How does one encapsulate one of the most Fayette-esque locations in a review on Google that pays tribute to the roots of a city immersed in post-Vietnam Hippie realness, as well as its sustainable Mother Earth vestige it’s enrobed in today? Well, You simply draw an analogous line to a beloved work that includes its namesake and centralizes itself on the shining star of the story, I’m speaking of Victor Hugo‘s Les Miserables, naturally. It’s about the bread y’all! Not just bread but sandwiches!!! Tucked away beneath Block Street in Fayetteville, this speakeasy-lite location is not your steak and potatoes kind of joint; yet It’s rooted in the hard-working middle class, “Sammiches are life!” kind of establishment. If you don’t whip out your phone with its flashlight feature on, you’re doing it wrong. Primarily lit only by the jubilant red “typewriters” neon sign on the back wall; it’s a bustling den of voices, clanking dishes, and glasses . I have been coming here since I attended the University of Arkansas all those many many years ago and it has without fail. Been my favorite restaurant without a sour note. Performed during any of the visits my entire time going there. Established in 1977 This restaurant has the cred and clout of a brick and mortar place that can claim its roots in Fayetteville’s illustrious history. The location is very very small, and you do have to navigate some steps to get down into the subterranean level that the restaurant occupies, but if you can maneuver through the maze of close knit tables and make your way to the restrooms without stumbling into someone else’s spinach dip, then you can do Hugo’s. The bar which runs the entire length of the restaurant is a great location for the casual solo Diner, but you can score a home run. If you catch one of the tables underneath the glass block sidewalk that doubles as one of the only sources of natural light in the location. Or next to the back table near the A4A mentioned typewriters neon sign. There are a bevy of sandwiches all containing wonderful breads that are thick and robust that the restaurant produces each day, but my favorite and by far the most unique item I’ve ever had is the veggie Reuben. Piled high with sprouts, portobello, mushroom and yummy Kraut, underneath a buttery toasted whole wheat and rye bread, this restaurant gives the Diner an amazing umami treat at the end with a back note of butter sprout and pickle hang time that stays with you long after you’ve polished off the side order of chips and having engaged in any discussion of the bread stealing character from Les Mis, and how she would’ve loved this restaurant had she attended a sorority here.

A favorite every time I visit Fayetteville! Atmosphere is 10/10, feels like a big city speakeasy vibe but quaint and serves excellent bistro food. Always get the beer cheese soup if they have it, always. Hot pastrami sandwich is a must and definitely the basket of french fries. I grew up ordering the chocolate mouse for dessert which is very decadent and the grasshopper crepes if you like mint chip ice cream. Enjoy!

We went after a long 16 mile day hike and walked straight in and could seat ourselves. Friendly host quickly Brought us water. We ordered burgers and huge basket of fries. Quick service . Loud talkative environment but in a good way . People were happy and it was good energy!

I had the chopped sirloin topped with grilled mushrooms, onions, and pepper jack cheese. Fantastic! Servers were all smiles and super friendly. Basement atmosphere paired, some big band music, all under dim lighting. Great vibe!

5-star for food and it's taste. I visited this restaurant during Fayetteville restaurant week and it was busy for sure. This was my first time visit and I was actually very surprised to see the restaurant is in basement at Downtown Fayetteville Historic Square. I ordered the special menu they were running during that restaurant week and the burger was very good, loved it.

We got there at 11 when they opened and there was a line. I was impressed how fast we were serviced. We were out by 1215. I got the Black and Bleu Chicken Sandwich. Blackened chicken breast and melted bleu cheese with a lime cilantro aïoli, pickles, lettuce & tomato on a kaiser roll. Side of chips and a basket of fries. Blake was our server. He was amazing.

Cool place to get a great meal! We arrived about 11:30am and found a parking spot in front of the restaurant and a table for our party. Luck was definitely on our side!

Cute place, nothing fancy but nice spot for the downtown area. So many grilled cheese choices!!!!! Breads, cheeses, veggies, some meats! The seafood bisque was good. I was not expecting powder sugar in my sandwich!! Quite odd but it still worked! Yes I am supposed to be in avoiding gluten and dairy and yeast and I did a terrible job at that today. This is a pretty cute spot and I like that the menu is something different!

Ever since moving to Northwest Arkansas almost two years ago I've heard a lot of good things about Hammontree's. My wife and I had talked about going a few times but never ended going until just a few days ago. I did the build a melt and chose the sourdough, pulled pork, cheddar cheese and the house cheese. It was damn good. The pulled pork had a great flavor and it was so cheesy. It came with chips on the side, which I would would have preferred fries but the kettle chips were decent. The sandwich was the star for sure. My wife got the Jack to the future and tomato soup. She really enjoyed her meal. The restaurant itself is smaller than I expected. It has kind of a industrial type feel, which was cool. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Overall, had a great experience and we will be back. Already look forward to bringing friends and family when they come to visit.

This place was literally so good. We took our family group of 7 to this place and the meal was so quiet as we all enjoyed the food so much. The sweet potato fries with avocado ranch (not usually a fan) was an awesome combo. There was a 30 minute wait time, but that’s what we get for going out at on a Saturday at lunch time. The wait time was a little slow, but that’s just the nature of having everything freshly made. Our waitress Kasie was so kind, attentive, & always gave us full drinks & had food updates in between. We had Diet Coke, Coke Zero, & cokes on the table and she never got a single one of them mixed up! As we were sitting down, she even brought waters to us right off the rip. Our food was fantastic, we found our selves trying to finish everything even though we were full to the brim! All 7 of us were happy, full, & ready for nap!

We started with the sweet potato fries and avocado ranch, mouthwatering. You could easily tell the potatoes were fresh, and the sauce tasted homemade. Next, we tried the salted watermelon cider and a beer from Bentonville Brewery. Both were full of flavor and super refreshing. For our main sandwiches, we ordered the Parmeggetan and the Buffalo grilled cheeses. The Parmeggetan was brilliant, especially paired with the marinara-style sauce it came with. The Buffalo grilled cheese was incredibly rich in flavor, with the perfect balance of bleu cheese.

These specialty grilled cheese sandwiches were delicious. The sweet potato loaded fries were absolutely amazing and well worth the money. What a quirky and unique restaurant to visit while in town for the weekend. Really can't go wrong here.

Amazing grilled cheese sandwiches! All different types but I stuck with traditional. Sandwiches big eenough to split. Very cheesy, assorted breads, nice wine list and other items on menu including soups, salads & burgers. We also had dessert which was toasted flaky bread (? I forget what with mascarpone cheese and blueberries.! Delicious! Try it if you're at the Razorback campus!

This place looked nice, had some great wall art. I didnt stay very long, just got food to go. Had a friend tell me to try the blueberry cream cheese desert. I believe my reaction was something like: ..... Oh... My.... God.... I am NOT sharing this. Speaking as someone with lactose intolerance, this place will be my downfall. The hotdogs looked amazing, too!

This place has it all, the food is wonderful, the vibes are great, and the drinks hit the spot. They also have such great chicken wings and the salads and pizza are top tier!!

The whiskey sour and wings were both perfection! I like that you can order a large pizza split in half even with the specialty menu. Our server was super friendly. I like the variety of menu items here. There's a side room that is good for groups or small events. There's a dedicated parking lot, accessible entrance. Accessible seating is available.

The best craft pizza I’ve ever eaten. I’ve been twice the last few weeks. It’s well worth the drive up from Van Buren.

Decent pizza. Solid appetizers but the menu options are not always the best. The build your own pizza menu seems a little ridiculous with $2 to add basil. Service took a long time in general even with a reservation.

Rolled in around 7 p.m. on a Thursday before a huge game. Got right in on their delightful patio. Server was top notch. Did not lead us astray. Food was fantastic. Their wedge salad is a must. Hubby and grand throughly enjoyed the Caesar. The BBQ pizza, fabulous. We will be back.

Simple menu with some interesting options. Food was delicious and our server was very polite. Quality pizza for around $20-25 for a 12" pie. The wings were flavorful. The baked mac n cheese met the approval of my teen, which is saying something.

Food: I would rate the food a 3.8. We ordered the T.H.I.S.S.S., pepperoni pizza, mason jar trio, and dipping sauce flight. The pizza was “great” but not “amazing”. The thisss pizza had too much arugula and not enough sauce. The pepperoni pizza was typical and safe. The mason jar dipper was NOT worth it. Three bland dips that are all cold. The dipping flight was a fun way to enjoy the delicious crust they sell here. However, if you’re not super adventurous you could get just the Pesto Aioli and sriracha mayo. Service/Vibes: service was prompt and polite. Our poor waitress got double set with an 8 top but she handled it like a champ Value: “meh” I wasn’t disappointed but I also wasn’t wow-ed. They have some good pizza and good things going for them. They just need to add some more flavor as almost everything was a bit bland. Overall Assessment: worth a try especially if you’re looking for a chill place with good drinks and decent food Recommendation: pepperoni pizza dipped in the pesto aioli sauce

I’ve been coming to Petra’s for years and this is my first time leaving a review. This is some of my favorite middle eastern food, and I’ve tried so many places since I’ve lived in Chicago for the past five years. I usually get the mayo platter with baba ghanoush and tabbouleh with an extra side of the grape leaves. The baklava and Turkish coffee are also great! Highly recommend!

Cute place, great service, & amazing food! Plenty of vegan-friendly options. Small seating space, but in a way that makes you feel cozy! The weekday specials are pretty sweet too!

It was my first time trying Mediterranean food, and I loved it! The place is small but cozy. I visited on a Saturday morning while the farmers market was going on, and surprisingly, we managed to grab one of the two tables available. There’s also a bar table if the others are full. The staff was amazing. One of the ladies spoke Spanish, which was super helpful in explaining the menu. (I’m attaching some pictures of the food—it was delicious!) Now, let’s talk parking. You can try parallel parking on the street (good luck!) or use the paid parking area behind the building. Since this was on a Saturday, downtown Fayetteville was extra busy, but usually people park downtown if spots are available.

Having spent a good amount of time all over Jordan, I can say this place has been the most authentic and best overall eating experience of a place I've been to Stateside. I really loved the cozy setting. Not a big restaurant like I expected, but very much what I'd experience in many small food shops in Jordan. Their Turkish Coffee is spot on! The spice blend was far more authentic than what I've tasted with other stateside claims to Turkish coffee (this place, you have to remember not to drink the entire cup 😉) Great place, highly recommend.

Everything was great! I recommend the “Petra Platter”. The Falafil Salad and wrap were also great!

Nice little local cozy place. The vegetarian options are good. Surely worth a try if you are around. Difficult to find place for a larger group though. The Baklava and Turkish coffee combination goes well. I will definitely return here sometime for lunch.

Was looking for a new place to try in Fayetteville and stopped here after reading some good reviews. Safe to say it exceeded my expectations. I had the Petra platter which was fresh and delicious and filling and just perfect, made even more so by the Turkish coffee which was delicious. Love this place!

I’d give 1 star for the food, 1 star for the long wait time and 5 stars for the friendly staff! We ordered two vegan options: the Smashburger and the Townie Plate. Unfortunately, the burger had a dull taste and was missing a flavorful sauce, delicious bun and fresh veggies. I’ve tried many vegan burgers, and sadly, this was the worst by far. The Townie Plate took about 30 minutes to arrive, and when it finally did, the tofu was burned. As for the side of potatoes—I’m not sure what was wrong with them. They didn’t taste freshly cooked and seemed reheated or just off. I usually love potatoes, but I couldn’t eat them at all. On a positive note, the latte and banana bread were the best part of the meal. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Maybe the non-vegan food options are better, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the vegan options.

Fantastic breakfast restaurant with a hip menu and atmosphere. If you have the chance to sit outside, definitely take it because it's pretty. I got the BLT and it was one of the best I've ever had. It was also much bigger than I was expecting. The potatoes it came with were also good, though I wish they were cut up a little more. I asked for some ranch to dip them in and I'd highly recommend. Overall, a great place to have a late breakfast/early lunch near the University.

Compliments to the chefs and to the owner for picking such a perfect location and creating such an ideal ambiance. What's missing is better waiter service, and maybe 3 eggs instead of 2 for most of the breakfast dishes.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had! They paid attn to all the details, from house whipped honey butter and sprouted sourdough to three pour over coffee options with raw sugar cubes…and the Turkish eggs, OMG. Incredible!!!

The food is absolutely amazing! We had a large group and tried nearly everything on the menu. The avocado toast is large, sharable and delicious. The chicken Katsu and biscuit are cooked similar and very good. The shrimp and grits was fantastic! The staff is Fayetteville funky and super nice. It takes a bit more time than expected to get drinks out but they were busy. They easily accommodated our large party of 20. Do yourself a favor and stop by for some great culinary dishes!

Love, love, LOVE Arsaga’s. I was visiting from out of town, but I used to frequent the Depot (R.I.P.) in my collage years for their drip coffee, live music, and atmosphere. The Mill District still embodies the feel of the Arsaga’s I remember. My waitress was friendly and neither overbearing nor neglectful. The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered a BLT with avocado. When I first saw it I thought it was too big and potentially a little messy, but I inhaled the whole sandwich in a matter of seconds. The chili sauce was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy, great for dipping both my sandwich and potatoes. As always, the coffee was also heavenly. Until next time! <3

Had a group of 5. We did have to wait about an hour, but we love the food and the ambience the patio and the drinks.

Not as good as I remember. Definitely a decent portion size but the meat seems to me like it could be cooked better. Sides are great.

Our family ordered the pulled pork sandwich, rib combo, and kids chicken sandwich. Ribs were tough and hard to get apart, not fall off the bone like I’d have hoped. Pulled meats were ok, but chicken was dry and lacked flavor. Sides stole the show. Amazing green beans, Mac and cheese, baked beans, pasta salad, and potato salad. Sunday right after lunch rush so maybe that’s what affected the quality. Prices were decent. With drinks the three of us ate for around $50.

Horrible! I would give a ZERO if possible! I travel and eat barbecue all over the United States including Wrights in Rogers which is excellent! I ordered 2 meat platter one choice was burnt ends they were disgusting! No where I have ever eaten burnt ends that come in a bowl drowned in a disgusting tasting barbecue sauce! I mean the bowl was filled to the top with sauce and burnt ends were in the bowl drowned in sauce! Horrible! We ordered $70 worth of food when the cashier came over and asked how it was I told her I couldn’t eat the burnt ends they are terrible covered in this horrible sauce. She said our burnt ends come in a sauce already I guess we should have told you! WOW YOU THINK! Did not offer to replace or refund! Also for a side I asked for French fries they said we have home fries I said fine. But they were NOT home fries they were fried potatoes not even remotely the same thing! I would never recommend anyone go there!

Driving through, we discovered this spot for lunch and it turned out to be a gem on this particular trip. Penguin Ed’s had a wide variety of bbq favorites and each of us enjoyed our meals. The Littles had their cheeseburgers, fries, and side salad, and they enjoyed them. Mrs. Flip Out had the Friday special of smoked meatloaf, green beans, and mashed potatoes. It was seriously the best meatloaf she’s ever had; it had great flavor and delicious. I had a 2 meat combo plate with burnt ends and ribs with bbq beans and house fries, a cup of chili. The chili was delicious and I would order it every time. The ribs and burnt ends had excellent flavor. If we lived in the area, this would undoubtedly be one of our go-to restaurants. The service was outstanding! We also shared 2 cookies amongst ourselves, and they were amazing. We had the Nieman Marcus and the Toffee Pecan cookies. Hope you check it out and enjoy it as much as we did!

The ribs were kinda dry and tough and fatty. The burnt ends were more like roast beef chunks in sauce and so tough I couldn’t eat them. The fried potatoes were awesome! Sweet tea was fair. The staff were very nice and place is clean. I’ll try it again as maybe it was an off day.

Didn’t want to give a bad review because the employees who helped me out were friendly and attentive but…… holy crap what a disappointment! Chopped beef tasted like it was made in a crockpot and poorly done at that. Not even the slightest note of smoke flavor. Mac and cheese tasted like it come from a box. Potato salad was okay but forgettable. I’m also thinking they “forgot” to add seasoning to any of the dishes. Food was blander than listening to NPR News. They gain 1 star for the sausage. It was decent with a nice level of juiciness. I’ll never get that $20 back. Wasting it at the casino would’ve been a better option.

Burnt ends. I’ve had them from here and they were great. I’ve also gotten them from here and they were the toughest pieces of BBQ I’ve ever had. I’m talking beef jerky coated in sauce. I think this restaurant is good but the inconsistency is reflected in my rating.

Had an itch for Thai food on my way up to Fayetteville. So wanted to check out this highly recommended spot downtown. Ordered fresh spring rolls with shrimp… absolutely love spring rolls. These were top notch. I appreciated the sauce with peanut, but would have preferred an actual peanut sauce with some chili oil to kick the spice level up. Received a house salad also. Loved the dressing on it. Never had a dressing like that so I cant really describe it as anything but sweet and very refreshing. For entree I went with the cashew chicken. It was very good and something I have never ordered before. When asked the spice level i said 3 / 5 level and honestly there was no spice. When I eat Thai I want to have my taste buds tingling. So wish it was spicier. Other than that, the food was fast, great quality, and very tasty. Highly recommend

Absolutely the best green curry I’ve ever had and I have tried LOTS! Most recently, I have been ordering the “Avocado Curry with Fried Tofu”. It’s the perfect balance of spice, creaminess, and flavor. I get a spice 1, I could probably get a 2 but I am not a big spice person and don’t want to ruin it. I like enough spice for a little extra flavor. The staff is kind and I especially enjoy sitting outside on their patio! Family and friends have tried many dishes and you can’t go wrong! I highly recommend: Avocado Curry 🔥 Green Curry 🔥 Sea Bass 🔥 Appetizer: Summer Rolls with Shrimp 🔥

We had such a pleasant experience. We were impressed with how they have a separate vegetarian menu. Most of the Thai restaurants add oyster sauce in their veg fried rice and don’t mention them. This one is actually free from fish sauce or eggs. We tried their clear soup, veg spring rolls and pineapple curry. The pineapple curry was not only looking good but also delicious. Parking could be a bit tricky, so get ready for a small walk.

The boyfriend and I started off with some fresh spring rolls for me and the calamari for him. The spring rolls were DELICIOUS and super filling and the sauce was a little bit more tangy than I'd like but still had that peanut flavor that I really enjoy, like a vinegar based dressing. My partner said the calamari was very delicious and crispy. He also asked for a sake recommendation from our waitress who gave him a sweeter sake that he very much enjoyed for his first time. Then I had the yellow curry tofu, which was SO creamy and sweet from the coconut cream and the vegetable were cut into cute little shapers which made eating them even more fun, while my partner got the combination plate that he had no complaints about. We ended with the house spun coconut cream ice cream which just melted in your mouth so perfectly. All in all a very delicious experience with a very knowledgeable wait staff and we will be returning :)

Original Taste of Thai never disappoints. Great service and hot, fresh, delicious food. Not to mention, the absolute best spring rolls and crab wontons anywhere.

The wait staff was very professional and eager to help me decide what was good on the menu. The spring rolls were perfect, but the Pad Thai was too sweet and the level of spice wasn't near what the reviews had me expecting. They did say that their current batch of peppers were lacking spice so that was definitely on me for not ordering a lever or two spicier. Would definitely recommend this as a good place for friends to catch up over a meal, the atmosphere is relaxed and the restaurant had the perfect noise level for conversation.

So we decided to drop in here to grab a couple of tacos. I’ve been here before and never really been that impressed, but we were close by. What a mistake. My wife and I both ordered a grilled chicken taco and their “new” Baja fish taco. Let me tell you, if all you like is a tortilla and no meat or fish this place is for you. What a joke. The fish taco had a pinky size piece of fish. I could buy a whole box of fish sticks for the cost of their taco. The grilled chicken taco had a few shreds of chicken and mostly lettuce. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Construction on College Ave made this place a pain to access in May 2025, but the food was great and ready fast. This proves to be a reliable chain for quality food; my husband had a burrito while I had a taco combo with grilled shrimp and chicken ranch tacos with a side salad. The bathroom was nice and clean as well.

I appreciate what Tacos for Life stands for and their service normally matches that generosity and care. I only have one misgiving with this restaurant, and that’s their southwestern rice bowl. It’s one of my favorite meals of all time—in any restaurant—but I often (at least 3 times now) do not receive the dressing when I order it to go, which is rather disappointing. All in all, amazing food and kind staff, but check to make sure you have your dressing before leaving the parking lot.

I have been to both this location and the Springdale one and they were great experiences overall. Friendly staff, fresh food, large portions, and good prices. We went to this Fayetteville location this week because they were participating in School Spirit Night and donating a percentage back to my kids school. They also donate to global charities too as advertised at all their locations. My husband got the ultimate nachos and they were huge, big enough for two. We tried the chicken tortilla soup which was good but spicier than I had anticipated since I got it for my kids and I wish it came with chips to dip . I have tried the Mexican Cobb Salad before which was absolutely delicious and filling. This time I got the combo salad and a taco. I got the Hawaiian taco which may be my new favorite. It was grilled shrimp with pineapple sauce and toasted coconut. Plenty of food and great price! They also have a rewards program. We will be back for sure. I want to try their new street tacos next time!

Katie was super helpful taking our order! Everyone was super polite. Good was good as always! We had the classic beef taco and the fajita chicken taco. Both were great!!

Excellent food, excellent service, amazing purpose. I highly recommend the chicken quesadilla if you’re not super adventurous. If you love a ton of taste go for a fried chicken taco or Baja shrimp taco! The sides are also amazing and so is the queso. To top it all of Tacos for life helps out a lot of people that are in need.

5 stars for the mission - very cool. The space is nice; clean and fun decor without being overloaded. The food is good but not memorable. I enjoyed the puffy taco more than the regular tacos. The chipotle steak puffy taco was the one I enjoyed. I also tried the mahi mahi on flour and it was edible but wouldn’t get it again. Basic not great flour tortillas. The Mexican creamed corn side was good. Got the trio of dips for the table. Guac wasn’t great. Salsa and queso were ok. * To Note - the 2 tacos and a side deal is $13.99 but it depends on what tacos you choose - the menu doesn’t say which ones will be an up-sell until you see the price come up on the register. I was just told some tacos are more than others. Mine was $15.67 (not a ton more and understandable, just doesn’t tell you anywhere so I was surprised when I saw the higher price ring up).

Crazy it took me over 10 year to write a review. Things have definitely changed for the better. They have delicious pizza on-site. They have a huge area for seating now. Lots of new beers, but a large selection of flagship beers. Overall it’s a great brewery with an awesome owner definitely a good guy!

This spot is my kinda jam.. Funky, vibrant, fun. Love the decor choices for sure. Plenty of space, both indoor and out. Tried out a couple beer options and both were solid. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Crafts and pizza, what a perfect pair! There's a permanent food truck on site that has yummy pizza. They offer dairy free, vegan, and gluten-free pizza options, too! This is a great place for large groups. The outdoor area is large and has lots of seating. It is also covered and heated in the winter. So bring your friends, games, appetite, and wallet. You'll love this locally brewed craft beer!

We were in town for an evening and decided to stop in. Friendly atmosphere, great tasting beer, cider and food. Definitely try the pizza.

My favorite brewery in the country. I had just moved the the Ozarks, and in my scanning of the local options, this little gem caught my eye. I’m a Belgian ale guy, and I found their saison in a store. Subtle fruit, aromatic, and a little more nutty than most. I had to check out the tap house a few miles away! I was very pleasantly surprised to also find Belgian brown, triple, quad, and barrel-aged selections. They also have an amazing selection of IPAs blondes, pilsners, sours, stouts, and lagers. Something for everyone! Everything tastes clean, with lots of nuance. Really good local feel, and cool funky hangout vibe. I’ve met so many wonderful people here, super inclusive! Love it! So then, on top of all of that, there is this amazing wood-fired pizza trailer in the back that puts out super inexpensive, high-quality pizzas on top of all of it! Heaven on earth!

Really chill place and easy to miss. The two drinks I tried were great and they have a connection with a pizza food truck that was pretty good as well. Only complaint is that there is not much parking. I tried the birch blond and the brea brown.

Can I just say I loved it so much I picked up a six pack to go home. Delicious!

Cute coffee shop with a great vibe! Nice spot to work or chill, and they usually have food trucks outside which is a plus. Tried the almond and chocolate croissants but they were okay, probably wouldn’t get them again, but I’d definitely come back for the ambience and overall feel of the place.

Great Coffee with a unique menu! Puritan does the basics well, but also has a variety of drinks i’ve never seen at any other Coffee Shop. While the coffee is great, the main attraction here is the atmosphere. They have great seating indoors and outside. The inside is huge, so there’s always a comfortable spot to sit. Highly recommend!

Fun mix of beer and coffee. Cool atmosphere to hang out and chill. Lots of college students taking advantage of the nice open area to study. They also have a wine bar. Did not try the treats but they looked tasty.

This is an amazing hip place in the downtown area. The atmosphere is so chilled, the coffee is good. There is a nice selection of beer on tap. I spent some time here alone chilling with my glass of iced mocha. The brownie is good. Coffee and brownie, everything is just perfect, moderately sweet. The place is great for chilling alone, working on laptop, hanging out with friends, or even for a casual date. Highly recommended if you are around.

Great little brewery. We came to sign petitions, we stayed for the beers. My pictures show the beer and the names. The s'mores was particularly good. Golden ale and oatmeal stout was good as well.

I booked their patio for my husbands birthday and everything was perfect! Would give this place 20 stars if I could!! Carey handled my reservation request and was super responsive anytime I reached out to her. Their vibe is immaculate as well as their beer! I had thrown away some gift cards and they were able to recover them for me as well (must have been the beer talking). The bartender was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed (including party plates, napkins and forks). I will 100% be booking this place for any future events. Thank you again to your staff for how well everything was executed.

A nice, casual, fun taproom adjacent to the Razorback greenways. The owners/ staff are cool. The environment is laid back. They don’t have much selections, but the they have good stuff. We stopped by once and chilled for a while. And we definitely recommend the place. We tried the following two: Nutty Runner - very smooth nut brown ale. chocolaty malt flavor has an awesome roasted nutty aftertaste. Spottie Ottie - Bold and dark oatmeal stout. initial sweetness soon gives way to a coffee and chocolaty aftertaste.

Fun microbrew with an athletic bent on the Nutty Runner. Good spot for bicyclists and runners to grab a light beer at the end of a route. Great variety of styles, including an aged sour. Supports local artists, with evening visits from the artists. Unexpectedly cool.

Columbus House Brewery has a small selection, but really good beers. They had six beers on tap when I visited, so I tried a flight of all of them. They also had a nice relaxed friendly atmosphere. There was also a shelf of several board games available, which was fun. It's a good time, and a great stop in Fayetteville. Finally, they have the most epic welcome mat ever!

In from out of town and stopped by to check this place out on Saturday evening. The selection was limited but very tasty. Good experience until I went to close my tab and the bar tender had given my card to someone else who signed for me and closed my tab out. Neither one looked at the name on the card, the amount on the tab nor the type of card - both AMEX but different colors. Bartender apologized and tried to contact the other card owner and stated that my tab would be covered. No luck on either - tab still got charged since the other person signed for me. Now we are cancelling the card and everything associated with it as well as disputing the charge - unbelievable. Pay attention to what you are doing, this is a complete pain in the XXX.

My husband used to live in Arkansas and these tacos are legendary in our household. So glad I got to try them. They live up to the hype. You can tell the tortillas are handmade. They’re nice and soft and not dry. Got Al Pastor and Asada and both were delicious. I’d include a photo but I already ate everything! 🤪

Me and my boyfriend just had dinner here after a night of being at a rave and it was the best sandwiches we WILL be back! This place was so awesome! Service was awesome kind and honest and we love that! Will be recommending this place to everyone we know I had the steak and it had avocado and that’s my favorite combination. My boyfriend told them to surprise him and he was so impressed!

These tacos we really good, clean and genuine street style tacos. The salsas we on point. The only request would be to have the pastor in a shaved trompo style cut with grilled pineapple.

I really like slims food. But I've been to the fly-thru 3 times now and each time there has been long waiting times, chaotic atmosphere and mix up of orders. We went again today, I got home and realized they hadn't given us our drinks, so I drove back to pick that up, went home and realized they had given us the wrong food order. I'll still go back but will just have to check I've got everything before I leave

I was dissatisfied with my food. I went there at the top of the lunch hour. My chicken tasted like it had been cooked, refrigerated, and reheated. It tasted like it had been cooked days ago. For this place to just recently opened, this was unacceptable. I wasted gas today and didnt get compensated... won't be back.

I used to love Slims but no longer. They’ve lost who they are and ruined their brand. Turning in their original location to a drive thru only was beyond dumb and on top of that the drive thru location has AI taking your orders, not even a human. Recommend staying away from this location. Terrible.

Facility couldn't be bothered to put up any sign or indication they had closed their drive thru line. Employees just watched me sit at the ordering screen while taking other customers orders.

Just make your way down the line picking and choosing from a variety of meats veggies, sauces and other toppings until you complete your scrumptious monstrosity. And the price is very reasonable. Then, sit down and savor the flavor of the creation before you. I'm not kidding either. If you go away hungry something is crazy wrong. Plus you can't knock your meal because you picked all the flavors. It's hard to go wrong. Stop reading reviews and get on over there. I can hear your stomach growling already!

Chipotle ain't got nothin' on Flying Burrito! They have a loyalty program that we utilize frequently with how often we go here (fam of 4 almost 5.) 10$ off at a time so be sure to enter your phone # when you visit. There's no texts or emails either just your # to keep track! They have the BEST (yes. I've been all over NWA) white queso and it's made in-house! They use fresh ingredients & make their own chips too! High quality food that doesn't mess with my sensitive more organic trained taste-buds. I always leave happily full with nearly half of my burrito left to have later at home. (They are pretty big burritos & they have a MOAB if you want something even bigger!) This is my favorite place to eat and have been coming back for years now. Baby has consistently craved it throughout pregnancy & am 6 months now :)

Had this as catering recently and it was SO good!!! Guac was super fresh as was the salsa and pico de gallo. Beef tacos were bomb! Rice and bean amazing! Would recommend!!!

Awesome local restaurant. I always find out what the special salsa is and get a meal based on that. Never disappointed in the food. Fry their chips right there. Barely a uniform in sight, staff seems genuinely friendly and will even give you a little sass if you want it. You can often see the owner in the kitchen working right alongside the team, making sure standards are kept up. Theres a reason its been a Fayetteville tradition for 2 decades.

Pretty solid fast food burrito (and other Mexican stuff) restaurant. Service was relatively quick and staff were friendly. My only complaint is the size of the queso for how much it cost, but I guess that's par for the course these days. My steak burrito was great and filling, no complaints there.

Jordin was very knowledgeable with the menu and gladly guided me to decide what I would like to order. I was surprised when she brought the food to the table instead of called out name out. The dinning room was clean as well as the bathrooms. The food was hot but a little too much. Maybe a smaller portion next time. I look forward to returning.

The lack of one star is due to the high prices. The other four stars are for the amazing patty melt they offer. Best in town in terms of fast food. Would recommend the patty melt and this whataburger to everyone but my most financially challenged friends. Great place to eat.

don't even know where to begin with the trainwreck that was my recent Whataburger delivery. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This wasn't just bad food; it was an insult to my taste buds and a test of my patience. First, let's talk about the delivery time. It was utterly abysmal. I'm pretty sure my order took longer to arrive than it would have taken me to walk to the moon and back. By the time it finally showed up, I was no longer hungry, just profoundly annoyed. Then there's the sweet tea. Or what I thought was sweet tea. It tasted less like a refreshing beverage and more like something that had been sitting in the sun for a week. Seriously, it was expired, a truly disgusting experience that left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. And the food? Oh, the food. The French fries were not just cold; they were practically frozen, limp, and lifeless. I've had better fries from the bottom of a freezer bag. As for the main event, the patty melt, it was a greasy, dismal mess. The patty was swimming in so much grease it could have been an oil slick, and the entire thing just tasted like regret. "Crappy" doesn't even begin to cover it. Whataburger, you've officially lost a customer. This was a completely unacceptable experience from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and order from literally anywhere else.

I've been coming here forever one of my favorite locations, today is attempt of murder. The ignorant cashier charged me for stuff I didnt ask for, so I question him he snarkly replied with generic response telling me I orded it and I know I didnt I said look its ok its fine he walked over to the lady sitting down they both made eye contact with me laughed and headed to the kitchen a few moments later we were served with cold stale food it being our lunch break we tried to stomach through it and wasn't able to finish our meal before I could get to my vehicle it was projectile vomit, my stomach hurts and my head hurts. After years of coming here this experience has made me never want to return to this franchise I highly recommend you avoid the food poisoning from this establishment. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. For the corporate guys my order number is 278361 approval number 124310. I will be filling an official complaint and pursue that these incompetent workers be held accountable legally, this was an intentional act of harm

Got the three piece chicken finger meal with a medium Barq's root beer. Dined in and the service was fast and efficient. There was almost no wait to place my order and it was just minutes before the food was ready. The chicken was piping hot and the sauce that came with it was fanominal. The crinkle cut fries had a little too much salt for my taste but other than that I would definitely recommend eating there.

Raising canes has always been a favorite place of mine! My first time trying raising canes was back in my home state Texas. Moved to Arkansas & Fayetteville is the closest to have raising canes! Love them!

This was my first time going to a Canes! Unfortunately I won’t be going back for a while. I had a short black hair fried into the chicken batter….I have long blonde hair so I definitely know it’s not mine. Luckily I found it before I ate anything. I will say though, the girl who took my order at the drive through was very bubbly and nice.

I just reeeealy like canes and their sauce. The service is very often good, and the menu is simple making choices easy. It's delicious and absolutely worth it if you like chicken (it's all they really do). And the eating area gives chill vibes.

This was our first time visiting a Raising Canes, and we loved it! The food was so fresh, fast, and the service was amazing! The restaurant was clean, and the cashier went above and beyond to make sure we were ok! We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Arkansas!

My family and I came through the drive through roughly around 4:20pm today. We ordered three dinner meals with drinks. One being a sweet tea with a scoop of ice cream added. The gentleman on the speaker said that he would have to charge us for a kids scoop. We said that would be fine and proceeded to the window to pay. We did not get the ice cream in the tea. When asked the girl said it was didn’t order any ice cream. The manager then refused to give us her name or give us our receipt to show were it was not charged. Because the girl at the first window didn’t gives us one. With a very upset three yr old we were in a hurry and didn’t think about the receipt. I wanted to pull into a parking space but with kids in the backseat and one being a screaming three years old so we had to come straight home. We get home to hardly no fries in one box and another box smeared with something and cold chicken. Seriously Braum’s do better.

Great stop for ice cream! My wife, daughters, and I love Braum’s—it’s a staple in our dessert rotation. My wife usually gets a Heath mix, I go for orange sherbet or an Oreo and Reese’s mix, and our daughter loves the cotton candy ice cream. Service is typically quick with little to no wait, prices are reasonable, and it’s always one of our go-to spots when we’re craving ice cream!

It's official. Shrinkflation has hit our local Braums. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. The patty was thinner than the bottom unrounded bun but when I asked for it to be remade and they even noted that it looked like an old patty and the remade one has a smaller diameter patty and slightly thicker in one spot but thin nonetheless resembling the same thickness of the bottom bun still. I was told that patties are inconsistently sized (That's a whole another can of worms but okay). Earlier today we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for my partner at 1:00 p.m. Same story, thin chicken but they were hungry and didn't have time to go back on their lunch break. These spicy chicken sandwiches I just ordered at 4:30 that I asked to be remade we're both thin like the one at 1:00 p.m. and not inconsistent like I was told. Today they've been consistently thin and small. They've been consistently good and well portioned up until now as we get these a few times a week and have had no issues until now but here we go.. Heck, I usually have to wait for our chicken sandwiches to be completed because they take so long to cook because they make me park in the parking lot waiting for it telling me that they have to wait for the chicken to finish cooking. Thin chicken patties don't take long to cook and I didn't have to wait at all today for any sandwich that I ordered. Must be because they were thicker patties to have to cook through before and now they are thin. Must be a new supplier. One star for food portions shrinking without the price is going down.

Went here yesterday for the first time. Staff was very kind and patient. I really like their market with their own affordable dairy products. The shake, sundaes, and ice cream we tried were all delicious and great prices! The burger and fries were not great, and we would probably never order again. The burger did not look like the photo at all. It was flat and tasted just like a frozen patty from a high school cafeteria. No flavor and weird texture. I was very disappointed in the food and so was my husband. But my kids liked the junior burger, bag of 6 with cheese for $7, and it surprisingly had a much better flavor that the adult burgers.

Normally love going here to get frozen yogurt cone. But i wanted a milkshake, i wanted peanut butter in it... They told me they dont have peanut butter on the dessert side.... I must have remembered wrongly... But it was still good...the plain vanilla

They had an employee who spoke very quickly with a foreign accent working the drive through. I ordered a bag of burgers, large fries, and a medium soda. The young lady did not repeat the order, just said to pull forward. When I got to the first window to pay, it was obvious they had not entered the large fries. Of course, that (different) employee didn't read back my order, she just took the credit card and said the price. I interrupted her and said that didn't sound like enough money. She said, no, that's for a bag of burgers and a medium drink. I said, no, I ordered fries. She couldn't figure out how to add fries to the order, so she had to go get help. The help was the young lady who spoke broken English very quickly. That second last said, you just wanted fries? I said no, I want a bag of burgers, a large fries, and a medium drink. Then she repeated, okay, just fries. I said, no, a bag of burgers, fries, and a medium drink. At that time, the assistant manager walked to the first window and asked the two workers if there was a problem. They both said, no, they have it figured out. So the assistant manager left. They eventually charged me the correct amount, which included fries, and gave me a receipt. The first lady, who was working the window, apologized for the mistake. However, I addressed the second young lady, who had taken my order over the drive through speaker. I said, it would be helpful if you spoke slower and read back the order when you enter it, to make certain that you have it correct. That young lady stood at the window and literally laughed at me for complaining! That made me angry. So I pull to the second window, grab the sack of food and my drink, and drive home. Arriving at home, I discovered I had the five junior burgers and the drink, which was correct, but there were no fries in the bag. I immediately telephoned the store and asked to speak with the manager. The person answering the phone identified herself as the assistant manager. I told her what had happened, and she was kind and apologized. She said she was the one who had joined the two workers at the window who were trying to enter the fries to the completed order. She explained that both of the young ladies were "new employees." I said, regardless, I am without large fries. And I didn't appreciate at all that young lady speaking broken English laughing at me when I began to get frustrated. The assistant manager said she could do nothing about the mix-up unless I drive back to the store and came inside to speak with her. I told her that my hamburgers would be cold by the time I drive back to her store to get the fries. She said since I already had the hamburgers, she could not replace them with warm hamburgers. She suggested I eat the hamburgers while they were still warm, then drive back to the store, get the fries they had omitted from the order, then drive back home and eat the fries. This is a frequent problem with Braum's stores, and is the reason I don't shop there or eat there very often. I think the quality of their food is very good, and I like going inside the store to get produce and ice cream. But I don't do that often because Braum's does not give enough training to these young employees, and the managers are too quick to blame the mistake on their "new employee." It seems if the managers did their job and trained the new employees properly, that Braum's stores would be a first-class operation.

Great ice cream, fast service, value prices. Perfect for a family. We also love all the other grocery items they have. All the dairy, meat, and cheese items they carry are top notch!

Seems recently the quality of the chicken patties has gone down they are tough and very chewy at times. Also no matter how well they do they get a poor rating because they have done so little to reduce the negative impact their business has on the city. The company could buy another one close and they would both still be packed. Also, on the non customer side their deliveries are always prepared quickly and it's smooth.... In the afternoon and at night but the earlier you are in there the worse it is. Morning shifts frequently looks lost and moves at half the speed of other team members. Ok rant over food for thought!!

Always happy with Chick-fil-a ! I don't think I've ever been dissatisfied with them. The crew is happy and helpful. They always serve you with a smile and a thank you. And their food is always great. So anything you order is a good choice.

This particular location is horrible. Not necessarily due to the staff, but the location. If you are ordering breakfast through the app, make sure you are able to scan the QR code before 10:30 am or they will cancel your order. Also take into account that the line ropes out into the road when they are busy (which is everyday) so if you are thinking you will be able to get there on time, add an additional 15 minutes for the line. This is post getting our order canceled after waiting 15 minutes in line. Hope your experience is better than ours.

Gluten free chicken. Tell them so they can put a red flag on it because they will be careful . I don’t give many fives. I’d like to give them a 4.6 . Nah I’m gonna go ahead and give them a five. The place is always fast , the kids are always polite -pretty rare that my order ever gets messed up. They run that drive-through right. I am giving this mostly because they have gluten-free chicken nuggets. Well they’re like grilled naked nuggets. But I never get sick when I eat them which is a giant plus for me. I’m not celiac but I am gluten intolerant. So far I have tolerated these. And I like their kale salad. I just like the fact that they have a vegetable so many places don’t have green vegetables especially a fast food place. I wish every fast food place had a healthy green option. Close-up of that grilled char chicken . Not too dry for me either which is rare at most places. I’ll probably shouldn’t eat it but I like the Polynesian sauce. I love the Chick-fil-A sauce but I need to avoid it for now.

I get a ice coffee here daily with whip cream; lately I've had the employees tell me they don't do whip cream and they argue with me. I've gotten it several times and is it really worth being rude to me over whip cream? Just squeeze it in on the top; is it that hard? I paid for the whip cream; but I've have 3 employees argue with me over it. I'll get my ice coffee somewhere else if I'm going to have to argue every time I go in. It's just whip cream.

I can't find the picture I took for the cheesy shrimp rice dinner. It was so delicious I almost forgot to breathe between bites. I had a few of their tacos along with the Diablo Burrito, but I was curious about the newest item offered. It's full of baby shrimp and their beans are on point also as I believe they're cooked in lard. I can eat the beans and be happy, but I've found that every dish I've ordered from here or sampled from someone else has always hit the spot. It's a little crowded at times, but I suggest if you have the time and money to venture here for a memorable food experience.

Due to the corner location you either need to take to light (Sang) or the driveway through a neighboring restaurant to get to the access road to this place. Called in my order and it was ready by the time I got there, less than 15 minutes. Delicious!! Guacamole egg rolls and Brochetas Mixtas.

California burrito was a mess. Fell apart after the first bite. Had mainly Pico de gallo(massive chunks of tomato and onion) as the filler instead of everything else listed for the burrito. Had to use venmo to pay them? What happened to this place…?

I typically judge a place that has tacos by its tacos, and these do not disappoint. Love this place so much! Just tried it out a couple months ago and have been here more than five times now. They have never disappointed. Chicken soft tacos, guacamole and chips (amazing!), Al Pastor burrito, Classic hard tacos, California Burrito, and their tamales are all amazing. I don’t typically try everything on a menu, but we definitely are on our way to doing that here. 😂 And I love that their salsa comes with every order. Both of the options are delicious. You will not regret ordering food from here.

I'd like to put a better review, most of the menu has been pretty decent. But recently I have had a few subpar items and this latest one was a doozy! I know where meat comes from, I know meat can have veins/gristle and stuff in it but this was ridiculous. I bit into a huge gnarly vein in my shredded beef chimi. When I pulled this thing out of my mouth I basically died inside.

Had the Carne Asada Torta and loved it. Be warned that it's extremely messy to eat, I had to use a fork and it was difficult even then. Tasted amazing though.

It's so bad here. I wish I was being dramatic but I don't understand at all how/why it's such a bad experience. We waited an exceptionally long time for our food. I got a vanilla shake with mine, that they brought up and sat in a puddle of melted ice cream/toppings on the counter. When I went back up to check on my order, nobody was making any food and were confused after one of them asked if I had been helped and I told them I was waiting for my food. They asked what I had and then said they were waiting on a chicken patty. When it was ready, my burger was obviously pretty old on a cold bun with a hard slice of cold cheese. The chicken was a regular and should have been a spicy. My daughter took it up so they could remake it, and they made ANOTHER regular.. not spicy, drowned in mayo. We gave up at that point. I can't wrap my head around what's going on here.

Hopefully management sees this. Ordered a medium fry, and this is what I found in my bag with I got home. No, I was not eating fries on my way home lol I live like 5 minutes away. Service has been consistently bad. I hate to say it but it’s true and it’s been this way every time I’ve visited. Lots of other reviews say the same.

Burger was cold enough that cheese didn't melt at all. The salad was withered and it was starting to turn brown. One of the employees got up on a ladder right over where we were eating and begin to clean the filter above the table making dust come down. Ask for mustard and they only gave me one pack. They were out of the salad dressing that they originally said they had. Tables were dirty.

This store is next to my school, so I recently went with my boyfriend. The girl in the cone line was honestly really odd. She didn't smile, spoke in a monotone voice, and didn't serve the ice cream properly. I work at the Braums on college, so I know what our service is supposed to look like. This lady took our order, served my boyfriend the wrong froyo, and when I corrected her mistake she made the new cone 3x smaller than it's supposed to be. My scoop of regular ice cream was definitely not the 4oz scoop they're supposed to serve. The place was miserable and had a really heavy feel to the atmosphere. The employees definitely hate their job....

I’ve been to Braum’s before, and this was disappointing. The workers were slow, and somehow figured out how to mess up a Sunday. Two of us ordered sundays and they came out melted and in a cup, nothing like what we thought we were ordering. The store was slightly messy, having to clean off a table before using it. Thankfully braums has a good place in my heart or I wouldn’t go back.

Alexandra is absolutely top of the game! Her customer service goes way beyond measure, if she is not a manager she absolutely needs to be. Attitude was amazing, and made my experience top notch.

This Braums used to be good. Now, you can't even get a PLAIN burger made correctly. My fries were burnt, over salted and just put in the box with all of the bits from the fried chicken and everything else cooked in the oil.

Delivery driver was rude, cursed at me, and wouldn't listen to directions when I tried to direct him to my home. I purposefully left detailed instructions because people frequently get lost, even with gps. He did not read these, yelled at me, and forced me to come outside. The reason I ordered delivery was because I have a broken leg and it's hard for me to get around. He continued to make excuses, the entire time. Pizza was cold by the time I got it and had absolutely no cheese. When I called, the lady on the phone was so nice and offered a replacement, but then a few minutes later I got another call from a guy who said he made the pizza. This man tried to gaslight me telling me that there was cheese just under the toppings. Sir, I'm currently disabled, not stupid. The only nice thing that I can say is that a replacement was brought within 30 minutes and the female delivery driver was very nice. While I have generally enjoyed this pizza, and have been loyal to Jim's since I moved to the area in 2001 and have recommended them to many others, I will no longer be ordering from them or recommending them to anyone else ever. This was absolutely unacceptable and I'm so disappointed to have lost a fairly good pizza.

Hawaiian pizza is the best. They only had two pieces, I ask for another Hawaiian, she said it would be at least 20 minutes. Me and my granddaughter dined in and waited. However, they never did get more Hawaiian. 😭

Really can't beat the special! 2 slices and a soda for $6.50. This place is a tiny hole in the wall inside the gas station. Great find! definitely gonna go back and try their other options too.

Very disappointing first time experience. We ordered three pizzas, two of which were cheese and arrived very burnt. We were a bit shocked when we opened the boxes. One of the cheese pizzas oddly had lettuce underneath it as well. This was for a birthday party with children excited to eat after running around. It didn’t taste good and now I have an entire cheese pizza leftover that no one wants to eat. Disappointing, waste of my money. We won’t order from here again.

Delicious pizza! Can buy by the slice! Very very very friendly customer service! The worker, (I wish I knew his name to recognize his excellent service) took my 4 year old sons pizza slice and cut it in half to make it easier for him to eat. Great job guys, I will definetly be back again!

Normally I'm a big Jimmy John's fan, but, my brother and I went there on July 5th. We ordered a 16-in sandwich and an 8-in sandwich one bag of chips and one Coke and the total was $30. We got it to go and of course they only made two 8-inch sandwiches and the boy and girl that was working there were both very rude and the sandwiches were horrible. I may still visit Jimmy John's sometime, but I will never go back to this location because this is the second time that they have messed up our order and we're very very rude!!

Never have I ever received such service. The staff acted as if they were under the influence. It took a solid two minutes for someone to finally approach me, since they are just standing at the prep station. Apparently this location hasn’t not had bread since Friday(April 12th 2024). This establishment is known for their bread. There should’ve have been a sign notifying customer that they didn’t not have bread available only wraps. The employees didn’t want to engage from the beginning of the transaction. Then when they refused to make my wrap, they couldn’t even do the math to refund me for my sandwich that I was charged for and didn’t get. Never got my “wrap” or my refund. Total was 8.39 and I gave $9 exact and got .61 cents back. Never have I ever! If the store isn’t ready for late night in a college town again then stick to midnight. Last, but not least, Jimmy John’s is known for the bread!

ordered for delivery for volunteers at the Walton arts, the tracking number didn’t work so I called and the guy on the phone was beyond rude saying he couldn’t hear me and hung up. When the food got here none of the drinks were labeled. We got no straws or napkins.

Definitely NOT freaky fast. We ordered two menu sandwiches- no alterations just their basic menu items. It took well over 15 minutes and we watched three people be served before us who arrived after us. For 5 workers there and available, they sure were lacking speed.

Got my sandwich and it was missing like 2 out of 5 of the ingredients that come on it with rotten brown lettuce, I called to see if maybe there could be some kind of way to make amends and the worker who answered the phone had an unprofessional attitude and offered me $5 dollars off of a whole new sandwich even though i paid full price for half a sandwich… Doesn’t make sense to me, only two stars because this is only my first or second problem with this place.

This place is a GODSEND!! I just came through with my niece for the first time and we hadn’t eaten here before. While having an extensive conversation with the employees about the menu, they were very patient, willing to answer all of my questions, and prepared to make any changes to the order to accommodate my financial needs. After it was all said and done, I was trying to figure out my online bank account and was having a hard time. After seeing my struggle, the employees offered to give us the food for free! It was truly and embarrassing moment, but that they were very understanding of my predicament. Without them, my niece and I would have been very hungry and helpless! PLEASE GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE!! 🙏🏼👏🏼

Stopped in for the first time ever today. Got a great sandwich and a decent lemonade. The lady who made the sandwich was pretty pleasant and friendly. The guy who was running the register however did his best to ignore me and make me feel unwelcome. I ordered a combo and was told it was a drink or chips not both. Asked for pickles and got no response from him either. He just kept ringing things up. I gotta sandwich and a drink no receipt all for $17.29. I don't know what I actually was charged for but , the sandwich was great. Handed me my sandwich with a snide here and turned and walked away as I asked for a bag that I didn't get. And no it wasn't busy. Maybe it has to do with my appearance. I'm wearing clean hi viz and a work uniform. Maybe I just wasn't up to standards. IDK. Sad because the sandwich was great but I don't think I will put myself through that experience again.

We stopped at Pickleman's after moving my daughter into the dorm at University of Arkansas. It was a really hot day out, but inside the restaurant was very comfortable. The ordering process might be a little overwhelming the first time you come in, because it is only listed behind the counter where you order, so you can't really look it over before being directly where you would put in the order. Still, the menu is straightforward and has a lot of great options. The people working were really friendly and they didn't make us feel rushed at all. They also seemed to be communicating well with each other and there was a general feeling of them being happy at their jobs. The food tasted really good, and my only criticism is that the fillings for the sandwiches is kind of meager considering the price. But outside of that, the sandwiches all tasted great, the tables and chairs were all clean and neat, and the drink area was also taken care of. So, overall I would recommend PIckleman's as a great lunch spot in Fayetteville that is easy to access when you are on campus.

I was so happy to see a restaurant open when I got in from traveling.. didn’t even have to leave my room. Quick online ordering and delivery.. great food.. good price.. thank you..

EDIT: changed from 3 star to 5 star because Jed, the manager took complete care of me and graciously fed my 2 roommates and I for free and personally made sure that everything was perfect, and let me tell you, it was! He gave me 3 pizzas cooked perfectly, a buuunch of pickles and 2- 8oz soups to share. He went above and beyond to make sure i was happy, he even gave me his personal number! It was one of the best pizzas ive had. He had his most trusted delivery person bring the food and it came in a timely manner and assured my food was brought perfectly so of course i slid him a smooth 20. I will definitely be back and Jed deserves a raise!! He made a potentially tense conversation totally easy, he made me feel heard and he handled it with grace. Thank you JED! :::new pizza pics added::: I have been here a hundred times. And usually it’s pretty great/decent, i like the veggie sandwich, stocked up, and the cheddar broccoli soup 🤤Plus they deliver late! Buuuut, and this is not the first time, our pizza was super cold, scrunched almost in half, cheese displaced, the sauce ramekins had made dents in the solidified cheese in the middle of the pie and ranch was Allll over the sides. it was horrendous. They offered us credit which was nice but never once said sorry, it was like talking to a robot. This post isn’t to make people not come here but to tell the delivery people to be more careful with pizza and deliver it quicker. (We live right down the street on MLK so we must have been last on a multi order delivery) and womever is on the phone should have some heart and humanity when talking about a complaint... also there were no cutlery or napkins.

I appreciate the wearing of gloves for food prep, however, wearing gloves with hands in pockets, then tending to register, then making sandwich with said gloves without changing is disappointing. I would rather see constant hand washing then thinking every surface you touch while wearing them doesn't transfer to the food. Ridiculous!

The best part is their timing. You will find food here until midnight, when most of the places are closed. We stopped by for a quick late night dinner, and got a pizza. The sandwiches look delicious too, gotta taste them in future. The pizza was good, however a bit pricy I would say.

The food is mediocre, the service is always rude. Their staff is always trying to do something to scam you. One experience they charged me a meal combo and said oh sorry we don't have any cups, when I could clearly see cups behind them. On my most recent experience, I ordered another lackluster meal for an egregious $17.... I go to look at my account and they deducted to volunteer me for a 2 dollar tip that I did not authorize. Terrible business practice. I will be reporting unethical business practices to the bbb. Don't waste your time or money here where they will constantly try to scam you

Terrible experience at this location — save your time and money. I placed an online order on 5/27 and received the completely wrong meal. I called the store right away, only to find out they don’t accept calls, so I submitted an online complaint with photos and all the necessary details. Days went by and I never heard back. So today, I went in person to speak with a manager. I spoke with Landon, who showed zero empathy for the situation. I asked for a remake of my order something that should’ve been simple, especially with the timestamped photos and receipt I provided and was told that they “might” have done it back on Tuesday, but not today. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. Instead of resolving the issue, Landon had me repeat the same online complaint process and offered no real solution. I ended up re-paying for the same food I should’ve received correctly the first time, and then he tried to hand me a burnt waffle. Do yourself a favor and go to the Bentonville or Springdale locations. This one is consistently disappointing and clearly lacks accountability or customer care.

The Establishment was busy. I had to ask for the sticky table to be wiped down, again... from previous customers' use. My iced tea had a strange fishy taste to it. It took 15 minutes for our waitress to return to our table to refill my husband's coffee and for me to request a Pibb Xtra, in place of the tea. I ordered the Steak meal.. the thin steak was overcooked.. my hash browns weren't cooked in the center.. and they didn't serve Salads with their meals. My husband ordered the Philly Cheese steak sandwich. He said that it was good.

Quite frankly, I'm not sure what to expect from a Waffle House as I've only been to one 1 time, but this is still worse than I expected. The prices were not as cheap as everyone makes Waffle House out to be. However, I did not get any food, so I don't know if it's worth it at all. My friends, however, did mention that their food was good, at least for Waffle House standards. My biggest complaint was how dirty the table was when we sat down. Otherwise, everything met my expectations. Edit: I came back and actually got food. I had a much better experience. I liked the food and the service was good. It's worth noting it was not that busy, so that probably helped.

I used to love this location but the service has spiraled downhill. I walked in and there were several booths available and clean but I was told to sit down and wait for a spot to open up. Yeah, no. It's a waffle house, not a five star restaurant.

What can I say, it's waffle house. I always know what to expect when I go in there, and I always get it, and that's worth its weight in gold. The servers are always warm and friendly and the food is predictably comfortable comfort food. They won't win any prizes for healthy food, but who cares?

Quick cleaned surfaces.. cheap food. If you don’t care then Waffle House if for you. Overcooked bacon and half raw over easy eggs. Nothing has a distinguish taste. All greasy and quickly “cooked”. The waffles has the same taste like IHOPs pancakes. Tells me Waffle House has no signatures taste on its own. Coffee watery and sweetener old. Not sure what can go wrong but this restaurant can make that happen. Won’t be back. Definitely American low quality food. Especially the price not worth it at all. The waffles ridiculous..

Waffle house is a reliable quick stop, especially when traveling cross-country and I don’t want to seek out new places to try in areas I don’t know. The service was great and quick. The food was 😋

This was our first time coming to the Fayetteville Freddy’s, and we had such a wonderful experience that exceeded all other experiences we’ve ever had at a Freddy’s that I had to come leave a review. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous and went above and beyond with customer service! Our food was out quickly and generously supplied. A manager even came by our table to check on us. Everything was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed it so much, we will probably drive a little further just to continue coming to this location. Thank you for caring about your costumers!!

Got the double burger and it was served warm not hot. I asked for just tomatoes and mayo and they added pickles and onion. It tasted okay but really wasn't juicy. The fries were great and some of the best I've ever had. The strawberry shake was very good.

Today's visit was in the drive through. Freddy's is underrated in my opinion. Most fast food places food just isn't the same after you drive home. But this place, solid. Their food was even still warm enough to eat. The combination of fixed fresh and their packaging helps a lot. Not sure why I don't go here more often. I think I will start. Thanks for being one of only a few consistent fast food places in NWA.

Moved here from Wichita Kansas and missed Freddy's so I decided to eat here. Huge mistake! After getting the wrong order in the drive-thru, I took it inside to be fixed. No apologies but the cashier said they would fix it. After waiting more than 30 minutes, I asked about the status of my order, and was looked at with confusion. Needless to say, someone else had to ask again what I had and get it started for me. It was fixed about 5 minutes later. Really bizarre.

We went to Freddy’s after trying to get into another local burger restaurant that had a 2.5 hour wait. Freddie’s didn’t. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The food was good, exactly what I ordered and reasonably priced. The staff was nice and friendly. They had a good selection of fountain drinks. Their fry seasoning is fantastic. Usually we get custard after we eat at a Freddie’s, but we skipped it this time due to cold weather outside, but that’s usually a treat I would recommend. Thank you guys for being there to make our dinner. We really do appreciate everyone who show’s up to work to keep our economy going and to make our dinner for us.

Never EVER again! I would give zero stars if I could. I did an online order for two meals and a total of 3 concretes and 1shake my total was almost $55. My order showed to supposed to be ready at 8:20. When I pulled in I noticed a little league team with their families walked in, there was about 20 people with the group, so I figured that they would be busy with them. I waited until 8:30 to go into the restaurant to pick up my order. I first checked the mobile order station and there were no bags there. After the crowd had thinned out I went up to the counter and waited patiently until an employee asked me if they could help me. I explained to her that I had an online order and was wondering if it was almost done. She went to check and couldn’t find my order, she asked around and no one knew anything about my order. She finally came back to me, apologizes and said that they were making my order and it would be top priority. I sat down at a table and waited for my order again. The entire time she’s checking on my order, a guy is standing at the drivethru taking orders, I’m assuming he was the manager, I don’t know this for sure because he never said he was or wasn’t. After several minutes goes by, another customer came in and ordered food, and received his food within minutes of ordering! I finally caught the attention of the manager, I think, and told him to forget about my order and I just wanted my money back. He said that he couldn’t do that bc I had ordered online! Finally after almost 45 minutes from the time my order was supposed to have been ready I finally got my order. Once I got home, the fries were gross and cold, and I paid almost $8 for a large shake and got a small shake instead. I completely understand being busy but there was no excuse for the customer service or lack of, that I experienced tonight. I will never ever give Freddy’s any of my hard earned money again!

10 stars to Terra and the other crew that worked today, I was noticeably upset about something that happened previous to my visit and they could tell and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, faith in humanity restored! Excellent staff💜

Absolutely disgusting - chicken still has FEATHERS on almost all the wings we ordered. This is extremely unsanitary to be putting sauce over wings that were clearly not cleaned properly - eating wings like this could make someone extremely sick! Beware of wasting your money here, go to another location or somewhere else entirely.

My fiance Went in yesterday to grab us to go food and a homeless man ask if he could sit there while it rained , it was pouring down pretty hard and the lady turned him around. She Could’ve Atleast offered him a water and to sit, what’s the difference in a non homeless person walking in to watch a game and nothing more? Idk how people go to bed at night knowing they made poor decisions. Needless to say we won’t choose this slim chickens again. Especially since they literally just had an event where they gave out free meals. The fake giving is crazy.

I like their potato salad OK. I got a kids two piece chicken with fries and it’s not that it’s bad I just don’t like their chicken . Salted it. I still don’t like it it’s just not for me . But it does appear to be solid real white chicken breast meat. That will probably appeal to a lot of people.

They were very rude. They claim that they close at 3 AM. I pulled up at one in the morning and they told me to pull up the window. They would take my order, no problem and then slam the window in my face if you guys have a sign that says you’re open till 3 AM then you would think that you’re open till 3 AM.

So I typically don’t write reviews but I just couldn’t contain it. First off they could not hear us even after turning not only the radio but the entire car off when ordering. Then, they did not put any of the requested sauce in the bag a long with any napkins. Which I’m pretty sure napkin training is on day one. Finally we get to the icing on the cake, the nitty gritty, the boiling of the blood. Per the picture you can see the saddest excuse for a wrap I’ve ever seen. This is what $11.52 gets you at this slim chickens. After just giving up on the first half as seen in the picture I thought to myself “surely they didn’t screw up the entire thing”. NOPE! They managed to sell me a “Smokey cheddar wrap” which should have been advertised as lettuce, with a little bit lettuce, along with lettuce, then wrapped in a tortilla. So fair warning for the next poor soul that is fooled by this scam the chicken on the Smokey cheddar wrap is evidently sold separate. But in case there are any rabbits that are reading this you are in luck, this wrap is sure to feed the whole family.

What the heck is up with this $0.81 service charge. Most places give you a discount for using the app but this place charges a service fee?

I ordered doordash from this location and will no longer be ordering from them. When I received my food I did not receive my chips which I paid extra for. My bowl also had two extremely long black hairs, attached in the picture, in it before i had even touched it. So unappetizing.

I had to take back my review as i had recently had more than 3 visits the wasn't up to par. Every other day I go eat for lunch and every time the doors stay locked 5-10 min after they open causing me to rush my lunch. The trucks they get in have been coming to unload around the same time during open causing them to not open up on time. I would say it might not be their fault but when I do go in after opening the doors after 10 min of being open already that I see they are scrambling to get everything in place (they open at 11:45am, plenty of time to make sure your scoops are in the containers). Other than that the food is still excellent.

Just went in on a Saturday night. They were VERY understaffed. The line was very long, the tables were a mess, the floors were disgusting and there was water and ice all over the floor at the drink station. The food is great but the service and atmosphere really need to improve.

I ordered online and my bowl showed up missing 3 of the items I requested: corn salsa, cheese, sour cream. The portion size was also half of what I have received in the past. Very disappointing.

Predatory parking situation. Watch out! I do understand that this is due to their Landlord, but I can't leave a review for them. But I can leave a poor review for Chipotle's poor lease negotiating skills in allowing their landlord to allow for a confusing parking situation for their customers. For those that are savvy in parking around Cities and Universities like myself, this isn't a problem, Chipotle is not worth the hassle because it is not as good as it used to be. However, for people that are new to an area (like near a University) like my newly out-on-their-own child, this is highly predatory behavior. Chipotle, do better.

A popular fast food chain in the area. The food seems to be a bit healthier than Burger King and McDonald's and I can say that it is also more delicious than them. The reason I deducted points is because they still put bacon even though I told them I didn't want it. Other than that, everything was good.

Waiting double deep in drive thru line for 20 minuets now. Not sure what the problem is ! 10:35 on a Thursday doesn’t seem like a peak time ? First time at whata burger. Won’t be back.

I wish I could rate this higher but I can’t. I live nearby so it’s very convenient for me to grab a quick meal here to take home. I like to order curbside and whataburger does have good offers and rewards. Here is the problem. When I order through the app, drive through pickup is not an option until 8pm, so I choose curbside. At least 50% of the time ( and that’s being generous) I wait well over 10 minutes in the parking lot for someone to bring my order. I usually by then go inside and check on my order and it is quickly brought to me. Not sure if it is some kind of issue with syncing the order up with the app or what, but it’s very annoying to expect your food to be ready and you just wait only to find when you go in it seems like they just didn’t want to bring your food out. I think the food here is above average for fast food and the store is always clean. So please whoever reads these for the store, know there is opportunity to improve the curbside experience for the customer. I love to use the app to order, but many times I choose to go somewhere else because of the curbside service. Thanks

This is a great fast food burger joint. Spicy ketchup is very tasty. They have lots of options and are friendly. I like the grilled chicken sandwich. It's good and lighter than a hamburger. I also like the additions you can add to your burger. I always get Jalapeño. They are also open late enough to get something good after a late day at the office or, in my case, traveling.

Tessa was the attendant taking and bringing me my order. They were amazing and professional.

I have been in Memphis for a while and I came and stayed in fayetteville and I ate it three times. Their food to me is always cooked fresh. I had their new banana pudding shake. Wow!!! Amazing. And who doesn't love their honey covered chicken biscuits

Ordered fries in the drive through. Was not on the ticket when went to pay. They were added on again and paid for. Drove off and still no fries. Over $13 for a Whataburger Jr and med malt.

The past few times I’ve gotten ice cream for our family here it keeps getting worse and worse. Some nights there’s almost no toppings, the cups are always dirty and tonight one of them was barely more than halfway full. I tried to get the guy’s attention at the window but he just walked off and I didn’t want to be rude to the people waiting in line behind me.

Ordered vanilla shake with Oreo pieces on the app. I later discovered after getting home that my shake was peanut butter and had no Oreos. Still good, but disappointing.

This location is great. The employees are always kind. The orders are always timely and never incorrect. The app is full of discounts. Fantastic

This sonic drive in caused my boyfriend to have an allergic reaction due to not properly fixing their mistake. He ordered a breakfast burrito with no tortilla. It came with a tortilla and he asked them to remake it since he can’t eat it due to being celiac. Instead of remaking it they scraped it off the tortilla and now has to get medicated due to the reaction this caused. The drinks always being awful we can look past but this is insane! Next time it’s better if you just do it the right way and not the lazy way….

Didn’t have the drink I ordered and rather than ask if I was interested in something else they tried to act like nothing ever happened and short me a drink. Constantly have this problem at every sonic. My other drink barely had any flavoring as well. Over all not great and not shocking either.

Sonic is no longer what I would consider “fast food.” we have sat for 30 minutes waiting on my friend’s order and they didn’t even remember the order or her name. Upsetting to say the least!

I ordered a banana shake. Why the heck do y’all have it advertised as being “made with real fruit” and yet the shake I received was clearly made with flavoring considering it taste EXACTLY like banana laffy taffy? 🤢

Blue Cheese Fried Chicken Zalad was excellent! I will go back to try all the Zalads because mine was fresh and had a variety of toppings. The service was very kind too! He patiently answered my questions. Restaurant needed a more thorough wipe down of booth seating and tables and the floor was sticky near where we sat but overall the restaurant is tidy and we will visit again!

Overpriced as hell!!!! And the lady who was at the window wanted to charge us for an extra salad dressing. They find any little thing they can charge for and than forgot to give us a fork?!

I used to be a huge fan of Zaxby's. They mostly still hold up. The fries and toast were as I remember, but the chicken felt a little less tender than I remember. Could possibly have just been the certain batch o got.

Despite leaving out the side of Zaxville Sauce for my order, Cortney has a wonderful crew in place for both morning and night shifts. My son loved the white cheddar bites that accompanied his chicken fingers plate as I thought the honey and bacon Shazam sandwich was better than expected. It was my son's 1st meal from there which I know left a good impression on him, especially with the wider range of food choices compared to the Cain's in the area.

I am extremely disappointed in the food quality. Team members were awesome, positive atmosphere. But this food though 🤢 the chicken was the size of my thumb.

Drive thru was disorganized. Nearly was skipped when they were taking orders. Part of my order was missing after waiting in line for 20 min. Never had issues before until of recent. Food is good.

Y’all need to check your salads or something. Literally the only thing I ate yesterday was a market salad from this location: I was up all night vomiting. Didn’t think I could get food poisoning from a salad but here we are.

Don't do a pick up in a spot. That it seems beneath them to bring it out and it will sit after it says it's ready for at least 5. God forbid they do a service they provide. Drive through was hard to navigate from side road. Received the wrong items but food was good. For those with medical food needs defiently recommend checking the items before leaving the drive thru. Drive through staff were great!

This was the first freestanding Chik-fil-A I had ever been to 15-20 years ago. It used to be such a vibrant special place, with a large dining room and an outdoor kids play place. It was always crowded during typical busy times, but people were generally okay waiting because they enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. Then came the renovation. I think we were all excited to see what they were going to do to expand and improve the drive thru wait. Maybe even a two story building? No, they made it a drive thru only location. We are no longer welcome inside. You can walk up to an outdoor window as if we are living in California, but don’t even think about asking to step in for some a/c. What’s worse they eliminated curbside ordering, and the drive thru is just as slow as ever. And since the reopen they have repeatedly messed up my order, which never seemed to happen before. What a disappointing end to a good memory.

The SLOWEST service I’ve ever received at CFA. The whole point is that Chick Fila is efficient, quick service and every time I’ve been here it takes upwards of 10, sometimes 15 minutes. McDonald’s is faster and that’s saying something.

So was kind of excited to try the new boneless wings, until I tried the new boneless wings. When I opened the box they looked great, big, fairly well sauced. Then first bite… I’ll just let the pic tell the story. Definitely 2 👎🏽👎🏽 for me. Nothing but crust around very little meat.

(Ordered the Mac and cheese, with 1/4 shrimp and fries with a sprite) I get a Pepsi not a sprite. COLD soggy fries, and mostly crust from the batter of the shrimp and random burnt fries from an uncleaned fryer! I’ve seen many complaints about the crumbs we get with the shrimp “oh that’s how it comes” actually its not, there’s just not a process to separate the loose batter from the actual SHRIMP we all actually pay for and it’s just not cared for? Cause at that point it’s not 1/4 of just shrimp but fries and crumb! If we pay for shrimp we should just get shrimp! They’re small already! My bread was hard as well? And they left out my Mac and cheese?!?!?!?!!!! So my entire order was messed up… my service should not be bad just because it’s an hour or two before closing. You’re not closed and the service should be good through all hours not just when there’s game nights and middle of the day orders? 😩😢

Everytime i go there to pick up an order its chaos, ive had to wait 30-40 minutes on orders and thats standard procedure, everytime, after which theres no option but to cancel and move on. Employees are rude, they ignore the customers blatantly, and dont have any direction. The manager or team leads dont care either they watch it all and let it happen. Thought id write something here so that someone responsible might fix things.

Ordered the shrimp. It was cold and literally nothing but crumbs. I don’t recommend this restaurant. The manager said “That’s how it comes”. The serving is small and again, nothing but crumbs! Not worth the $11.

For the flamboyant guy working drive thru a few days ago- still thinking about him the service was so good. Best worker of any place, restaurant or not, he deserves a raise! He also gave me a blackened ranch to try and I love it 😍 keep being you boo

Ordered ahead on app. Got there, waited for 30 minutes. 1 dude filling orders, 6 watching him like zombies. Cashier was struggling on her first day, customer line was way backed up, meanwhile manager just watching instead of helping. Finally got order filled only for it to be cold somehow. Sat down to a giant hole in ceiling with water dripping off loose insulation. The weirdest part was that the music was broken, playing the 1st 5 seconds of the same song over and over on repeat, and nobody doing anything about it! Felt like everybody was losing their minds. Everything in there felt genuinely off... otherworldly bath salt vibes. So strange.

I went through the drive thru and the young man was very personable. He made me feel like he cared about his job. Very nice to see, considering the customer service disconnect most drive-thru restaurants have.

Normally have a super good experience here, but this time the food was completely wrong. To start, we got a black bean grilled cheese burrito that is supposed to come with a bunch of stuff inside, but instead it was empty with only a small portion of rice and black beans. In addition, I got a supreme taco that came with no sour cream, and then a Doritos locos taco that came regular.

The bathrooms are HORRIBLE. Both toilets were covered fecal matter and just smelly and disgusting. They also got my order wrong, I added 2 items to a crunch wrap and they only included the items I wanted added. People working didn’t say anything when I went up to ask for a corrected order, just took my receipt and walked away. They did come out and give my correct order though, it just would have been nice to see some better service.

I mean...what did you expect? It's a college town Taco Bell. That said, if I have a hankering for a late night quesadilla or taco, you better believe this is going to be my spot. Will they get my order wrong? Possibly. But that's part of the experience it. Just embrace it. And don't forget the fire sauce.

they always forget my guacamole 😭😭 and my onions and most of the time I get given the wrong food🙃 but most the staff are very nice , except for this one drive through guy I see a lot, he’s actually pretty mean. Why can’t I have my guac??😭

The robot at the drive through sucks and makes it seem like you don’t care about your customers. Y’all had stopped using for a while because it sucks but now you are using it again. I (and hopefully others) will be leaving a 1 star review every time I come to Taco Bell until it is removed!

Don't order the cheesy street chalupas from this location. The chalupas were very dry. On top of that the employees were hesitant to fix my order and proceeded to gaslight me till I left the drive-thru. I may have lost $6 but they lost a customer.

I would of definitely loved my food without the attitude from the chick in the drive thru. Definitely dont need attitude from someone who works at taco bell you're an adult get a real job

The pizza was actually very yummy. We had a stuffed crust pizza with ranch and tomato sauce, and mushrooms and onions on the right side and cheese on the other. It was good I just wish I got more toppings. Over all 8/10

I wish I would have taken some pics to upload to this review. I've ordered from here twice since moving to NWA in January and had a completely different experience each time. The first time I ordered here i was actually pretty pleased. The guy (younger guy) working the counter was really nice and personable. I ordered pizza and while it wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, it was good for the price. I remember thinking they were kind of like a better version of Little Caesar's. The second time was horrible. The guy at the drive-thru window (older guy) wasn't very friendly or polite. Kind of gave me the vibe he hated his job and didn't care who knew. I also ordered pizza this time and I'm not exaggerating, it was the worst pizza I've ever had from a pizza place. The cut was ridiculous, not even remotely close to being similar size pieces. But the part I think that made it bad was it was super under cooked. I ordered extra cheese as I always do. And I've worked in pizza shops and I think it's kind of a universally known fact that extra cheese in most cases requires longer bake times. I have a hard time believing the person who took my pizza out of the oven, cut and boxed didn't know it was under cooked. There were still solid pieces of cheese underneath the melted layer on top. It was easy to see on the individual cut pieces. The crust didn't have one speckle of "golden" to it and had a lot of raw dough still. During this visit I ordered two pizzas and both were severely undercooked. Still not sure if I'll be back. Like I said the first time I went I was actually pretty pleased with the value I received. But that second time it was really really bad.

Usually a great place to get a cheaper deal but I ordered tonight and instead of the $20 deal Deborah charged me each item separately and didn't give use the dessert we ordered. The pizza was over done and the bread sticks were raw. They then tried to charge me for the dessert after not giving them to me when I ordered the deal that includes them. Note to self don't order on Tuesdays because the Tuesday crew sucks

Ordered Chicken sandwich pizza . Was freshly baked and given. Tasted delicious . Will come back again . They fixed an issue with the order for a quick redo and were generous.

Normally like eureka pizza. Order for a kids party. 12 if the 1 topping pizzas. Was given a special price. Then when delivered was a totally higher price. When had to wait til next day to be contacted by a manager. It was because they were delivered which we were charged a delivery fee. But was told at the original time of pricing they were gonna be delivered. Made it about $25 higher than quoted. Won't be using them for another event.

Yall, Eureka Pizza is good now. I know, it used to be like little Caesars, cheap as hell but decent for the money. I swear, I hadn't had it in a while, but at some point they started making better pizzas. Like Domino's but a little better and either the same price or cheaper. I'm seriously impressed, Eureka Pizza has ascended.

Had a large private pool party so we called 3 hours in advance like EP requested and ordered 20 large pizzas. I told them I had to have it ready by 7pm as our party started at 7:30 and I had to be on time in order for our partiers to be able to get in the aquatic park. Got there at 6:55 and was told they were just putting pizzas in the oven and it would be 10-15 minutes I told them I requested they be done at 7 for a reason. Finally at 7:20 we received all our pizzas. We arrived at our party at 7:50. We lost 20 minutes of paid rental because of EP.

It's a pizza buffet, lots of choice to eat, but only pizza and some desserts. Pizza is good for satisfying children's hunger, and it is noticeable that the soda is much more water than soda. It has a lot of claw machines, HOW FUN! Some of stuffed animals and one of ducks.

Very affordable... you get what you pay for. Clean & nice staff. Not a large variety of pizzas and only 1 pasta choice - very bland. simple salad bar. But again clean, helpful staff and VERY affordable. Small dining area and a few games.

Three stars across the board. They've perfected the concept of average. Not great, but not bad. The flavor is there, but the texture leaves something to be desired. The dough could be improved because it's a bit heavy and rubbery. I always leave content(because the flavor is good), but a bit bloated.

Cicis is a good buy for your money. They put quite a few pizzas out but seems like more combinations of things I don't care for. Salad bar is good and the cinnamon rolls you can't eat just one

This is a very good Cici’s location, it’s quite clean, women’s restroom was clean but would be extremely difficult to navigate in a wheelchair as there is a giant metal bench in the small open space, service is pretty good, and food quality is as high as I’ve ever had from any Cici’s. I am concerned it may not be as family friendly as it once was. I’m including a screenshot from a song I Shazam’d while eating dinner last night. This song is not rated E for explicit but I don’t think it’s appropriate for a restaurant that is aimed at families. Having The Fairly Odd Parents on the TV and “I wanna sex you up” over the speakers is not the combo I expect or appreciate while the family that just walked in is praying over their meal, there’s a toddler at the table in front of me and a preteen at the table next to me.

Wow, I've given this place a few tries so I'm just gonna write my observations. When we came in during dinner hours very few people were there. The pizza buffet was stocked, as well as the salad. However the pizza was bland and most of them were stale. In the back you could see employees standing around visiting or playing on their phones and behind them were what looked like a few dozen pre made pizza crust hanging on the wall. We were there for a good 45 minutes visiting and eating, and not one of those pizzas got used. Almost a third of the tables were filthy and had not been bused yet.

THE POSTED HOURS ON GOOGLE ARE NOT CORRECT. i just spoke to the restaurant on the phone and the hispanic woman told me they keep the buffet open until "8 or 8:30 depending on business and they stay open for carryout until 9" this did NOT used to be the case. they USED to keep the buffet going until 30 minutes before ACTUAL closing time and would just make fewer pizzas as it got closer to close. i was going to show up last night for dinner when i got off work at 8pm but apparently i cannot rely on "depending on business" for ACTUAL HOURS. just put a sign up on the door that says... "store hours: open: 10 Am to depending on business" and see how far that gets you....seriously did management or ownership change or something???

ugh i love slims and this location has to be the worst one in nwa.. slims is supposed to close until 10 pm, yet i’ll go in at 8 pm, and the workers will start with their closing process, putting up the teas and not having them available for customers. they also confuse the orders which is so frustrating. i literally had ordered shaken tenders and somehow ended up getting grilled tenders?😭 how do you mess up that bad! anytime i’ve ever gone to eat inside, i always have to be cleaning the table myself since the workers don’t.

Great way to ruin my lunch date there slims. You left some feathers on and didn’t catch it.

Slims used to be a great place with employees who listen. I was given the wrong order & asked to have it remade. The manager on duty with blue shirt red hair was extremely rude & claimed she just made the food & it was right. She refused to re make my incorrect order. Food tasted horrible, threw it out. This place has gone down hill.

This restaurant was so filthy. I have never seen a Slim Chickens in such condition. Employee Antoni S. According to my receipt handed my drink cup to me putting his fingers inside the cup 🤮 they were out of peach tea and didn’t seem to want to care. I can tell by the condition of the restaurant that they really didn’t booths still with good on table my booth was the cleanest and was so sticky it was gross too. I got my food and received the thinnest smallest chicken strips I’ve ever seen!! Do yourself a favor, don’t go here!!!

Almost every time I do a curbside pickup here, they don’t bring out the gallon of tea and I have to ask for it. Half the time they don’t have any at all and just apologize and don’t give me a refund. Tonight they brought out the meal and didn’t have the tea. I said I also have a gallon of tea. She said, “oh I’ll go get it and come back.” 5 minutes later I went in to check on it. And the manager told me that they didn’t have any tea. I asked for refund. They gave me a “comp card” and said to “come back another time for the tea.”

Second time ever having Slims Chicken. Need one in Utah. Food was awesome and piping hot. Staff was friendly. Order was just right. The best part of Slims was Zac the GM and his staff. Zac is passionate about guest service. Great guy.

My husband, a friend and I ate here on Friday (2/28) afternoon. I was ordering from the self kiosk and was trying to figure out how to change our table number on there. One of the workers walks up to me and says "here, you just do this" and changes the kiosk to read in Spanish. I looked at him extremely confused because I don't speak Spanish and told him I didn't need it in Spanish. Mind you my husband and friend are both Hispanic, so since I was with Hispanic people he assumed based on their skin color that they needed it to be put into Spanish. My husband made it known that you don't just assume people can't read/or speak English based on the color of their skin. I hope this worker learned his lesson after our visit on 2/28.

WTH!!! Asked for bottled water with 2 happy meals and this is the water they gave us. Come on McDonald's on MLK! YOU CAN DO BETTER THEN THIS!!! Thiscwas thru the drive thru. And the side of attitude was just lovely also.

One of the most poorly maintained McDonald’s I’ve been in. It looks like a newer restaurant but it was very dirty- floors, tables and disgusting bathrooms. I saw there are several mentions about the floors in other google reviews. They are extremely slippery and an accident waiting to happen. My guess is they don’t clean them enough and maybe use the wrong type of floor cleaner. There is no external condiment station with straws or napkins. One small area with ketchup, but the small cups were not stocked. It was also difficult to order. One touch screen was not operational, and not all the options were listed for modifying my meal on the other. No one would come to the counter to take our order in person until we loudly asked. Workers just ignored us and played on their phones.

Absolutely horrible. I got nuggets. The next day I had food poisoning from it. I did a mobile order and waited in line 30 minutes: no movement of the line. I decided to go in because the food was labelled as “prepared” so we could not cancel it. I go inside and ask about it. After talking to me, the guy makes a whole announcement to everyone waiting telling us to go through the drive through. If the food is labelled as “prepared” we should be able to get it, no matter where we are. At least let us cancel it instead of waiting in the drive through endlessly. The food here WILL make you sick too, and I can no longer eat any McDonalds because of multiple food poisonings I got from this building. Absolutely abysmal.

Found a piece of blue plastic in my half eaten McMuffin. Does anyone here even watch what they are doing when preparing food for the public???Other than that the girl who brought out my food was super sweet.

We came in, at 10:30 thinking it was 24 hours, the hours on the door and Google both said 24 hours. We were eating our food, when a very rude employee jumped all over us, because they were closing. After traveling 9+ hours to be with a relative in hospice, we were exhausted and just wanted to eat supper. The manager did apologize for her behavior, and said the new hours had been in effect for 5 years.. they just hadn't changed them yet..

ordered a deluxe Mc crispy with a large fry, A large Diet Coke and two sides of ranch… I open my McDonald’s bag when I get home and noticed there’s only one ranch in my bag and a normal Mc crispy. left very disappointed.

Long drive through. Workers are very disrespectful and will not let you do multiple moblie orders in drive through. Waited 45 minutes for some mid food. Place needs to condemned. Everyone who works here is rude.

Teen working the drive thru did not secure drinks in the drink carrier before handing it over. One of the strawberry lemonades was tilted halfway and as he handed it out the window, causing the entire drink to fall and empty out all into our brand new car. To make it worse, he just kept laughing and we heard him remark to another worker that it wasn’t his fault. We even had to ask for a replacement lemonade. If a “sorry” through giggles is all you have, we will not be back. Stopped for a quick dinner and instead we now have a time consuming task of scrubbing and cleaning this sugary drink out of our car’s carpet.

Cold fries, and pictured is what the container of fries looked like when handed over. We ordered 20 nuggets and received 1 sauce for all 20. All gross, and customer service wasn't even great. Couldn't understand the dude at all and he doesn't know how to smile.

I try to give this Wendy’s a chance time after time, but every time they fail. Last time my burger was so salty I couldn’t even eat it so I went in and showed them the salt covered burger, got a new one and that burger was HALF a patty. Gave another chance and got some baconator fries and the bacon was undercooked and COVERED in bacon grease and they just threw the bacon on top?? Are they not supposed to break it down? I had to when I worked for Wendy’s for 4 years. This location is terrible, & not friendly. No greeting just opens the window and says 10.80?? Horrible customer service and food.

Stopped for a quick snack because we had dinner plans later and didn’t want a full meal. Went inside because we didn’t want to get food on our clothes and to use the restroom. The place was empty and only had a couple of cars in the drive-through. Sanitation was terrible. The soda fountain, as well as the two tea vessel, were covered with sticky goo from hours of use with no wipe down. Employees were “leaning” against the counters and talking. Cant comment on the quality of the food as we didn’t eat it. There was plenty of downtime for employees to attend to the state of things.

I'm actually surprised on how good the $3 Croissant plus seasoned potatoes are from here in addition to the Breakfast Baconator Combo I devoured this morning. I thought I had a picture of the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant; but I guess I was so amazed on the taste that I forgot to take a picture. It's not the traditional croissant that you're used to and I believe that what helps it stand above the rest. The croissant is surprisingly softer and flakier than I expected which lead to me devouring before I realized. I suggest purchasing the $3 combo 1st prior to moving on to the Breakfast Baconator Combo. Either way, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I've been twice in the last week. First visit, my biscuit tasted like it was about 3 days old. Hard as a rock. I went back three days later and got a meal for breakfast and didn't even receive my sandwich. They say nothing when you call besides to come get a replacement. Not the point. Definitely not going back.

I've eaten here when it was Marlo taco shack I loved it the Sancho supreme was a great meal for a great price about 5 bucks. Now that it is Marlos little house of tacos a chicken Sancho supreme is 11 bucks and it actually taste worse, probably because their using frozen chicken and charging way to much for it. These are greedy people when they hand you the card reader it automatically adds a tip no where on the machine does it give you a no tip option so unless you know to go to the other option and type in 0 it's almost like your tricked into tipping. And for God sakes get rid of the microwave if your going to charge this much for food then everything should be fresh and hand made. Do better and quit ripping your customers off.

Not for everyone, but I liked it. I used to take my little boy there in the 90s. It was a quick and easy place for us then. I took my grown-up son there the other day and enjoyed the memories. The food is good, affordable and the service is great.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Now I eat here at least once a week. I don’t even have to tell them my order anymore. It’s always clean and the food is always great and consistent.

Got the tried n true: Seasoned beef and melty cheese.. = One. Good. Burrito.

Prices are a little high for what you get. They microwaved my beans and rice. Those should be HOT. The rice is more Asain flavored than anything spanish or Mexican. The beans are obviously canned, and have no flavor to speak of.

Food was just OK, nothing special. Tacos were alright, again nothing special. Price of the 6 tacos was a dollar more than what it said online. Tiny place but clean. Salsa was too sweet but had a little kick to it, but other than that; everything else was pretty bland. Bagged salad. Meat tasted like regular generic Walmart meat. Tomatoes may have been fresh. Cheese tasted like generic brand Walmart cheese. Taco shells tasted like packaged taco shells. I finished my plate because I'm poor and can't afford to waste food. Definitely not authentic and caters to your average Fayetteville blue collar worker. Quick service though.

Fayetteville old school staple! Awesome cheese dip. Six pack of tacos is a must. The food is great and brings me back to my childhood & old college days!

For a long time now, trips to northwest Arkansas (we live in Little Rock in the center of the state) haven't been complete without a stop at Ozark Natural Foods in Fayetteville. Up to the pandemic period, we maintained a membership at Ozark Natural Foods, though we went there only once or twice a year. The dried pulses (beans and peas), grains, flours, spices and herbs the co-op offers -- you measure out what you need from jars and bins -- is a big draw for us, since we can stock up on, say, dried marjoram and oregano and caraway seeds and pinto beans on a visit there, as we did today. There's a decent selection of wines at fairly reasonable prices. Lots of cosmetic and health-type offerings, fairly good canned goods made with organic ingredients, etc. The baked goods, which lean to vegan offerings and far too doughy muffins and scones, aren't a big draw for me. I always enjoy visiting the part of the store that offers garden plants and house plants, though today I found it disappointingly ill-stocked. During the pandemic, I did come to a temporary parting of the ways with Ozark Natural Foods, when I emailed them to ask if they ever mailed dried herbs like oregano from the store to members living far from the co-op. The response I got was disappointingly curt, downright rude, and that put me off the place so that I let my membership lapse for a long time. I totally understand stores setting their own policies, which will inevitably not please everyone, and my beef with Ozark Natural Foods about their response to my pandemic email asking if they might mail some dried herbs to me wasn't about their policy. They have a right to set whatever policy they want. My disappointment had to do with the lack of courtesy in their response to me, a member and erstwhile customer. Obviously, I've gotten over that pique since I still shop there when I'm in Fayetteville and have renewed my membership. Still, courtesy to customers goes a long way towards keeping customers.

Fantastic grocery store and addition to the Co Op Grocery model seen throughout the country. These are the places we need more of, especially in smaller cities! If you have any chance to stop by, please do and don’t let any misconceptions about the difference between a store like this and a ‘bargain store’ (Harps, Albertsons, etc) affect your shopping trip. You can buy healthy organic food here for cheap! You just have to do it right! The people are fantastic, the product offerings are amazing and vast, they have a bar/cafe open all day (might not serve booze in the AM however). Some of my personal favorite products here that are hard to find include Tosi snack bars, Rawmio and Verse dark chocolate, local Dark Chocolate, bulk sprouted almonds, a quality hot food bar and salad bar, and more. Definitely consider joining if you’re in NWA, otherwise stop by and see what a store like this can offer!

I have been shopping here for 20 years and have so much love and appreciation for this local store. They have great prices on bulk flour and spices, and a wide variety of gluten free items. They also have a big wellness area with vitamins and a hot food bar and salad bar where you can grab lunch.

I really want to give this place five stars. It has a fantastic atmosphere, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the cafe area is a wonderful place to spend time during the day. There are markets and events occasionally hosted on their patio, a number of good products I can't easily get elsewhere, and gender-neutral single-occupant restrooms. But most of all, I'm a huge proponent of the cooperative business model, and I would love to give my full support to any such business to the highest degree I can. But, the critical failure of this business is its prices. They are ridiculously unreasonable, sometimes double comparable products elsewhere, even with quality accounted for. It would be one thing if this were only some of the products, but it's almost everything. Aside from a handful a products and the reasonably priced hot bar (which, unfortunately, has limited variety and frequently contains no food I can even eat with my dietary limitations), I can't afford a shop here, which means a lot of people can't afford it. Cooperatives are good for the community, but if you have priced the most vulnerable in your community out of being able to benefit, you've kind of defeated the purpose. I realize that many 'natural food' establishments tend to be expensive, but I have seen too many that are reasonable and affordable to accept that excuse. Ozark Natural Foods can do better.

This is the only grocery store in the state that does not dump all of its excess and expired products into a landfill. Almost nothing is wasted, and nearly everything is recycled. They send leftover food to pig farmers, and the Co-op packaging is biodegradable. It is the last grocery store in town where Mother Earth & local farmers/vendors are taken into consideration. Yeah, it's expensive, but the reasons are transparent. Yeah, parking can be tricky, but the CEO doesn't spend billions of dollars to send themselves and their friends to outer space.

Place is always great for just about anything you need, coffee food health and beauty doesn't matter they have it. They also have a food bar that changes based on time of day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and normally it's ok, but today, September 16th, was phenomenal gone were the canned biscuits and in its place biscuits that rival every biscuit I've ever had in my life, even better than "the buttered biscuit" upon asking the cook said they were able to prepare them the night before I stead of using the canned...... This should be an everyday thing, those biscuits were like crack.

We love this place! We always see locals enjoying lunch in the cafeteria and the selection and atmosphere is the best in town. The staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable and seems like there is something cool event happening in-store.

Dropped in @ 8:30pm to grab dinner. It was busy, but not overly so. Stood in line & got to the front & the service area where they fill the orders was very dirty & food was everywhere on the counter. Dried juices from beans, meat, & lettuce & cheese scattered. The sneeze barrier was really dirty. At that point, we thought about leaving, but went ahead & ordered. They were low on most of the ingredients to make the bowl. Really, really disappointed as we have eaten at many Chipotle restaurants across Texas. First time @ this one here in Fayetteville, AR. The bowls were decent & tasted good. The state of the restaurant, tho, was pretty bad. Food & trash on the floors & all of the tables had food & leftover napkins on them. We went to the restroom to get some wet paper towels to clean one of the tables so we could sit & eat. Lots of UofA kids coming in & leaving behind their messes instead of cleaning up after themselves. Anyway, surprised that a Chipotle would be in that condition. I really hate to leave a bad review, but this was quite bad.

Honestly this restaurant is pathetic at best. I was nothing but polite and kind to the lady who was preparing my bowl and she returns it by barley putting any rice or chicken in it. But more than happy to charge me for double. I went home and took a picture right after opening it just to see how bad it was. Here are the pictures of what it looked like when I opened and receipt of what I was charged. You can't even see rice on the bottom! This is the second time this has happened. Im sorry but I can go to a local authentic Mexican restaurant and keep 3x the chicken/rice plus queso for near 1/2 the price.

My quesadilla was very small with little chicken in it. The fajita veggies were on the side, rather than in the quesadilla as ordered, and I was given white rice instead of brown. When I asked for these issues to be corrected, I was told they were out. I would like chipotle to stop fulfilling online orders incorrectly and contact the customer when items are out. It's frustrating and has been occurring more, recently. I have begun seeking other food options whenever possible. Chipotle used to be a staple for me and is now an option I avoid due to small portions, items made incorrectly (no special requests are even being made), and items being substituted without consulting or informing me.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! We arrived about 1:45pm on a Thursday (8/28/25) and they were out of a lot of the food or it was dried out. The cook informed us that the wait for fresh meat would be over 15 minutes. I insisted that they get fresh food on a couple of items. The steak was inedible and nothing but gristle!!! I only ordered 1/2 a bowl of meat, corn, lettuce, cheese, pico, hot salsa, sour cream, and guacamole and was charged the same price for the other bowl that was TWICE the size. Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat, but this one's food quality was disgusting!!! I personally had to clean off our table as there here wasn't a clean table in the entire restaurant. The beverage bar was dirty and so was the bathroom. Such a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! AND what made this worse was that there was Chipotle staff galore!!! During our visit there a lot of customers coming and going away unhappy as well!!! This was definitely NOT up to the normal Chipotle quality and reputation!!!

Ordered a burrito bowl on the app and it arrived missing ingredients and hardly anything in the bowl and terrible chicken. Then given the run around when trying to contact the store. Ridiculous.

UPDATE 5/4/23: This location has dropped significantly in portions of food. My last pick-up mobile order in each bowl they barely put any chicken. The time before that they didn't put any of the sides in. If I go to order a bowl at the counter and don't use the mobile app they rarely have white rice therefore you're forced to order on the app. The taste is a least on par with other locations but that's where the Chipotle experience declines. Online orders are always 10-13 minutes late. Order well ahead if you don't want to wait. The chicken portions are never the amount I get at other locations and it's quite sad. Thankfully it's clean inside and the staff is nice.

Ordered through DoorDash and my bowl was missing 3 of the items I asked for. I also asked for no lettuce to which there was a heaping amount added which took up half the bowl. Incredibly disappointed I spent $18 for rice, chicken, and guacamole pretty much. Please do better next time.

Wonderful service. Janessa and Mallory were extremely helpful in explaining the menu and answering all of our questions as we decided. Sasha was a great bartender with great recommendations on what to get to drink. Overall, 10 out of 10.

Amazing food and first class service. Mallory helped us out when the salsa was too spicey on the taco for my daughter - thank you! One of my all time favorite restaurants:) I have not met a taco of the month that I dont love.

The “Ranch Hand” was the best breakfast taco I’ve ever had. Janessa was great at making suggestions and friendly chat all while being professional, courteous and efficient. Thank You ☺️

the food was amazing! every employee was very nice and my food came out really quick, definitely recommend this place! they have a wide variety of options and let you customize your meal to your liking. one of my favorite restaurants hands down!!

Mallory gave Great Service..... Rhiannon was a good Bartender....still very new i would say! Overall visit was Good.....but a few Saturdays ago we had a Excellent Bartender but didn't get his name but he was Always Attentive yet Busy Bee doing everything!

The people seem nice. Mallory waited on us and was friendly. It was our second time there and we will come again. Fried avocado tacos are delicious.

Great tacos, good atmosphere, a lot of college students, and a fun vibe. Guacamole was too notch as always. Only thing keeping me from giving a five is the flies on the patio were super aggressive and would not stay away from us or our food :( I know fly strips look unsightly, but something needs to be attempted to stop them.

This is just pathetic. I literally ordered a cup of cheddar and they didn’t even fill it up and it cost me $.84 for this much cheddar sauce watch out for these guys.

Great experience, We were welcomed when we entered, thanked as we were leaving. Fast friendly service. Perfect....except they need a trash bin by the front of the restaurant.....

Their roast beef slicer doesn't twice a day. So if you happen to be there when that happens, you may have to wait for a little. Otherwise nice people, good food.

For them not having anyone inside eating and ordering and to only having 3 cars in front of me and 2 behind me this is the slowest ive EVER gotten my food anywhere sit there in line for 20 min then dude tells me to give him a min so now im sitting there for another 15 before I said screw it and drove off you only had 2 cars in front of me what's the deal!!!!

Why do people say Arby's is bad? It's good. Stick with the classics.

So I have to be honest. I've never really been much of Arbys but they're curly fries are pretty good. I received a coupon for their Reuben and loaded curly fries and had to try it. It was very nice!

Was a good lunch just never really my favorite. Nothing wrong with fiod at all just my taste buds

Order two number 11 Greek lamb euro washed it down with a Coke zero in Hawaiian punch curly fries were good. Nice temperature the the associate was very professional.

I had not been to an Arby's in years. Especially since moving to Arkansas. I was surprised to see that I had been missing out on some delicious food with a great menu with lots of options. The restaurant was clean, organized and the staff was friendly and patient while I looked at the options. The food was hot and tasty. My wife and I talked about how the taste took us back to the good old days. We will be back and often.

Hair in food. Would have left it at simply receiving my refund and going about my day but guy at the register seemed annoyed when I mentioned I wanted a refund and not another sandwich made lol. Was rude about it too almost as though it was my fault I found a hair in my food. However, seems like this may be regular occurrence as the guy on the register didn’t even blink twice when I told him I found a hair in my food. He almost looked at me like he saw no issue.

The beef and cheeder with the curley fries is the Goat! Super good for a quick lunch and the service was nice and fast !!

I ordered delivery from uber eats. My driver was on time with my order. My sandwich didn’t have tomatoes / Swiss cheese. I called the restaurant Spoke with the employee who made the sandwich whom said she was 100% sure there was cheese and tomato. I assured her there was none. Agree to disagree was the final decision.

It's hard to give Arby's 5 stars. Had the secret menu item "Meat Mountain". 2.5 ounces of every meat they have. It was good. I should be entering a food coma now.

Good food, fast and friendly service. Loses a star because, no exaggeration, 50% of the times that I've gotten a beef and cheddar they left off the cheddar.

I order from this location all the time about a month or two ago they shorted me a chicken wing and told me they were going to send me a coupon in the mail. I never got the coupon so tonight I order a New York style pizza and it’s very thin. I called and complained about it and the server. Going to tell me that the pizza looked fine. I just seen it. Don’t tell me what looks OK and it’s not OK to me and I have to pay for it so problem did not get solved.

I’m not sure what’s happened with this location because they have been consistently excellent for the past couple of years. However, the last two times we have ordered there have been massive errors and little care from the restaurant to fix the problem. First time they did not give me the premium pizza I ordered and instead gave me a cheese pizza. I called, asked to be refunded the difference since I live too far to bother coming all the way back at dinner time. I was told I’d get a gift certificate but it was never mailed. Tonight we ordered two Philly Cheesesteak pizzas along with a pan pepperoni for our kids. The Philly was completely wrong, like whoever made the pizza had never seen the recipe! They put tomato sauce and all the toppings except the beef were missing. Frankly disgusting tasting and a waste of money. Calling doesn’t seem to fix anything so maybe a public review will get the franchise owner’s attention 🤷🏻‍♂️

They continuously put bacon on my food when I request no bacon. They don't even read the tickets. I will give them one more chance. However, I have discovered Woodstone and would recommend paying for the better quality. I dont trust Dominos Update: They did not deliver on the second chance. They messed up again and ignored the instructions on the ticket. They put bacon on the food, when it says no bacon. They did not do square cut on the pizza. The ticket has all this information. They say they cannot refund your money, however, they have clearly breached the contract. The manager said they would remake and resend the food, but now I have to pray it is not tampered with and tip another driver. This store is incompetent and you should not waste your money here. There was a review about a fly a few weeks ago. I would not put it past them.

Gave 3 stars because I do eat here often and usually have zeros issues. Was very disappointed tonight when I got home to see our pizza. I wouldn’t mind waiting if you had to remake it but getting home to this was not ok. They did refund my purchase which was nice but still would want to see better quality checks in the future. No one wants 3 slices they can’t eat.

They gave me a buffalo pizza without the buffalo. An entire pizza, wasted because someone forgot to add the SINGLE ingredient that it requires to be called that. I will not be ordering from them again, after several hours wasted and not being served at all what was ordered. Please do not buy from this shady, inconclusive business. Worst customer service ever. They don't care.

I found a fly baked into my pizza. I feel pretty upset about it because I did order my pizza closer to closing time which I always feel bad about but I was super hungry and the grocery store was already closed. I left a 20% tip on my order in hopes to make it less of an inconvenience that I ordered so close to closing time because when I worked in service I know how irritating it can be when there’s always that one person who comes in at the last minute. Now this could be a complete accident but there’s a part of me that feels like maybe it wasn’t and the hygiene of this location isn’t the best and I just feel upset. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered & tipped 1 time & it was ok, went to order again & they refused my order. What the heck Domino's?? You lost me!!
