Konoba Ivandica Dvori is located in a historic building in Brela and boasts a picturesque terrace with a stunning sea view. The staff, who are proficient in German, are known for their friendliness and exceptional service. The menu offers delicious cuisine, and if something you desire is not listed, don't hesitate to make a special request. Booking in advance by phone is recommended from 10am onwards.
Every time we come to Brela, we visit this restaurant. Everything is always at the highest level. Fresh fish and seafood, delicious meat, incredible desserts. Friendly staff who already remember us, making it feel like we’re visiting good friends. Great atmosphere and stunning sunsets right here. Until we meet again next year. Hvala Vam!
Natalia P — Google review
We had our table reserved, which we highly recommend as the terrace was always busy. The service was friendly and attentive. Only the wine knowledge could be improved (“I don't know what this wine tastes like, I've never drunk it myself” - honest but unhelpful answer from him). The mussels taste excellent and are highly recommended! Big compliments to the kitchen 👏. The fish (sea bream) was unfortunately a little too salty. The potato salad had little flavor. However, the calmari and the chips tasted very good again. Music was played throughout the evening. The volume should be reduced a little. Conclusion: Food good to very good, priced in the higher range. We recommend a visit.

Went here for my birthday with 3 friends. Im vegeterian and wanted pasta. They made me a big yummy portion of creamy tagliatelle with vegetables instead of chicken :-D My friends had the tuna + grilled squid and loved their food. Dessert was also awesome. Big thanks to Stipe the waiter for taking such good care of us! Will be back!
Tonje G — Google review
Beautiful restaurant, delicious food/drinks and wonderful service. Price is worth it for the superior quality of food/experience. The seafood platter for two was especially lovely. The staff will give you a ride up and down from the restaurant for free if you don’t have a car and are staying nearby. Overall really special experience. Worth the visit!

Restaurant
Konoba Feral is one of the renowned restaurants in Brela, Croatia, offering a delightful experience for every visitor. The restaurant takes pride in preparing Dalmatian dishes using fresh ingredients such as fish, meat, seafood, seasonal fruits, and local spices. With a cozy and authentic atmosphere, Konoba Feral provides top-notch Dalmatian wines to complement its cuisine.
Absolutely in love with the place, best food, amazing service and cozy atmosphere! The food was delicious, we enjoyed different types of seafood pastas, definitely recommend Risotto with Shrimps. Special thanks to the stuff, the most kind, friendly and helpful people ever. Would return to Brela just because of this amazing restaurant!
Aiperi A — Google review
We dined at Konoba Feral several times — without a doubt, it’s the best restaurant in Brela. The food is always delicious and of high quality, prepared with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly. You’re always greeted with a smile and taken care of — if you order fish, they’ll even clean it for you at the table. The service is excellent. You truly feel like a valued guest here. Downsides: the restaurant is very popular and almost always full. If you don’t make a reservation at least three days in advance, you’ll likely have to wait around 30 minutes for a free table. During peak hours, there can also be some delays in food service.
Alexander K — Google review
I enjoyed Konoba Feral since the first day of our vacation and went there for about 7 days in a row. The food here is incredibly tasty: spaghetti alla bolognese (with meat ragout) are made exactly like in Italy, the octopus salad is delicious, the grilled prawns and the fish of the day never disappointed us, the mussels are excellent (and the sauce unforgettable). The tuna steak is to die for. If you like seafood and fish this is the place where to go. I will miss their food and the kindness of the staff working there. The place is not that big but waiting for a while to get a table is absolutely worthy. Definitely recommended!
Giorgio M — Google review
Cozy family restaurant that runs for 20+years - staff is very friendly and welcoming, I recommend picking something from their daily menu - monkfish and fish of the day are just amazing ! House wine (white) is the best one we tried so far in Brela, and they offer you to prepare your grilled fish (detach bones and skin) Desserts are also amazing - panna cotta had this incredible texture and firm taste, but unfortunately they ran out of tiramisu the other day - be sure to order it right away! Booking recommended especially in high season - tables on terrace are walk in only, so just the tables inside are bookable We ended up going there two dinners in a row, absolute must if you visit Brela!
Yurii M — Google review
Extremely overrated, overpriced, mediocre food, slow service, I don’t know what sane person would eat here twice. Ordered burrata salad, mixed salad, a filet Mignon and seafood spaghetti. Salad arrived, burrata was just a burrata, with two leaves of green salad and some blueberries- nothing special. And then the waiting started- to a point we were the only table waiting for 30 minutes for our main to be served. I haven’t had such badly cooked pasta in a long time, overcooked spaghetti, with watery sauce, and remnants of seafood… but the filet Mignon was a disaster- ordered to be medium cooked- it came absolutely rare in the middle, tasteless mushroom sauce… maybe they were defrosting it for 30 minutes, I don’t know but yeah, the cherry on top came with the bill of 75 euro… Never Again 🤷🏻‍♀️
Ilina R — Google review
The food is amazing! The place has it's charm, it got us coming back to it. Chairs could be more comfortable.
Merima K — Google review
Had several lunches and dinners here, both the quality of the food and the service was first class. Don't miss the burrata salad with blueberries and raspberries! Book a table in advance.

I can't count how many times we have eaten in Feral. And every time it has been just right. Food, wine, service, it's hard to say what is better. Will definitely keep coming back.

Restaurant
Villa Petra&Restaurant Burin is a pleasant establishment with tasty cuisine and ample portions. The menu even accommodates special requests without exorbitant pricing. The waitstaff is friendly, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. A variety of delectable dishes include tomato soup, salad, schnitzel with fries for kids, chicken with mushrooms and potatoes. The bill for all this came to a reasonable 43 units of currency. It's definitely worth revisiting this establishment in the future.
Nice restaurant in Brela! Tasty food, fresh seafood and friendly people. Nice terrace with mountains view. Perfect place for dinner. Also they have very tasty deserts! They accept card payment!

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Astra (Brela) for two weeks in September with my mother. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Zvonko, the owner of Villa Petra and manager of Villa Astra. Mr. Zvonko was very attentive to us and made us feel safe throughout our stay. The relaxing atmosphere in our beautiful apartment was quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed for a calm vacation. The room was cleaned regularly, and we received fresh towels every day. The balcony became our spot for evening tea. Mr. Zvonko also helped us with our journey back, which we greatly appreciate and thank him for. He also took care of our breakfasts and dinners. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant Burin, where the food was exceptionally tasty and varied, and the dinners especially impressed us. Restaurant Burin offers a wide selection of dishes to suit every taste. Everything was fresh and delicious. A special thank you to Chef Nikola for his amazing culinary creations and to the attentive waitstaff: Petar, Mirjana, Angela, and Ivana, who provided excellent service throughout our stay, even accommodating us when we were late. Their warmth and hospitality made our meals at Restaurant Burin unforgettable. We are already looking forward to returning next summer to Villa Astra and to Mr. Zvonko and Chef Nikola—true professionals in their field who provide an excellent experience for their guests. Our experience was very successful.

Nestled in the heart of Brela, restaurant Hrast stands out as one of the town's oldest culinary gems. This charming eatery offers a delightful dining experience right by the picturesque harbor, making it an ideal spot to enjoy your meal while soaking in stunning sunset views. Guests rave about the generous portions and delicious dishes, with highlights including their flavorful pizzas and succulent squid. The warm, family-run atmosphere adds to its appeal, ensuring that visitors feel welcomed and well taken care of.
If I had to choose the best food in Brela, this place would be at the top of my list year after year. The portions are generous, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. It's a gem that never disappoints.
Tia F — Google review
Nice family restaurant. Food was delicious. Restaurant was clean. Nice service. Ambient is very basic. Recommendation for the food and service. Prices are bit higher than in other places. Overall solid 4. We had local fish and fried octopus.
Nudzi — Google review
Nice little evening spot to watch the world go by whilst you have dinner as its right on the scenic harbour and offers sunset views. The food was tasty, though the dried ham on the pizza was so thick cut I had to take it off to chop it up to make it easier to eat, but it was otherwise delicious. We even got some complimentary homemade cherry liquor shots at the end! A friendly neighbourhood cat came and kept us company, but couldn't have been less interested in the tiny piece of ham we tried to give it, it just wanted attention.
Kirstie B — Google review
Great service, great food. We tried the fried calamari and the prawns pizza, both are amazing! The staff is super friendly. They gave us cherry liquor with the bill and it’s not pricy at all for what you get. Would highly recommend!
Pedro F — Google review
Really nice restaurant. Plenty of options and we all had something different and all 5 dishes were excellent. The pizza was really good too. Plenty of seating, the aperol were very good as well. Staff we welcoming and accommodating. Park behind restaurant, it says private and it’s for here too. Really good all around
Mat J — Google review
The worst restaurant we’ve ever eaten. First we were waiting for our order about 40 minutes. It was very hot inside and also smoking was allowed and the gentleman next to our table was smoking and the personal didn’t react at our complaints. Second the food ( which we finally got after 3 times asking „how long???“) was really bad. The squids were not well cooked, so it was impossible to eat and inside was sand. The promised fish plate with shrimps didn’t have any shrimps. The waiters probably didn’t know what does that mean in English. They also didn’t know the difference between dry and sweet wine… Pizza, which ordered my kids was also horrible and oversalted. The toilet was extremely dirty and haven’t closed. We paid for that mess 110€, what is for sure too much. For the possible future guests we would strongly recommend to choose another place to have a dinner!!!
Maryana C — Google review
This is the best place in Baŝka Voda! We ate fish plate one day, octopus the other day and finished with both fresh oysters and mussels. 10/10 food and super friendly staff. 👌 MUST GO!!
Isak L — Google review
Very good family owned restaurant. Huge portions of squids for reasonable price. After a meal you get a drink on house. 4 stars - only because prices are different on the menu and on board in front of restaurant. In front of restaurant it says 16e, in menu it is 17e. Also only cash payment is possible, no cards accepted.

Restaurant
Konoba Katara is a restaurant with a stunning view and complimentary transport service. Reviews mention the delectable peka and excellent seafood options, including fried calamari and baby octopus. The side dish received mixed reviews due to its unconventional combination of potatoes, spinach, and other ingredients. Some customers found the clams to be undercooked despite reassurances from the chef. The staff garnered praise for being friendly and accommodating, proficient in both English and German languages.
Not just the hi light of this trip but a hi light from many holidays. From the moment that we were picked up in a complimentary mini bus the evening surpassed every expectation. We were nervous about ordering the recommended local dish, Peka, consisting of lamb, veal and potatoes in a beautiful juice, but it was outstanding. The service was faultless and the views amazing. We would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you all at Katara 🙏🌅
Pam H — Google review
Just amazing place! Highly recommend to visit this restaurant. Even though it is touristic place, the food was delicious! We ordered peka with octopus (but you have to order it in advance, 1 day before). Also the waiters were polite and friendly. And cool benefit - free transfer from Brela both ways. We will definitely come back next time.
Olha — Google review
Beautiful location, restaurant, food and views! The staff were really friendly and accommodating! There’s a free shuttle from the town, we booked a table via our hotel. If you’re prone to getting bitten by mosquitoes wear some bug spray, some managed to nibble my ankles! CASH ONLY!
Rosie W — Google review
This restaurant is truly a hidden gem and doesn’t appear in the typical Google searches for “best restaurants.” Our Airbnb host, Ivan, arranged everything for us, including transportation—the restaurant provided both pickup and drop-off service. The food and views were absolutely phenomenal, and the pricing was very fair compared to many other places in the area.
T T — Google review
The views are great, no doubt. I was not satisfied with steak - I asked for medium, got well done. The salad was literally cut up vegetables put on plate, not even "mixed", it looked cheap (as in bigger slices, just like you would do at home). Fish and sea food looked fine and I did not hear any complaints from my friends. I would not recommend as in must go - the price / food quality ratio isn't there.
Martin K — Google review
You are tired of tourist traps? Tired of bad food at high prices? Don't trust any location with a customer shuttle service? Then Konoba Katara is the right place to be! I don't know even where to start?? Location: It is located north from the costal route. Approx 5-10minutes by car or free shuttle from Brela. You are rewarded with an unforgettable view into the sunset. The location is an authentic genuine croation farmhouse with massive wooden dining tables, inside and outside. Staff: Amazing staff working here. They found the right balance to bring service to the customer, without harassment. And even though, they speak the most common languages of their customers, the atmosphere is far from touristic. From the heart. Food: A-MA-ZING! This was the best authentic creation food I've eaten! The Peka we ordered for 4 persons, was plenty for 4 adults and 2 children's, with leftovers. Tasty, rich and so yummy 🤩 even if we tried, we couldn't take no more. The staff directly offered a doggy bag. Free Slivovic in the end made it perfect. The prices of the dishes are lower then the restaurants in the area, but the quality and quantity is way beyond comparison. Final Resume: Our only regret is, that we did not visited this earlier. Stop here, and have an awesome evening at Konoba Katara. ❤️❤️❤️
Dr. H — Google review
This konoba in Brela has a truly phenomenal view of both the sea and the mountains. The best time to visit is definitely around sunset – the scenery looks absolutely magical – but I strongly recommend making a reservation at least a day in advance. A big plus is the free transport to and from the restaurant, which makes the visit very convenient. Prices are similar to other places in the area. The staff is polite, speaks several languages, and creates a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The only downside for me was the food – it didn’t really impress. The dishes were rather heavy and a bit too greasy. Still, if you’re looking for an unforgettable setting and atmosphere, this place is worth experiencing.
Karolina T — Google review
I had such a great experience at Konoba Katara! The food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. What really made the evening special was our waiter – he spoke excellent German, was incredibly friendly, and had such a warm, welcoming personality. He made us feel right at home from the very first moment. If you’re in Brela, this place is a must-visit.

Restaurant Volat in Brela is a fantastic dining establishment that offers exceptional service, beverages, and cuisine. I had the opportunity to visit twice during my holiday and was delighted with their prawn risotto, fish platter for two, and mixed grill. All of these dishes were truly remarkable. The restaurant provides high-quality dining in a cozy ambiance without breaking the bank as their prices are very reasonable given the excellent food quality and generous portion sizes.
Very friendly and attentive staff. The food was great (both of us had the tuna steak), and the croquettes for appetizer were superb. Will definitely visit again. Only minus for me is that they don’t accept cards as payment is cash only.
Ana — Google review
Amazing find in Brela. A bit under the radar, as it’s not down in the city center, but totally worth the short climb. Both of our servers were super nice, we really appreciated them. The food was awesome, we suggest getting a combination of cold and warm appetizers, as they offer such a great variety - we ordered four starters and it was just the right amount for dinner.
Nejc H — Google review
Volat Restaurant was a wonderful discovery. Located in Brela, it serves traditional Croatian cuisine, with standout dishes like the cuttlefish croquettes and the incredibly fresh grilled fish platter. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout our visit, always attentive to our needs. Even though we don’t speak Croatian, they communicated with us kindly and fluently in English. We’d definitely love to come back — booking in advance is highly recommended.
Annagiulia O — Google review
We came to Brela and dined almost exclusively at Volat, as it was so much better than other places we went to. Very friendly and welcoming staff, who also gave us some very good food recommendations (though I do not doubt any choice of food that they serve), food that is very mindfully prepared by the cooks that really know what they are doing, with attention to details and cleverly balanced in terms of flavours. Porkbelly (carsko meso) was superb, I ate swordfish for the first time here and it was delicious. Not to mention starters, if I could I would migrate them to Slovenia to be able to eat there just for the starters they prepare. Also try deserts. All in all, I will not forget this place and will probably come to Brela again with their food and hospitality in mind.

Delicious food mixing traditional dishes with a modern touch, a bit more sophisticated (and different) than in other restaurants in town. Lovely and very attentive service, cosy setting, quiet atmosphere. Even the house wine was great! And rakija on the house to finish :) The only minus: payment is cash only.

Konoba Roko is a charming family-owned eatery with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The kitchen is passionately helmed by the mother, while her sons diligently deliver the delectable dishes. Upon arrival, guests are treated to a delightful introduction of local specialties, followed by an authentic octopus bake. This hidden gem exudes both quality and affection in their carefully prepared cuisine. The food is exceptional, particularly the mouthwatering Peka dish.
What a lovely family run restaurant! Mom is in the kitchen and sons are delivering food. We were welcomed by a beautiful shot of something local followed by a traditional octopus bake. It’s one of those hidden local spots where you can feel quality and love in the food they serve.

A wonderful escape from the tourist crowds – in the heart of the Dalmatian hinterland, under the shade of walnut, fig and pine trees at Konoba Roko, it feels like stepping back in time. Generous plates of homemade food and drinks for three – all for about €55. Worth every minute and every bite.

Good prices and beautiful warm ambient. Their speciality is “peka” delicius dalmatin dishes with different meat or ocropus. Konoba has long history. From 1901. Ask for the storry on location.
Matjaž F — Google review
The food was great. Wide variety of grilled meat, all of very high quality. The portions are huge.

Lovely family business that feels really authentic. It is rare to find a place like this where you feel like the staff really cares and they are giving their best for passion and not for money only. We loved it so much we went twice during our short stay. Amazing traditional peka, but remember that it must be booked 1 or 2 days in advance. Call them and they can help you out, they speak good English. Highly suggested over all the other more fancy (and much more expensive) touristic places. Large old-school portions with exceptional value for money. Can't recommend it enough!

Restaurant Galinac is a remarkable establishment situated in Baska Voda, offering an enchanting ambiance and breathtaking panoramic views of the sea. This dining venue comes highly recommended, as it provides delectable cuisine crafted with expertise using local ingredients. The food served here is not only scrumptious but also abundant in portion size. It is imperative that when visiting Baska Voda, this place should be on your list of must-visit locations for an extraordinary culinary experience.
Amazing restaurant — though it seems like it's wrongly marked as the second location closer to the water. We were staying in one of the nearby villas, and the owner recommended calling the restaurant directly. They actually arranged a free taxi to pick us up and drop us off — about 9 km distance — which was a real treat. The entrance looked super low-key, nothing fancy at all, but the place itself was fantastic. Great view, and most importantly, an incredibly kind and helpful waiter who guided us through the menu. The fish was absolutely fresh and delicious, the beef for the kids was spot-on, and the tomato soup? Perfect. We also had a killer white wine and a shrimp paste appetizer that totally surprised me — I’m not usually into fishy spreads, but this one? So good. Definitely, *definitely* recommended — I’d guess it’s one of the best spots around.
Karol K — Google review
A beautiful sunset location, totally overpriced. The location, or rather the sunset view, is marvelous. The setting and lay out make it unique and romantic. The food is good. The service is friendly. However, it was probably the most expensive (regular) fish I’ve ever had, and I am a serious seafood fan.

The food, the service, the atmosphere, everything was fantastic, authentic and really nice. The fish was amazing, same as appetizer, and side dishes. And regarding sea view, please check my photos. 🥰🥰 thank you for having us! And big thanks to the owner who is there for every guest and their specific needs :))

All the food is very tasty and very good. The local wine is also excellent. The desserts are really something special. The view is beautiful. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved the entire experience! Chef Stipe personally greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our table, which set a warm and welcoming tone. The staff were incredibly courteous, professional, and clearly knew their craft. The location is stunning, with a view that truly takes your breath away. The food was beyond amazing, I enjoyed every bite, from the variety of appetizers to my main course. My only regret is being too full to try the desserts. I’ll definitely be coming back, and next time, I’ll make sure to save room for dessert! What made the evening even more special was when Chef Stipe gave us a glimpse inside his kitchen, a rare and memorable moment that truly elevated the whole experience.

Amazing restaurant worth every cent! Food was phenomenal, house wine so smooth and prices good for what you get. View from the terrace is beautiful, and staff super friendly, chatty and helpful. Only reason I gave atmosphere 4 put of 5 stars is because next to Galinac there is konoba Katara that has live music and more authentic feel, but was below Galinac in every other regard. Book in advance though as it gets packed soon after opening and people were waiting for tables!

We were pleasantly surprised by Restaurant Punta Rata when we visited. After struggling to find a table at other restaurants, our expectations weren't high, but we were amazed by the quality of everything. The food was excellent, the music was enjoyable, and the waiters were friendly. Additionally, the restaurant offered a great view.
Super nice service and great staff. The house red wine was absolutely delicious. One of our dishes (the meat) was a bit overcooked and slightly too salty, but the staff responded very well and brought us a new piece of meat right away. Everything else was super tasty. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a slightly more upscale place along the coast, instead of the typical spots around Plaža Soline.

Large terrace right off the pedestrian path winding along the shoreline. We only had some appetizers and soup. The dishes were alright but not great. The service was a bit slow but the terrace was quite busy. The drink menu is very consistent. Our waitress was nice.
Liviu-Cristian M — Google review
I asked for a seafood meal. Waiter recommended risotto with shrimps and clams. I was really disappointed as there was just 3 almost not visible baby shrimps (so small !!) and no clams. I felt like I paid 20€ just for the rice. Such a waste and I feel like it wasn’t fair against a customer - rather cheating.
Joanna S — Google review
The soup is very meager for such money. We make ourselves much better at home with curves, here they are kind of dry and understandable I liked the karzinochki, Peremelenny squid Rizzoto didn't like it, they ate only crayfish and that's it, we didn't like it, I don't recommend it

The restaurant was half full , but staff didn’t really wanted to be more proactive. Very slowly , had to raise my hand in order for them to come . The food was a big disappointment. The shrimp soup and grilled octopus , wasn’t tasty and the 3 half shrimps I found in the soup , didn’t really taste good .

We have drunk only coffee. One coffee (latte macchiato) was drinkable, another one (coffee with milk) has been burned. Do not recommend for coffee break.

Nice place near the beach The staff was friendly and spoke english very well The food was good and prices ok.

Tourist trap - avoid this place. You can notice that it’s always almost empty, even during lunch and dinner peaks. This Restaurant is pure disaster. Even though they sit on the best location with nice ambient, they managed to destroy this fabulous place. Prices are as high as in Restaurant Feral but all they can offer is nice location with nice surroundings. Waiters are not interested in guests and they just hang out together and talk instead of paying attention to the guests. We wanted to give them a chance and after sitting 10 minutes without being served, we just decided to leave. Our friends stayed and had the worst food they‘ve ever eaten. So we are glad that we left to Adriatik Restaurant instead.

Restaurant Palma is situated in the heart of Brela, alongside other well-established dining establishments like restaurant Hrast and restaurant Palma. These eateries hold a long-standing presence in this charming town. Among the various restaurants located within Brela's center are also restaurant Nautica, Arka Restaurant, and restaurant Obala. The courteous staff provides excellent service while serving delectable cuisine that arrives promptly, with waiting times typically under 10 minutes.
Good food with very efficient friendly service. Menu had a good variety of choices and all four of us were pleased with what we ordered. We sat outside, 4 people on one square table was cosy but didn't cause any real issues. We were on the edge of the patio with a lovely harbour backdrop. It was a simple tasty meal and would eat there again if ever back in town. Payment CASH only

Amazing place with a beautiful view of the sea. The restaurant was almost full but we waited less than 10 minutes for the food. The service was great, they brought me the food and asked if I wanted any sauce for the fries and at my request the waiter brought me a whole bottle of mayonnaise which was not included in the price. It was simply free, at the end when we asked for the bill they brought us a liqueur on the bill of the establishment which warmed and pleased. I have nothing to complain about. We will come here again!
Marek P — Google review
We came to this restaurant because it had relatively good reviews compared to others nearby. The first thing we didn’t like was that they don’t accept card payments. That’s really inconvenient in 2025. We ordered baby calamari and wine. The wine was good, but the calamari were not. They weren’t cleaned properly, tasted bitter, the spinach was definitely frozen, and the potatoes were bland. Overall, the dish was terrible — I ate a bit because I was hungry, but left the rest. I do not recommend this place.

By far the best food I ate in Brela. So tasy and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend the stuffed chicken with cheese on the grill and mushrooms sauce with a cabbage salad. The best. And the waiter who took care of us was so attentive and friendly. Will surely come back.

We had a wonderful experience at Restaurant Palma! We ordered food and were served by some of the kindest and most positive staff we've met. The service was fast, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the waiters were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout. What truly surprised us was that after our meal, they offered us drinks on the house as a kind gesture. Moments like these make a place truly special. Highly recommended for both the food and the amazing hospitality!

Pros: Lovely service, good food and good prices. The view from the tables near the front are a great spot. Cons: You can only pay with cash here so make sure you have cash on you. If you pay with rounded up notes, it's expected the rest goes as a tip. We left the extra as a tip but we did not have the change returned. Again, this is similar to most reatauranta in the area. It can also be very busy so get there early if you want a guaranteed table at the front in the evenings. We went about 6:30-7pm and were lucky to get a good spot.

After reading recent negative reviews, I questioned if they were referring to the same restaurant. I dined at Restoran Mediteran with three others and found the service to be exceptionally courteous. Additionally, the food was delightful, particularly their fresh local fish dishes that came highly recommended by our attentive waiter. Our drinks and starters arrived promptly, followed by the well-timed arrival of our fish entrees. The prices were reasonable considering the generous portion sizes, and we enjoyed a great view from our table.
Very nice restaurant. Great sea food, the waiters are very pleasant and the view to the sea is marvellous. Very good Price/quality. I can recommend without any doubt

We ate here 30/5/25 , stunning views of the sunset . The service was fantastic, the young waiter was patient and tried his best to translate the menu. All credit to him . The food didn’t disappoint, the lobster ravioli was divine, prawn cocktail was nice maybe a little too much sauce ! The rump steak with onion was a great choice, cooked to perfection and the tuna dish was sublime. They offered a fantastic local white wine which was perfect and only €20. Great experience and hope to call again before we return home.

The beach club would be beautiful, shame it is not looked after, the beach is dirty, and the toilets too! Not a 4 star service for sure!
Adelina F — Google review
We had a wonderful day at the cabana located at the back, behind the sunbeds. It’s a very tranquil spot, and the club kindly provides two additional towels, which was a thoughtful touch. The beach is just a 2-minute walk from the cabana, and the beach club has a shower available for use after swimming. You can reserve a cabana or sunbeds online through the Bluesun Hotel website (Maestral Beach Club), or simply visit in person—there's no queue. The cost is €50 per day for a cabana or €35 per day for two sunbeds with an umbrella. Additionally, booking a cabana grants a 10% discount on drinks. Although service could be improved, our waiter went the extra mile by serving us 10 minutes before his shift ended, which was much appreciated. Generally, staff rarely approach unless you go to the bar to order drinks, and there is no call button in the cabana. Shade is provided by the canopies overhead and on the sides. You can adjust the canopies to close the top or just one side, but this only offers shade in the morning hours. Please keep this in mind if you’re seeking full shade throughout the day. I would visit again without high expectations for service. The macchiato and frappe were both good.

We were based in Makarska, but wanted to explore beaches further along the coast. We opted for Brela as i was able to book beds at Maestral Beach Club. EUR35 for two beds and a parasol was a great deal. It was just as much on the beach. The beaches in the area are crazy busy in August, but this spot, just a stones throw from the beach, felt calm, tranquil and away from the craziness. Lovely music in the background, toilets and showers. Towels provided. It was beautiful under the pine trees. The bar was OK, basic drinks fine (beer / fizzy etc), but anything else we tried was not great quality (iced coffee / aperol for example). We didn't eat here, so i cant comment on the food. We went twice during our 8 days in the area :)

I ordered sandwich 25.07.23 with ham, cheese and tomato. In fact it was kind of pie, inside with a lot of melt cheese, bacon and ketchup. 6 hours after that I’ve got pain and diarrhea. I was shocked they cook with non fresh products and so awfully. Thank god I eat only 1/3 of it. Beer was great, service as well

When you order cheeseburger for 12€ you're definitely not expecting frozen and harsh buns heated in a microwave. During my recent travels, I had the pleasure of dining at Restoran OBID in Brela, and it truly stood out as one of the highlights of my trip. The restaurant boasts a spacious terrace and indoor seating that is wheelchair accessible, making it welcoming for everyone. Surrounded by lush greenery with views of the port, the ambiance is both warm and inviting. The menu at OBID offers an impressive variety of dishes ranging from fresh salads to hearty steaks and seafood options.
One of the best restaurants we've visited during our stay in Brela. Everything from the seating to the dishes was excellent. They have a large terrace and indoor seating that are both accessible via wheelchair. The atmosphere is great, since we were surrounded by greenery and could see the port in front of the restaurant. The food was delicious and the portions were unexpectedly large. The menu is varied and has a lot of options, including salads, soups, pasta, pork meat, steak, seafood, and fish. The wine list is extensive and their by-the-glass wine was excellent.

I adore this establishment! The cuisine is superb, and the staff is incredibly affable and exceptional. There is an extensive selection of delectable dishes to choose from, ensuring that you will never make a wrong choice. Even if I hadn't consumed meat for several months prior to dining here, it would be exceedingly arduous to resist their offerings. Nonetheless, the salads are also quite appetizing. To conclude a delightful meal, a shot is the perfect ending.
This would be a good place to eat anywhere, however, here it is fabulous! Located on the Makarska Riviera, on a quiet strip of secluded beaches, right on the beach-walk and within walking distance from many of the the private beach apartments in the area. Seating outside, just a few steps from the water. Really nice, tasty food with the deserts even outdoing the main courses! Friendly service!

Plima was like a movie I would hate to spoil. After a gorgeous walk along the beach we were welcomed with hospitality and fluency in English, which were a pleasant surprise. Overrated and disappointing Not sure where the high rating comes from. The food was quite mediocre: mussels were overly salty, the soup and salad portions were very small, and the kids’ meal was a real disappointment with an overcooked breading. In addition, the waitress with curly hair was extremely unfriendly, giving the impression that our presence was bothersome. Overall, we left disappointed. There are plenty of other nicer and tastier places in Brela.

We had a wonderful dinner here. The atmosphere was cozy, the food was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Our waiter, Nikola, was especially wonderful — so friendly and professional. They even treated us to a complimentary liqueur, which was such a thoughtful touch. The view of the sea was absolutely beautiful — it made the evening even more special. Definitely a place worth visiting! 🌊✨

Amazing experience! Everything summed in two words. From the starters, main dishes, desserts, wein. Truly amazing! Service was exceptional! We were amazed how the waiter paired our wein with our dishes. You could see how experienced he was! Very professional, but also friendly and helpful! The homemade dessert blew our minds. Perfection! We enjoyed our dinner with the most amazing sunset and we are looking forward for our next visit! Thank you Arca!

Really really worth visiting! This is real restaurant, with white tablecloth and calm atmosphere. The waiters are really professionals in their sphere. Price are higher than in other places, but food was delicious. We ordered fish plate, and salad with octopus. Wine also was good.

Pros: Lovely service with a smile, delicious food and not too expensive. The cost is similar to other local restaurants but this is better quality. The views are stunning and the terrace upstairs has beautiful flowers/scenery. It's worth a visit. Cons: When it is very windy there is no shelter from it but this is the same as most restaurants at the seafront. Just be mindful you may get the odd bit of leaf in your food or table.

The beach bar LA Bomba exceeded expectations with their carefully prepared food, including delicious boiled potatoes. The prices were fair compared to other restaurants in the area. The location was ideal, just 5 meters from the sea and provided shade for a pleasant stay. The waiters were satisfactory and the food was good, particularly their BBQ which seemed to be constantly running, resulting in a tantalizing aroma in the air. This restaurant by the sea offered a pleasant overall experience and tasty food, although nothing extraordinary.
Small restaurant with a large terrace, a few steps away from the beach. A few of their tables are basically on the beach. Their specialty seems to be grilled food and the grill is actually visible from the terrace. The service is fast, as there are 3-4 waiters actively taking care of the occupied tables. The food was served quickly and we actually saw it on the grill while we were waiting. The drink menu is ok, with a good selection of beers. They also serve fresh pancakes as dessert.

I was here several times during my 3 day vacation. The restaurant is in a great location right by the beaches. Very friendly service and excellent food at reasonable prices.

I love La Bomba ♥️♥️♥️ The food here is absolutely delicious – always prepared with love, fresh, and full of flavor. You can feel the chefs pour passion and heart into every dish. I'm literally addicted to your dishes! The griller is a true master – incredibly talented and capable. The service also deserves a huge round of applause: professional, courteous, and always smiling. It's a place you want to come back to! 🌟

To be honest, I've never eaten here. Hence there's no review of the food. But judging by the smell from the kitchen and the curb side grill full of fresh fish, I'd expect it to be excellent. No, the beauty of this place is the location and the staff. Friendly, efficient and welcoming. Two minutes and you have a beer and a fresh ashtray. And you get to enjoy it all not even three meters from the beach. Also.... They have an acoustic guitar hanging in one end of the restaurant that anyone can use. A blessing for someone like me at least.

First of all, very friendly staff! This is very important. Second, the food was great and reasonable prices. The atmosphere was great, you are practical on the beach. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful restaurant right by the sea! The food, especially the grilled fish, was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. The waiter was incredibly kind and even treated us to coffee on our last day – a rare and thoughtful gesture on the Adriatic. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

We have visited this restaurant the most times during our two holidays. They are fast, relatively affordable and they grill fresh meat/fish and everything we tried was simple and tasty. Service is friendly and you have a nice spot right next to the sea.

Restoran OBALA offers a remarkable dining experience. Both the staff and cuisine are exceptional, with attentive and prompt service from the waiters. The food is cooked and seasoned to perfection, particularly the fish fillet and tuna steak. Although there was a slight oversight in the saltiness of the chard side dish, it pales in comparison to the deliciousness of their seafood offerings and the breathtaking view. It's important to note that they only accept cash payments.
Verry good food nice staff i can rekomend this place.

The Schnitzel was the worst piece of meat we’ve been served in a while. Grilled Octopus was okay, but the side dish (potato/spinach) you get of better quality & taste in any small village restaurant. Overpriced and overrated
NM — Google review
Great views, unfortunately the waiter didn’t seem to like his job. It said Bistro on the door. Still the kitchen only opened up in 30-45 minutes. I decided for a glass of white wine in the meantime. My partner who don’t drink wanted something non alcoholic. No drink menu was offered. They were out of all her suggestions. And the waiter didn’t offer any(!). The decision was easy - let’s not eat here. Next mission was to get the bill. Had to ask twice. And the white wine was mehhh.

Great atmosphere and view, however the food, calamari and tuna, was poorly prepared and lacking in flavor with regard to the relatively high prices. Interestingly, the fact that they only took cash was only revealed when the bill came, take note...

Absolutely beautiful part of the world .hotel fantastic views. Up to now only downside has been on our first night the restaurant was full and had a lot of reserved tables.we were told to sit at what appeard to be the only available table. But then we were confronted by another guest who said the table belonged to the cricket party he was with. We stayed put but to our amazement were approached by a man I can only imagine was the manager .who said that for tonight we can sit there but not on any other night. To be approached by a member of staff and maid to feel uncomfortable in front of the cricket club to say the least annoyed us . Then the room was hot and airconditioning not cold enough. The remedy they switched it of saying we could not alter it . 😎

Ordered food to deliver. 4 normal Pizzas and a Jumbo. Very nice customer service n the phone. It took only 35min from order to delivery. Very nice delivery guy. Was very pleased and happy with the Tipp. Food came in hot. Pizza base was thin and tasty. Ingredients fresh and plenty and the crust was fluffy and good. Normal sized pizzas were .ore than enough and the Jumbo size fits two good eaters. All in all, a very positive experience and not the last one. Hvala!

This was the first restaurant we went to here in Brela. I didn't expect such a beautiful view and peace, the atmosphere was great and the food was even better. We had a great meal, the staff was nice and took great care of us. I have nothing to add, it was great! I would definitely come back here.

We took Surf pizza to-go (regular, enouh for two for quick snack, or one hungry). Pizza was overall good, only Dalmatian smoked ham is not thin as should be (hard to chew). Overall,I recommend.

We have ordered 2 pizzas just 1 hour ago. Really nice and tasty. Very fast delivery. Exceptional attention to the client as they call me twice: to confirm changes on the order and if everything was ok, as I wasn't sure about one ordered pizza and called to confirm, I've never saw that time of pizza before (it's like bended and closed from sides pizza with everything inside - nice!!!). Thank you! Highly recommended!

The food was really good – definitely the highlight of the experience – and the prices were reasonable. I'd give the food itself 4 stars. However, the service left a lot to be desired. We waited 10–15 minutes after sitting down before the waiter even came by, and when he did, he just dropped off the menus and walked away. It took another 10 minutes before he returned to take our order. After ordering, we got our drinks quickly, and the food arrived about 10 minutes later, which was fine. But when it came time to pay, we were told they only accept cash – which was a major inconvenience, as we had to leave the restaurant to find an ATM. The waiter claimed it was stated on the menu, but we couldn’t find that info anywhere. The waiter seemed very stressed and came off as a bit arrogant, which didn’t help the overall experience. While the kitchen delivered, the front-of-house definitely did not. Would return only for takeaway, if at all.

Great, extremely hard working staff, very welcoming and friendly. The price for what you get is amazing, compared to many other restaurants, the food quality and the prices in the area are incomparably reasonable. Not a single restaurant in Croatia where I’ve wanted to spend more, except for this one. Me and my family got the meat plate for 2 people, 3 of us ate and could barely finish it off.

A very unfriendly place. The young waiter was extremely unpleasant to us because we didn’t realize that the table next to the bakery didn’t belong to the bakery but to the restaurant. We sat there by mistake, and his reaction was really rude. I can’t judge the food, but the atmosphere was well below zero.

No worse than its competitors in the area. The bottle of wine is served on ice, something that some more expensive restaurants forget about. Surprisingly, they only accept cash. Prices are reasonable for the location, and there are no lines. We've been there several times, always with pleasure. The pizza is very good, both in terms of quality and quantity of ingredients. The only downside is that it has too much cheese, like on American pizza. Perhaps the staff should ask for preferences before ordering. Overall, the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a garlic bread, pizzas came soggy in the middle with about 5 salami slices on one whole pizza??? Garlic bread was covered in grease and oil. Service was cold and trying to rush us, so we went to pay. For some reason it is cash only (only says that on the inside of the restaurant which you’re never taken to or told), went to go to ATM and was met with a high service charge, on leave we did not want to all our left overs due to the abysmal quality. Server then threw hands in the arm and started sighing, and constantly repeating goodbye and thanks bye as if we hadn’t already thanked her.

We ate here 3 nights in a row. The first two nights we had small children with us and the staff were so lovely to them. On the third night, I asked at very short notice if they would make 15 pizzas for us for takeaway. The staff were amazing and accommodated us with ease. The food is exceptional and much cheaper than other sea front restaurants despite most of the menu’s being the same or similar. I highly recommend this fantastic place!

Went here food was absolutely terrible, service was cold and rude, received a surprise when told cash only due to no signage saying so. Pizzas where cold and doughy and when leaving did not want to take all leftovers due to abysmal quality and was met with extremely rudeness and disgusting hand gestures. Will never come back

Poor food, lasagne was undercooked and the bottom layer stuck to the dish. The burger was very thin and had way too many tomatoes almost like they used it to pack them out. Mojito was made with syrup not real mint which is a let down. Service was great, cheap and nice location but the food was really not great. I wouldn't recommend eating here.
Jack L — Google review
I ordered pasta with seafood: it was one of the worst meal I have ever had in my life. It tasted horrible, there was barely two mussels, some frozen shrimps of very low quality and mainly slides of crab sticks (crap sticks maybe?). I had difficulty eating half of the dish despite being very hungry. Not recommended at all. Also they don't accept card, but it is not written or specified anywhere. Worst experience ever.

The restaurant has plenty of space and a beautiful view, plus a large parking area right by the road, which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food was quite average. Dalmatia is known for its bold and distinctive flavors, but everything here tasted bland and lacked character. In mid-May, this was the only open restaurant and bar right by the water, so we grabbed a coffee here. Downside — the bartender was a bit lost, didn’t know what a flat white was, and ended up giving me some weird espresso with a splash of milk. But the view and the location totally made up for it. This spot is seriously impressive — the beach itself, the contrast between the green trees and the turquoise water, and the beautiful promenade all come together perfectly. One of the most stunning beaches in the area. As for the ice cream for the kids — nothing special at all. You’ll definitely find better options nearby.

I will never understand the Croatian summer business model — pure genius, really. Charging 5€ for a spritzer (aka the cheapest drink in the entire Balkans)? Bravo. Who knew mixing wine with mineral water was suddenly a luxury item? And the cherry on top? If you're lactose intolerant, congratulations — that'll be an extra 0.50€ for the privilege of not getting sick from your coffee. But hey, at least the ambiance is lovely. That’s free… for now.
David K — Google review
The place has a nice atmosphere, but the coffee was bitter and unpleasant (this isn’t the first complaint about it). Watching the preparation explained a lot — the barista didn’t fully clean the portafilter from the used grounds and didn’t follow the proper method for making an Americano. Instead of pulling a shot and adding hot water, they just let the machine run until the cup was full. Disappointing technique for a café that presents itself well.

Very rude. We were 2 people and went there to eat lunch, we were checking if there was a free table and in that moment a nice couple told us to sit with them in a 4 person table, in that moment the waitress comes almost screaming “you can’t sit there” the 4 of us couldn’t understand her in the beginning because her English was not very good and she was rising her voice a lot and saying “you can’t invite people to sit with you”. I never in my life heard smth like that. I didn’t knew the waitress can tell you are not allowed to invite people to sit with you to eat, she didn’t even ask if we were together or anything but came immediately very angry at 4 of us. In the end we did nothing wrong besides sitting and she could have also ask in a very polite way if they were out of capacity to serve or anything because we don’t know the reason she didn’t want people to invite people to sit in their table she didn’t give any reason beside rising the voice. We would have understood if they didn’t have the capacity to serve more food or anything else whatever the reason was. But to come and scream to the clients like that was very rude. I’ve never experienced smth like that in my life. I wouldn’t be back there even if the food would be very good because eating in a restaurant where you can experience the waitress being angry out of the blue would be very stressful to eat there. I am just sharing what I experienced, I don’t know how the food or other members of staff are. I am just sharing my experience because i am hopping it can help the restaurant and other people. ✌️

Adriatik is a charming spot with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are attentive, professional, and treat guests with care and hospitality. The menu features simple yet delicious Croatian cuisine at reasonable prices. Visitors rave about the small fried fish, cevapcici, pljeskavica, and pasta with salmon. The cafe offers fresh and tasty food along with excellent service. Guests appreciate the lovely view while enjoying their meals.
We tried both fish dishes — Sitna riba s pomfritom and Orada s prilogom and were blown away. The small fish were perfectly crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned just right. The gilthead seabream was the star of the show: flaky, juicy, and cooked to absolute perfection, served with a fresh, well-balanced salad. You can tell the chef knows what they’re doing with seafood. This was hands down the best fish we’ve had on our trip. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic, delicious Adriatic flavors. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Extremely good quality/price restaurant! We were surprised by the excellent cuisine and nice staff with such a cheap price. The staff guy also offered us some free homemade liqueur at the end (limoncello, cherry, etc.). Highly recommend this restaurant 🥰

Service was quick and our waiter was polite. Ćevapčići u lepinji were quite tasty and even the 5 piece portion was filling. Also the prices are surprisingly cheap, considering the proximity to the beach!

We ordered two cheeseburgers, a portion of fries, and two beers — because balance, obviously. The cheeseburger? A glorious throwback to the good old days. Soft bun, tasty patty, melty cheese... nothing fancy, just pure burger joy. It's like your childhood decided to give you a hug — with mustard. A true gem for anyone who still believes in the magic of a proper old-school burger.

Amazing experience! We took seabream with salads (orada) and it was delicious! The fish, the sauce and the salad were fresh and super tasty, we enjoyed each piece of it! The atmosphere in the restaurant is super cozy and the waiters are very friendly 😊

This is a fast food place with a fair price-to-quality ratio – ćevapi in flatbread with ajvar and onions for €9. More than reasonable for a beachfront venue. The staff are professional, on par with higher-class restaurants. They deserve every euro they work hard for.

Wonderful place! The food was absolutely delicious! Impeccable service and very friendly staff. Thank you!!!

We were here for the first time in June 2023 and we are back every year as it’s the best restaurant at Punta Rata. The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff is so kind and friendly, I would say the best personnel in the world. Atmosphere is very pleasant and nice. So far we tried almost everything on the menu and I really can’t say what is the best. Burger is old fashioned home made but so good and tasty. Fish was really fresh and tasty. Salmon with green pasta and stuffed Burgers is something that we go for most of the times. The overall impression of the restaurant is even better year after year. They always offer some complimentary at the end which is really a nice gesture. This is the only place on Punta Rata that I can really recommend as it’s excellent restaurant at the beach. Adriatik is the King od Punta Rata 👑

(Translated by Google) A beautiful restaurant with a great view. The staff was too kind. The food is prepared from seasonal Dalmatian ingredients and served in a very modern and visually appealing way. You must try the octopus carpaccio.

If you find yourself in Brela, make sure to stop by Dish5, a hidden gem that promises an unforgettable culinary experience. This cozy spot may be smaller than others, but it packs a punch with its mouthwatering offerings. Diners rave about the pizza, which boasts perfect dough and rich flavors that leave you craving more. The burgers are another highlight—juicy and incredibly tender, they redefine what a burger should taste like.
During our drive to Dubrovnik from Split we stopped here for our lunch. Location is smaller in comparison to other restaurants. But the meals and the service was really good. They prepared us a pizza, burger and a wrap within few minutes. They even helped us pack the burger on our request to take out the left of overs. The team was very friendly and supportive. Portion size was good and we enjoyed their meal. Highly recommended.

What a find! Got a take out to eat at home. Honestly one of the best pizzas I ever had - if it the mushroom and asked without ham - cheesy and yummy. Chicken salad - 🥗 just delicious with generous amount of chicken strips and yogurt sauce. Just unbelievable. Got fries and nuggets - also amazing!!!
Djana F — Google review
We have been eating there for five days and all dishes were delicious!!! The biggest and the tastiest salad in my life😍 Pizza, burgers the same, big portions and affordable! Recommend 💯

So sooo good! The best burger we ever had! All the reviews are true! 10-15 mins: 1 pizza (for later today), 2 burgers, 1 fries. Big portions. Friendly staff! Thank you guys! 🥰

This is the best food place in Brela and definitely worth a visit! We had a wonderful pizza with perfect dough, juicy and full of flavor. The burgers were incredibly juicy with amazing meat – I’ve never had such tender and flavorful burgers before. The French fries were fantastic, perfectly crunchy and delicious. If we visit Brela again, we will definitely come back to Dish5! And don’t forget - Everything is Brelative :))

Great big tasty burgers. Fresh ingredients and nice staff. No toilets but didn’t bother us. We stopped off for a quick lunch on our way to our hotel and it did the trick. Recommended!

Restaurant
M food Brela is known for serving the finest vegetarian burger in the area. Patrons can enjoy a relaxing dining experience without feeling rushed. However, it's worth noting that the restaurant has limited operating hours, closing early at 8pm due to the end of the season. The burgers at M food Brela are described as exceptional, with a juicy patty and a perfect blend of flavors. The bun is also highly praised for its fluffiness, making every bite truly amazing.
Very good fish filet, be prepared to have cash though

The best chicken burger I have ever had! Not long waiting and nice people.
Viktória N — Google review
Good food here. But you only pay by cash. Not a large variety of foods. Decent restaurant and polite serving.
Alexandra B — Google review
I was essentially kicked out *after ordering food*, because I have sat down with my small kid at a table which seats more than 2 people (it was only table available and no one told us we cannot use it). First they tried to get us to accept other people sitting at our table as well, when we refused then waiter informed us that we cannot be served here, we must get up and wait until one of small tables is free. So off I go with the starving 6 year old kid. I guess policy is to squeeze every € from the visitors, god forbid there is empty seat for 30min, it would kill the daily revenue... Worst thing is that waiter took our order at first, kid was looking forward to the lunch and then we couldn't get the food. At least not without waiting for another table for who knows how long. I would surely not eat here now out of principle.
Ivan R — Google review
The service was wonderful. The waiters and waitresses were very available to us, answered all of our questions despite the restaurant being full. The food was delicious ! I would definitely recommend!

Great food very friendly staff 😊 but what i found weird is that you have to go and pay at the register 🤷‍♂️
SUP P — Google review
Waiters were rude and argued with us like we were buddies — zero sense of service. Food was plain and forgettable. Not worth visiting.
