Small cozy family style Italian restaurant. We were seated near the back. Ordered the arancini for the app and specials of the day butternut squash ravioli and the chicken parm with risotto. Rice balls were nice and hot. My favorite was the yellow risotto cooked with saffron. Creamy and tasty. The butternut squash ravioli had decent flavour. Service was OK. The pop seems to be from a fountain machine. They also provide bread for you to dip with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Their seafood pasta surprised and delighted me. Usually, tomato sauce pasta tends to be a bit watery and thin, but their seafood pasta was done really well. The pizza is good too. It's busy. We waited for 20 minutes.

We were thrilled with everything..especially our server, Enrique!!! He was great. So personable and fun. He made our dining experience so memorable. He made us a wonderful Pina Colada and suggestions for our meal. The special of butternut squash ravioli was absolutely delicious. Thank you

Great Meal! Would recommend to anyone looking for a fresh dealious Italian meal. Great looking clean restaurant with friendly staff and even better food. Will return to anytime I am staying in the huntsville area and am in the downtown.

We ate very tasty creamy pesto pasta and gnocchi! The people are great, very kind, lots of laughing and fun, thanks a lot!

So disappointed in this restaurant and really not sure why it’s getting 5 star reviews. I can only chalk it up to it being in Huntsville with limited dining options. If you are Italian “you gotta NOT eat here”. The lasagna tastes exactly like Chef Boyardee not even a lie. The Primivera pasta was trash. Puréed vegetables at best. Seafood linguine had over cooked shrimp and no clams. It’s all over priced slop. Waitresses and waiters are very convincing in their sales approach but don’t believe the hype! Do not go here if you’re a true foodie. You’ll leave angry. Go somewhere else. Trust me

Ambiance food service everything was good. I ordered their chef special Salmon and pasta. also ordered a all veggies balsamic flavour Pizza. The portion of the salmon and pasta and Pizza was good. It was bit overpriced will rate it 4.5 Stars. They have got good outside siting too.

This is one of the best local family restaurants I've come across. If you're tired of overpriced all-day breakfast places where you feel like just another customer, then try this place. The staff and patrons are friendly, food fresh and well prepared. Try the eggs and bacon with home fries and rye toast. Coffee is bottomless. We made new friends even in the parking lot.

Stumbled upon this fantastic little mom n pop restaurant and it was amazing. Very friendly & courteous staff, great food at reasonable price. The dinners we had were turkey with mashed potatoes and steak with roasted potatoes, which were prepared perfectly. Would absolutely return on our next pass thru Huntsville!

On a girl trip to muskoka, decided to go for breakfast here. It was very busy, a lineup waiting for tables! The staff offered to make up a table outside for us to sit at, which was our preference! The staff was amazing, so friendly! The food was amazing as well! I would come back here time and time again! Always support small businesses!

Happened to stop here for lunch while passing through Huntsville. It was so busy with locals flowing in for a lesiure Sunday lunch. You can tell without a doubt it's a local favourite. We tried the cheeseburger pizza since we were in the mood to try something different. The pizza was great, the pizza sauce was delicious. Just wish they were a little more generous with the toppings, just a tad bit more would have been great. They also have a bakery attached to it with delicious looking treats which we didn't try. We did however try the small batch hot sauce that they stock which was also delicious and just that right amount of heat and sourness from the vinegar. They also have a dog friendly patio outside with a large umbrella to shade you on a hot summer day.

Thank you for providing our MG102Fest car gathering with 30 pizzas. Our attendees devoured them and everyone said the pizza was great. 5 stars! Highly recommended for large group orders.

Honest to God, best pizza and wings I’ve ever had. The downfall - it’s 4 hours from home. They were so busy, yet so friendly and enjoyable. Food was fast and simply perfection. This is our go-to every year on vacation. Can’t wait for next year!

There is so much to look at in and around Heart of Muskoka Fries that you couldn't see it all before your food comes out. The food was delicious, but the fries got soggy, driving back to the cottage. Recommend eating there while it's fresh. Get there early, they close at 6pm

I was extremely disappointed in the food It was a bare minimum of cooking but I guess that's what people expect nowadays. For $15 the burger tasted like it was made pork or pre-made, not freshly made like they advertised. The fries were overdone and not salted at all and they didn't even ask me if I didn't want salt or not. So to assume come salted you have to pay extra dollars for if you like fries with your burger and so you had to make a full combo. Fries are not included within a burger meal to service felt rushed and they felt like they were not really watching to be there. It was a little bit hot. I understand but customer service is important but overall atmosphere. I did enjoy the way it looks like Muskoka it was rusk it just the food and service was holding it back. It was definitely not what it was back in the day when they had fresh cut fries. Far better burgers and actually cared about their quality

Not far off the beaten path. This is a diamond in the rough because of the locals constantly stopping by( that’s how you know a place is good). Customers greeting the owner with local garden produce as a friendly hello. Calling each other by first name and the food was really good.. not fancy but super delicious! A definite must if you’re in the area. Prices are very reasonable!

Nice place located just before the entrance of Highway 11. I love the ambient and food at this place. Being vegetarian, I could not find too many options. We tried fresh cut fries and fries with poutine. Staff is good and quite quick. The food was great and packed nicely. Wish we could have tried more options as the menu looks quite interesting.

Stopped as a family and loved it! My husband even went back for another taco. The beef is SO good and the toppings choices are so many. The purple cabbage is the perfect topping. My kids absolutely loved the fries, and the portions were generous. We all voted yes to come back again.

We were staying at the Deerhurst resort and went to Taco Stop after reading all the amazing reviews. But we were very disappointed. We ordered the chicken tacos, chicken burrito, plain fries and the funky fries. The tacos were not even warmed up, just cold soft tacos. It was pulled chicken, but there was no flavor to it. There was a lot of toppings options, but they were not fresh. Mango salsa topping was not salsa, it was mango sauce/ puree. It thought I would be getting mango chunks/ onions/ tomatoes/ cilantro when they said mango salsa, but it was just a mango sauce. Purple cabbage was not freshly chopped; it was straight from a jar. Even the cheese was straight out of the freezer. It was very pricey for a food truck food from jar/cans. It's located by the lake, very nice setting, nice music and good vibe. But the food is not good, no flavor at all. Just plain fries are good. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Stopped in for lunch today. I had asked if they could make a quesidilla for my daughter , to which they answered no. However , they have cheese and tortillas so it could have been done. Having a kid friendly option is a must. I ordered a beef ( steak) and boom boom shrimp taco. The beef was a bit chewy. Would be better if it was carne ASADA style meat and thinly sliced. The boom boom shrimp had nice flavour from the sauce but overall mostly tastes the breading and not the shrimp . Overall the flavor and authenticity I look for when getting tacos was lacking. Hopefully some improvements can be made and a kids friendly option added or the willingness to accomodate a request in the future. My expectations were high due to all the 5 star reviews but sadly , I left disappointed.

An absolute delight! A totally local feel with fabulous food, really cool people and even more beautiful lake side location. Good options for vegetarians too -their cauliflower is a must try. When local owners put their heart and soul into their business, it looks like Taco Stop. Felt so much warmth and love. Thank you folks!

Alright. This is the single best McDonald's I have ever been to. Great restaurant lay out, but the staff, the staff were so happy and efficient! It felt like I was actually in a happy workplace. Everyone was smiling and working so hard. The place was clean despite it being busy. The irony is that I had made a wrong turn and was really looking for a restroom during a long drive. I ended up buying an egg mcmuffun as it is my policy not to use facilities without buying something. I know, too much information. Regardless, I was surprised at how great the place was.

I’m from Montreal, and this was our first time spending a long weekend in Huntsville. I was genuinely amazed by the great service and warm hospitality we received at this McDonald’s location. A special shoutout to the shift manager , I believe her name is Sara for her professionalism and kindness. She even surprised us by speaking French, which made us feel right at home! Despite our large and very specific order, she made sure everything was perfect and delivered with a smile. Thank you to Sara for making our visit such a pleasant experience. This kind of service truly stands out and reflects wonderfully on the McDonald’s brand!

On our way to Algonquin we had a quick stop here to have our coffee, the service was super quick and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The dine in area was very comfortable for us after a long journey. Washrooms are maintained clean and tidy. We have saved this location for our future visits to Algonquin.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget meal deal. The fries were almost cold. The fries were tiny & no long ones. The chicken nuggets were burnt. The dipping sauce looked like it was burnt & old. I won't be ordering this meal again. It was awful. I also ordered a large coffee as well. The lid of the cup stinks like that Axe perfume the people wear that work there. I can't stand the smell of that stuff as I'm allergic to it. I wish they would stop wearing those gloves or learn to wash their hands properly & dry them after washing. Im sure I'm not the only one that has noticed this. Do better McDonald's.

We stopped by this location as Wendy's had a long line of cars in the drivethrough and McD's was inside the Walmart so we just wanted a quick bite. Service was quick.. the burger was ok, but the Poutine fries were cold. Also, never saw a tip cup like this before.

Had the tip cup held up in front of me after I didn't tip. Watch the employee in the back spit into my food and said it was because I didn't tip. When I asked about it, I was told they did it because I didn't tip and what was I gonna do about it. Ask for refund.Got laughed at threw my food out and left.

The food was delicious. The place very clean. The owner was very nice. He was kind and nice to my family. We will definitely be back. We ordered lasagna, pizza, wings and wedges. All of it was cooked perfectly with lots of toppings. We all finished our meals and agreed that it was so good!!! Thank you 😊

This Pizza Nova really took a dive since ownership changed 5 years ago. It’s been our tradition for over 15 years to stop here for lunch while passing through Huntsville for our summer holidays. It used to be very clean and air conditioned. Last summer AC was “broken down” and we reluctantly stayed for lunch anyway. This year we stopped again and AC is STILL not working. They clearly have no intention of fixing it at all since it has been a year. Their thermostat read 32 degrees Celsius the day we went in (it was 25 degrees outside). The restaurant was empty and several tables were dirty. Men’s washroom lock was broken. Women’s washroom was not clean, with a puddle around the toilet. We got the pizza one last time and ate it outside. We are sad our tradition is over and would absolutely not recommend this place anymore. Pizza tasted good — same as always — but overall experience was terrible. We really miss the old owners.

GARBAGE!!!! GARBAGE!!!GARBAGE!! I drove 3.5 hours from the south for a vacation and stopped here, extremely hungry and hoping for a decent meal. Unfortunately, this place was a complete disappointment from start to finish. First, they were out of nearly half the toppings I wanted. When I finally placed my order for a single medium pizza, it took 30–40 minutes to arrive — way too long considering how empty the place was. And then came the worst part: the pizza itself was a disaster. The slices were stuck together, the toppings had turned into a greasy, soupy mess, and it was clearly undercooked. It was so bad that when I went back to the counter, they offered me a spoon to eat it. “A SPOON FOR PIZZA”. This experience completely ruined the start of my trip. At the very least, I expected a basic level of quality and some respect for the customer — especially from a place serving travelers. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I stepped into pizza, nova and stood behind the gentleman at the till who was waiting to pick up his order. When he got his pizza, a gentleman come in behind me, and I was then waiting at the till with the menu in my hand, ready to place an order. The older worker turned and looked at the man behind me and asked him what he wanted. I was stunned because I was next in line and I was standing right there at the counter by the cash register. He proceeded to give the customer 2 slices of pizza and a drink, and totally ignored me! I was next in line,, I was standing right at the till facing him and he helped the man behind me nest 😳. Then the worker was basically waiting for me to get out of the way so he could ring up the customers pizza on his cash register! 😡. I just walked out. I was so upset that I was totally ignored and overlooked. I was ready to spend 75 bucks in there on pizzas and extras because my hubby and I were starving. I don’t know if it was because I was a woman, but he served the man in front of me and skipped me and serve the man behind me, but he didn’t even acknowledge that I existed yet I was standing right there in his face. I have never experienced anything like this before especially when it comes to customer service! I will never step foot in there again, I have to confess, I was embarrassed and felt awkward and utter place and I’m trying to order food. I don’t think I did anything wrong but the older gentleman who was working at Pizza nova was really ignorant.!!!! Today is Thursday, August 7 and I was there around 6 PM

Was going to go home, 2.5 hour drive from Huntsville after staying in the area for vacation. The food was hot and delicious. It wasn't too saucy nor cheesy - it was the perfect amounts of both and it was cooked just right- it was just what we needed for a long drive home !

Front desk doesn’t seem to understand what you are asking. I ordered a cilantro slow cooked bowl and the male at the front desk asked me twice about it and confirmed there was slow cooked chicken. When I get home I realize it’s not slow cooked. And this seems to be happening pretty often at this location. Wouldn’t recommend to any 1

Today was the last time I will visit Tim Hortons. Firstly the person taking the orders on the drive thru cannot speak English and the speakers is so low you cannot hear properly. Then when I get my order it tasted terrible. Two double doubles tasted like triple triples & the tea had double the sugar. Never again.

Wow, if that had been my first visit to Tim Hortons - it would have been my last. So very very disorganized. We waited inside 5 min at least for our food and an additional 5 min for our lattes and by the time we got to the car, our breakfast sandwiches were cold A lot of unhappy customers in that location today. Definitely need better supervision on site

My friend and I ordered off the fall menu and the worker at the front didn’t understand the concept of an iced latte with cold foam, and the pumpkin spice iced Capp. We each got our drinks without any foam or whipped cream which does not match the photo on the screen and when I asked for cold foam a different worker asked if I wanted whipped cream when I specifically paid extra for cold foam. The iced Capp also had no whipped cream or any topping on top and when asked, the worker seemed very confused to why we were complaining. Very unfortunate as we were so hyped to try the new fall drinks.

I get it we want to have our times down and rush drinks out the window but you could at least say something to me. Randall specifically is absolutely intolerable. No customer service shown from him what’s so ever.

Very nice looking location, getting to it is a bit weird and it's kind of off the grid. The mornings are super packed though and the parking lot is no easy access either. Regardless the order came out right and the food was good.

Spicy chicken sandwich was a chicken BACK BONES in crushed flat then served on a bun I have picks to prove it .never again

Never seem to be able to fill a bucket order. Either they don't have any pop corn chicken or tenders or they don't have any white meat. Ordered online and when we went to pick it up we were told they can't fill the order because they don't have any popcorn chicken or white meat and they can't refund it. They said we have to cancel online but when you try to do that it makes you call the store. After much arguing at the store with the rudest lady she finally refunded our money. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Always go in and ask before ordering if they have what you want. Service is absolutely the worst

Parking lot is wet and cold full of pot holes. The outer look is pretty run down. This inside is bright clean tidy. The staff are nice a little under in the English department. Pretty fast pace environment. Always a fun meal. Not a every meal place. I bit dissatisfied I use to look forward to old KFC. Wish it would upgrade ..we miss you KFC

Good KFC Chicken is hard to come by these days like it used to be. We have purchased sporadically a bucket of KFC Chicken at this location for many years and it has always been great. Today we picked up another bucket to take home (1.5 hour drive). It was pretty good. The quality of the chicken itself was not perfect, and perhaps been in the deep fryer a few seconds too long, but all in all, pretty good and not greasy. We will be back.

We ordered a 4 peace box meal and received 4 burned over cooked pieces of a small chicken and a small fry no popcorn chicken or the side. It seemed the young lady serving and the person in back had more important things to do than serve the customer. I usually get kfc once or twice a week but will no longer be stopping here. Both employees on duty were clearly in the middle of their training videos, and it took well over 20 minutes for a very simple order. Ordered spicy popcorn chicken, was given unseasoned, almost undercooked chicken. I also noticed in Stuart Moore’s review he complained about the employees’ lack of English, but he had several spelling mistakes himself.

I’m not one for poor reviews, so I won’t give one on the stars, but one of the girls was in some sort of mood with another girl and it reflected on our service and food. Tiny pita, never asked if we wanted anything on the grill, rude to us at the till when we had nothing to do with the situation. Asked for Philly cheese steak and got just a steak with a few pieces of steak. Asked for a small chicken and it was TINY for the price. We came here the night before and had great service and ordered the same thing. As a team lead myself, I really think the one girl needs to keep her attitude in check for the morale of the crew and the experience for the customer. Not a pleasant experience for the customers and I’m sure fellow staff feels awkward about it as well. Hope this helps!

The staff here are always horrible, they have such an attitude. I’ve gone a few times the past few months and there is always this redhead teenager working alone. I always try to be nice to them but receive no reciprocation. The food is always good but the staff needs to be checked. This teenager has short hair and they never asked if i wanted veggies on the grill, never smiled once, I told them to have a good day and didn’t even receive a “you too”. It genuinely ruins the store and makes me not want to return.

I travel pretty much every week out of town for work, I often go to pita pit. The Huntsville location specifically I have been too a lot this year. I enjoy pit Pitt as I really like the product. This specific location unfortunately has awful customer service skills though. The women in there almost every time appear to be grumpy. It really makes me not want to go back, finally I’ve decided to leave this review as I hope to improve customer service. I understand it’s hard to find good help now adays, especially fast food employees but there’s gotta be better ones out there.

The food at Pita Pit in Huntsville is fresh and tasty. The southwest steak is amazing, and it definitely made us want to try other flavors. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the other options as much. That said, for a healthy choice in Huntsville, this place is great and definitely worth a try. The best part? It’s fully customizable, which is a nice bonus.

I tried the rice bowl at Pita Pit — the staff were polite and friendly, and I really appreciated that the lady made fresh falafel for us. The bowl was filling, but the rice was quite dry and overall just okay.

So rude! The cashier seemed annoyed about our 5 person order. He didn’t ask if we wanted anything on the grill like every other pita pit does. I had to ask at the end if we could get the OMG on the grill. At one point he pointed with his finger and stared at me and I said “I don’t know what that means” and he said “white or whole wheat pita?” The person at the topping station put as little amount as possible on each pita and also didn’t seem to care much about customer service. It’s a beautiful location and the patio is so nice. Could easily be a five star location.

I’m an OG Pita Pit’er since Waterloo back in the late 90s- and the pita I just got from this location in Huntsville is as good as they used to be! Full of flavour and full of toppings. I haven’t had a pita from pita pit this good for n years!

Wendy’s Canada - 155 Howland Dr, Huntsville, ON P1H 2P9 – Truly Embarrassing I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience left me genuinely upset and disappointed. I paid $9.03 for a “Spicy Chicken Sandwich” that was quite literally a joke. One soggy, limp piece of lettuce, a sad slice of tomato that looked like the part you’d normally cut off and toss in the garbage, and a patty thrown together with zero care. Just look at the photo — does that look like a sandwich you’d want to eat? When I brought it up to the staff and pointed out how bad it looked, their response? “That’s tomato.” No accountability, no apology, and certainly no offer to make it right. I had to ask for a refund, and even that felt like an inconvenience to them. For a major fast food chain, this level of quality and customer service is unacceptable. It’s not just about the food — it’s the total lack of pride or care in what’s being served. Save your money and your time. This location clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or basic food standards.

Stopped by at 10:30 pm for a late dinner got 2 combos. Everything was cold fries were not even slightly warm. Burgers were cold and buns were dry like they had been sitting out for a while. Service was friendly and quick but the food was horrible at that time of the night I would expect food to be made to order and you might need to wait a bit but that’s fine. But this was obviously food that was sitting out for a while

It's Wendy's, same food quality as anywhere else. Really friendly service though and the bathroom was much cleaner than most. The entrance road from the traffic lights on the corner to the driveway is rough, big deep potholes all over.

Omg. They can't even get 2 drinks.right in the drive thru. And it took FOREVER. I also was there yesterday in person and it took too long. They were out of things too. And the man was rude. Great location right off the highway. Deliciously greasy food after a long hike in Algonquin Park. Could due with not cranking the AC down to what I can only assume was 16°C

Have been twice in a week. The limited time Bacon Deluxe for 4$ is delicious. Served hot, real bacon and romaine lettuce with crunchy pickles. Nice slice of tomato and they dont over load the onions. Right amount of garnish and fresh bun! And more then a 2 bite and gone burger. We had a side of fries both times and hot...14$ to feed two people was a nice change. No long weight times at drivethu. Friend staff.

My burger was RAW!!! I ate some it tasted funny then realized it wasn't cooked!! Watch your food look before you bite! Especially late night they are in a rush to leave they rush your food. They try to hide they are open they always have the lights off on the menu can't see what you are ordering. One star is generous I give them no star!!!

The Veggie Delite subs were delicious the staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was well-managed. Subway has more vegan options now, which is great!

Lovely experience today with the only employee working today. Nov 2/25. She seemed occupied on her phone as I was waiting to order. Eventually placed my order and when I asked for pepper she went for green pepper I said sorry no , black pepper. She must of shaken half the container on my sub. Barely see the food beneath the black pepper. Once I bit into it with my group I had to spit it all out. I stop at that Esso 3-4 times a week for work. I will never grab a sub from there again. Clearly her horrible attitude came from being interrupted from her cell phone usage while customers are waiting.

Worse subway ever I visited. Employee has no manner to talk to customer. We are 13 people and we ordered 4 subway initially and we were about to order more as we are waiting for our friends to come at store but the lady said we can not accupied 2 table as we did not order more food. That is ridiculous. It seems like there are some kind of racism going on. We just left the place and order subway nearby in same time. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone.

When ordering my sub I forgot the name of the bread I like, in which i said “I think its called Italian herb” he responded quite loud with a aggressive tone and said “yeah which one”. He than proceeded to look at me and roll his eyes!! He tryed to act enthusiastic but it was quite aggressive and fast. Cant cover up anger with a smile. If you are that upset when someone comes in and is ordering at your job, please get a different one. Wrecked my day.

The young gentleman at the counter was extremely rude, before the door even shut he was already giving me attitude. Everytime I said something he argued with me. He should not be working in customer service. I've never encountered anything like him before. He was even rude to the other staff member. The buns are rock hard stale. I called and asked why they sell stale buns and was told that subway head office sent out new instructions on how they have to cook the buns. I told them that the subway in Gravenhurst must not have recieved the memo cause they have the freshest softest buns on the planet. I reached out to head office but I won't hold my breathe on a response. This subway should read "Subway eat stale"

Worst subway I’ve been too. Kicked us out because 2 out of our 10 friends had brought ‘foreign’ food to come eat with us. (The rest of us had spent money at this establishment) I’d like it noted that all the employees were lovely except for the lady that said we couldn’t have our ‘foreign food’ on the premises

Interesting mcdonalds to say the least. There are no self serve machines so you will need to wait in line to order although people at the front are nice. Food always comes out hot, fresh and doesn't take that much time. Not that much seating and interior is old.

fries undercooked and over cooked at the same time, chicken nuggets all had different textures and were probably sitting there for an hour, i found a grey hair inside my fries. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes, then waited another 20 for the food. In total it took 30 minutes for me to get a simple meal, not good service or food. Be better Do better.

My husband and daughter went here and waited 45 minutes for a Bigmac 3 people working but the one making the burgers was way behind on orders and refusing help from the other 2. Staffing is a issue this was at the start of lunch.

Slow, filthy. Waited 20mins for my order, restaurant floors, kitchen and dining is so filthy. Manager casually walked out when there's 9 orders on the screen.

Had to wait 30 minutes for my meal, and the anttendant ignored my specific online order and just gave me a standard combo that I had to eat on a dirty table in the restaurant.

This location has never disappointed me. The pizza is what it is.. but its always fresh, tastes good, and the service is always great. This area get very busy in the summer but there is plenty of parking in front and service has been great every time we stop by for a quick bite.

Whenever I order crazy crust or stuffed crust pizza it never gets stuffed with cheese it's almost never stuffed either from laziness or someone not trained enough or they're saving money.

Was really disappointed with what I believe is unfair treatment. We order two pepperoni pizzas the walk in special is 2 pepperoni pizzas for $15. We were charged $15.98. While this is an inconsequential amount when I questioned the lady at the counter she said you have to specifically ask for the special. Apparently asking for two pepperoni pizzas wasn’t sufficient. Who would have thought semantics mattered so much while ordering pizza.

Not the first time I’ve been here a few times and Iots of times they have not given my full order I’ve driven home and when noticed called them and their fix for the solution is next time I get a free crazy bread… Literally paid for a whole pizza that is missing but instead let’s just give out a free crazy bread… Learn to run a business this location is a joke From lack of cleanliness and wait time on food and then orders being wrong..

She said with a smirk, purposely frustrating me and not giving an more info. Great thanks, explains nothing to me. Had to google it. -Pizza was too greasy, see photo.

I came in with my sisters and niece. Got great food. I accidentally forgot my wallet - which was a problematic. I live in BC and am travelling to the US after this trip. 2 days later I called and they had it. Picked it up and everything was in it, including all the US/CAD cash. Awesome experience very grateful for the ladies working. Thank you very much! You rock!!

I accidentally placed an order at A&W Huntsville late at night , around 11 Pm through the app , while I was on my way back to Bracebridge. I wanted to leave a review mentioning that Chrissy called me back and issued a refund, so I didn’t even have to go there. The girl on the night shift was very kind and asked if I at least got my food from another restaurant. Everyone was really nice, and I’m sorry I didn’t catch the name of the girl on the night shift, but I just want to say thank you to her and all the A&W huntsville team .

This location in Huntsville was amazing. First walked in to a friendly smile and greeting, quick service. Food was hot, fresh and SO good. Best tasting onion rings I’ve ever had!!! The young man cooking did a fantastic job.

I felt uncomfortable and there was no sense of organization when it came to cashing people out, they also don’t ask if you have the app for points. Just extremely poor customer service all over. I asked for FRESH &WELLDONE fries as I have to drive home and don’t like lip fries and they gave me fresh but not well done. On top of that and I guess it’s my bad for assuming they would understand I want my food fresh, I get a burger that is greasy, limp soggy lettuce and mushy tomato. This is the most horrific meal I have ever gotten from this anw.

Faith provided excellent customer service!Last night, in drivethrough the service was more than exceptional. Faith was very patient and pleasant while taking my dinner order best part is my dinner came fast and ready with a smile! I really appreciated her suggestion for the apple turnovers, which were sooo delicious!! That I returned to purchase more!! Highly recommend the apple turnovers!!!

Great lunch, lobby was clean food was Fresh and Hot! Aditi and Melissa were on the ball with fast service and a smile =) Bathrooms we clean, just needed paper towels, we will be back again in our travels

What you would expect from a@w and from the rest center. Much cleaner and bigger than what you would find in the United States. Today it was very quick and no long lines

I forgot to take a pic of the pizza I ate. I was quite famished so I gobbled it up. I think I came too late in the day, the pizza was rotating for a while but the store was big. There were so many different food items for the secluded town of Port Sydney. I will have to try this again when I'm in the area, there is quite a unique flair to it. The pizza side itself was just ok. I think for an in house made slice it was not bad. The sauce consistency was good, not enough crunch to the crust, it was a bit chewy, but I will have to try it again. Maybe get a whole pie to compare.

After reading all the rave reviews about David’s iced coffee and his special ice cubes, we had to go in and try for ourselves. It was absolutely delicious and not watered down when the ice melted for dinner. We decided to order pizza and we’re so happy with our order it was delicious the perfect amount Of sauce and crispiness. Our only flaw is that we never got to meet the famous David hopefully next time.

True to the reviews! Stopped in to grab 2 pizzas and it was fantastic. Everything that makes you love cottage county is found in a store like this. You don’t build this many positive reviews on Google doing a bad job. Don’t hesitate to make this a regular stop!

It was an absolute pleasure servicing David’s store. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. You can tell David cares deeply about the store and its customers. They also make great pizza and amongst other foods and treats!

Just moved to Port Sydney and this is a new favourite! Great, freshly made pizza, they sell beer, lots of other things, and I bought a Port Sydney t shirt that’s a bit longer than a normal shirt, which I LOVE! I wish more shirts were as long as this one. Me and my fam will definitely be regulars here. Very nice staff too!!

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting David in person, such a bundle of positive energy! He’s incredibly helpful, generous, and puts his whole heart into everything he does, which truly shines through in his food. If you’re ever in Muskoka or Huntsville, make sure to stop by Cozy Café / General Store for the best sandwiches, pizzas, and the friendliest staff. I’d rate it a solid 10/10 an absolute must-visit!
