactly to order. We will definitely be returning.

I really wanted to like this place...but I'll never be back. We came for the All You Can Eat Fish Fry and they were out before 7pm, so we couldn't order it. The hostess should notify people coming after 4pm on Friday about this since I'm sure a majority of people are here during that time for the deal. Our food sat under heat lamps for about 10 minutes before getting to us. I ordered Fish and Chips (ya they have that but not all you can eat) and they were warm and slightly fishy. The rest of the food ordered was mediocre. I'm not sure if other people have low standards or what but I don't know how this gets above 3 stars ever. The service was good, but they were short staffed so I won't fault our waitress.

The Black Bear Diner is okay. I think the food isn’t memorable. I got the Bread Pudding French Toast and it had raisins in it. 😬 The server was really nice.

When we got to Black Bear Diner, there was police everywhere! They were taking all the wooden bears hostage for kidnapping a child who was missing. Only later was it found out, the missing child named Derek was hiding in the oven while the chef was cooking eggs above it, on the stove. The eggs were also confiscated by the police as evidence, but we all know they were just snacking on them, silly police. Meanwhile a plant in the parking lot was being investigated for being a little suss, and for being the ring leader of the kidnapping. It was also later confiscated and planted at the jail, in a maximum security prison cell. Glad we made it out without being arrested. Would risk it again, for the bacon! 🥓

Sat right away. Only 2 other tables besides us. Server was friendly and attentive. Food was good. Nothing crazy amazing. Reason why I rated only 3 stars is because after ordering drinks my husband noticed they had cold brew coffee and asked to exchange his hot coffee for cold brew. ( no big deal it’s even cheaper than the hot coffee). Wrong. Server stated her manager would not let her switch it out because of “inventory discrepancies”. We were shocked. And it made the whole experience unpleasant. We kept thinking how could that be so hard to switch? How are they keeping inventory on bottomless coffee and bottom less cold brew? I noticed the cute little notes from the owners on our place mats. Which made me wonder why oh why can’t they switch out the hot coffee for cold coffee ? Customer service must not matter? They strive for excellent service but that is not true in our case.

The food is pretty good. A bit oversalted but not bad. I enjoyed it. Booths have old food in the cushions which was a bit gross. Employees are friendly and helpful. They made us smile. You could tell they enjoy working. That makes it great. Portions are huge! I loved that and will be back

I had dinner at Black Bear Diner, conveniently located right across the parking lot from my hotel. After a long workday, I was looking for something quick and satisfying—and this place hit the spot. The atmosphere was family-oriented, and the waitress was bubbly, kind, and very helpful. I ordered the chicken Cobb salad tossed in buffalo sauce, and it was delicious, full of flavor, and generously portioned—more than enough for one meal. Based on my experience, I’d definitely visit again and would recommend it for anyone in the area. The menu looked appetizing, and I’m looking forward to trying other items next time.

We stopped for breakfast on our trip and it did not disappoint! Our waiter had customer service unlike any we’ve seen in a while! Our breakfast was delivered to our table perfectly - hot, fresh, and so yummy! Will definitely stop again when in the area!

Stopped through the drive through after work and didn’t look in the bag until I got home… this is supposed to be a turkey sandwich. It took them a long time to get it out to me too, i don’t know why it took so long for them to scrap this together. I would’ve rather them told me they were out of turkey so I could order something else instead of getting the last of it. I paid $18 for this!? Absolutely ridiculous!

Went to the pumpkin tasting class—lots of delicious foods to sample and got to take a loaf of pumpkin bread home too. The employee (Krista) running the class was friendly and made the class a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I both ordered the Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado sandwiches. His on the sour dough and mine of the focaccia. The sandwiches were consistent to any other Knesset’s we have been to except that our take out boxes were covered in grease and mayo. Which meant the inside of the bag and everything else in it was greasy and messy. We bought a banana cream pie and a chocolate mousse bomb. Both were great. The pie ended up being 1/3 banana and filling, and 2/3 whipped cream. This in not my preferred ratio. It was too much cream. We could barely taste the banana.

Hubby and I had a pleasant experience dining here. The staff were friendly and prompt. We tried some pastries, salad and soup. The banana cream pie was quite disappointing, as most of it was whipped cream. The salads were good but mac and cheese was dry. The clam chowder lacks flavor. Maybe we’ll try something else next time.

I had a great experience here! The cinnamon French is AMAZING, it was like $7 which is less than I expected for it tasting so good, and the staff were so friendly and just excellent! Brianne specifically did such a great job taking care of me as a customer. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast! The location felt very clean and welcoming.

Disappointing customer service! My dad bought lunch and 4 pastries for everyone. After sitting down, he noticed there was a sale for buy 5 pastries get 1 free. He went back to the counter and asked if he could buy one more pastry to qualify for the free one. The girl at the counter was so rude and refused to do that. She was inflexible stating he had to purchase 5 pastries with one order. (Even though he had just paid for 4 lunches AND 4 pastries). It just seemed unreasonable and the worker was snippy about it.

Amazing staff great location, amazing food, and bread. The staff when I walked in we’re so welcoming and asked if I wanted samples offered to cut me a fresh loaf of bread to take with me after my sandwich. Was able to sit inside of the shop and eat. Highly recommend.

If Great Harvest Bread in Draper were a country, I’d apply for citizenship. Cami at the counter deserves her own bread-themed talk show—top-line service with a side of charm! She knew the menu like it was the back of her buttered hand. The food? Loaf at first bite. I came in for one slice and left with a carb-coma and zero regrets. 10/10 will be back the next time I want to feel loved… by a sandwich.

We’ve always loved Great Harvest in Logan—the staff there are consistently kind and thoughtful. Unfortunately, our visit to the Draper location was quite disappointing. During checkout, I bought a loaf of raisin cinnamon bread and a box of muffins. To my surprise, the tip screen was skipped so quickly that it was hard to notice a 15% tip was being added. I had to stop the clerk twice to go back. When I declined the tip, he looked surprised and asked, “You don’t want to add tips?” I explained that there was no service involved—just grabbing prepackaged items. I don’t mind tipping for sandwich prep or dine-in service, but this felt unnecessary—and there wasn’t even an option to choose the tip amount. On top of that, the two items cost over $20, which felt overpriced for the experience. We’ll stick with the Logan branch moving forward. And for anyone on a budget, alternatives like Costco or Sam’s Club might offer better value.

The price for the bread and everything else they sell is outrageously overpriced but it is equally outrageously delicious. We usually go with the white bread or honey whole wheat. Each loaf is a little over $5. The best part is the sample bread they give to everyone in your party, even if u just bought 1 loaf. There are usually 5 or more options. The pieces are generous. They have butter and honey you can spread on your sample and enjoy a little piece of heaven. They also make sandwiches with their delicious bread each one about $7.50 or more. The employees are usually highschool girls and they are really nice and polite to everyone.

Love Great Harvest!! Best sandwiches and their bread is to die for! I love getting the beehive white bread and making French toast with it. The workers here are so friendly and give great, generous size samples! Also, can we talk about how incredible this place smells when you first walk in!?

Pretty yummy. They have a few vegetarian sandwiches, mostly similar but options of toasting it. I love how everything is made fresh to order. Everyone is kind and professional, though I wasn't offered a slice of bread as I know they often do (and had plenty available). Oh well maybe they forgot and I wasn't going ask for one. Otherwise everything was good. The sandwich I got was pretty good. A little bland, lacking some flavor, and majorly lacking in some variety of textures. Kind of a big mush mess. I hope they see this and reconsider the ingredients to make a bit more pleasant of a sandwich. Don't get me wrong, it was good and I'd go again, but I'll also probably try to find a better one before I go back.

Both AF and Draper had wonderful customer service. It feels upscale but without upscale prices. Their unique menu selection makes it hard to decide because I want to try all of their food. Both times I ordered the Ham & spicy jam on caramelized croissant because I loved it so much the first time. My husband got the Tri-tip steak sandwich which was amazing. As a starter, the Zucca chips were light, crispy, and delicious and the onion soup was the best we’ve ever had - hands down. And don’t skip dessert - the Peach dish was absolutely incredible. It’s my new favorite place and can’t wait to go back and try more!

This was an amazing find. My chai was perfect and just the right sweetness and temperature. There are so many great things in the menu, I had a difficult time choosing. I finally picked the avocado toast, which was delicious with a slight hint of lemon. While the bread that was chosen for the toast was difficult to cut with a knife, I finally picked it up with my fingers, which was much easier. The crust was not knife friendly, but the bread was delicious and soft. This was a super experience, and I’m sure I’ll be back.

Been going to this location for years and it’s always been a great experience. Mostly going for desserts and pastries but dinner menu is great as well. I got the French dip which was FANTASTIC. Highly recommend. The house chips were really disappointing. They come with many of the entrees and you can upgrade to fries for >$4 (woof…) but I wish I’d done that! I think they need to rework their house chips recipe if it’s going to be a staple side on the menu. In the past I’ve had the shrimp salad and their Moscow mule and it was perfect. I also like the French 75!! Seemed light on the alcohol especially for the price but very tasty. And I’ve liked every dessert I’ve tried. Great atmosphere. A bit overpriced but it’s such a “treat yourself” kind of destination so price point with that in mind isn’t terrible and has never deterred me from visiting.

We came here just for dessert, we loved the raspberry eclair. It tastes like natural flavoring instead of artificial flavor. The passion fruit sponge was moist, light and naturally flavored as well. The staff was kind as well..I would come there again!

It's true that the service is very slow. We walked to the counter to pay, and who I assume is the manager looked so bothered by this. You were not quiet when speaking under your breath (unprofessional), but sorry, we interrupted your standing session. The food was delicious, and although she was slow, our server was very sweet. I will check out another location in the future.

Service was non existent. We walked in & were seated, then NOTHING. There was another table that had been seated & they hadn’t been waited on & another table after us that also hadn’t been waited on when we walked out. We ended up walking up to the counter to order our pastries to go. There were 5-6 workers just standing behind the counter talking. Five were off to the side just chatting away while yall lost business. One was right behind the counter just standing there waiting to serve customers at the counter. Even with us walking up to the counter no one acknowledged the fact that we were not waited on, they could have cared less. They took zero initiative to make things right.

We love the Monte Cristo Sandwich on cranberry walnut bread but also discovered the Italian Farm breakfast sandwich..,far exceeded our expectations. So delicious!

I am saddened to write this, but I feel compelled to warn others about the Chick-fil-A in Draper. While Chick-fil-A as a corporation is known for kindness, respect, and outstanding service, unfortunately, this location seems to have lost sight of those values — especially among some of its senior leadership. It is no secret if you read the many existing bad reviews: customers and employees have repeatedly complained, not just about food quality declining, but especially about the unprofessional and humiliating behavior of certain senior managers — particularly Ms. Le... Despite these concerns being raised over and over, nothing has been done. It makes one wonder if corporate intervention is now necessary to restore the dignity of this store. A few weeks ago, Ms. Le... publicly yelled at and embarrassed my granddaughter, who had simply come in with classmates for breakfast. It was completely unjustified and humiliating for a young student just trying to enjoy a visit. I decided to see things for myself — and just a few days ago, during a simple food pickup, I witnessed Ms. Le... screaming at an employee ("Luc...") right in front of me and other customers in the lobby. Ironically, she was shouting at them not to "yell" — but she was the one actually yelling, and loudly enough that everyone in the restaurant could hear. The poor employee lowered their head in embarrassment, while Ms. Le... continued, fully aware that guests were witnessing this. This behavior is toxic, abusive, and completely unacceptable — both toward customers and employees. And the worst part is that it is a pattern, not a one-time slip. Many others have reported the same type of treatment in their reviews, and still management has failed to act. Chick-fil-A corporate needs to step in. No employee deserves to be humiliated at work. No customer should feel uncomfortable witnessing these outbursts. This store is giving a bad name to a brand that so many of us have respected for years. Until serious changes are made — starting with addressing the toxic behavior at the top — I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

Food was hot, delicious, and served fast. Each server was kind and patient as I was ordering for kids and a few adults which I appreciated so so much. Even though the lines were long, I got in and out of the drive through in about 10 minutes during a lunch rush. Amazing! I love the chicken strips the best, the kids love the Mac and cheese and fruit cups, and the grilled or regular chicken sandwiches or deluxe are great!

This is the best chickfila I've been to. Troy, the manager, sends so many deals and free food if you have the app! The service is always great and very fast. I will drive out of my way just to come to this Chickfila location. I come probably once a month.

I haven’t been to the Draper store for a while so I decided to get breakfast there last Tuesday. I placed an online order for 2 sausage breakfast bowls and 2 hash brown. The order was on a printout on the bag . When I got to work I discovered there were 2 chicken bowls. Attention to detail please!

Friendly staff and food you expect but very strange drive through. The food was just what you expect, it's fine but still fast food. The drive through was set up really strangely and mixed with their unique style of having people outside taking the order, it was very strange

I absolutely LOVE this location! Don’t get me wrong, most locations are pretty good and the food is amazing, but the people specifically here are SO kind and go above and beyond! There was a really nice guy in a blue and white striped shirt who was super friendly and made my day :)

On Easter I went in and ordered 3 dozen bagels for my work. I asked for a full dozen of blueberry and cinnamon suger and one mixed. I realized after the day was almost over we had a full dozen left because the guy that helped gave me a dozen of the raisin bagels 🥯 which no one likes. I’ve been meaning to call in to let management know but keep forgetting and by the time I remember they are closed. I definitely feel like I should get a dozen blueberry to make up for his mistake. I took a picture to show them their mistake.

Stopped in today after a hike and this restaurant is filthy. The entire dining area had dirty tables and garbage on the floor. I watched a worker drop a bottle of water she was using to fill the coffee maker behind the counter. Most of it spilled on the floor and then she picked the bottle up and continued to fill the coffee maker. Behind the counter is filthy and right under the front register are old, dirty bagels and garbage (see photos). There were no less than 7 people behind the counter on a slow Sunday afternoon, and none of them were interested in cleaning.

I have been so pleased with not only the taste of my food from Einstein’s, but the way that the staff treat me! Jazmin, Nathan and Sue, All go out of their way to make me feel so welcome when I come in! They Are always so nice when I ask for specifics in regards to my bagels, they could be frustrated, but they’re not and they truly appear happy to give me exactly what I want! The bagels are fresh and taste fantastic! Excellent customer service and food!!

This is the worst Einstein Bagels I’ve ever been to. They hire people without even basic training—employees don’t know the difference between a dozen bagels with shmear and a dozen without. I’ve ordered bagels without shmear several times, but they kept making mistakes and charging me $19.79 (with shmear) instead of $15.79. Each time I had to wait for a refund. Today, I was in a hurry, didn’t catch it at checkout, and was overcharged again by $3.50. This is basic knowledge for employees, and it’s frustrating that the same problem keeps happening. I honestly don’t know how this store can operate with such unqualified staff.

I had a great experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Especially crew member named Skye. My order was taken quickly, and everything came out fresh and exactly how I wanted it. The bagels were perfect.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice lady by the name of sue. Her entire vibe made just walking in worth it. Incredible customer service.

A great place to grab breakfast and coffee! The employees were some of the most friendly I’ve ever met in any food service, Utah or otherwise. The restaurant was clean, the food and coffee were delicious, and everything came out very fast. Keep up the great work!

Very cute little restaurant, loved the food already, but the menu has expanded. We tried a few "savory" items as well as one of our favorite sweet ones, and were not disappointed. The only issue, as with any Waffle Love location, is the speed of the service, but it's a small price to pay for fresh hand-made food. The savory items surprised us with their rich flavors and more "meal-like" entrees (the chicken and waffle sliders really surprised me, may be my new favorite - and least expensive menu item!), and the sweet one as always, never disappoints. Little flower vases on each table made us feel like we were sitting together in a small boutique. Great date night!

The service was great the food was delicious. The location is convenient. The parking was plentiful. Accessibility is great. We had an all around good experience. I’d be back for sure.

Way tastier than I expected. The savory waffles were surprisingly flaky and light- turned out to be a croissant style waffle. So yummy for a savory sandwhich. Also had the lemon curd whipped cream sweet waffle.

Really disappointed. Not sure what happened today, but we've been here at least 5 times and I get the sliders everytime. Today, they were made incorrectly. It took us a second to realize something was off. We shared one of our three sliders, and determined something was wrong. Really huge inconvenience considering the holiday, but not the biggest deal. Called them, no answer, called again and left a message. They never return the call. I bring 2 of the 3 sliders back, they only replace 2 even though 3 were made wrong. They did NOT correct the error. I pointed it out that they again did not look like they usually do and I was informed that they are prepackaged. It had the TINIEST piece of chicken in the middle of a half cooked waffle and the toppings were still wrong. At this point, I'm growing frustrated and I let them know that this food is not the same quality they usually put out. She asks if I want it made again, but this is now taking up a huge chunk of my day, since these orders are not typically quick. So I left with really disappointing food and an apology from the staff. Really disappointing and I definitely don't want to deal with inconsistencies in food that I'm ordering.

We love Waffle Love. We get the take home dough balls and have hosted waffle parties that are always a hit! My kids favorite waffle is the Cinna Love. I am going with 4 stars however because we decided to order a side of fries. These cost $4.75 and the serving was about 20 fries. That is wildly expensive to me. They were good fries though and we liked the sauce. I attached a picture for anyone who wants to see how many fries you get for $4.75.

We love this place! The chicken and waffles are our favorite! We had an issue the last time we visited. I contacted Waffle Love and Carly Shepherd went above and beyond to address the problem. We will continue to support and refer others to this delicious restaurant. Thank you for your yummy food, great customer service and fun dinning experience.

Look, it’s Del Taco! This isn’t just any Del Taco though, and we’ve been to plenty. What sets this Del Taco apart is the incredibly friendly and upbeat staff! Whoa! The food was exactly as expected. The order was correct. The dining area was clean. Has a play area. Overall, this is a typical Del Taco except for the staff here that truly put this location over the top and make it better than any Del Taco we’ve ever visited. Thanks for making our visit great!

I really enjoy coming here. The staff most times are very friendly. Only once have I ever encountered someone who was rude. Food is really good too and they let you use more than one coupon. We really love that. The restaurant and restrooms are pretty clean. Can use some detailing but nothing major. I love the chicken here! It's amazing!

Coming here is such a delightful process. Randy, the general manager, makes it even more wonderful. From the delicious grilled chicken tacos to the hilarious jokes about his ex-wife, you can’t beat this epic combo. Almost as epic as their epic burritos I highly recommend this Rand-tastic experience.

Came through the drive-through tonight to place an order for our family when we were here a few days prior they forgot to items in our order so I had called the manager. I spoke with just to come back for the next few days and then they would Replace those items. I went into the drive-through and told the girl about the situation. She asked me the name of the manager, which I did not know I don’t recall him so I told her it was just two items and then also go to order some items. She was super rude, completely lying to her then after I got done placing my order, she literally said quotation mark OK whatever pull up extremely rude and snarky. I understand I should have known the name of your I spoke with, but I truly do not recall them giving me their name and I also ordered an additional $28 worth of food so it’s not like I just came through the drive-through to just get free food and lied to them which is how she acted! Come to this location all the time after this I don’t think that we will come back to this location.

I love Del Tacos in general, but this particular location is pretty special. The food was good. The general manager is friendly and funny. The employees were working hard and laughing. It was clean and inviting. I feel like they went above and beyond, which I don't expect from fast food chains. Thanks, Del Taco team!

Been going to this location for a while, used to be a great place, manager was friendly, said hi to everyone, ensured food was great. Today, the cashier was slow, which was fine, but he kept getting interrupted by another employee who continued to talk over me as I was ordering to ask him what was in the drawer. Food was cold, when I asked for straws the same girl who kept interrupting my order told me they are "right there" except I ordered poppers that she was handing me & those straws are behind the counter, when I mentioned this she replied with an eye-roll, a sigh and threw the straws on the counter. I asked her if she had a way to melt the cheese on the fries, she told me that's why I need to order them with chili. I have never been treated with so much attitude or so rudely & my family orders the same thing every time we come here. Not sure if they are under new management or just have recently hired new employees but this was a terrible experience & I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I gotta say, this is the best Del Taco in Utah! Randy makes it a great experience every time. That guy should have his own standup comedy show. He's quick on his feet, always makes you smile, and remembers your name the whole time you're there! Extremely positive experiences here, the food is great, the restaurant is clean. This is the gold standard for a fast food restaurant.

This is the worst Starbucks I ever been to can't imagine they put a dead mouse in our drink instead of giving me an explanation they offered me a return of my money, which isn't worth it. We went to the hospital the same day to making sure nothing serious happened and I paid those bills. As I showed them my drink they told me that the district manager would call me which she did and assured they will figure it out. One night she accidentally called me and as I responded thinking she might have some updates rather she said hi and oh god it's mouse lady. Once she realized she called me accidentally she hung up immediately and never updated me on my issue, who did this? We already stopped going there for our sake.

I always choose this Starbucks over the one closer to my home because of Sue. She’s always kind, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond. She’s the only one who’s ever willing to check in the back for the KOIA protein drink I come in for—and she actually finds it. When she’s not here, I’m often told it’s out of stock without anyone even checking, which feels a bit dismissive. I believe the other young ladies could be a little more courteous and take a note from Sue’s example. She represents everything Starbucks should stand for: excellent service, genuine care, and a reason to pay a premium. She’s the best!

I ordered a Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino, but they gave me a hot drink instead. I actually wanted it iced. They remade it for me, but it was still wrong. I don’t even feel like going to this Starbucks again next time.

Rushed through ordering and staff is consistently unfriendly . If Starbucks wants to know why Get they are losing revenue - just pop in any of their stores.

When I walked in the male employee that was currently working there (long hair large build) was extremely rude and disrespectful, spoke to me in a condescending way and I decided not to bother with it and just left. Very unfortunate experience.

Pleasant baristas. Quick service. This is a small, cute, and quaint location. Both indoorand outdoor seating is available as well as high chairs if necessary. As as many other Starbucks this location offers coffees, cold or hot,as well as specialty drinks. They also offer a variety of food and dessert options. as you can see in the photos they also provide a wide variety of options for grab-and-go eating. Snacks, bottled drinks and water, and Starbucks swag. Maximum occupancy for this location is 23 people. There are two unisex bathroomsthat we're both very clean. Each bathroom has a baby changing station, garbage can, feminine hygiene receptacle and paper towel dispenser. The location itself is clean as is the property around it. My only issue is the layout if the bar itself. It forces all the customers into a very small, narrow corner of the building while ordering/waiting. If you have people proximity issues or anxiety I suggest ordering via the drive through. Otherwise, a great experience.

Isaiah and Jessica always Are very efficient they always take the time to remember my name. They always have a smile on their face and are very sweet. They treat me like a person more than a number. I will never go to a different beans and bruise.

The coffee flavor was good, but why can't people make a cappuccino by the simple formula? A traditional cappuccino is made with equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and foamed milk. They turned it into a latte with too much milk.

Jessica and Kai are so kind and efficient. I love being greeted with Beans Beans Beans, it's so cute and makes me smile every time. They both should be promoted to store trainers/managers as they both have excellent customer service, integrity, , and are knowledgeable in products and fail operations! Please acknowledge them and recognize them for all that they do. I would hire both of them so if you want to keep them you may want to give them a raise to lock them in. 😘

I come to beans and brews frequently but this certain location I am having issues with. We keep getting Penelope at the counter and it seems like Everytime our order is messed up and we have to repeat ourselves multiple times. I will be going to a different location from now on.

I always get our coffee from this store, and always find it very satisfying and refreshing first thing in the morning, the people that works here are super awesome, CONNOR, KHAI, SIMON, this people really love their job and care about customer satisfaction, i dont have enough stars to give this place, and I highly recommend this place to anyone, we been coming here for years and it will be for many more , i just hope that someone knew about this awesome place to enjoy their coffee and food whit super cool people .

Good coffee, cool and friendly crews. We came in from a restaurant next door, half hour before closing. We hang out and enjoyed our coffee in the seating area. The crew were very nice and reminded us that they were closing in few minutes. She was very polite and friendly. Our coffee were served very hot which I really like and the place is well maintained. They also have pastries. They close at 8pm but I wish they close late especially on a Friday night or weekends.

Great coffee and oatmeal. They messed up our order but did not hesitate to make us something extra at no charge. Awe….good old customer service at its finest. Check out the donuts next door. Go early they do run out.

Absolutely delicious! I’m always down for a good waffle. We were the only ones dining indoors, which made the atmosphere feel a bit off. Mainly because the staff were pretty loud and gave off the vibe that they didn’t really notice us. That said, the food totally delivered, and at the end of the day, that’s what really matters to me.

This morning I discovered my new favorite breakfast spot! I’m visiting from out of town and looked up Waffle Love online. With so many great reviews, I decided to give it a try—and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Red Wonder, and it was honestly one of the best waffles I’ve ever had. The waffle was perfectly crispy (just how I like it), and the combination of Biscoff spread, whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and red raspberries made every bite delicious. The employees were super friendly, the restaurant has a fun, welcoming vibe, and I especially loved the outdoor seating. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for our first time whIle visiting from Denver today. This has been on our "to try" list for a while. We got the chicken and waffles and cookie butter with all strawberries. The basic waffle was a little too sweet for me with the chicken but we really enjoyed both waffles. That chicken dipping suace was also heavenly! Super sweet staff here, too.

I can't say enough about waffle love. We ordered the seasonal peach waffle. It did not disappoint. It was delicious. The peaches were ripe, the waffle crisp and the whip cream was freshly whipped. The inside was clean, including the restrooms. The customer service was friendly and helpful. Over all experience is 5 stars.

My first time here and I’ll be back!! So good! Each waffle is made to order so it’s hot and crisp on the outside when you get it! I got the banana cream pie waffle! Delicious!

Delicious! Other than one error the service was excellent. One order was supposed to have strawberries and instead of bringing a side of strawberries, they brought a new waffle. None of us had an appetite for another waffle and if we weren’t traveling we may have taken it to go. I will return for another fabulous waffle.

Drive thru always has an issue either they can't hear you or get your order wrong. Inside is set up to place an order via Kiosk. If you do need help from an employee good luck getting someone to come over to assist you. Also the staff is rude.

My girls love this McDonalds! It’s always very clean and the staff is super friendly. This evening we came in to eat and Melissa went out of her way to make sure my daughter’s meal was exactly how she liked it. She was absolutely fantastic and made her evening! Thank you Melissa and McDonald’s!

Went to the McDonald’s in Herriman on 134 And had the worst service, so we decided to Drive all the way to Draper and the late night. Crew. Here was amazing. I didn’t catch the two guys names for the Night Shift, but they were awesome. Had a good attitude and we’re very friendly. Come check them out for late night.

This seems to be the C team of McDonald’s. Much of each order is missing on every order. Staff is not friendly. Every coupe of months when I decide to give this location another chance, they remind me why I stopped going. Last visit had a large group order for kids. Order was missing 5 fries and 12 cookies. Save yourself the headache and go to another location

Came here to get a quick breakfast, the staff was friendly and the service was super quick. I just wish they focus more on accuracy and serving edible food that's at least hot. They gave me a smashed up, old burrito a cold hash brown and the wrong drink. I don't understand why McDonald's doesn't care about the food they serve, maybe because they make money regardless. I just wanted a hot breakfast.

Second time stopping here, usually go to the Lehi one. First time was good, second time the order was messed up, either from my accent or the workers there . Ended up with more food than i wanted, and wrong order. Maybe i need to learn Spanish.

They consistently get my to go order wrong. I usually order a third patty on my McDouble and in the last 3 visits it hasn't been included. Literally on ever customized order in the past year, something has been wrong. They even included a tomato on my last burger, which I've never ordered. It's almost comical how badly they get my order wrong at this point. And I even order THROUGH THE APP, SO IT'S IN WRITING. I'm just going to start going to the one on 123rd. It's a few extra minutes from my house, but it's worth it to not get ripped off anymore.

Brutal. The crowd volume, is like trying to meditate in a jet engine. Great for grabbing a quick caffeine fix, not so much for lingering or holding a conversation.

The salmon sandwich was delicious but the coffee was the worse I’ve ever had. The chai latte tasted like air freshener spray, it was then replaced for an oat milk latte that you could barely taste any coffee, I ended up just dumping it in the sink and left. Very disappointed.

I love La Barba, but it does get loud during busy times. If you really need to be heard, they have two small conference rooms for rent. The atmosphere is good old coffee shop and it’s got plenty of light. It’s very popular. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait.

Hip coffee shop, always busy with lots solo laptop warriors and some small groups. Good coffee and breakfast items. Even has a few small rooms groups can rent out. Small outdoor area. At peak Morning times, it can be a little hard to park in the lot, but adjacent road is available even if you have to walk a bit.

First I just want to say I have always loved the food/drinks at Beans and Brew and there is a nice dining area with good service. My issue as a new mom is that there are no changing tables in the bathroom. I dined in on today’s visit and my baby needed a diaper change. I go into the restroom and find no changing table!!!! So I had to lay my baby on the ground of the bathroom, (I had a thin changing mat thank god!) and I had to get down on all fours to change his diaper, disgusting!! It baffles me that there are even restrooms without changing tables these days. Anyways, I may still hit a drive through from time to time but I will never dine in here again!!

For over two weeks now this store has not opened on time. On at least 5 occasions we waited for more than 10 minutes before driving off. Today was the last straw. If you say you open at 5:30 then you need to be opened at 5:30. You don’t mess with peoples morning joe or them being able to make it to work on time! We’re taking our business, after more than 5 years, to another location. You guys need to get it together! UPDATE: 5:40 AM this morning 07/09/25 and not an employee in site. The manager doesn’t seemed concerned at all. That’s what I get for thinking I’d give them another shot. UPDATE: yesterday the store manager called me. We had a very nice conversation and she is definitely committed to making sure this doesn’t happen going forward. I arrived this morning at 5:35 am and was greeted and helped by a very sweet young lady who did an amazing job. Kudos to this young lady and to the manager. By the way, this store does make the best coffee!!! I’m excited to continue to be a customer.

Genuinely every single time I come into this location they get something about my order wrong despite just ordering off their menu, no modifications. and then they charge me $10+ for the pleasure. Worthwhile to just drive to a different one.

Right next to my work so I get breakfast here all the time but every time I get a sandwich with an egg on it there's always eggshells in every bite. I keep getting them because the sandwiches are delicious with them and every day I hope maybe today is the day that there's no egg shells. Well Today I pulled out this eggshell. Makes me wonder if you guys just throw whole eggs in a pan to cook them rather than cracking them like a normal person.

Santos the general manager is not friendly. I work at a shop where most of the time we place our mobile order through the app. I had to stop what I was doing today because his system wouldn’t work unless my phone was there. We as a store tend to place orders all the time via the app and send one of our tire people to pick up orders with no problem. Santos wouldn’t even listen to me when I tried to tell him that. I honestly know this review doesn’t matter because people will always go to McDonald’s for the fast and convenience aspect but I felt I should share anyways.

Employees take breaks listening to their phones on speaker. can you have them use headphones? it disturbs everyone inside eating. These 2 had phones on at high volume and so did the person walking around cleaning. that’s 3 at one time, it’s kind of crazy.

Ordered via doordash, no sauces included in bag. Not the doordashers fault. Order clearly sent in sauces with the nuggets. Otherwise, food was fresh and according to directions. When I've gone here in person since its one of few late night options here, they are always courteous and I'm sure they'd have corrected the issue promptly. When I select a sauce for the nuggets I want it. A previous order via doordash i got honey mustard instead of hot mustard. One time I got a bunch of ketchup instead of dipping sauce. The dasher is not supposed to unseal the bag and therefore cannot check accuracy. I appreciate the correctness on requests like no mayo, no salt. I know if I went in person I'd have been able to check and get the sauce I ordered or a replacement if it was out of stock. Please double check sauce requests and get them correct, and communicate with the dasher if there is out-of-stock because they can ask via call or text what we want instead. Please make sure employees know that sauce is included with nuggets and if one is selected it is expected in the order. Thank you, and thank you for being open late and thanks to the employees that do their best at these late hours. I appreciate it, my only issue and its happened multiple times now is getting incorrect or wrong sauce.

THE BEST MCDONALDS IN THE AREA! Y’all are the sweetest! I come in at all hours because of my work schedule but I’m always met with such kindness and it’s always nice to chat for a few minutes. I usually come here for a quick, easy breakfast. Today, I get my usual, $2 muffin on my app. Noticed the guy taking the order was rushing and didnt apply the code. Got to the window and told the kid with a feather tattoo on his neck. He seemed annoyed so I asked for a manager. Manager came and listen to my issue, and was fixing it. Smart ass kid said "all that for a dollar?" and rolled his eyes.... Yes, I was mad and left after saying what I needed to but if you cant do your job, leave. If you dont know customer service, leave. You hate your job? Leave. No one needs your young attitude at 8 in the morning. Provide customer service, its not that hard. Yes, its a dollar but I go there almost every day so it adds up. Promise now, I wont be. Lose the attitude because you will lose at life with it.

This is by far my favorite McDonald's. They have drinks and ketchup you can get yourself. You can actually see and talk to people. I will drive out of my way to go to this location. It gets a little busy. Especially around high school lunch time, but I have never had a problem with wait times or finding a table

Absolutely amazing customer service. Gavin took my order, gave an amazing recomendation for my protein latte, and provided the best customer service I’ve had at any store in a very long time. I think he takes really good care of his team too because they were all exceptionally nice. Such a great experience and I think I found my new regular coffee stop. And the iced protein latte is delicious 👌

The staff here is soooo nice — genuinely wonderful to chat with while your coffee is being made. They were so welcoming to Utah, which made me feel right at home. I also loved the free medium drink for downloading the app — such a fun perk! My only challenge has been navigating the menu as someone who can’t do dairy and doesn’t want an overly sweet drink. It takes some experimenting to figure out what works. I’ve been back a few times and my go-to has become the iced coffee with almond milk and dark chocolate sauce — delicious without being too much. Overall, great vibes, kind staff, and worth a stop if you’re looking for friendly service and a pick-me-up.

Dutch Bros always makes our day! The service is awesome—they treat Gus like a VIP every time, and he loves getting his pup cup. Drinks are always spot‑on, the crew is super friendly, and the vibe is pure good energy. Love this place!

I have never experienced this with other Dutch bros, Usually, when they show you the tip, it already has no tip applied so you have the choice to add a tip if you want to, I was running short on money and I don’t tip because what are they doing? It’s their job to literally make the drink. This location they already apply a tip for themselves in case you don’t want to give a tip and just press continue without carefuly looking, they secretly already put in the tip for themselves. This is very unacceptable because it’s literally stealing my money, the manager or owner needs to check on the store and make sure they’re not applying tips for themselves, class action lawsuit?!

The line was very long. I ordered 2 coffees. They were bringing drinks out to cars behind me and waited until I got to the window to start making mine. The coffee was not good enough to wait 20 minutes for. The girl standing outside taking orders sat out there and visited with people sitting at the drive through. Not impressed.

This is the absolute worst location I've been to across the country. The driveway is the least of its problems. I ordered a caramelizer, the order taker AND the boirista confirmed the order, and then gave me some chocolate garbage that tastes like cheap chocolate milk. I'm so tired of these id10T errors from this place. Don't waste your money. Go to a decent location.

A lady called Maria was so rude to me. I arrived at Wendy's at 215pm on 06-29-2025. As soon as my daughter arrived, she wanted to use the bathroom. My daughter is using the restroom when she screams, and I realize that the toilet seat is moved, it is not well secured. She got a small injury on her leg. I leave the bathroom to report to the person who was there that the toilet seat does not work properly and if she can check it. She responds that she already knows but that it is not broken. The name of the person is Maria. The way she talked to my it was always being defensive. She said she already knew was going on but did not even care for safety. Originally, I just wanted to report her that issue so nobody else (elderly people, disabled or kids or anyone can get hurt) but she was rude. I request you to please check the cameras. I believe she needs a trainee on customer service.

When I went in to get my takeout order, and it wasn't ready yet (I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for my order, which was the only one they had during said time), so I was standing by the counter waiting. I had not said a word to any of the employees when two girls came in, one of whom was an employee at that Wendy's, who was not on the clock at the time. A girl who was on the clock came over and they started talking, and I got to overhear these gems. "We have a mobile order, but no one's making his food right now" (after noticing me standing by the counter.) "Wow, he REALLY wanted his food" (after a different employee gave me my food and apologized for the delay, and all I had said was "No worries, thanks.") If you're going to be rude and make fun of customers, you need to at least be smart enough to wait until they're gone or try to lower your voice. Disappointing. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

To whoever was working at around 9pm on 9/20 in the drive thru, thank you for the awesome service. My baby started crying just as I got to the drive thru and the sweet guy asked if he needed to be quiet. The kind of employee a business should be proud of. Thank you for the extra service

We had the best experience at this Wendy’s location than any other location ever! The food was so fresh! Fries were hot and crispy. Frostys were awesome! Will definitely come back to this location more!

Manager was so rude to me when I went and had an issue with my order she just yelled to go to the lobby but I was in drive through in a hurry and so I go inside anyways to get my drive through order... To find out it's someone else's! She did not care she didn't understand how to say my name or hear so instead gave me a diff order some guy named Joseph's order instead of mine. It was horrible and she was obviously stressed but they weren't in a rush or busy I was the only car in drive through and not many inside either.

Last week we ate here and after our meal ordered frostys on the kiosk. After 20 minutes, went to the counter to see why they weren’t ready. They hadn’t seen the kiosk order and took another 5 minutes to make them. Went there again tonight, Friday night at 9:15 and the lobby was closed already. Went through the drive through and ordered a combo meal and 4 frostys. They handed us the hamburger and fries. Then we had to ask where the frostys were and they hadn’t even been made. They got the frostys and after we drove away realized they never gave us the drink to go with the combo meal but wasn’t worth driving back. So disappointing, they’ll be going out of business soon at this rate!!

Worst Wendy’s in the Valley!!! Poor service, 20 minutes just to get a couple frosty’s in the lobby. Tried again a few days later, wrong items in bag. Got a Carmel Frosty Crunch, NO Crunch and had to remind them about the frosty’s and they forgot the combo order drink. That’s it never again. Sooo disappointed!!!
