Had a great time visiting this gorgeous museusm / castle / park! Two things were particularly great: the Trick Fountains and the Children Playground as we were visiting with our 3yo toddler. We will definitely be back for the playground during our stay in Salzburg !

The trick fountains was an amazing experience. We didn’t expect to have spent so much time there but we are glad to have had. Lots to see. The palace was very interesting as well.

We had a wonderful day here, the number 25 bus takes about half an hour from central Salzberg an drops you right by the entrance. Hellbrunne consists of a stunning palace, gardens and estate in the mannerist style. The surprise fountain garden is great fun but do expect to get a bit wet. The folk museum, palace and fountain garden are part of a 15 euro ticket which is good value. The water parterre gardens, stone theatre cut out of the rock, the wonderful views over the city and mountains, arboretum and playground are all free. There is a good cafe too.

Must see attraction reflecting Austrian culture and finesse’ each sculpture, Fountain and Artwork is exemplary and enjoyable for a connoisseur. Reaching there is easy too. Just take bus 25 from HH central bus station. Have a great day when u visit… Best season between April to September.

I really enjoyed my visit to Hellbrunn Palace. The palace itself is beautiful, but the best part for me was the trick fountains—hidden jets that surprise you when you least expect it—and the water-powered moving sculptures that come alive as you walk by. It was playful and refreshing, and made the whole place feel magical

The palace was built early 17th century in the early baroque style as a pleasure palace for day use in summer only and therefore had no bedrooms. It was commissioned by Prince-Bishop Markus Sittikus von Hohenems. You start your visit with a tour of the trick garden with all sorts of hidden waterfountains that the Bishop liked to use on his guests by surprise. This is a timeslot entry so after you get your ticket go there first. At the start you can have your photo taken which you can buy at the end of this tour. At the start you also get a language specific audio guide. You exit this part in the beautiful garden and can visit a museum inside the palace with interesting information about the Bishop

The kids enjoyed it so much. We wanted a nice place to pass our last day and this was it! Take the tour inside, give the kids the tour-guide and don't miss the chance to get wet! The kids wanted to do the tour twice! For the park bring a picnic basket with drinks. I hope that in the future the restaurants inside the castle will make a picnic menu.... this is idial. We walked around the duck pool and in the kids playground and it was awesome! We thought it will be 1-2 hours and we finished after 4! Need to say that the staff was so kind and helpful they become friends 🧡

The food was made to order and was very tasty. The beer (we tried the Helles Original and a Weisse) was just right. The Gasthaus was laid out with various dining rooms to fit the guests. A large outdoor Biergarten accommodated guests enjoying the weather. They even have a e-bicycle charging station in the back.

Can’t comment on the food, as we stopped in only for a beer. But, the beer was okay. The service was extremely slow despite being almost empty on a lovely warm day.

This is the brewery, not a tap house. You have to schedule tours to view the brewery.

A lot of customers and only two complaining waiters, even for beer need to wait long. But finally we manage to get them quicker than expected

Small and local and perfect. I'm here every time I go skiing in Piste Dürrnberg 5 minutes away from this microbrewery. Perfect beer in plenty of variety

We were a party of 6. 3 children 3 adults. Each of us had different dishes and we all loved the food! It is a very authentic Austrian restaurant with great beer and food for a fair price. The service is attentive and good. I can recommend this restaurant and we sure will return.

Simply just a place to be🍾. We chose chef’s choice surprise 5 course menu. And it was breathtaking!!! Waiters were very kind and professional 😎 Food for kids arrived at first ! I will never forge the juicy piece of veal served on hot salt stone, umami bomb sauce, perfectly cooked fish with foamy Beure Blanc sauce🤤 Definitely one of the best in Salzburg

Tasty food. Traditional with a modern touch and fusion options. Swift service and very nice staff. Although limited in choice, they also have gluten-free dishes. Loved it.

Great atmosphere and gastronomy. Also suited for bigger group as they have a great outdoor seating area and nice hall for events. 5/5 for food and drink and service. highly recommend

Amazing place to buy high quality meat. We were staying in Hallein for a month and we loved buying meat from them. Would definitely recommend! They even gifted us a natural soap that they are making from lard.

I had an amazing dining experience at Bella Palma! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was incredibly delicious and tasty, and it was served promptly by the friendly staff. They were wonderful to talk to and provided excellent recommendations for dishes. The extensive menu offered a wide variety of food options to choose from. As someone who doesn't speak German fluently, it was a relief that the staff could communicate perfectly in English. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back for more delightful meals!

Food and service were amazing. As an American, you think you understand good pizza, but you have no idea how amazing the pizza is here. We also got the lasagna and linguini bolognese. All absolutely delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We had a very delicious lunch, all the dishes were tasty. A family with 2 boys who are very picky and they just loved the food.

The food was delicious however the lady serving us was very rude. She wouldn’t let us move table when it was basically empty. She was very short and inpatient with us. My partner was practicing his German and she couldn’t care less and was snappy with us in English.

Everything quite alright, nothing special Menu might be a bit too long (pizza, pasta, fish, Austrian, Serbian). Pizza is alright but I wouldn't come back, pizza oven might not reach the required heat to make the crust puff up and it remains dense and plain. Dough itself a bit textureless. Young cow's liver was nice, good sauce and sides. Someone had the Schnitzel which looked decent. Typical dish is +/- 15€ so rather cheap Staff quite friendly Plus point for 2 EV charge points!

Wow! We had a spectacular dinner in Toro Toro. Everything was way above my expectations and I now understand why the restaurant holds 4.8 rating in Google Maps. We had the pre fix menu with 12 dishes which was priced at 68 eur and it is worth every cent. All dishes were crazy delicious and very generous portions. The menu includes some tapas, soup, sea food, fish, meat and dessert. But it is not only about the fabulous food experience. What brings this place to another level is the service. A great team of joyful smiling waiters works really hard to make you happy, to make you feel comfortable and to make you laugh with well placed jokes. We came late in the evening and our dinner took very long because of the 12 courses, but we were never rushed even when the clock turned 12 at midnight and even the waiter told us couple of times not to worry and to take our time, because the most important thing is we to feel good. The place was packed with locals and regulars and they seemed like at home and we really felt that atmosphere too. At the end there was issue with the POS terminal but even then the waiters did their best to fix the issue and not to make us disappointed. They really went beyond duty to please us. Highly recommend that place when visiting Salzburg - it is only 15 mins drive from the city.

I had wanted to visit the restaurant since last year but unfortunately I was too late. From what I understood, the old owner was the differential. I didn't like the food and didn't understand the price. You pay one amount for the food but if someone else eats with you you pay double? I don't recommend and will not come back. Instead of eating there I suggest you go to ''Tepito'' (Mexican)

Dinner , 3 people at Toro Toro. We were welcomed very nicely by 2 Spanish waiters. Makes you feel at home immediately. The restaurant is quite basic, but OK. We ate for starters: - Gambas al ajillo, the prawns were big and and on the point - scallops, which were nothing special but OK Mains: - the paella, I found the portion size a little small, the taste was excellent - the grilled octopus with a side of rice, which was a great choice Dessert: - crema Catalan, which I would recommend (even though I don’t like sweets). All in all, I would say a very nice evening. Take some friends and enjoy a night in Spanisch atmosphere. Only downsides: I find it a bit pricey for what you get and the place/restrooms are a bit outdated
