The place, which is otherwise steeped in the history and love of Lord Krishna, feels like a commercialized hub focused on accumulating wealth. I want to emphasize that Nidhivan itself is a beautiful and sacred place, filled with the love and energy of Lord Krishna. However, the priests' behavior has unfortunately overshadowed its spiritual significance. If you're planning to visit, be prepared for the persistent requests for money, and try to focus on the spiritual connection you can make with the place. Beautiful and Serene! Those are the words I would describe this temple with. There’s nothing more I can say that you don’t already know, so I’ll share some tips that might help. 1. Best time to visit – Night, as you’ll experience a beautiful light show. Though the temple and its surroundings are so enchanting that you’ll have a good time here regardless of when you visit. 2. Preparation – As large electronics (such as cameras, laptops, and such) and footwear (inside the main temple premises) are banned, it’s better to find a way to stash them securely beforehand. You’ll find several people who can help with storing your stuff outside the temple, but it can get expensive real fast (as much as ₹100–₹500 depending on your items) and might not feel entirely safe either. The only things you are allowed to have inside are your purse, mobile phone, and things of similar nature. 3. Take your time in there. No need to rush.Spend some quality time and soak in the peace. 4. Crowd & Traffic – It gets really crowded both inside the temple and outside, especially at night. You can literally get stuck in traffic just a kilometre away from the temple for 30–40 minutes if you’re in a vehicle. I’d recommend walking that last 1 km or taking an e-rickshaw if you’re unable to walk. But do mind your surroundings while walking, as both people and vehicles share the same road, and there are inadequate measures to manage the crowd and traffic. That being said, I hope you have a good time here!

The sound of the bells and the chanting, the gentle lighting, all of it felt like a pure spiritual start to the day. Later, we attended other aartis like the Raj Bhog and the evening Sandhya Aarti. Beautiful and Serene! Those are the words I would describe this temple with. There’s nothing more I can say that you don’t already know, so I’ll share some tips that might help. 1. Best time to visit – Night, as you’ll experience a beautiful light show. Though the temple and its surroundings are so enchanting that you’ll have a good time here regardless of when you visit. 2. Preparation – As large electronics (such as cameras, laptops, and such) and footwear (inside the main temple premises) are banned, it’s better to find a way to stash them securely beforehand. You’ll find several people who can help with storing your stuff outside the temple, but it can get expensive real fast (as much as ₹100–₹500 depending on your items) and might not feel entirely safe either. The only things you are allowed to have inside are your purse, mobile phone, and things of similar nature. 3. Take your time in there. No need to rush.Spend some quality time and soak in the peace. 4. Crowd & Traffic – It gets really crowded both inside the temple and outside, especially at night. You can literally get stuck in traffic just a kilometre away from the temple for 30–40 minutes if you’re in a vehicle. I’d recommend walking that last 1 km or taking an e-rickshaw if you’re unable to walk. But do mind your surroundings while walking, as both people and vehicles share the same road, and there are inadequate measures to manage the crowd and traffic. That being said, I hope you have a good time here!

Shahji Temple is known for its unique marble pillars and beautiful architecture. The place feels calm and artistic, different from many other temples in Vrindavan. The lanes around are a bit crowded, but inside the temple it’s peaceful and worth a visit.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with their services regarding driver accommodation. Here are the issues I faced: No Driver Dormitory: Despite confirming at the time of booking, the hotel failed to provide a dormitory or any basic facility for my driver. Lack of Clarity: The staff was neither clear nor helpful about alternatives, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience late at night. Poor Management: This basic hospitality aspect was neglected, and the staff did not seem bothered to rectify the situation. Uncomfortable Stay: The lack of arrangements made it difficult for us to have a peaceful stay, as it’s important for drivers to rest properly for everyone’s safety. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a driver, as they do not honor their commitments or care about the well-being of their guests' support staff.

I stayed here with friends for two days. The place is just opposite to the Prem Mandir, so location-wise it is a wonderful choice. The rooms are big and comfortable. They have a sofa-cum bed and could allow an extra member to stay. The room we stayed had a TV, AC, coffee jar, towels, hangers, dental kit and water bottles. The washroom is somewhat small. The water is sometimes cold even when you want hot, so they may have to fix it. The rest all is fine. The food is tasty and room service is good. The staff is friendly too. The best part is the location. Outside the hotel, you have many options for food. The property is located at the main road, so commuting is absolutely not a problem. Temples are a walk away. Prem Mandir is just opposite after you cross the road, so nothing better than that.

Its located just opposite to Prem Mandir and e carts are frequently available for Banke Bihari Lal and ISCON Temples. Food is good. Complementary breakfast has varieties. Friendly staff and ample of parking place. So, worthy for the money I have spent.

In the early morning we went for govardhan Parikrama after submitting the half twisted key for house keeping.When we came back about 8pm same key provided and as I tried to open the lock the key broke, soon went to reception Katha Chattarje Demanded 500 for the new key and waited for 2 hours. After requesting more than 10times personally and by our group members they overlook my problem and stated somany impossibilties of getting the key. First said it's too late the key maker would not come, the 2nd was other key is in ownner's custody. At last about 10pm she gave a key from reception and said key maker had came to make the key, while I was sitting at reception since 2hrs no key makers had come, while my children and wife had gone for others room to be fresh. Paid 500on phoe pay to Katha Chattarje, screenshot I'm shareing ownner plz look into this side business of your faithful staff. Providing 1.5ltr water for 3/4person per day. Soffa was damaged and completely dirty, Balcony door lock was broken and bathroom was very narrow and uneasy to use.Resturant food( Kashmiri Palau)was not good seems the chef is new either less experience. Noise from garden during party celebration upto late night which disturbs our sleeping. Somany disadvantage may disattracts pilgrims for this hotel. My experience was very bad during my stay in this hotel.

The property has a calm and spiritual ambiance, with several positives that make it a popular choice among pilgrims and tourists. However, there were also a few shortcomings that affected the comfort of the stay. Pros: Clean Rooms and Bathrooms: The hygiene standards were commendable. Both the room and the attached bathroom were neat and well-maintained. Kind and Courteous Staff: The staff was extremely polite, welcoming, and eager to help, which added a warm touch to the stay. Excellent Service: Service was quick and professional. Requests were attended to promptly and efficiently. Beautiful Garden Area: The lush green garden within the premises offered a peaceful spot to sit, reflect, or simply relax. It enhanced the overall vibe of the guesthouse. Areas of Improvement: Non-Functional AC and Fan: Unfortunately, the air conditioner and fan in our room were not working properly. This led to discomfort, especially in the hot Vrindavan weather. Closed Restaurant: The in-house restaurant was closed during our stay. This was inconvenient, as we had to look for food options elsewhere. No Complimentary Breakfast: Breakfast was not included in the booking, which felt unusual for a place of this category. Conclusion: MVT Guesthouse is a serene and clean place with friendly staff and a spiritual environment. While the service and ambiance are admirable, better upkeep of room amenities and ensuring basic facilities like food and climate control would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

We stayed in MVT for four days in first week of August 2025. I was with my elderly parents. Room was spacious and clean. Water and other amenities were good too. Staff was very cordial. Restaurant's food and ambience was great. And the best thing was the very respectful, friendly and polite behaviour of restaurant staff. Hotel is full of greenery. Special emphasis on quitenss is added incentive. Overall 5 out of 5 rating.

I stayed at MVT Guest House during my recent visit to Vrindavan and my experience is fantastic. The rooms are spacious with all modern amenities present. The property itself has a calm and serene environment. It is neat and clean and also well maintained. Special mention to the MVT Restaurant which has excellent food and service. We were wonderfully guided and attended by their staff, Braj, who took utmost care of our needs.

Sagar Ratna is a brand people trust, I went to sec 17 Chandigarh and it was worst experience as they were unable to handle crowd. In Vrindavan this restaurent was not capable of handling more than 15 people. Their Air Conditioning was a complete disaster, waiters were untrained or rookies and didn't know what they were doing. They forgot what order they took. I think Sagar Ratna should rethink and do something about their chain or it is at the brink of falling apart! Also I doubt the quality of the food they served us dahi vada which was stale. I asked for Manager and the guy told me that he is waiting downstairs and lied to us. No one ever took any pain to resolve any queries. All other customers also lost it as their orders were super delayed. They should have the courage to refuse the customers instead of serving them bad food! Please never go to Sagar Ratna.

I’ve eaten at several Sagar Ratna outlets before and have always appreciated their quality, but the Vrindavan outlet was a disaster. They served us stale buttermilk, which we immediately sent back, but the staff outright denied that there was anything wrong with it. The orange chutney tasted off, and the green chutney had a strong preservative smell. The staff was completely untrained – they couldn’t get our order right even after we repeated it four times, and they spilled sambar all over the table while serving. We were charged ₹1500 for food that tasted worse than what you’d get at a roadside stall. Highly disappointing.!

I recently dined at Sagar Ratna and was blown away by the delicious food and excellent service. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional Indian dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The environment here is absolutely beautiful – peaceful vibes with lovely lighting. The staff were super friendly and attentive and the food was outstanding. We tried a variety of starters and main courses, and every dish was delicious. To top it off, they even surprised us with free ice cream! 🍨 Overall, I’d rate this place a solid 10/10. In my opinion, it’s the best restaurant in Vrindavan and definitely worth a visit if you’re here. Highly recommended!

Me and my buddies landed in India and were visiting Vrindavan the very next couple of days, not been in India for a long time, made us scary of delhi belly! Do not fall to the reviews you see here. Two star restaurant. Not expensive. Rice had stones in it. Noodles had more salt. Wait time was too much, after placing the order. Washroom was as dirty as it could be. Try skipping it.

We visited “Namaste”, as we were looking for a traditional vegetarian restaurant close by to the Prem Temple (Mandir) - just across the main road, a 2 minute walk down a side alleyway (clear signage to get there) We were welcomed with warmth and kindness. I have certain dietary requirements so the staff were very helpful to show me what would be suitable. The restaurant was clean and tidy, well air conditioned. The food itself was delicious and the proper etiquette was shown by the waiters, with dishing our food individually and ensuring we were contented with what we had. I had the plain dal (“dal fry”), my wife the “Hakka (rice) noodles” and we shared a green salad (carrots, tomatoes and cucumber) as well as the “mixed veg” which was beautifully rich in flavour. The service finished with the traditional hot lemon water and fennel seeds with mint sweet, to freshen up. Would definitely recommend - whether you are local or touring India like us!

One of the best restaurants so far I’ve been in vrindawan! The staffs were accommodating and polite! The service was prompt but could be better, the food was good. My mother really enjoyed having lunch here along with other member of family! Special mention to Ajith,Rajender and Shibhum ! They really took care of us. For sure we will visit again.

Not at all good place 1.Service was slow 2.Fruit punch was tasteless 3.In Chinese sizzler maximum of fried rice was filled. 4.Aloo chaat was also very bad in taste Also the prices of food were high so we was having good expectation from it but it all got to disappointing. Also the location of the restaurant was into some society area in which most auto denied to go so we had to go by walk only. So overall I would recommend to avoid to visit this hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the ambience here. Staff is really well mannered. Ambience is classy and food is just PERFECT; niether too spicy nor too dull. So you can eat a lot. It's a pure delight for a veg lover as they don't serve non-veg here. I never ever had a raita this delicious before.

We had taken lunch in Royal Bharti restaurant too which is located in market vrindavan. The food quality over there was 9/10 but here it was 11/10. The staff was well mannered. Place is highly recommended. Magical vibes. Must Must visit with friends and family.

Bharti Vyanjan is part of the hotel Royal bharti. Ambiance was great. We had ordered dal makhani, aalo gobhi adraki and assorted breads. food was yummy. I will recommend it to friends.

The staff is super arrogant, they were acting like it is a government office and I am there to get my pension released. Talking rudely even when I was thanking them everytime I managed to get them to my table. Food ain't any good either. Cherry on top, I had to pack my own food and was charged extra for that. Cutting to the chase, you shouldn't visit unless you fantasize of getting ill treated.

Worst place ever. Rice was uncooked, pasta was bitter, Rajmah was stale and cheese chillyv was too spicy to eat. Cheese cake was too bad. I would recommend to eat good and tasty food on a thela rather than this untasty one. Also service was too slow.

Pasta wasn't good at all. Ordered Berry shake they gave us mango blaster. The waiter argued for it and he was very rude. Will never come to this restaurant and won't recommend this to my friends. I've been here once during my visit to vrindavan. This place is near to iskcon temple and Prem Mandir. The ambience is completely completely different. I liked the ambience to be honest. Very bad experience with this hotel. First they bring super sour tomato soup! Then they exchanged it. But when I asked to replace one vegetable with (an already coming curry) in a thali (which costs 450 INR!!!) they said no! Not at all accommodating. Will not be coming back here again, and will not let anyone from my connection come here too. Bad people, bad business, bad experience. Please choose to go somewhere else people, where businesses are at least a little accommodating.

When I visited this restaurant. Firstly I was not so happy with the service we tried many times then the waiter came to take our order. I can understand it's a busy hrs time but still they forget our order then they ask again after that they serve i order Schezwan noodles but they gave us hakka noodles. And the taste was flat. I didn't like the taste. I feel like I'm eating plain noodles.

In breads - Butter Naan + Butter Roti… - Dosa was Uncooked - Shahi Paneer was served in Malai Kofta curry with raw paneer pieces - Paneer Butter Masala had no masala and was sweet in taste - Dal tadka had high salt content - veg raita also had high salt content No happy at all. For this price, you’d expect either a generous portion or a fine-dining experience, but sadly, neither matched. That said, the quality of food was quite good – fresh ingredients, well-prepared, and served cleanly. The herbal coffee and mango milkshake stood out for their taste and purity. So while the pricing and portions disappointed us, the flavor and hygiene maintained a good standard. 📍 Would recommend only if you’re okay with premium pricing for sattvic food in a devotional setting.

I've been to this restaurant thrice, price is high, ofcourse. I had idli sambhar and veg biryani. Idli wasn't soft, Sambhar was sweet. Biryani was dry, it wasn't spicy even I told them to make it spicy. Last time I had poha, kadha, tea. Poha was too sweet, They garnished it with sugar. I don't know how things work in their kitchen. only Service is good.

The iskcon vrindavan service and attitude was very casual and rude. Unexpected, iskcon chowpathy was good. Management should consider and they should avail feedback options so that it could be highlighted and rectified

This place is not for us, clearly meant only for foreigners, not for Indians. The waiters treat Indian devotees like beggars and can’t even be bothered to attend to you. What kind of pathetic “hospitality” is this? ISKCON management couldn’t care less, it’s obvious the whole thing is run by foreigners, for foreigners!

There are so many gates like Ajeet nagar and Arjun Nagar which might confuse people as you cannot directly reach airport. You need to go to Arjun Nagar gate and from there a bus will take you to airport. All this because it’s a shared airport between IAF and civil aviation. Remember that there is a INR 50 charge for the bus which takes you from IAF Arjun nagar gate to Civil airport.

Be prepared for some extra document checks due to the military presence, but overall, it’s a smooth process. The Agra airport is not a civilian airport and is located in the Cantonment area. Hence, photography is strictly prohibited. Also, the cabs cannot come inside the airport. As a result, one has to mandatorily take the Airport bus to come out of the airport which is roughly 2 kms to catch a cab. This experience makes the Agra Airport a difficult one.

Small Airport, but very useful as regular flight operates from here to most of the metro cities of india! One has to pass through multiple security checks as this is army airport. Cabs are not allowed till airport, Airport bus will pickup from Arjun Gate!
