Brasserie on 7, also known as B7, is a casual eatery located on the Riva waterfront in Split. It offers a diverse menu featuring breakfast, pasta, seafood, and meat dishes along with pastries, coffee, and craft beer. The restaurant is praised for its lovely staff and great views without loud music. It's a popular spot for digital nomad meetups during the off-peak season from September to May when it's less crowded and more affordable.
Great experience overall! The service was very friendly and professional. All the staff wear the same colorful shirts, which adds to the good vibe of the place. I was especially impressed by how much attention they pay to the little details — I saw staff carefully adjusting cutlery and menus to perfection, which really shows their dedication. There’s a wide variety of breakfast options. I went with the B7 breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious. If you’re really hungry, I can confidently say most dishes here will satisfy your appetite. They also offer a great selection of juices — all very fresh and tasty for the warm weather. And to top it all off, the view of the sea is absolutely beautiful. 🌊

We visited Brasserie on 7 everyday during our recent holiday in Split as it was nearby our hotel. The breakfast menu had a good variety of options available and I tried to have something different everyday. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The restaurant is in a lovely location overlooking the water. The food was all great and the portions are very generous.
Meg R — Google review
Massive fan of this place despite the 2 year old review. The staff here were extremely friendly, and the food was excellent. Particularly the meats and cheese board: I found the meats here less salty than their Italian equivalents. The cheeses were excellent, especially the sheep cheese that paired perfectly with the fig jam.
Tsu N — Google review
I ordered risotto and tuna steak and it is amazing. it is worth the wait. The staffs here are really nice! Definitely will come back here
Jerson T — Google review
I expected a tourist trap, but it totally wasn't. Great steak, great service (thank you Anita), great location/view and reasonable prices given the area. We went there twice and the quality was consistent on both occasions!
Prav E — Google review
Brasserie on 7 is a beautiful spot right on the Riva, perfect for enjoying the sea view while having lunch. We ordered the Caesar salad and the lamb — both were good. The salad was fresh, but maybe lacks some ingredients, and the lamb was well cooked and very tender. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Prices are a bit higher than some other places in Split.
Sarah — Google review
Delicious and simple breakfast! The eggs Benedict was amazing. Service was somewhat poor, I had to wait 15 minutes to get my check and the server rarely checked in. Lovely atmosphere though!
Melinda H — Google review
We were really disappointed with parts of the meal: • The beef tartare was poor in both taste and presentation – definitely not worth €32. • The Caesar salad lacked flavor. • The chicken add-on (extra €6) had a strange taste. • The Caesar dressing was watery and bland. However, after we politely shared our feedback, the staff removed only the items we didn’t enjoy from the bill – which we found to be very fair and professional. Service throughout was extremely friendly and attentive. While the food didn’t fully meet our expectations, the way our concerns were handled earns them 4 stars.

Dvor is a popular restaurant in Split, Croatia, known for its diverse culinary offerings. The restaurant scene in Split features chefs from various countries such as Italy, France, Japan, Morocco, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the UAE and Croatia. These chefs have been recognized with prestigious awards including Michelin stars and Gault&Millau caps. Dvor is one of the 18 restaurants where these acclaimed chefs showcase their talents.
We had a wonderful dinner at Dvor. The restaurant has a truly beautiful setting with a great view of the sea, which creates a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. The service was attentive and welcoming throughout the evening. We tried the Smoked Risotto, white fish and a steak – everything was fresh, well-prepared and full of flavor. Each dish was nicely presented and it paired perfectly with the setting. Overall, an excellent combination of location, atmosphere, and food. Highly recommended if you’re in Split and want a memorable seaside dining experience.
Tsotne G — Google review
We had a team dinner here with a group of 30 people—seated at three long tables, and we were very well looked after throughout the evening. It‘s a fantastic restaurant: the outdoor seating is charming, the view is absolutely amazing, and the whole atmosphere felt just right. The menu offered a great variety—everything we tried was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. The fish was absolutely amazing. The service deserves high praise, too. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very efficient — they managed our large group seamlessly.

This is a beautiful location full of beautiful, well dressed people enjoying the night out with delicious Croatian cuisine. I enjoyed a mezcal negroni and my husband got a mojito. Both great cocktails. We enjoyed the lamb chops and salad. Our friends got gazpacho and some traditions beef stew. Everything was fantastic! 😋
Lane K — Google review
Beautiful and peaceful setting on the coast. Michelin rated (2025). Tranquility combined with exceptional culinary experience. We tried the fish soup and the tuna cannelloni filled with foie gras. For the main course we took oven baked fish with vegetables in white wine sauce. Deserts: mango cream with ice cream a nd coconut crumbles. Exceptional service too

On 13.09.2025 When we arrived at the Dvor Restaurant, we were delighted by the ambiance. We were greeted by the friendly and cultural restaurant staff. We had a beautifully decorated table. We ordered an 8-course dinner recommended by the host and champagne recommended by the sommelier. As the meals arrived, the flavors were fantastic and unforgettable with top-quality wine. At the end, a 3-course dessert. We had an unforgettable time and it will remain in our memories forever. We will definitely come again.

Exceptional dining experience! The food was refined and full of flavor, the wine perfectly matched each dish, and the service was warm and attentive. A truly elegant place that makes you want to return.
Gordan K — Google review
Nice refined restaurant. My partner ordered lamb chops and he really enjoyed it. There were not a lot of vegetarian options, there were some side dishes and they also offer pasta and risotto with tomato sauce and vegetables. I ordered the risotto, it was nice but it didn't have a wow factor. Nevertheless, I ordered the lotus dessert and it was AMAZING, that was the experience I was looking for, a great combination of textures and flavors. I highly recommend it :)
Catherine M — Google review
We ordered the tuna and liver roll, tuna steak and crab pasta. Tuna is fresh and juicy. Crab pasta also decent. But in general not the best restaurant I visited in Split.

Luka Ice Cream & Cakes is a classic shop that offers artisanal ice cream and made-to-order cakes through window and counter service. The locals flock to this pastry and ice-cream shop, indulging in homemade gelato with unique local flavors like lavender or rosemary. Luka's ice creams range from sour cherry to apple pie, chili chocolate to fig, and even yogurt with rosemary.
Split cake was something unusual! The texture and taste contrasts of dry figs and almonds with the rest of the ingredients was brilliant! The cappuccino was excellent, although I think it needs a little more dosage of coffee! The outside seating area is small and nice. There is also a small inside seating area. They have ice cream too that looks good, but I haven’t tried it. Highly recommended!

WARNING: My croissant had hair on it and the waiter just returned it to the platter to sell once again after I told him! Longer explanation: Went there before I saw all the recent reviews of ownership change and that it's not the same quality as before. We sat down, tried the pistachio paris brest - it was dry and the cream inside only has a hint of pistachios. Croissant on the other hand, had tiny hairs barely visible to the eye, but the sun made me catch one and on closer inspection there was more (I counted 4). I pulled the biggest one out on the dark napkin (so I can show it to the waiter and kindly let him know) he acted surprised, didn't even look at it tbh and sourly apologized, offered another for exchange and put the one I brought in back on the platter...he acted as if I made it up and didn't care at all. Good thing I took a picture because I felt a bit gaslighted by his reactions, even though I doubled down and said "it happens" because I wasn't there to be dramatic, but to let him know. I'm sad I didn't tear the croissant apart so he couldn't sell it, absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable!!
Ana T — Google review
The cheesecake ice cream was nice, yogurt ice cream tastes like medicine. Chocolate cake was nice but the pistachio cake tasted a bit odd. There’s lots of mosquitoes inside the shop.
Xiao C — Google review
Ice cream was good but not my favorite. Got the bueno white. Also tried the lemon/mint (dairy free) and that one was okay unless you like super tart. Would come back for another flavor.
Esther S — Google review
Delicious cookie. Crunchy on the outside, gooey(doughy) on the inside with lots of chocolate and nut pieces... So yummy!
Hans G — Google review
Best tiramisu (amaretto) of my life! So good… not too sweet, just right.
Serina K — Google review
The ice cream is homemade, but only a few flavors truly stand out, like the cheesecake and the white chocolate-raspberry. The whipped cream isn’t made in-house, which is disappointing for a place specializing in ice cream and pastries. Despite ordering ten ice creams, we were refused tap water unless we bought a bottle, even though the tap worked. Only after sitting down and ordering pastries were we given two glasses of water. There was also a sign saying the restrooms were “out of order,” though they worked perfectly…why not just remove it then? A mixed experience, and far from the best of our trip.
Mathis B — Google review
It took us awhile to look for the name Luka till my friend asked their server that the name has changed under new ownership. It was limited in choices. Raspberry & tiramisu were the safer choices cos they do not allow sampling! It wasn’t tops on my list but it was what we wanted to try!

Historical landmark
Zinfandel Food & Wine Bar is a chic and modern establishment situated in the historic center of Split. The bar, named after the famous Croatian Zinfandel grape, boasts a diverse menu featuring Mediterranean-inspired dishes paired with an impressive selection of Dalmatian wines. With a warm and inviting ambiance, patrons can enjoy live music while indulging in elegantly crafted meals and a variety of shared platters that include cold cuts, artisan cheeses, and marinated seafood.
We ordered pasta with prawns, seafood risotto, and mussels. All these dishes weren’t special, but still tasted good. But the real star of “Zinfandel”’s menu is desserts. We chose cheesecake, kadaif cannelloni, and lemon tart — each looked beautiful and was more than just tasty. One point comes for a good service: our waiter was polite, friendly, and attentive. The only problem in this restaurant is the coffee which tastes terrible. Generally, it’s a nice atmosphere in this place, hospitable people, tasty food and live music, so we are delighted.
Olha V — Google review
Excellent dishes. Octopus was prepared to a level I’ve never had. Not chewy, slight sweet and nutty. Well balanced dish with chickpeas olives etc. The restaurant is curated to a level consistent and expected from Michelin guide restaurants down to the lighting, live music and 10/10 service. Not stuffy, pushy just a laid back atmosphere that will keep you coming back when you’re in Split. Highly recommended
Thomas — Google review
Just amazing! Highly recommend Zinfandel for an amazing meal and evening out in Split. The food was delicious and they were able to cater to my dietary requirements (including dairy and some seafood) without any issue or compromise on flavour. The wines were all superb and the waiter gave great recommendations and information about everything we tried. There was also live music, which made for a great atmosphere.
Kristy G — Google review
I’m from Toronto and I’ve come to Split the last two years in a row and Zinfandel is always a non-negotiable restaurant. The food is amazing and the staff is so amazing and hospitable. They remembered me and my friend from the year before and welcomed us with warm greetings. This most recent year, 2025, we went a total of 3 times within a span of 24 hours. They are also amazing with accommodating to gluten-free and dairy-free restrictions. Big thank you to Igor who remembered us from last year. Also thank you to Leon and Marina who served us this year also.
Grace R — Google review
Food was sublime. Every dish we tried was fantastic. Ingredients and combinations work so well. Service was fast and professional. Only cons was that the live music was a bit too loud. Otherwise, the best experience we had in our trip. Will not hesitate to come back if I ever return to Split.
Paola P — Google review
We came across Zinfandel from the Michelin guide. We were very excited to give it a try. We had the lunch deal (two courses for €29). We had - cauliflower mushroom starter (mushrooms were extremely salty) - pesto risotto (there were supposed to be shrimps inside, I got two very very small pieces) - beef burger was actually nice - dessert was supposed to be a chocolate tart, it was very disappointing the only option they advertised wasn’t available for lunch, we had the cannoli, it was a bit too hard. Service was slow, we received a discount as a compensation. Overall, our experience did not match the Michelin recommendation.
Julia Z — Google review
This restaurant is a must go. We had the tuna steak and the duck breast. Both plates were sooo good. The Markus white wine to go with it was amazing. It truly deserves it’s Michelin mention.
Alexandre L — Google review
We ate the muscles with figs, which was for me a bit of a strange combination. The fish and steak afterwards was very good. The service was good. The restaurant was fully booked, but you could still talk, even with the live singer that did a great job. We sat at the window and the garbage collector passed 2 times which gave an unpleasant smell.

Ignore every bad review on here and listen up because those people clearly have no taste buds. Everything we ordered was delicious, EVERYTHING!! the steaks were perfectly cooked, the sides all full of flavor, the steak sauces were a perfect touch to top it off, and the drinks were amazing! Our waitress was very attentive! And a meal like this goes perfect with the restaurant set up and vibe! Dont pass this place up trust me!

I had the steak fillet here and honestly, it was the best I’ve ever tried – perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The wine selection is amazing and pairs beautifully with the food. The atmosphere is just perfect – elegant yet relaxed, making it an absolutely must-visit spot in Split. A special thanks to Blazhe for the outstanding service – attentive, friendly, and truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommend Chops Grill for anyone looking for top-class steak, seafood. and a great dining experience!

Beautiful meal and last night at Split. The best steak and ribs dinner in awhile in Croatia! We had the Black Angus Rib eye and pork ribs with truffled potatoes and vegetables (capsicum, zucchini and mushrooms) on the side, and a bottle of the Italian Solco Toscana Syrah (Awarded best Italian red), went very well with the meal, easy to drink and smooth. Highly recommend this establishment. We enjoyed the atmosphere, with the soft live accoustic. Thank you to Ante, our wait staff for recommending the wine and for the service. Ante was quite, knowledgeable and super kind and friendly. A truly memorable evening for our last night in Split. Sad to be leaving.
L D — Google review
The service is extremely friendly, and the food is incredibly delicious – you can easily say this is the best steak in town. The prices may not be the lowest, but the taste and quality are at the highest possible level. We recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely come back when we’re in Split again.
Next V — Google review
Just brilliant! You should try mixed grill plate for two. Everything so tender, great side dishes and the Service and atmosphere is outstanding as well. Big compliment to our waiter Ivan R.! Of course it’s a bit more expressive than other restaurants, but definitely worth it. In other restaurants you pay 30€ for a steak that doesn’t taste well, so better pay 5-10€ more for an amazing one! We‘ll definitely come back :)
Maximilian S — Google review
A nice steakhouse in central Split. We ordered the chops grill for two (€68), which included chicken, sirloin steak, and veal. However, the price covers only the meat (sauces and sides must be ordered separately). At that price point, I feel at least fries or another side should be included, as paying extra makes it feel a bit expensive for just the meat. Also, I think I had the most expensive bottle of water of my life at Chops (9€ for a bottle of still water!). I rated the service 4 stars because when the platter arrived, no one explained which cut was which, so we had to figure it out ourselves. In my experience dining at steakhouses across Europe, introducing the cuts is standard practice. The meat was good, really juicy and very well cooked. The sauces (we ordered the bernaise and the truffle sauces) were very tasty too. My partner loved the onion rings, they were super crispy!
Perla B — Google review
One of the best places to have dinner in split. The location is perfect, as well as the atmosphere, the staff is polite, but the most important thing is the food which is beyond tasty, especially Steak Wellington.
Nikola B — Google review
What a great venue. Such tentative staff and great food. Great relaxed vibe. Expect to pay a little more for the quality of food and service. We took the kids and they didn’t treat us any different. Amazing meats cooked to perfection. Can’t recommend this enough. We booked to ensure a table but they didn’t seem overly busy the whole night.

Amazing. Just amazing. Our waitress was absolutely amazing! I personally felt very seen when she offered a shot to us, and without me asking she gave me a non-alcoholic shot because she noticed that I did not drink while my partner did. This type of service is rare and really great. The food is also so flavourful. It was a nice experience. After we left we immediately made another reservation for later this week. RESERVATION IS NEEDED.

This is the most WONDERFUL restaurant in Split! It was so good that my husband and I came twice for dinner (in our three night stay). Everything was prepared to perfection. You must get one of the tarte flambe (the goat cheese and fig was awesome) and the burrata and grilled peach salad (DELICIOUS), and EVERYTHING we had was incredible. The service is amazing -- so attentive and generous! We loved the staff. And we also enjoyed meeting some of our friendly fellow diners. Overall, I can't recommend this place more highly. It made our time in Split excellent!!!

What an excellent experience! The restaurant itself has a whimsical and de delightful ambience. There’s indoor and outdoor seating The service was excellent. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, passionate about the food, and friendly. I had a glass of the red cuvée Which I loved. My husband and I shared the chefs platter that focused on a selection of different charcuterie, cooked meats, vegetables, and olives It was a wonderful tour of Dalmatian inspired foods. Every piece of meat was cooked perfection as with the vegetables For dessert, we had the lemon tiramisu and The plum crumble. They were a beautiful balance of sweet and acidic. We highly recommend you come here for a unique and delicious experience

Our dinner at Ćiri Biri Bela was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We ordered the whipped spicy feta dip, hot honey halloumi, lamb chops, chicken kabob, scallops with garlic butter, and grilled vegetable kabob, and everything was incredible. The restaurant has a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff made us feel right at home. It’s clear they put care into every detail, from the presentation to the locally sourced ingredients. Easily one of the best meals we’ve had in Split and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

I went to this place based on some positive review, i didnt read unfortunatelly the negative before. My first day in Split. The food was good, nice looking. The prices are just to high compare to other places in Split (now I see). The quality of the fruit was poor. Some raisins were dry, melon no taste. So yes nice, but overpriced. Staying 7 days in Split but want go back because I found better place with much reasonable prices.

We had a room on the other side of the street and had breakfast here a few times when there was no queue. You usually have to wait for a table, but it's worth it. The breakfast is awesome, the service perfect. We alleays felt welcome and had a great time. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the products offered. Fresh & yummy.

Came here for breakfast as it was recommended by the host of the place I was staying at. And it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I ordered the Mushroom Croque and it came nicely done with LOTS of mushrooms, caramelized onions, pickled cucumbers and nicely topped with cheesy that pulls and stretches - promising a yummy bite! I overheard the next table saying it looks good (PS: They were right!) See photo (was too good to resist a first bite! Only realised belatedly that I should take a photo to remind myself of this delicious dish!) 100% recommend this place.

Bokamorra Haute Couture Pizza & Cocktails, also known as a "Pizzaurant," offers a luxurious dining experience with its upscale setting and sumptuous Neapolitan-style pizzas. While it is the highest priced among its peers, it still offers reasonable prices compared to other restaurants in town. The menu features a variety of pizza options, including traditional choices like Margherita and unique creations such as the Shrimp pizza.
Excellent cocktails. Our bartender was so lovely - knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. He took time to explain the story behind each of our cocktails. Attention to details is excellent in this place. We also had a sweet pizza, which was very interesting to try.
Katarina F — Google review
Based on a recommendation from our host, as one of the best pizza restaurants in Split, we figured we would try it, not impressed. The crust was very thin and tasty, but not completely cooked in a few areas of my pizza. The tomato sauce was kind of thick but had the taste of a spice I was not expecting on pizza, might have been fresh oregano and the cheese had no taste at all. The restaurant has a bar atmosphere with loud music and loud conversations. Overall, not bad pizza but not traditional flavors at all.
Jamie W — Google review
This place is built for the young and the nostalgic, 80s pop hits, and a lively crowd. The staff are genuinely friendly and impressively efficient, keeping the energy upbeat and the service smooth. The pizza looks great: thick, charred crust with quality toppings like black olives, capers, and anchovies. Ingredients are fresh and well chosen. But structurally, it’s a mixed bag. The edge is thick and almost deep-dish, while the center is thin and soggy from too much tomato sauce. It leans Neapolitan, but the balance is off. Great for a fun night out with good vibes and solid service.
Simon C — Google review
While service and ambient was nice, the pizza itself wasn't as we expected. I personally think that they pushed too far with ingridient mixes. Sticking to traditional pizzas would be better. But it's just my taste. If you want to try some new pizza flavors, this place is for you. Drinks and cocktails were fine, we enjoyed them.

We went here on the recommendation of our walking tour guide and we were amazed indeed. They accommodated us even without any reservations. We had the porco mio with lars and tartufizza. Both were amazing wood fire baked pizza served with the side of chilli and garlic olive oil. An empty plate indeed points towards the taste and quality of the food here
Monotosh C — Google review
We were recommended this restaurant by our extreme canyoning guide as one of the best pizza restaurants in town. We came as a party of 9 people on a Saturday around 5-6pm and had no issue getting a table. I ordered the Porco Mio pizza and that was exactly to my tastes. There was also chilli oil, garlic oil, and chilli flakes provided on the table as condiments. I'd recommend visiting this restaurant if you want a proper, non-fast-food pizza.

Make a reservation to guarantee you get a table. The pizza is the best! Great menu. Large drink menu. Service is top notch. Love the garlic oil and pepper oil toppings. They also have desert pizza, so save room. Lovely vibe. Great bar area.

This was a great spot for dinner and drinks! The staff was friendly and gave me an amazing drink recommendation. The atmosphere is fun and loud. The pizza was pretty good (the crust was so fluffy) but the bottom was a little thin. Overall a great dinner experience!

Restaurant Bajamonti is a true gem in the heart of Split, perfectly situated at the end of the Riva and nestled within the vibrant Prokurative square. This charming eatery not only boasts stunning views of the Adriatic Sea but also offers an inviting atmosphere enhanced by seasonal floral decorations on each table. The service here is exceptional, with staff who go above and beyond to make your dining experience memorable—like remembering your preferences from previous visits!
What a fabulous place to eat & drink - it's worth visiting just for the tenderloin steak!! Zoran was our waiter and helped us enormously with the menu, extremely polite and friendly throughout our visit to this lovely restaurant. Great food, great staff, great view, great for people watching! We will definitely be returning next time we are in Split. Prices were very reasonable for such a prime location, and cheaper than we found elsewhere in the old town.

Bajamonti was a pleasant surprise indeed. The food was delicious - we went for the seabass for 2 and the monkfish. My girls had the margerita pizza which they cleaned off quickly. Service was lovely and they even kindly re-seated us outside once the rain had stopped at my request. Nothing seemed to be a bother and our waiter was fantastic. He filleted the fish in style and ensured we were comfortable. The atmosphere in the square was truly lovely and lively, whilst not being too loud serving a pleasant environment to dine in. I would highly recommend a visit here!

The food was great we ordered two pizzas and some burgers. It was delicious, juicy and savory. Joseph (our waiter) is an AMAZING waiter. He was attentive, personable, and funny. He provided amazing service and made the whole dining experience an enjoyable one. Absolutely ask for him when you dine here! Could not recommend enough!!!

We had a wonderful lunch here. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I am a coeliac and I need to eat gluten free, which was clearly indicated on the menu and there were a number of options for me. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The service was impeccable, as was the setting and the ambience. (They even laughed at my husband's jokes 😄). I would certainly recommend you check out this restaurant if you are ever in Split, Croatia. Thank you to the three, wonderful, staff members who served us 😊. The price I selected included a very tasty bottle of wine.

Our first night in Split and we were looking for something simple and easy. These folks absolutely hit it out of the park. The wife had what basically in America would be a calzone, and I had a cheese pizza added prosciutto, and both of them were absolutely fantastic! Homemade pizza crust garlic bread was fantastic as well. Had a couple of drinks and the bill was quite reasonable! Highly highly recommend, oh yeah, the view and setting is spectacular as well.

Very nice restaurant with breathtaking view! Super cool they have tables outside because you can enjoy the view. The lobster was perfect - homemade koculanski makaruni was also super tasty! Fish stew was quite low- lack of taste, lots of bones in fish and lack of spices - honestly the dish quite average. But in general, I recommend this restaurant. Staff was super friendly and polite

The food was perfect. There was live music all the time and it had such a great atmosphere. Our waiter, Božo, was the best, both me and my friend asked for recommendations and he didn't miss. I really liked the burger and the lamb. All desserts tasted amazingly and a very pleasent experience overall.😀

Bobis-Riva is a popular cafe located at the promenade in Riva. The cafe serves coffee, drinks and snacks, but pastries are the main focus of the restaurant. The service was slow at times but ok.
Great snacks sweet and savoury, extremely fresh for a very reasonable price and very good coffees. Always busy, expect to have to wait a little, however the staff is friendly and competent. I’ve been there several times and look forward to further visits.
Elisabeth C — Google review
We searched Split high and low for somewhere serving coffee and cake. Bobis on the Riva was about the only place we found. Yummy pastries and the coffee is OK ( latter to milky though). The were only 2 waiters and huge number of customers so they were under the pump but still friendly. You can also enjoy drinks and there is no pressure to move on
L M — Google review
I’ve been a loyal customer at this bakery for a while and have always had great experiences—attentive staff, fast service, and a welcoming atmosphere. However, my last two visits have been disappointing due to the attitude of one particular waiter (an older gentleman, around 45-55 years old). From the moment we arrived, his demeanor was unwelcoming. Instead of a simple greeting, we were met with a curt “What do you want?” in an uninviting tone. When we asked for a few more minutes to look over the menu, he seemed visibly annoyed and returned almost immediately, standing silently and staring at us until we made a decision. A simple request for a glass of water was met with an exaggerated eye roll, which was both unnecessary and unprofessional. The payment process was another issue. While I’ve always been able to pay by card without a problem, this waiter insisted I go inside to do so. Normally, I wouldn’t mind, but given his attitude throughout the experience, it felt more like an inconvenience than a standard policy. What made it worse was that he insisted on charging us immediately—despite the fact that the bakery was still three hours from closing—interrupting our conversation in the process. It wasn’t just us—his rude attitude was consistent across multiple tables. The poor service was entirely due to his unprofessional behavior. If this is how he handles his job now, I can’t imagine how much worse it will be once the busy season starts. I truly hope this is addressed before it impacts the reputation of an otherwise great establishment.

We came here 3 days in a row. On the first day everything was fantastic! The pain au chocolat was delicious, the expresso as well and service too. On the second day they mixed my order but was rush hour in the morning so was okay. But on the 3rd and last day, I was very disappointed. I ordered again my favorite (the pain au chocolat) and cleary is from yesterday. Very dry and hard to bite. Was 9h15 in the morning, they could at least say they are still in the oven and I would wait. Very sad that I'm leaving with a bad impression when was my fav.

Dian P — Google review
Awful service, there were no waiters to serve or greet us so I naturally went to the bar to order. The lady behind asked if I was eating in and told me to go and sit down. She didn't bother to ask anyone to serve me. Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged and decided to leave.
Andrew M — Google review
We had an aperitif there and they wouldn't let us pay separately. Then, after quickly showing us the receipt (not the whole thing, but three separate ones because "they forgot to add drinks"), they threw the receipt away and we weren't allowed to see it again. Plus, the drinks weren't anything special and furthermore the prices on the paper and online menus were also different, causing difficulties for customers who don't know how much they actually owe. Terrible service. Don't go there.
Matilde P — Google review
Don't get fooled about the "cheaper" prices. The quality is lower and the personell is so rude I cannot even describe it. Especially the women at the bar, not the guy at the tables. That was such a horrible experience, stay away!!!! And the toilet is putrid.

I am very unhappy with the service of this establishment!!! It started to rain outside. We went inside, sat down at a table, asked for a menu, but we weren't hungry, we wanted to warm up. We wanted to order tea, dessert, and coffee. We were refused, you can only eat at the table! The waitress answered us that "I understand that it's raining outside, but people eat here, not drink coffee." Dear administration of this establishment, your waiters are trained in restaurant etiquette! To refuse a visitor to sit at a table because he ordered tea and dessert instead of pizza! This is terrible, I don't recommend it!! Disgusting!!!

Heard it from TikTok, ordered their special pizza, can’t say it’s not good. The service was alright. But there was just a serve came up to me and rejected my service dog to be sitting next to me. Btw she’s helping with psychotic reason. So I wouldn’t recommend to come if you have a dog. They do have an outdoor area might be better but the weather was too hot around 94 degrees, so I can’t do it for sure.

Amazing spot by the sea! Skipper Pizzeria has great views, a relaxed vibe, and truly delicious pizza—especially the seafood one. Fresh ingredients, crispy crust, and friendly service (the waiter very friendly “Ante” I guess the name) A must-visit when in Split!

Absolutely incredible food and nice cocktails. Loved our time here. Wasn’t too badly priced either. We had the mixed grill for 2 and the meter long pizza between 4 of us with 3 cocktails, beer, coke and a cider and it cost 130 euro.

The restaurant is nicely located at the harbour with a great view over the sea, city and the ships. The staff is friendly and the prices are okay. It’s not cheap but also not unusual for the region. The pizzas were quite good. Unfortunately the panna cotta was rather disappointing but also not bad.

After so much traditional meat dishes here in Croatia, we were looking for a simple pizza, and this place came up on Google as THE best in Split. The food was really good, but the view and the ambiance was stunning! And not over priced like we have often encountered
Karen D — Google review
Came here after a walk around the park located behind the restaurant. We had a pizza which was very disappointing in comparison to other pizzas of the same price around Croatia. It’s was very soggy and tasteless, the toppings didn’t taste like good quality ingredients. I had a spaghetti carbonara which I did eat as I was starving but it was a hard meal to finish. I was very very disappointed to see that they hadn’t cooked the sauce correctly and ended up just making scrambled eggs. An easy mistake to make for an at home cook but I expect better coming from a restaurant kitchen. Also the pancetta tasted like a plastic packet.

My wife and I stopped by yesterday, as we had to try some of their amazing looking treats. We were so glad we did - delicious. This place only has limited seating inside, but there are places outside to sit on a ledge to share a treat...or one for each. Without a doubt, their cinnamon rolls are worth the trip - amazing. We tried another treat (olive oil cake) and it was also delicious...and like a small piece of art. The service was great and the decor was definitely next level. I highly recommend this place for a treat. Thanks.

What a great little pastry shop. Only 3 tables available inside, no outside seating. Located near the Croatian National Theater. If I hadn't been looking for it specifically, I would have just passed by it. I saw a couple of people sitting inside through a closed door and wasn'teven sure if the place was open. You cannot see the desserts from the window, such a shame! Quite a contrast to hundreds of ice cream shops downtown where the desserts are on display inviting you to buy something. Apparently a lot of people order take out. Went in on a weekday, 1 hour before closing so they only had 3 types of cake available, but at least you know they're fresh. And delicious.

Sladoledarnica Emiliana in Split is a popular spot known for serving some of the best ice cream in the area. Despite being a budget-friendly option, it attracts long queues due to its exceptional quality and unique flavors. The gelateria offers a variety of options, including pistachio and cheesecake flavors. While cash is the only accepted payment method, visitors can enjoy watching the staff prepare freshly made gelato.
I visited this ice cream bar every single day during my stay in Split - and for good reason! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, making each visit a pleasure. The selection of flavors is amazing, with something for everyone, including standout options like rich dark and creamy white Dubai chocolate. The ice cream itself is beyond delicious - smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality. Even when there’s a queue (which just shows how popular it is!), it moves quickly and efficiently. And trust me, it’s totally worth the wait. Hands down, this is the best ice cream spot in all of Split. Don’t miss it!

Emiliana is a definite recommendation. Attention! Emiliana has two entrances in the same building, but the original one is the one located opposite the round glass liquor shop. The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the gelato is absolutely delicious. From our very first visit, we knew a new tradition was born — throughout our vacation, we went there every evening to try new flavors.

**THERE ARE TWO BACK-TO-BACK STORES WITH THIS NAME, THE NORTHERN-MOST ONE NEAR WC IS THE BEST** Without a doubt the best gelato we had during a week in Split. The other stores have nice gelato and nothing to complain about, but this was a show stopper. Super creamy, dense and rich. I was offered tastings for a couple flavours (which was not the case for any other store) and the ones I tried were so rich and delicious. On different days, I tried the biscuit ball(?), pistachio, and almond cherry(?) [can't remember exact names] and they were all amazing. Each time, I received a little wafer in the cup, again unlike any of the other stores.

Located next to the sea promenade, it has a very nicely decorated interior even for cold days. The large space is broken up with simple solutions and decorations, thus creating a pleasant atmosphere. The extremely friendly staff contributes to this. Of course, great cakes too. I highly recommend the cream pie with cherries. Moderate prices. Horrible service, ice cream has a huge chuck of ice inside, when I asked the staff about it she just said ‘’it’s just ice, it’s nothing’, no apologies, no exchange, ended up paying 1/3 of my ice cream for big chuck of ice. The drinks also definitely don’t worth the price they charged.

The staff provides excellent service, always friendly and willing to answer any inquiries about their delectable cakes. Though the prices are reasonable, the cakes themselves are truly outstanding and worth every penny. Each cake is handcrafted and unique to Cukar, offering a special taste that cannot be found elsewhere in Croatia.
The best desserts in Croatia! Spent several days on Vis and visited Cukar every single day. I am a baker confectioner, so I am very picky with cakes I eat, this place is just WOW. Everything we tried was beyond delicious. I especially miss the lemon cake 🍋 On the way back bought several packs of biscuits as souvenirs and they were also very good. A must visit if you're on Vis!

Excellente service (the young lady speaks a very good English and she is very kind) The food is very good, very similar to French pastries quality and taste. Definitely a place to go to eat (and drink) something.

Definitely the best "food" provider on the island. Too bad they only serve desserts! Probably the best pastry shop on the Adriatic. Congratulations, I RECOMMEND! If you visit Vis, Cukar is in the first place, even though desserts are served last .

Supertasty cakes with local ingredients. It's hard for me to point out the favorites - let's say they are Onica (with hazelnuts, orange, apple, fig, wine and bay leaf), Limun (lemon shaped cake) and Carob cake with orange. Honorable place goes to Plivači ('Swimmers'), great pastries with orange and hazelnut. ❤😊 Be sure to visit if you are on the island.

Great spot for both ice cream, sorbet, and gelato - plenty of different options. The cafe is at the edge of the city, very welcoming - affordable prices at €2 per scoop. You can get either a cone or cup; plus many other options of coffee.

Excellent gelato, with many options: the dark chocolate with forest berries is an incredible combination. The pistachio deserves a special mention. The place is located at the left entrance to the historic center,

Stopped by for a sweet treat after lunch and we were absolutely thrilled! Each of us decided for 2 scoops of ice cream in a regular cone. They offer many different types of ice cream, even special kinds like Kinder Bueno White (which we adored !), Piña Colada, Fig & Ricotta, Dubai Chocolate, Mandarin & Speculoos, Apricot Cheesecake and many many more. As said, the Kinder Bueno White was phenomenal! Super rich and creamy ice cream, tasted just like the inside of Bueno bars and they even had the Bueno Spread with little chunks on top. 10/10 ⭐️ Even classic variations like Joghurt amarena were rich in flavour, sweet but not watery at all. The scoops are a bit pricey with 2,50€ BUT we would say, it’s definitely worth it. Staff is friendly, fast and funny as well - so there’s no downside at all. It tends to get crowded here, now we know why! We'll come back for sure 🍦

The best ice cream in the 40km perimeter. Nice variety of flavors that taste real, and not fake. Only some of the flavors like Raffaello and alike are sweet. They also offer GF variants, and it is suitable for celiaks as well! They take precautions. They offer gluten free cone as well. They have good Affogato. Very special! The staff is ok, and pretty polite for the local measures.

Incredible food!! Probably the best we've had on our holiday so far, very impressed by the flavours and quality. The smoothies were refreshing and a perfect beverage after a hot day in the sun. This place is great! If you dine in, you choose your ice cream from the counter at the front and they put it in ice-cold glasses for you which makes for a refreshing treat. I recommend the cherry yoghurt or orange cheesecake flavours. Also the homemade strawberry lemonade was good if you like slightly tart things. Dreamy location so expensive at €16 for two ice creams and two drinks but worth it to shelter from the sun. Service was also really prompt.

For a place of this size, there were simply not enough waiters when we visited. We had to wait 15 minutes for a waiter just to place our order, and the same thing happened when I wanted to pay. The waiter did not approach us nor react to my attempts to make eye contact. My wife and daughter even had time to leave, buy ice cream, and finish it while I was still waiting for the bill. I was about to just leave money on the table and walk out when the waiter finally showed up. The restaurant has a “Vera Pizza Napoletana” sign, and honestly, that was the only reason we chose it over other pizzerias in town. As for the pizza itself: in my opinion, the dough had slightly too little hydration for a true VPN, though that’s not necessarily bad. However, on the Margherita they used dried basil instead of fresh — which is a complete faux pas. On the Gamberetti, the shrimp were carelessly tossed in the middle of the pizza instead of being spread out evenly. Overall, the pizza was OK, but if you are looking for authentic Vera Pizza Napoletana, this is not the place for you.

Tucked away in a charming, hidden corner on a small square market, this gem of a shop consistently offers the finest ice cream in town. Although there are numerous ice cream shops throughout Trogir, none compare to the quality and flavor you'll discover here. We've been coming to 7 Palmi for the last 12 years, and despite trying many other options, this one remains our absolute favorite. The creamy texture and rich flavors make every visit a delight. Hoopla I — Google review
Came across the second square and saw the name "7 Palms" Gelato Bar which got my attention with plenty of ice cream choice aswell as the milkshakes and smoothies. My choice was the smoothie "Tropi Colada" which is excellent in taste and refreshing for this type of wheather. It's name is historical and known for the 7 palms that were on this square 60 years ago which are cut down and left to only 1 palm 😅. Nonetheless service fast and attentative good coffee and fresh smoothies and milkshakes. Recommend 10/10
De M — Google review
Ordered a smoothie, didn't expect a lot, still was beyond disappointed. That they use mini prepacked frozen mix with 8-10 mini pieces of frozen fruit, that I could get over, it could still make a good smoothie. BUT THE FACT THEY JUST USE WATER AND NOT EVEN JUICE💀 Gurl for €6 to get a tasteless watered down yuck as a "fresh homemade smoothie" is trully insane. Didn't try their gelato, but their scam practises and immediate try to lure you in as soon as you walk by told me enough to never come anywhere near.

aROMA gelato experience Boutique Hvar offers a wide variety of high-quality ice cream flavors, including sorbets for those with lactose/dairy restrictions. The boutique is conveniently located near the port and is known for its friendly staff and fast-moving queues. While slightly pricey, the unique flavor combinations and regular changes in the range make it worth revisiting. Customers particularly enjoy classic favorites like pistachio and inventive options such as lavender + lemon basil sorbet.
Great quality ice-cream, a little overpriced, but it's what you expect in a tourist central location. Often short queues to get into the boutique, but worth the wait. compared to aroma in Stari Grad, pretty bad experience and bad service. the double scoop 7 euro was TINY compared to the other aroma store and the worker got upset when we wanted to try two flavours even though we all bought double scoops… ice cream is delish but the serving size and service was crazy.

I loved it here so much I went back multiple times during my stay in Split. The owner is so kind and her baked goods (cookies, small cakes, tarts, muffins) are beautifully crafted and taste even better than they look, and they look like a work of art! You can tell is made with love and passion for crafting beautiful and delicious sweets, they also have ice cream and different coffee drinks. The interior is designed lovely and it’s all around really nice place to have a cake and coffee.

I came here multiple days in a row for a coffee and a cake. Their offering sometimes switches. Some days fresh cinnamon rolls. I had eclair here, along with various cakes. The owner and everyone working here are super hospitable. It's a chill place to relax, away from the old town. There's good WiFi and tables to sit or do some reading on the chairs near the window. In the weekend it gets busier.

2.80 euro for one, no extra charge for waffle cones or the little chocolate dipped waffle cookie. Came here twice, tried the pistachio cheese cake and the super black chocolate (which I was told is just dark chocolate). Both were great! The pistachio cheesecake had crunchy bits which were very tasty:) staffs were nice!

The ice cream is SO good, we went to this location twice in an hour!! We decided that two ice creams each was worth skipping lunch 😌. The staff is very nice and friendly! In total we tried 4 flavors- pistachio cheesecake (best one), dark chocolate (second best), pistachio (amazing flavor) and pistachio white chocolate (my least favorite). I highly recommend this store for fantastic flavorful ice creams!!

We tried various ice cream places all over split and Brac, during the week we were there, including a few we were recommended by friends. This place is by far the best it’s great value you served by a smile and the people are very knowledgeable. There are some places that we do rip off and not worth going to .. we visited this place seven times!!

We stopped into Gelateria aMare for a quick scoop of gelato and it was great! They had a great selection of flavors, and they gave you a perfect size scoop. We tried espresso and stracciatella and both loved what we ordered.

Really good sorbet and ice cream here. I came with a party of 9 people and we each got different flavours. I went for the rose peach lemon sorbet and that perfectly suited my tastes.

L'amore Per Il Gelato is a must-visit for gelato enthusiasts in Croatia. This renowned spot offers authentic and exquisite flavors that are a treat for the taste buds. Visitors rave about the creamy, rich, and delicious gelato that is considered the best in town. The customer service is exceptional, with instances of generosity leaving patrons pleasantly surprised. Additionally, vegans can rejoice as there's a delectable vegan extra dark chocolate option available.
Perfect sorbet ice cream! Nice consistency and packed with flavour, just couldnt get enough! Amazing costumer’s service and the taste test made it so much easier to decide! Was more expensive than other ice cream stores but in our opinion it was worth it!
Kim H — Google review
Way better than the big chain gelato places—this spot feels way more unique and handmade. Pistachio cone edge was amazing—packed with flavor, super generous, and the cone was crispy with this yummy toasty finish. Banana is a total hidden gem—super smooth and full of real banana flavor. You don’t see that often! Apple pie was really interesting—like a soft apple cake with just a hint of cinnamon, really cozy. Chocolate was rich but still light and refreshing.

Fantastic ice cream, made in house. Several non-standard flavours . You can sample 2 or 3 before choosing. 3 80 Eur per small pot so not cheap but worth it, and you get a complimentary wafer :-)
Pawel M — Google review
Nice selection of flavors, and very clean place, service was prompt, fair prices and good portions. Located at base of harbor and easy to access.
Dustin N — Google review
Really unfriendly server, portion size was by far the poorest in all the places we've visited in Croatia traveling for a month, and we've tried a lot of ice cream! There was no prices visible and paid €14 for two tubs with 2 tiny scoops in each tub. I told the girl serving us that it was the smallest amount I'd received anywhere else and she just didn't care. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place
John M — Google review
Very poor value for money, No prices posted on the menu for regular size - our mistake. Small is EUR 3.50. We expected a regular would be EUR 5.00. Actual price turned out to be EUR 7 dollars - the most expensive Gelato compared to Italy or the United States in Croatia. See receipt. My son got a pistachio cone, add another 3 for the cone so that is EUR 10. We paid EUR 34.50 for one small and 4 regular.

I’m giving this a 5 star because of the amazing customer service and of course the taste of the Ice cream. I wandered in here and ordered the Chocolate with hazelnut, the lady was so kind she refused to accept any money for it as she said they were closing. I was so surprised! I have never experienced this before. To top it off the ice cream was rich and creamy

Tradition Bakery is a well-established confectionery in town, renowned for its artisanal ice cream made fresh daily. It stands out as the oldest bakery still operating, offering an exquisite selection of treats. Unlike overrated touristic spots with long queues and mediocre gelato, this establishment guarantees superior quality desserts. Moreover, they excel in creating mouthwatering sandwiches prepared with love and care.
Sometimes in life, you get a piece of food that isn’t just a moment on the lips, it’s a memory for a lifetime. The succulent, soft, tender cinnamon bun from Tradicija was one of these memories, soft dough, warm vanilla creme running through and hints of cinnamon. Some may say Diocletian’s palace is the highlight of Split, I’d care to disagree.

This was recommended by a local for having the best traditional pastries. We arrived a bit late (after 1pm) so there weren't many options, but what we got were delicious. Our fave was the cherry pie!

The cinnamon roll is incredibly light and delicious! I also brought home some homemade biscuits. I have already snacked on a few, and they taste great without being overly sweet. They're perfect for a cup of dark tea!

Beautiful bakery which has operated for decades selling traditional Croatian biscuits and pastries. Everything is homemade and it really shows! We particularly adored the Dalmatian rafiol biscuits and the cherry pies. The staff were also very kind.

We arrived at 8:30 am and the pastries were still warm from the oven! This is the real deal. Homemade cinnamon rolls and strudel! We met a guy who walked 5 km just to go to this bakery. Easy to pass up because it is rather small but huge flavor!

Price is great especially for a tourist areas! Delicious traditional pastries and friendly service. Cinnamon rolls look soft and delicious. Kremšnita looks wonderful. If they served coffee ☕ it would be perfect.
Mike M — Google review
A mega delicious sandwich store. Lots of sweets but baked with love. We had a cinnamon roll and chocolate roll. The cinnamon bun was even still warm and with delicious cream inside. The chocolate sandwich took a while for the chocolate to come out but after that it was also a nice sandwich.Besides sandwiches they also sell ice cream but we didn't try that. The staff were two older ladies who lovingly sold and baked the sandwiches. With hand gestures and some English words we took our sandwiches. Definitely going here to get a sweet snack.

I Gemelli is a superb small bakery in Omis, Croatia, known for its exceptional and delightful cakes. The establishment offers a wide range of options, including coffee, ice coffees, sodas, and delectable pastries. The cozy outdoor seating area provides a charming atmosphere to enjoy the treats. With its modern yet romantic design that appears brand new, I Gemelli stands out as one of the finest pastry shops in the region.
The best dessert we had during our 7-day trip to Croatia! Absolutely delicious. The location offers a lovely view over the charming old town streets of Omiš. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Don’t miss this place if you’re visiting Omiš – it’s a hidden gem on the coast!

Amazing deserts and atmosphere! In the middle of the old town and right before climbing into the Peovica fortress, you can find this cozy cafe with very original deserts made by them. We had the pistachio and the amarena shaped desserts and they were fantastic! Highly recommend this place.

This was an absolutely must visit in Omis! Husband loves sweets so he dragged me here. We got two cappuccinos and a pastry that I refused to eat because I am not a big sweets fan. Finally took a bite and it was amazing! Not super sweet, but delicious! Helped him eat the rest!
Holly D — Google review
Gorgeous little coffee shop with the most delicious, pretty and fresh pastries. Set in the old town with a beautiful picture window over looking the square and church. Friendly staff and great coffee.
Ann G — Google review
The pastries here look much better than they taste. They are a bit bland in flavor and slightly too sweet, but visually they are very appealing. In Omiš – and in most Croatian towns – such pastries definitely stand out and are popular. The price-to-quality ratio is average, but acceptable. A big plus was that we needed to buy around a dozen pastries to arrange them into a birthday cake, and that worked out really well. We came back two or three more times, and while the pastries were okay, they weren’t particularly impressive. Overall, I don’t think these pastries would make much of an impact anywhere else in Europe, but in Croatia, where the culinary and pastry scene is rather limited, they do stand out a bit more. Giving 3 stars feels a bit generous – in reality it’s somewhere between 2 and 2.5, but since half-stars aren’t possible, it ends up being 3

The process was fascinating to watch, and the final product was a treat for the senses. The texture was silky smooth, and the flavor was out of this world—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. We came because of the good reviews and I was interested to try something different. I took oreo taste & banana and the overall impression was just "meh". Not impressed really. The price of 5.50 euros doesn't reflect the value, the taste was watery and I didn't even taste banana in the ice-cream roll. It looks nice and instagram-able but it's just for the pictures. The workers are friendly and polite, but I will stick to good old scoop ice-cream. Nothing special overall.

The gelateria offers a variety of flavors, with some customers recommending the snicker and lemon options. Visitors praise the friendly staff who welcome tourists warmly.
Staff are really friendly and cheerful. They do free chocolate topping and hazelnut topping which makes it extra special. The Dubai ice cream is amazing, we had to go back another day and get it again!

The pistachio ice cream was great but the chocolate one could be a bit richer in flavor. The staff were respectful but you could tell they are exhausted from tourists.
Patricia M — Google review
A cute and small ice cream store. There are very many in the city with different flavors. We ran into this store. Just off the boulevard. On a small square. We had snicker flavor and lemon flavor. The snicker flavor had a little too little caramel in my opinion. However, the pieces of chocolate in the ice cream were nice. The lemon flavor was a bit simple. The staff is very friendly and tries to greet tourists in their language. The store also has a small terrace where they serve more than ice cream but we did not sit there. It was a small place with no real interior. Music was not present. Place to just grab an ice cream.

Where to start! Around 9 years ago we were sitting down with friends for a coffee, checked the menu and we ordered Some fancy looking Ice cream Cup. Sole purpuse was to prove my point that it is never looks like on the picture on the menu. I was TOTALY wrong! It looked the same, fruit garnish umbrella, the whole shebang! And it was yummi!! I mean heavenly Yummi!! Since then many holidays in Trogir and many years later, it is still the same Ice cream heaven!! The reason behind can be found by talking to the owner. It is a family business since generations, and it shows! The love of making ice cream, the vibe of the place is priceless! It makes the place unique and trully represent what is Trogir all about!! These long standing traditional places gives the essence of this place!! I really want you to go and experience Trogir with their Ice cream in your hand! I promise it's gonna be unforgetable experience! Friendly warning! It can Catch you!! The ice cream, and Trogir too. Have been in many many places, but something always brings me back here! Ps: Levander tasted ice cream is a must try!!

Very good ice cream. The green apple taste like sour apple and the lavender taste just like it smells. You can choose a sweet cone and what flavour it should have. The best cone we have tried in Trogir. They take card and cash.

Very bad experience at this place by the older man who was serving ice cream. I asked him if there was fruit salad as I saw it on the poster - I’ve never encountered such rude service the way he spoke to me made me feel terrible, he started telling me why am I not at a table and was so rude in his demeanour waving his hands then at the end giving me a menu in the rudest way. I’m really shocked. I would give zero stars if I could.

The best ice cream I have tried so far. The fruity flavours, such as green apple, lemon, mango and melon will be in my dreams for a long time. I have also tried the lavender one for the first time in my life - totally recommend. The waiter speaks quite fluently in Polish, which is very impressive. I spent there lots of money, no regrets at all.

We had a couple of pieces of Baklava today and found them to be the worst we've ever had. Didn't even finish eating the rest and ended up throwing them away. We had baklava in Istanbul and Beirut, this is not the real deal. Avoid this tourist trap.

Ice cream shop
Pa Ti Odoli is an exceptional ice cream shop in Vis, Croatia that offers a wide range of delectable and well-flavored gelato. The creamy, delicious, and flavorful ice cream available here is truly worth the price and any waiting time in line. The shop boasts a variety of interesting flavors that are accurately represented - for instance, if it claims to taste like lemon pie, it genuinely does.
Having tried all the ice cream places in Vis town and Kut, this is the winner, hands down. Truly excellent ice cream served by lovely people. We ate there at least once a day (generally twice...) every day of our holiday. Just go!

Delicious!! We had the apple strudel and orange cheesecake flavours. Very convenient that it is right near the outdoor cinema. Lots of good flavours to choose from.

We've been visiting this place last 3 years. Quality and taste are great. Unfortunately each year, with higher price, portion is smaller. This year size is ridiculously small. For 3,5 Euro we received portion at least two times smaller than 2 years ago. 3 days in row the same, tiny size. It's not the way to keep customers satisfaction 😕

Love the waffle cone. The vegan fruit ice cream is ok (I prefer the kind in Budapest / Vienna with less plant milk) and a bit pricey. The girl who works there is very helpful though 🍨💕

Mr. Pozzetti Premium Ice Cream and Chimney Cones offers a unique twist on traditional gelato by serving it in large chimney cones, reminiscent of churros. The store is praised for its exceptional service, with friendly and communicative staff who allow customers to sample flavors before making a choice. Visitors are impressed by the cozy and stunning store ambiance. The ice cream itself is described as sumptuously delicious, with options like warm chimney cones filled with white chocolate and dipped in raspberry sugar.
Amazing and solid place for ice cream and ice cream in a chimney cake. The chimney is made freshly everytime you order unlike some other places I’ve been to, it was so good and warm. Many ice cream flavors, would say a bit steep price but it’s too good not to try, we went here 2 times because of how good it was. The girl there is nice and helpful and definitely generous with the ice cream and fillings. I would go back 100%

Interesting concept. Must try! I had crème brûlée in a cinnamon sugar chimney cone. The ice-cream was just ok but the cone was excellent. It’s fun to watch the cone being baked/roasted.
Anju P — Google review
It’s pricey and they don’t offer basic flavors - everything is very over the top - but I managed to get vanilla ice cream with Nutella (for 8.8€). It was nice to find trdelník in Split though
Alexandra G — Google review
The ice cream chimney cone is toasted fresh and is very warm and delicious when you get it! Compliments the ice cream perfectly. The warm crispy and soft dough with the sweetness of the ice cream is what I’ve been craving for weeks!!! Definitely give it a try!
Melissa D — Google review
The good: I had creme brulee ice cream in a walnut chimney cake. Delicious! ☺️ Not for the purists. The sweet chimney cake masks the ice cream flavour. 🧐 The bad: 7 eur for this is a rip off and a tourist trap. Overcharging people is shady and I do not like it. Fair price in the centre would be 3 euros for both ice cream and a chimney cake. Instead it is 7. 😄

Creperie
The crêperie Bajamina (Plokite) is a great place to get pancakes and other French-inspired food. The food is delicious and the service is okay. You can choose between sweet and savory toppings for your pancakes, making them really customizable. The only downside of the crêperie might be that the pancakes were a bit dry.
One of the greatest pancakes I have ever tasted. Menu is versatile with so many options that you can mix. Great and very friendly staff.

Local crepe shop that has two locations in Split. We were served quickly and professionaly. Crepes came out in about 15 minutes and they were amazing! The have their own choise of crepes, but if you want you can make your own crepes. Prices could be a little lower and it lacks an great atmosphere. All in all, worth coming.
Marino P — Google review
Food isn't so great. Pancakes were very dry and hard to digest. We were waiting for 45 minutes to just be asked if we tagged what we wanted on the menu, then they asked us what we ordered, and after about 20 minutes, they brought food to our table. After we ate we were waiting for about 15 minute's just so they could see us so we could pay. Inside and outside of the restaurant were about max 3 tables that were occupied.
DOX_ 0 — Google review
Nice pancakes, you can eat sweet and savory and you can make your own creation and decide which toppings you want. My American pancakes were just the slightest bit dry, but this might be caused by the toppings I added - maybe I should've added more sauces. I kinda wish that, when chosen a topping, more of it would be added: I chose kinder chocolate and they only added one small bar on top. But it all really tasted pretty good.

Sladoledi Botanovic café offers delicious ice cream and has friendly staff. However, one aspect that prevents it from being a five-star establishment is their practice of making certain flavors premium and more expensive. Sometimes, they have fewer options for regular flavors, or the premium ones may appear ordinary but come with an additional cost. Despite this drawback, many consider it to be one of the best gelato places in Croatia. The seller's recommendation of the white chocolate/nuts flavor was particularly outstanding.

on June 27, 2024, around 6:00 p.m., three employees of this place made me feel uncomfortable. When I approached the counter and read the menu, they started joking among themselves, and when the rest of my family approached, they started mocking and gossiping about us. this is embarrassing and not nice behavior. If you think that tourists don't understand your language, you are wrong. We will definitely not come here again.
Marta K — Google review
Best ice cream in the area. We’d actually drive here from Makarska, from Podgora, and basically from anywhere nearby — because both kids and adults could tell the flavors were on a whole different level. Very natural, perfectly balanced, beautifully served, and the sorbets were especially good. And then for the kids, the magic really kicked in with the waffle cones — one version with chocolate and crushed nuts, another with colorful sprinkles, and a third option as well. Just a heads-up: the spot is marked wrong on the map. It’s actually on the other side of the little street, same side as the playground, in the building a bit closer to the port and the main road. One bowl = 2.5 EUR. Special waffles = 1 EUR.

The lady scoops gluten free ice cream with contaminated tool. We had to throw it away basically. No chance to talk it out with them. Long line, young staff serving medium speed. Genuinely excellent ice cream - I run an ice cream business in the UK so I eat a lot of ice cream and have high standards! We had a scoop each and immediately went back for more - unheard of for me! All the flavours were lovely but I especially liked the Rustico - walnut, olive oil and fig. The pistachio ice cream was good too - it tasted of pistachios and not, as can be the case elsewhere, a vague taste of the colour green. Great value at €1.90 and the member of staff was very friendly.
Helena G — Google review
The ice cream was too good. We ordered Verde Gelato which is a combination of pistachio, almond and lemon. This flavour combo was too yum. We also ordered biscotto and vanilla which were also good.

Great gelato at a good price ! 2.50 euros for a scoop, and you can even get two flavours in one scoop. And the lady working there was so sweet and helpful. However, there’s no seating area so it’s a grab and go kind of place. Highly recommend the pistachio flavour !

I was looking up places to get ice cream, found this one with superb ratings, went there and now I am adding to the reviews. That's how the circle closes. 2,50 per scoop. The ice is absolutely delicious. Good portions. Credit cards and cash are accepted. Note: when buying three scoops (yeah, that good) be aware that the cup is filling fast with molten ice and starts to run over, if you don't counteract.

One of our favourite gelato shops in Split. We’ve been here plenty of times - even better that it is so close to our accomodation. The shop is so pretty, decorated with all these cute little ice creams - I love the aesthetic!!! Not only that but the flavours are so unique and taste amazing. There is something there for everyone! My favourite was chocolate banana.

So happy I got to try their Spirulina Pie — as it wasn’t a flavor I saw anywhere else. Love it for the health benefits, and being a mediterranean town I knew it would be fresh (and it was)! Also got the Lemon Pie which turned out to be an amazing mix! One of my favorite gelato spots of the trip (possibly 🥈 of like 6), and not usually a line since it’s not within the Palace walls (it’s just outside the North-East wall). Thank you!

What a SWEET find in the middle of Hvar Town! SWEET REPUBLIC HVAR is exactly what this town needed. And what a location, location, location! Start climbing the stairs up from the main square, heading towards the fortress and, there they are. A corner space which is absolute perfection. Love the outdoor seating on the old steps with cushions or barstools along the outer wall. Inside also offers barstools and counter space if the weather brings you indoors. Coffee is made with expertise by Marko & Mia. Also teas and iced tea infusions are a daily menu choice. Very good juices which should satisfy all who stop in with the wide variety of drink selections. Then the most yummy vegan (and non-vegan) desserts, breakfast bowls and smoothies made fresh daily. I love that they offer alternative plant based milks as I only use oat ‘milk’ in my lattes/coffee. I also have enjoyed the chia puddings, the juices (Detox is delicious!), the iced teas and on and on. Prices are incredibly fair. You will be surprised by the quality of the drinks and foods at such great price points. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We’ve stopped quite a few times during our month here on Hvar and we were always greeted with a smile. The owner Joško is also on site often and he and his staff make us feel like old friends! Do yourself a favor and go. You will find it to be a totally Sweet Republic!!

“Disappointing boba — watery and flavorless” I ordered a passion fruit boba with strawberry syrup and blueberry juice, but it didn’t taste like any of those flavors at all. It just tasted like water. Ripping tourists off! Rude bold guy at the till who won’t tell you the price accurately! It says £3.50 on the board, so you assume it is 3.50 for the cup he gives you.
