Fantastic experience! Thought the prices were high at first but out came beautifully presented dishes with excellent quality and solid portions. The atmosphere was great with music and western decor, and the service was quick and service staff helpful and friendly.

We celebrated our 19th anniversary here and this place didn’t disappoint. Very cozy atmosphere, food was delicious, waitress was great, and they treated us for dessert on the house! I would definitely recommend, thank you!

The Artichoke cheese dip is warm and wonderful, the Thai pasta was slightly sweet, slightly spicy but perfect, the avacado rolls were warm and crispy, the sirloin had a very good flavor, the prime rib was tender and cooked a little longer than we expected it to be. It was loud but we could hear each other, and a very nice evening supper.

Love this place and the clam chowder! Marti is amazing, give her a raise! So is Cassei and Rachel! ...Savannah and Sean are really cool too! Actually, there is a specific server who i keep running into who is a not a good reflection of your organization, I'm definitely going to let Montrose law enforcement and fire department and other affiliated agencies who i work with to stop going there because of his consistently very unprofessional behavior, on and off the clock. Management is welcome to reach out to me anytime.

The overall rating here had us intrigued but it was ultimately a disappointment. The photo is what they call “fried calamari” - unsure what it was actually. It was very bland. My wife got a steak…overcooked. I got the burger which was very mediocre. It also took an hour for our main course to come out as well…our waitress was nice at least…. We will not be coming back

We were at the Stone House last Thursday night and had a great experience after a rough day. David was a great server and made some recommendations that we really enjoyed. I had a rare seared ahi tuna, and it was nice to see it cooked so perfectly, as many places totally overcook it. My wife enjoyed her dinner as well, a nice night!

Camp robber is a really excellent family owned restaurant. They offer a great diverse menu that gives plenty of options but doesn't feel like too much to choose from. When my wife and I arrived we were warmly greeted by pleasant staff. Our waitress was very attentive and even allowed us to sample one of the sides we were considering before committing to it. The food itself was really good. My wife did the coconut shrimp with coconut chicken soup with fries. The quality of the food tasted as good as the presentation. I had the Thai peanut chicken wrap. It was delicious. The sweet potato fries were an excellent side to this. The prices are a bit higher than I would have like to spend initially but overall not drastic considering the area. The experience was worth it. I love the Camp Robber and definitely recommend to anyone looked for a great dining experience from an excellent establishment.

While visiting Montrose, we ate here and loved it. Atmosphere is welcoming and lovely. Service by Lilja was great—she was kind and humorous. We both had New Mexican dishes, and both were outstanding. We enjoyed dinner so much we returned the next night and had an equally good meal with also-great server Beth. If you visit Montrose, eat here!!

We were Googling gluten free in Montrose and Camp Robber came up. We stopped in for dinner on the way back from Ouray. Food was excellent and had many gluten free options marked on the menu. Highly recommend and also recommend the gluten free chocolate raspberry cake!

We stopped to eat here while we were driving through on a road trip. The service was top notch, we had our dogs and they made them feel included by bringing them their own fresh water bowls with ice since it was hot outside on the patio. The food was amazing, I tried their enchiladas and they were rich in flavor and the portions were great. I just wish this was closer to us, I'd be here all the time.

45 min for appetizer, 4 dinner items, 3 cold. Waitress was not the most enjoyable personality (Aimee L) when we expressed our disappointment, also did not offer replacement and the Manager on duty had no clue what was going on due to her sitting in booth 2 booths away chatting it up. Not sure why the food was cold. We used to love this place, will not be going back.

Thank you for the follow up on our dinner!! We have been eating at Camprobber for years - one of our favorite restaurants in Montrose. First time ever with not so good experience Saturday night. The pork medallions is a favorite dish, but they were raw/pink, only a couple of them cooked through. Heartburn set in later in evening. The chicken stuffed avocado salad was good, but service was off this time too - slow, and forgetting items on our order. We have been loyal customers, but may not be back for a while, and just hope they recognize!

I was traveling and looking for gluten-free options. I was so happy to find this place. I went two days in a row. Lots of options for gluten-free. Clean locally sourced food. The service was amazing and friendly. The space was inviting and comfortable. No complaints and will go back when in the area.

Came here for a shower after a few days in the black canyon/Gunni gorge. Definitely worth the $8, though a hotter shower temp would’ve earned it the fifth star. Very nice folks at the front desk, though, and the unlimited time was nice.

My boys love this place!! Great pool for the kids. Rock climbing, different sports equipment. It's inexpensive and fun!

Such an awesome recreation center! My kids take homeschool PE on Wednesdays and Mrs Danielle is just awesome, they absolutely love the class and look forward to it each week. The pools are huge and there's something for everyone! Yoga classes, workout equipment, therapy pool, lots of pickleball and basketball courts. Very lucky to have this so close

State of the Art Rec Center! We are here vacationing for the summer and they accepted our health insurance, so it’s free. HUGE pools including lazy river and slides, water aerobic classes, lap lanes. Fitness center upstairs has everything you could ask for, including a padded indoor walking track. staff is genuine and helpful. Pristine locker rooms and showers.

Passing through Montrose on a Colorado adventure, hiking, camping, etc. The best customer service by a young gentleman working the Thursday afternoon shift on August 7, 2025. Very clean locker room and shower stall on the men's side. Traveling partner said the exact same for the women's lockers and showers. Worth $10 for a non-resident and we could have used all the facilities, indoor elevated walking track, basketball courts (8 hoops in all), friendly staff, plenty of parking, local kids having fun inside. I travel the USA and this gym's locker and shower are far better than most Planet Fitnesses I've ever been to and I've been a Black Card member for years! Great job and management and custodial services.

This place has everything you need to workout. I wish every city had a place like this.

Amazing museum with a great gift shop. There's several interactive displays and so much to see. There's a great kid area now and a lot of plants to see along their garden path across the street. There's something here for everyone, and admission is absolutely reasonable.

Truly awesome museum with wonderful videos and displays. The staff was great and you can tell how much pride the tribe has in their museum. We were honored to be able to enjoy it.

It's a wonderful museum, so much to see. There are tv"s where you interact with and are able to watch many different things about the Ute tribe of the history and many of things. Many benches to set and take in the views. Outside was also very interesting and informative. A great museum.

I walk with the dog here in the mornings. Its quiet and peaceful. There is a wooden walkway that leads to the Uncompahgre River. I've spotted cranes, geese and ducks on the river. Lots of people like to start river trips from this spot. On the other side of the road is the museum. The architecture is interesting and the museum has informative displays. Children enjoy exploring the many yurts built on the grounds. There is a trail beyond the grounds that lead to Riverbottom and Cerise Park.

Great smaller museum telling a history that has been ignored. Recommend a couple hours if you want to watch all videos and read the stories.

A gem of a museum. This museum was recommended by a local and it did not disappoint. Excellent text and a film described the history of the Ute. I particularly was interested to see an example of a resin coated basket. They have some beautiful clothing on display. There is also an excellent gift store

I ordered the old fashioned burger and fries, it was smashed and dry, they served diced onions very little sauce or none, fries were very good they saved the meal, the burger tasted good, just very dry, and smashed. I wanted a burger not smashed burger. I wouldn't order it again. But the steak or surf and turf was cheap 13 dollars, but for a small eater. Make sure you let them know how you want it cooked.

You get what you expect. Plain and simple! Chili's is a chain, and at any teen you expect the same service and quality food no matter which one of their stores you go to. The Chili's in Montrose offers exactly that... Good variety, good service, clean restaurant, quality food and a value price!

Service was fast. Server was great. We found lunch specials on back for $10! It was plenty of food. Cocktails were great. Atmosphere was nice and it was cool inside on a hot day.

I had the fajita it was 90% vegetable mostly onion very little meat it tasted like it had been marinating in a Indian flavoring my daughter had the ultimate fajita burrito she said it was just like my Fajita meal just wrapped in a tortilla

It's been so long that I've had a decent Tamale in a restaurant that I rarely order them. Today, I was craving a tamale and went against my better judgment. Best decision ever! It hit the spot!

Good Mexican food! First and foremost the best yummy Cadillac margarita I’ve had in a long time and their salsa is excellent. Ordered a small combo, cheese enchilada and soft carnitas taco and it comes with refried beans and rice. I opted for the whole beans and everything thing was piping hot and delicious! Server was fast & friendly. TVs on everywhere with espn, thankfully with no sound.

They were very accommodating for our party of 20. There were no issues with our orders, and the food was fantastic! Great management, cold drinks, and quick service! Definitely recommend when you are in Montrose.

They have big portions and everything is seasoned so it's got great flavor. We ate outside on the little patio area. It was nice weather so it was very enjoyable with the music playing.

First and probably last time I will rate a "fast-food" restaurant. I must say, I was surprised by the high quality and wide selection of food, and by the friendly demeanor that characterized the place. The way Culver's (or at least this location) works is that you order your food, and then sit down, and then a staff member gives you your food at your table. You can also directly order via an online app, which I found to be of greater accessibility than that of other places. The staff was accommodating the entire time, and the food (and custard!) was great. I would overall recommend to anyone who needs a quick bite to eat, or otherwise wants to have the unique experience of enjoying a clean, not-greasy, high-quality "fast food" place.

We had a great hamburger hot off the grill with delicious fries. Culver's is awesome. Friendly staff and nice and clean restaurant.

We were driving through Montrose, Colorado and I was so excited to see a Culver's. I used to eat at Culver's in San Antonio, Texas on a regular basis, but unfortunately there isn't one near my house in Houston. This is my favorite fast food burger place ever. The beef is always fresh, never frozen so it's more like a really good hamburger shop burger instead of fast food. The crinkle cut fries were super hot and crisp. We arrived at the peak of lunch time, so the line was super long inside as well as the drive-thru, but service was very fast and friendly. We were going to take the food to go because there were no tables at first, but by the time our food came out, tables became available, so we dined in. The dining area was very clean and even the restroom was nice and clean. I wanted to come back and dine here again on our return trip through Montrose, but my son decided to try a new place. I would have preferred Culver's because it is so, so good!

This is our first time visiting this restaurant because a friend recommended it. The burger was really good except it was too salty (not sure if it was the bread or the meat). The cone was my favorite: the ice cream tasted natural and it included fruit and granola. Best ice cream I have had in a while. Last, the young people that work there are SUPER NICE!! Will definitely come back!!

Nothing amazing but a great place to get a burger or some fish and chips. Fish and chips can be a little hit or miss sometimes but it's a clean and pretty consistent fast food place. They clean their bathrooms well unlike the people at Freddy's.

Dennis went above and beyond for my stepdaughter and I. He even introduced my pup to the peanut butter sauce for her pup cup. We love a good Culver's treat :)

Culvers beats the stuffing out of other burger places in the area in terms of taste, service, and atmosphere. This includes Mc Donald's, Burger King, Wendy's, and Freddy's, though Freddy's has an advantage in order preparation time and hotness of their meals with a lesser amount of patrons. There is nothing like a fresh, tasty hot butter-burger with toppings made right. Probably the best value priced restaurant in town, it serves quality food and deserts. No reason to worry if for some reason you don't get the hot meal you paid for. Just bring the items to the front and they will happily make a replacement for it. This particular restaurant and its owners are always trying to make the establishment, food, and service better, and are seen emphasizing consistent improvement.

Great food even better service! All 4 of us got different food and we all enjoyed it. My husband said it was the best chimichanga he had ever had.

We ordered vegetarian fajitas and it was tasty. We asked for less oil but it wasn’t catered. Salsa dip and chips were good too. It came with mashroom dip as well but we don’t eat mashroom so didn’t taste but it looked decent as well. Guacamole was ok ok. Overall I would recommend.

Service was excellent! Waiter was extremely friendly and attentive the entire meal - without being pesky. Food was delicious! I had the enchilada and tamale combo plate - my hubby had the enchilada, tamale and taco plate. Can’t say enough good things about all of it but those tamales? Sooooooo delicious! Fresh, hot and just the right amount of masa to meat ratio. Could have eaten a plate of just those! 🫔🫔🫔 If you’re ever passing through Montrose - and are looking for a great place to eat - Mi Mexico is the place you’re looking for!

We ate here a week ago while on a road trip. One of us is vegan and they have good vegan options. We ordered vegan enchiladas which were very tasty with a nice sause and black beans and rice on the side. One unique thing here was their mushroom salsa - very tasty! The place has very colorful decor and the servers were friendly and the food was reasonably priced.

Their lunch specials are reasonably priced and generous portions! I loved the expresso burrito and took half of it home! The Chalupa is delicious, and their fajitas are top notch! Will definitely want to go back the next time I'm in Montrose.

I love this place. So glad it exists and its a great experience for my kids. Only nit would be wanting to charge to fill my kids water bottle - with water. Cash only as well. Come on...

Best drive inn in the world. I Love the family fun! The concessions! The owners! I've been coming to this drive inn since I was a kid. I've raised my kids going here and now my grandkids. I hope they are around way past my years for my grand kids to take their grand kids to.

So much fun. A great experience to enjoy. Not pricey at all. The only problem is that everytime I go, the popcorn is so bad. Not sure if they aren't cleaning the machine but it tastes like old oil. Would change to 5 stars if they improve the popcorn!

Amy, that works as you pay to get in the gate is the absolute best with the lady who works along side of her. I can not say enough good things about them. I had driven all the way from Fruita Co. and will definitely be making this trip more often just because of these two ladies. Ordered an order of 12 chicken wings last night, supposed to be lemon pepper flavor. Just called and spoke with Mariah who said she was a manager 🙄. After explaining the issue all I was told was "I'll let the kitchen know." She did not offer to make it right. Won't be eating there again.

Stumbled on this place and so glad we did. Amazing pretzel withe the best beer cheese I have ever had. Perfect tater tots and the Turkey sandwich with Chipotle cranberry was a huge suprise combo thay HIT!!

Sitting outside was nice but that was about it. Server was very friendly at first but after we pointed out that he neglected to inform us that a certain IP was served only in 8oz rather than a pint his demeanor changed. They did remove a charge for a second IP, but beer was on a flat side and food was not great. We had salsa, guacamole and chips-not good. I ordered Rocky Mountain Oysters and unfortunately they were supper soggy and greasy.

Nice little place in Montrose. Got off the plane and was very hungry. Very delicious and although I’m gluten dairy free, I was able to have a nice meal. Thanks I recommend this place.

Blueberry muffin was VERY good. Highly recommend. The hot chocolate was great and a medium is pretty large. The mocha was okay. Coffee felt a little bitter for me. Service was slow but not a problem really.

Stopped in while we were in town for a latte and came back later for smoothies. Both were great! Staff was friendly and provided great service.

Passing by Montrose and getting coffee bright and early 6:35 am , this place just opened. Quaint cute repurpose home as Coffee place. The guy was very friendly. Our large latte was delicious, smooth espresso. Also purchased banana walnut muffin that was still slightly warm, a tiny bit underbaked but it could be just a one off day and it’s still delicious.

I was recently passing through Montrose and needed a cozy place to take handle some computer work. The staff was very kind, and welcoming! I had a refreshing mango, strawberry smoothie and tasty coffee. When I packed up to leave, I forgot my computer charger plugged into the wall... I called the next morning and their staff had set it aside, I spoke directly with Dee who was friendly enough to handle this and ship my charger to me immediately. Some establishments can't be bothered to do anything outside of the norm, I appreciate the human kindness! Anytime I am passing through Montrose they can expect to see me at this coffee shop. Thanks again!

A nice place to stop for coffee. Relaxed atmosphere, good coffee and treats. Nicely restored old home right on main street. Outdoor seating if you wish or there is also seating upstairs. Grab a bag of coffee to go! Staff was friendly and the drinks served quickly.

It’s hard for me to find a great coffee place that has a good selection of sugar-free syrup. Or really any place that has more than just SF Vanilla. I found this place on a road trip through the mountains. The staff were very friendly and made me feel like a local. But more importantly, the coffee was amazing. I got a Sugar Free Irish Cream Latte and it was everything I ever could’ve wanted. I can’t recommend this place enough! Give it a visit if you’re driving through the area. You won’t regret it.

Coffee was really bad for our taste, the “sandwich” is an industrial microwaved bun served in a plastic container…. The person behind the counter was really nice, but i’m afraid it’s not enough.

Popped in here for dinner after a day of exploring the surrounding area on vacation. The pizza was great! It’s hard to find good pizza outside of New York or New England but these people hit the nail on the head. We got the cheese bread, a margherita pizza, one of their beers and a local hard cider. Everything was tasty, the staff was nice, and the service was fast.

4.8 IMPRESSED!! First time I have said that in a LONG time!! And finally a local place that’s CLEAN & tasteful decor. We had a Mediterranean salad, warm olives, and jalapeño popper pizza made custom / half covered w bacon, little crunch & not flopping down, drinks were pretty, just more ice than preferred. The waiter was kind & quick, we came in at 5pm on a Tuesday, and not too busy, but by 6pm they were slammed & it was still fairly quiet.. thank you for an incredible first experience! Santos ;)

We were on a vacation trip visiting 4 of the national parks in Colorado. We chose to dine at the this Pizzeria while visiting the Black Canyon NP near Montrose as it had good reviews and the menu had good selection of both pizzas and micro brewed beer. We had their Cesar salad, 11 inch pizza along with local beer and cheesecake. All the food and beer was freshly made in their kitchens & brewery which was excellent. The young staff are very friendly and the place is clean and tidy. As we were visiting during non-peak season we did not have a long wait but I suspect during peak season this place would be hopping all day long as their restaurant is pretty compact. We highly recommend this for a unique experience of both food and service

This place is ridiculous. Food is overpriced. Servers are rude Beer is mediocre. I encourage you to look for something else 24 dollars will get you a micro pizza and a substandard beverage. But you'll also have to put up with harassment from a pathetic jerk who is ostensibly there to serve you. Never again. It's one thing to offer to bring me another beer when the one I am drinking is still half full, but to suggest that I need to buy another one in order to continue to hang out in an almost entirely empty restaurant, and then to raise your voice and be rude when I suggest that maybe I could drink the one I have first? It's no wonder they gave this guy the Saturday afternoon shift.

Best pizza in town and even until crested butte!!!! And don’t get it mixed up there is only one true COLORADO BOY and this is THE ONE. The others (Ouray,Ridgeway) just have the name not the quality not the class not the staff!!!!!! I love their salads all the pizzas and THEIR BEER!!!!!!!! Damn good the only thing that just breaks my heart is I want the SCOTTISH ALE back I can’t wait, I mean there are others that will keep me alive but pls make it a regular one!!! Your Scottish ale was and is my world 🤣👍👍👍 keep it up

Colorado Boy Pizza is a "must do" whenever I am in the area, my go-to is the Cesar Salad (with anchovies) and whatever I'm feeling like that day for pizza, give some of the more non traditional ones a try, you won't be disappointed! The beers are brewed on-site and delicious, but since I am usually driving, I only have one, lol. Staff is always good but it can be crowded and you may have to wait, so keep that in mind.

Went here with our little kids and grandma. Pleasant restaurant, absolutely delicious pizzas and we loved the personal touch of giving the kids a small plate with pizza dough on arrival to play with. It kept them entertained the whole time! Lovely flavorful fresh and non-greasy pizzas. We appreciated that even though there were people waiting outside we were not forced to rush. Would totally eat here again!

I ordered the Chicken Makhni ($15.99) and Aloo Paratha ($3.99) for takeout. The portion sizes were massive—the chicken dish came with a mountain of basmati rice and plenty of meat, making it very filling. The Aloo Paratha was well-stuffed and huge but was served without any chutney or dipping sauce. A small side like salna or yogurt would’ve made a big difference in the overall experience. The restaurant has plenty of seating, but the interior feels outdated and could use some renovation. You definitely get your money’s worth in terms of portion size.

Highly recommend!! Came 2 days in a row, visiting from out of state. The food is great! Pricing is also very reasonable compared to other places. The employees are nice and laid back. Would definitely come back again if I visit the area!

Had chicken momos, saag paneer, and garlic naan. The momos are tasty. The naan is very soft, light, and fluffy - the best garlic naan I've ever had. The paneer is soft too.

Excellent food! We were blown away by the flavors. Great vegan options. We got the tofu annapurna, vegetable momos, and veggie chow chow. They were busy and it was a wait for food to come out on a Saturday night, but they did let us know that before we were seated. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for fresh, flavorful Himalayan food in the area.

We decided to stop at the restaurant for lunch. I was looking forward for the buffet but was told that they do not do it anymore. We ordered the dumplings for appetizer and they were really good. My chicken curry was amazing:the chicken was tender, sauce was not too spicy and had plenty of flavor. The vegetables curry was great as well. Naan garlic was fresh and tasted great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the service needs to be a bit better and the building is really old and could use updating. Otherwise it’s a family owned business with amazing food.

There is seating inside. The staff here are great and willing to assist you with your order online so you could get the discounted pizza price. Recommend if you like pizza get the garlic parmasan sauce. So good!

Extremely mad I was promised a free pizza when I order again to fix a mistake they made and was told there be no issues. Of course when I go to order it I get told they have nothing. I told em they exact month and date i order and told they wouldn't honor it. The manger also was very rude ill never do business with this domino's again. They also lost out on another order I was going to make poor costumer service.

Found a fly twisted into my bread. Tried to call, they hung up on me. Was a regular customer but I will no longer be supporting a business that likes flies in peoples' food.

The delivery person left my pizza on the DRIVEWAY IN THE RAIN/ when I called they acted like it was my the driver couldn’t figure out a gate latch. They could have called me and let me know they were going to leave it on the driveway in the Rain! When I called the store they were jerks and they offered no refund or replacment

Ive gotten Dominos pizza for years but EVERY time I order it gets more & more ridiculously expensive & the quality of the food is WORSE & WORSE. Today they reached my HELL NO point!! Now charging for delivery, PLUS Id be expected to pay a tip, and the additional fees for cheese in crust, & added toppings. The topping quantities have also been decreasing, Oh HELL NO! I canceled the order!

Left a god tip and they still complained about making a difficult pizza as I was standing in front of them. What a horrible thing to say.

There must have been a hiccup tonite. The fries and the burger must have been warmed up from lunch...very dry. There were no ketchup or sweet barbecue sauce we had ordered. And the root beer was just carbonated water...no root beer. Very disappointed. This place is usually good.😩

A quick bathroom break and to-go order during a very long road trip. Ham and Swiss sandwiches were tasty. Buffalo chicken sliders were even better. Everything was made fresh, but it did take a little longer than I expected.

I ordered the brisket sandwich and it had next to nothing on 2 pieces of burnt bread. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location for a while this was beyond horrible. *update went back almost a year later, ordered the Brisket sandwich, paid 8.19 for just the half pound sandwich, beyond disappointed had the amount of meat you would get in a normal sandwich literally the least amount.

Menu says wraps they don't have wraps. Ordered turkey ranch bacon half the sandwich had a very small piece of bacon, none on other half. They are not getting any better!!@

Always love this chain. But for some reason it took forever to get my food. And I’m not talking 5 or 10 minutes. But food was great tasting as always.

Food was good the staff was not. Very under staffed. Need more people working the person who took our order was also the same one who took drive thru order. And brought the food to both sides. Not good

I had a good dining experience comparable to other Arby's restaurants. I dined in for dinner. I had my favorite classic roast beef sandwich. The dining area was clean and the staff was friendly. They have the regular fountain drinks, instead of the new machines that mix dozens of different flavors. I prefer the older machines. I think the drinks taste better.

Placed an online order for lunch takeout. Didn’t get an email that my order was ready so I called after a little over an hour. Guy on phone says “I guess it’s ready.” I’ll add photos but the salad was sparse and chicken hibachi meal had 9 small chicken chunks. The sauce tasted like it was from a bottle. Really bad would not recommend.

Unfortunately this is probably one of the worst Japanese steakhouse I've ever eaten yet. The food was absolutely flavorless. The portions are small and the prices are high. They have two young girls working. They have zero personality zero customer service skills definitely would not come back again.

Lunch specials are consistently good, and the service is always quick and efficient. It’s rarely too busy in the afternoons, which makes it a great spot for a relaxed, no-rush meal. I do wish there were a few more vegetarian options (sushi), but that’s fairly common for the area. Overall, dependable quality, friendly service, and a solid choice for lunch.

Best sashimi I have ever had. Additionally, the sushi rolls were beautiful and the taste was amazing. I could not stop saying "This is so good". But what made it special was the owner serving us himself with great hospitality.

The food wasn’t bad, especially for sushi in the middle of the mountains, but the owner came across as very rude in how he interacted with his employees. I really want to love this place, but it’s hard to support when staff are treated with disrespect despite working hard and doing a good job. The restaurant atmosphere was quiet but the manager yelling at his employees took away from the atmosphere.

We were passing through and mane…Service, Terrible the two young girls working have zero customer service one brought over our food and didn’t know the names of the dishes, she straight up told us “oh I forgot” and walked away never returning. The food was garbage and small portions. The owner was funny and sweet. The tables were sticky and dirty. This place is awful i honestly feel sorry for the people in this town.

Me and my SO have been eating at HIRO for quite the while. They have always been very accommodating and very kind. Their service is on point. My SO has had several different types of Sushi before and he says this place serves some of the best. We are always so happy with the experience and the food that we receive here. We always recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a new place to try. Thanks for the great service! :)

Fair at best. Had biscuits and gravy very plain and dull. They did have a loaded option with green chili and stuff I probably should have got this option. Should have cut my losses and left but I was still hungry so I got the French toast. Just Meh.

I got the mushroom swiss burger with sweet potato fries. The fries were a little soggy (most SP fries are) but the burger had a REALLY good flavor and wasn't greasy. I'd definitely go back!

Traveling with our dog, we needed a place with a shaded patio and wanted burgers. We almost missed the cafe because the main sign is hard to read—the word CABIN is in natural wood-on-wood and should be in black. But the teen servers were so attentive, fast, and nice. Very good hand-cut fries and burgers! It’s steps away from hey 50 so the patio was very noisy, but it’s a nice little cafe.

Great burgers! The wife and I stopped by on the way out of town from the airport. It is a nice little mom and pop place. Nothing fancy but a decent breakfast and lunch menu. We each got different burgers and different fries. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Food was well prepared. Cost was very reasonable. We would surely eat there again.

Ordered a $15.00 burger that came in a very greasy bun. Requested a plain bun...manager came out and said it was cooked too close to the meat so it got greasy... he could replace the bun for $2.00!!!! So I have to pay for your cook cooking it wrong... yes. Won't be back, EVER Update, after we let the waitress know, we can assume she talked to him because he finally came back out and gave us a 15% discount. That helped a little, but still never going back.

First time here and loved it! I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito smothered in green chili. I also ordered a side of their delicious homemade ranch style beans and poured it over the top. So good! The service was friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be back.

Delicious, homey burger and great fry sauce. Added sweet potato fries, crisped to perfection. Burger wasn't dry, nice bun. Fantastic employees, fast service. Knocked off 2 stars when the price for 2 skinny, very crispy pieces of bacon was an additional $3.00; not thick applewood smoked or anything, but basically paper thin. Avocado slices are also paper thin, almost non-existent.

Nice place to hang out, have a lunch date, do some water stuff, and overall a nice place to relax on a hot day. Dog have a place to hang out as well. Mine enjoyed the wayer 😀Will be back here soon to soak up more of this place!

Great place to spend some afternoon time with the doggo. Lots of picnic tables, good whitewater Park and of course, all the ducks & geese. The trails are good too for easy walks. But I do wish the city staff would upkeep the place better.

Very lovely little park right next to the river. Lots of trees that provide shade, this is a great place for a picnic lunch. There is a playground, skate park, small lake with ducks and geese. Plenty of birds in the trees singing away. The roar of the river is very relaxing. It is right on a bike path as well. Large public restrooms and free Wifi. Ample parking. Only 5 minutes to town.

Wonderful park with lots of playground space, swings, skate park, beautiful river with rapids, horse shoes, hiking, etc. We came for the Fourth of July and had a great time enjoying fireworks and lovely weather.

Lots of mature trees with shady picnic areas. Easy hiking trails near river. Kayaking and paddle boating launch areas. 18-hole disc golf. Aesthetically pleasing riverscape. Horseshoes. Pond. Playground. Outdoor exercise equipment. Skate park. Rollerblading / ice skating rink. Bike trails. Restrooms.

Such an amazing park!! Montrose is lucky to have this great park, it has a dog park, water play area in the river and you are able to walk around here and have pick nics here as well. Play area for kiddos. The area is clean and well kept. Lots of parking available. Please drive slow when you arrive! As there are kids and pets at play. Biking area, you name it. Fun park! Oh and wifi!

This is probably our favorite park in Montrose. It's clean, has a nice new bathroom facility and usually has working water fountians they even have one for your furry friend. There are great paths to walk. It is always busy though. The part that really stinks about the busy factor is that if you are a parent of smaller kids you may want to avoid this park from noon on. There are teenagers surrounding the park area and they smoke, use profanity etc. So I recommend going in the morning before they show up and you should be fine.

I played 18 holes on May 28, 2025 with an 8:08 am tee time. The staff and facilities were great and I truly enjoyed playing the course. I was joined on the back nine by 2 members who were very friendly and helpful in my understanding of the course. The only thing I have an issue with is that I was quoted a price of $69.00 by the young lady when I called for a tee time. I told her I was in town visiting from Michigan. She gave me a senior/veterans rate. When I checked in, I failed to get a receipt as I was told I didn't need one for a starter. When I checked my credit card billing I found I had been charged $30.00 more the the price quoted, or $99.00 If I had been quoted that price, I would still have played and enjoyed it.

The renovation came out great. Food is much better and the vibe has improved with a younger crowd and better overall experience for members and general public.

Amazing event last night with Dave's Fault and NIGHT RANGER!!! The concessions were good and we had a great with chips for dinner $6. The Bridges opened up the golf cart garage to wait it the rain in between acts. But it was a very intimate concert and it seemed as if the bands were just having fun! It leant to an amazing concert of rock! Thanks for putting on such a great night!!!!!!!

Decided to stay and play at this little gem in Montrose after a few days in Pagosa and wanting to play golf somewhere else. Originally found in the Greensaver book that we purchased but ended up getting a great deal on a room and 2 rounds of golf. The staff was great and the restaurant food was excellent. Although the course was not in the best condition due to dry winter conditions that struggled to recover the greens were good. The course is hard though as its a Nicklaus design but worth giving a try.

Fairways and tee boxes very dry. Disappointing. A lot of water to cross but not used on course. Most greens were decent.

Had a great time at the WCCA golf tournament today. This is a very beautiful course! Very fun to play!

While on a trip in Ridgway, Co. on a whim we decided to squeeze in a round of golf The Bridges staff were extremely accommodating with getting us a morning tee time and supplying us with clubs. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the staff in the clubhouse and advised us that our clubs were loaded and if we'd like to use the driving range he'll have one of the guys set it up. The greens fee's were very reasonable, especially as The Bridges is a private course but they do allow non members to play if there's space available. Now the best part, the course is in excellent shape. As its a Nicholas designed course the layout has his signature all over it. Which means that it was challenging but not unbearably difficult. Just an all around great course. The greens were true, the bunkers were soft, the fairway grass was cut tight so you can get a lot of roll. I gave it 5 Stars for a multitude of reasons as mentioned above, but also the staff were amazing. So if your ever in the area and feel the need for some golf The Bridges would be my first pick.

Many beautiful plants. With a walking story book, fairy houses, and trinkets for the kids to find as well as a sensory garden, this place was very delightful for the whole family. We noticed plenty of seats in the cooling shade of trees. This would be a great place to read a book.

Great place to wander around and look at various plants, grasses and trees that grow well in the local climate. Paths are well maintained and many volunteers put in countless hours of labor to maintain and upgrade the gardens. The Christmas time event with horse drawn wagons, lights and a visit from Santa was well received by those that braved the cold weather. Well worth the trip.

A beautiful haven of flowers, rocks, and greenery for the community. Between the trowels and volunteers working hard in the garden, you have the opportunity to observe a wide variety of flowers and shrubs across different "environments." An excellent place to take a stroll, and see and smell some fauna. (The place is free as well, and accepts donations!)

Decided to check it out and its a cute little spot, wish the fountains were running, great landscaping and everything is well maintained. They just need a little food truck there and more seating, as it would be nice to grab a coffee meet a friend there or a snack as the environment is very inviting and zen. The entire property is clean amd very well maintained, these guys do great job making it remain clean and well kept as many people trash it, but the next day its already picked up. Some dedicated people there

Absolutely beautiful garden in Montrose. Free (please donate!) and open dawn to dusk. I saw one family in the several hours I spent here. It is beautifully laid out and maintained with helpful suggestions throughout about xeriscaping. They have sections for cacti, drought-resistant plants, shade loving plants, grasses, herbs and more. This is a wonderful place to escape and spend a few hours in search of beauty. Highly recommended

Fun golf course! Lots of trees so you can find some shade, don't be fooled though, you don't want to be behind any of those trees, your not going to get through them!! The staff is always the nicest around!

Visited from out of state. Awesome municipal course with grass range tee box and well maintained. Courteous staff - challenging and fun. Super reasonable cost. Occasional slow play is no issue as fellow golfers are gracious and happy to let you play through. Impressed and have nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend and good for golf!

Course was great for a beginner like myself. Staff was also extremely helpful in ensuring the return of my watch I accidentally left in the kart.

Great course for being public, well maintained and challenging.Highly suggest doing all 18 holes as the front 9 are a bit crowded and continuing on reinstates a relaxing environment

Dena is a proprietor who understands and values her guest experiences! There was a summer menu to die for. She recommended the stone fruit salad and I couldn't tell you how amazing it was. The squash ravioli was freshly made pasta dough and was filling. Prices were based up in the obviously fresh ingredients and the view was worth it! Carrot cake as a finisher is highly recommended!

Wonderful meal and exceptional service. It is a vast improvement over last year. I strongly recommend you give it a try. We had the bottle of Brunello as well. The hours of operation aren’t correct. They are open more often than stated. I recommend a reservation.

Wow! What a difference a year can make, and not necessarily for the better. Remington's has been know as one of Montrose's best, so when they closed for a remodel earlier this year there were hopes that it would open even better, but it was not to be. Improvements have been made, separating the bar from the restaurant, and providing even better views to the excellent ones towards the San Juan mountain range 40 miles to the south, which is even more spectacular. There seem to be multiple menus listed online that combine their old ones with the new one. They are difficult to read on a laptop or are thumbnail size. Because the short ribs, elk, and buffalo options are still listed online but no longer on the menu what is available is confusing until you get there. We four started with and shared an nice Burrata salad, the mozzarella soft and delicious and the pesto sauce tasty, but the tomatoes were just so-so. We drank house pinot grigio at a good price and taste. The rest of our experience was not so good. The "Prime Rib Friench Dip" was overcooked and tough, with no hint of prime rib anywhere. The au jus was watery and not flavorful. Upon being served, 100+ flies (not kidding here) decended upon us and stayed our entire meal. There is still an outside serving deck with an unscreened door to service it, which is likely the highway for flies to enter the dining room. (It's always been that way in the past so I don't know what changed to cause the fily infestation, but the manager said they were very aware of it and would be addressing it quickly. (He gave us a substantial discount due to the food and the flies, but it's a problem that will have to be solved for Remington's to return to the quality it had been known for in the past.) We will probably not be back until we hear that they have addressed these issues.

I was surprised by how good the food was because I didn’t realize it was a golf course clubhouse restaurant. The steak was perfect. The views were excellent. The patio dining was superb. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Montrose.

This is the first time I have been back to Remingtons since the renovation. I am happy to report that it was a great experience. Our server Taylor was very attentive and friendly. Food quality was good and of course the patio with views of the San Juan’s cannot be beat on a beautiful day. Hoping they add a few more vegetarian options(a vegan one would be great too!). We heard brunch is coming back which we are anxiously awaiting!

Excellent server. Petrali Sole was dry and very fishy tasting-over cooked. Assume it was “fresh frozen” given the taste It was not properly prepared-Google it! Risotto was dry and under cooked(crunchy)-risotto should be creamy; it had no taste. Asparagus was overcooked. Timeline for service (food)was far too long given the restaurant was nearly empty. Potato dish at minimum needed salt. Will try again once the “chef” find tunes the menu items.great selection once preparation is fine tuned

This was an amazing experience. The food was cooked in a timely manner, and it was prepared to perfection. The seasoning was spectacular, and the service was not overpowering. This restaurant was exactly what the doctor ordered. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely return.

We had a great experience at Ted Nelson’s Steakhouse. I’d recommend making a reservation-this place is popular for a reason! We ordered the sirloin steak and my dining and the seafood tortellini. Both dishes were delicious, cooked just right, and full of flavor. The staff was especially kind and polite, making us feel very welcome. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Montrose!

This is a great small town restaurant! The woman at the Atlantic FBO told me it was good and she was right. The filet was crazy good....tender and cooked a perfect medium rare. The buttered garlic noodles were simple and delicious. The loaded mashed potatoes were pretty good. The service was very, very good! Attentive and friendly, lots of smiles, and even recommendations, which are sometimes hard to get. I'll go again the next time I'm in Montrose!

We love this local gem of a restaurant! Service is always top notch and the food never disappoints. One of my favorite things about them is the little complimentary desserts they bring out. Don't miss this best Steakhouse in Montrose!

Service was amazing. Boss boy and girls were on tops of cleaning tables. The whole time waitress was very attentive. Green Chili pork soup was amazing. Best soup I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Husband and I shared a T-bone steak dinner. There was plenty for the both of us. Cooked to perfection. Veggie medley was fresh and delish.

Exceeded our expectations by far! The portions were enormous, steak, prime rib, sides, soup, drinks, & free mini dessert were all delicious! We had a lovely celebration dinner and will be back next time!

Had the best experience! Went for our anniversary dinner, the food was amazing we had the stuffed salmon, and the prime rib! Service was amazing! We sat on the patio which was also super enjoyable! We will be back again and again! Can't express what a great experience it was!

Freddy's is my favorite burger place, and since I'm nomadic, I'm always on the lookout for a location nearby. I noticed this location was a lot cleaner, yet quieter, than other locations I've been to. The staff were quiet, but friendly. I ordered a pup cup and they made it extra special and delicious for our dog and he absolutely loved it! I also upgraded to a large fry, which usually feels like the same size as a standard fry at other locations, but they really outdid themselves here by giving me a good sized portion, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be back again while in the area!

I don't get to go to Freddy's often, but it's been decent the last few times I've gone. A while back, there was an unpleasant smell that was nearly unbearable. It was kind of like sewage. I took a break from the restaurant for a while after that. And it was nice when the smell was gone more recently when I had gone. Went there tonight with my family, and the whole place smelled like sewage again. It hits right as you walk in the door. Food was fine, but we ate outside because it was just unpleasant to be in the building.

Pulled in this place about 12:30 and noticed no other cars in the lot. Went in and waited a fair while before someone said they'd be with me in a min.... Well.... A while later, we left. Nobody came in the whole time despite being lunch rush. Went down the street to Culvers which was packed. Guessing the locals know why.. Damn shame as Freddies is a favorite stop on trips. Guessing this one needs a shake up or something. Was clean and neat but totally devoid of service.

I’ll preface by saying I am a huge fan of the Freddy’s franchise. I also want to say this review is based off of a singular experience. However, I was disappointed with the freshness of my food. My fries seemed stale, and after paying for a large fry, majority of them were those tiny bits that you can’t dip into the sauce.

Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. Went inside and was told they weren't going to help me because of a bus. I could put in a mobile order if I want. Dude, I have a 30 minute lunch. Its a 10 min drive here. I don't have time to wait. And I don't appreciate being ignored. They could have told me it was going to be a minute so I coukd have gone somewhere else. Now I won't have lunch because I waited

We enjoy eating at Freddy's. The only problem we run into is that we do have to double check our concrete when we go through the drive-thru. We never order one without it being chocolate yogurt because we are very strong chocolate advocates! It is beyond disappointing when we get on down the road, eat our meal and finally get to our concrete and discover that it is NOT chocolate, but vanilla. We have wasted quite a bit of money this way! Double-check your orders!
