Nestled in the heart of Dennis, Massachusetts, the Cape Cod Museum of Art is a vibrant celebration of artistic expression that showcases both permanent and rotating exhibits featuring works from local artists spanning the 20th century to contemporary times. This cultural gem serves as a vital hub for art lovers, offering seven distinct galleries filled with an impressive array of modern, impressionist, portraiture, and sculpture pieces.
What a great visit and a great series of exhibits. The motorcycle section is quite amazing really with some spectacular bikes to view. Many pieces throughout that are quite special as well. I highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area and interested in such things.
Paul M — Google review
Attended the unveiling of Ralph Mencini's "Mocha" and was very impressed with this museum and grounds. Cape Cod artists are featured. They make good use of their small building which is on the same property as the Dennis Playhouse, Movie Theater and The Encore Cafe. Gift Shop.
Virginia H — Google review
A really lovely little museum. If anything a wee bit too small. A lovely sculpture garden and a top notch gift shop. The staff are helpful and engaging.
Martin M — Google review
Perfect size to spend a bit of time and enjoy wonderfully curated art works on a short vacation. Docents are engaging and warm.
Gina W — Google review
I’ve been to Cape Cod over 20 times and I try to come here every visit. This is a very nice fine arts museum and the exhibits are well selected. The outdoor sculpture garden is also very nice. Love the location because it’s near the Cape cinema and the Cape Playhouse.
Mary E — Google review
Qualitative little gem. Beautiful sculptures nestled among paths and gardens, as well as a dedicated wing. Quite extraordinary pieces. CCMOA always leaves me feeling so refreshed for the varied art experiences it offers with each new exhibition. The classes are terrific , as well. Really worth stopping in anytime!
Cate R — Google review
A wonderful art museum focused on local Cape Cod artists. The vintage motorcycle exhibit in Summer 2024 was outstanding. Definitely worth the trip from anywhere on the Cape.
Bob T — Google review
Great spot to spend an hour inside. Might also spend an hour outside enjoying the sculpture garden. The gift shop is full of unique items.

Mayflower Beach in Dennis is a top choice for those seeking a relaxing beach experience. It's been rated as the number one beach on the Cape, offering soft white sand, calm bayside waves, and convenient amenities like bathrooms and parking. One of its most charming features is the consistently low tide, allowing visitors to walk out for miles into warm tidal pools. The sunset views over the shallow waters are perfect for capturing stunning photos.
One of the best beaches on the Cape. Great family beach for all activities due to its low tide and tide pools for kids. The best part is the sunsets here, a must see if you have never been. Post card material. WORTH the trip but get there early or you won't get in as fills vey quickly.
Richard L — Google review
Gorgeous beach, it is so wide during low tide it stretches forever. Gorgeous sunsets too.
Amy I — Google review
Great beach! Parking is steep at every beach in Cape Cod. After 5pm it’s free and you get to see the best sunset.
Rohan B — Google review
Beautiful beach, clear water, equipped with bathrooms and concession stand. Parking lot close to the beach access.
Joy H — Google review
What an incredible beach! I loved the vast space, which allows you to enjoy without feeling crowded. The parking is ample and, although it costs $30, it is totally worth it. The cleanliness of the beach is impeccable, making our visit a perfect experience. I will definitely be coming back.
Francy C — Google review
Update 2025: don't know where all the rocks came from! Miles of rocks before you can get in water but once you pass the rocks it's same old beautiful crystal clear water, dunes at low tide. Bring your water shoes. Parking $35 2024: Soft and clean sand, crystal clear water, amazing sand dunes appear miles and miles long with ebb tide. Best beach snack bar ever-i would even come back just to have their fish sandwich LOL
Jk K — Google review
This is a lovely clean sand beach with parking, restrooms and a snack stand (stand open during the summer season). Very popular during the summer season so expect to be challenged with parking.
Mark O — Google review
Gorgeous beach! Nice moby mat out to the water. Cafe and bathrooms, along with showers and foot wash station on the way back. Small(er) parking lot so be prepared. Check out Dennis Beach Parking on Twitter for updates.

Beaches
Located on the north side of the Mid Cape in Dennis, Massachusetts, Corporation Beach is a popular destination for families. The crescent-shaped beach is known for its wide tidal flats, creating tidal pools where kids can explore and dig for sand crabs. During low tide, there's plenty of space for long walks and skimboarding. Visitors can also enjoy spectacular views after climbing up a large sand dune.
Smaller beach which we loved and super clean. Love that there's a snack shack, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. My daughter had so much fun finding SO many hermit crabs. The water was warm and calm so perfect for little kids. Parking is $30 which isn't great but that's par for Massachusetts.
Jessica M — Google review
Great beach, the tide went down and you could enjoy the day well, there were plenty of algae in the water, however, it didn't prevent you from enjoying and enjoying the beach.
Gabriel C — Google review
Monday 7/8 Family of 5 Review. As always never disappoints. Arrived at 9:30 AM bottom lot was almost full. Low tide we setup midway down from the soft sand - bad idea. We ended up moving 2x to keep the water at bay. We setup with a wide buffer for digging etc… with family of 5 - this helped provide moving space. Water felt chillier than the sound side yesterday - likely due to the higher temperature and no wind. Bathroom smelled like urine (eww). We found tons of small/medium crab, hermit crabs, and even a decent sized horseshoe crab alive! We didn’t get anything from the snack bar, however, looks well stocked. Bring your nets, buckets, and water shoes - decent rocks near the crab area by the jetty. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to enjoy the beach on the bay side! Also, make sure you get a stellar umbrella with the heavy duty spines - see my picture.

always will be one of the best beaches in the cape. doesn’t fill up super quick- got there around 10:00 and still got in. so many cool tide pools for hermit crabs and other sea life. very entertaining for everyone. water wasn’t too cold and very calm. almost no seaweed! hermit crabs everywhere!🦀 would totally come again!
Kenzie S — Google review
Great beach with calm water! The beach is beautiful and large at low tide. Not crowded at all. Great place for families. Clean bathrooms and great snack bar. There’s a cute swing set near the snack bar. I recommend swinging and looking out at the beautiful view of the water!
Jacqui K — Google review
Got here at 8:30am and was one of the last few cars to get parking. This was after driving to mayflower and another beach that was already full when we got to Dennis. At first the beach was huge and had plenty of room. The water was crystal clear and the ground was soft sand. An hour into being here the tide had already come up to our spot 15ft from shore. Everyone started to Jam Pack next to each other so no one’s things would get wet. We decided to go swimming one last time before leaving and the water was so full of seaweed it looked brown instead of the clear water it was an hour prior. We paid $35 to park and stayed 2hrs. Definetly will not be back unless it’s during low tide. However one positive thing I can say are the locals are extremely friendly. We had people offer to carry our cooler for us up and down the steps. We also had some great conversations with a few other ladies there.
Jada S — Google review
Corporation Beach is absolutely AMAZING! Family fun in the sun! From finding hermit crab and actual blue crabs to eating delicious fast food at their amazing (standard beach food priced) snack bar! I loved it and so did my little one. There are also actual restrooms and outdoor showers available. Parking fee is $30 and you want to be sure to get here around 9:00 for good parking.
JaiLoveEats V — Google review
Wonderful beach in Dennis. We came earlier on a very windy day but had a great time! We didn’t have to pay for parking because of the high winds but it’s usually $30. Parking lot is not very large so get here early if the weather is beautiful. If you come at low tide make sure to walk down towards the marsh and look for tide pools.

Observation Decks & Towers
Scargo Tower, a 30-foot cobblestone tower located on Scargo Hill in Dennis, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Originally built in 1874 and reconstructed in 1901 after being destroyed twice, the tower stands as an enduring monument in the area. From its vantage point, visitors can enjoy sweeping vistas of Scargo Pond, the Dennis countryside, and Cape Cod Bay on clear days.
Such a cool spot! Wish I could’ve grabbed sunset today when the clouds cleared. Even without them, visually memorable.
Jim M — Google review
A neat spot that makes for a quick visit while on the Cape, provided the weather is agreeable. On a nice, clear day you’ll get some great views of Scargo Lake, the bay beyond, and the beautiful landscape and beaches of the Cape. On a cloudy day, you might as well not come. It’s nice that the top of the tower is accessible, otherwise you wouldn’t get much out of a visit. While it’s not nearly the view you’d get at the Pilgrim Monument in Provincetown, it is free, a much quicker trip, and more accessible.
Ben R — Google review
Nice spot with great views. Easy access and plenty of parking. There is not much to do other than go up to spiral staircase and admire the views from the top but it's a cool spot to check out.
Ana K — Google review
Went there sometime in July of this year. I haven't been there in years and the last time I was there I think was in elementary or middle school for field trip? It's always nice when visiting places you haven't been to in years. Didn't realize you could see the Smoke Stack and part of the bridge from standing up there but it's awesome! Glad I got to revisit finally 💛
Brynn F — Google review
The view on top of this tower is quite stunning on clear days. You can see the area of the Sagamore bridge to the NW. Due North, about 20 miles, is Provincetown across Cape Cod Bay with the Pilgrim Monument in view. You can the beaches of the arm of the cape well. It truly is a great spot. One of the highest points on the Cape.
Jason C — Google review
Great views! We've been going to the cape for decades & it took a road detour on 6a for us to stumble on this gem. An interior spiral staircase to the top & WOW, great views!
Cynthia D — Google review
Nice stop while heading down the Cape. Free parking, small lot. Can walk the circular stairs up to the top onto a platform to see the view of the water.
Kris M — Google review
After you climb 37 spiral steps and reach the top what an amazing breathtakingly beautiful view. A must see.

West Dennis Beach

Public beach
West Dennis Beach is a family-friendly destination in Dennis, MA. It offers a variety of beach activities such as kite flying and windsurfing. The beach features fine sand and abundant wildlife, including birds, fish, and seals. With a large paved parking lot that can accommodate 100 cars, visitors have easy access to the ocean side with impressive waves and a mile-long sandy beach.
Great beach. 30.00 to park for the day not bad. Say for a few hours and it's all good. Don't have to worry about getting a permit. Bath house was clean changing rooms nice size. Also had a food stand. Simple things. But still relatively not that expensive. Would go back for sure
Darlene O — Google review
Nice beach with lots of wildlife saw quite a few species of birds both on the beach and in the wetlands behind it. Visited during April so it wasn’t very busy.
Tim J — Google review
Love this beach, nice and handy, plenty of beach to move around. Not fighting rocks and stuff like that. My wife and daughter love going for a walk here.
HuddyGTV — Google review
Beautiful spot for a sunset walk—romantic atmosphere, picturesque coastal views, and unique finds along the shore.
Rashell L — Google review
Stayed in West Dennis for 4 weeks, mid-May to mid-June not far from the beach. A bit cold and wet a lot of the time but when it wasn't we enjoyed walking the beach out even the parking lot. Your surrounded by the beach on one's side and the marsh on the other. All you hear are the waves and the birds. Plan on doing it again only September-October.
Rick S — Google review
Great walking parking lot beach (very long). The beach itself, sandy & shallow. Life guards there for the youngsters. $25 to get in if non-resident. Great spot on a SW for windsurfing & kiteboarding
Quintin M — Google review
Travellers, this is a wonderful beach in Dennis ma. The beach is a town beach and there is access all the way to where the bass river meets Narragansett sound. The beach is lovely. Fine sand and loaded with wildlife. The birds are amazing. They are fishing and crabbing up and down the beach. There are seals fishing there too. It makes this beach magical. Off season the beach has few folks walking on the beach so it’s just you and the birds. And the crabs and fish. Take a long walk and watch the gorgeous sunset from this beach. Check it out. We recommend. TLDR - beautiful beach easy access.

Sesuit Harbor Cafe

Seafood restaurant
Nestled by the serene waters of Cape Cod Bay, Sesuit Harbor Cafe is a quintessential seafood shack that captures the essence of New England dining. With its charming outdoor picnic tables overlooking Northside Marina, this spot is perfect for enjoying fresh coastal cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. The star of the menu is undoubtedly their renowned lobster roll, served on a buttery New England-style bun and accompanied by crispy fries and homemade coleslaw.
Came here on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend around lunchtime. Very long line, but worth the wait for this cash only establishment. It took about 20 minutes to put in our food order and it came out shortly thereafter. We also went to the raw bar to order soups which they poured for us right there. The clam chowder was scalding hot, but delicious. The lobster bisque was too thin with no bits of lobster in it so we’ll pass on it in the future. We sat outside at the picnic tables and our food came out within 10 minutes of putting our order in it at the counter. Not much to say other than it’s delicious fried seafood! Incredibly popular, so expect to wait a while around lunchtime. The interior has a cool fisherman’s vibe, but you don’t really spend much time in there aside from ordering.
Chris W — Google review
The best combination of food taste, quality, price, and atmosphere on the cape. The line can be long but it moves pretty quick and even when it’s busy it’s easy to get a picnic table. The lobster roll is delicious, but honestly the star of the show might be the HUGE seared tuna sandwich. Also really enjoyed the fried clam plate better then the comber and macs IMO. Pro tip: bring a cooler with some adult beverages for your group to enjoy the sunset as the boats roll in. Pro tip: cash only but there’s an ATM Pro tip: if you want raw bar or soups you can go around the back and get in a way shorter line
Tommy C — Google review
This place was just okay. I would not come back here again especially considering how long the line always is. We came at 3:30pm as per advice to come at an off time to avoid the line and the line was still super long. We ended up leaving and coming back at 8:30am and there was no line. The breakfast food is just okay. It’s not really anything to rave about. It’s diner food but without the classic diner griddle tastiness. We also obviously had to try the lobster roll since everyone says it’s the best lobster roll on the cape. I had a better and bigger one at a different restaurant in the cape the day before and this was my first time in the cape! So it’s definitely not the best around, and not something I would come back for and stand in line for 1 hour for. I really don’t understand the hype about the food. The atmosphere is wonderful. Love the view from the backyard patio with the picnic tables. Absolutely gorgeous, can’t beat it.
Sierra C — Google review
**CASH ONLY** This place is pretty well known and as a result the line can get pretty long pretty fast. My advice? Come right before lunch (I recall it was 11am?) and just wait until they switch to the lunch menu. We got served pretty quick through this method. Outdoor seating only! Items we ordered (as of 9/2025). - Lobster Roll - $37.38 - Fantastic! If you're coming here you have to get this. A lot of lobster with great flavor. I would highly recommend this. - Mahi Sandwich - $23.36 - This wasn't bad but nothing special. Was hoping for more flavor from the fish. I would give this a pass. - Onion Rings - $9.35 - I'm a sucker for onion rings and these were delicious. Great batter and well seasoned. I would 100% order this again. - Clam Chowder - $6.54 - Pretty good but nothing special for us. - Scallop Plate - $23.36 - Delicious and recommended. Scallops were cooked perfectly. - Lobster Cake - $16.82 - Very good. You can really taste the lobster in the patty. Only wish they gave us more than 1! Overall if you're in the area I would definitely make the trip over here. Just plan to arrive early!
Bob L — Google review
Hands down the best lobster roll we had in the area! It’s no surprise this place is a go-to spot—the line wrapped around the building at lunchtime. That said, they’re well-prepared for the crowds, and the line moved quickly. The location is also perfect for families. There’s a small sandy area with rocks where the kids played while we waited, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. They are CASH ONLY, just keep that in mind before you visit.
Meredith D — Google review
Just a unique experience with really good food and waterway views. First -there were ALOT of people here and my first impression was the great job they did with the limited parking area and high volume of people. The line to park moved very quickly and we had a spot within minutes. When I saw yet another line to order food I rolled my eyes but yet again the line moved quickly and despite the number of people had a full picnic table by the water for our party of seven! The food was brought to our table and everything raved about their choices. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves, but everyone cannot wait to go back!
Jennifer O — Google review
Food is great. Lobster roll is expensive but they always are and it’s at least a generous amount. I also enjoy the clam chowder from the raw bar. A few notes: it’s cash only but there is an ATM. The line gets long around dinner in the summer time and sometimes after you order you need to wait to snag a table, but we can always find one. It’s also BYOB which is awesome and the view of the water is great.
Alice H — Google review
Picture this... You saunter into Sesuit Harbor on a sun-drenched July afternoon, the harbor glittering like a cheesy rom-com set—and yes, you’re about to get your life changed by a humble lobster roll. From the moment you step up to the line wrapped around the marina —hope it’s not too crowded, but hey, that’s part of the fun—you’re already halfway in love. Then comes the part when you try to score the best table that combines a great view of the harbor and not rubbing elbows with too many seagulls. Takes strategy and patience. When your number finally gets called—like a VIP at a clam-themed concert—they deliver a sandwich so packed with lobster it could star in its own seafood blockbuster. The vibe? Totally BYOB and dog friendly, which feels like trading your picnic for a cooler full of bubbles and beach tunes. Outdoor seating lays you smack on the marina, where even the seagulls seem to ask, “Can I get in on that?”

The Cape Playhouse

Event venue
The Cape Playhouse, located in Dennis, MA, is a historic theater that has been running continuously since 1927. It is renowned for hosting famous actors like Humphrey Bogart and Julie Andrews. The playhouse offers family-friendly performances including musicals, comedies, and dramas, making it an ideal place to introduce kids to live theater.
39 Steps (seen on 8/31/2024) was outstanding! The actors, three of whom played multiple roles, were truly amazing!! However, if you're expecting a serious thriller, as the original Hitchcock film was, you should be aware that the Monty Python runs strong and deep in this version, making it laugh-out-loud funny! Seeing a production at the Cape Playhouse is both stepping into a wonderful slice of history and seeing a broadway-quality summer show all rolled up in one glorious experience! Highly recommended!!
Erika M — Google review
Beautiful venue with excellent program. Went for the first time to see Come From Away which had several original Broadway cast members. Stellar!
Yuji K — Google review
Historical building. We didn't know that until we were there. Not a lot of leg room for tall people but cool venue. Great show.
Bethany L — Google review
This was a great show, so inspiring! I saw Come from Away, I loved the talent and music.
Rebecca F — Google review
What a great place to see a show. I recently saw Anastasia and was blown away by the pageantry and the use of props on such a limited stage size. The actors were Exceptional. I was so impressed, I went back to see it a second time with a friend. I'm a season ticket holder as of this year and will be again if this is the caliber of shows that appear there !
Scott S — Google review
A good selection of musicals every summer for many years. Recently attended Rent and it was outstanding. Housed in an old Cape Meeting House. You must be able to climb stairs and tolerate uncushioned seating. Lovely to spend intermission outdoors on a summer evening!
Bonnie F — Google review
This place was an insanely cool place to watch a play. Old wooden beams everywhere. Highly recommend.

Excellent musical full show no break. Seats a little hard and not much elbow space but well numbered and helpful staff. Very pleasant experience.

Sea Street Beach

Mentioned on
5 lists
Beach
Outdoor Activities
Sea Street Beach can be accessed via a wooden staircase and boasts sandy shores, rock jetties, a resort and a parking lot. The beach is usually not too crowded during weekdays with visitors keeping to themselves. Though there may be some seaweed upon entering the water, it is refreshing once you swim out a little. While the beach is great, the area could be considered small in size. A good view of both the ocean and wildlife can be enjoyed from this location.
As a Cape resident, I had never been to this spot - probably because it’s super touristy during the summer. You can tell by the businesses and cottages just how congested it must be in the summer. But, it’s not the summer and therefore a time to explore little gems like this beach. The parking lot is perched up from the sea with a couple of very cool structures to get down to the beach (they also have sitting perches built in most likely for a life guard but hey - it’s not summer!) There are bathrooms, but it’s winter so I’m pretty sure they’re closed. It’s a very tranquil and grand little place. On the beach, it is segmented by short cute little jetties and either way in a short distance east or west you’ll see private beach notices. It is important to note that no beach traveler can be limited by these signs as you have to right of way via the mean water line all around the Cape. It does probably mean that in the summer you can’t claim squatters rights in these areas, but I’d like to see someone try!😂
Jim M — Google review
Easy walking distance from our rental place (thank goodness because the parking was $25 on a weekday /$30 for weekend). Many steep stairs to get down to beach would make this very difficult for some. Too many fenced off private beaches on either side prevent a good beach stroll. Some areas plagued by lots of seaweed. Overall we enjoyed our time here. Afterall, it's a beach!
Kristen P — Google review
Not crowded during the week, people mostly staying out of each other’s way. Water was great, a little seaweed when you first get in, but swim out a little and the water is refreshing.
J S — Google review
Great beach love the sand...only prob is its alittle small besides that great beach
Kyle G — Google review
Average beach just down the road from where we were staying. Kind of small. The sign says you need to pay to park, but we've never seen anyone manning the booth there.
Zachary P — Google review
Beautiful beach in Dennisport. You can capture the beautiful sunrises in mid- Cape. Make sure to check out Pelham House while visiting this beach. They have an amazing restaurant and bar. Also have 30+ rooms all facing the ocean
Enrique F — Google review
A beautiful beach with medium high waves at high tide. Great for a swim, walk along the water and just to sit in the sand and take in the sun and scene. Very enjoyable for those who are addicted to saltwater. There's a jetty for fishing and for a walk, but you do have to be careful on it. You can see boats and ships of all types. I look forward to my next trip.
Cindy S — Google review
This beach is an amazing hidden gem! Lots of parking and warm water for swimming. I went on a weekday and there were parking spaces available all day, unlike other beaches. Beware that there is lots of seaweed near the shore and larger waves.

This charming museum offers interactive exhibits and engaging activities that delve into the local ecology and wildlife. With a strong commitment to conservation, it spans over 400 acres of protected land where visitors can explore woodland trails and salt marshes. The museum features fascinating collections on marine life, including whales and birds, alongside live science displays that captivate all ages.
The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History is a fantastic spot for families! 🦀 It’s educational, interactive, and perfect for kids who love nature and sea life. The highlight for us was seeing the extremely rare half blue, half pink lobster—make sure to ask the staff so you don’t miss it. A fun and memorable experience for all ages!

YOU MUST JOIN THE BUTTERFLY 🦋 garden 🪴 Staffs in there was very nice and friendly. I love the atmosphere of it, everything was nice and lovely. We’re from Boston so the museum is small for us but everything was a good new experience for us My daughter loved it so much especially the butterflies 🦋 😅 Overall is nice experience
Tien P — Google review
Went on a weekend and found out the more interactive things for little kids are closed due to staff shortage. Which is super unfortunate because I know my kids would've LOVED that mud kitchen area. This is the only reason why I docked the rating. The museum itself is cute and very informative.
Jessica M — Google review
This place way undersells itself!! We stopped in today and the kids could have stayed for hours. We easily were there for almost two hours and only left because it was really hot and lunch time. So many things to see and do. Mine especially enjoyed the aquarium and the mud kitchen. Definitely a great place to make a trip to on the Cape if you have kids!
Sarah B — Google review
Cute, small museum! Kept the kids busy for a couple of hours. They enjoyed the different craft stations , especially those in the kingfisher play area (timed 30 min play slots).
Laura B — Google review
Hidden gem. Probably the coolest, most educational mini-aquarium I've been to. Small displays that let kids get close up to all kinds of different fish and sea creatures. No touching in the tide pool tank which was a slight disappointment, but the sheer variety of animals was a mitigating factor. Great collection of rare lobster morphs as well! The native American section was thoughtful and informative. I particularly liked the soil cross section showing the different regions that are present locally. Fun rainy day cape activity, highly recommended for thoughtful 4+ year old children.
Joe F — Google review
We had a blast here and could have stayed all day! It’s great for children of all ages and that includes the adult kids. Believe me, it’ll bring out the kid in you! Lots of learning opportunities, activities and creatures to observe. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to chat with. We particularly found the active bee hive fascinating! I love that they are able to go outside and then come come back for all of us to observe.
B C — Google review
Best Museum I have ever been to. A great rainy day option while down the cape. Or whatever the weather is. The bird exhibit and the observation area live with the feeders and osprey live cam for me are worth the price of admission. And amazing aquarium! You will NOT be let down. Highly recommend!

West Dennis Beach

Beach
Outdoor Activities
West Dennis Beach is a popular destination for beach enthusiasts, offering a mile-long stretch of sandy shoreline that attracts windsurfers and kite enthusiasts. Located in the Mid Cape area, this family-friendly beach provides various amenities such as a playground, snack bar, seasonal lifeguards, and public restrooms. With ample parking space available on-site, visitors can easily access the beach. Additionally, the presence of the Old Bass River lighthouse adds to the charm of this coastal location.
We enjoyed our day on West Dennis beach. We arrived at about 9am and the place was basically empty (about an hour later it was filling up fast). The parking is right next to the beach so there is no long walk to get from the car to the beach. The water was clear and warm and we really enjoyed walking the long expanse of beach. I'd definitely go there again if I'm ever in Cape Cod again.

It's a clean and large beach. There are restrooms and changing stations near the parking. There are a lot of shells but not so many that it hurts to walk in the sand. It is windy. I would recommend a hoody or sweatshirt. Sometimes there's a good bit of seaweed washed up.
Kallee ( — Google review
Very clean beach. Tons of shells to find and look at. Parking is super easy and right by the beach so minimal walking. Even when it's busy it doesn't feel over crowded. Solid beach!
Sarah B — Google review
Pretty nice beach but if you are looking for clearer waters. Stick to the bay side.
Benjamin H — Google review
Nice big beach, plenty of parking and sand. However the parking fee is steep and is now up to $35 a day. For that price the bathrooms need to be cleaner (mold on ceilings).
Tapakip — Google review
Nice large sandy beach, lots of sea shells to collect, plenty of parking. Negative-Lots of seaweed in water & $35 fee is too high.
Brenda C — Google review
Clean and spacious for a beach Be careful with all the shells on this beach my friend did get cut and she was wearing her flip flops This beach does have a free water fill up if you bring your own cup or refill bottles which is great because water is $4.00 a bottle 😳 We did have seaweed the day we were there which was on July 23. 2023. Which did smell a bit in the later afternoon. Great news no shark sightings Would go back
Jean F — Google review
Great beach for kids and building sand castles. The parking cost $35 and there were a lot of spaces when we arrived on a Friday around 12pm. The bathrooms were at the end of the lot and were cleaner than I expected given other reviews. The biggest con was the lifeguard at #5 was the worst. He was constantly on his phone and rarely looking at the water. I’ve never seen a life guard pay less attention ever at a beach. So watch your children carefully!

Scargo

American restaurant
Nestled in the charming town of Dennis, Scargo Cafe is a delightful dining destination that beautifully marries American cuisine with a touch of New England charm. Housed in a traditional colonial-style building, this intimate eatery offers various seating options, including a cozy fireplace dining room and an inviting patio. The menu showcases an array of delectable dishes featuring local seafood, hearty sandwiches like the classic Reuben, and flavorful bowls such as the Mediterranean farro bowl.
Wonderful! My girlfriend and I just went for the first time today, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Friendly and prompt service, a clean and comfortable atmosphere, and phenomenal food. Definitely more upscale than your laid-back beach joints down the road. We got the French onion soup, seafood chowder, and lobster rolls. All were probably the best we've ever had. $125 (before tip) for the food and two beers. Considering the quality of the restaurant, I'd say the prices are very much worth it. We were dressed pretty casually, which staff didn't seem to mind at all, but I'd probably at least wear a nicer shirt next time. Only complaint is that the water really needed ice, but that's such a miniscule thing. 10/10 would return!
Kyle P — Google review
To describe Scargo would be refined casual. Called to book and the recording was well thought out and impressive but not over the top. Loved it! The night we arrived early, table was ready. Staff well trained and formal but relaxed. Very busy did not have to wait long for drinks or food. Tuna martini starter, perfect. Seafood strudel was delicious and size was generous but not flowing over the side of the plate. Steak is thick and perfect. Highly recommend!
Stephen C — Google review
Excellent dining experience from start to finish. Plenty of parking in the private lot makes arriving stress-free, even at busy times. Inside, the space is cozy and full of character - warm, classic Cape Cod charm with an upscale-casual feel. I tried their house special (photo attached) and it was freshly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly made to order. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality, ambiance, and overall experience make it well worth it. Definitely coming back next time I’m in the area!
Alex K — Google review
Awesome place for lunch or dinner, food and service are outstanding! Anke and Staci are professional and helpful servers, it’s clear they care they want you to have great experience! The shrimp salad and grape nut custard were delicious. The bread was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, baked perfectly. Scargo Cafe is a “do not miss” when you’re on the cape!
Paul P — Google review
Classic food. Not special delicious and not bad either. The lamb is nicely cooked , very tender but it’s lacking the texture and flavor of mutton. Fried oysters is a bit too salty and small.

Swordfish was great. French Onion soup was amazing. Creme Brulee was fantastic. Great place!
Chris W — Google review
Delicious food- really enjoyed the shrimp cocktail and Buddha bowl. Drinks were a little sweet for my taste.
Lacey K — Google review
Cute place in Dennis with sectioned dining area, friendly service. Serves bread and butter for starters. Menu had few interesting fusion options. -Hibiscus refresher$9 mocktail with hibiscus tea, lemon, priqly pear puree, soda water, lime -French onion soup $14 delightful with so much cheese! -Herb crusted sea scallops $36 was the winner of the night! Roasted Hokkaido scallops cooked to perfection served with corn, bacon succotash, white miso berry blanc. Flavorful and serving size was good. -Buddha bowl $28 grilled balsamic chicken over chilled quinoa, tomatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, feta, kalamata olives, lemon basil vinaigrette. Sounded very interesting but was a bit disappointing. Sweet potatoes were almost raw and not grilled at all. Ingredients didn't quite blend with each other with unbalanced flavor. Might still return for Hokkaido scallops though when we are in the area again.

New American restaurant
Nestled in the charming town of Dennis, The Pheasant is a delightful dining destination that beautifully marries refined American cuisine with French influences. Housed in a stunning 200-year-old barn, this seasonal restaurant offers an inviting atmosphere complete with a cozy fireplace and picturesque garden. Since its opening in 2008 by Eric and Adam Dunn, The Pheasant has been dedicated to crafting exquisite dishes from scratch under the guidance of executive chef Toby Hill.
This is honestly the best restaurant on Cape Cod. The food is locally sourced and expertly prepared, and I haven’t had a meal there that didn’t blow me away. The setup is charming and homey, with a nice mix of antiques and moderns touches. The owners are very present, but they have trained their staff beautifully, and it’s clear that everyone is invested in doing a great job. The cocktails are special and creative without doing too much, and again, the menu offerings are as delicious as it gets. I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Pheasant.
Kate D — Google review
We were looking forward to our meal all week but it was a bit of a disappointment. The restaurant itself is beautiful and well decorated. It took a really long time to get cocktails, just 2 for a table of 5. Once they arrived they were good. The food looked beautiful as you can see from the pictures, but in most cases was not seasoned well. We ordered four appetizers and five entrees. All the food was ok, but nothing was a home run except the bass and clams my wife had. Pork chop and Cornish hen were underwhelming and the hen portions ridiculously small. My son asked if we could stop at the lazy dog for a chicken sandwich instead of having desert. My daughter also said she didn’t get enough food. I don’t know how they can recommend sharing when portions are so small and prices so high. Between the portion sizes and the underwhelming food just can’t recommend the restaurant
Duncan H — Google review
One of our best dinners on the Cape! We are Californians and not used to massive MA plates of food so we were very content to share all of these nicely portioned smaller dishes. The rich potato millefeuille was delectable and was complimented by the vinegary bite of the watermelon gazpacho we also ordered. The seared mushrooms and giant beans were a hearty, beautifully seasoned intro to Fall that paired well with a French Pinot. The poussin was crisp and tasty. It did take over an hour and a half to get our dishes, which was a bit delayed compared to diners around us, so we ran out of steam for dessert but overall it was lovely.
Amanda A — Google review
The Pheasant is our favorite restaurant on the Cape, the menu changes seasonally and has never disappointed. The highlights of this meal were the Potato Millefeuille, the Cornish hen and The Scallops which were in a word perfect. Service and ambience were superior as always
Paul — Google review
One of the best meals we’ve ever had. Absolutely lovely and such great service. The sharing concept worked wonderfully and is a great way to try everything. Love the local ingredients! Thank you!
Rachel F — Google review
A lot of people are saying this is the best restaurant on the Cape. I agree but I would take it a step further - it is one of the best restaurants anywhere, full stop. Better than most restaurants I’ve been to in Miami, NY, Boston, etc. The rotating menu every few weeks and their partnership with the best local vendors (CBI Farm, Ack Gioia, etc) makes for the freshest most delicious ingredients. Whatever form they are serving burrata in is a must have- earlier in the season it was peach burrata salad, now it is burrata with chimichurri. Amazing. The poussin is my favorite entree. I would recommend ordering several plates and sharing so you can try as much as possible. They also have a fabulous wine selection. Very cozy setting - love going in the off season as well. My favorite!

Truly incredible spot. The quality of the food and thought that goes into each dish is amazing. They were accommodating to our dietary restrictions and knowledgeable. Loved every bite!

Another exceptional dining experience at The Pheasant! I brought my chef husband for his birthday and we had such a nice time (he's hard to please!). The service was exceptional and the food was outstanding! It's hard to be impressed in January on Cape Cod but this restaurant delivers year round, and is especially warm and cozy this time of year! We had a late reservation and were one of the last tables but the staff continued to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. We will be back!

Perfect place for fresh fried seafood on the Cape! It's clearly a classic establishment that has amazing fried clams (always get them when I go). It's also very popular and busy.

The food is delicious, fresh, and well portioned. Their soft serve ice cream is also very tasty. Seating may be difficult to find, however.

Went to Captain Frosty’s for a quick lunch. Clearly a local favorite, great atmosphere and the service was good. I got the lobster roll, which was $25, and it tasted just ok for me. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here again, but I enjoyed myself.

Casual family dining with seafood and burgers and Frosty treats. Indoor and outdoor seating is provided and there are clean restrooms. No adult beverages. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. Prices are reasonable for Cape Cod... We had a lemonade and two fish and chips platters and it was less than $50 including tip. We both agreed that fish was delicious, moist and flaky. The fries and coleslaw were good. Overall we were very pleased with our experience in this clean and friendly family restaurant.

Nestled in a charming, retrofitted barn, Sundae School Ice Cream is a delightful family-owned gem located in Dennis Port. This beloved ice cream shop has been serving up smiles since 1976 and continues to be a must-visit destination for both locals and tourists alike.
Exceptional! From start to finish our experience at Sundae School was very positive. The parking lot and the ice cream lines were well managed (peak season = BUSY!) the staff were friendly and totally professional, and the ice cream? Ok, there’s a sundae and then there’s a Sundae School sundae. My cookie dough ice cream was chock full of dough bites and so so creamy. The homemade whipped cream was thick, delicious, and held up well amidst the ice cream. And the cherry on top was a real fresh cherry, which was such a nice touch. If you’re in town and debating which scoop shop to go to, I highly recommend Sundae School. Boyfriend agrees.

This place is obviously a favorite for so many people but for any newbies let me fill you in on a secret - go to the inside line! We didn't realize there was an inside line and legitimately waited for like an hour and a half outside. We watched so many people come way after us and leave much before us. However, we were too committed to leave. The service was great and they had ample seating at picnic tables around. For us the ice cream wasn't worth the wait but it was still great ice cream. They definitely cater to all folks (dairy free options, vegan options, sherbet, sorbet, etc.) We both got mini splits which was a fun option and delicious but we are just as content at places with a much shorter wait. I would also recommend walking if possible because parking looked to be an absolute disaster. They even had people attempting to direct traffic and parking.
Taryn W — Google review
Absolutely loved our experience here! We visited on a busy Monday night at the end of June and the parking lot was packed! There was an attendant directing traffic and we found a spot quickly. The line outside was very lomg, but a kind customer let us know as she was leaving that there was no line inside. As a result of heading in, our total time was just another 10 minutes. The ice cream was absolutely delicious! A little pricey, but comparable to other similar ice cream places. We loved the autoplay piano and enjoyed looking at the many wall decorations while we ate. This place is worth the wait if there is one - a must try. Note: Cash only!

Delicious Ice cream, highly recommend, it's a bit on the upper price level, but still worth a visit

Family of 5 Review - Scoop it up! PRO TIP 1: Cash ONLY 💵 PRO TIP 2: Bring your collegiate banner flag (see photo) Thursday 7:30 PM parking was almost full (when leaving they had a parking attendant 😬). Under the outdoor tent an employee inside was kind enough to open the window and say there was NO line inside. We got a vanilla Frappe, Coconut Waffle Cone, and Cookie Dough Waffle Cone. Everything was amazing! We couldn’t believe the amount of cookie dough in the ice cream. The interior decoration and memorabilia was a nice touch. They have a water jug and cups for free. Open Daily 11-10:30! Highly Recommend and will be coming back.
Derek S — Google review
Me and my husband stopped here around 7pm on a Sunday ight and the reviews are true, the line was down the road but there are workers helping people park. We parked across the street at the pizza joint because we got that pace for dinner and just walked across the street. You can wait outside under a large tent or you can go inside and wait. We went inside and it was very busy but we didn't wait long in line. I got the large sundae and it was amazing! The whip cream was so soft and good! The fudge was also amazing! For the three flavors I got pumpkin, Bass River and Milky way, all really rich and good!

Encore Bistro and Bar is a hip upmarket American restaurant that serves delicious meat and seafood dishes in a quaint ambiance. The restaurant was opened by executive chef Tyler LaChance in 2015, and is perfect for couples to enjoy elegantly-prepared land and sea entrees nightly.
From the moment we walked in, we knew this was our kind of place when I say we me and my friend rented an Airbnb in Plymouth and discovered the Cape extensively. We love this place. The manager is friendly. Everyone was beautiful attentive the servers just perfect. We had drinks outside in the tent and then went in for a fabulous dinner. Everything exquisite from the bread to the clam chowder to the shrimp scampi which they served amazingly fresh with lemon, unlike the normal breaded one. It was so good. My friend had the lean duck in a glaze that was light and refreshing. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I went for Easter brunch. It was my first time at this lovely establishment. Andrew the GM greeted us, super nice guy. The inside was a beautiful rustic theme. Bathrooms were very clean. We had Shawna for our waitress and she was awesome. Very friendly and on top of things. The food was outstanding- I don’t ever clean my plate & frequently get told to eat my food but I ate every last drop!!! My boyfriend loved his food as well. Definitely worth a visit. 5 stars isn’t enough!!! Thanks Encore for a lovely Easter brunch.

I was with my friend and we rented an Airbnb in Plymouth, but decided to drive to Dennis and luckily stumbled across this fabulous restaurant. The food was divine. I had shrimp scampi never cooked like that before the shrimp almost al dente in a delicious lemony, butter sauce with the linguine, and my friend had the duck which was lean and deliciousservice was excellent extremely friendly and the outside tent is beautiful. If I could fly there again, I would be there in a second and next time I visit the Cape I am booking a reservation.

This continues to be one of our favorite places to eat dinner on the Cape. It is beautiful both inside and out on their covered patio. Tonight on the patio our waitress was Danielle who was so sweet and attentive. The GM stopped by to ask how our meal was and it was our opportunity to thank him for another wonderful meal. We’ve eaten inside several times also which is rustic while being clean and modern. Both in season and off it is a place to truly relax and enjoy a little piece of the Cape. Food, drink, ambiance….Encore has it all.

Exquisite setting, friendly service & excellent food. Appetizers were all excellent: Loved the Arugula salad, the lobster tower & the Yucatan shrimp was sooo delicious. The entrees were fine too and the best was the beef Stroganoff. The salmon had too much sun-dried tomatoes. Chocolate cake and lemon cheesecake were excellent with fantastic espresso and cappuccino drinks.

Diners can indulge in creative appetizers like sashimi oysters with wasabi aioli or savor the rich flavors of broiled oysters topped with cilantro butter.
From the time we were greeted to the end of leaving and saying goodbye, it was an absolute memorable experience. Mario and the chef were some of the most kind happy warm hearted people I have ever met. The food portions were generous and quality was absolutely amazing. The oysters came right off the shell, the lobster roll were thick, chunky and super crunchy. Filled with flavor, we had to try the blueberry coconut bread pudding that was Mario’s personal recipe. The flavor combo complimented each other smoothly. The outer part of the bread was crispy and crunchy with the inside being a fluffy soft delicious pillow. Added with vanilla ice cream for a cherry on top. I’m looking forward to going back for round 2!!!

He went here to enjoy a nice dinner and we were not disappointed. We read good things in the reviews and now it's time to try it. Really quickly see that our table and our waiter took great care of us. He was able to make great suggestions. We started out with a fresh Caesar salad. Just the right amount of delicious dressing and the croutons were perfectly crunchy. We split a seafood casserole. Delicious Cod, shrimp, scallops and lobster. We left just enough room for the Kahlua creme brulee. Everything was delicious, timed to perfection and delivered with joy.

The best lobster risotto we have ever had! We ordered the “Chatham Grilled Scallops with Lobster Risotto”, and were very impressed. Best seared Scallops & Lobster Risotto with Asparagus! The dish was out of this world! Food was served pretty quickly for as busy as it was and hot. Make a reservation as it’s packed and loud. Could have been a little cooler, but it was busy. Great waitress , Katie (blonde) I think. Definitely eat outside next time (noise level) I’m getting old I think!

For a $150 meal, I would have like to see fresher details. The poor waiter, Robert, was absolutely wonderful, but he was all by himself outside and running like crazy. We felt service was maybe a tad slow, and the food was sitting for a bit but we understand, seeing as he was doing so much. The seafood alfredo... terrible. It was essentially seafood and peppardelle in a slightly cheesy broth. The crab cakes were all stuffing and seemed like they went from freezer to fryer. The margaritas were okay. Nothing special.
Amy M — Google review
We had a reservation and were sat right when we got there. Ordered a dozen oysters, crab cakes, ciopino, paella, shrimp Alfredo, and swordfish. Everything came out and was great with generous portion sizes. Only gripe the muscles on the paella were mealy and overcooked.

Well it used to be 5+stars last year. I'm not sure what the chef/owner/oyster farmer is going thru but it's not good and it reflex in his restaurant. We ate here 3 times last year it was so delicious and fun. This year it started right at the front door. The hostess, without turning around said 2? We replied, no there are 3 of us. Could we have a booth please. She proceeded to sit us at a table and I again asked for a booth. She said no because the owners reserve the booths for locals!!! And besides there is a party of 9 coming in right near that booth she announced. Mind you ,the table she wanted us to sit at was just as close as the booth was to the supposed party of 9. There was never a party of 9. She went back to her hostess station, checked her computer and sat us at the booth. No utensil set ups, no waitress intoduction, no kindness. Last year's hostess was so friendly ,beautifully dressed, smiled, brought table set ups and told us who our waitress would be. Our waitress was great this time too The seafood in all our dishes was overcooked and hard to chew. The crumbs on the baked seafood dish were seasoned great but super dry and way too much was used. Not sure if the mashed potatoes were real potatoes but they were gross no flavor. The green beans all had "branches" still on them. Not what you expect to see at a 5 star restaurant. The cioppini sauce was so delicious ! The apple crisp had two small mushy slices of apple and no crisp. The whip cream was tasty! It would appear from all these very similar reviews that locals are getting preferential treatment and Chef/owner likes it that way. We have found a new to us favorite restaurant and couldn't be happier.

The Ocean House Restaurant is a stunning New American eatery in Dennis Port, offering breathtaking views of Nantucket Sound. With a seasonal schedule, the restaurant presents an innovative menu that combines American cuisine with Pan-Asian influences. Dishes like maple-soy pork chops and potato-chip-crusted codfish showcase their creative approach. The upscale dining experience emphasizes locally sourced ingredients and culinary innovation, with their renowned lobster roll being a standout favorite among guests.
The best meal we’ve had this visit to the cape. Our server Samantha paid close attention to detail, was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu. We had a memorable time eating amazing food while looking out to the ocean, you really can’t get much better than this. When we go back home to our busy lives we will always think back to night we had here and will be dreaming of the miso butterscotch ice cream until the next time. Superb!

We ate out on the patio. Beautiful ocean views. We’ve come here a couple of years ago as well. The strawberry mojito was delicious. The chef accommodated my request and made grilled fish taco for me instead of using fried fish as described on the menu. My son had the lobster Caesar which had a very generous amount of lobster meat.

Awesome time. I had gone a month ago, and was disappointed. But that was a complete fluke. This place has always been great and one of my favorites. Last night did not disappoint. The staff is awesome, Brittany and Cal were terrific! Service was great, food was delicious. Glad I went back and was super happy!

Amazing service!!! We celebrated our elopement and anniversary here. Immediately the hostess congratulated us and gave us a table by the window. Our waiter Danny was personable, but not intrusive. Very well versed on the menu. We had the seabass and calamari - both delicious! They even gave us a complimentary tiramisu which is the best I’ve had. Lastly, they have complimentary valet.

The Ocean House is the best! The food is outstanding, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is beautiful. For appetizers, we got the Cobb Salad and the 5-layer ahi tuna. For our meals, we got sea bass, lobster noodles, and Korean fried chicken. Everything was delicious!

The service was impeccable, our food was hot and came out quickly. it was the fastest dinner we ever had, less than an hour. We got apps, entrees, and dessert. We went because the menu was unique. The food was good but I didn't feel like it was special. I would maybe go back for a special occasion but I wouldn't crave anything. Getting a reservation was hard and I can see why. it's beautiful. It's very seafood heavy which makes sense but I would like to see more variety in entrees than building a meal a la carte to get something without seafood in it.

Always a lovely experience at the ocean house. The cocktails are creative and delicious, the oysters on the half shell perfect, the Chilean sea bass was out of this world. I enjoyed the marine lobster ramen too. James and Morgan and all the staff are great and took great care of our party of 9!View was lovely even on a rainy day.

Have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. Finally had a visit to the Cape with no dog or kids. Reservations were late since we waited until about 10 days out to book. We arrived early, there was a bit of a wait which we expected. The hostess was a little short but attempted to be friendly. The restaurant was full and extremely loud. I was thankful for our table being in a corner, at least gave us a little bit of a reprieve. Took a while for our waitress to get to us. She was also a little short, forced politeness. When we asked for recommendations about the menu, portion size, one dish vs another, she was very vague and unhelpful. She basically just re-read the description of the dish, which we didn’t ask for. I understand everyone’s taste is different, levels of spice, portion size, etc, all are subjective. I’ve never had a problem with visiting a restaurant of this caliber and asking for a recommendation from the staff. The Tiki Plateau appetizer was delicious. Loved everything, lobster dumplings were the favorite. Dinner was scallops with bacon and corn risotto, lobster ramen noodles. Lobster ramen was amazing. Lots of garlic, good umami flavor, lots of lobster. The scallops were also delicious. Honestly, Mac’s Lobster and seafood in Chatham have a similar dish, at least half the price, didn’t fee one was better than the other. The wine list was pretty small. Wines available by glass were not available on the bottle list. Would have expected a wider variety. Only NZ Sav Blanc was available by glass, the rest were French and bottle only. Same problem with the Chardonnays. Disappointing. I am not opposed to going back, but don’t believe it will be a staple on our trips.

Nestled in the charming town of Dennis, MA, Gina's by the Sea is a beloved eatery that has been delighting patrons for over six decades. This cozy spot is celebrated for its authentic Italian-American cuisine, with standout dishes like shrimp scampi and eggplant parmesan that keep diners coming back for more. The inviting ambiance welcomes you as soon as you walk through the door, whether you're seated in the intimate back room or enjoying the breezy front area.
This tiny little place will surprise you! Gourmet Italian menu with daily specials. Smaller portions. Indoor or outdoor seating. Get there early (15 minutes before opening) or be prepared to wait. Parking on site but might have to wait. $$$$$

First time here with family and kids so HAVE to go early. Karen our waitress was outstanding. Food especially the filet and salmon were outstanding. Not cheap eats but place gets packed as has a good reputation. Cars lined up. If not here by 5pm you will be waiting awhile. Highly recommend trying, think you will feel the same as us.

Location, location, location! Finding a restaurant on or next to a beach, here's a rarity, look no more. A place locals go for Italian food, fresh seafood and music entertainment. Go early, watch the sunset at Chapin Memorial Beach.

This is literally my all time favorite restaurant. I've been coming here with my family for over 30 years. It's a staple in our Cape Cod vacation. The staff is amazing and super friendly. Although we only come once a year, they remember our faces and our names. The food never disappoints. It truly doesn't matter what you get, it's going to be amazing. We always start with an order of shrimp cocktail, mussels, and garlic bread to dip in the sauce from the mussels. My favorite main dishes are the chicken gismundo, veal savoyard, the filet, the clam sauce, white or red, and the scampi ala Gina. They come with a small salad and their homemade dressing is addicting. This past time around, they had a lobster scampi special as well as a cold calamari salad that we just had to try. Phenomenal! And let's not forget, their famous chocolate cake. Stroll down to Mayflower Beach for sunset after dinner also, it's worth it. I love Gina's! I will forever come here once a year no matter where I'm living. ❤️

Unfortunately we drove all the way to the facility as we’ve heard nice reviews, however we didn’t have the opportunity to experience anything other than their inappropriate staff. As we drove into the parking lot, the parking attendant rudely said there was a dress code, which the website doesn’t state there is a dress code. The restaurant is located close to the beach and we were coming from the beach, we all had clothes but apparently they don’t allow sleeveless attire. our family recommended them and they always visit from the beach. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional and dismissed our family from the restaurant for having a tank top. Kicked us off the property I was taken back by the behavior and in response relieved to not spend my money at a place that would treat their guests in such way. We will definitely take our business elsewhere, happily We not recommend due to poor customer service

These guys managed to kill a 15 year tradition for me and my family. The worst part? They don't care. I understand as they are only open Thursday-Sunday but Sam who over the last 15 years has generally taken care of us turned his back on us tonight. We got there tonight as soon as they opened and showed Up to put our name on the list. After a busy start for their night, they told us they couldn't sit large parties- 10 people. We told the other owner from the start of our wait that we were a party of 10 and he said we were second in line - after a 45 minute wait they changed their mind and wouldn't seat us. If you're not seating large parties then you should make that clear and your staff should know as well. You Could have saved us a 45 minute wait. Too bad traditions have to be ruined because you 'change your policy' - we didnt need to change our traditions but you made us because of your knee jerk reaction to crowds. Too Bad

Haven't been to Gina's by the sea in such a long time. Was up visiting family and five of us went to dinner. Place was packed but they found a beautiful table for us in the corner. Had the shrimp scampi which was the best I've ever had. I have had it before back in the day and it was as good if not better. The spaghetti was covered in shrimp so all you saw was shrimp! Seven large, perfectly cooked flavorful shrimp. Absolutely delicious. A fun place right on the water with gorgeous views. You can't beat it. Looking forward to my next visit.

Seafood restaurant
KREAM N KONE is a casual counter-service restaurant located in West Dennis, offering a variety of fried seafood, broiled dinners, lobster rolls, and more. It's known for its riverfront deck and soft-serve ice cream. The place is popular for its fried clams and fresh fish dishes. It's a great spot to enjoy a meal by the river or grab some soft ice cream after exploring Cape Cod.
Really fresh and generous portions of fried cod sandwiches. Nothing fancy but hit the spot! Outdoor seating in the back looks out to a river where people were kayaking. Relaxing and fun.

When you're on the Cape, you've got to get some whole belly clams. After a little investigation we found that this place continuously wins awards for it's fried food. We decided to get the 3 item Seafood Plate with oysters, clam strips and whole belly clams. It did not disappoint. This pile of food was delivered to our table with perfectly cooked onion rings on top. What a great start. Everything was cooked perfectly. This kind of seafood can be overcooked in 30 seconds, but they deliver it perfectly every time. BTW, the Cole slaw was the correct mix of sugar and mayo, just right. The tartar sauce was flavorful also, but you'll hardly need any! If you're in the area and have a hankering for some delicious perfectly cooked and seasoned seafood, you'll be doing yourself a favor and stop in.

DELICIOUS. When I think of whole belly fried clams I want them to taste exactly like the ones I got today at Kream n Kone. I got the platter and the onion rings and fries were also delicious. The portion of clams was very generous, and they were cooked perfectly, really good tartar sauce too! There was a ton of seating, the staff were all very nice. Over all great experience, would definitely return.

I had expected a delicious meal, given all the good reviews for this restaurant, but I was bitterly disappointed. The lobster meat in my lobster roll smelled funky and tasted even worse. It was definitely not fresh. I ended up discarding it. This was by far my worst dining experience in Cape Cod. Avoid this place.

Original Cape Cod style Clam strips and onion rings FISH N CHIPS coleslaw french fries. . Ice cold drinks and ice cream. Everything was great. The owner was very friendly to everyone.

We had the cheeseburger which was ok (3.2) The onion rings are disappointing (2.6) the curly fries were decent (3.4). The atmosphere is that of a cafeteria in a nursing home or hospital (2). The service is the similar (2.5).

If you are hungry and want delicious food at a great price this is the place! However if you expect service with a smile or cordial employees don’t bother. Asked the gentleman employee a question about the food portions and received an unclear response. It was crystal clear he was not interested in helping and wanted nothing more than the shift to be over. Short responses, cold demeanor, made it feel like we were a bother. As we left the establishment not as much a thank you or come again! Totally ignored! Great food but will never go back. Employees with a poor work ethic can ruin a business.

When I first came in I informed the cashier I have a gluten allergy, since I was one of the first the made my food first to not contaminate the kitchen, on top of that, the cashier was lovely to speak with, no attitude, no issues, no reason not to come!

International airport
Airport
Boston Logan International Airport is a major hub in the Northeast, with direct rail service to the city of Boston. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston at Logan Airport offers convenient access to the airport and downtown, with free breakfast and 24-hour shuttle service. Travelers staying near Downtown Waterfront, Seaport, Charlestown, or the North End can take a water taxi from the airport terminals.
This is my new favorite airport in America. I Had a really smooth experience at Terminal E. Security was quick and easy, which made getting through stress-free. The British Airways lounge was great with plenty of seating and a nice variety of food options. The shuttle bus between terminals was fast, convenient, and made it simple to get around. Overall, everything felt well organized and traveler-friendly.

Boston Logan Airport was quite busy at security, but everything moved fairly smoothly. The terminal itself was impressively neat and clean, which made the overall experience pleasant. The waiting areas were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxed vibe before boarding. There’s a small duty-free section—not huge, but enough for a quick browse. Overall, a solid airport experience with room for minor improvements in crowd management.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Boston Logan International Airport ✈️ is one of the most efficient and welcoming airports around! Even international arrivals 🌍 are a breeze — thanks to the MPC app 📱, you can zip through customs in minutes! 🙌 Departing is smooth too — security is quick ⏱️ and the atmosphere is surprisingly relaxing. 🎶 Don’t miss the beautiful Steinway Grand piano 🎹 in the waiting area — a classy touch that makes travel feel special! 💼✨
Anthony C — Google review
generally smooth and efficient travel experience, especially when it comes to domestic connectivity and overall airport accessibility. The airport is well-connected to the city, with various transportation options including taxis, ride-shares, the Silver Line, and shuttles — making arrival and departure quite convenient. However, one noticeable drawback is the distance between terminals, especially when traveling internationally. The international terminal (Terminal E) is quite far from the other terminals, and the current airport transportation system doesn’t make inter-terminal transfers as seamless as they should be. For travelers with tight layovers or connecting international flights, this can be quite stressful and time-consuming.
Krunal S — Google review
Not bad experience for taking a flight, the line wasn't long but it was so slow. The airpot was clean and cool. Not many food options at the American Airlines terminal B 1, but the computer work stations are great.
Jen B — Google review
The airport is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Security and check-in lines move quickly, and staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of food options, comfortable seating areas, and charging stations throughout the terminals. Signs are clear, making it simple to find gates and baggage claim. Overall, a smooth and stress-free travel experience one of the better airports in the U.S.!

A real true landmark, over 100 years old. Boston Logan International Airport opened on September 8, 1923, as "Boston Airport" or "Jeffrey Field" and was initially used by the Massachusetts Air National Guard and the U.S. Army Air Corps. Commercial passenger service began in 1927, and the airport was officially renamed in honor of General Edward Lawrence Logan in 1943. The airport has since expanded significantly, becoming a major transatlantic hub and undergoing modernization projects, including the addition of a new runway in 2006.

Good: ✅ I appreciated having airside access to all terminals during a layover. ✅ Good selection of restaurants airside. ✅ Clean and convenient restrooms. ✅ Wide concourses move large amounts of passengers. ✅ Good looking airport—easy on the eyes. ✅ Good signage making navigation easy. Bad: ❌ Terminals are long and connected end-to-end. There are no shortcuts or trains, so moving around can be a good workout. This rating based on a single, layover visit. I did not experience the landside or any security checkpoint.
