Shopping mall
Shopping
Located in the province of Pampanga, Philippines, SM City Clark is a popular shopping and entertainment destination just 90 minutes away from Manila. This expansive mall offers a wide array of retail stores, eateries, and entertainment options including a cinema and an IMAX theater. It's a favorite spot for families and friends to gather for a day out.
SM City is a well-rounded shopping destination with a variety of retail stores, dining options, and entertainment choices, making it a great place for families and individuals alike. The mall offers a mix of international and local brands, ensuring that shoppers can find what they need, whether it's clothing, electronics, or specialty items. The atmosphere is generally pleasant, with clean walkways, well-maintained facilities, and a secure environment. One of the mall’s biggest strengths is its diverse food selection. There are plenty of restaurants and snack shops catering to different tastes, from fast food to sit-down dining experiences. However, while most restaurants meet quality expectations, there are a few that fall short, particularly in terms of menu variety and ingredient quality. One noticeable issue is the lack of alternatives for those with dietary restrictions as I have. Some restaurants do not offer substitutions, which can be disappointing for customers who cannot eat certain ingredients, such as corn. Corn can be a health risk for some. In these cases, it may feel like a portion of the meal is wasted and there are no substations which affects the overall dining experience. On the positive side, the mall provides a convenient and enjoyable shopping and dining experience. For those who appreciate fresh, well-prepared food, some establishments stand out for their quality and service. As I continue to explore different restaurants within SM City and beyond, I will share more detailed reviews on individual dining experiences, including both highlights and areas for improvement. Overall, SM City is a solid choice for shopping and entertainment, with some room for improvement in specific dining options. It remains a good destination for those looking for a mix of leisure and convenience.

It's not the biggest but it has many branded shop fully-occupied with stalls in the center corridor. Has huge activity center, a merry-go-round for kids, starbucks cafe in the middle ground floor, and complete shops and entertainment for various needs.
Junar H — Google review
SM City Clark is a very big and beautiful mall! It’s the largest mall in Clark, Pampanga, and has a really nice and modern design. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and fun places to visit. The place feels clean and spacious — perfect for family or friends to hang out and enjoy!
Matt M — Google review
As expected, just like in all the other sm malls, air con, is always a key for a good shopping experience, and this time didn't. Disappoint . Super clean, and all the security. Staff, are always around.
Jose G — Google review
Great shopping mall. Fun to walk around and see all the different stores. The SM department store seemed to have the best deals. Plenty of good food options too.
Rawnie — Google review
Very large mall with a huge variety of stores. There is a Watson's pharmacy that has everything you might need. There is an IMAX theatre, a Baskin Robbins, Straw Hat pizza, HM clothing, SM department store, every kind of restaurant, even a Doughboy Donut.
Kenneth B — Google review
Another excellent SM. Had a nice carousel, lots of tech stores, wellness centers and restaurants. Nice hypermarket attached. Park Inn by Radisson is basically attached and makes for a great place to stay.

Did a little mall walking yesterday at SM City Clark. The mall was clean and I was pleasantly surprised to see such a Carousel.

Park
The Astro Park is a delightful destination, perfect for enjoying the chilly atmosphere created by the surrounding trees. It offers a cozy and secure environment where visitors can find an abundance of vendors selling various refreshments, including balut, chicharon, peanuts, and even accessories. Many people flock to this park due to its clean and verdant setting. The maintenance staff consistently does an excellent job in keeping it tidy.
A lot of good food around here and lisanela's food is top notch for your silog cravings 😉👌😎

Cozy place to stay due to the cold breeze coming from the trees around the park. You will find a lot of vendors selling drinks, balut, chicharon, peanuts and even accessories. I am giving it a 4 because the place is not that secured and all types of people flock around.
Glizel D — Google review
Place is nice, bring your own sitting pad unless you are comfy sitting on the grass. Food is around 5 to 10 minutes walk away that includes street food and some restos. Place is awesome for picnics 💯✨
Kenneth G — Google review
In the midst of a buzzy city you have this little green escape, jogging tracks, basketball court & volleyball courts. Also parking, I would say its safe, I've not seen or experienced any unfortunate stuff, in case your a foreigner and were wondering about that, if you don't know, there is also a mall just walking distance from the park and lots of street foods around...
Louis — Google review
I used to come play volleyball here last 2012. It wasn’t a split park then. There are people who jog here here in the morning. Some friends and families hold picnics here too. This where you can find the jeepney terminals going to Angeles city proper, Mabalacat City, Clark, even jeepneys going to small towns of Tarlac and mabalacat. No free wifi in the area but the mobile data signal is pretty strong. There is a public toilet too but not so clean. There plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. In fact, this is a couple of walks away from SM Clark. There are free rides going to Clark and Clark Global City here too.
Flori — Google review
Good initiative for in town sporting places. Good for walking but terrible for runners as many groups walk so slow while blocking the entire track. The worst is that some people smokes inside the park.
BEN J — Google review
I always visit to play in the astro park because it's always clean and green, the sweeper were always doing a great job in terms of maintaining the cleanliness Of the park. I never encountered anything bad in there as I always come and visit to have a relaxing day.

Shopping
Robinsons Angeles is a low-key mall that has been a part of Angeles City for quite some time. While it may feel a bit old and have some vacant stalls, it remains a popular spot for community events and gatherings. The mall hosts various franchise stores such as Jollibee, KFC, Ideal Vision, Mercury Drug, Bench, Daiso, Coffee Overdose and Robinsons Supermarket. It also houses the DFA passport office for passport renewals.

It's a very small mall. Well maintained. It's a shame that so few people choose the free shops. There are lots of parking spaces downstairs. It's quiet here at the moment. There are a few more at the top. There are also seats there. The wrongly chosen music is superfluous for me. But at least it's bearable in the background. So relax, with a coffee. I wish there were more shops here. At least the mall is easy to reach on foot, by car, bus, jeep or Traik. On the other hand, another large mall in Angeles Pampanga is more for vehicles. And there's a fee too. And you feel like you're walking yourself to death. For things to eat, we always go to Robinson Mall. It's more relaxed. Conclusion: Very easy to get to. Clear, quiet and relaxed. There are banks, ATMs and other shops outside. Let's hope that more providers move in.
2020 F — Google review
Nice, clean and safe little mall for the basic shopping needs. This isn't part of the SM franchise, so prices are more affordable. Purple Jeepneys stop in front of it. Debit and credit cards are accepted at Robinsons.
M.T. K — Google review
It’s definitely a grocery store I visit often. It has a big fruit and vegetables section and also more dairy options then other grocery stores.
Ha K — Google review
The usual mall which a few shops but nothing like other decent size ones, not really worth coming here
Rob N — Google review
My go to store, everything in one place, always clean with a warm atmosphere with great staffing
Antone — Google review
Easy access for government services like processing for NBI clearance, applying/renewal of passport, getting PH ID. Surprisingly it is not so busy in this mall. There's a few fastfood restaurant like Jollibee and KFC. The food court has few fastfood stores as well.
Ms L — Google review
Small mall but has all essentials - department store, covered parking, drugstore, supermarket, movies, government offices and utility companies, hardware, and restaurants. The thing i love best in this mall is the less crowd and the covered parking. However i noticed more closures of tenants. I hope something can be done with it.

Aling Lucing

Restaurant
Aling Lucing's Sisig is a renowned dish in Filipino cuisine that has gained international acclaim. Originating in Pampanga, sisig has evolved over time and is often misunderstood. The name 'sisig' comes from the old Filipino word 'sisigan,' meaning to munch on something sour. Aling Lucing's Sisig is credited with contributing to Pampanga being known as the Culinary Capital of the Philippines.
We traveled all the way from Cebu to Pampanga just to try the authentic sisig—and it was worth it! We visited the original Aling Lucing branch, known as the birthplace of sisig. We ordered one serving (good for 2–3 people), and it didn’t disappoint. The sisig had the perfect balance of flavors—crispy, savory, and just the right amount of heat. We're so happy we finally got to experience the original version of this iconic Filipino dish. In Cebu, we have our own unique takes on sisig, but tasting the original in Pampanga was truly special! Overall rating 8/10
ItsMargareth — Google review
Aling Lucing's Sisig is a must-try! The sizzling plate of chopped pork, onions, and chili is an explosion of flavor. The perfect balance of savory, spicy, and tangy, it's an authentic taste of Pampanga. I aslo loved their pako salad with salted egg, tokwa’t baboy, and sizzling grilled pusit. Unfortunately, the store is not air-conditioned and it was very hot and humid inside the store. We were sweating for real. Also, there were many flies around and there were missing orders hence the rating 3.
Chris T — Google review
Their sisig is the best! Tokwa’t baboy comes in second. The buro and chicharong bulaklak, however, weren’t that good. Service could use improvement. The server was rude and forgot several of our orders, so we ended up waiting for some dishes to arrive while already eating. For the orders that weren’t forgotten though, the serving time was quick. Cleanliness is another area for improvement—the floor was sticky and slippery, almost like it still had soap on it. Overall, the service was fast, and their sisig is honestly the best ever! Bonus points: it seems to be an Anthony Bourdain–featured shop.
Rokss L — Google review
We finally got to try the legendary Aling Lucing and ordered their famous sisig, tokwa’t baboy, inihaw na hito, and sinigang na hipon. The sisig definitely lived up to the hype—flavorful and just the right amount of spice. The sinigang na hipon caught us off guard—in a good way—it’s extra sour, way more than the usual sinigang, but super refreshing. The inihaw na hito was tender and smoky, and the tokwa’t baboy had that classic balance of crunch and savory goodness. Worth the stop if you’re in Pampanga. Just come hungry.
Shan — Google review
Still the best sisig in Pampanga. Service was ok- forgot to serve some of our orders but still kept it in our bill- sorted in the end. It's a carinderia place so atmosphere is as is
Nyssa N — Google review
A close second to Annie Bea as the best sisig I've tried in Pampanga. The meat is of high quality and served on a sizzling plate that allows the some fat to crisp up. Annie Bea's advantage is in the taste. This original branch is non-air conditioned but plenty of electric fans to keep you cool. Be prepared to smell like smoked meat when you get back to your car. Aside from the delicious sisig, try the chicharon bulaklak which was deep fried to perfection, and the grilled chicken ass which is tender, connected to a lot of meat and very smoky.
Rey T — Google review
The sizzling sisig was as good as they say it is, but the crispy karekare was even better. Service was fast and friendly.
Marie T — Google review
Their sisig is the best, kare kare is good also i like the sauce...reasonably priced.

Filipino restaurant
Mila's Tokwa't Baboy is a renowned restaurant in Pampanga, known for its famous Sisig and delicious tokwat baboy combinations. Despite not being a traditional Kapampangan dish, Mila's tokwat baboy has gained popularity in the province due to its affordability and great pairing with sisig. Located at 195 San Andres St., Angeles, Pampanga, this restaurant has been serving customers for over ten years.
We had an awesome experience at Mila’s Tokwa’t Baboy! The staff were friendly and very accommodating, making us feel right at home. The food matched the warm service perfectly—delicious and authentic. A truly homely dining experience we highly recommend!
Terence S — Google review
This is a great spot if you're craving authentic Kapampangan sisig. We came around 3 PM, so it wasn't too crowded, which was a plus. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food. Service was quick and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by how good their pork tocino BBQ was! They have their own parking spot conveniently located at the front of the restaurant.
Jean B — Google review
The place has that classic old-school vibe — like the kind of restaurant your parents used to take you to as a kid. Simple, nostalgic, and full of heart. We ordered the Sizzling Sisig, Tokwa’t Baboy, Kalderetang Kambing (Goat Stew), and BBQ Chicken — and honestly, everything was so damn good! 🤤 The sisig was perfectly crispy and smoky, the tokwa’t baboy came with killer sauce, the goat stew was rich and tender, and the BBQ chicken was juicy with that sweet-salty glaze you just can’t stop eating. If you’re in Angeles, this is a must-try spot!
Eddy W — Google review
First meal in Pampanga—and we’re on a mission to find the best sisig! Mila’s tokwat baboy did not disappoint. Masarap! I also loved their fresh salads. The kids enjoyed the BBQ, though I am not a huge fans of sweet-style meat. Despite the long travel, it was totally worth it to try these local dishes! Pasensya na sa photos, we were all too hungry😂
Irene K — Google review
•This branch doesn't disappoint. •Loved the Sisig & Paco Salad combo. Flavorful, delicious, on point. Sisig is well prepared, you can taste Pampanga with it. Probably the best sisig i ever had. I also can't get enough of the Paco salad's dressing. The Tokwa't Baboy is also great. •The service is good. Staff is polite, snappy and accomodating. •We will return definitely to try the other dishes
Jonathan M — Google review
I think we may have caught them on a bad day, or bad time. We came in around 3pm and the food was a bit subpar. The sisig was sizzling and scorching that made some of the meat burned. The quality of the pork was also not very good. It had a "malansa" taste. The same was true with the tokwa't baboy. The tokwa was overcooked it became tough as carton. The saving grace was chopsuey which was yummy and the veggies crunchy. The staff were very attentive and helpful/. There is a covered court across the street where you can park.
Rey T — Google review
Their sisig’s style is different from Lucing’s but special in its own way. Order the tokwa’t baboy too. Parking’s a bit of a problem especially on busy hours.

Al Bacio Italian Restaurant in Angeles City offers a delightful and genuine Italian dining experience. The restaurant is known for its delectable food, including outstanding pizzas, cappuccinos, and garlic bread. The service is exceptional, and the ambiance creates an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere for diners to savor their meals.
On a business trip from the US. Absolutely charming place. Food was exceptional! I have a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating. Had mozzarella, chicken parm & risotto. Just a great experience, this place is truly a gem!
Lisa P — Google review
I had the capricciosa pizza. This was decent pizza which used the proper 00 flour. The mozzarella and tomato sauce were good, but the rest of the toppings were just okay. The Caesar salad wasn’t really authentic with some sort of creamy dressing. The panna cotta with strawberry gelatin lacked any fresh strawberries. The double espresso was very good. This is a nice little neighborhood Italian spot. Very comfortable with good service. The owner/manager personally greeted all of the guests.
John B — Google review
Highly recommended. Food was all very good, They had a special meal prepared for my dietary needs, all very tasty. Good size portions too. Music was nice and not too load. Air-conditioning was set just right, not too cold like many places. We were served lemoncillo and Grapa to finish off.
Sven S — Google review
This is a fantastic Italian restaurant by Filipino standards. The 4 cheese penne was outstanding and tasted like authentic Italian food. The lava cake was hot, delicious, and topped with real ice cream. The pizza margarita was good and fairly authentic, although I felt the sauce was quite boring and the crust was not crispy (they need to cook it at a higher temperature and/or longer). I do wish the waiters/waitresses would have checked on our table more often. They seemed not very interested. Although they were friendly and respectful when spoken to. Overall, this is an excellent Italian restaurant. If you are in Angeles and want real Italian food, I would come here.

Super amazing service from Glen! We had really great food — our two favourites were the house made pasta with ragu and the pizza magherita. Both tasted amazing. The carpaccio was ok (some parts yummy and other bits had too much blood). The gelato was fine and so was the coffee. The service was good as well especially Glen and the other guy but the ladies didn’t seem too hospitable. Just needs some improvement with the music 🎶 which was a bit loud when we entered but they had adjusted this :) we will be back

Yu-Fu-In Yakiniku and Japanese Restaurant is a charming spot to savor genuine Japanese fare. The amiable staff goes the extra mile, especially for families with kids by providing art supplies to keep little ones engaged. The ambiance is inviting, and the menu boasts an array of options like beef sukiyaki, yakiniku, and sushi. This authentic eatery specializes in yakiniku (grilled meat) and even has servers who greet patrons in Japanese.
This is a great Japanese restaurant. The food is authentic, high quality, and the menu has a huge selection of items. One of the chefs even looked Japanese. If you want authentic Japanese cuisine in Angeles, I recommend this place. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I do wish they stayed open later than 9PM on a weekday.

We visited Yu-Fu-In after a long ride. The food was great, tasted authentic, and with good servings. The service was fantastic and the place was cozy. I'd definitely recommend if you're craving for some Japanese food.
Joshua L — Google review
I've been living in Angeles 10+ years and the only Japanese restaurant I tried was Niji. Niji seems old and tired compared to Yu-Fu-In which is modern and contemporary. Also, the food quality and service is better at Yu-Fu-In. Half the customers are Japanese, so that says a lot about authenticity. I had the California Rainbow Roll and Royal Volcano sushi rolls with Hot Sake 🍶. I'd recommend Yu-Fu-In to anyone.
Sam R — Google review
It's OK. Tried going for the more veg stuff. The side dishes were passable but the udon with vegetable tempura was just vegetable fritters and nobody likes to eat soggy vegetable fritters in udon soup. Not worth almost php700 for 2 side dishes and one udon soup.
Zhihan L — Google review
Overall experience was great. If youre looking for authentic japanese food and mabience would recommend this one out.
Veltine P — Google review
We ordered the karubi beef and it was great! The beef is truly high quality, with great marbling, and super tender. The tonkotsu ramen was seasoned well, not too salty with hints of ginger, and mild flavor.
Mary B — Google review
I had a really disappointing experience at Yu Fu In. The yakiniku was terrible: poor quality meat and barely any flavor, definitely not worth the price. What’s worse, the staff refused to honor the PWD discount, even after being shown valid proof. That’s not only unethical but also against the law in the Philippines. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff to treat all customers especially PWDs with fairness and respect.

The meat is premium quality, tender, and perfectly marbled, just like you’d find in Japan. Every bite tastes rich and fresh, showing they really care about the ingredients. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Prices are fair for the quality you get, and I think it beats some of the well-known Japanese restaurants here in Manila. Their Sukiyaki is a must order too. I’ll definitely come back, and I hope they open a branch in Manila soon. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who loves great yakiniku!

Mexican restaurant
A few years ago, there was a negative experience at Tequila Reef Angeles City, but it's important to acknowledge when credit is due. Since then, the establishment has been visited multiple times and the service and food have been consistently satisfying. Tequila Reef is excellent, with Mike and Grace deserving recognition for their hard work and dedication to providing good service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The menu caters to a wide range of tastes, pleasing everyone in the group.
Review 2 update!!! We are back to Angeles for a short groceries and pantry filling trip. This time we brought some of our grand kids. First thing after arrival was having a great lunch with Texmex and local food. My favorite Jalapeño poppers are as good as always. We decided to take the full package during our 2 days in Angeles, breakfast, lunch AND dinner at Tequila Reef. Guess what, we weren’t disappointed. The staff is friendly as always, even if the place is packed and customer calling for their orders. An absolute MUST are the Margaritas, refreshing and so tasteful. Kids loved the food and ask they can come back on our next trip. That good is the food. Unfortunately we can only rate 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, even if we would personally rate higher. Thanks Tequila Reef Team and owner for having a good time again. See you soon again. Review 1: 5🌟is not enough. A restaurant just in the back of the Walking Street with one of the most friendly, attentive and professional staff. Any question to the very large menu was answered on the spot. For dinner time, if you are more the 2 pax, I recommend to make a reservation, the place is packed. You must try the Margaritas, so delicious 🤗 We have been at Tequila Reef 3x in the row, coz we love the food. High end quality dishes prepared by a great chef. We had over the 3 consecutive visits Caldereta, very tender beef with a hint of chili, Burger medium cooked with fries, filipino breakfast, Mini Tacos, 2x Jalapeno Popper, Babyback rib and Chimichanga. All food was mouth watering. For me the Jalapeno Popper is a MUST HAVE as starter. Unfortunately we are not living around Angeles, so we will come very soon.

My first meal in Angeles and I decided to eat lunch here today. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I ordered the mini LA Burrito and iced tea total 495php. Fortunately, I ordered the mini because I couldn't finish it without overeating. Definitely, would not have finished the regular sized burrito. I plan to go back and try a few more menu items. Stop in and give them try.

I had a great time at Tequila Reef in Angeles City! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, perfect for a casual meal. I tried the chicharrón, and it was fantastic—crispy, flavorful, and absolutely satisfying. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a great dining experience. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Best place for food i have found in AC for 2025. . Breakfast was exceptional. No corners cut. Cook w/ real butter, no bastard oils. Execution 5 stars. Recipes 4.5 stars. Quality 5 stars. Employees/service 4.5 stars. Atmosphere 4.5 stars. Location 4.5 stars. Came back next time and had shredded chicken tacos. Delicious. Ate every crumb. Pico de gallo authentic. American owner really pulls it off. Excellent food & beer w/ cool air con. As born & raised Texan I endorse this establishment

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Large portions so be prepared to ask for carryout of your leftovers. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Personally I enjoyed eating on the 2nd floor but if you want a more bustling setting, then the 1st floor is for you. They also have covered outdoor seating. Unless you're some super picky snob, you won't be disappointed or regret having food here.

My only visit so far is breakfast but it's the best breakfast , fresh cooked breakfast i have had in AC in 3 visits. I cook & these people know how to perfectly deliver. They cook with real butter, not ugly oils Eggs perfect, sausage killer, home fries are special Wow! Fruit shake nice coffee super!

Garden Dine Restaurant, located in Angeles, is a well-established eatery known for its cozy and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes such as lengua, shrimp with cheese, and pansit guisado that are not only appetizing but also reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and efficient, adding to the overall dining experience. Despite being away from crowded malls, the restaurant's al fresco setting with water decor provides a pleasant ambiance for patrons to enjoy their meals.
Garden Dine Bar and Restaurant – A Hidden Gem for Food, Service, and Ambiance If you're looking for a place that delivers on food, service, and atmosphere, Garden Dine Bar and Restaurant is definitely worth visiting located at Balibago, Angeles, Pampanga. The menu offers authentic Kapampangan dishes that are both flavorful and comforting. One thing I truly appreciated is how accommodating the staff are when it comes to food allergies—they inform you ahead of time if your chosen dish may contain any allergens. The servings are generous, perfect for sharing, and the prices are surprisingly affordable for the quality you get. It’s a great place for both casual dining and special occasions. Also, I can confidently say their service is 10/10. The staff are attentive, courteous, and well-informed—they’re ready to answer your questions and deliver orders quickly and neatly. I left very satisfied with how well we were taken care of. This restaurant offers a cozy yet elegant setting, ideal for fine dining. The combination of their spacious layout, exceptional food, and warm service makes it a great choice for any celebration. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone looking to experience great food in a beautiful and welcoming environment!

The restaurant has a touch of antique style. They have gazebos, function rooms for small to medium groups. The food is good. The staff also assisted us in providing additional tables and chairs during our mother's birthday celebration here. They have wheelchair access to most of the rooms in the ground level.

Garden Dine Restaurant in Angeles Pampanga is charming and perfect for celebrations, with a lovely ambiance that enhances any occasion.Their roast beef was simply exceptional. Cooked to perfection, tender, and bursting with flavor, it's easily the best roast beef I've had in a long time. The presentation was impeccable, and each bite was a delight. The service was equally impressive, with attentive staff who made sure every detail was taken care of. Overall, Garden Dine Restaurant offers not just a meal but an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply craving excellent food in a beautiful setting, this place delivers beyond expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in fine dining in Angeles Pampanga.

There are a number of parking options, if the parking area outside the restaurant is full, there are more parking spots in front of the nearby Bank. Plenty of tables and seats, including private rooms with aircon and tables that can seat a large family. The garden area is quite nice, with a nearby bar. The menu is catered for Filipino tastes. The wait for the food order was reasonable, and we only needed to wait around 20 minutes. I enjoyed the meal. Next time I will order the roast beef and chop suey.

The food was awesome as always.. But the parking sucks.! Specially their guard on duty who does not want us to park inside and we are the ones who reserved for the occasion.. The parking space is already limited and they still allow just the vehicle's of the owners stablishment to park inside. What is the use we paid for the venue so we can also park.!

Ayala MarQuee Mall is an unpretentious shopping complex that boasts a diverse selection of retail outlets, a supermarket, and casual dining options. The mall provides ample parking space for visitors and boasts an array of both local and international stores. However, some guests have noted that the mall can be uncomfortably hot during summer months due to inadequate air conditioning.
The go-to mall whenever visiting farther places in the North. Conveniently situated just before heading to SCTEX, this spacious mall has everything you may need, from restaurants of varying cuisine to shops and other establishments. It's clean, well-maintained, and has cold air conditioning. A very convenient mall to visit without going to other crowded places such as those in Clark City.

So our go to mall whenever we visit Pampanga, there a lot of shops such as h&m, mango etc and restaurants as well. They also include play areas for kids such as the slide and a fountain where you could take selfies/ photos. The restrooms are clean as well and they make sure visitors follow the waste segregation scheme. Enough parking spaces are provided. Elevator and escalator are accessible as well. Take time to drop by when in Clatk.

Cozy place, nice ambiance too have diverse tenant mix. Sale is what i'm always looking forward to. Loved to shop here especially during December they really offer good deal from their department store. Original Perfumes are on a 50% off or buy one take one. Marquee Mall is part of Ayala Malls with a branch mall in Angeles, easily spotted and accessible via Angeles Exit. The mall has many fast foods and other stores; unfortunately, due to time constraints, I wasn't cover the area.

Ayala MarQuee Mall is one of the biggest malls in Pampanga. My expectations fell short with this mall, especially since I'm a frequent mall goer of Ayala Malls. Firstly, a lot of areas were poorly lit. Some of the stores look like they were not maintained. The parking area was horrible. There no floor marking, which is a big risk for accidents. The exit was hard to find. The payment for the parking service was very slow. Fortunately, the area was clean. I was surprised that it was fairly small similar to Ayala Feliz. I hope this mall can improve their service.

Place is a great area to buy cheap stuff. From replicas to class A stuff they got it here. There is also cheap food, book stores and even an arcade to keep you staying. Not enough there is also an electronic section on the 3rd floor. It is the perfect store your buys if you are in Pampanga.

One of the oldest mall in Angeles but for me it still my go to as they have everything literally everything. The best place to buy designer handbags at an affordable price. Although parking is limited, there are many Jeepneys that stops right at the front. You will not leave empty handed at Nepo Mall as there’s something for everyone
Maria T — Google review
My daughter calls this mall the stinky mall and I couldn't disagree with her. Coming in from the main entrance you'll be punched in the face with the obnoxious smell of toilet as you pass by the atrium. The irony is, on both sides there are fast food restaurants. People who frequent the place have been desensitized of the offensive scent most probably coming from the HVAC. But people who comes in to pay for services and buy items in the mall deserves better than that. Even people who works in the mall does not deserve to be exposed daily with that kind of environment.

Bayanihan Park

Monument
Nestled in the heart of Angeles City, Bayanihan Park is a vibrant urban oasis that offers a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle. Once an American air base, this park boasts modern architecture and expansive lawns, making it reminiscent of Central Park. Locals often recognize it by the iconic Salakot structure that graces its green fields. Just 90 minutes from Manila, it's an ideal spot for relaxation or exercise with basketball and volleyball courts available for sports enthusiasts.
A typical park where you can stay with your friends, family or special someone. Lots of people who sells food like nilagang mani, fish crackers, and cold drinks like softdrinks, water and the likes. You can play music with your bluetooth speaker, dance, children can play and you can have picnic.
Glizel D — Google review
The Bayanihan park. It is a versatile place to be for dating, jogging, site seeing, games like basketball and volleyball, and picnics. Though they need more security visibility in the area. But overall it is a fun Place. It is indeed one highlight of you travel in Pampanga.

This is the best public park without security harassing anyone for nothing. Ofcoz there are security and the rules are visible for all to see. It may not be the best place, but it’s better than anywhere else. There are many vendors, though, but they’re just going about their business; they won’t disturb you when taking a nap😁 O! and you can even set up ur camping tent if you like, no biggy! One thing, you may have to be a lil stern with the people playing volleyball on the grass; that ball sometimes hits you in the face😡

Lack of Security on Night very unsafe The Local Government must PRIORITIZE SAFETY ON THIS PLACE 24/7 and must properly execute the CURFEW and remove those people who begs for money that of you can't provide they will rob, threaten and even hurtthose who defend themselves ESPECIALLY those "KABATAAN NA TAMBAY" that brings small knifes, ice picks and balisongs.

And amazing club. Almost worth the trip to Angeles just to visit. Constant, good dance music. Great service. Good drinks. Broad menu. You can come in a bathing suit and swim the loop around the club or sit in the hottub. Lots of tables or cabanas to rent starting at 5000 min spend. Only downside is there is no place to dance.....

Fontana Leisure Parks And Casino is a leisure complex that includes a water park and casino, as well as accommodations, a golf course, and restaurants. While the place has not undergone renovations in several years, it remains a popular destination for weekend getaways with plenty of trees to stroll amidst without pollution. Though the area has aged, it is still an excellent spot for family outings with accommodating staff who are polite and ready to help guests.
Attended the Career Tracking and Blueprinting Engagement 2019: Sharing the value of a Calculated Future for SHS Students of CLAPSA. We stayed at one of Fontana's three (3) bedroom Villa. They have an extra bed for the driver. The villa can lacks proper maintenance but the beauty of nature and trees overshadowed this. Some of the facilities are under renovation.

Clearly Fontana is in dire need of an upgrade or overhaul. It's seen its best days passed by. I wouldnt want to pay to stay here or at the dilapidated villas, the pool is good enough. Chinese resto is doing irs best to keep up, but lots of things unavailable. Hopefully some fresh investments are coming in to revive this place.

Fontana is no longer the same as 5 or 7 years ago. It is no longer properly maintained. The villas, cottages, the theme park are all worn down. But, the STAFF are all accommodating as ever. And the place still has that safe community vibes.

Fast food restaurant
Mang Inasal - Nepo Mall receives praise for its delicious dishes and affordable prices. However, a major disappointment lies in the noisy atmosphere caused by customers shouting their orders and requesting extra rice. It would be beneficial if they employed microphones or buzzers to reduce the noise levels. Furthermore, it would be convenient if they provided tissues alongside the food as it is necessary but not readily available. The pork bbq's fatty portion is poorly cooked and tough.
This place is too crowded because it has really a good location inside the Nepo Mall. Convenient for shoppers, mall goers and students from nearby Schools, University and Colleges. Service crew are ok, they did well on their job especially the one who is serving the extra rice or unlimited rice on the table. They serve a hot soup too!
Ms L — Google review
Worst service. They offer medium-sized drinks and claim that there are no regular-sized drinks available. No spicy chicken either. Spoons and forks are only available upon request. How are we supposed to eat? When requested, it took ages for them to provide one. And lastly, PAPER BAGS and TAKE-OUT BOXES for take-out orders have additional charges as well! Do not eat here if you don't want to be inconvenienced!
Denielle C — Google review
Not a good experience at Mang Inasal Nepo Mall Angeles. First of all, it’s really crowded. From the counter, you can already see how packed it is. There are lots of tables and chairs, but they’re squeezed so close together that walking around is a struggle. After ordering, you’re supposed to find a seat and place the number stick on your table, but you still have to go back to the counter to get your food yourself. What’s the point of the number stick if there’s no table service? Our order was even split up, so I had to keep coming back for the halo-halo, then two meals, then the third one. Super annoying. And after all that, a staff member came to take our tray, saying they collect it from the table. So… you can walk to our table to take the tray, but not to serve the food? Doesn’t make sense. The place is also extremely noisy, worse than a public market. It’s hard to even hear when your number is called. They should either use a megaphone OR they should just serve the food like other Mang Inasal branches. Lastly, they had an entire section of tables that was locked, even though the rest of the area was full. If the place is that busy, why keep extra seating closed? They later opened it after noticing the busy environment. Overall, disappointing and frustrating experience.

07/14/2025 - 04:50PM We ordered two PM1, after they serve the food. I saw that there's still blood on the chicken and we decided to report it to the crew. Nestled in a charming locale, Cafe La Meilleure, which translates to "Better Cafe," offers an inviting atmosphere for those seeking a delightful dining experience without breaking the bank. This cozy spot is perfect for breakfast lovers, boasting an array of freshly prepared dishes that are well worth the 15-minute wait. While the food shines with its quality and taste, some aspects like the comfort room could use improvement due to their cramped nature.
Since their neighbor has worse service and food quality I start to find this cafe restaurant just next to Envy bar. The atmosphere is very good. The dishes are very delicious. The staff are all well trained. Particularly those female waitresses are cute and smart

A cozy place to hangout with friends, loved the food and drinks we ordered. The pricing is reasonable for me, the staffs were friendly, and the overall ambience is nice. The comfort room is okay as well, just the cubicles are a bit small in width. Will definitely go back here with friends, whenever we have free time.
Shirah P — Google review
The cafe is okay, I love the visual aesthetics of the restaurant. Their pizza was good too and its easy to get there. I just think the limited selection of cakes with its small size and expensive price is quite ridiculous. Choco Frappe I've had is not that bad but it could be better. Didn't like that my friend wasn't able to finish her drink because a big mosquito landed on her drink.

Best service which I’ve seen in PH! Good salat! Cheep. Good accommodation for Angels. Recommend!
Tatiana M — Google review
Great food and lots of breakfast options. Price compensates the tasty food. And since the food serve are freshly cooked, you need to wait for at least 15mins before it's serve. But I can assure you, it's worth the wait. So why 4 and not 5? Besides the wait, comfort rooms are not for me. Don't get me wrong, they're clean. But they make claustrophobic like me sooo very dead. Like their AC, dead! Overall, loved the food, not so with the service. But I'll come back to try the desserts.

Steak house
RBI Steak House Restaurant, located in Angeles City, offers a surprising array of high-quality meats. One visitor was particularly impressed by the perfectly cooked and flavorful lamb chops, which rivaled those from upscale steak houses in America. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, this restaurant has maintained its charm and commitment to serving juicy, perfectly cooked steaks. It's definitely a go-to spot for steak lovers visiting Angeles/Clark.
I found them google under burger or steak and decided to try the pulled pork sandwich, steak fries, and a iced tea. The staff were welcoming answered all my questions. This was the BEST Pulled Pork sandwich I have personally eaten in SEA in the last 3 years. I added no sauce and ate it the way it was served. I did ask for 2 extra pickles but I really like pickles. The pickles are slightly sweet complimenting the sandwich wonderfully. The restaurant is inside of the Queens hotel. I mention that because I didn't realize when I found the restaurant on maps. With my GRAB driver dropping off just past the hotel entrance I was looking for a restaurant on the street not in the hotel. Hope it helps

We actually liked what we ordered here. However, our dining experience was a bit affected when we saw a big rat running around, and one of the foreigners freaked out. I hope it was just a one-time incident 😅

My mates and I enjoy the steak here. It’s delicious and the chef knows how to cook to your required level of done for the meat. Meat is fresh too.

One of the best steakhouse, very good service, and actually affordable. They even had special steak knifes for different type of steak.
JIMMI R — Google review
I was absolutely the only person in the joint, I ordered a T-bone as I had not had steak lately, rather thin cut but good taste. I ordered a glass of red wine, it had been sitting around and was not the best. Otherwise it was ok, but overpriced in my opinion

Awesome place for steak and continental food. Even if little expensive you can fabricate your own dishes.. Very friendly staff listen all our orders and check it whether we are enjoying it.. Worth visiting.. enjoyed the cheese and bacon burger... excellent..

Fast food restaurant
Chowking is a popular Chinese fast food chain in Angeles City, known for its delicious breakfast options, soups, and dim sum. Situated near Bayanihan Park next to Jollibee, this casual counter-serve restaurant operates round the clock, providing great food with swift service. Customers often indulge in their flavorful dumplings, siomai, tofu dishes, and delectable soups.
The quality of the food was surprisingly good, uniquely tasting chicken which is nice, soups, stir fry, deep fried chicken, deserts, a well presented atmoshere

No good service, uncaring staff. Made us wait 15-20 mins for an order that apparently did not even come in (and no one bothered to tell us about that), all because their wifi is slow. There's no back-up system or alternative in place when their wifi is acting up apparently, and the staff are so passive about it rather than find any way at all to deal with the situation. Won't be coming back to this place, and won't recommend it to anyone either.
CK H — Google review
Not hardly any options in food. Had the Winton’s and they were way too doughy and wet. Never had any that were cooked like that. Staff was very nice though. Just not my thing. Chain and fast food. For me; tons of places I would rather go. It was very clean though.
Kyle S — Google review
They keep forgetting the soy sauces. We had to use the one we have in the house, but of course, it tastes different from Chowking’s original sauce. Please double check your items before giving it to the courier.

Day 3

East side of town
For day 3, we recommend exploring the east side side of town. Start the day off with Clark Aqua Planet, then wind down and take it easy by the time you get to Clark Museum and 4D theater. All together, your day would be filled with about 7 hours of non-stop fun.

Water park
Water & Amusement Parks
Aqua Planet is a massive water park located in the Clark Freeport Zone, covering 10 hectares of land. It has gained popularity for its thrilling rides and is known as the largest water park in Asia. With two wave pools, over 38 water slides, and more than 25 attractions suitable for all ages, it offers an exciting experience for families. In addition to the water park, visitors can explore other themed attractions such as Dinosaur Island.
The place is very well-maintained. I also liked how the staff will ensure your safety at all times. Take note that they will not allow food and drinks inside the premises because they have their own restaurant inside. They also don't take cash inside so you have to top up the bracelet they'll give you. It's really worth it to visit!
Edz A — Google review
We had a blast. Many rides and attractions to choose from. Small kids have their own place to enjoy. We went on a weekday, so it was not too crowded. They won't allow you to bring your own foods and drinks but inside can buy. Can rent small or big lockers. Good for people who brought luggage. Many shower rooms and toilets inside the park. Highlight for us was the Flow Rider, where we experienced wave surfing at a controlled environment. The entrance fee will be discounted for seniors and students. Staff are well trained.
Francis R — Google review
We had a great time at Aqua Planet. It’s a good water park and similar to the ones we’ve been to in Europe. There are so many gazebos where you can sit and relax. Overall, the best experience we’ve had so far. You’re not allowed to bring your own food, which I understand from a business point of view, so that’s not a big deal. I just wish they had accommodation inside the park like they do in Europe. That would make it even better. One thing I didn’t like was the student promo. They said students enter free but when we got there, they asked for both a student ID and a diploma. That’s unrealistic. No one brings a diploma on holiday. It wasn’t mentioned on the website either. Because of that, I’m giving only three stars.
Gen S — Google review
Lots of fun with family. We were there early so got to enjoy most of the rides. Facility is very well maintained. Lifeguards everywhere. Safety briefing before each ride. Some rides have height and weight restrictions. Some require 4 riders.
Vic M — Google review
Staffs are accomodating and friendly. Transactions inside the resort is cashless. We had so much fun, a must try for all ages. Below 3 years old are free.
Camille S — Google review
Better than expected I must say after reading some of the negative comments before coming here. Sure, if the weight limit is an issue then it's disappointing. Otherwise, it's a great experience, well maintained IMO and not even busy on a Sunday, at least when we were there.
Thomas B — Google review
Disappointing and Overpriced Experience Unfortunately, our visit to Aqua Planet was underwhelming and not worth the cost. For ₱1,300+ per person, the experience did not deliver. The Vista Cabana we booked was overpriced at P8,900 and added no real value to our day. 🚫 Lack of basic facilities Restrooms were scarce and not well maintained. 🚫 Safety concerns Some rides left us scratched or with minor injuries. Not ideal for kids or sensitive skin. 🚫 Neglectful service Despite the number of staff around, it felt like no one was really attentive to guests’ needs. 🚫 Unfriendly atmosphere Staff were not welcoming, and overall customer service was lacking. 🚫 Poor item security Watch your things, especially flip-flops or personal items, no proactive assistance in lost and found. For what we paid, I expected a cleaner, friendlier, and better-equipped waterpark. Sadly, it felt more like a ₱500 experience at best. I hope they improve soon for safety, service, and value.
Lors B — Google review
Lots of water attractions for all ages. Went there during a rainstorm which forced us to get a cabana to keep our stuff from getting wet. Kids are also forced to wear life vests regardless if they're just going to the kiddie and wading pools. Outside food is not allowed so you're at the mercy of the establishments inside the park. (Waiting times to get your food may vary) It was fun, better go on a weekday to avoid the 200 pesos per person uprate applied on weekends

Puning Hot Spring and Restaurant offers a unique experience with its off-roading adventure to reach the hot springs. The beautiful view and available amenities such as comfort rooms, pools, tables, and chairs make for a relaxing visit. However, smoking is allowed without specific rules in place. Booking in advance is recommended for group tours, which include a buffet lunch. Visitors are advised to bring flip flops or comfortable sandals due to trekking and the hot climate.
A supeR resort but prices are awkward and unfairly prices. Fantastic overview with lots of activities as explained during the outing if you take your lunch halfway on the course you will not go back to enjoy the remain of the course. This silly policy makes unfairly for the activities and its better if you take your own pack lunch than u will enjoy fully

If you're in the Philippines, you have to make a visit to Puning Hot Springs. What a place this hidden gem is. From the greetings from your host at the start, to the wild but adventurous ride on the 4x4 Jeeps and the soothing effects of the hot springs spa and warm sands massage, the Puning Hot Springs hits the target. Your visit is top off with a lunch buffet in idyllic surroundings (or you could have the buffet at the start but I recommend to leave this to the last so you can wind down from your spa & springs experience)

Unique and relaxing experience with its therapeutic hot springs, sand spa treatments, and scenic surroundings. The natural beauty of the lahar it a perfect getaway for anyone seeking tranquility and rejuvenation. Wish they create a process for the waiting queue and guide the people in the line to keep quiet while others enjoy their treatment.

Cost P5500 per person which is expensive but the drive through the terrain was very unique and so was the hot water ponds followed by mud bath. Reach early by 9 am to fully utilise the cost paid. Even if you are a solo traveller or a couple just wait for others to join in. Or they will charge you 5500x4 which is not worth.
Piyoosh B — Google review
This place is beautiful. The price of admission cost is high, however, it's rightly justified. Because only few can afford it the place is safe from uncaring public who has no respect for nature and the environment. There is no sign of vandalism and it is extremely well maintained. There is no trash problem, the amenities are clean, and the service is top notched. Although the scenery and the landscape is extraordinary our experience was further enhanced by the staff. I can't say enough about how good the people that works here. I'm a local here and a proud Capampangan and I was pleased that this place employs our native Aetas. The people that works here are the kindest and the best. From our driver, to the sand and mud baths, to the buffet line. I have nothing negative to say. I believe that this place is more beautiful because of its staff. I found only one staff who didn't smile and looked smug, but he's not one of the Aetas. He was an elderly Tagalog gentleman who looks like one of the bosses. But I'm writing him off as he may be going through God knows what in his life. This one bad apple didn't ruin the basket for me. The total of 1 hr 4x4 thrill ride was amazing. I've gotten on amusement park rides from Disneyland and Universal but nothing could parallel how fun the 4x4 ride was. Not even the Indiana Jones and the Jurassic Park rides could beat the authentic thrill that makes it feel like a true Jurassic Park movie experience, without the deadly dinosaurs of course. The hot spring pools are fantastic. At first I thought, "these pools aren't hot" until I realized that as you climb the highest pools the water gets hotter. It was a perfect setup as each pool offers a different temperature based on the visitor's tolerance. The sand and mud bath experience were new to us so I had nothing to compare it with. But being that this is my first I think it has set the bar high. We loved the experience and again it was all because of the service provided by our Aeta brothers and sisters. I've had some pleasant conversations with many of the Aeta staff and they expressed how grateful they were to be able to have the opportunity to work at this place as they live so close by compared to having to work far in the city. I can tell that the staff are definitely happy to work here and that makes for a great and pleasant customer service experience. Will I return to visit this place again? The answer is a resounding yes without hesitation. I'm already planning to take my other siblings here when they return to visit Philippines. What can I suggest that they improve in this place? Well they could start by serving breakfast as an option for early starters like my family. We arrived early hoping we could have breakfast but was deeply disappointed that they do not serve it. They could also stack up on their souvenir items. They don't even have magnets with Puning on it. They have nice shirts but I collect magnets from every place I visit and this was one place I would love to remember when I look at the magnets on my fridge. If there is one suggestion I can give to future visitors, please respect the place and the locals that works here. Lastly when you ride the 4x4 ask to ride it with the top off, hold on tight and stand. You don't know what you're missing until you ride it that way. Don't just sit in the jeep with the top cover on otherwise you'll be missing out on the best thrill ride of your life.

Best visit for health and thrilling drive in four wheel drive off road vehicle. They provide all safety measures for comfort ride. Good bathing facilities in uphill in natural water in various temperatures. And wrapped in volcano hot ash for five minutes. More adventures . If I could give this place 1000 stars I would! This excursion was life changing and unforgettable. The price is $18,800 pesos per off road jeep. My friend and I split the cost. So about $75 usd each. Worth EVERY PENNY! We got there early around 7:30am because we didn’t have a reservation and thought we could be added to someone’s jeep. I’m so glad we ended up opting to tour with just us. We got to experience the hot springs for 2 hours uninterrupted by other tourists. It was like we rental the whole springs to ourselves. We tried all 10 pools in the 3 hours. Next we met the Aetas they are wonderful people that taught us history on their culture. As a Black American I never knew the indigenous people of Luzon island of the Philippines were Black. It was such an enlightening experience sharing each of our stories. The off road jeep ride was so thrilling and exciting riding through the rivers. The sand bath with the volcanic ash was magical and relaxing. I went straight to sleep while they fanned us to sleep. Also they took some amazing pictures of us. The mud massage had my skin feeling so smooth of we showered. The facility provides spa clothes, shower with soap, towels, lunch ( home cook amazing meal), off road jeep ride, hot spring time, sand bath and mud massage. Plus learn about the Aetas! Thank you for this life changing experience. Oh we took a Grab there and request the owner to send a blue cab to bring us back to the hotel since Grabs will not pick-up from there. Grab 400 peso one-way and 700 peso blue cab back. Promise me you will visit if you are in Angeles City (Clark)

The crew did an excellent— the lady in charge at the front office is helpful. Here is my little info: 1st. Book in advance— the tour minimum of 4 pax in 1 group will cost 22,000 (it'll cost 5,500 per pax) 2nd. Bring flip flops, or wear comfy sandals— there's trekking, and drinking water it's hot up there. 3. Have your own vehicle / sundo— difficult to get a ride there. They have a limited selection on their buffet lunch—so don't expect too much. They provide changing clothes, towels and bath soap. My overall experience wasn't bad, I'll probably go back with my own group, rainy season would be better ;)

History Museums
Located in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, the Clark Museum and 4D Theater is a cultural and historical institution that offers an immersive experience into the region's rich history. With four galleries dedicated to various aspects of local history, including World War II, American occupation, geology, geography, and Indigenous Aeta culture, visitors can explore diverse regional artifacts and interactive displays.
The Clark Museum and 4D Theater is truly a must when you are visiting Clark for the first-time. The great thing about this tourist spot is that it is FREE. The museum is really equipped with an amazing and impressive array of information, history. exhibits, displays and curations. This 2-floor Museum is very informative and engaging.

The place is pleasantly nice and spacious. If you're up to read about Pampanga's history be ready to embark on this museum cause there's a lot of reading involved. Lift is still in progress. I hope they can include some sound and videos visuals. Very informative!

Great and informative exhibits. The negative impact on the local people from the Air Force Base operations was eye opening, but the last exhibit detailing the creation of the Special Economic Zone ended the experience on an uplifting note. Pretty empty on a weekday visit and totally worth the 100 peso entry.
Jeff G — Google review
The museum was open, but the 4D theater seemed to be under construction and probably won’t reopen anytime soon. The museum itself was full of interesting materials and gave a great insight into the history of Clark. It was also nicely air-conditioned, so we could explore everything comfortably and stay cool inside.
Kana M — Google review
The Clark museum is a small museum across the Clark parade grounds. It's near the cafes and restaurants in the area and there's parking around the area too. You'll need to pay an entrance fee of ₱100 per person. There are clean toilets inside. This museum isn't really big. It's spread across two floors. The ground floor has displays on the Kapampangan people, their festivals and their history and geography of the area as well as info on Mount Arayat AC Pinatubo. Upstairs world be more about the American influence and history with the Filipino people in establishing Clark as well as some info on WW2 with the Japanese.
Richard F — Google review
Contrary to the other review, this museum charges 100 pesos entry fee and another 100 for the 4D theater. The second floor of the museum is more interesting for me because it talks about the history of Clark base and the American presence in Pampanga and Tarlac. But it lacks interactive displays (or broken during my visit). And it needs more engaging curation of exhibits.
Jom R — Google review
It's in great location as it is easy to find and close to other places. Its nice that it has solid theme about Pampanga's history and culture, but many of the displays feel quite traditional and could use some updating. More interactive or modern exhibits would definitely enhance the experience. One thing I felt was missing was a section of Pampanga's well-known cuisine :((
Marianne — Google review
MORE ARTIFACTS, FEWER PERSONALITIES, PLEASE. I personally love museums and visit as many as I can whether here or overseas. I was happy to see that Clark has its own museum. What it has is best described as "a good start". I am sure that with a little more effort, the artifacts and other items on display would improve. We nevertheless enjoyed the current (October 2024) exhibit of miniature art. The sections about Pampanga are also interesting (Exhibits 1 and 2 at the ground floor). I am sure that Exhibit 3 could be more engaging with more photographs and items from the Clark Airbase period to the transition to the new Clark Freeport. What I found least interesting, and you can skip this part altogether, is the section on the personalities leading Clark Development Corporation (Exhibit 4). I do not know if the curator of the museum had run out of things to display, but this section, which features the personalities who were the past and present leaders of the CDC was unnecessary. Or are the platitudes to the bosses necessary and uniquely Filipino? To my mind, more material about the old Airbase and the future of Clark could fill up to the space better. In any case, visiting the museum is worth the PHP 100 entrance fee. If you don't learn anything new then at least you can get a respite from the heat (air-conditioning is good and there are a few couches in some exhibits).

Matam-ih is a restaurant that offers authentic Kapampangan cuisine, providing a unique dining experience with dishes ranging from exotic to traditional. The name "Matam-ih" means delicious in the Aeta dialect. Some of their notable dishes include Binagoongang Baboy, Pinaupong Manok, Pritong Hito, Ensaladang Pako, and Tawilis.
Matam-Ih is conveniently located inside Clark at an area that's full of cafes and restaurants. There's plenty of parking in front and at the back. This restaurant has a large Al Fresco area as well as a few smaller areas that are air conditioned. There's also an upper dining area at the rear. The food here is deliciously Kapampangan. Unfortunately not all items on the menu are always available but most are. I suggest you try the more exotic items on the menu if you really want to get in to the native cuisine. Prices are not really expensive and I feel it's great value for money.
Richard F — Google review
A friend recommended Matam-ih as one of the must-try restaurants for Kapampangan cuisine, and we were very satisfied with our experience. The food was good was good, the rice, plentiful. We ordered this vegetable-okoy dish, which was particularly yummy. It's equipped with private airconditioned rooms with what looks like a tv and sound system for big parties. This was our last stop before heading back home, and it definitely left a good impression.

Huge menu with lots of variety. What we ate were good (I'm not familiar enough with authentic Kapampangan food to assess) and were of huge serving sizes. My favorite was the pesang bulig. We asked the wait staff to put the pako salad dressing on the side but they did not. Overall a good experience. Edit: -1 ⭐ in service because we're missing 1 dish from our leftover bag. :(

After our visit to Clark Safari, we came here for lunch and it was the perfect choice! The kaldereta, fried frog, BBQ, sisig, pistachio cake, and mango shake were all super delicious. Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be back!

This was my very first official trip to the Philippines, and I honestly had no idea what Filipino cuisine was really like. I only knew that each region has its own unique flavors. Today, I had the chance to dine at Matam-ih in Clark — and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Every single dish was absolutely delicious. Even a simple stir-fried vegetable dish tasted extraordinary. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable and definitely worth it. What impressed me the most was the people. I must emphasize that every single staff member was genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming — which made me fall in love with the Filipino spirit even more. To make it even more special, Chef Dhai personally came out to greet us, chat with us, and share some laughs. It was such a heartwarming touch. I will definitely come back, and this will be the first restaurant I head to. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

We went to eat here ‘cos it says they serve authentic Kapampangan food, and, of course, as tourists, we would love to try them out. But, oh gosh, I was never so disappointed. I think the expensive price point doesn’t justify how underwhelming the food taste is. This is an understatement ‘cos it’s common that when someone is hungry, the food regardless of the taste is supposed to taste good. But at the end of my meal, I was left unsatisfied. The pork sisig - Php320.00 (we had to order with an egg as extra as it didn’t come with one) is peppery and tastes too fatty. The serving is also small despite the waitress saying it’s good for 2-3 people. The adobong kangkong - Php200.00 is also peppery and salty. The chicken gizzard - Php150.00 is something I would have loved the taste if it wasn’t too tough. I thought they were going to roast it as it is served in barbecue sticks but the texture seems like it’s fried. The buko shake according to the person I ate with tasted like coconut oil. And it would be best if the fresh buko is served chilled. All in all, I think Matam-ih failed to deliver and only gave me an idea of whether this is, excuse the term, how bad Kapampangan food is. It doesn’t help that they advertise with the word “authentic Kapampangan cuisine” at that.
FJ H — Google review
They serve authentic Kapampangan dishes. This place is a must go. Their foods are delicious, affordable and true to its roots. Their exotic dishes are a must try - should try at least one of them: the camaro (crickets), beetles, frogs and others. The servers are almost, if not all, indigenous Aetas which means they are helping the nearby Aeta community to get decent employment and better life. The servers are friendly and attentive too. The atmosphere of the place is also good, it is well-lit and well-ventilated and plenty of seating.

Matam Ih Restaurant in Clark is definitely worth a try! 🍽️ They offer a wide variety of dishes, including some exotic specialties, all bursting with the bold and flavorful taste that Kapampangan cuisine is known for. The ambiance is relaxed and welcoming, with options for casual indoor dining in air-conditioned casas or a breezy alfresco setup. 🚗 Parking is also hassle-free, so you can simply focus on enjoying the food and the experience.

Nestled in the picturesque highlands of Barangay Sapangbato, Angeles City, Kynd Dining is a delightful garden restaurant that transports you to the serene vibes of Ubud, Bali. Opened in June 2023, this culinary gem boasts breathtaking views of lush mountain landscapes and the Angeles City watershed. The menu features an enticing array of Filipino fusion dishes like Okoy and Crispy Pork Kare-Kare, alongside refreshing cocktails.
We had a great dining experience at Kynd Dining in Pampanga. Food-wise, everything we ordered was delicious. The kare-kare stood out the most — the peanut sauce was rich and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the bagoong. The fried bangus was also impressive; unlike the usual bland ones, this had a well-seasoned taste that made it enjoyable on its own. The aligue fried rice was another favorite — tasty on its own and paired wonderfully with the kare-kare. Service was smooth. Although there was a short wait when we arrived, we were seated in less than 30 minutes. Once we ordered, the food was served quickly. As for the atmosphere, even though it was a scorching 36°C outside, the place still felt cool and fresh thanks to the abundance of trees surrounding the area. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for a laid-back meal away from the city. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for good Filipino food in a serene setting!

The menu comprised of upgraded kapampangan dishes. We came for dinner, staff was friendly. Ordered Tilapia(so crisp and moist at the same time). The vinegar they use is not too sour a bit of savory and sweet, the Sisig, yum too! Cocktail is good, balanced and hits just right as well. We wanted to order yema palitaw but they were unavailable during our visit. Serving size is ample for two, worth the narrow road to reach the destination. The ambiance is cozy at night, with candles lit, romantic. Plus we did not experience mosquitos during our stay. Looking forward to come back and try other dishes.☺️ It must also be nice to visit during the day to appreciate the views.

Took us about a 10–15 minute drive from Clark on narrow but cemented roads, and it was honestly worth it. The place is super chill, surrounded by trees and fresh air, so it feels like a mini nature getaway. Perfect if you just want to relax and take things slow. The food was really good too! tasty and filling. Way better than I expected for a resto that’s a little out of the way. Overall, it’s a solid place to escape the city for a bit, enjoy good food, and just hang out in a peaceful setting.

One of the best restaurants I have ever visited! Their food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is very accommodating, and the relaxing view enhances the experience even more. I will definitely be coming back!

Had a great experience at Kynd Dining! The food was delicious and served surprisingly fast. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and I loved the aesthetic—especially the signage, which adds a nice touch to the whole vibe. It's a chill spot that's perfect for hanging out with family or just unwinding. Definitely satisfying and worth coming back to. I’ll be recommending it to my friends so they can try it too!

It was a great dining experience. The food was great. Their salmon steak us supern as well as the okoy, salad and salpicao. I find their buffalo wings and beef sinigang a little sour for my taste. Their liempo kare-kare is the best. The service was good and still mange to accommodate our request even we came in late. The place is soooo nice and very Instagramable. Though the location is far from main road, still it's worth for a dining experience.Plus their service is superb.

We held a small family celebration at Kynd Dining, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable gatherings we’ve had in Pampanga. The restaurant is nestled in the hills of Sapangbato, surrounded by trees and open air that instantly relaxes you. When the sun begins to set, the entire place glows in soft orange light, giving every photo that warm, golden hue. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were attentive without hovering — they refilled drinks quietly, checked on us just enough, and handled special requests with genuine smiles. Even when our group arrived in batches, they made sure each guest was welcomed properly. Food-wise, the Beef Kaldereta and Kare-Kare were the stars — rich, slow-cooked, and bursting with flavor. Every dish came out hot and beautifully plated. The Fabrika Sunset drink was a refreshing highlight — tangy, slightly sweet, and the perfect pairing for the rich food. What really made the experience special was the way the place feels intimate yet open. You’re dining surrounded by nature, but with the service level of a boutique restaurant. It’s a perfect balance of rustic charm and professionalism — exactly what you’d want for a birthday, anniversary, or reunion.

We ate at KYND Dining earlier, and the food was really delicious! I especially loved their Krispy liempo kare-kare and Okoy. The Krispy liempo kare-kare was soooo gooood — every bite was satisfying! The Okoy was also amazing — crispy and big. It’s definitely one of the best I’ve tried! I also enjoyed their Kynd Lemonada, which was refreshing and perfectly matched the food. The service was great too. The staff were kind, friendly, and quick to assist. They made us feel welcome and comfortable while dining. Overall, KYND Dining is a great place to eat if you want delicious food, refreshing drinks, and good services. I would love to visit again!

Park
Dinosaurs Island, located in Clara Picnic Grounds, is a family-friendly educational attraction featuring life-sized animatronic dinosaurs that provide insight into how these creatures lived during the Mesozoic Era. Visitors of all ages can explore the park and learn about various dinosaur species, their characteristics, and stories. The park also offers an up-close encounter with a Tyrannosaurus rex. Additionally, the area is home to Aqua Planet Waterpark, the largest waterpark in the Philippines.
It was an amazing experience! A must visit for any Jurassic Park lovers. The heat and humidity make it even more true to the experience. The staff elevated the whole thing. I was visiting alone and had no one to take my photos. Since it wasn’t particularly busy that day (I only saw a handful of people and I got to roam free) they offered to take my photos! I got so many nice memories from that day. You can you food and drinks as well. I highly recommended visiting the Park.

Great place to bring the kids. There are a lot of different dinosaurs with the corresponding quick facts about them. Do note that the place is humid, so bring your towels and fans while walking the trail. The cart ride is short and costs 100 per person, but at least the actors can trigger the thrills in specific spots. My main issue is their lack of wireless payment options (due to low signal according to the staffers). The food selection from their eatery is nothing to write home about. The wonders of the world exhibit is a hit or miss because of the cheap materials used to build the displays. Overall, this attraction's charm is only applicable for the first time visitors. It's not worth coming back.

We had such a great time at Dinosaur Island Clark. What really stood out was how friendly and hardworking the staff were-they make sure every guest enjoys their time. It's a wonderful place for a family day out. Highly recommended!

It is highly recommended to bring your kids additional trivia of pre-historic animals. Even adults are amaze the wonder of creation. The facility is already 10yrs by the time of our visit. More fun for the kids...

Dinosaur Island was a very enjoyable experience, especially for kids! It’s a fun and interactive theme park that’s perfect for younger audiences who love dinosaurs. Just a heads-up—if you’re expecting super high-tech or out-of-this-world dino robots, this might not be the place for you. It’s more of a kid-friendly attraction than a high-end dino exhibit. Still, it’s a great spot for a family day out and little ones will definitely have a blast!

A Rawr-some Dino Day Out! 🦖🌴 We booked our visit to Dinosaurs Island, Clark via Klook (highly recommend—holiday promos + easy check-in!) and lucked out with perfect timing. It was a Philippine holiday, but the place wasn’t crowded at all, which made the whole adventure feel like a private tour through prehistory. The jungle trail was the star—life-sized animatronic dinosaurs moving and roaring like they just stomped out of the Jurassic. My son was mesmerized. It was his first “real” dino encounter, and seeing his face light up with awe and excitement was everything. A parenting win, for sure. We even got front-row seats—literally—to the Velociraptor live show, since no one else was around at the time. Talk about VIP treatment! We capped off the trip with some souvenir photos and a dino toy from the gift shop (non-negotiable, of course). Heads-up for fellow travelers: Cash only here—no card or e-wallets accepted. Mobile signal is weak, but staff were super helpful and even shared Wi-Fi when we needed it. No halal food inside the park, but basic meals and cold drinks are available. We found a nearby seafood-only Japanese resto just 2km out for lunch. Clean toilets ✅ Easy parking ✅ Well-managed grounds ✅ Happy, dino-obsessed kid ✅✅✅ We didn’t get around to the safari ride or Insect World—our little explorer was already wiped out (in a good way). But even with just the main trail and show, it was well worth the trip. Verdict? If you’ve got dino-loving kids (or you’re a grown-up dino fan yourself), this place is a prehistoric paradise. Don't skip it!

Zoo
Outdoor Activities
Museum of zoology
Nestled in Clark City of Pampanga province, Zoocobia Fun Zoo offers a blend of traditional zoo encounters and thrilling adventure activities. The park boasts a Birds of Paradise enclosure showcasing exotic avian species, a playful Garden Maze, and an area where visitors can bottle-feed baby goats and piglets. Additionally, the zoo features an exhibit highlighting endemic wildlife species native to the Philippines and a taxidermy museum for educational insights into animal preservation.
Great experience especially for kids. I think this place deserves a 5-star, and it is underrated due to past low reviews. You just need to manage expectations. First, although the road leading to the particular area is rough, it is passable by a sedan or even a mini car. We had no difficulty navigating it even from Manila. Second, the place is small but it is an advantage for small groups or little kids that cannot walk long distances. The animals are limited, but I appreciated the interactive approach. My som enjoyed feeding the birds, the bearcat, ostrich, monkey and the camel. It is a great place to spend some time with animals. Third, the place is not pricey as the previous reviews indicated. The 400+ entrance fee already includes a voucher for activities which can be subtracted from the full amount, so the entrance fee is only around 200+. That is cheaper than any other zoo/activity place. If you have more activities, you can add certain additional packages like photoshoots, zoocobia rides, camel ride etc for an additional fee. If you are not able to consume your voucher, you can use it to buy water from the canteen area. The comfort room is clean, the area is safe. Lastly, the staff were very accommodating and attentive. The ostrich grabbed our ticket paper from our bag, and the attendant even braved entering the cage just to grab it back. When we had a flat tire, the staff kindly changed it for us. They were all very easy to talk to and I think they did their best. A fire show was even available that night, but we were unable to make it. Overall, it was a very positive experience!! Kudos to all the staff for their hard work!
JC S — Google review
This place has seen better days. Sadly it suffers from the old age lack of maintenance. There are limited signs to the park and the parking is minimal and on rough ground. Animals in rusty dirty cages, very little information about the animals were posted, and kinda underwhelming. Some of the staff were nice, and the rickety gocart and camel ride were ok. Beware of the staff giving you multiple rides of anything without asking and then charging you extra especially on the zipline. We were the only ones there and had to search for staff to assist us on numerous occasions. Although some staff were nice some seemed as if they just didn't want to be there. There's a stage for an animal show but none was available. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but they need to put some effort into upgrading the facilities and train the staff to be more helpful to make this sulit (worth it). The idea is great, but the execution could be better.
Sam E — Google review
My child had a blast at Zoocobia! The live animal interactions were amazing - seeing my little one feed and interact with the animals up close was priceless. The staff were great with kids and the animal exhibits are well-maintained. Only downside was the restaurant, which feels very dated (like the 90s) and could really use some renovation. But honestly, we came for the animal experience and that's where Zoocobia truly shines. Will definitely return because what matters most is my child's joy, and this place delivers on that! Great for families who want authentic animal encounters.
Shem P — Google review
Zoocobia Fun Zoo in Clark is a fun option especially if you’re outing with kids or looking for something a bit different from the usual mall-oriented spots. The animal encounters are good: you can feed birds, see camels, goats, sheep and some farm animals in the ‘barn’ area. There are also thrill-oriented activities like the “Zooc Ride” (gravity cart) and a garden maze which adds a bit of spice beyond just viewing animals. On the flip side: The site is somewhat away from main roads and the access road and internal areas might feel a bit rough. Also, some visitors feel that while the interactions are good, the venue and animal exhibits could use better maintenance.
Gabriel M — Google review
When your feeling lonely and wanted to getaway from the four corners of your home. Try to visit the Zoocobia Fun Zoo, have a selfie with cute cockatoo, parrot of different species, snake, birds of variety. Ride in a horse back and enjoy there zipline or get in touch with four-legged animals. Race among your friends in carting fun ride.
Junar H — Google review
i didn’t really enjoy my experience there First, the price: 495 per person is expensive since there is not much to see, and it’s without counting all the extras: ride the camel, feeding birds etc. The person there kept asking if we wanting to do these extras during our visit which makes it a bit tiring after repeating “no it’s fine” 20 times. some animals like camels didn’t seem to be in a really good condition either. The variety of animals is still good, different breeds of birds, snakes, etc. I hope this place gets better, since there is potential.
Hippolyte — Google review
Fun but still not enough maybe add more attraction or animals interaction..
Marko C — Google review
It was a great experience! I highly recommend the place to anyone. Our experience can be subjective, but it only takes three simple facts, in my personal view, to enjoy the place: (1) visit to have fun; (2) don't go there to find flaws based on your personal perceptions nor others' comments; (3) view the place as how a fun-loving curious kid would. :) With babies/toddlers: For those with toddlers, I do not recommend having a stroller carried with you due to the area's layout. Please carry your babies. :) Cleanliness: I have the least to say anything about this, as I didn't have the time to look at this aspect as I was enjoying lots of conversations with my family all throughout the course. To the staff and Henry (Tour Guide): Thank you so much for your personal assistance! In a hollistic view, you're one of the factors why we had enjoyed the place. Travel: There will be a short area with unpaved road. It was no problem for us, but those with lowered (or with low vertical clearances) vehicles might want to take an alternative way. P.S. Know how to enjoy, and the place will be way more than its worth!

Bus station
Dau Bus Terminal is a bustling hub for travelers heading to various destinations in Luzon. It's always busy, especially with Manila-bound buses from Sunday to Tuesday and those going north to Tarlac, Baguio, and La Union on Fridays and Saturdays. The terminal is filled with people, vendors, and shops offering snacks and other items.
Always busy and chaotic, but staff are super friendly, organised, and take care of everybody. It's a very busy bus terminal and a little intimidating at first - but don't be put off. It's safe and great value.

Manila-bounded bus are always full, like literally full especially from Sunday evening up until Tuesday afternoon. While buses going north to Tarlac, Baguio and La union are always full during Friday to Saturdays. The terminal is swarming with people and vendors. There are also many shops to go to if you need a snack or some barbecue. Bus arrival varies depending on the traffic condition of the route they took, but basically this terminal is as crowded as Araneta bus terminal but on a provincial level.

Definitely a bus stop for me. Having a long trip makes you crave for food and they have lots of stalls selling varieties of food. Restrooms are manageable. Aside from food, there are also stalls selling other stuffs.

Chowking is a delightful casual dining chain that specializes in serving a variety of Chinese dishes, including breakfast options, hearty soups, and delicious dim sum. Recently, I revisited this 24-hour spot and was pleasantly surprised by the improved flavors of their food. While the parking situation remains unchanged and the space feels a bit tighter after renovations, the restroom has been completely updated. Although service can be slow at times, I experienced some of the best customer care during my visit.
best customer service i've experienced in Chowking branch!🥰 They were unable to give my request na chicken thighs kasi ubos na raw, pero it's ok kasi manok pa din naman and the staff were so apologetic about it their service paid it off! very hands on pa ang manager🫶

Goodness! Where should I begin?! Rice is uncooked, filling in siopao (asado) is "gummy" and fried crackers (some) are uncooked as well. Parents came from abroad and they are totally hyped on eating on chowking. But alas, never will they be dining in on chowking again.

its been awhile since our last visit..still it is open everyday, 24hrs.. food taste much better..parking no change..the place was uplifted but it turns out to be much tighter..completely renovated rest room..but the service still the same, slow except for the numbering, buzzing, lightning thing..do sanitize them too.

The worst experience in Chowking. The crew just chitchat while many orders were pending. Many customers followed up on their order like me but I still waited like an hour just for my simple order. Then I had to wait another 20mins for my take out order which I ordered along with my dine in order. Do not recommend this branch.

Fortune Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant in Angeles City is a top spot for an authentic Chinese dining experience. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delectable dishes, including their renowned pecking duck and sweet and sour prawns. While the prices may be on the higher side, the food is outstanding and worth it. The ambiance seems to cater more towards business meetings, celebrations, and special family occasions. The service is efficient but can be a bit overbearing at times.

Overall: 5/5 Nice plc, it’s been around for a long time n food still as good as I can remember. Soup was very tasteful n the veggie was fresh n crunchy. Sweet n sour prawns is 1 of my fav n its a must hv dish, the only 2 below par dish was the fried tofu n crispy pork. The tofu was average due2 lack of flavor n the pork was cold n had no taste to it, otherwise a very satisfying meal.

My visit to Fortune Hong Kong Seafood was a unique dining experience. The customer service stood out as exceptional. The server took the time to show me their seafood aquarium, where you can personally pick your seafood before it’s cooked to your liking—a fun and interactive touch that added to the overall dining experience. The fried rice and noodles were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. However, I was disappointed with the crab I ordered—it was completely tasteless. I ended up giving it away to a lovely family on the street, which, in hindsight, turned out to be a heartwarming moment. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer a more affordable option for lobster, as it might make this premium seafood more accessible to a wider range of customers. Overall, the atmosphere and service were great, and while not all dishes were up to par, I’d still recommend trying this restaurant for the experience and the standout items like the fried rice and noodles.

Food and service were pretty good. Seafood fried rice was good, cooked well and the portion was huge, but it was a little light on the seafood. Beef angus cubes were perfectly cooked and complemented well by the vegetables. Spring rolls were good and as one would expect. Buchi was good especially the outside, but the bean center was a little less flavorful than I've experienced before, but still quite tasty. Service was attentive and professional. All in all a good experience, I'd go back.

Ive heard people say that there's no good restaurants in Angeles City but this is a for-real Hong Kong seafood palace ( with prices to match). The food was outstanding, with the prawns leading the parade as they often do. We were early for dinner but it seemed like a place mostly for business meetings/celebrations and special family occasions/celebrations. Service was efficient if a little overweening, we had to ask the waiter to stop hovering. But overall it was a tasty food experience

Just when I thought I had enough Chinese food, Fortune Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant had some surprises up its sleeves. I was held back by the thought of spending more money at first. Upon closer look at the menu, the restaurant serves quintessential Oriental dishes that are familiar to most Filipino pallette. Jollibee is a well-known chain in the Philippines that offers a variety of delicious food such as burgers, fried chicken, spaghetti, and traditional Filipino dishes. They are committed to strict health protocols and have friendly staff who provide fast service. While some customers may have experienced issues with their orders, Jollibee maintains cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is also praised for its exceptional customer service during deliveries, where they promptly admit any mistakes and take swift action to rectify them.

Look at the photo, gravy spilled everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Went to order my food on drive thru but took a while because the service was soooo slow. It wast even busy as it was 11:30 pm, they barely had customers.

I had a delivery for spaghetti and it already smells odd. We and the kids ate it since the taste is ok but after just 3 hours, it got spoiled. They usually last until morning and even longer with refregeration whenever we order on them at night, but this is different. They need to ensure that the food they are selling is consistent and up to a certain standards for food industries like this can be fined or sued when they give people unsanitary food.

A very convenient fast food located strategically in the district of Mabalacat. They even had an ATMs situated alongside their drive thru. Their beepers are quite aged, and separate restrooms is a plus.

I tried to place a takeout order last time around 8 PM. The crew initially told me it would just take 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting for 40 minutes. I followed up twice, and each time they said it would just be 10 more minutes. I didn’t want to cause a scene because I understand it was a busy day, and I appreciate that one of the crew members—the woman with glasses—was very respectful and accommodating. What disappointed me was that the kitchen staff seemed to keep forgetting my order, often prioritizing Grab or Foodpanda riders instead. It’s frustrating to experience that as a walk-in customer. I’m sad to leave this feedback because I know the team works hard, but I hope this can be improved moving forward.

IN REGARDS TO PARTY BOOKING - Extremely disappointing and disrespectful customer service by the Jollibee, Mabalacat branch, Pampanga. Details below; 1. I had made an online reservation for a party at the Mabalacat branch, and I received an email too on the confirmation of the reservation, and the payment to be done within 3 days. 2. On the 3rd day, when I tried to check online and make the payment, the reservation didn’t show. 3. I called the Mabalacat branch and I was informed that the booking for the slot for which I had received a confirmation mail, was allocated to another party. 4. I tried to speak to the personal in-charge of party bookings and gave him the details of my booking and the email confirmation too, and I was told to call on viber. 5. But my viber calls were not answered. 6. My daughter too tried calling the Mabalacat branch, and they kept her on hold for more than 5 minutes and didn’t bother checking back on the call on hold. 7. My daughter called again and while she was explaining that we had a confirmed booking received via email too, and how could the booking be allocated to another party; and during the conversation, they hung the phone on my daughter. 8. Thereafter, when we tried to contact the branch again, and it appears that all our numbers were blocked. 9. My husband then called from his international number, and his call was answered, but again with no resolution, and we were blankly told that, the booking has been taken by another party. We thereafter did a confirmed party booking at another Jollibee venue, without any hassle. 2 hours later, we get a message from the Mabalacat branch, saying that the booking slot is vacant and we can come and do the required payment. To which we replied mentioning that we have already done the booking at another venue and are extremely disappointed with their customer service. It’s very disappointing to experience such bad and disrespectful customer service from such a prestigious establishment such as “Jollibee”.

Please refill your soap and alcohol dispensers. Kinda gross, not sure how employees or customers keep their hands clean lol
