Arrowhead Provincial Park

Provincial park
Nature & Parks
Arrowhead Provincial Park is a stunning destination nestled in the heart of Ontario, offering a plethora of outdoor activities for nature enthusiasts. Visitors can enjoy the picturesque lake with its inviting beaches, explore numerous hiking trails, and marvel at a captivating waterfall. The park also provides campsites for those seeking an immersive outdoor experience and offers equipment rentals for added convenience.
One of the best provincial parks we visited. We came here in the summer for camping and the campgrounds are excellent. We cam in the winter and stayed in a cabin, which was awesome and very cosy. We visited for a hike in the fall and loved the trails and the waterfalls. Most recent time we visited for cross country skiing in early February. The trails are so well groomed, probably the best I've seen. We also enjoyed skating on the ice loop. Any time of the year this park was inviting and a lot of fun for the family and friends. You can rent skis and skates in the park if you don't have any and the rental equipment is fairly new and we'll maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Very beautiful provincial park that we visited this saturday to see fall colors. You need to have a reservation beforehand to enter into the park. There are two lakes Mayflower and arrowhead. I loved the latter one for its beautiful view and ability to do kayaking in it. There is a beautiful huge visitor center with ample parking on site. The lake is just behind that. Lot of campsites, so it's definitely a good contender for summer/ early fall camping. The big bend lookout here is famous, and it's a splendid view in peak fall colors. There is a brown bridge over Arrowhead Lake that enhances its beauty, and you can capture really good photos there. Trails are nice. Washrooms were clean. We spent our weekend well.
Prashant B — Google review
In general, the park is great. It has a couple nice lakes & small rivers to paddle on. Some nice hiking trails and even a couple trails designated for mountain biking. Tried it all and enjoyed it thoroughly. However when it rained, our campsite, as well as our neighbour’s site became a pond; and not just a little area. This should not be happening nowadays. There’s a beautiful visitor centre.
Burk S — Google review
Came here for the fire and ice! The weather was unforgiving but the atmosphere was great! We had lots of fun with the ice and snow! I loved the fresh snow here. We managed to do cross-county skiing as well as day and night skating! I loved that they had skating helpers.
Reigner F — Google review
Great Provincial Park in Huntsville that has a multitude of hiking trails ranging from 150m and up. From the moment you cross the park boundary until you get to your site you can’t help but constantly stare in amazement at natures wonder. Granite rising above the ground level and creeks and lakes offering hours of exploration. You’ll feel like you’re the first to view the sights and sites. Mayflower Lake & Arrowhead are both amazing lake to canoe , kayak or hike around. The Big Bend-only 159 meter walk to this sight from the parking lot. Find out how Oxbow Lake was formed. Stubbs Falls cuts it’s way through the Canadian Shield as it descends. I have completely enjoyed myself here this fall and shall return for winter events like FIRE & ICE.
Waito C — Google review
Arrowhead Provincial Park is now in my list of top 5 provincial parks. Arrowhead in the Fall is awesome. The colors, hiking, biking and camping are excellent. I highly recommend this campground and I'm planning future trips to experience the winter and summer activities. Maybe we will try a cabin next time.
David F — Google review
We had a great time. Campsites are spacious, clean washrooms, and showers. Unfortunately, it was raining the two days out of three that we were there. We did some bike riding and took some pictures. Beautiful park.
Nimci M — Google review
♥️Arrowhead Provincial Park is a stunning natural paradise, showcasing breathtaking landscapes filled with shimmering lakes and rolling hills. As you explore the park, you’ll encounter a myriad of hiking trails that invite you to immerse yourself in the serene beauty of nature. Each path offers a unique perspective of the park’s vibrant flora and fauna, allowing you to truly appreciate the tranquility and allure that surrounds you. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventure in the great outdoors, Arrowhead Provincial Park promises an unforgettable experience.🌸

Farm
Sugarbush Hill Maple Farm in Huntsville, Ontario is a must-visit destination, especially during the spring. This family-owned and -operated sugaring farm offers a variety of maple products such as syrups, sugar, cotton candies, muffins, barbecue sauce, and mustard. Visitors can explore the sprawling sugarbush and learn about sustainable maple syrup production practices. Despite the pandemic restrictions, visitors can still enjoy their products by ordering from a small table set up outside the store entrance.
Absolutely love this place love the barbecue sauce! Love the maple syrup. They know how to do it right and of course the grand finale the ice cream we will be customers for life.
Richard T — Google review
This is a pretty good maple farm located closer to the Cottage country in Muskoka. It's a family owned 100 acre property that has Maple trees planted on 50 acres of it. They have nice options of light to dark maple syrup varieties available for purchase. The bottles too are in different sizes and types to select from. My favourite part of the visit was the soft ice cream infused with their dark maple syrup served in cups or cones. It was one of the creamiest ice creams that I've had in a long time. A pretty good place to see if you're in the region closer to Muskoka or Huntsville.
Ali R — Google review
A must stop for visitors and locals, alike. Sugarbush Hill is about as authentic as you could want for a maple sugar bush experience. The folks who run it are friendly and welcoming, with a wealth of knowledge about the history and process of making maple syrup. It's worth going anytime, but especially so when tours are open. Be sure to walk away with a sweet treat, you won't regret it.
Adam — Google review
Lovely experience here! The maple ice cream "cremee" and candies are delicious. The trail throughout the woods with the maple trees was very unique. Owners are very friendly and knowledgable. I recommend visiting if you are in the area!
Rosina M — Google review
Sugarbush Hill Maple Farm was a nice little farm. Plenty of parking and a shop to buy some of their products. It's also nice to see the history of maple farming on display too. There was a hiking trail, but we didn't have time to go. The maple ice cream was very good.
J C — Google review
Such a great stop. The hiking trail is beautiful with great informational stops along the way. Maple ice cream is to die for and the maple syryp delicious. Worth the stop.
Christelle L — Google review
The Maple Cremee is amazing, very creamy and a subtle maple flavour. The prices on all the products are ridiculous, which granted a small business has its fair share of costs and we end up paying for quality. The customer service was nonexistent and they charge 50¢ for additional spoons which was ridiculous.
S D — Google review
A group of us visited the farm for a Maple presentation and tasting and had a really great time. Tom was super helpful and friendly and gave us a detailed history of maple syrup and how the tapping and boiling process has evolved over time. Super interesting and enjoyable experience. Beautiful farm and beautiful maple syrup!!

Lions Lookout

Mentioned on
11 lists
Scenic spot
Sights & Landmarks
Lions Lookout in Huntsville, the largest city in Muskoka, is a popular spot offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the city below. It's renowned for its stunning fall foliage, making it one of the best fall lookouts in Muskoka. The lookout is not only a great place to admire autumn colors but also serves as a starting point for scenic hikes. Despite being crowded at times, visitors can escape by exploring other viewpoints scattered around the hilltop.
This is a great lookout to see the city. The winding ride up the mountain was worth the effort and quite enjoyable. There is a gazebo at the top and plenty of spots to picnic. Parking is limited. The people are friendly. Take the time to read the etching on the rocks and gazebo. Whether for romantic date or family excursion, this is the spot.
Baldo M — Google review
Beautiful lookout, nice city view, river and the forest behind. Fall Colors where wonderful. Parking is tight on weekends. There is one parking lot on to and one at the bottom for those who done want to hike.
Thejus — Google review
You don't need to purchase advance tickets to visit this place. It's free for entry and open 24 hours. You drive all the way upto the lions lookout point on the top of the hill. Their is a small parking place on top. You can also find parking lot at the entrance of the hill near lookout sign. However, I recommend drive all the way to top if you wanna skip 1km steep hike Breathtaking Fall Views at Lions Lookout is a Must-See in Huntsville! 🍁 . If you're anywhere near Huntsville in the fall, a trip to Lions Lookout is an absolute must. I visited during peak foliage season, and the views were nothing short of magical. The entire landscape was painted in vibrant shades of red, orange, and gold — it felt like stepping into a postcard! The lookout offers a panoramic view over Fairy Lake, the Muskoka River, and the town of Huntsville, all framed by rolling hills ablaze with autumn color. Whether you're a photographer, nature lover, or just out for a peaceful walk, this spot won’t disappoint. The short hike to the top is a bit steep, but it’s well worth the effort. There are benches to rest along the way and once you reach the top, the scenery makes it all worthwhile. It’s also a great place to watch the sunset over the colorful treetops. **Tip:** Try to go on a clear day for the best visibility, and bring a camera — you’ll want to capture this view. Highly recommend visiting during the fall. It’s one of the most beautiful places in Muskoka to experience the changing leaves! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Sirish C — Google review
Really nice when you got up to the top, you can drive up and park there where space are still available or park below and hike up to the lookout (shuttle train in summer months). Be sure to check out the scenery in various directions; beautiful view of Huntsville and Fairy Lake especially in the fall.
DY L — Google review
Worth the hike. DONOT take your car up but park at the community centre there, if you don’t hike, you miss the on road fall wonders. Most beautiful pictures ever taken there by us. Will visit again and again. It’s a free point, no ticket required.
Dr. B — Google review
A great lookout for Fairy Lake and Huntville downtown. Spectacular view in the Autumn. Parking is limited on the top. It is better to park at the foothill and take a stroll to the top
John P — Google review
Do NOT go on a weekend 💀 The traffic was from the bottom of the hill to the top parking lot We luckily made a U-turn and parked somewhere else near by and made the walk up the hill which I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or seniors When I left to walk down the hill people were still in traffic going up the hill that I recognized when I was walking up, they didn’t get very much farther along. The actual viewing area is very over crowded. View is decent.
Alice — Google review
Lion’s Lookout is a lovely spot with great views over Huntsville, but be prepared for some parking challenges—especially on holidays or long weekends. The parking lot at the top can get quite crowded and there’s often a bit of traffic going up. If you don’t mind a short uphill walk, parking at the Heritage Place lot is a good alternative—it’s not far, though the slope is a bit steep. Funny enough, it always seems to be cloudy or rainy whenever I visit, so I haven’t seen the view on a perfectly clear day yet—that’s my little regret. Still, Huntsville is such a charming town that I always enjoy coming back.

It encompasses the Muskoka Museum, Muskoka Pioneer Village, and the Portage Flyer Train on a sprawling 90-acre site. Visitors can explore 18 well-preserved pioneer buildings and take an open-air train ride through beautiful surroundings. The museum showcases the history of Muskoka and features exhibits from the turn of the 20th century.
We had our wedding photos taken here and it was a beautiful backdrop. Staff was fantastic to work with and everything went smoothly, excellent experience. We have also visited here several times with our kids and families and we always have a lovely time.

Muskoka Heritage Place is a beautiful step back in time rich with history and charm at every corner. Even though the train ride wasn’t running yet for the season, we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the heritage building and learning about the history. The staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more special with their stories and warm welcome. Can’t wait to return when the train is running!
Shaik M — Google review
Had a great time at Muskoka Heritage Place! The pioneer village was full of charm, and the staff were amazing — an elderly lady kindly gave me a shawl when it got cold. We enjoyed candle making, a scenic train ride, and even spotted a deer. A lovely and memorable visit!
Gurleen K — Google review
Perfect place to visit with kids, there are so many cottages from late 1800's. I am surprised by seeing them and how well they are maintained. Another good thing was, there were people who were showing kids on how the stoves were used in past and how people were washing and drying clothes. It is a good experience for kids. They provide a map which you can follow to go through the village and at the same end can ride and enjoy the steam engine train. Must Visit!!!
Amarsh D — Google review
Excellent. Great for family outing. Lady is Maw's house baked and Excellent scone, served with home madebutter. Wonderful train ride. Journey in the past.

We had a great time learned and alot. The kids loved the train ride and the crushed pennies they got to take home
Diane — Google review
A well setup historical village, showing how life was like 130 yrs ago in the area. They had great demonstrations and activities for the kids, and we lucked out to have perfect weather. The only suggestion: A lot more selection in the snack bar. As the visit can easily be several hours, it would be great to have more choices for snacks (as I don't think you can bring your own food). Thanks to everyone there who made the visit a great one!
Chantal R — Google review
Horrible customer service. There wasn't really any to be honest. We waited in line for almost 2 hours to buy general admission tickets however the staff that were outside the ticket booth did not give anybody in line any direction as to what was going on. I had to ask their staff twice for information and it was only then that they told us that tickets weren't guaranteed for those waiting to buy general admission tickets and that they were only letting 15 people in at a time to buy general admission tickets. At no other point did they offer anyone else standing in line to buy general admission tickets information. When other people asked they just told them "it's first come first serve". Look nobody wants to waste their day waiting in a line and you know exactly how many tickets were allocated towards advanced purchase which means you also know how many tickets left are allocated for general admission pricing per timeslot. However the staff's lack of transparency with this information was not appreciated as we would have happily left earlier instead of waiting with our hopes kept up. I would have rather been told sooner that they didn't have enough general admission tickets. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, and would not return soley because their customer service is terrible if you are planning to buy general admission tickets. If you do go, it is advisable to buy tickets in advance as I observed they only treated those people who bought advanced tickets with service.

Nestled in the heart of Muskoka, the Muskoka Ski Club - Hidden Valley offers a variety of winter activities for visitors. With 13 trails, including a terrain park, and lessons for all ages, it's an ideal destination for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. In addition to winter sports, Huntsville also provides opportunities for cross-country skiing, skating at Arrowhead Provincial Park, and exploring snowmobile trails.
I’ve put my kids in Hidden Valley’s winter break 4-day ski camp for 3 years now and am beyond impressed with how amazing this program is. For new / beginner skiers they work at a 1:1 ratio, so it’s essentially 16hrs of private lessons. I want to shout out Dare who has worked with my daughter all week. He is calm, patient and professional. His positivity and enthusiasm has been influencing my daughter all week and her love for the sport will be a direct result of this. Thank you & we will see you again next year!

Just a lovely place to ski. Every single person working there is kind and patient and helpful. From the till to the rentals to the instructors to ski patrol.
Gabriel R — Google review
It's a hidden gem! Perfect for family outings! Great friendly staff and very accommodating - by phone or in person. First visited in 2013 during the holidays season and been going ever since and made it a Family tradition!
J R — Google review
Had a great vacation here over March Break. The restaurant was yummy. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that. The rooms were clean and ours was quite spacious. The pool is small but adequate. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a great location for getting to outdoor outings and also visiting Huntsville attractions. I would stay here again.
Michelle S — Google review
I had a blast at Hidden Valley. The staff were very kind and courteous. They have a variety of green, blue and black hills for you to ski on. The great thing when we were there, the day was gorgeous and it wasn’t too crowded. Which meant short lines for the lifts. The next time I’m in Huntsville, I’ll be sure to check them out. The place can be a little tricky to find, so just have a little patience if you’re going there for the first time.
Nabeel ( — Google review
I love Hidden Valley. It’s where I’ve learned to ski and I am so happy each time I visit. I visited over reading break this year in February and it was amazing. I love the design — the lodge where you can sit and enjoy refreshments while watching the hill. The speedy lifts and intuitive planning. They also play fantastic music. When I visited I had forgotten to book rentals and was crestfallen after discovering that there were no rentals available that day. Fortunately, thanks to Chrissy and Jen I was able to have my day on the hill, and I even got to take a lesson too. Employees go above and beyond here, and it shows. Thank you for all the fantastic experiences and dutiful service to your customers. You have a loyal and enthusiastic customer here, I am counting the days until next season. Thank you!
Sara G — Google review
Found this gem up in north with great design trails. Very beautiful and quality of snow is great. They have many lift and slope to choose from according to the skill level. This place is must visit for your upcoming trip.
Smit A — Google review
This is a great ski area. Every service representative I met is very patient and friendly. I also like that the rental shop focuses on the safety details. In a busy area, they put a protection cover on the shelf to prevent people from bumping into it. Last but not least, the restaurant on the site provides delicious food, and the Reuben sandwich is a must-try food.

Escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Huntsville by visiting Limberlost Forest and Wildlife Reserve, just a short drive away. The reserve offers free public access to a variety of stunning trails, including the Solitaire Lake Trail which provides breathtaking fall views. With over 70 kilometers of trails, this nearly untouched wilderness is perfect for hiking enthusiasts. Additionally, visitors can enjoy activities such as disc golf and even stay in beautiful cabins like River's Bay with luxurious amenities like a jacuzzi.
Beautiful hidden gem in Muskoka. Limberlost offers several different types of accommodations, from camp sights (almost all had tent pads and private out houses) to cottages and unique "outposts" offering private and serene stays. We stayed on buck south, all the sites are steps from water and next to trails. The trails are well-maintained and easy to follow. They also have periodic rest stations. You will need to bring water! Great swimming and paddling, canoes can be rented cheaply and for $20 you can have them delivered to your site or a close launch pad. Really can’t recommend this enough, and they often have available spaces unlike most provincial parks. Great for day trips too.
Nicholas B — Google review
This place seemed great at first — very scenic and peaceful. I camp a lot, so I understand that wildlife is part of being in the woods. However, our site (Lee North 16) was infested with mice. They were under the wooden platform, all around the site, and even got into our tent. We’re careful with food storage, but they were everywhere. We ended up packing up and finding a place down the road because I didn’t want them chewing through my tent or having crawl over me in my sleep. Also, be aware that they don’t offer refunds, so book at your own risk. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The campsites inside the park are much better maintained.
Bluegrass D — Google review
Absolutely stunning and explorable place! Limberlost Forest is a hidden gem in Ontario. The place with peaceful, scenic, and full of beautiful trails surrounded by lakes and wildlife. It’s an amazing spot for hiking, photography, and exploring nature. You’ll also come across some old private houses built many years ago, which add a unique charm to the experience. The trails are well-marked, clean, and offer a good mix of difficulty levels. Perfect for anyone who loves outdoor adventures and quiet moments by the water. Highly recommend visiting!
Bhavesh S — Google review
Eastall 3. Very private site. On a dead end road with 2 other sites on the lake but lots of distance between. A little swampy but site was well maintained and close to it's natural state; few trees cleared, very shady with direct access to the water and you can park your car right in front of the site. Park was well maintained, lots of hiking trails. We did the one advertised canoe route from Buck Lake to Crystal Falls (15k round trip). Portage routes are decent, couple of push-throughs, dock on Poverty lake was a little sketchy. Crystal falls portage wasn't maintained, lots of fallen trees over trail, not sure if it has been maintained in a few years. Campground is a little more rustic than most parks - no comfort stations, potable water available at main office (15 min drive), lots of driving involved in general (15 min to most popular trail heads, 10 min drive to Buck Lake canoe route) but you're truly in the middle of nowhere so it's understandable. Would recommend, will visit again.
Jacob — Google review
Amazing time camping! The campsites are all large and private, it was so fun. The trails and lakes are gorgeous, and the water is so clean. The outhouse is well maintained. I enjoyed my time and the sights and sounds of Limberlost. Definitely recommend this campsite for avid campers, I want to go back!!
Erica L — Google review
Little known fact: Limberlost allows day visitors to hike its trails and canoe its lakes. You need to register on entry. The accommodations seemed good, from camping to cabins -- perhaps we'll return for a stay. The trails are well maintained and feature different environments, views of lakes, and interesting terrain. Most are intermediate difficulty, with many roots and ups-and-downs.

North Granite Ridge Golf Club

Temporarily Closed
Golf course
Outdoor Activities
Muskoka, known for its stunning 9-hole courses and challenging championship golf courses carved from the remarkable granite outcroppings of the Canadian Shield, has become renowned as one of Canada's premier golf destinations. The North Granite Ridge Golf Club, in particular, is an exceptional course with friendly staff and impeccable conditions. The picturesque scenery and varied elevations add to the allure of this extraordinary course.
Favourite course in Muskoka. As a Mary lake cottager I’ve probably played 20+ rounds here over the years and every time it’s still fun, still challenging, still has me pulling out the phone to snap a few pics in nature, and the course is typically in very good or above average condition. Anybody complaining about interactions with course staff or marshals should probably take a look in the mirror. Pace of play is outstanding and waiting around on tee boxes is a rarity. If you're gonna be a hack, just be a hack quickly and you’ll be fine. Otherwise, she’s a wee bit narrow so don’t let your ego get bruised when you shank a few into the woods. One in every 3 or 4 off a tree will somehow miraculously bounce back into play and that alone adds to the experience so just embrace it. Some wicked elevated tee shots on this course. You’re also guaranteed to see some form of Muskoka nature out there; birds of prey and deer and beavers and the whole gamut. It’s a good time. One thing that was a little concerning was the condition of some of the greens this week. They looked to be in better health closer to opening day so I’m not sure what the deal is but hoping the course gets that dialled in for the season. Regardless, great track.
Adam B — Google review
This is tough track, it plays a lot longer than it reads due to the various elevations. Tight treelined fairways with angulated greens. Stunning scenery and of course plenty of deer to see... A must play course, but don't be to hard on yourself.
ParLuxe G — Google review
Our first time golfing at North Granite Ridge. It's a challenging course with exceptionally beautiful scenery. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our dining experience was top notch, sitting on the deck of the clubhouse which looks onto the 18th hole. The food was excellent, the pizza was outstanding, one of the best we've ever had, cooked in an outside pizza oven. We will definitely be back!!
Martha T — Google review
Beautiful course and well worth the Underpar coupon price. Front nine had significant elevation changes whereas the back was flatter. Not a long course but tight/narrow fairways. Our round took us 4 hours. Greens were soft so your chips would land and hold but they were still fast. Great job greens keeping staff! I particularly enjoyed holes 1, 3, 5, 9 and 16. See pics and videos below. I would definitely play this again.
Ryan D — Google review
I’ve played this course many times while away up north. Great conditions, but pace can be a problem sometimes on the weekend. Shot well but the round took over 4.5hrs, a lot of waiting around
Matthew — Google review
Bought the Underpar, which is regularly offered. What a beautiful track! Well maintained with completely asphalted cart paths. Tee boxes are in great shape. Greens are TOUGH! Undulating and cut short enough to frustrate good golfers. The blue tee boxes were tough for a 10 handicapper. Do yourself a favour and play the forward tees. Loved this course!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at North Granite Ridge, now listen I don’t often golf. My husband loves it. We go down to the cottage with the grandchildren and my husband golfs all day. After a long day of golf we built up an appetite. And I must say, it was an exceptional culinary experience! From the moment I sat down, I was enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal, and the service was attentive and friendly. The food was the highlight of the evening. Each dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The chef clearly has a passion for quality, I demanded to meet the chef and I was told that it was two teenage kids working. Congratulations to you lovely kids who not only are working but with passion. I will definitely be returning! I was so satisfied I left a big tip and will definitely be returning. GET THESE AMAZING, KIND, HARDWORKING CHILDREN A RAISE!!!

Smaller venue with up close and perfect views from every seat.. Was 2nd last Row Balcony, and felt like 10 rows away... Great acoustics, reasonable drink prices... Great show.

Great spot to experience a summer evening performance. Restaurants near the theatre offer a wide choice of menu items for family, groups, and for those who would care for a quite moment.
Hope B — Google review
Amazing local venue. Intimate setting with good acoustics. Wish there were more events and concerts to attend in off summer months for locals. Worth the drive!
Janice E — Google review
What a nice little venue to watch a show, it’s worth the drive to Huntsville! The only downfall is there’s lots of stairs to climb if you have balcony seating, keep that in mind!

This is a wonderful theatre. Though it's a little small, every row offsets a great view of the stage. The bar before the show offers some of the cheapest drinks in town. The only thing missing is that they don't sell coffee.

What a great intimate venue. My girlfriend and I were there for Choir, Choir, Choir doing Queen on the weekend and had a blast. Parking was found easy and it was nice checking out downtown Huntsville. Would definitely go see another show here.

Excellent acoustics, comfy seats with legroom and helpful volunteers. What's not to love?

Very nice theatre to watch a live show from. Volunteers were very friendly and made this intimate concert location great to listen to live music at. Lots of parking nearby makes it easy to visit. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of watching a concert from this facility. There is no bad seat in the house.

It was a fantastic place with nice view, there is a good concept of leveling the water before opening the locks. Peaceful place and nice benches to sit around the lake view.

Interesting stop on the way into Huntsville. You can walk both sides crossing over the lock on one of the gates. Some plaques and information available on site.

It was one of our stops during our road trip. A quick stop and lovely and peaceful site. It was drizzling 🌧️ and it was refreshing to feel the wet grass too.

Great place to sit and relax. If you’re lucky you can catch a boat travelling through the locks. There is free parking onsite, a few picnic tables, garbage bins and a portable toilet for emergencies.

Great little falls with big views. Can't wait to go back and swim a bit and sunbath perfect place for all of the above.

Born and raised just down the road. Have always loved the scenic dam. Lots of parking now, porta potty, and it's always clean. Most people are very respectful and clean up after themselves.
Susan F — Google review
Stopped here on our way to Port Sydney Beach. It's a cool little area to stop and look at the dam and what they call "falls" It isn't super big or overly involved, with easy access up to the waters edge, so for anyone who like to go exploring, this is a nice little spot. There was a porta potty on site, so that was a nice bonus for the kiddos to use on our excursions.
Jonny S — Google review
Very small, but nice hang out place! It's also a nice community, seems they were setting up for weekend fireworks at the port and collecting donations. Nice place to drop by, if you're going to huntsville side.

Pub
On The Docks Pub is a waterfront establishment located along the historic Town Dock in downtown Huntsville. During the day, it offers a relaxed atmosphere with stunning views of the waterscape and signature dishes. As night falls, it transforms into a lively hotspot with frequent entertainment. With a bi-level patio, this pub provides an ideal setting to enjoy drinks and food while watching boats and occasional planes at the town docks.
On the Docks Pub in Huntsville is the perfect spot for a relaxed and delicious meal by the water. We tried the chicken sandwich, nachos, bruschetta, and the spicy southwest burger, and each dish was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The chicken sandwich was crisp and juicy, while the southwest burger had just the right amount of kick. The nachos were loaded and perfect for sharing, and the bruschetta tasted light and wonderfully fresh. With friendly service and a beautiful lakeside atmosphere, it’s definitely a place we’ll be returning to!

✅ Nestled near the shimmering lake, it was an enchanting spot that truly captivated us. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, filled with the soothing sounds of nature and a sense of tranquility. The staff provided attentive service, making us feel welcomed and appreciated. However, we had hoped for a food quality that matched the delightful ambiance. While the flavors were decent, they left us wishing for something more exceptional. We believe there’s plenty of room for improvement, and with the promise of a more refined dining experience, we’re eager to return next year to enjoy everything this wonderful place has to offer.

Overall the food was good compared to normal bar food. The roast beef was excellent especially. The onion soup was good and tasty, but not exceptional. The lemon salad was OK too. The local beers were great, lived them all. Try them. The prices were quite expensive compared to the quality of the food. The view however was amazing.

6 of us went to this pub for a quick drink and food this afternoon . We sat outside at a booth overlooking the water . It was a great spot very scenic and good vibes . Our waitress was excellent. Attentive and was friendly . She explained everything well and overall we found she did a great job. Two of us shared and ordered a chicken club with fries and the other couple ordered a pizza . When we got our food. Was very underwhelming. The chicken clubs were super soggy and I have never had a chicken club without lettuce. It was a mess and it tasted terrible . The fries were nothing special just typical frozen fries . For a whopping 21 dollars. The ketchup they brought was very sour and had small chunks in it. I would assume it's sat out for a long period of time. The other couple that got pizza. Another big disappointment . They described it as very similar to a frozen pizza you'd get at a grocery store. For the above average prices for this food I would expect better quality. Such a shame as it's a great spot . Also bathroom was very dirty. I would not go back to this place unfortunately and would not recommend it to anyone .

I came to this restaurant with my friends October 10th and was served by Megan. This review is a bit late but I had to let people know of the amazing service I received while dining. Megan was so attentive, fun, and efficient. She recommended the Fish Tacos which we shared as a group and they were quite good. I wish I could request the same server again. Thank you, Megan!
Kalen T — Google review
The food was good, lots of vegetarian options. The server was kind but not overly attentive. The drinks were delicious but the cocktail with grape juice was awful. Atmosphere was 10/10 but music was sooo loud.
Desiree C — Google review
Decent food, good drinks. The dip with pork buttons was disgusting but the food itself was average.

We had a great lunch. 2 of us are doing a keto diet and they suggested some salads with protein and mixed it up a bit. The burger was a great homemade burger or appeared to be. Chicken bites were okay, nothing special but not bad by any means. A little pricey ... with tip ... 4 of us, 2 kids No kids menu With tip and only softdrinks .... $150.00 for lunch.

Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill is a Canadian restaurant chain that debuted in Huntsville in 2015. It's part of the Obsidian Restaurant Group and aims to bring a fresh dining concept to Ontario communities. The family-friendly location in Huntsville can seat up to 120 guests, with an expansive outdoor patio. Visitors praise the bustling atmosphere and accommodating staff, though they note potential delays during peak times due to high demand.
We had a wonderful meal here! The kids’ cheeseburger was perfectly cooked — juicy, flavourful, and just the right portion for the little ones. The salad was fresh and crisp with a nice balance of flavours, and the T-bone steak was cooked exactly as we ordered — tender, juicy, and full of flavour. The restaurant itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both families and couples. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, great food, great service, and a pleasant dining environment. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Kit C — Google review
The service is great and the atmosphere is great. I don’t have much complaints about the food but it’s very salty apart from they it is great. I wish they could lower the salt content. The portion is good and the prices are reasonable.
Nirooshan N — Google review
Screaming/horseplay from the kitchen area is not cool, families were surprised and startled. Entry went well, good service, prompt drinks, clean tables, clean bathroom, well supplied. The 3% fee isn't necessary, it sounds like the DST. That's like saying our prices will bring you in but then we will punish you for coming. The mozzarella sticks were decent, the sweet heat flatbread was well done and the wings were good. The steak was tasty and perfectly cooked. The extra charge on the mashed potatoes wasn't worth it since they were obviously reheated but not enough to be warm. A solid 4/5.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere of the place was just as impressive. Everything was well-prepared with great attention to flavor, and the cozy, welcoming vibe made the whole experience even better. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely love to visit again.

We came at 730pm and had the intention of taking away some pork ribs, chicken wings and barbecue chicken. But our D’Maitre graciously approached us, handed us the menu and got straight to the point of saying that they had run out of the “favourite items” as also those mentioned above. How does a big food chain run out of main ingredients and items at 730pm? Was it to discourage us, as they had a big diners turnaround at that time and did not want to take care of “takeawayers”!! Disappointed, we left right away. This wasn’t a good experience and we felt rather humiliated at this instant response from the D’Maitre. Chuck’s Roadhiuse Bar and Grill in Huntsville was a big disappointment 👎🏻
Neelav D — Google review
Place is large, can seat many. It was slower when I entered. Approx 4 tables and a table of 4 after me. I was alone. I received my beer and ordered right away. As did the table behind me. My food came, was kind of heavy on the Ceasar dressing but burger was good. My waitress was different then the table behind me. Both staff seemed to help each other as they should. My meal was finished as was the table after me. That waitress, cleared and brought bill. Mine was no where to be seen..after a 20 min wait, I had to get up and ask for my bill. Every unexceptable as it was still not busy. What started out strong, ended in frustration. Some staff need to step up their game.
June E — Google review
Took them almost 1.5 hours to serve our orders. One dish is burnt black ribs! Our fish and fries is a bit dry. If they are short staffed they should've folded or blocked their tables/chairs and stopped accepting customers... Look at that ribs in the photo!

Top notch! Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals here. We had a reservation and that was necessary. The opening meatballs were incredible. The drink experience was very well done by an experienced bartender. The food couldn't have been better!

We had such a phenomenal dining experience in Huntsville! From the moment we arrived, our server Adrian went above and beyond to make everything so lovely, attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. The food was outstanding. The gnocchi was honestly the best I have ever tried! perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and simply unforgettable. For our appetizer, we ordered the bruschetta, and I was so pleased it didn’t have raw red onions (a rare and very welcome touch). Dessert was just as impressive, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, the perfect way to end the meal. Between the exceptional service and incredible food, this restaurant exceeded expectations on every level. Huntsville is lucky to have a spot like this, and I can’t wait to return!
Calista W — Google review
It was perfection. Fresh, authentic Italian & service was impeccable. The staff was inviting, friendly & professional. Adrian was lovely & went out of her way for us. The patio was beautiful & the guitar player was outstanding. We ordered the spaghetti carbonara & pizza. It was delicious. Our drinks were amazing. I decided to order a latte & the Ricciarelli cookies. They were so yummy. I highly recommend Allora any day of the week. I cannot wait to revisit when we're back in town.

Beautiful restaurant, with a very nice staff! The food was exceptional! Each cocktail sounded delicious, my wife settled for the willow and it was fantastic! She had the gnocchi which was to die for. As for Myself, I had the braised beef pasta which was delicious! Could not have had a better meal and date for our anniversary!

Absolutely loved our experience at Allora! We ordered the Italian pizza and it was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The sangria was amazing, so refreshing and just the right balance. We also had gelato and coffee to finish — both were top quality. We had a wonderful time with our family, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere, great food! Highly recommend!
ANDRE H — Google review
We enjoyed the bruschetta as appetizer and Pappardelle al ragu and Ricotta gnochi as main course. Everything has a very authentic taste and we loved every bit of them. The wait for food was a bit long due to the amount of guests (my guess), but worth it.
Phuong H — Google review
The food was sooooo good! We had the Picante pizza and carbonara pasta. The server was really sweet too. The hostess seemed weirded out by the fact that we weren’t white like most of the people there.
Manveer K — Google review
We tried to walk in at Allora in the evening and were told it would be about an hour wait. Fair enough — we left our phone number, confirmed it was correct, and were assured we would get a call. At the time, I noticed roughly a third of the tables were empty, but I assumed they were being held for reservations. After more than an hour without any call, we went back inside. Strangely, many of the same tables were still empty. Yet we were told again that we needed to wait another hour. We decided to be patient, but no call ever came — even as the restaurant approached closing time. When we went to check one last time, those same tables had remained empty the entire night. Perhaps the restaurant has a unique definition of “reservation” that allows tables to sit unused indefinitely. Or perhaps there is another explanation that we are not privileged enough to know. If tables are truly reserved, wouldn’t it be fair to release them after 30 minutes if no one shows up? Otherwise, it gives the impression that guests like us were simply not welcome. Could you kindly clarify your seating policy? Because from our perspective, it felt less like a waitlist system and more like a test of patience — or worse, a selective filter of which guests are actually called back.

Moose Delaney's Sports Bar and Grill is a popular sports bar and grill in Huntsville, Ontario that offers delicious food, affordable prices, and fast service. The restaurant is perfect for catching the game with friends or family, and offers a wide selection of draft beers and cocktails. In addition to TVs showing sports games, Moose Delaney's also has pool tables and ample seating for live entertainment.
Although I travel through this area often, it was my first time at this restaurant. I ordered dry rub wings with parmgarlic sauce and sweet potato fries. Everything was perfect - I haven't had such amazing wings cooked to my exact liking for a while. The pub was clean and we had prompt service. Before our food arrived I thought the prices were a bit steep but I changed my mind after everything was set on our table and saw big portions, I was even more delighted when I started eating. The food was fresh and piping hot, full of flavour and I got exactly what I asked for (which was sauces on the side). Wings were cooked perfectly, light and crisp skin and juicy fall of the bone inside. I will definitely be coming back!

Came with my boyfriend. I ordered the made in Canadian burger and he ordered the ultimate muskoka cheese burger. It was quiet when we got there which was nice, the staff is friendly and checks in on you a good bit. Their menu is quite unique. I recommend going here if you want to try something that’s not basic. Their burger selection was quite creative which was nice.

Friendly Barstaff. Went on Wing Wednesday had 2 orders of wings and a large plate of nachos, for well under $40!

This was our first visit to Moose Delaney's. We arrived around 5:30pm for supper, and we got seated quickly. Once we placed our food order, it did take a bit to come to the table, but we did go at a very busy time. My hubby got ribs/wings with onion rings. He said the ribs and wings were very good, but the onions rings were just warm. I have dietary issues, so I have to be very careful what I eat, so my options were limited, so I just had a plain salad with the springs rolls. Overall, a positive experience.

Muskoka on the Rock is an absolute gem! We recently visited this charming steakhouse with our large party of 20, which included 8 lively kids, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. First and foremost, the restaurant is incredibly family-friendly. They offer a well-thought-out kid's menu that kept our little ones happy and satisfied. Despite the noise and energy from our group, the staff remained nothing but polite and accommodating. They even surprised the kids with free ice cream at the end of our meal, which was a delightful touch! Accessibility is clearly a priority here, with a ramp making it easy for all guests to enter and enjoy the space. Inside, the restaurant boasts a spacious and open layout, which is perfect for large groups like ours. The interior has an old rustic charm that feels wonderfully nostalgic yet incredibly clean and well-maintained. It’s the kind of place that immediately feels like home. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The family that runs the business treated us with such warmth and care, making us feel like part of their extended family. Every need we had was met with a smile, and they handled our large group with grace and efficiency. The outdoor patio is another highlight, especially during the weekends when a live band sets the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening. The combination of great food, music, and a beautiful setting makes this place a fantastic getaway spot. Its proximity to Deerhurst Resort only adds to its appeal, making it an inescapable destination for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a great meal. Muskoka on the Rock is a relatively new addition to the area, but it has quickly become a must-visit. Whether you're looking for a place to enjoy a family dinner, catch some live music, or simply escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, this restaurant has it all. We’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Food was excellent! Our server Brooke was amazing! She was full of smiles, very polite, professional, and truly cared about our food allergy. My husband and I both have Celiac, and she made sure that the cook was fully aware, and our food was cooked without the use of gluten ingredients. She than advised us she has informed the chef, and our meals will be safe to enjoy. We will be returning for dinner again tomorrow for Prime Rib! We are staying at the Deerhurst Resort for the weekend, and if you are ever in the Huntsville area, I would highly recommend this restaurant. Great prices, delicious food, and excellent service.

Great place to drop in for a healthy lunch, especially if you’re vegan or vegetarian. I got the sweet potato bowl and it was delicious. The quinoa was warm, the veggies felt fresh and the seasoning and sauce were just right. Overall felt like a very healthy meal. I also got the iced latte with added caramel and it was perfect. The service was super fast, got our drinks in 2 minutes, the food in maybe 5-10. We sat inside because it was hot, but there’s a nice shaded area to sit outside too. They also have a couch and a coffee table area with some board games, so it’s a nice place to not just eat but also chill. There’s a spacious restroom with baby changing station which was very clean. One suggestion is to improve the ambience a bit by turning on the lights and/or playing some music in the background. Overall, great spot and would definitely visit again when I’m in the area!

Honestly, top-notch experience! This place was fantastic — I can’t wait to come back. I’ll absolutely be recommending it to my friends. Our waitress Libby was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. Highly recommend the fried tofu burger — hands down one of the best vegan burgers I’ve ever had. Enjoyed the outdoor patio, the beerlist and flights were great! Found two personal new favourites, however they also had a unique line + cilantro wheat beer (crisp, cool, perfect for summer). The menu had the typical fare; I had the chicken taco which was "good". Server Eden was excellent: attentive, friendly, great suggestions. And got some cans to take home. All around a good experience. Live music many nights, and definitely Friday and Saturday nights = great!

Great spot for some food and drinks, they have indoor/outdoor seating, and the options to choose from are great, they also host some bar games and things of that nature, not much parking nearby but there’s some spots a street or two down. We got takeout from here and it was honestly terrible. Can’t speak for the sit down aspect of the restaurant. We got the burger and the Mac and cheese, and within our 5 minute drive home the pasta was ice cold. Additionally it did not come with the breadcrumbs promised and we were served regular fries instead of waffles. The burger was just okay and the pasta was inedible. Would not recommend takeout from this place to anyone.

Had the salmon dip, steak, and lobster linguine. Dip was very good! Would be nice with a bit more chunks of salmon but overall amazing appetizer would 100% have it again kettle chips were amazing! Lobster Linguine was absolutely the star of the show and was amazing! I lived 1.5 hours away and had to come back again just for this because it's amazing! Only down side was we waited over 40 minutes for our mains to come out as something with the steak wasn't ready not sure what it was but appetizer came out very quick. That is the only downside but the wait for the linguine was totally worth it! Will definitely be coming back again hopefully it stays on the menu!

The visit was great, we had brunch, they had lots of room for us and we sat at the second patio which is not covered as the weather was quite nice. The service was a little slow as we got our waters after 15 minutes of sitting down but from there on it was all good so no complaints. The views are nice, the service is fine the food however is really good. I enjoyed my black bean veggie burger, there mushroom pizza was good, sweet potato fries were amazing, the chicken quesadilla was perfect but the coleslaw with it wasn’t really good. We had tempura cauliflower which was also good. The drinks were fine. It is nice location, nice views and great food. Will probably come again when we’re in the area.

We had a really enjoyable meal at The Mill on Main in Huntsville — the kind of experience that makes you appreciate small-town hospitality done right. From the moment we sat down, the service stood out — friendly, attentive, and impressively prompt without feeling rushed. We started with the cauliflower bites, which were crisp, flavorful, and a perfect way to kick things off. For our mains, we had the fish and chips and the power bowl. The fish was beautifully golden, with a light, crunchy batter and tender, flaky meat inside — exactly what you want in a good fish and chips. The power bowl was fresh and hearty, loaded with vibrant ingredients that balanced out the meal perfectly. What really impressed us, besides the food, was the portion size — generous without being overdone. You truly feel like you’re getting great value for what you pay. Overall, The Mill on Main delivered a relaxed atmosphere, great food, and service that made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d return to the next time we’re in Huntsville.

The wait was a bit longer than what we expected but when the food arrived we were amazed at how big the portions were! The food we ordered was delicious. My kid enjoyed the cheese pizza from the kids menu. We tried it as well and it was tasty. The others enjoyed their food as well - the quesadilla with pulled pork was yummy! The lamb shank was very good, as was the power bowl. We will be back here for sure!

This place deserves a much higher rating than what they currently have. The food was delicious, the view spectacular from the rooftop patio, the music was good while not too loud. And to too it off, Maddy’s smile and service definitely makes us want to come back.

The Mill on Main is in a great spot in downtown Huntsville, and at first glance it feels like the kind of place you’d want to sit down at after exploring Muskoka. The atmosphere is welcoming and the patio has a nice casual vibe, especially if you’re just looking to grab a drink and people-watch. That said, when it came to the food, the overall experience left me a little underwhelmed. I came in really wanting to try the lamb shank, which looked like one of the more exciting items on the menu, but unfortunately they didn’t have it available that day. That was disappointing, and I ended up going for pizza instead. The pizza itself was okay, but the dough really missed the mark—it didn’t have that light, flavorful, or well-textured quality you’d expect. Toppings were fine, but the crust is what carries a pizza, and this one felt more like an afterthought. I also tried their Caesar, which was decent. It had the classic flavor you’d expect and was refreshing enough, but again, not something I’d rave about. Across the board, the food felt pretty average—nothing was terrible, but nothing really impressed either. For the price point, which is on the higher side, I think you’d expect a little more in terms of flavor and execution. Service was fair and the staff were pleasant, but the overall experience just didn’t live up to the charm of the location. Huntsville and Muskoka have a lot of great spots, and while The Mill on Main is okay for a casual night out if you’re already nearby, it wouldn’t be my first recommendation if you’re looking for a truly memorable dining experience. It’s a solid “middle of the road” option: not bad, but not great either. With some improvements to consistency in the kitchen and perhaps more attention to the details that elevate a dish from average to memorable, it could be much better. For now, I’d call it decent if you’re in the area, but not necessarily worth going out of your way for.

This was a pleasant surprise. We were visiting Huntsville on our way back to Mississauga from Algonquin and tried "The Mill on Main" for lunch. The food was amazing. Especially the Bruschetta and the butter chicken. Tap beer of Muskoka brewery available as well.

Eclipse Restaurant is a great place to enjoy a good meal with friends and family. The views of the lake are stunning and the food is delicious. David, the host, was very polite and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly.
Great selection of delicious food. Buffet on summer nights theme. The servers were knowledgeable and very helpful. Sat outside on the terrace with a view of the lake and hillside.

I can’t speak to non Valentines meals but the prix fixe dinner they served us on Feb 14 was incredible. Cedar planked arctic char with creamed Brussel sprouts was perfection and my gf really enjoyed the beef tenderloin with potato au gratin. The two layer beet shooter was a unique app and the dessert was top notch although my gf found the aftertaste a bit too flowery and soapy. Excellent and attentive and friendly service as well.
David S — Google review
Went for dinner and it was not your typical buffet. Smaller selection of food but everything was great. They have definitely focused on quality food over quantity. Constantly replenishing everything and keeping food fresh. Services was also great and we were seated next to the window so our view was beautiful. Only thing is, the space is tight for the amount of people and tables which made it hard to get up to get food. Could have been the fact that is was the long weekend though.

We have had several meals here during our stay. Everything is renovated and updated. Very clean and modern. Very good food! Really enjoyed it. Breakfast is alright. Dinner is very good! We had a reservation on the Friday and it was fairly dead. Decided to try without a reservation on Saturday and no luck for an indoor table. Highly recommend a reservation.

We talked to the chef about our dietary restrictions and he well accommodated and made amazing dishes I was completely satisfied with all the dishes. All the dishes were nutritious and tasty would definitely recommend to try their wonderful vegan dishes as well. Only thing I would suggest is I was looking for more non alcoholic beverages other than that everything was perfect

I have no idea why this place has negative reviews. We had reservations at 5pm and were promptly seated. Christine M. was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. The food at the buffet was fresh and delicious. My husband and I don't usually eat roast beef but it was very juicy so we had seconds. The desserts were amazing and there were many choices. The view was spectacular overlooking the scenic landscape, we're so glad we didn't listen to the negative reviews and tried it out for ourselves. We eat out at restaurants quite a lot and don't usually eat at buffets but were impressed by the choices and the quality, so impressed we booked reservations for breakfast. Thanks again!

Italian restaurant
That Little Place by the Lights is a small, family-owned Italian restaurant in Huntsville that serves pizza and pasta, as well as gelato and espresso. The food here is traditional and hearty, with dishes like lasagne, gnocchi, and pizza being some of the most popular items on the menu. The atmosphere at That Little Place is warm and inviting, making it perfect for a night out with friends.
This is a great restaurant with a very lovely patio at the back overlooking the docks. The food is excellent and the staff are friendly, courteous and fast. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Small cozy family style Italian restaurant. We were seated near the back. Ordered the arancini for the app and specials of the day butternut squash ravioli and the chicken parm with risotto. Rice balls were nice and hot. My favorite was the yellow risotto cooked with saffron. Creamy and tasty. The butternut squash ravioli had decent flavour. Service was OK. The pop seems to be from a fountain machine. They also provide bread for you to dip with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Their seafood pasta surprised and delighted me. Usually, tomato sauce pasta tends to be a bit watery and thin, but their seafood pasta was done really well. The pizza is good too. It's busy. We waited for 20 minutes.

We were thrilled with everything..especially our server, Enrique!!! He was great. So personable and fun. He made our dining experience so memorable. He made us a wonderful Pina Colada and suggestions for our meal. The special of butternut squash ravioli was absolutely delicious. Thank you

Great Meal! Would recommend to anyone looking for a fresh dealious Italian meal. Great looking clean restaurant with friendly staff and even better food. Will return to anytime I am staying in the huntsville area and am in the downtown.

Very beautiful place. Could have given more stars if I could. The food was fresh and light. The staff was wonderful and lovely. The pizza sauce was sooo good !!!
Suparno K — Google review
So disappointed in this restaurant and really not sure why it’s getting 5 star reviews. I can only chalk it up to it being in Huntsville with limited dining options. If you are Italian “you gotta NOT eat here”. The lasagna tastes exactly like Chef Boyardee not even a lie. The Primivera pasta was trash. Puréed vegetables at best. Seafood linguine had over cooked shrimp and no clams. It’s all over priced slop. Waitresses and waiters are very convincing in their sales approach but don’t believe the hype! Do not go here if you’re a true foodie. You’ll leave angry. Go somewhere else. Trust me

It's a really great airport. Staff is also really friendly. The vending machine in the pilots lounge only accepts cash and I only had my credit card with me, the guy at the airport was so kind to offer me the change. Really thankful and will visit again.

Great opening of the new runway. Lots of people attended and I am sure a big success for the Town of Parry Sound and it’s airport. MPP and cabinet minister Smith cut the ribbon along with many dignitaries.

Always a great place to stop on our way to our cottage. Our last visit we were surprised to see one of my old company's plane, a Challenger. JetA and 100LL available with great customer service.

Nice little airport to fly into. The town is not too far away, and you can find anything you need there. Nice places to eat and shop. Friendly staff. Avgas and Jet A1 fuel both available at a decent price.

Great airport and super nice staff. We flew in and had to stay the night due to weather, and Dave helped us get tie-downs arranged, gave suggestions for hotels and restaurants, and even gave us a ride into town. The new runway is also very nice to use.

ERIC is fantastic! We arrived in our helicopter and needed a place to park. Eric fueled us up and showed us where to park. Then he helped my wife and I, without being asked to push the ship to the parking spot so I didn't have to start up and move it. Very nice of him.
