Aquarium
Nature & Parks
Aquarium Cap Blanc, also known as the Lobster Cave, is a unique exhibition located in an underground cavern. The cave was once used as a lobster nursery and is now home to a variety of aquatic life, including fish, sea sponges, starfish, and shark eggs. The aquarium features naturalistic environments for rescued sea turtles before their release into the wild. Visitors can walk on a wooden pathway over the water and observe Mediterranean sea-life in tanks.
It is a small aquarium but it is also, to my experience, unique. I have never been to an aquarium in caves where I can watch my children throw mussels to small sharks, rays and flying grouper fish before. The coffee is good and decaff is available in the full range (necessary for many of us). The pizza was fine and all the tapas i saw brought to other tables seemed really nice (we were there with young kids who we needed to get through a supermarket trip afterwards, so speed was of the essence in our choice) Really lovely little place, though not really accessible for those in wheelchairs and I wouldn't recommend taking a pushchair/buggy
Midori ( — Google review
A very interesting place. As for the aquarium itself, it is located in a natural cave and is very small. You can see it all in a few minutes. But what made us even happier was the small bar at the entrance to the aquarium. It is located on a cliff overlooking the sea, the staff are very friendly, and we had the cheapest and best mojito in Ibiza there. I can actually imagine spending a nice, peaceful day there. So I recommend including it in your travel itinerary. It's a great place to have a few drinks and watch the fish at the same time. :-)
Pavel T — Google review
The aquarium is set in a really nice location with a really nice view and easy to get to. The aquarium is very unique and was a nice experience, and the staff there were very nice. If you are going to go there expect a 15 to 20 minute stay.
Logic — Google review
Aquarium is small and expensive for what it is, but the kids enjoyed it and loved feeding the fish. The cafe is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view across the bay with a coffee. There is a basic porta-loo toilet for customers.
Ash W — Google review
A cute rustic little place built around the sea rocks. Didn’t know what to expect from this but we spend about 30-45 mins strolling through and back with two young kids. It was pretty with some baby sharks and some variety of lobsters. Definitely more for the kids but still could appreciate as adults too. We Actually parked up a hill on the main road and trekked through the coastline which was a make shift trail, that in itself was a nice part to get there but maybe advised to have reliable footwear. Fairly simplistic spot and a nice stop off in between going to another beach location. We didn’t end up eating or getting anything from the place here to eat.
Chris C — Google review
A very unique place in a small natural cave, not the standard aquarium you can find in many other places in the world. Even taking plenty of photos though it won't take more than 15/20 minutes of your time so the best is to visit as part of an island tour or a boat tour.
Roberto G — Google review
Nice little natural aquarium built inside a cave, being fed by natural tidal sea water, fish food can be purchased at the bar to feed the fish with, prices are reasonable for entry and for snacks and drinks.
Simon G — Google review
Absolute waste of time. Only about 3 types of fish, most being ray wings which u can see in the bay. Seen bigger fish tanks with more fish even in restaurants!! The picture on any of the maps is the whole thing so dont waste your time or money!!! Even our little girl thought it was just the entrance not the whole thing. AVOID!!

Beach
Cala Gracioneta is a hidden gem located just 2km south of Sant Antoni in Ibiza. This secluded duo of beaches offers powdery alabaster sand and shimmering waters that transition from cerulean to cobalt blue. Cala Gracio is perfect for families, while the smaller Cala Gracioneta is surrounded by rocky cliffs and features a chic Mediterranean-style beach bar.
We’ve been here a few times now and always come back when visiting the island. The atmosphere and location are incredible and you can always count on the food to be exceptional. Definitely order the Cava Sangria and a large cut of beef. Our waiter David was super helpful and stopped us from over ordering. We’ll definitely be back again.
Jade H — Google review
Small but perhaps that is why it is so cozy surrounded by rocks, plus for those looking for a meal or refreshment there is a restaurant in the back.
Lucca T — Google review
Beautiful but tiny beach, not too crowdy. BUT 100€ minimum fee per Person in the local and very nice restaurant..
Ma M — Google review
Great setting beautiful beach, minimum spend on the table. Service was amazing and the food was good. Drinks are pricey but delicious. Very chilled lunch and afternoon with great company.
Lisa W — Google review
Oh man, what a joy to be here. I loved everything. The people working there, smiling and spreading so much love even if we did not have reservation. They let us stayed at the bar. So nice and lovely. The view is spectacular, the beach also, incredible colors. The nature is so damn perfect there, you must see this location. I lived it guys. And i will be back. But waitttt, the drinks?? Oh, just amazingly tasty!
Andrada C — Google review
I was recommended this beach by a friend. It's a small cove, very pretty and clear water. But it's a party beach. There is a bar playing music or live music and people drinking and dancing even through the day. There isn't much room in the beach but it is clean. The water had a lot of fish the day we visited. Very pretty but little minnows right at the shore getting up larger the further you go out. Every so often you would hear a little squeal from someone where a tiny fish had given someone a surprise. Access to the beach is awkward rocky paths and quite dangerous. There were many beautiful people at the beach, it wasn't really a family beach. It's not as totally chilled as other beaches. Don't know if I would go again.
Emma D — Google review
I loved it! Beautiful, hidden beach. Incredible place. Very good beach with clean water. Probably in the season is crowded, but it is worth it! Also the restaurant there has very good food and very good cocktails.
Aleksandra N — Google review
Absolutely amazing place (views, service, food quality) but a bit sneaky on pricing, which is already on the very high end. Not everything is in the menu (e.g., 16 euro bread & olives). You have to ask about the weight of fish/ meats or else you get surprises (e.g., 1.4kg ribeye with bone when you can clearly cut it in meat-only portions). Overall experience still worth it but they could be less greedy and more upfront.

When visiting San Antonio in Ibiza, make sure to explore its cultural and historical landmarks. Start by heading to the old town to visit the San Antonio church, originally built in 1385 as a fortress-temple to defend against pirate invasions. Another must-see is the Coves Blanques lighthouse, constructed in the late 19th century near the beachfront promenade.

(Translated by Google) The incredible surroundings of this lighthouse are an example of the urban aberration that they have turned into what was a fishing town. I have never seen another lighthouse so sandwiched between concrete blocks in my entire life. It is normal that people only come to Sant Antoni to see the sunset, because there is nothing else to see. I don't understand how the Balearic or island government did not stop the surrounding towers at the time. I think any lighthouse keeper who sees this would burst into tears.

(Translated by Google) Ses Coves Blanques lighthouse was designed by the engineer Eusebi Estrada and inaugurated in 1897. It worked until 1963, when, due to the construction of the new dike in the port of Sant Antoni, it was replaced by a point bright at the tip of it. In 2006, the Port Authority of Balers transferred the lighthouse to the Sant Antoni de Portmany City Council, which with state funds rehabilitated it and turned it into a cultural center. Throughout the year, the building hosts exhibitions, conferences, presentations, courses or workshops, among other activities, as well as educational activities and programs related to the world of the sea. It is very difficult to leave Sant Antoni de Portmany without having seen this old lighthouse, as it is located right on the stretch of the promenade that leads to Ses Variades, very close to the harbor breakwater, which means that you can enjoy Magnificent views of the whole bay of Portmany. When you visit Sant Antoni de Portmany, don't forget to consult the cultural agenda.

Playa de Sant Antoni, or s'Arenal, is a vibrant gem nestled in the lively town of Sant Antoni de Portmany on Ibiza. This beach is renowned for its stunning natural beauty and exhilarating activities that cater to both sun-seekers and party lovers. As you lounge on the sandy shores, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking sunsets that have earned this spot worldwide acclaim.
Long beach with a promenade along it. Lots of healthy walking very relaxing time and a perfect place to sit relax with the option that everything you might need is nearby, pubs, restaurants, clubs. For us the direction was Cafe de Mar and Cafe Mambo because that's where you should end the day! Beautiful colors of the port and bay after sunset.

Long sand beach. Very clean , clear water, great for sunsets! Great location as well but very quiet in September and not much vibes as the other Ibiza’s coast. It’s worth to take the bus and explore the Island. Go to the Cala Comte or Cala Tarida. 🌴☀️

Public beach in the city centre, clean and not overcrowded (in the middle of October). City of course great for partying people, nice restaurants, bars, and a port that offers many interesting cruises

Playa de San Antonio is a long beach that offers a variety of activities. For example, you can enjoy parasailing, flying fish, banana boat or speed boat rides, beach cruises, party boats, sunset cruises, glass bottom boats, sailboat tours and more. The prices vary between 25€ and 75€, if you want to buy paintings they are between 15€ and 25€ (20€ for parasailing). There was a beach volleyball tournament I could have attended. The turquoise water and beautiful sunsets are enchanting. Perfect for spending a few hours at the beach and just working on your tan. The sea has a pleasant temperature and is the right solution to cool off on hot days. There are a handful of ways to buy everything you need for a great beach vacation 😉 Perfect to refresh yourself and let your soul dangle #ibizabeach #spain🇪🇸 #parasailing #jetboat #sailing #beachlife #highandhigher #souvenirshop #hotdays☀️ #speedboat #flyingfish #bananaboat #glasbottomboat #soulfood #bananaboatride #hikingtrails #rooftoppool

We had the best experience jet skiing in Ibiza! The whole team was super professional, friendly, and made everything easy from start to finish. The jet skis were in great condition and really powerful, and the route we took gave us the most amazing views of the island from the water. Safety was explained clearly but without taking away from the fun, so we felt confident the whole time. It was such an exciting way to explore Ibiza — definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the island!

Mixed emotions about this review. I booked the sunset boat experience online before we travelled out to Ibiza. On the night in question we waited where we'd been instructed and no one turned up, I then called the company to be told they'd cancelled that nights trip. They had both my number and email so could of got hold of me. Luckily it wasn't our last night so they said they could do.it the next night. We turned up the following evening to a small boat which was not was advertised, there were no paddleboarding or water bike or snacks on board like advertised online, the other passengers who had also booked went to get there money back because of this. The good news is it was then a private boat trip for me and my husband!! Our capitan Hernan, was brilliant, seeing to it that we had a great time! And as much drink as we wanted! It ended up being a magical evening!
Tegan M — Google review
Amazing day out! We took the four hour sailboat cruise which was fantastic. Crew couldn't do any more for us with a selection of drinks and nibbles as well as use of snorkels and paddle boards. Took us to a beautiful bay where we were able to dive off the the bait and swim in pristine turquoise seas!

If you're looking for an unforgettable experience in Ibiza, look no further than Ticket Market IBIZA, which offers a variety of boat tours and excursions. One popular option is the three-island boat trip that takes you on a scenic journey along the stunning coastline. Starting with a light breakfast, you'll visit beautiful spots like Espalmador for swimming and enjoy delicious paella before heading to Es Vedra to marvel at its majestic cliffs from the water.
We booked 3 island tour with Ticket Market Ibiza and it was absolutely best part of our trip to Ibiza. Can’t recommend it enough. Dalia really looked after us and was very patient with all of our questions. Would do this again for sure. Great prices too considering those are all verified providers that actually do show up.
Jolanta B — Google review
Amazing experience on the boat and such great host. Perfect communication with the company also and very professional! We will be back !
Marlena G — Google review
Went on the three island boat trip booked through ticket market. Overall we enjoyed the day - starting with a basic breakfast of prepackaged croissants and juice, going over to Espalmador which was fantastic for swimming in the beach. Then a paella and over to Es Vedra to get close to the rocks from the boat. Finally off to Formentera for some free time. Travel back and have hot dogs and sunsets by Es Vedra. Thought it was a great day. Not 5 star because of a couple things; 1. The arrival process was unclear - there were no instructions on where to go, just a Google maps link which took you to the harbour, there were no ticket market stalls or boats so we happened to find everyone else by chance. 2. There were no vegetarian options - we messaged on Instagram and WhatsApp asking about this and received no reply, so it’s seafood & chicken paella for lunch and hot dogs for dinner only. 3. We thought the timings could have been improved as you have 4hours free time on Formentera during the siesta time, so shops were closed and there was not any direction or activities from staff etc. But we made do! Would recommend

Honestly, such an amazing experience! Food was lovely, the drinks were great and the tour guides were so friendly. We didn't realise there would be a photographer on board - she managed to get some amazing photos for us! We even got to see a gorgeous sunset & dolphins!

We booked a trip to Formentera and it was one of the best days of our holiday. Dallia helped us choose the perfect tour for what we were looking for. Everything was well organized and super easy. Beautiful boat, great vibes, and unforgettable views. Would definitely do it again!
Artur P — Google review
While the people have been very nice, we unfortunately cannot recommend this to others. Small things aside (like two out of the four advertised cabins were being used by the captain, and the other two cabins were not made) most importantly they did not have nearly enough life jackets for us despite knowing how many people were in our private party of 6 - they only had 2 life jackets. The whole point of us booking this private charter was to get to hard to reach beaches in Formentera to swim as a family - however we could not do that if we didn’t have enough life jackets for everyone. Putting the inconvenience aside, it’s illegal and against Spanish maritime laws to operate a boat without enough life jackets for everyone on board. We ended up ending 8 hour session 3 hours early as there was no point if we couldn’t swim, everyone was miserable. I asked to just our deposit back due to their poor planning of our private tour - they refused. Would not recommend in good conscience.
Mariko P — Google review
Great experience all in- boat ride was smooth, booking was easy, staff were very friendly and helped with my 2 kids getting them into the sea! Fun water activities like snorkelling, out on a kayak and on the water boards- had a great time. Finished up with the sunset at cafe mambo which was beautiful! Will definitely be back next year 😎

A day like a dream. We had the best time possible on the Quicksilver 875. The boat was absolutely great - but our skipper, Iscka, made it special. Was it worth it? 100% Would I do it again? Absolutely! Should you do it? Definitely! If you are in Ibiza, grab your loved ones, book the trip, lean back and enjoy the ride. We had a very smooth boat trip from Ibiza to Formentera. Everything was very well organised and the service of the captain made our day unforgettable.

We had an amazing time on the boat, there was 10 of us and the trip was so perfect. Amazing views, we stopped off at a few different locations, we had a lovely swim. Eric the driver was so friendly, made everyone feel super comfortable and was just so much fun. Thank you so much Eric for making the trip so amazing!

I loved Awake Trips Ibiza! My husband and I traveled from the US and spent a couple weeks in Spain. We wanted a special experience renting a private boat from Ibiza to Formentara for Beso Beach and they definitely delivered. Our captain was super friendly and took us to some fun beaches that are only accessible by boat, brought snorkeling and paddle boarding gear as well. Also, this company was very straightforward and easy to communicate with. No gimmicks or hidden fees. Thank you guys so much!!

Experience the thrill of soaring through the skies with Jimmy's Mambo Parasailing Ibiza. Take in breathtaking views of San Antonio Bay and its surroundings from a bird's eye perspective. Jimmy, your friendly guide, brings infectious enthusiasm to the adventure, making it an unforgettable experience. With a parasailing rope reaching impressive heights, this exhilarating activity is a must-do when visiting Ibiza. The accommodating and humorous team ensures a memorable and enjoyable escapade that you'll cherish for years to come.
Had an incredible time parasailing with Jimmy Mambo, he's a great laugh and really puts you at ease. The parasail lasts around 15 minutes and you're a good few hundred metres in the air. You get a fantastic view over San Antonio bay, I'd recommend the evening trips as the sunsetting is spectacular at that height. It's incredibly quiet and such an amazing experience. We went for the video and photos option which includes using a handheld go-pro to get some awesome shots with one of the team taking photos on the boat. Lookout for the quick dunk in the sea at the end! Would 100% recommend! Cheers Jimmy!

What an amazing time we had. Jimmy is brilliant and keeps you laughing all the time, this is a must if you come to San Antonio. 🪂👍

I recently had the pleasure of going parasailing in Ibiza, and it was genuinely one of the most exhilarating experiences of my life. Jimmy, our guide, was the highlight of the adventure. He was incredibly friendly and always wore a smile. What truly stood out was his infectious enthusiasm. It seemed he enjoyed taking us up so much, perhaps even more than we did! Seeing someone so passionate about their job was truly a delight. The parasailing rope was about 150 meters, which took us impressively high at times. The view from up there during the daytime was surreal. The experience was not only about soaring high but also about the warmth of the people helping us. The young fellow working with Jimmy on the boat was exceptionally kind and attentive. I unfortunately got seasick, but he was right there, ensuring I was okay. If he's reading this, I just want to say a heartfelt 'thank you' again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure in Ibiza!

It's an incredible experience and Jimmy is a great guy. We've booked a parasailing trip at sunset and it was way more than I expected. It started with taking a motorboat to a remote area of the bay - it was itself a great experience with Jimmy. There were 4 pairs of people on the boat. When first pair was hooked up to the parachute, Jimmy started blasting amazing music and we had a boat party. We were offered wide range of drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic. Each pair had their 15 minutes in the air, which was really comfortable and relaxing, which was really surprising keeping in mind that the rope is 300m long, and we were around 250m in the air! After each one had their turn on the parasail, we had a great time on the motorboat cruising along the coast, we were offered prossecco, and jumped from the boat to the sea. Jimmy was a very easygoing man and I would recommend this to anyone :D There is a £10 charge for the photos and videos - you will be given a GoPro camera that you will hold during your parasail experience. You are given a Google Drive access to it, but quality of the video is bad - arounf 360p resolution - was a bit disappointed. Besides that - amazing!

Embark on the unforgettable "Meeting Point Snorkeling Beach Cave Tour Boat" adventure along Ibiza's stunning west coast. As you glide through tranquil waters, you'll discover hidden bays and enchanting caves that make this journey truly special. The experience is enhanced by friendly crew members like Miguel, who ensure a delightful atmosphere with great music and a selection of refreshing drinks including soft drinks, water, beer, and sangria.
Had a fantastic time on the sunset boat trip. There was great music, and the team on the boat were lovely. Complimentary drinks are stored in a cooler box. We had snorking and paddling boards provided. Amazing experience seeing some dolphins, which the staff helped to point out so everyone could experience. Would highly recommend it.

The unique amazon inspired evening boat trip was fantastic, great music, complimentary drinks from a coolbox, fresh fruit, snorkeling, paddle boarding and friendly staff. I would highly recommend. We were on a quiet boat so it started off chilled and then after the sun went down we partied all the way back. 10/10 experience.

Amazing experience!! The snorkeling and paddle boarding trip was definitely worth €70! It’s a very beautiful view of the island and fun swim with friends. Would definitely go again

Went on the sunset beach tour. Amazing experience. Lovely vibe on the boat with such friendly staff. Miguel was very charming and knowledgeable. Fantastic at his job. Great selection of drinks. Loved feeding the fishes. Snorkling and paddle boarding was so good. Highly recommend

3 girls went on a paddleboarding, snorkeling 3 hours boat trip. Mike in the booking office reserved a top deck seats for us. More people sat downstairs but joined us later upstairs. Miquel on the boat was very friendly and made the trip special for us. Great music, not too loud, so smaller children and families didnt mind. Had some fruit and biscuits in the boat, but bring probably some own. Plenty of soft drinks, water, beer and sangria provided. The trip itself was amazing, beautiful scenery, water was crystal clear. Plenty if paddle boards, and as we stopped twice, people took turns to have a go. Had life vests for smaller children who were nervous about swimming. Also had pool noodles who made floating when snorkeling easy. Jumping was allowed from the top deck or end of the boat. Miguel also took many photos,of our group in the water, which he then send us via whatsapp. Overall wonderful trip.
Zuzi S — Google review
Did the cave and beach trip for snorkeling and supping. The trip should start at 13:30, we left at 14:15, no explanation given. The price for an adult €60 and a child €40. My daughter (9) and myself had a really good time. We visited 2 locations in 3 hours with a group of 16 people. There was plenty of care for safety and making sure everybody is ok. We even had a small shark alert. Both locations didn't have any jelly fish, they make sure of that. To be honest, snorkeling here doesn't compare to Indonesia or Fillipines, so have realistic expectations (no turtles/dolphins). Still a fun afternoon out on the sea.

Really enjoyed the experience. Evan and Miguel nicely trained me for snorkeling, kayaking & diving and made sure that I enjoy the trip. Overall aura was nice. Had a lot of fun. Highly recommend to go with them. Loved the trip.

Es Molí d'en Simó is a charming historical windmill that dates back to the early 20th century, showcasing a unique architectural style reminiscent of the tower flour mills found in Mallorca and Menorca. This two-story structure has transitioned from its original purpose of grain grinding to becoming a vibrant cultural center. Visitors can explore the Carmen Tur museographic and ethnographic collection housed within, which features an array of traditional Ibizan artifacts such as musical instruments, clothing, and jewelry.
Nice small museum about Ibizan culture entrance is free

💎🏛️El Molí d'en Simó is an ethnographic museum that houses Carmen Tur's collection. This collection is based on objects from Ibizan popular culture, with an emphasis on the island's intangible culture. 🏛️The building that houses the museum is a Mallorcan-style flour mill from the early 20th century. It was listed as a Site of Cultural Interest in 2001, as its narrow tower design makes it very unusual in the Pitiusas Islands. I encourage everyone to discover this magnificent and exceptional museum. ❤️❤️❤️
Antonio S — Google review
(Translated by Google) Es Molí d'en Simó permanently hosts the Carmen Tur museographic and ethnographic collection, made up of musical instruments, traditional clothing and other objects of traditional Ibizan culture. Es Molí d'en Simó is a windmill that was built at the beginning of the 20th century and is unique in the Pitiüses, since its typology corresponds to that of the tower flour mills of Mallorca and Menorca, and not as usual in Ibiza and Formentera. It is made up of two bodies, an inferior one with a square plan and a tower with a circular plan built in masonry that rises on the roof of the first. The lower floor houses the millstones, as well as a warehouse and a home. In 2001, faced with its possible demolition, the Council of Ibiza acquired it and declared it Listed. In 2003, he commissioned a deep rehabilitation from the architect Víctor Beltrán, after which it was used for cultural purposes.
