Il proprietario di professione ha solo la divisa da Chef; scortese, maleducato, presuntuoso, arrogante. Non perché sono un cliente e voglio avere sempre ragione ma sentirsi dire dal proprietario dopo aver preso la comanda: " questo tavolo è strano, in così tante persone state prendendo solo così pochi piatti? Solo un secondo?" Da non credere.... Sembrava essere alla Parolaccia a Roma.... Solo che a Roma è una caratteristica del locale essere arroganti, maleducati, presuntuosi e scortesi. Non ci siamo alzati dal Tavolo solo perché eravamo a cena con dei familiari che sono venuti a trovarci da fuori città e dovevano cenare qualcosa prima di ripartire. Potremmo ritornarci ma solo per fare due risate con il proprietario, perché per quanto sia incredibile il suo comportamento sembra essere ad una cena di cabaret. Nota positiva solo per il cameriere straniero che né ha da insegnare al proprietario, e al ragazzo che ti accoglie all' arrivo che davanti alle figuracce del proprietario mostra solo dispiacere e imbarazzo.
