Shopping mall
Shopping
Natick Mall is a premier shopping destination in New England, drawing in shoppers from all over the region. Boasting over 200 stores, it offers a wide array of name-brand retailers, fast-food outlets, and upscale restaurants. Despite the challenges faced by malls in recent years, Natick Mall remains a bustling hub for shopping and dining. The expansive 1,860,000 square feet space provides ample opportunities to explore numerous options for retail therapy.
I really enjoy visiting the Natick Mall. It’s clean, spacious, and has a great variety of stores, from luxury brands to popular retailers. The food court has plenty of options and the atmosphere is always welcoming and safe. Parking is usually easy to find, and the location is convenient. It’s one of the best shopping destinations in the area, perfect for spending a relaxed afternoon.
Thaís Z — Google review
A Solid 4-Star Experience at the Natick Mall Clean, spacious, and a great mix of high-end and everyday stores. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the layout is easy to navigate. Parking can get tight, but it’s manageable. I’m giving it 4 stars — not because of anything the mall did wrong, but because the one store I needed didn’t have what I was looking for. Otherwise, this would’ve been an easy 5-star visit. Still one of the better malls in the area and definitely worth a stop.
Wynter V — Google review
Huge active mall, was extremely loud and over run with kids which was a great change of pace from currently malls. Love seeing kids be kids. Huge selection of food, stores, and play. Can’t wait to come back again.
Brian S — Google review
First time at the Natick mall today. Very impressive! Tons of stores to explore. Really nice layout too. Very bright with the massive skylight. There is even a Dave and Busters! We will be back soon. Definitely can recommend this mall.
Fino C — Google review
One of the better malls still around, has a lot of high-end stores for shopping plus many othets.
Stephanie S — Google review
Lots of great food and luxury shopping, just weird it closes so early. 7 on a weekday seems a bit to early.
Beau B — Google review
It's Black Friday madness at Natick Mall, but it's one of the best malls I have been to. I visit here often just to walk around. This mall has every store you can imagine, many restaurants, coffee, and bubble tea options. The Laderach chocolate store is one of my favorite shops. There is a more "normal" part of the mall and then a high-end luxury area.
Adnan S — Google review
This is definitely one of the nicer malls in the area. It’s large, well kept, and there aren’t a lot of empty/locked up stores as the shops seem to be staying in business. It was a little crowded but that’s probably a good thing as I’m sure it’s keeping the place a live. Parking was a bit intense but it’s expected in a place this sized and managed the best it could be. Worth the trip as there are a lot of other places around the mall.

Level99 Natick

Recreation center

Event venue
Level99 in Natick, located at the Natick Mall on Worcester Street, is an expansive entertainment venue offering a variety of games and challenges. With 48,000 square feet of space, it features player versus player competitions and over 40 rooms with diverse challenges. The venue offers three game categories that present varying levels of difficulty for participants. Visitors can expect a fun and exciting experience comparable to popular entertainment spots like Dave and Busters or escape rooms but with its own unique twist.
We had a ton of fun here. I do wish they were a little more clear on what each room was supposed to do. And several rooms weren’t working correctly. Other that that, a great time.
Jennifer H — Google review
Level99 is such a fun spot to go with friends or family! I’ve been many times with my fiancé and have also brought our kids and nieces—they all had a great time. The food and drinks next door are a big bonus. The only thing to keep in mind is that weekends can get busy, so it’s best to arrive a little early to make the most of your time and get your money’s worth.
Lindsay M — Google review
Where Puzzlers Feast, Brews Flow, and Parents Secretly Plot Their Escape-lol Move over, escape rooms - Level 99 in the Natick Mall is here to make you question both your intelligence and your fitness level, all while stuffing your face with glorious deep-dish pizza. The Queen, The Prince, and I embarked on this adventure, and let me tell you, this place is like if a genius, a gym teacher, and a chef had a chaotic (but delightful) love child. The Rooms: "Wait, Are We Having Fun or Taking an IQ Test?" The challenge rooms are next-level clever - part puzzle, part obstacle course, and 100% designed to make you whisper "How did a 12-year-old solve this faster than me?" The RFID wristbands track your progress, which is great because otherwise, I’d have no proof who technically won (even if The Prince totally carried the team). The Food: Pizza So Good, It Should Be Illegal We ordered two Detroit-style deep-dish pizzas —one pepperoni (crispy, cheesy, perfection) and one chicken bacon ranch (because why not?). They were so good, I briefly considered abandoning the games to just live in the pizza kitchen. They also have a brunch menu with chicken & waffles, because apparently, they understand that carbs are the real key to victory. The Brewery & Taproom: For When You Need a Drink (Because Puzzles Are Hard) Parenting (and puzzle-failing) is thirsty work. Thankfully, Level 99 has a brewery and taproom, so you can sip a cold one while your kids show you up. Pro Tip: The water stations are free, but let’s be real—you *earned* that adult beverage. The Vibe: "We’re All Just Trying Our Best" Huge seating areas mean you can take a break (read: hide from your family for five glorious minutes). The staff was friendly and enthusiastic, which is impressive because if I had to watch adults struggle with puzzles all day, I’d be cackling in a corner. Final Verdict: Would Get Outsmarted by a Child Again If you’re looking for a place where you can eat like a king, play like a kid, and drink like a responsible adult (or not), Level 99 is your spot. Just don’t blame me when you wake up the next day sore from climbing things you had no business climbing. Plan your visit. Eat the pizza. Question your life choices.
Shawn C — Google review
Fun place to hang out with friend and family. Easy to reserve and had plenty of food options nearby. One annoying thing is that everyone in the group needs to sign up open a level 99 account which significantly delays the entire process.
Amy P — Google review
We had a wonderful girls day at Level99. DJ was absolutely amazing and attentive to our needs and answered all questions asked of her. I definitely plan on returning and would recommend everyone giving this place a try.
Denise T — Google review
This place is a lot of fun! The only down side is that it gets super packed and your time is spent on waiting for a room. They should make a second location in this area that's much bigger. That should offset the wait time. Asides from that, we enjoy it! We personally like it better than the Providence location.
Kenya R — Google review
Level 99 is a great place to be. We spent hours here chasing our white whales - the rooms we have been just missing for years. We cleared those and then tried some new rooms that we will be trying to 3 star for years to come. Always a new adventure every time you go and everyone you go with. Great for dates, great for hangouts, eben birthdays, just dont go alone. It reminds me of a high tech wood between the worlds, each door transports you to a different, fully realized experience.
Chris D — Google review
It’s a very fun place. I enjoyed it a lot. However, my friend ended up with getting six staples on her head as she fall on a block in a game room. I do wish every corner of blocks could get covered to make it safe to fall.

Zaftigs is a contemporary destination that offers traditional Jewish cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Established in 2011, this modern eatery at the Sherwood Plaza Shopping Center serves classic Jewish favorites and all-day breakfast. It's a must-visit spot when in Natick! The food is delicious, with the New Yorker sandwich being a standout choice. Pair it with an ice-cold Coca-Cola for pure bliss.
Update 2025: Food was awesome! Very delicious food! I will definitely come back if again if I get the chance. Portions sizes are amazing and the staff was very nice. You will not regret eating here! :D 2024: Food was pretty good
Kitten — Google review
I visited the Natick location (there’s also one in Brookline), which offers both breakfast and lunch. Upon entering, there’s a counter that appears set up for takeout orders, along with a selection of house-made items like bagel chips and pastries— a nice touch that adds to the experience. Our group opted for lunch and tried a variety of items: a tuna melt, a build-your-own sandwich, hot dogs, and a knish filled with beef (a savory pastry with various filling options). Everything we tried was enjoyable—well-prepared and satisfying. While the food wasn't particularly unique or extraordinary, it was a solid meal, and we appreciated the range of options available on the menu.

Yum! Had a typical wait on a Saturday morning but the staff was super helpful when we called in advance. Probably had the sourest pickles i've ever had in my life here (that's a good thing, my mouth is watering right now). The Benedict on their potato pancakes was heavenly.

Update 2025: We discovered this place two years ago, and it’s been one of our favorite breakfast/lunch spots ever since. Martha is our favorite server—she’s always so friendly and attentive, and truly a highlight of every visit! Our go-to menu items are the tuna sandwich, the lox platter, the potato pancakes and their amazing potato salad. Original Review 2022: The place is bigger than I expected. I love the art on the walls, and the food is really good. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the potato salad was—definitely give it a try! Big fan of the pickles, sandwiches, and bagels, too.
Nicole P — Google review
Great atmosphere, great service, and my Rachel sandwich was perfection. The cole slaw was good, too! A great meal all around.
Magda P — Google review
Went here for a lunch with a co-worker, based on great reviews. The Good: Service was fast and efficient, food delivered quickly, glasses refilled promptly. The place had plenty of patrons. A bit too dark, maybe, but lively. The Bad: Food. I had a custom omelet with onions, green peppers, and home fries. The omelet was tasteless, with a rubberized texture. The vegetables were hardly there. Home fries tasted like they were cooked 2 days ago and just reheated. The only meal element that tasted good was a whole wheat plain toast. This place has so many 5 star reviews. What am I missing? Maybe I ordered a wrong dish? Not sure what went wrong, but I do not feel motivated to give the place another try, sorry.
Olga V — Google review
Pricey but really good so I think it's worth it! 2 sandwiches with no drinks came to about $50 with tip.
Dominick P — Google review
First time trying this deli. Called in an order for two rubens. One corned beef and 1 pastrami. The Corned Beef Reuben was made correctly. The pastrami Reuben was not. There was no Russian dressing at all on the pastrami Reuben and all the sauerkraut was only on half the sandwich. They included a pickle with the corned beef sandwich and no pickle with pastrami. It seems to me if your charging $20 for a Rueben there should be some quality control in making it. Maybe they were having a bad day.

If you're on the hunt for a delicious burger experience, look no further than Smashburger. This counter-serve chain is renowned for its signature smashed burgers that pack a flavorful punch. While many flock here for the mouthwatering patties, don’t overlook their sides and shakes! A recent visit had me trying their chocolate shake, which was lighter than expected but still delightful.
Went on April 6th 2025 around 6:15pm. Burger was cooked great and staff were really nice. Especially the guy, maybe the manager, who was running food to the tables. He was incredibly professional and was doing a great job. It was really nice to see that in a fast food type environment
Shashu B — Google review
Stopped into Smashburger while killing some time—not for a burger this round, but grabbed a chocolate shake and an order of Brussels sprouts (yes, really). Shake was decent, more like a black-and-white or blondie than a full-on chocolate shake. Still tasty, just lighter than expected. Now the surprise hit? The Brussels sprouts. Crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Not something I expected to order at a burger joint, but I’d get them again without hesitation. Inside is clean with plenty of seating, and the menu’s got a solid range—burgers, chicken, shakes, even weekday shake deals (check the sign near the counter). Worth a stop, and next time I’ll finally try the burger.
Mike B — Google review
First time coming here, everything was amazing from the start to finish. I was greeted with a warm smile by the cashier and they were very helpful with suggestions and breaking down the menu for us. Now for the food, I got the double deluxe smash burger and it was one of the best burgers i had in a while. There was also a very nice lady with a contagious positive energy. I want to especially thank her for her service and kindness.
Dao L — Google review
Horrible customer service horrible food didn’t have anything that belonged on the burger but still sold it for $12 didn’t inform you before you order that they didn’t have any ingredients to put on your item don’t reimburse. You don’t have any accommodation for waste of $60.
Amy T — Google review
Ordered ahead online, food was ready on time and delicious. People were super friendly and unhelpful. Tables were clean.
Daina T — Google review
Food is always delicious though the fries are sometimes overly greasy. The space is always kept clean and it’s usually fairly quiet when I’m there (2/3 pm). I do wish they would put some art on the walls, it’s a bit bland with just a TV on an otherwise blank white wall. Overall I’m consistently satisfied with my meals here.
Rachel F — Google review
Our server, Matt, was absolutely wonderful! Great energy, brought our food out with great timing, and is very professional! Love the food and the atmosphere of this place. 10/10 recommend, especially for family/ friend outings!

The burgers are well prepared and fresh off the grill, tater tots and fries are very crispy just how I like them and well seasoned. Shakes are great too!! Staff is always attentive and friendly, will continue to come here and recommend it. If you want a great authentic and juicy burger, come to Smash Burger!!

Japanese restaurant
Sarku Japan is a beloved chain that specializes in made-to-order teppanyaki-style Japanese cuisine, often found in bustling mall food courts like the Natick Mall. Known for its quick service and efficiency, Sarku Japan serves up delicious meals with minimal wait time thanks to their dedicated staff.
I'm giving this 5 stars for what it is. Over the years they have always been extremely consistent with my meals. I normally get the teriyaki chicken special on rice with veggies. I always ask for an extra scoop of sauce. Sometimes I get a different protein. It has always tasted fresh and isn't too heavy to eat and walk around. My daughter has had good results with the sushi. They only offer a few rolls. For a food court choice this is a good one.
Joe H — Google review
Orders online to go. They didn't put extra teriyaki sauce, so the food was ok. The double portion chicken teriyaki and chicken dumplings. Dumplings didn't come with sauce either. They didn't have Sirachi. Sauce is essential.
Brian G — Google review
Sarku is a long standing chain of quick service Japanese food usually found within malls, as this location is found within the Natick Mall. The food comes out efficiently, with little wait time for their best sellers as they have multiple staff operating and cooking the food. The food is quite basic, but for the price it serves well to eat and enjoy. The Chicken Teriyaki sauce is quite good, and you can request extra sauce to be put on the rice or vegetables. They also serve sushi here, but the sushi was just pretty average.
Nick S — Google review
I've been going to this place for probably 15 years or more. I always get the same thing: Chicken Teriyaki meal with white rice, veggies, and with or without extra chicken depending on my level of hunger. It has always been amazing, and honestly is one of my favorite meals, period. The chicken is always juicy and tender, the teriyaki sauce is sweet and delicious, and the veggies are nice and soft from being steamed. Honestly, I can't speak to anything else on the menu because I always get the same thing. They also serve you very quickly, so even though this place tends to have the longest line in the food court, it moves fast. I have had 0 complaints after coming here for so many years, and I think that more than earns 5 stars.
Grant A — Google review
I usually get the chicken teriyaki with rice and veggies it's usually on point if they listen to me and cook it well done. Then I add 2 scoops of sauce. This 1 was cooked good. Pretty tasty, good portion also.
Jay ( — Google review
Chose this restaurant than the others because of the world famous chicken teriyaki. For just less than $10 compared to $11 or $12 for a plate of food on the other establishments, this place will fill your hunger and offer enough chicken without adding extra. Just choose the Chicken Teriyaki, choose between white or fried rice, and your good to go. Almost every bite of fried rice will have a piece of chicken on it and I got full before I can finish my plate. You can easily eat half of it and save the other half for later. I didn't give 5 stars because of the lack of sauce for the fried rice and a couple peices of chicken were slighly burnt giving me a crispy charcoal taste. Also, the bento box is very good, comes with everything you see in the picture. I would recommend it if you want to go on an mouthful adventure rather than only rice and chicken.
Leandro M — Google review
Food was lukewarm and although there was lots of rice they gave small portion of the chicken with scarce sauce. Veggies were mostly cabbage with no flavor . The spring rolls with the meal were good. Lid not on drink properly causing it to spill they would not replace just handed a small cup of tap water. As it’s in a food court there are other options that might fit better.
B W — Google review
Good chicken teriyaki. Been coming here for a decade. Always need to pay for double chicken or you get no meat. Fair pricing on $15 combo. The spring rolls are all batter though!

The Cheesecake Factory, a popular American chain eatery, is known for its generous portions and extensive menu, which includes their famous cheesecake. Whether you visit for brunch, lunch or dinner, you'll find a wide selection of classic American dishes with a contemporary twist.
Nice spot to have some delicious food. Ordered the double smash burger 🍔 😋 very good! 👍 Wait staff was attentive and courteous. There were 9 people in our party and everyone was satisfied. Cheese cake is a must. Huge menu to choose from.

We went to The Cheesecake Factory for lunch right at opening and had an amazing experience. We sat at the bar since it was just the two of us, and even though it was quiet, the staff was attentive and welcoming. The food was absolutely fantastic for a chain, and the place was impressively clean. I overheard a thoughtful conversation between the manager and bartender about ways to improve service during busy times—it was great to see that kind of proactive teamwork in action. Whether you’re grabbing lunch before Puttshack or planning a dinner out, I’d absolutely recommend stopping by—just be sure to make a reservation during peak hours!

It's amazing how the shift supervisor wasn't flexible to allow us to eat our cake in the outdoor sitting area because we initially ordered our cake slices too East while watching our bike. We'd to cancel the order, find a server- he was ignorant of how we'd been treated by the shift supervision and he's a breath of sanity, helped us to sit us then we ordered through this amazing gal, indulged in our cakes while looking at our bikes, tipped our human server and left without having to deal with the shift guy. My experience with the supervisor reminded me how absolute power can be an absolute intoxication and I hope no one else is treated like we're

Truffle-Honey Chicken is Chef’s Kiss. So glad I picked this item! These flavors alone are not very common and together they taste like heaven. The fried chicken was absolutely scrumptious. I gave all my friends a piece to try but I selfishly wanted to keep it all to myself! Ordered gravy on the side - which I don’t regret because there’s no “truffle honey” sauce or anything to cover the potatoes. I think the potatoes were tolerable without gravy, but it always bothers me when restaurants don’t serve their potatoes with gravy. There are lots of options on the menu that include mashed potatoes (only saw gravy offered with the meatloaf dish.) I don’t agree with this and just note that there is a $4 charge for the gravy — insane!! The asparagus was good. Overall great dish! I cleared the whole plate and I can usually never do that. This is only my second time at The Cheesecake Factory & I think I have found “the one.” No real issues with service and atmosphere. Server was polite and gave us tasty bread. Was worried that our flatbread appetizer wasn’t going to come out until later (with meal) but it did make its way to our table before hand! Was without a beverage towards the end of the night and longer wait times towards the end of night - with checks and cheesecake (but he was probably just busy). Atmosphere itself was busy when we first arrived and we had a 20-25 min wait (which was accurate timing). Imagine this is due to its location. My dish was definitely worth the wait! Didn’t mind waiting, was able to look over the menu ahead of time!

First time in a while we visited Cheesecake. Stopped in on a weekend after shopping. Management, Dara, at the door was very welcoming and upbeat. It set a tone for an awesome experience. Our server, forgot his name, was a 11 year vet and was the best. Knew how to provide great service and make for good conversation. He answered all our needs, pre-bussed the table and was never overbearing. Kudos to him, for real! Food was fresh and the hot food was hot and cold food cold. Best part was the salad plates were not warm from sitting in the window. The only downside for me was the lack of GF items outside of a burger. I’ve had them prior BUT the buns fall apart easily. You have sooooo many awesome dishes and there are such good GF options for pasta, soy sauce and marides to use with your menu items and cheesecake flavors. Highly recommend and we will be back. Thanks again Cheescake for being consistent!

Decent casual place. The pizza was wet and soggy. Oh sorry flatbread. Calamari was not bad but the should have marinara rather than cocktail sauce.

First timer going to fat person mecca and having a pilgrimage of sorts. The cheesecake here is next level because it has to be! Its their name sake and they deliver on it. We had the Oreo one and it was ridiculously over the top rich... 1400 calories and worth it. Get your 7k steps in beforehand inside the mall. My only shock came when after paying for my cheesecake it wasn't present to me post haste and even faster to my mouth... I was politely informed that there's a wait and your creation is being constructed with the most skilled hands of an experienced master. No seating was available and we opted to select the fastest means to get our fix. From zero to cheesecake it took all of about 9 minutes or basically a lifetime for people that are built for cheesecake. 😋

Visitors can enjoy paddlesports and non-motorized boating while taking in the picturesque views along the Snake Brook trail.
It's a beautiful place to relax and take a walk or boat in nature. I come here every now and then. It's also perfect for a picnic near the water, they have tables too. Kids friendly and pets friendly as well.

Beautiful park. Great for dogs and picnics. The water will have harmful algae blooms fairly often in the summer so swimming is a little iffy, but paddle boarding is always fun.
Rachel — Google review
We often relax in this park! We come with the whole family, cook meat on the grill, there are many comfortable places to relax, there is a green field with thick grass where children can play different games, there is a beach and a boat station nearby. Fishermen fish from the pier. There is a large parking lot.
Olga A — Google review
The park is a wonderful place for families to BBQ and relax as well as lots of lots of fields perfect for soccer! We were looking forward to going out to in the row boats!
Arthur G — Google review
Maybe because I'm not a huge fan of Lakes but I didn't really liked the water here. Atmosphere is good tho, like for a picnic and cooking outdoors, we also rented pedal boats which was cool($40 an hour). If I come back I would just probably enjoy the view, cook and chill around the park instead of getting in the water. Nice family spot.
KNRP22 — Google review
Nice and spacious park. Came in December so no fee but daily parking fee charged May 14 through October 30. MA resident $8 and Non-MA resident $30. They have many benched for picnic and BBQ. No swimming allowed here. Heard some birds chirping during our visit. Calm and quiet. The grass ground was partially frozen so be careful.
Mary N — Google review
The beach was open to walk and play with sand but no swimming were allowed cause of bacteria inside the water
Hussam G — Google review
Nice lake to relax, swim, boat and have a picnic with friends and family. They have plenty of picnic tables and grills free to use however parking is $8 per day for MA residents. On busy days the place could close if parking reach capacity.

Dave & Buster's Natick is a family-friendly chain that offers an American food and arcade games in a sports-bar-style setting. It is conveniently located in the mall, with no need to wait in line for card or credit purchases. The atmosphere of this place is exceptional, and they frequently add new games to keep things interesting. The food tastes like it's from an actual restaurant, and the service is top-notch.
Great place for kids AND adults! Nice spot for dates, birthdays and whenever you need to take your kiddos to burn some energy! Great drinks and food too!

Fun place bigger than the other 2 we’ve been in food was good and drinks were too
M A — Google review
This location is excellent for the most part. It's pretty big, new, and has a really nice selection of arcade games! It's also linked to the mall and Level99 is next door. They also have lots of really nice prizes, ranging from cheap to VERY expensive. My only complaint was the food service. The food and drinks were excellent, but the service was horrible. We got our drinks quickly, but had to wait 20ish minutes before we had to get a DIFFERENT server who ended up not asking us what food we wanted, so we had to wait another 10 minutes for our original server to come back and take our food order. She also forgot to get us a cup of water we requested, and plates/silverware for our appetizer. Besides that, this is a good location!
Vee — Google review
Dave and Busters is going down hill, and fast. Took the kids today, probably our 6th visit this winter and I was disappointed. One of the employees was very condescending when asked a basic question, a few of the games broke down or didn’t work mid-turn (after we paid and you can’t find anyone to help) and there was a 1 hour wait for the restaurant even though it was 20% full (see photo). I could overlook this if the prices were reasonable but they are not. If you have young kids save your money and go to fun and games across the street - bigger bang for your buck. We won’t be going back.
Akram E — Google review
We went from 6 to 8 on a Friday with 10, 11, & 15 year-olds (and their friends). It was a great experience. It was clean & relatively empty (in terms of feeling safe with my kids' relative independence). The food was excellent & well-priced. One of the kids in our party left her apple phone & the waitress kept it safe and sound. I would strongly recommend going here!
Gwen H — Google review
Did not eat here. But took kids to enjoy lots of arcade games! They had a blast.

Hosted my husband’s 35th birthday here, what a great experience! The food , atmosphere, and customer service was superb! All my guest were very impressed!

Food was decent for a barcade. This is my second time ever coming. I came here two nights ago. I had a lovely waitress Felicia who made me the best drinks and made sure everything was okay. Manager came by to make sure all was well. Highly recommend if you love video games which I do not but they still got four stars because the service was excellent!!

Mediterranean restaurant
Caterer
Greek restaurant
Tucked away in a charming historic building in downtown, Dates and Olives is a delightful Mediterranean grill that invites you to savor an array of mouthwatering dishes for both lunch and dinner. With a menu brimming with favorites like spanakopita, kebabs, gyros, and the highly praised Tzatziki sauce, this eatery has something for everyone. Whether you're craving shawarma or looking to indulge your sweet tooth with desserts like baklava and rice pudding, you'll find it all here.
Mezze selection with four dips was delicious. Lamb Shawarma was heavy with meat. Chicken platter was fresh with rice salad and sauces was delicious.

I am so happy that I chose Dates & Olives to cater my birthday celebration! Renita was such a pleasure to chat with about the menu and I was so impressed with her attention to detail as we decided on the catering order together. She explained how she always considers the variety of flavors and colors. She was able to assure me that my friends with various food allergies would be able to safely eat the food. They were prompt to set up the food at the event and even gave us serving spoons and extra containers for guests to bring home leftovers. There was so much food for everyone to enjoy- vegetarians, vegans & meat-eaters. We all loved the food and the day after the party I got many messages from friends saying how much their families loved the leftovers too! I highly recommend Dates & Olives if you are looking for a caterer for an event or if you are curious about checking out their delicious restaurant!
Heather F — Google review
I was quite disappointed in the food. We got the dips and bread - the ratio of bread to dip was off. Too much dip and a single bread. We got the Adana kebab - rice was delicious but the meat balls themselves were hard. There was a single person managing the orders and she was super overwhelmed. I don't think we'll be back.
Vasudha S — Google review
My family recently went to Dates and Olives and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and made several very good suggestions. The food was extremely fresh and you could just tell the quality of ingredients was top notch. We love Mediterranean food and this is some of the best we had. We absolutely loved the hummus and babaganouj. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. I would highly recommend.
Charles B — Google review
The warm and inviting atmosphere at Dates and Olives was matched only by the incredible flavors of their garlic, hummus, falafel, souvlaki, and feta - each dish expertly prepared and bursting with the authentic taste of the Mediterranean Restaurant.
Charan G — Google review
We've enjoyed a number of wonderful takeout meals from Dates and Olives, especially the dinners for 2 and 4. We have complex food allergies in our home and the menu and staff are very accommodating. Highly recommend!
John H — Google review
The food was not fresh and it was cold when brought to the table even though it took too long to prepare it. The table was dirty. It looks like they never wipe down the table nor do they mop the floors. The windows are dirty and nasty. The chairs stick to the floors and have not been wiped down in years. The napkins are cheap. You need tons of napkins to wipe off your hands and face.
Zorik S — Google review
The garlic hummus was creamy and full of flavor, the falafel was perfectly crisp, the souvlaki was tender, and the feta was wonderfully salty. Dates and Olives truly delivers some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve tried, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back.

If you find yourself wandering through Natick, Massachusetts, make sure to stop by Comella's Restaurants Natick for a delightful taste of authentic Italian cuisine. This family-owned establishment has built a reputation over the years for its generous portions and commitment to quality. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family, and while the space may be small, it offers ample seating for diners.
Delicious, freshly prepared food. Check out the Marguerita Pizza which is freshly made to order. Delicious range of salads. Sweet, efficient and charming young service people who are very helpful. Perfect place to meet a good friend for lunch or dinner.

Cute place in Natick. We live in Natick and went there for the first time after 10 years. So many options around. It's convenient and cheap, but the food was ok. Our pasta and meatballs dish had one piece of meatballs and looked like it was cold on the inside and seemed not fresh. Theos in my opinion serves better pasta and meatballs if you are looking for fast food. Will I go there again? I am not sure. Overall and ok place to take away food.
Sid — Google review
Went here for the 1st time as we were in the area. The place is small, but plenty of room for eating in. Food was tasty. Keep in mind, at the Natick location they only sell pasta on the kid's menu or from their freezer. I'm looking forward to going back & trying the pizza since people were coming in and out getting pizza. Smelled so good!

Usually get the meat lovers, this time we got a Margarita Pizza…very disappointed. The sauce had no flavor, sparse with the cheese and dough was tasteless.

P.F. Chang's is a vibrant family-friendly restaurant chain that offers an inventive twist on Asian cuisine, making it a delightful stop for those exploring the bustling Route 9 in Natick. Nestled among other popular dining spots in the Natick Mall, this eatery stands out with its striking ambiance and diverse menu options. Diners rave about their experiences here, often highlighting dishes like the flavorful chicken pad Thai and refreshing egg drop soup as must-tries.
We usually avoid going to chain restaurants and prefer local but this restaurant is always an exception. We never had a bad experience here. The food and service is always top notch.
Vinay G — Google review
We visited recently with hopes of enjoying the same consistent flavors and quality we remembered. Unfortunately, our experience was underwhelming. It’s hard to say if we simply made poor menu choices or if the food quality overall has slipped, but the dishes we tried were poorly executed, and far from what we expected. The one bright spot of the visit was our server — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Sadly, the food was such a letdown that we didn’t even stay for dessert — and we never skip dessert.
Sachin S — Google review
The food saved the day! My two kids (10 and 7), wife and me went there for a lunch after an afternoon of shopping. The server forgot our napkins, water and forks etc and we had to ask for everything. Thankfully the food was upto the mark. I go to PF Chang's all the time. I love their food. The service typically is good however the s service in Natick can be a hit or a miss. You will not be regret the good though. My kids loved the food, specially the chicken. The fish was great! It's a great spot to get some quite in before / after gaming with the kids and/or shopping.
Sid — Google review
Picked up their lunch deal today and the food was so less that we ended up having to buy more from another place. We were supposed to have half brown and white rice, didn’t get that. And the quantity of the entire was so less. The sauce tasted bad. We were so disappointed that we spent our money on this crap! There were no forks in our bag too so I had to go back for that too. If I had seen the quantity of food back then, I would have shown it to the servers.
Ramsha S — Google review
Food was good. Servings are large. We took home another nights worth from 2 entrees and 1 app. Had a $5 mai tai. Not what I'm used too but refreshing. Tiny dessert was delicious.
Ernie G — Google review
Overall it was good. Was very quiet, when we entered, our waiter was great! The service was quick and the food was good quiet relaxing atmosphere after a day of much shopping.
Stephanie S — Google review
If it were possible for me to give this place zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. I'm not sure where to begin, so here goes nothing. I visited with my family, and my husband had reserved a booth by the window. I walked in and gave our name, only to be told that we had to wait because they were on a waitlist. After 30 minutes, we were seated at a dirty table with oily chairs. I asked them to clean the table, only to be met with the host rolling their eyes and saying, "That's not my job." I could not sit at that table, so I asked for tissues, only to be handed them with so much attitude by another server. I cleaned our table and tried to forget about what had happened, but it gets worse. As we began to order our food, our server (David) became extremely passive-aggressive with my husband because he was slow to order his food (he has Parkinson's). As our food began to arrive an hour after we ordered, David kept coming to our table making suggestive comments and being unprofessional. My daughter became really uncomfortable with his demeanor, and so did I. I went up to the host or maybe manager (Melissa) and asked for a different server, but seeing as they were busy, it was not possible to change. My husband kept waiting for his food, but it never arrived. We let David know three times, and he forgot to place the order three times. I can understand that it was a mistake, but everything from the dirty, messy floors, the unwashed cutlery, the eggy smell on the cups, and the stained napkins—all of it was too much. We could not figure out why their service has been so bad. We let Melissa know, and she apologized, but in a passive-aggressive way. We let our server know about his service, and I was appalled to see so many positive reviews about David when he has been nothing but a creep to my daughter. What really puzzles me is how David has so many positive reviews. I honestly think they must be from bots or his colleagues being pressured into writing good things about him. There is no way anyone who actually experienced his unprofessional behavior and creepy demeanor could genuinely like him or recommend him as a server. The disconnect between those glowing reviews and our actual experience makes me question the authenticity of this restaurant's online ratings entirely. The cherry on top was my son ordering lo mein to go; the host or maybe the manager, was extremely mean and condescending to my son, who has an intellectual disability. I can't believe this place and the people who work there. I cannot for the life of me ever return to this God-awful place.

Lily was one of the best servers I ever received service from. She was punctual, prepared, and already planned how to process our big party. We were a party of 14, celebrating Memorial Day weekend on Sunday evening with 5 kids. She successfully managed and nailed it. I appreciate her excellent service. She checked in on us from time to time, placed the orders in order, and explained each order to ensure everything was correct before placing it. Happy Memorial Day to Lily and P.F. Chang's!

Coffee shop
Dunkin' is a beloved chain known for its signature breakfast offerings and an extensive selection of coffee beverages. During my recent road trip, I made a pit stop at one of their locations and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the restroom and overall store. The staff were incredibly friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable.
Stopped here while on a road trip to use the bathroom and grab a drink. I can confirm the bathroom was indeed sparkling clean and smelled really good. The store in general was also clean, floor was being mopped when I was in there. The lady at the register was very nice as well. My drink was alright but not at fault of the employees, it was just a refresher. A lot of dunkin locations are run down but it’s nice to see employees that care about keeping the store clean and nice! I would say I’d come back here however I will probably never be in the area again. It was a pleasant roadtrip stop.🙏

Just got a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Bacon hardly cooked. The croissant was wet though and though. The croissant has the consistency of plastic. I haven’t had one of these in awhile but the quality can’t drop that much

Staff are friendly, I got exactly what I wanted every time, etc. There could definitely be more seats for groups of 3 or larger, however it isn’t that big of a deal as you can just move them. Good thing to note however- the hot chocolate is served piping hot.

Asked for a bagel with extra cream cheese, the 2 breakfast Wraps and an iced coffee. The bagel looked buttered so I had to stop at the store to buy more cream cheese. The Wraps were so bad my dogs wouldn't eat them and the coffee was bland and not sweet at all. He also charged me for a hash brown that wasn't in my bad. I don't know if that's your stores hustle to make more money but 0/10 do not recommend this location.

Dark, dirty, poor service. Was pastinelty waiting for my food order while standing next to a huge puddle of dropped ice coffee, that none of the 5 associates seemed worried about cleaning up
Matthew K — Google review
My breakfast to go place as we were staying a few steps from here. The only thing I didn’t like is that even if going at 6:30am you will find the place has not been clean. Dirty floors and tables :( but love their coffee and wake up wraps so I decided to go blind on the floors :)
Laura H — Google review
WARNING This location is extremely unsanitary do not eat or drink anything from this store. It looks like they do not clean out their ice machine regularly and it's filled with dirt and debris, drinking anything from this dunkin is as good as drinking sand and dirt. The health department needs to come in and force them to do some cleaning, obviously they can't be trusted to do it themselves.
