Shopping mall
Centre Commercial Les Quatre Chemins is a stylish shopping destination located in Vichy, offering a variety of high-end designer boutiques and upscale brands. The hangar-type space under a glass roof houses around twenty shops, including stores for clothes, electronic devices, books, and jewelry. Additionally, there is a cinema within the mall. Conveniently located in the city center with parking available underneath the mall, it's an ideal place to spend time on rainy days.
Type of donut is not soft and not oily. Full of topping outside and inside.
Lina S — Google review
Empty mall with 5 shops that have bad business... the mall is filled with people who need free WiFi and air conditioning, plus the toilets are awful. Cinema upstairs is ok, Fnac might actually be the only Ok store. The ladies of the pharmacy are nice too. Sport 2000 is super old fashioned and the menswear in there is just sooooo over.
Cédric C — Google review
It's ok, nothing special, just a small shopping mall.
JM J — Google review
Small mall with a cinema, very appreciable in the heart of the city, especially on rainy days. Clean and bright
Natalie — Google review
Big shopping mall with high end stores for clothes, electronic devices, books, jewelry and even a cinema. Parking under the mall, conveniently but not the cheapest.
Atreidez — Google review
They have Cinema and clothes shops. They have a chez Tom downstairs as well. The center is well placed in the city center. Recommended
Firas A — Google review
There were not many stores open. It felt abandoned. A pity for the few nice stores that are still there.
Gudrun C — Google review

FNAC Vichy is a delightful destination for book lovers, boasting an impressive collection of titles on its second floor. If you're looking to get your hands on something specific, you can expect quick service with orders ready for in-store pickup in under 48 hours. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, complemented by friendly staff who are always eager to help.
Very good selection of books on the second floor, and orders only take less than 48 hours for in-shop pick-up. Great!
Cédric C — Google review
This store is located in the city mall (Quatre Chemins).Compared to other Fnacs in other cities, this one is smaller certainly smaller, but understandable given its location. This two stories store is divided by electronics in the first level and books in the second level. Overall the store is very well organized with very well delimited areas (gaming section, camera section, computer section, etc). Their prices on electronics most of the time are on the expensive side, but if you are lucky they offer bundles that turn out to be quite valuable. As far as books go they have a great selection at very competitive prices. If you want to take home some memories the tourism area and is a great place to find books and DVDs about the Vichy and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Had some communication issues with the staff at first when i was trying to get a detax when i came to buy a oculus Quest 3. And for some reason they couldn't sell it to me for the actual price and had to sell it in a pack with a warranty. So i bought it from their internet site and it arrived in 2 days and i got a bag for half price. Decent store good options, lots of tech books, legos toys, and even plaques. Recommended

Hall des Sources

Historical landmark
The Hall des Sources, also known as the Hall of Springs, is a striking glass and wrought iron pavilion built in 1903. It is located at the north end of a park in Vichy, France and is a popular tourist attraction due to its stunning architecture and historical significance. The iconic building offers access to mineral water from five different sources, some of which are available by prescription only.
Nice place with information on the Vichy pastilles and the various natural springs which are led to the building. You can taste the water from the different springs when you bring your own bottle/cup. That have a strong taste which is not for everyone but still a great experience.
Olivier M — Google review
This place is separated into 2 parts, 1 is free open to public with only 1 source "celestins" water, while the other part only opens to "members" who has a card to beep and enter, but there are 5 different sources, each source contains different minerals and different functionalities. Some local people have cards and they go there to drink thermal water like an "afternoon tea" habit :D
Isobel Z — Google review
THE place in Vichy which is a superb glass and steel vessel marking the culmination of the promenade gallery, the Hall des Sources was built in 1903 by Charles Le Cœur and Lucien Woog. Replicating the emblematic thistle frieze from the Parc des Sources, the wrought iron artist Émile Robert contributed to its construction, while the painter Léon Rudnicki decorated the interior lateral tympanums. This rectangular building of 1,580 m² illustrates the architectural and medical evolution of European thermalism at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Built on the site of the 1821 thermal establishment, which was demolished for the occasion, the Hall des Sources is dedicated solely to the water intake. This is where the Chomel and Grande-Grille springs naturally emerge, with two additional springs (Lucas and Mesdames) being piped onto the site. Compared to a market hall where mineral water would be served, the place became a gathering point for spa guests... Gone were the old, cramped and unsanitary drinking fountains. Covered with glass and copper bells, the springs, displayed in marble basins equipped with pressure taps, were protected from contamination. Concealing the metal structure, an interior vault of wood paneling added a warm touch. Drinkers could now move freely around this space, combining utility and aesthetics, designed in the Art Nouveau style. Like the Pump Room in Bath or the Trinkhalle in Baden-Baden, it became the place for all kinds of encounters: romantic, intellectual, or social. Thus, in "Northanger Abbey," Jane Austen, who lived in Bath with her family, writes ironically about the spa rituals, including "the frequentation of the Pump Room where they would wander for an hour, looking at everyone without ever speaking to anyone (…)." The transformations, which took place during successive agreements between the State and the Compagnie Fermière, accentuate the highly social nature of the place. The Hall of Springs continues to bring together spa guests. Whether for exhibitions and other events organized or for the balls held on-site twice a week during the season, it represents a strategic location sheltered from both rain and sun. Unique in France due to its structure and its hipped roof, which allows for the passage of air and light, it has evolved while preserving its remarkable identity.
Enjoy L — Google review
It was a wonderful experience to watch the spring water and also to taste them. By the way, the cup dispenser wasn't working. And also we could only access one side of the place as the other side requires a prescription as it is said to be medicinal water.
Sreyas S — Google review
Can you imagine drinking excellent naturally carbonated mineral water directly from the tap for free? It feels like being a child again in a chocolate factory.

A much better impression than four years ago, when we first visited, I am glad to mention it.

Beautiful and definitely worth a visit! Delicious water ☺️
Vanessa M — Google review
Cool spot to do some sightseeing. In the public hall you can see two hot sources coming up, and you can taste one of the other Vichy sources. The other half of the hall isn't open to the public, which we thought was a shame. However, the building is beautiful and definitely worth a visit in and of itself. Located in the beautiful Parc des Sources.

Restaurant
Le Vichy is a restaurant located near the city center with a changing daily menu that consistently offers delicious vegetarian options. The ambiance is pleasant, and the service is efficient, with English menus available. The food includes flavorful dishes like samosas, falafel, tartines, and salads made with high-quality ingredients. While the prices are reasonable for well-prepared and fresh meals, some customers found the overall cost to be slightly higher than expected.
Fantastic choice of beer and drinks. Food menu is small but well prepared and fresh. Prices are very reasonable and the service is first class. Very impressed.
Richard W — Google review
We had lunch at this restaurant during visiting Vichy on weekend, the ambience was pretty good, and service was nice and fast too, one of a staff provided me the menu in English when he noticed I couldn’t understand all of the French. We ordered chef’s selection beef with pepper sauce and Loïc’s burger, all served with fries and salad. Price was around 17€-19€ à la carte. The beef I had this time is the shoulder part, nearly no fat, we wanted it medium rare, the edge was a bit crispy and hard, but center was still tender, and it was tiny flavored with salt already; the pepper sauce was fantastic, it was even better as a dipping for fries; Loïc’s burger was with handmade bread, beef patty, roasted potatoes, dry beef and Rublochon cheese, overall it taste good, but somehow a bit dry to me, not juicy at all. This lunch ended up with a great crème brûlée. Btw, the autumn beer was also recommended. Very satisfied experience here!

Place has a terrace located close to the city centre. Food is very tasty and service was very kind to us. Salads are big and varied, Burgers are really well cooked. The only con, the price seemed yo be a little more than expected for that kind of dinner (1 salad, 2 burgers, 2 tatakis, 5 beers, 1 coke = 116€)
Raúl S — Google review
Nice place to enjoy good food. Reasonably priced. At city centre, very friendly staff.
Pathikrit B — Google review
Crazy busy on a Friday night. Not enough staff to handle the volume so very slow service. Food was decent but not outstanding. They offer a few vegetarian options. If you do want to go, make a reservation to ensure an outdoor table.
Dana W — Google review
Actually, I tried to reserve a table speaking in English by phone and calling twice but, each time, after picking my call and hearing an English speaking voice, they interrupted immidiately the call without any apology. Not recommended if you are not French speaking. Definitely not the best welcome for a tourist.
Marco G — Google review
Nice restaurant, good food. But service could be better... there is a lot of customers, they're under staffed and we've been waiting a lot to get seated and between plates...

Nestled in the heart of Vichy, France, the Vichy Opera House stands as a stunning testament to Art Nouveau architecture. Opened in 1901 and designed by architect Charles Le Coeur, this cultural gem features an intricately adorned facade and opulent interiors that transport visitors back in time. With a capacity for around 1,400 guests, it has become a vibrant hub for diverse performances ranging from operas and ballets to concerts and theatrical shows.
Amazing historic building , helpful staff, lovely show ( Dom Jouan)

Interesting Art Nouveau Opera house but guided tours is disappointing overall and doesn't include which was originally the Opera in 19th century now Palais ds Congrès which is a joint building and for which you will have to pay for another visit ! It looks like that you have to pay for everything since Vichy is in UNESCO's list ... a lot of details jump to my eyes that say they didn't maintain the place as it should be (see photos) ... You might want to visit it without a guide or during an Opera visit

The overall experience at BCHEF - VICHY CV can be described as excellent, cool, and top-notch in every aspect.

Burgers had no taste at all. Salat kind of tasted okay, although, bowl full of pasta and just on the top 2 slices of salmon and some avocado and tomatos.
Amila R — Google review
It's a very good option for eating on a budget. The food quality is amazing for the price, and if you're a student, they have a promotion giving free ice cream right now (i dont know if its still ongoing or if the free item has changed). The service is okay. The people are nice, but things can be a little confusing from time to time. If you go there, i recommend getting the 16 euro bacon burger or the double chicken they're my favourites. Overall, a decent place, price for quality ratio is amazing. Recommended

Beautiful old brasserie. Food is fantastic, best gazpacho I have ever had. My main dish (tuna steak) was a bit not what I expected though. I love raw and seared fish, but my tuna was too raw for my liking. They took it away and when I received it back it was just well done little chunks of tuna which was disappointing. Anyway, I rate this place 5 stars. Good service, beautiful location, great choice of 🧀.

Always a good choice for ice cream! Love the chef, she is soooo pleasing and nice! When in VICHY, it is a must-go place. On the ground floor it is a brasserie with a 19€ menu, upstairs it’s high cuisine. It is more pricy. Marlene, the chef, is very pleasant and very close to her customers and personnel.

This is an expensive restaurant that should have offered so much more. The service was ok at best and let its self down trying to be too much. Similar story for the food with complex dishes with mouse and froths but the flavour just wasn't there. I had the pork which was a little dry. Its better to do simple food very well than to over complicate to achieve average.
