It’s a very cute a small city center, the little church in the middle of the main square is a picturesque view. Maps are scattered all around and help you navigate, very nice touch. The only thing I did not like was the state in which the fortresses are kept, I would have expected more since they’re candidates to enter the UNESCO sites list. The parking is really difficult, since the only way to pay is through SMS, very difficult with an eSIM that only has internet (App was not working).

Visited this town a couple of times. A coastal historic town with a beautiful small church up hillside. Spanish Fort further up plus another Fort near to coast. A walkway goes under a clock tower leading to nice plaza area. Good restaurants and bars within this town. If walk out of town going pass coastal Fort after 1 km arrive at another church set in peaceful grounds.

Vibe is truly impressive, it feels like a little Italy. Surrounding, architecture are great. There are several pizzerias in front of the Clock Tower and if you walk down narrow street behind the square you will be passing by clothes shops and a mini market Voli

Very quaint place. There are a couple of places to drink and eat in the main square. There's also a very small church in the square. I recommend Belavista. Less than €4 for a pint of Czech beer.

Charming old city square, it is very small and that gives it special taste. In tourist periods must be crowded and may be even difficult to move around because of that.

Not recommended. Used to be a great place. Prices and portion sizes were fair. Now the menu says 500 grams of mussels. But they obviously bring significantly less. Beer at 0.3 volumes costs like 0.5. Pleskavitsa is average, used to be much better. The bread they brought was clearly not fresh. Avoid this place. There are much better options around.

This is the proof than not every renovation is beneficial for the facility… Karaca was one of the synonyms when it comes to excellent food, in authentic location for fair prices… After it is renovated, still it is solid restaurant, worth of visiting, primarily cause of the atmosphere and location. Prices are still fair, but portions are smaller and in the same time less delicious. Meet side - U will eat better in some fast food Sea food - eatable, but thats all Mussels - strong recommendation Risotto - decent and worth of trying

We were recommended this place due to its authentic and warm atmosphere. However our experience was very underwhelming. Olives came straight from a jar and were labelled as authentic, domestic olives - they tasted rather off. Half of the menu was blocked out and we were unable to order what we wanted. The wine tasted like vinegar and like it had been sat opened for a very long time. The meat I had tasted as if it was frozen. Pastas were very bland. Food was very very overpriced for what it was - was very excited to get some nice authentic food but unfortunately we had to pay a big bill for some bad food .

Beautifully located restaurant. Nice and polite server who informed us of the allergens and gluten-free options. We had stuffed calamari and ćevapi. Big portions and low prices. Plus you have a view at the entrance of the old town. I highly recommend and would come back, if we weren’t in Herceg Novi only for one day!

Used to be much, much better but food we got Today is everything but not food. Medium beefsteak (photo added) that was well done and not a beefsteak at all, it was more like cooked meat... Fish stew that had almost no taste (completely bland)... Mussels were great though. Kanli Kula is a fortress on top of Herceg Novi. It cost €4 per person, it gives a nice panoramic view of the town , but other than that if there’s no event nothing much

A 16th-century fortress built by the Turks, originally a prison and translated as the Bloody Tower, is currently used for various cultural events (it has a large open-air amphitheater with over 1,000 seats). Its location on the Bay of Kotor undoubtedly creates a beautiful landscape on the coast.

Kanli kula in herceg novi is a fascinating historical site that offers visitors a glimpse into the past along with breaktaking views over the city and the sea. It's a perfect spot for photography enthousiasts. However It's worth noting that the site is a bit untidy. There are occasional instances of litter and general disarray which can detract from the overall experience. Despite this the fort's historical significance and the incredible views make it well worth a visit. The entrance fee is quite reasonable at just 4 euro's per person.

Has interesting history and amazing view. Built by the Turks in 1539. It had many bloody wars. It’s name means “Bloody tower” in Turkish. Some source says this name is used because of killed Turkish solders by Venetians

Worth a visit just for the view. However there was little information to give you much history and you could complete a walk around in about 5 minutes. Nice spot though at sunset. Entry is cheap.

Bife Beograd have had the best burger I've ever had on this month of traveling! The BB burger came with crispy bacon and a semi runny egg, the burger patty was cooked to perfection, the waiter even asked us how we wanted the patty cooked beforehand. I got to taste the sandwich with prosciutto as well, it was well balanced with salt savory and sweet! All of the other members of my family also really likee their meals. The waiters showed a good understanding of English, and they were very nice and pretty funny if the opening allowed it. I would also recommend the drink blue frog, it was delicious. And these are the reasons that I'll give them a 5/5 across the board 👍

We went here 3 times and the service and the food quality was aleays really nice. It's busier than the rest of the places (with both locals and tourists), which is always a good sign. The fish soup was really good. It's a lil bit more expensive than an average place in Herceg-Novi, but at least you won't be disappointed with the service and food

The waiter assured me the beef came with baked potato. He served me French fries. Then when I commented he tried to convince me that the French fries were baked potato. He was not interested in checking with the kitchen either. Embarrassing for a highly rated restaurant with ‘bife’ in the name? 🤨

I enjoyed myself and my meal here. My waiter was relaxed, attentive and humorous. He suggested the fish as it was fresh and delivered earlier in the morning and his suggestion turned out to be perfect. Fresh, crispy on the outside and flavorful on the insides. The local red wine was yummy and the limoncello spritz perfect on a hot and humid day!

We heard good things about the roadside joint and wanted to try it but instead went to the sit-down restaurant because we had children with us. The first thing was that the staff were fantastic - two young guys and they were so welcoming to all of us and put together a few tables so that we could sit together. After that, we ordered some delicious food and the portions were absolutely huge. We all struggled and let us say we had to take a lot home! Long story short, it was a great meal at an incredible price and highly recommended for anyone visiting Herceg Novi.

A friend recommended this place to us, and it turned out to be a fantastic tip! The service was excellent, the food absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere warm and cozy. We especially recommend trying the Hobotnica iz pod sača (stewed octopus) – it was simply amazing!

Service is great. The ambiance is nice. As for food, our group was happy with their cevapcicis and pljeskavica. The black risotto was good but rice was too al dente. And the octopus was also good but it was fried instead of grilled. Tamjanika was the best wine choice for the sea food dishes. In average, a good experience by Skver.

This was amazing. We passed this place on our way down from the old down to fort marine and saw a lot of locals line up for a pljeskavica. We didn’t think it was a dine-in restaurant, but rather a hidden gem so we marked it down to come back to on our way back. We then discovered that this was a full-blown restaurant with a really cozy atmosphere. The food and drinks were all amazing, the service was really thoughtful and surprisingly quick! We tasted the pljeskavica and the fresh catch of the day and both were absolutely amazing. Size of an adult man’s fist for scale - come hungry!

The service was great but we were are not that impressed with the food. Fish needed salt and pepper to give it some taste. The squid and shrimps were ok but not fantastic.

This restaurant is the place to be! We got here for some drinks and got stuck…Now we have been here four days in a row! The food is amazing, a specially the whole fish, which Nicko (our lovely waiter) helped us with. If you’re visiting Herceg novi make sure to stop by!

Perfect place to eat calamar, there were tasty and the presentation of the plate was fancy with a good portion of food. The service was good and quick, probably music was missing to make the restaurant more vivid, you can pay with card.

Absolutely gorgeous, fresh food and wonderful attentive service. The tuna with the Dalmatian stew was delicious and the bruschetta was perfect. The very kind host gave us a glass of their own wine made in house, which was tasty and fruity. If I lived locally, I would eat here every week!

Great food, great staff, very long opening hours. If you find yourself late at night looking for something to eat this is the perfect place since it is opened until 12, while most other local restaurant close at 11. The food is also great value for money and freshly prepared.

I've had pizza in places where they know how to make pizza: NYC, Chicago, Toronto etc. But, wow, what a delicious surprise to find Touch Pizzeria in the town of Herceg Novi. We had their house pizza. A surprising combination of delicious fresh ingredients, with an egg on top, and a perfect crust! Do yourself a favour and visit.

Another great eat in experience in Montenegro. Altough it is located next to the main road, you can still have calm lunch there. Their pizza was delicious and so was the sopska salata. Can recommed.

I ordered a sweet crepe, Nutella, plazma & coconut. It seems they forgot to put any coconut flakes in the crepe which is disappointing considering I paid for the extra filling. Also very stingy with how much Nutella/ plazma they put inside. Overall not a good spot for crepes (palačinke)

An unpretentious place, but a good place to eat, if fast food is what you're looking for. The cevapi are really good, and so are the burgers. The waiter is friendly, so I really enjoyed my time there. Excellent value for money.

What hospitality! I can't recommend it enough. The owners are such sweet and gentle people. They saw us with our bags and our tired faces. We are vegetarians from India so we asked them if they had anything without meat. They did not speak a lot of English but they made us feel at home and just for 2.5€ we had a huge salad platter with multiple loaves of bread! One of the best hospitalities in Herceg Novi!

perfect location and i have been frequently going there with my family every summer for more than 10 years. the pizza and pancakes are delicious but on one occasion they served my family member’s cevapcici burnt

The waiter that was serving our table was very cordial and fast. The atmosphere is good and location is convenient since it’s in the center of the Old Town Square. Food - not so great. Latte - excellent, creamy, frothy and fresh Pizza and pasta - should be way better.

Location is in Old town. Ordered two risotto and taste was very average. On top the waiter was very chaotic and unprofessional. He wanted us to order even before we looked in to manu card. It was very warm day and we had a water bottle and he wanted us to put it down immediately. We went for main manu from drinks to starter to main course. But he treated like we were there just to sit. Been in restaurants around Europe this is kne of not so good experience I had. Not recommended

Stones only on the beach, if you like them. The beach looks amazing from a boat sailing, so you could visit that way but there is a great restaurant near an old church and it has a huge terrace, it was worth visiting it. Not impressed by the beach.

Beautiful beach with stunning views of the Mamula Island and Croatia. Mostly accessible by either boat or a car, walking distance only for people who stay at the Village. Great facilities, options for having drinks and fresh sea food.

This is an idyllic beach. The water is crystal clear, and the nature surrounding the beach is majestic. There are plenty of sunbeds to choose from. We had no problem finding some, but we did arrive fairly early. There are also lots of restaurants along the promenade, offering a wide and varied selection of food and drinks. One thing that could be improved is the number of toilets. The only one we found was located a bit further inland and required payment to use. Of course, there are toilets at the many restaurants, but that naturally assumes you're dining there. It’s also worth noting that the road leading here is somewhat winding and narrow in places, so it’s a good idea to drive carefully.

I recommend visiting this beach in Montenegro. The water is turquoise clear and the views are spectacular. There are some very old monuments to see there as well.

This beach, because of its location and beautiful water, could be a 'hidden gem' – if only someone were willing to put in more effort. It's very neglected, run-down, and poorly maintained. Old sunbeds and umbrellas are still charged at €25, and the appearance of most restaurants and the service they offer lacks any sense of cleanliness, effort, or professionalism. The yards are full of trash, it's untidy. Still, we did find one great restaurant – Porto Adriatic – which had excellent food and a lovely atmosphere. I hope someone will eventually take care of this place.

Unfortunately, the main church is under reconstruction. Only the small one is open for a visit. Nevertheless, it is beautiful and peaceful area to walk around and relax.

This is a beautiful place with commanding views across the bay. It's an easy walk up from the coast and worth the effort. The main chapel is undergoing a major restoration so access is not permitted but the doors were open allowing you to see in. There are great views of the church and the bay from the steeply tiered Graveyard. Glad we made the journey.

Absolutely stunning - we had a bit of a walk to the place from the winery but glad that we took the stairs down because like many Orthodox monasteries, this one is very well adorned. Additionally, they have a nice shop on-site with icons, wine, etc., so please do go and support them in that way. My quite a five star experience because the church was undergoing refurbishment and we could not do much but it is a very peaceful property and I was happy to see it.

It’s a Monastery/ Church so as a tourist place 3 stars, not attractive. But has non tourists value for people comming to pray.

A great waterfront restaurant serving traditional cuisine, with a wide selection of seafood and fish. Generous portions and delicious dishes, we tried the fish pate and grilled calamari. Beautiful terrace with a view. In high season, it’s better to book a table as the place is very popular. But a tip, check your bill before paying. Once we had a dish added that we didn’t order, but mistakes happen. After notifying the staff, they removed it from the bill without any problem.

This area has lot of restaurants around. We decided to eat here and was extremely delighted with the meal and service. You can choose to sit outside and watch the world go by, or inside in a cozy setting. We had the octopus carpaccio with the sweetest tomatoes. For mains we had the mixed fish skewers. The spinach potato that came with it and carrots were really yummy. And the seafood risotto which was a huge portion. The staff were very friendly as well and made us feel very much at home. Definitely worth a visit!

A wonderful tavern with a sea view. All the food we had was delicious. I especially loved the Caesar salad (yes, it includes bacon, welcome to the Balkans), for which I returned there for a second time. The veal soup was also excellent.

We opted for seafood, and it was clear that the ingredients were of the highest quality – impeccably fresh and expertly prepared. Beyond the delicious food, the service was attentive, polite, and genuinely welcoming, contributing significantly to a pleasant dining experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also noteworthy, adding to the overall comfort. Considering the quality of the food and the excellent service, the prices were very fair, offering great value. The only minor area for improvement we noted was the dessert selection, which, while pleasant, didn't quite reach the same high standard as the rest of the menu. However, this is a small detail in an otherwise outstanding experience. Overall, this Konoba comes highly suggested for anyone seeking fresh, authentic cuisine, wonderful service, and a beautiful setting in Igalo.

We came here for my brother's birthday dinner. The drinks were great, we had red and white wine the waiter recommended, a local beer and an aperol spritz. For starters, we shared shopska salads and a Greek salad. Shopska salad was a bit underwhelming as it only had tomato and cheese, but the Greek salad tasted very good. For main dishes, we had a seafood spaghetti, a seafood risotto, chicken with peanuts, and a beefstake in mushroom sauce. The nuts were a bit weird with the chicken, but otherwise, everything tasted amazing. The portion sizes were huge though; we wouldn't have needed the starters to feel full. Our server was wonderful and asked us about the Finnish language and coversed with us. If you have a pet allergy, I wouldn't recommend the place since the bosses dog sleeps under the tables and a cat wonders around there as well.

One of the few restaurants on Žanjic Beach that actually pays attention to appearance and service. Very decent atmosphere, service, and food. We had grilled squid, octopus salad, and cheese with olives – everything was excellent.

We had an amazing dinner. The spot is incredible, right by the sea and the terrace is really pleasant. Dragiša, our waiter, recommended as a fresh catch fish which was delicious! He was very thoughtful and kind. Perfect place, food and service.

A great experience at Porto Adriatic. Nikola was a brilliant server, giving us helpful recommendations and friendly banter. The seafood tagliatelle was delicious and, combined with the stunning views, made for a lovely experience - would recommend!

It was our first time in the region and we travelled with a group of 13 people - 6 adults and 7 children. When we arrived at the beach we discussed with Alex from the restaurant and he offered to prepare a table for us while we spent time on the beach. Once at the table, he offered drinks and suggested some plates based on our wishes - we took 3 mixed fish with Octopus, black risotto, Greek salad and some other dishes as well as some great bottles of wine (local). It was simply great, very fresh food, very friendly employees and very easy going. We decided to come back the day after for some more fresh fish and found the table ready as in the picture. Fantastic experience and should not be missed when you spent time on this beach.

Amazing experience! The food was delicious – the beef tenderloin was especially tasty, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. It came with great pappardelle, and the chicken with cheese and fries was also excellent. Cold beer made it even better. The location is beautiful, right by the sea at Žanjice beach, with a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Staff was friendly, fast, and professional. Great food, amazing steak, excellent service, and a perfect seaside setting. Definitely a 5/5 – highly recommended

As vegetarians it was hard for us to find a restaurant but we found very delicious options at porto adriatic :) we had the rice with veggies which was really good! Location & staff are great as well. Aperol was a bit expensive with 10€ but it was a huge glass and very delicious which kinda makes up for it

I don't want nor like to bring down a place based on 1 night only, but also that 1 night will decide whether you'll have a second one or not.... It wasn't the greatest dining experience we had during our sailing week in the area. For such a location, service and food should be better than normal. Maybe the chef was new, or experiencing new ways of cooking, maybe the waiters were tired at the end of the day...

I recommend visiting this place. Not because of the food (it's pretty average) or the restaurant itself (it looks outdated and a bit too fancy at the same time), but because of the stunning views of the sea and the town. We had dinner there during the golden hour, and it was a truly pleasant experience thanks to the beautiful scenery.

We waited for over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, both the starter and main course were served at the same time. The excuse was that they were busy, even though half the tables were empty. The food was okay, but we received no compensation for the poor service.

Medium rare fillet steak, vegetables with pepper sauce and extra chips were fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better location. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great Restaurant with fantastic view over the bay with the mountains, the old town and the castle. The food here is very good and it comes with a normal price tag. They serve fresh fish which is on display at the entrance. The two waithers are the best, always friendly and helpfull even when the place is full. We give them an extra thumbs Up!

Tooooooo expensive !!!! The food was very good, but €230 for one Greek salad, one mixed fish platter, two glasses of wine, some bread, two pasta dishes with mussels and shrimp in a white wine sauce, and one fish with some vegetables seems quite expensive. We are from Switzerland and are used to the high prices in Zurich, where we come from – but this is truly taking advantage of tourists. I am very disappointed.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants in all of Montenegro! Fresh catch of the day is a must have. Their home grown tomatoes are unlike any other tomato’s you’ll ever have. Phenomenal service. Surreal picturesque views. 10/10. Must visit. They have their own beach as well.

We were dropped here as part of a Virgin Voyages “Fisherman Village” stop after the Blue Cave. It is a beautiful spot with a safe little swim area. The service and food were barely passable and I would never do more than come for a drink and swim if ever looking to come on my own. The “experience” included some great bread, bad apps, and decent main course and desert. We did not get the wine tasting promised and after we were seated we were pretty well dismissed as the place had completed their contractual minimum of service. Despite that we got a good bottle of extortionately priced Croatian wine to enjoy the view. Moral of the story, never book the cruise excursion with Virgin. It was beautiful, but no Fisherman Village.

Tourist trap if you expect to pay 3 times of same food at other tourist restaurant . E.g. €61 for mussel and €8 for a bottle of water. I was attract by the live music but not expect to pay 3 times of tourist price. I can pay it in 5 stars hotel and Michelin star restaurant with such price and less. As long you willing to spend, feel free to go.

Magical setting. Service a bit hit and miss and definitely on the more pricey end for Montenegro but for the quality of the fish and the setting it’s well worth it

I just got to Herceg Novi and wanted to have a water view. I stumbled upon this place on my walk and decided to step in. At first, they didn't have an available table outside. But after about 10 minutes they did and I got moved outside. The view was great. The server, very helpful with wine recommendations. I ordered a glass of local white wine the fish carpacio and the beet salad with goat cheese. Food arrived quite quick. The fish was cut thin and seasoned beautifully with a little truffle oil, sea salt and a basil reduction. The salad was beautiful, fresh and delicious. I finished off my meal with a delicious cappuccino. The meal was not cheap, but not overly expensive. Very similar to US prices. But I really enjoyed myself and the server was great.

Fantastic food, nice view, on the pricier side being in the port for the yaughts. Nice for something more modern and developed. Fritto Misto was a bit over fried but everything else was delicious and top class! We had the lamb shank and the seared tuna!

Exceptional food and a fantastic wine list. The burrata with tomato and pesto starter is among the best dishes I've ever had. If they still have it, order a glass (or a bottle) of the Erdevik Grand Trianon Serbian red wine. It's stunning, easily on a par with the best Rhone Valley reds (Rhone valley being the closest comparison I can think of among the better known European regions). Anyhow, very happy and I see no reason not to revisit on my final night in beautiful Montenegro tomorrow.

Great place with beautiful view. Surprisingly rich lunch/dinner menu, so it is not only about wine despite the name. All dishes are very tasty and moderately priced It was great to cool down under AC indoor and be away from smoking neighbors

Waiter Petar Jovanovic is the impression of the day. Very low-key and non-aggressive. His spontaneous behavior led us to order brandy and breakfast in addition to coffee. Excellent food, wonderful music and a great atmosphere.. Quality guaranteed. All recommendations!

It is one of the most contradictory places in Herceg. Not all the food we tried was excellent (but breakfast was). I recommend visiting for the stunning panoramic sea view from the terrace and balcony, which truly deserves your attention.

Gradska kafana was one of first places my mom took me when I was little. I visited many times during my childhood and adulthood. I can say that they kept level of quality, food, service, everything over the years, and that's rare. One of my favourite places on Montenegro coast. Beautiful terrace with sea view.

Everything is so good about this place. The food, the view, and the service. It is a great place in here that serves almost all kinds of foods and makes you leave pleased from the restaurant. The staff is really helpful and caring. Great place.

Operation: Gradska Kafana The rain had just stopped when the message came — a smudged set of coordinates, pressed into my palm by a stranger in the shadow of a crumbling wall. “You’ll know it when you see it,” they murmured, disappearing into the maze of crowds of Herceg Novi. The hill rose like a quiet dare, every step stealing more air than the last. The sun peeked out—opening a little more with each turn—winding past the hum of open-air markets, sun-baked beachgoers, and the salt-snap of Adriatic air. Heat shimmered off the ground, and the city unfolded above me in fragments until I reached the restaurant that deserved every bit of the spotlight it found itself in. There it was. Gradska Kafana. At the doorway, exactly as promised, a beautiful couple frozen in a perfect frame, the sea glinting behind them like a polished secret. Inside, the terrace hummed with the low murmur of patrons from everywhere and nowhere — eyes glancing, conversations dipped in foreign tongues. Were they watching me, or was I watching them? A bright blue-eyed waiter Mitskevich appeared, his smile equal parts welcome and riddle. He slid the menu into my hands. The medallion steak stood out like a cipher hidden in plain sight. I accepted the mission and he nodded. The first cut — tender, rich, and seared to perfection — unlocked something deep in my chest. The roasted vegetables carried the earth’s warmth; the bread, still breathing steam, melted into memory. Cool mineral water slid down like a tide returning to shore, bringing with it the taste of salt and stone. The view before me — the Adriatic stretching into forever — became the final piece of the puzzle. This was no ordinary meal. This was the blueprint, the energy, the anchor I needed to continue. When I left Gradska Kafana, I carried more than a full stomach. I carried a quiet certainty that the world could still be saved—though only with meals like this.

Good for a lunch and dinner, nice view, they are quite fast with bringing food and drinks, recepit aswell. Food is good, nothing special, waiter is not really dedicated to you the whole time (pouring the water for you, asking if anything is missing, etc.), most of the times he is chatting with other (5-6) waitres.

If you want something out of ordinary, this is the place to have a dinner at. Beautiful interior and breath taking view. The food is fantastic and so aswell the service. We had domestic wite wine from Vinery Savina. Five stars on that one!!! In my opinion the only thing that brings it down from five stars is that they don't have domestic coffe "domaća kafa" which is a bit strange because they have fantastic domestic brandy, which goes perfectly with a Domaća kafa. Highely recommended!

Wonderful café located on a small lovely street in the old town, the most beautiful part of the city. The atmosphere is lovely, we enjoyed some local beer and coffee - although not the best specialty coffee, I loved the whole experience, as this may be the most beautiful café in the area.

Really wasn’t as blown away by this place as I expected. It didn’t seem like anything special which was disappointing! I ordered an oat flat white and a lemon cake, and my partner an iced tea and a cheese toasted sandwich. I liked my coffee, but it was much more bitter than I expected for specialty. The lemon cake was absolutely amazing though! My partner’s iced tea was incredibly sweet, and his toasted sandwich “fine”. They then didn’t have a toilet available which was a little frustrating!

Such an eclectic cafe with a good selection of coffee. Loved the outdoor patio— you could spend hours here. They have vegan milk options too.

After 2 weeks in Montenegro we didn’t find hardly any good coffee but this is hands down the best (we even took an hour 30 min drive to drink their coffee in Podgorica). If you are serious about your coffee it’s definitely worth a visit, also very good lemon cake and all at a good price.

Coffee is nice and the atmosphere is good! Strong air con in hot summer and chill vibes 💗 We order iced brew tonic and oatmilk latte, both are nice and worth the price! If you just passed here, have a try!

The food was satisfying and enjoyable. However the serving speed was extremely slow, and we waited for a long time to eat our food (approximately 40 minutes). The view was also beautiful and peaceful. I guess everyone might have different experiences. The menu is rich and okay priced.

I recently visited this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with attentive staff who made sure everything was just right. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Prices were reasonable for the quality, and service was prompt without feeling rushed. Overall, a great spot for both casual dining and special occasions.

Great food with a beautiful view!! I got the fish of the day which came with seafood soup, fish, potato salad and cabbage salad. I also got the seafood platter for one. The wine selection is good. View of the ocean and bay is beautiful 😍

Konoba Škver is located at the best spot in town - on the curb of the town port, next to the waterpolo club & stadium. Dining at the port, watching in front of me moored boats at sunset is just priceless, an experience I can never get enough of. This traditional restaurant serves variety of local traditional dishes, most of which seafood specialties prepared from fresh seafood & fish delivered directly to the restaurant by local fishermen. Very friendly, yet professional service, without much waiting to get served. I was served expertly by smiling, polite Nikola Vuković, who was very patient to answer all my questions about the menu and recommend dishes! Portions just right, food arrived piping hot. The restaurant opens at noon and closes at midnight. However, the kitchen closes at 23:00 This place is open throughout the year.

In my opinion, the place is overrated. While the food is good, it isn't exceptional. The prices are on par with those of much more comfortable places in the city. Škver is crowded, the tables are uncomfortably arranged, and overall, it is not a pleasant place to spend time.

We were looking for a fish restaurant and locals recommended Konoba Škver. Located right on the waterfront in Herceg Novi, the atmosphere was relaxed and authentic, and we were looked after by Slavko, a classic old-school Yugoslav-style waiter; professional, no-nonsense, with the perfect touch of charm. We wanted fish for our main course and Slavko brought out a platter of freshly caught fish for us to choose from, which emphasised the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Everything was simply prepared and full of flavour, letting the food speak for itself. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re getting a real taste of the Adriatic, both in terms of food and hospitality. Highly recommended if you're after an authentic local experience.

Quite a nice little place for lunch. We had pizza and some beer which was good. Reasonable prices. Staff were nice and unobtrusive.

Fantastic cafe. Serves ice cream, drinks, and food. The Turkish coffee here is awesome. We tried the sugar-free sorbets. They were very tasty, though a smaller portion than some other places.

The outlet Do-Do has great ice cream and cakes. We had tiramisu and each of us had some ice cream. The Caffe latte was also delicious. The table service does its best and does a great job. Value for money is totally justified.

Really really recommend for dinner, for breakfast or just to have an ice cream and a drink. We had breakfast,we had omelette and vegetarian sandwich. Both were delicious but the sandwich was incredible! Based on the picture from the menu I was expecting a normal sandwich, however they made it fresh with the pizza dough! Also the coffe was very good. As the breakfast was very good we also decided to go for dinner and we ordered again the sandwich and pizza. This time we also tried their ice cream, and also this time very surprisingly was delicious! Looked like to be in an “gelateria artigianale” If you are in town try their food you will not regret! Staff friendly, fast and with very good English! High quality of ingredients and cheap price!

Loved this small place. Located on walking stret called 5 Danica. Tidy, clean, great choice. With service that is just top. Waitress named Tat..... was just perfect. Great with kids and made us laugh. You can feel that hosts are hospitable not only to attract tourists but to make you feel good also. Food is delicious, not just a touristic offer where they try to cheat on you. Affordable also. I can recommend it with all my heart. Great work guys, keep it up...

The taste of the baklava is terrible is just some fried pastry with tons of honney it is too much sumar that you can not enjoy. The place is nice to sit, and have a tea but dont try the baklava I think is the worst that I have tried.

Good city Beach, small, but functional. There are umbrellas, changing cabins, lots of cafes. Pebbly. The water was clean. After 5 pm the umbrellas and loungers are free! Not so many people. The view under the fortress is great 👍

As all beaches in Herceg-Novi, this one is also quite crowded, but as it's bigger than the others, you can still find a spot. Both sunbed and free towel areas. Rocky sea, good to take water shoes and glasses or snorkel.

Beautiful but small. Rocky and just a part is public. You can rent kayak or sup. At the beach club you can rent 2 chairs for 20 euros all day. They have music all day long quite soft, so it’s not annoying but relaxing. Personally like the playlist

The beach is mostly private, with a small area designated for public use. Compared to Budva and Sveti Stefan beaches, it is a bit rockier and has more waves. Amenities include showers and changing cabins. Note that parking in Herceg Novi can be challenging.

Amazing snorkelling (fish veriaty, beautiful reafs, be careful with the rocks )

Beach close to the boats so not the best quality of the water a bit dirty, with a lot of rocks so you need to bring special shows, just a place to take a quick shower. You can bring your towel and lay in the rocks

I loved the city of Herceg Novi. It's a beautiful coastal city in Montenegro.

Staff is amazing and honest, wich is so important (we forgot some souvenirs, that we remembered we left behind days later - and it waited for us). The food is good quality and the portions are great. We left happy each and every time we had a meal here!

the bread was epic, the food was absolutely great, the service was 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼, we loved it! we had vegetarian pizza with ham and didn’t feel embarrassed. The others had the lovely moist meat platter which went down a lot more smoothly than others we have sampled along the coast. We recommend this place for everyone visiting Herceg Novi

Great restaurant if you are looking for something sweet, a coffee or hot chocolate. Would highly recommend the Cherry pie, the cream is handmade, very enjoyable 🙂

However, a major highlight are the desserts – absolutely fantastic and definitely a must-try! The main drawback is the parking situation; finding a spot nearby can be quite challenging, which is a shame given how good everything else is. Overall, a highly recommended place for a casual meal, great drinks, and outstanding desserts, provided you can navigate the parking.

Had looked at the google reviews for here and looked good. My father in law who passed away recently was called Nick, so we thought this would be a nice touch to eat here. Restaurant was unassuming from the outside. Inside lovely and cool. Service great and food was delicious. Highly recommended
